We had a scheduled appointment today at 1:15 PM for a pediatric lab for our daughter, but we were not seen until almost 40 minutes past our appointment time. Be prepared for long wait times even if you have a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff seemed annoyed when I asked a question, and the place was overcrowded. We had to wait outside in the hallway, and our daughter ended up sitting on the floor. This facility seems overwhelmed and appears to take in too many people, without properly prioritizing scheduled appointments versus walk-ins.The only positive experience was when a secondary person was brought in to assist with the pediatric blood draw—she was extremely kind. However, this is not a kid-friendly place by any means, and I wish we had been sent elsewhere for our daughter’s lab work.
Avoid this location at all costs. I understand walk-in wait times will be longer and appointments come first so your time may shift and you may have to wait longer. I was told an hour when I arrived and I am going on two hours. My check in spot has gone up and down drastically from three to five to even lower. I have seen those who also were walk-ins get taken back before me (you can see appt versus walk-in on the screen). And as I wait, my number has gone down again. If it wasn’t for a chronic illness and needing my labs I would’ve walked out. If you value your time and want to go to a company that also values your time, avoid this location. I’ve ran into this issue at other locations but this is the worst one. I have no idea why it takes so long to get patients in the back and why there is such a long wait in between patients.
Waited 1 hour past appointment for pediatric blood draw, but the staff was very nice and did a good job.Because pediatric blood draws require 2 people, it would be nice to know if there will be an extended wait.
I waited an hour for my scheduled appointment. Im not sure what the point of having an appointment is. No apologies or even acknowledgement of how long people were waiting. At one point an employee scolded everyone in the waiting room for asking too many questions. My blood draw took about 3 minutes. At least that part was quick. My lab results were available within 24 hours and the online portal is easy to use to see the results.
Today at Sonara Quest San Tan Valley, was actually a very easy experience. The wait was a little long but, that is also my fault since they do offer appointments. I wanted to give a shout out to our phlebotomist Frankie!! She was absolutely amazing! Our little one has Down syndrome and she made us all feel welcome and she was absolutely awesome!! Thank you Frankie for being great at your job, making our lives easier!! Our little one didn’t even cry with her!!
Terribly run system. I waited 2 hours for first appointment and they couldnt get my blood to flow so they told me to come back another time and they would get me right back in. Next time I came in they said they closed at 3pm and that they couldnt get me in because the door has been closed for at least 15 minutes even though they LEFT IT UNLOCKED. Came back in for a third time just today and they told me I had to wait AGAIN. Waited for about an hour and I could not stay any longer because I had another appointment elsewhere. I had been told that I wouldnt have to wait if I was a re-stick but all the lady at the desk had to say was thats just not accurate, who told you this?. All I ever get told is theyre really sorry but theres nothing that gets done to fix the problem, I just have to wait and wait and wait over and over again. Never going back to this lab.
This is THE poorest run lab I have ever seen! The person at the front counter that used to enter all the info in the computer while patients wait no longer does that. Now its on the phlebotomist to do that while you are sitting in the chair. This new process takes 2-3 times as long to get the patients draw done. Today they are working extremely short staffed apparently, with only 3 phlebos here and more than 20 people waiting. This is beyond ridiculous! If I could give zero stars, I would.
My first several labs here were last year, the staff were very helpful and courteous and accepting. My last three labs here, I have been met with several issues. I had a routine lab I had done previously with specific instructions. These instructions were ignored, and the redraw I came back for was billed at my own expense.Another, a staff member almost refused to perform my blood draw, and was then unnecessarily rough during the procedure when instructed to by other staff members.I came back for that same routine lab and was flatly denied during check-in that they would follow the instructions given by my provider.I would not say this place is as friendly as it used to be. The second star is only to credit the staff who did help me for that first year. I hope they are all doing well.
First of all, you ARE at the right place, even if you do not see Sonora Quest Lab sign from the outside. As long as you made it to Banners Medical Pavilion at 37100, continue inside and you will find the Lab tucked away on the first floor, towards Gantzel Rd.This location is b-u-s-y. I do not mean only busy like you have to wait 1+ hours, even with an appointment, but busy to the point that the staff is having meltdowns... Kudos to a few shining stars, (esp. Julissa) who keep the place on float and the positive + professional atmosphere going. They will be also happy to text you when it is your turn, so that you do not have to wait at the crowded waiting room/hallway.Due to COVID, there are no self-check in machines, so be sure to go and manually check in.
Tiny location with no where near enough seating. Just need a better setup for how many people they had when I was there. We couldn’t find appointment times that worked due to long work hours and had to do the Saturday walk in. Not a bad facility. I have issues with crowds and the staff was awesome when I spoke with them.
Lots of seniors who are fasting and have low blood sugar so there attitude sucks. The service was great. The staff was great and friendly.
Would give negative rating, if I could. My husband went in for routine labwork, referred by his Dr. A couple of months later we get a bill for $300. We have good health insurance and ALL of this should have been covered. I started making phone calls to our insurance company, the Drs office and Sonora Quest. Long story short, the person who submitted our claim to insurance Googled our Drs NPI# (national physician index#) and it came up Florida. So they submitted the claim to the out-of-state dept. Nevermind the fact that our Dr had been registered in AZ for several months! Even our insurance called to explain the problem to SQ. Didnt matter, they didnt want to hear or correct the problem! I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this cleared up, and now we were sent to collections! I cant imagine that we are the only people that this has happened to. Thankfully I recognized the problem and am trying to get it straightened out. How many people dont have the time or even realize they are being billed in error?
It would be nice if the sign that says be back soon told you to use the electronic kiosk. So many people kept looking for a nonexistent sign in sheet.
Scheduled a pediatric blood draw appointment over a week ago for my toddler. Appointment was at 10:30, even got there a few minutes early because I respect other people’s time and expect the same in return. Assumed an appointment time would be honored, but don’t bother here they’ll take the walk ins and people with appointments scheduled after yours instead. They’ll tell you you’re next and then proceed to call 5 more people before you. So fun sitting there with a 2 year old on my lap for over an hour, waiting for him to get his blood drawn. The office has got to be set to at least 85 degrees as if it’s not miserable enough in there. They knew they had a pediatric blood draw at 10:30, how hard is it to make sure there’s another person on hand for the >5 mins it takes to help when it’s right there on the schedule?? I gave them grace and patience until they took the old lady whining every 10 minutes about fasting back when her appointment was for 11:00. You’re better off going anywhere else unless you’re cool sitting in a dingy waiting room for a couple hours. The phlebotomist was great at least. Front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing.
I’ve gone here several times in the last few weeks and each experience is different but not necessarily bad. Sometimes there’s no wait and you are seen quickly, other times there’s 20 people in the waiting room. I’ve found the best time to walk in is between 7-9am Saturday mornings- they get busier the closer they are to closing time.
We were there today, with an appointment time we set weeks ago. We arrived early, checked in after dealing with a rude front desk receptionist. My husbands first time at this facility. Our appointment time was for 10:15, he didnt get called back until 11:37, thats right, (1) hour and (22) minutes passed his appointed time. It waa after noon before my husband finally left the office. This facility is poorly managed, and staff could use customer service training. We will choose another site for future appointments.
Why in the world did i make an appointment for 1030 am if i couldnt be seen until 1130? It would have been nice for someone to tell me they were an hour behind schedule!! The Technician was great although from what I was told she didnt usually work there never using that lab again!! Communication people!!
I walked in about 630am on a Friday morning. I didn’t have to wait more than 45 minutes and I was in and out right after that.
Came in earlier in the week to pick up a lab that I needed to do and return within 30 minutes of completing. When I came to return the lab with about 15 minutes left for it to not be refrigerated, there was a line out of the office and when I try to walk up to the counter I was told I had to sign in and wait for over 45 minutes. I walked away because the lab order was going to be expired by the time they just took it from me. STOP doing lab orders if you wont accept them!
These guys ROCK! Went the extra mike to help me out by getting my emailed labs faxed over from Dr. amazing service. All done on one pain free stick! Awesome service!
Their estimates of how long the wait is will be less than half the actual wait time. If you offer them the lab order when you check in they’ll tell you they don’t need it until they call you back. Then once they call you back they’ll tell you they need the lab order and will call you back again after they they finish entering the information
Appts dont mean anything. They take walk ins and mess up their schedule for the whole day. Made my appt weeks in advance to have a first AM for fasting lab before work. At 630am lobby was full. I checked in 15 minutes early and they called me an hour after my appt time. I was late for work. I wont come here again.
I highly recommend an appointment ! This place is always packed . The employees are “moving fast” and doing their job , it is just busy !!! I think because there aren’t too many options in the area . I’ve lucked out and walked in and got in within 20 mins but that is rare . More than likely you are waiting a good 1-2 hours as a walk-in . Every time I make an appointment I wait max 35 mins . Small waiting room so you can use the option to text you when it’s your turn so you can wait in your car
I showed up like 45 minutes to close, it was obvious it had been a long day and the lobby was full but every staff member was still friendly and professional. Now that a bunch locations in Pinal seem to be on limited hours or temporarily closed, these guys seem to be managing a lot of the overflow.
THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS. If you think they are don’t go. They need to change their google hours bc they are not open.
My experience here was great. I couldn’t make an appointment as the location was booked out about two or three weeks so I called and made sure walk-ins were welcome. I came a little earlier than I initially wanted to because I assumed there would be a wait for walk-ins, which there was. The staff was friendly. When I asked what my wait time would be, they said about an hour, which was fine. Sure enough, about an hour goes by and they called me in. Shane was the tech that helped me with getting my blood drawn and did a great job. Shane understood that I am a little queasy when it comes to needles and asked questions to better understand me. If you get Shane, you’re in good hands. They even gave me an aftercare slip that explained what to do, as well as what not to do. 10/10, I would recommend this location.
Unbelievable!! Staff was friendly and courteous but oblivious to the dog fight occurring in the waiting room. There was a service dog in training with appropriate badging and vest already in the waiting room. A couple walked in with 2 unleashed, unmarked small dogs that proceeded to roam the waiting room and interfere with the service dog. The owners of both parties had a very loud interaction in the waiting room with ZERO staff noticing o intervening. Unhygienic, inappropriate and generally terrible.
I just came to see if my lab order is here and I had to wait an hour!! And the girl in the front wasn’t very helpful
I had a 9 AM appointment and a 9:30 across the street. Had to cancel lab in order to make the 9:30. When I left at 9:15, there were 8:45 appointments still to be called. What good is an appointment if you cant be seen within 15 minutes. Very disappointed
Been here once a week for the last 6 months. Wait can be long. Just sign up and in less than hour your turn will be up. Friendly employees with efficient process.
I went online to schedule a routine lab. I checked in about 5 minutes early, still had to wait past my appt time, and the waiting room was empty. Also, with the lab orders in front of her, she still somehow messed up and had to put the needle in me twice in order to get the blood for what my Dr. requested.
Definitely a busy place! I arrived before they opened and there was already a pretty good line formed. The clinic employees were really great about their communication as far as what was expected of us, and they worked through us quickly. It was quick and efficient. I will definitely be back.
I knew theyd be busy, so I procrastinated coming in. Sure enough when I got here, even early, there were 10 people in front of me. However, when I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the staff was great about directing people to keep things moving quickly. Every person that walked in was also greeted, even though everyone was busy. I wont hesitate to come back next time I need labs.
I went into this office for the first time, pleasantly surprised at how friendly & accommodating the staff was towards everyone. I was a walk in with no appt. they checked me in, maybe a 20 min wait & I was done.
Lady at the desk very rude. Her name is Corey. I understand health care workers feel they are over worked but I served in healthcare for 28 years. I served through swine flu, Ebola, and covid never treated people unkind. We all have to work so if you don’t like your job get a new one. My son started having grand mal seizures for no reason just here trying to get lab work and answers. In fact everyone in this room is here because of a health issue. No one deserves to be treated with anything other than empathy and compassion. If you don’t have those two things then get a job someplace where you do not have to interact with humans. So tired of health care workers feeling it is now ok to treat people like this. I am seeing an influx of this behavior and it really needs to be addressed and stopped. You are not entitled to treat people bad just because you are a health care worker and FEEL like you are over worked. I will say the gal sitting next to the rude one kudos to you. You are very sweet and helpful to the people you interacted with. Also, witnessed an elderly general man come in they told him he needed an appointment he said ok I will come back another day. They know it is the same every day. So I stopped him told him he definitely should make an appointment online or make the drive to gold canyon because the wait is not as long he thanked me. It’s called human kindness it free but some people have none.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with simple lab draws. It appears it is impossible to call this office to ask a simple question of whether or not they have a pending lab order on file for me. Evidently I have to make a trip in to see if they have it, if it requires fasting, etc. At $5/gal for gas, I cant afford that. They need to answer their stupid phones and service their customers. What a racket they have going here.
Great service. Long wait times on Saturdays because it is walk in only. Patient workers. Helpful.
Needed a routine blood draw and used their online appointment reservation system to get scheduled. Easy peasy. Arrived half hour early only to realize I left my paperwork at home. Went out to the car and went online from my smartphone and in seconds was able to cancel & reschedule. Another easy peasy. Went in today and for the second time the bar code scanner would not register me so I tapped in the number-letter combination manually and in seconds I was registered. The kiosk allows you to choose between waiting in a crowded hot waiting room, or enter your cell number, walk out and wait for a text. I opted to wait outside so I keyed in my number. The wait to get called in to present paperwork and insurance I.D. was about 15 minutes. Pretty sure that patients with appts get priority over walk-ins, which are accepted. After being processed I once again opted to be texted and walked out of the waiting room. I was told to expect 10 minutes more. That was the case. Got the second text, was assigned to a staffer and was out in two minutes. The whole process took 30 minutes.
Came here for my appointment today, which was Saturday. After arriving I was shown that my appointment was actually next week. (my mistake) I asked could I still be seen today? They said no, but I was all set for next week. If someone makes a mistake and fast for the time frame that was needed, get up and drive to another town, she couldve been nice and tried to fit me in. I mean it wouldve took less than 5 minutes. I did have all the paperwork that was needed from the Doctors office and also the paper where the appointment had been made, with the date for the following week. If she really couldnt fit me in, she couldve told me about the Phoenix location that does allow you to do a same day walk in. That is where I went afterwards. I mean who wants to fast again next week and drive back over here 45 minutes from my house. Casa Grande location is better than this one, too bad they are not open on the weekends. After today, this location will never get my money. Come back next week, yeah right, I wouldve took off from work, just to go to another location if I had to, to keep from coming back here.
What a joke. First, the space is too small. People are waiting in the hall and outside the building. The website does not allow appointments. It also said that it is a 4 minute wait for walk-ins. Gothere and it is over an hour for walk-ins. Talked to someone who had already been waiting for an hour, so the website isnt updated. All the patients are frustrated. The staff seems frustrated as well, based on their poor reactions to the patients. Its really the only option we have in this area, but next time Ill consider driving to Mesa rather than dealing with this location. Ill also consider a different lab company.
This office doesn’t prioritize at risk patients! If you have a newborn with possible health issues, DON’T COME here! In most offices newborns have a special waiting area to keep away from crowds. This lab seems to always be very busy. If you are in good health, waiting an hour or two isn’t a big deal. But maybe prioritize newborn, at risk patients. Etc.
Doesn’t say on website whether or not walk-ins are accepted. Get hung up on every time I call to speak with someone. Obviously a place like this doesn’t give 2 cents about anyone. Must be a horribly managed place from top to bottom.
Ive been to this lab about a half dozen times I go early and its always busy ten or more people in the waiting room. Despite the number of people they are really very quick getting the walk-ins into their blood draw. It doesnt seam like a long wait not more than ten minutes which is pretty good if you have ever had to do anything involving a hospital or doctors office. The facility looks clean and neat and the staff are friendly in a professional sort of way. My blood draws have been excellent this is the main reason for my five star rating. I havent had them poke me more than one time ever, no digging in my arm trying to find a vein, or what I really hate, complaining to me about how my veins are hard to find. I would definitely recommend this lab to my family and friends.
I was skeptical to visit this location due to reviews...The phlebotomist was excellent, very courteous, quick and efficient! My veins are very small and it normally takes a few pokes, however he (I didn’t catch his name) got it down in one poke and had me in / out of the chair in 3-5 minutes! Awesome, especially when I had two toddlers with me! However, a couple of the ladies upfront could learn some proper skills in the customer service part of their job. They don’t acknowledge you. & while my appointment was at 11:45 it didn’t get me in the back or even checked in until after 12...which at this point was their “lunch.” A young girl, I’m assuming teenager because she had parents and siblings with her, checked in right after me and they stepped outside due to the lack of room in the waiting room, in which then one of the ladies up front stood up, told the family it was lunch, and then continued to shut and lock the door....um they already checked in, lady?! So someone else in the waiting room says “they’re knocking on the door,” and the employee states “It’s our lunch” ultimately Someone got up to let the family back in and the front desk had to continue with a snippy comment announcing “it’s our lunch nobody else open the door.” Um, perhaps your location should not schedule appointments after 11:15-11:30 if you’re running slow and cutting into your lunch. Not the patients fault and completely unprofessional to lock people out after their check in and not allow them back in. For this reason alone I would probably not revisit this location.
This place is horrible! I do not recommend anyone goes here! I fasted this morning and was going to do it walk in here for my labs.. Because the only appointments available are over 2 weeks away. I need my labs done before then. Every single seat in the waiting Room is full. A small waiting Room with about 20 chairs and everyone is full. Fix your business to accommodate the customers Or open more locations. Maybe stop getting lab request sent over that you cant handle. Save yourself time and misery by not coming here
Had a great experience here, today. I did not have an appointment but was still in and out within 40 mins! Front counter gals were very pleasant & friendly, and the phlebotomist I had was very talkative, and upbeat. Thanks for the great service!
We were told we didnt need an appointment for our newborn- being that he is only 10 days old he would be in and out, no wait. The front desk staff was too lazy to look up his health insurance application, they were incredibly rude and said they would look it up and immediately decided not to and made us pay out of pocket without telling us there would be a near TWO HOUR wait, with our NEWBORN in the middle of a pandemic which has hit our state THE WORST in the world.Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!! I wish I could give the piss poor staff NEGATIVE STARS!!!
Beware. Just cause you make appointment doesn’t mean you don’t wait. Had appointment but still waiting a hour. Was told I go behind all the rest. Why have appointments if your going to lie to people. Put time is worth something.
Very friendly staff. Very hardworking. Some of the clients that are waiting for blood work need to be more patient. The staff is doing a great job, but it makes it bad for everyone when a few patients get impatient. Keep up the great work in a busy environment.
Maria was very polite and kind. I can tell she was a genuine person who cares for her patients and is very good at her profession. thank you
Terrible customer service. Been here 3 or 4 times and consistently bad. They realize they are the only lab to service this semi-rural area and they act like it. They organize their day to force a 45 min wait. They purposely limit appointments so you can only get one weeks in advance. They refuse to advise on cost for labs. Theyll refer you to your insurance company which will refer you back to the provider.
Did walk in on a Saturday. It was quick and efficient. The ladies working there were very nice and personable. Office was also very clean and nice. Went way beyond my expectations.
Update: i had no choice but to come back here and dreading it. This time the staff was very nice. Very good experience. Kandayce especially was great!1 year ago:The Asian woman is extremely rude. Will not return to this location.
Honestly the people are nice but the company weds to up their game. Been here waiting well over and hour for a blood draw for my kiddo. If your this busy I’d say more employees or more locations are needed. Common sense kinda stuff.
I always go to this facility because it is close to my house. But today, the guy who was at the front desk named Carlos was rude to me when I did not give him my second health card. He needs to go in the back. He also sucks at drawing blood! Most of the time, experience is good, today, this guy ruined it for me.
Did not have an appointment and still only took about 30 minutes to get seen. Martha did a fantastic job 🏆 Everyone was very friendly
Thank you, Carlos, for always making my experience a good one. I am absolutely terrified of needles, and he always puts me at ease, and is great. Ive never had to be poked more than 1 time, when he does my labs.
Front desk that do not know what they are doing! Extremely frustrating. I was incorrectly told you do not accept my insurance after calling back and forth between Sonora and Lapcorp paid $100 at Lapcorp for blood work that should have been covered at Sonora. Finally reached my insurance carrier who advised ARE contracted with Sonora not Lapcorp. Scheduled the whole morning off to get this blood work done as it’s needed within the next few days. Thank you Sonora for not knowing your job!
I’m a very livid mother bear right now. I took my daughter in for her newborn screen and the tech had issues getting enough blood. She barley filled the circles for it. Several weeks later I’m told I have to go a redo her test. Okay fine, I had to go in for a different order for my daughter anyways. So I go back on 10/19/17 while my husband sits in the car with my other children. She spent 20 minutes poking and prodding my baby. My one month old was screaming while there was nothing I could do. I was two seconds from walking out but she kept saying we are almost done but we weren’t even close to being done. After the tech said she got what she needed I tried calming my baby down but she was very upset and it broke my heart. Well yesterday not only did I get a call saying THE RESULTS WERE INCONCLUSIVE due to not enough blood taken, I also noticed my daughter foot was rubbed RAW from this lady trying to get blood. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO GET BLOOD FROM AN INFANT OR CHILD DONT FRICKEN DO IT!
Here first thing on a Monday morning, knew it was going to be full, but that staff was on it! Didn’t have an appointment but still didn’t have to wait long. They were friendly and helpful but most importantly quick! After a horrible experience at Labcorp, this was top notch. Also have to add it felt CLEAN.
I don’t know why the bad reviews. I waited less then 30 minutes without an appointment. Great place
Big thank you to Carlos ! Had to have a blood test for my 3 year old I was really worried. He walked me through the process and put me at ease. He got her test done on the first try and we were in and out. I hope this review teaches you. Much thanks from us!
I think its one of the few locations that closes for an hour for lunch anyhow Im waiting with my newborn outside along with 15 other people for them to open, when they finally do I go to check in and set the carseat with my newborn in it on the side then this older guy with tattoos that works there comes and tell me can you move all this to the side first of all have some manners guy and its not all this, this has a name and its my son in his carseat and obviously I was going to move him! I held back from saying anything because I did not want to create a scene but who does this guy think he is, its not the first time this rude guy has a bad attitude. Seriously guy I know youre unhappy working as a phlebotomist at your age but dont take it out on the patients that thanks to us you have a paycheck. Sonora quest should definitely review its employees and the way they treat patients its ridiculous how rude and this guy is too bad I dont know his name but his the big older guy with tattoos all over.
We have never had a good time getting my daughters blood drawn here. They are not experienced at drawing kids blood. Ive given them several second chances, but I dont know why. We will never go back. This last time they burst my daughters vein.
Every time Ive ever had to go here that are super slow and rude. You can here them chit chatting while the waiting room backs up. Its even worse now that they there kiosk system.
BE PREPARED TO WAIT, I’m giving 5 stars because I understand everything is running behind these days with the pandemic , but I had a 8:30 appt and finally got called to do routine labs at 11am, block your whole day out if you have a simple lab appt like I did
Friendly staff and Samantha was excellent! Wait wasnt bad either for as many people that were there.
This location really deserves a zero. This location is so slow the people at the front desk aren’t nice and people with appointments have to wait even after their appointment times.
This location is definitely a busy one. The staff was very courteous and they did their best to see everyone in a timely manner.
Absolutely horrible. 2nd time needing to drop off with something time sensitive. Sample ruined because I sat waiting for an hour.
I have had labs done here multiple times, the staff is always very friendly, and even as a walk in I didnt have to wait very long.
I been on the for almost an hour and no one answer very unprofessional service is very bad
First time visit...staff and tech were courteous and efficient and I felt I was seen in a timely manner.
Quick, efficient and pleasant staff. Make an appointment online before you go and go to the head of the line.
Lady at the front desk was highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Was short and was clearly acting irritated with my questions.
Very Smooth, come in and out 20 mins..doctor Tony and front desk ladies very generous...
Wait times are terrible and nothing shows available on the website for weeks in advance. Just too difficult to deal with.
Horrible have to wait over theee hours. No sense of urgency. Could care less people are down the hall
Great customer service front desk and phlebotomist MiaThank you !!
Friendly and accomodating😊
Overworked and understaffed. Plan on waiting at least 1 hour here for simple lab draws.
Friendly, professional and Mathew provided great customer service.
Fast and friendly service!! Very much appreciated!
Slowest place ever. Shouldnt have to wait an hour to get blood work.
Fast sevice. Techs can draw blood with no problems.
They keep the line of people moving. Friendly and efficient.
Fast and gentle. They dont forget there is a guman involved.
Did not answer phone call when open.
Very rude and condescending
Very friendly staff. Always nice to me.
Great staff and friendly people and good great job
Great staff, very efficient
People are always friendly and helpful
Impossible to schedule an appointment.
Slow and getting an appointment impossible
You get ZERO!!
