My staff here has been great. It was easy to get affirming care and the LGBT coordinator Elle really helps with finding resources. I went here for HRT, which I am still on and seen for, and it was very easy. It is difficult to reach the clinic at times, and only being open on Wednesdays is massively inconvenient, but its certainly not the staffs fault thats policy right now.Ive recommended Planned Parenthood to everyone I know for various reasons. The clinic is sometimes the only place I feel trusted with my healthcare. I was having atrocious urinary issues and they allowed me to repeatedly test, which was massively helpful while waiting for urology.
Been going here for hormones for 6.5yrs and now everything is different you can’t get ahold of anyone they’re open 1 day a week you try to get a prescription refill and have to wait weeks. I’m going on 2 weeks without my hormones because no one answers or responds and the call center is no help at all. Finding a new dr asap.
Absolutely ridiculous that I cant bring in my well behaved children because of their policy. I am a single.mother who cant afford a baby sitter or have anyone around to keep an eye on my children for the short period of time of my appointment. Dont take other peoples mistakes out on others. Not impressed at all.
Great place for average womens healthcare needs. Appt. setter Julie could use a course in general courtesy. Her whole demeanor was mean.
Friendly, cheerful, and kind staff. A safe and empowering environment. Julina (spl?) was kind, patient, and diligent.
Caring staff, discrete and safe! They work on a sliding scale and take medicaid cdphp!
Great staff and helps women everywhere! I recieve my hormones for HRT here!
Always encountered supportive and friendly staff. Thanks for providing great health care!
Love it
