I have been going to CareNet for over 10 years. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Dr Moon is amazing! Explains everything in detail and so very down to earth. She displays all the best qualities of an awesome doctor. I would highly recommend CareNet
I’ve had a great experience with Carenet so far! All of the doctors have been extremely helpful through this process. I switched to carenet at the start of my second trimester and couldn’t be happier with my decision. My birth was not what I expected but they were very comforting and helped me to process everything and understand my options to get my baby out safely. We loved Bellevue as well which is where the practice delivers. I will be continuing my care there for all of my needs!
Ive been going to Care Net for many years and Im very happy there. My Dr is very good, takes time with me and is very easy to talk to. Everyone is very nice there. Ive never been kept waiting because appointments are on time. Wonderful Group.
The administration is highly efficient, it was my first time there, but only took me a few minutes to fill in all information and check in. Everything electronic, paperless, makes me feel good. After checking in, I only waited a few minutes to meet a nurse, talked to her about my medical history. After that, again, only a few minutes waiting to see Dr. Elaine Cheon Lee. She’s really great. Kind, patient, and gentle. She performed a pap smear for me, and that was the least uncomfortable experience I have ever had! I normally will have a little blood after the pap smear and get not very comfortable down there for the rest of the day. But with Dr. Lee, I didn’t feel a thing right after the procedure was done, and no blood discharges at all, truly amazing!
Would definitely recommend this practice to others! Dr Cheon-Shingo and the staff were so wonderful to work with. Put me very much at ease. This was my first time with this team… they were highly recommended to me and I’m so glad I put my trust in them.
I cannot say enough positive things about CareNet.I left my previous gynecologist for a handful of reasons, but mostly because I had just discovered I was expecting and about three weeks along. I wanted fresh eyes and a team looking over me, my pregnancy, and the baby.I called CareNet and they were able to get me in fairly quick, I want to say within three weeks. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and warmly congratulated me on my pregnancy.Over the course of my pregnancy I had worries all the time, about everything. The team at CareNet never made me feel bad or dismissed me, and everyone was always kind.Once my baby was on his way my doctor was at Bellevue to deliver him. Dr. Tsao was so calm and collected, kind and helpful. She kept me updated with everything happening and my husband was included… She was just amazing.Overall I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at CareNet from the front desk, to the CNAs, to the physicians. I’m so thankful for them, and if my husband and I have another child we look forward to their help, again.
I Have been going to CareNet medical forever, they delivered my two babies, my two grand-babiesThat there should tell you the faith we put in Dr Hee Cheon Shinto. I just went this week for my yearly visit and couldn’t believe how quickly they took me in and how fast I was seen . I would totally recommend her to anyone who is in need a a very good gynecologist, she’s the best along with the staff.
I have been a client at CareNet for over twenty years! They have friendly staff and compassionate doctors. Appointments are easy to schedule and are always on time. Highly recommend this group!
Great staff! I love work with Dr. Cheon. She is super patient and always listening to my questions/ concerns. Additionally, couple month ago I called this branch. Linda D (customer services? scheduling department? )is the nicest person ever I talk to over the phone. She helped me escalate and resolve my problems. She is super professional and give the best customer services I have seen in years. Keep up with the good works ladies!
Carenet was absolutely incredible throughout and post pregnancy, also Dr. Moon saved our baby’s life in what turned into a complicated labor. Can’t recommend them enough they really know what they are doing and felt like we were in great hands. They also deliver at Bellevue which was a state of the art birthing facility - that place is amazing.
The doctors are great but I’m disappointed the receptionist refused to check me in for an appointment when I showed up. She told me I had to use my phone to check in. She mentioned I needed to consent to treatment. Apparently voluntarily showing up and answering questions doesn’t count as consent to treat.
Every single doctor and staff member I have seen at this practice has been outstanding. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. Dr. Moon always listens carefully and gives very thoughtful advice. She is clearly concerned about her patients.
Love Dr. Campito. Takes time to talk. Efficient service no long weights very clean love all the people there definitely recommend this medical place
The best! my first OBGYN after moving up from the city and was pregnant with them with my first child , very attentive and great with follow up
Have to say had a great experience with Dr Moon and Bellevue all staff were very kind and professional and had outstanding care thank you to all !
Wonderful team! The professionalism of this group is beyond compare. I Look forward to a Long relationship at this practice.
I usually have a pretty good experience here with my actual Gyno. Today I saw Dr. Tsao for some irregular spotting that I’ve never had before. I wanted to make sure I didn’t have any underlying issues and if so get ahead of it. I decided to stop taking birth control because of the effects it can have on your body and I felt as though it was questioned the whole time. I knew when coming off birth control the chance of pregnancy my partner and I would be taking. She then suggests I GET BACK on birth control after I told her I didn’t want to be on it. If it is my period that’s also fine but I wanted to make sure since this has never happened to me before. To make things worse… I can HEAR her talking about me to the two women who came in before she did talking about how I’m not on birth control so what did I expect. Just a tip for you guys, people can hear you even if the door is closed! I left that appointment feeling judged and just as clueless as I was when I walked in!
I’ve been a patient for many years, the staff is caring and treat you very well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have been a patient here for about 2 years, and Im currently 38W pregnant with my first. I have had a great experience with this practice and have met all of the doctors (you meet them all during pregnancy appointments). I was nervous to go to a new practice after moving because Im plus size. Everyone has treated me with kindness and respect throughout my pregnancy and I feel extremely comfortable bringing up any concerns with the staff. The front desk staff has also been very accommodating, especially with working with my work schedule! I plan on continuing using the services here for years to come!
Ive been going to Dr. Campito for years now. Shes a great doctor and I feel very comfortable with her.
Every body that there is so nice and friendly and helpful the doctor answers your question she so easy to talk to.
Appointment was on time. I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly staff member who took the time needed to on confirm the information for my visit. After being called in for my appointment, the staff member took their time to complete the needed medical information before seeing the doctor. The doctor was kind, understanding, and empathetic. Thank you for a great first visit.
Carenet was fine when all I needed was regular / once a year appointments, but they made an ectopic pregnancy SO MUCH WORSE than the devastating experience it already was. Trying to get seen, talk to a doctor when something was going wrong, and getting follow up care was almost impossible. The receptionists made me cry multiple times. There were also several times when blood work orders had not been sent to a lab, even after I called the office to confirm that they were sending the order. The phlebotomist told me that Carenet does that all the time. Obviously I cancelled my scheduled prenatal appointments after I lost the pregnancy (and I told the office that was the reason I was canceling at the time), but the office called me three weeks later to reschedule them as if they had no record of my pregnancy loss (which was documented in my chart and in the cancellation reason for those appointments). Every single step of the process from just figuring out something was wrong to getting conflicting follow up care instructions, struggling to get a follow up appointment and blood work, and getting a call to reschedule cancelled prenatal appointments was an absolute nightmare on top of an already terrible experience.
Quality of care and customer service goes down every year. This was a great place 10 years ago when pregnant with my first child. I gave birth to my second alone after the nurse left the room while I was needing to push. I am now on my third & I will not use this provider for my fourth. The receptionist are snarky and proper care for women with HG has to be demanded. Doctors haven’t listened to needs in years. It’s disappointing. They USED to be the best!
Absolutely love this practice! I’ve been coming here for over 7+ years and every practitioner is wonderful and am ALWAYS pleased after my appointments! They are also great at getting you right in if they have to reschedule your appointment and or if you have an emergency/concerns. HIGHLY recommend this practice!
I have been going to Care Net Medical Group since my husband and I had trouble conceiving a child 32 years ago. We have a healthy son that is 30 years old and a healthy daughter that is 28 years old. They’re efficient, respectful, timely, professional, caring and in my opinion the best in the area!! I have almost an hour drive to their office on River Road in Schenectady and I don’t plan on changing providers. They are worth the trip!!!
I have been coming here for several years. I had left a mediocre review originally for CareNet but I am happy to say that it was a must that I edit it. After the office manager read my original review, she reached out to me within minutes of me posting it. I was very impressed and happy that she did. That is a huge gesture in todays world. Not only did she address my concerns but she told me that the PA who had previously left that I had been seeing did in fact come back to the practice. I just wish the office staff would have recognized that from my chart and told me she had returned. But at any rate the manager was so kind enough to re-schedule my appt to be with the PA which I was so very grateful for. I also expressed my concerns over communication issues and also the fact that I feel that the main function of this office seemed to be dealing with the women in the reproductive stages of their lives. I am a mother too but I am done with that part of my life. But I feel women need just as much guidance after that and I wanted to see this office focus on that too. I need a doctor who will be attentive to me in the stage of my life where I am now...not constantly being unavailable because someone is in labor. I did express this to the PA as well when I went for my appt and I felt like my concerns were heard by both of them. I also have to say that the office has really improved on communications - texting, etc. which I was so happy to see. I feel like when I went to my appt things were really changing for the better and I hope that does continue.
This is the best practice I have been to. Everyone I have ever seen makes an effort to really listen to my concerns. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. All staff are extremely welcoming. I have never had any issues regarding billing, lab results, getting scheduled for appointments etc.
Hi used to love Dr. Moon when I came to this practice years ago. Out of the blue I got an injury and wanted to see an OB doctor After only seeing a primary care doctor for many years. It wasn’t easy with the scheduling, but when I persisted, they got me an appointment within a few days. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was excellent. I met Dr. Cheon Lee, and loved her, too. These doctors are very competent but also very approachable, down to earth, kind, and easy to talk to. I love it that it’s an all-female practice and an all-minority practice (as far as I know). I would highly recommend these folks and I’ve spoken with others in town who also love this practice.
I would not advise anyone to come here. The only thing they had going for them was the good doctors, Dr. Moon and another one Im blanking on the name. I have gone to this practice and the one in Clifton Park since I have been a little girl and never have I been so disappointed and disrespected. The staff..? SO RUDE and condescending for starters!! I found out recently that I am pregnant and the woman (who had black hair and didnt tell me her name, while also seeming to be new seeing how much help she needed to make my appointment) set up my appointment while she patronized me for multiple things saying comments such as your not doing good and telling me your only 5 weeks.. (by the way found out I was further along then she said by the doctors office I went to instead of this place).. I then left almost in tears after to then a few days later call to ask a few questions and to complain about how I was treated.. Told someone who said the office manager would contact me about how I was mistreated.. +2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOTHING. I called to cancel my appointment (as I found a better, more professional and more respectful providers office) and when I brought up the issue another woman I hadnt talked to patronized me for not getting any names then said she would cancel my appointments.. Clearly that was all a lie because I got notification to confirm my appointment for the 8th. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE, if you want to be disrespected by the staff and potentially have your insurance charged after you cancel your appointment for a missed appointment then please, be my guest and come here. These people are just as bad as the employees in the planned parenthood on State Street.. HORRIBLE! If you want to be treated the way you deserve, go to Saratoga Hospital OBGYN & Midwifery.
My doctor was very nice it was my first time there and they made me feel very comfortable as welll as the nurses . My only concern was with the lady at the front desk . She was very rude , i asked her to point me to the bathroom and she stated I could not use it and needed to take a seat because I was a new patient although I did arrive a few minutes late I’m not sure why I was advised I couldn’t use the rest room . I then asked to make a new patient appointment for my partner during check out and she stated I could not do this and needed to call which make’s absolutely no sense . I’ve seen other reviews regarding front desk and something should be done to make the patient experience a little better
Always a kind environment, staff are very helpful, the doctors are very professional and allow you to speak about concerns and address them right away. I was able to do my check in, screening, and updated insurance information all through online before my appointment which made the stress of going less of a load. I had an incident and was able to reschedule my appointment and felt heard. I’m very grateful to their Clifton Park office for taking care of me since 2016!
Dr. Cheon always makes me feel comfortable which is not easy for a patient during a gyno visit. The medical assistant was also very friendly and calming. I was not looking forward to this appointment and was very surprised at how easy and comfortable they made it.
Been coming here for over 26 years, I see Dr. Tsao mainly but have seen others at times. Always friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I LOVE their new online check in you can complete ahead of time so you’re not sitting there filling it out paperwork in the waiting room. I do wish they took virtual insurance cards though or allowed you to upload a copy during the online check in, this is becoming more common that you just have your card on your phone. I had to bring a printed copy they could scan last time. This needs to be an improvement to keep up with new technology, but that’s true for all doctor offices.
Everyone was very professional, comforting, and explained everything quite thoroughly! I was very anxious, and especially the mammography administer, ( sorry to have missed her name) was superb!! She definitely knew how to better educate me regarding the possible outcomes, which put me right at ease! She was great!😊
Last Thursday was my first visit at CareNet and I would not consider going anyplace else. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The nurse that checked me in was professional and patient. Then I met Dr. Moon for the first time and she is amazing! She came highly recommended by family and friends and now I know why. She is everything I expect from a great doctor, intelligent, compassionate, and simply cares a great deal for her patients.Thank you Dr. Moon and staff for a wonderful experience.
First of all, I loved the ability to do the precheck in the day before my actual appointment which saved a lot of time filling out multiple pages of paperwork. Again, the staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Moon is very thorough, answers all questions and helps women to feel their best by listening to your health concerns and being very compassionate.
Used to be a great place. Until my fourth pregnancy! Never listened to me. All of pain and discomfort was ignored. And retaliated by scheduling an induction a week over due, after complaints of worsening pressure and pain, with contractions. The front desk all but one very nice lady, is extremely rude!
The nurse was extremely thorough and informative as well as Cindy. They are so knowledgeable and wholeheartedly care about their patients. Cindy answered all of by birth control questions and helped me find the best for me. Their online checkin allows for minimal wait time!
Doctor tsao was really thorough and honest and made me feel extremely comfortable with my visit. I have had a couple losses in the past year and am on to my third time trying to conceive with my rainbow pregnancy hoping for success this time - I don’t have super high hopes and am Doing my best to be humble, but if anything I feel this doctor truly made me feel like I can have hope and Altho I haven’t gotten to my ultrasound - that I’m atleast on the right track, with hopes for a viable pregnancy this round.
I have been going to this practice for 26 years. The drs, nurses and PAs are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They delivered my children and were very supportive throughout my pregnancies and deliveries. I do and will continue to recommend this practice.
My appointment was at 2:15pm and the nurse took me right back, did a thorough review of my medical history then Dr. Cheon- Schingo came in to do my annual exam. Sue knocked on the door to take me to get my mammogram. I did my check in process on line which was very convenient. The office staff was very friendly and professional. I have been going to CareNet for over 30 years and I recommend them to all my family and friends.
I have been going to this practice since they were in the back of Bellevue Hospital - I had the father who started this practice and he was wonderful and now I have the pleasure of having his sweet daughter. I had a lot of female problems and surgeries and now thankfully I just have to come for my yearly checkups. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. It is always a good experience.
Such a great office and atmosphere. My appointment was fast and beyond a head of schedule. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Mood is fantastic. Thank you
Everyone at this office was very nice from reception to the nurses and the doctors. Exam was quick but thorough, had my first mammogram as well and it was not a terrible experience like I was expecting! Dr. Moon has a great personality and has good advice. Appointments ran on time with minimal waiting. Great practice!
My visit was perfect. On time receptionist was helpful and professional. The mammogram tech Ali was great. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. She explained what the procedures were to be and what to expect. She responded with results extremely rapidly. I appreciate the staff and excellent technical equipment at CareNet. Thanks
This was my first visit to this practice, just for an annual exam. Reception was helpful and friendly and Dr. Tsao was excellent. She was not in a hurry and was very down to earth and personable. She asked me questions about myself and encouraged me to ask questions and voice any concerns I had. I felt very comfortable. I’ve been to several gyn offices throughout the years, and this was honestly the best experience I’ve had. I left there surprised at how great an experience it was. And they were also efficient without being rushed. I didn’t sit around waiting forever to see the Dr. Overall great experience.
Most women dont really look forward to going to the OB-GYN office, and I still dont; however, that being said, this group makes the experience so much easier. They are a fantastic crew, everyone one of them. The receptionists are great and really nice. The waiting room is a nice bright open room and very comfortable. The doctors are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have total confidence in these doctors. This office has a five-star rating for a reason and it is because everything about this group is fantastic, going far beyond a clean bathroom. The doctors really know their job. So thankful to have this group.
Dr. Cheon was very professional and explained everything. She addressed all my concerns. She seemed very trustworthy. I have to give a bigger shoutout to the nurse who took my intake: she was simply wonderful. The staff at the check in/check out counter was lovely. Overall it was an excellent experience.
I suffer from severe anxiety and PTSD. I have been treated with patience and understanding. Dr. Campito listens to me and my opinions. I am always called into the exam room within a few minutes of arriving. The nurses are also very friendly and caring.
The appointment desk woman is extremely rude and acts like she is a doctor to give out advice when her job is to just make appointments. She’s been rude numerous times on the phone they should consider hiring someone else!
I had a great experience with Dr. Emily for an annual check up and consultation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The reception area/ waiting room were clean and comfortable. The new patient paperwork was very easy to fill out online and saved a lot of time! Thanks everyone!
The providers here are a mixed bag. I had an emergency related to my PCOS and had to schedule an appointment. Despite asking not to be scheduled with a certain provider I was placed with that person. She was my mothers provider and when I was in my early 20s and suspected I had pcos she didnt even examine me and told me that it was essentially my fault for being fat and that I should just lose weight if I wanted my periods to be regular. If you know anything about pcos it makes weightloss almost impossible. That appointment cost me a lot personally and I walked away feeling like I was at fault, just another piece in years of medical trauma. So cut to 7 years later My doctor refers me to this office I need an emergency appointment. I forget to check who they assigned me to, and here I am. I mention my experience nervously to the PA and here comes that provider saying I heard I traumatized you seven years ago and I looked her in the eye and said Yeah, you did. I said something like Im sorry if that makes you uncomfortable but thats how I feel And she was like it does make me uncomfortable. She asked if Id like to reschedule I was like, this was an emergency, so no. She basically prescribed me the pill and for some reason chose this moment to do a pelvic exam (Even though I was there for excessive bleeding and it wasnt a ceck up and you cant eyeball PCOS). There werent even stirrups. So this woman is knuckle deep in my vagina while her assistant helps me hold up my knees. Literally one of the worst appointments in my life. And, of course, it solved nothing. So I ended up in the emergency room for excessive bleeding. I finally come back to the provider I was originally referred to and she was genuinely lovely despite me being very on edge. But, as Im checking out, one of the receptionists is struggling to cancel my appointment for an ultrasound. I explained I had one in the emergency room. Instead of helping her colleague the other receptionist hisses just cancel it several times before saying she had a miscarriage just cancel it. I wanted to say: How dare you make that kind of assumption. The very reason I cannot access adequate care is because you people clearly are in the business of making babies and if a woman actually has anything wrong with her you see that as an inconvenience and blame her for being so annoying as to bother you asking for help. And by the way if I had gone through the trauma of a miscarriage, you hissing it in front of me like that would make me feel awful like everyone knew my most horrible moments just by looking at me. But, I didnt say that. I turned to the struggling receptionist and said I didnt have a miscarriage, its alright. Anyway I go to McGinnis Womens Health now and not only are the providers there wonderful, the office staff does not hiss your medical information to the entire waiting room in front of you.
Scheduled an appointment in the Niskayuna office with the on call doctor. Had to leave work early to get there, as soon as I showed up they said the on call doctor had left. Nobody told me the doctor could just leave. I was a little upset but I was not rude, the receptionist acted like I had no right to be upset, she was rather passive aggressively rude and unprofessional. Oh well, got another apt for the next day then received a call that this doctor had to leave early too. Unprofessional desk staff and they are dropping the ball on good patient care and service.
Had my annual gyn visit and mammogram today. Previsit check in was great. Saved time! Dr moon is efficient, personable, professional and makes you feel at ease. Been going there for years now. Mammogram followed the visit. Great mammo machine that doesn’t hurt at all. Love being able to have both procedures in one quick visit. Thank you for the service you provide.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Moon for years and she is phenomenal. Today I saw the on-call doctor as I needed an appointment for this specific day and she was the only doctor available. She was great, too. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend this practice to all my friends (and strangers too, via Google).
I saw Dr. Moon today. I was looking for a new gynecologist as the one I have seen for the last 30 years retired. I can’t say enough good things about her and the office. The receptionist was very pleasant as was Dr. Moon. Dr. Moon me feel comfortable and as we all know that’s not easy when you’re at the gynecologist 🙂. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. I’m so happy I found her!
I have been going to this practice for several decades and have always had good experiences. The staff is always friendly and caring. I rarely have to wait for my appointment. Dr. Tsou is a caring and kind physician who listens to my questions and concerns. I am very happy with this practice.
Granted I am not pregnant nor is my fiance however came here for support and didnt have the same issues as many of the reviewers. Seemed clean and organized and neat. Everyone was pleasant, appointment right on time and the doctor was great. No work has been performed at the time of writing the review, but just my two cents.
20 years ago, the experience I had at a different practice with my first born was so horrible I had to make a change with my second pregnancy. That change led me to CareNet medical and I’ve been a happy patient ever since. My now 18 year old daughter (the second pregnancy I mentioned) is even a patient there herself now.Over the years there has been a few changes in staff, reception, nurses and unfortunately doctors as well. None the less it is always a pleasant experience and I never have a problem establishing a great relationship with a new doctor if the time comes. Both locations are in desperate need of a makeover as they are stuck in the late 1980’s decor wise but service is always quick and efficient, all public areas and private rooms are clean and well stocked but most importantly the staff is caring and knowledgeable. You will always feel comfortable and taken care of .
Dr moon is always very personable and makes you feel like a person and not just a number. Very caring and easy to talk too. Always very prompt. Never have I been made to wait for long at all. Mammography done very professionally and with patient care foremost. If you can look forward to Dr appointment this would be the place. Thank you.
See Dr Lee and she is very attentive to her patients and caring. Takes the time to answer all questions asked. Staff is very knowlegable and helpful. Had first Mammogram there and the tech explained everything to be done.Had mammograms done at SPH and this was much easier and comforatable. Would recomend this group to anyone.
Ive been going to cabernet for 8 years,, all the doctors are awesome, but Dr Moon is my favorite. She delivered my very first baby boy. I consider myself lucky to have her. she knows what shes doing and she always makes me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything.I am so glad to have her as my Doctor, and thats why I referred at least five of my friends to her and they all thank me.Thank you Dr Moon and keep up the good work.
Today was my first visit and I couldnt have been more pleased. The receptionist who greeted me was so pleasant and I loved Dr. Moon. She was so nice and no professional. Her nurse was so nice as well. I was especially happy that I could get my mammogram right there. Thanks to my friend, Linda, for referring me to Dr. Moon.
Great experience! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the doctor and nurse genuinely listened to my concerns and developed plans to address them. They were knowledgeable, proactive, and cared. Highly recommend.
The exam rooms are surprisingly dingy and too hot. One receptionist was great while the other seemed clueless. The doctor wasnt exactly gentle during the pelvic exam and pap smear and hasnt heard of a particular medical condition in which she should be familiar with. Honestly if I wasnt referred to this place by my primary I never would have chosen to go here.
I had my first appointment at CareNet yesterday. The building was very nice - new and clean, and well cared for. The people I saw were very professional, friendly, and good at explaining their routines. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Great place! I will be recommending it.
My experiences with CareNet have always been very positive - from the greeters at the front desk ( obviously this is not all they do) to the appointment desk to the doctors themselves.Dr. Elaine Chong Lee has been my doctor for at least 30 years and has been caring and professional at all times. She performed surgery on me many years ago which worked out just fine and discussed all possibilities with me prior to the procedure. She is a very caring person and takes nothing for granted. The entire staff is well-informed and communication among them is obvious. They all make it very easy to be a patient at CareNet and I hope to continue this relationship for many more years to come.
I’ve heard really great things about this practice. As a newer patient, I was glad to see that precautions are strictly adhered to re: COVID. There is plenty of space to safely distance while waiting to be seen and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 min’s to be called in for my appointment. Dr. Tsao has been nothing short of professional, attentive and caring. She is personable and helps her patients feel at ease. Overall, I’ve had a truly great experience.
Really happy with my experience today. I will say, I wish they would update the office, looks like it is stuck in the 90s and the flooring in the rooms especially need to be replaced. The front desk was nice and I was really happy with my experience with the provider I saw. She listened, helped me out, and took opportunities to teach. Thank you!
The new office design is great. My wait time was minimal, so I didn’t have time to complete the paperwork that was supposed to be given to the nurse/aide who was tasked with getting the basics done before I saw the doctor. She said that was okay, as she was going to go over that information in person anyway, so there was no need to even complete it. I will remember that next time!
I have been going to Care Net for a few years. Dr. Piraino is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. I am able to schedule an exam and a mammogram at the same time. No need to go elsewhere on a different day. And the mammographers have always been very pleasant.
I have been a patient here for over 20 years. This practice is amazing. Wait times are low, staff is friendly and efficient and the Dr.s actually take the time to listen to your concerns and discuss your options with you with terms you understand. Amazing!
I always feel very comfortable with the doctor, nurse and all staff. They answer every single one of my questions and boy do I always have a lot of questions. They refer me to a specialist if needed for a follow up. Love how they have the newest most current technology available. Their friendly personalities make it more homey then a scary, cold medical place. I love that.
It was my teen daughters first time going to this clinic and the medical assistant who we saw before the doctor was extremely rude. Then the doctor came in and she was ok but not very friendly or welcoming. Both my daughter and I walked out very displeased. Looking into other clinics now.
After a very strange start at CareNet Medical Group, I really grew to love the practice. I had some early first and second trimester bleeding and the doctors were very attentive to my pregnancy, returned my calls within minutes (even on nights and weekends), were generally out going and informative. I just delivered my first born with Doctor Cheong Lee, who was not my OBGYN but another one of the doctors on staff. She was so amazing and Ive requested all my follow ups and future appointments to be with her. The front desk staff (at CP anyway bc I dont go to Schenectady), can be a little intense. I dont love how the lady essentially shouts out what youre there for in the waiting room - but shes a little older and I figure everyone is there for something. Looking forward to baby #2 (in a few years!).
I have been a patient at CareNet for the past 6 years- and had my first baby with them. The experience (not pregnant and pregnant) has been wonderful. I can get same day, or next day appointments if necessary, they run on time, and the Doctors spend as much time with you as you need- I have never felt rushed, or that I was taking up too much time. Most importantly- the Doctors treat you with kindness and make you feel comfortable being there.
The staff us amazing and I love Dr. Campito! She’s thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. She always takes time to make sure all my questions are answered and takes her time explaining things.
Check-in was easy, receptionist was courteous and kept my information private at the desk. Dr. Moon answered all my questions and took time to make sure I was satisfied with her responses. Manmo machine is updated and wasn’t as bad as in the past.
I just went there today under not the best circumstances. I was treated incredibly well. I got in very fast and really enjoyed Dr. Moons nurse. Dr. Was very professional and was very factual which is what I like. I appreciate that this group is here for me during a difficult time. I am new to the practice however, I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks Rhona Jordan
I had a great experience going and seeing everyone. Was advised if I was still have bad indigestion and nausea still to call back in after. I waited until another visit to inform I’m still having issues and was advised to get on medication my pcp took me off of. Called back to advise of this on a Monday around 3:45 and got a call Tuesday after 3 pm to confirm my call and I would get a call back after they talk to the doctor. Well never got a call back Wednesday and I called Thursday prior to another engagement and the nurse read the notes to me from the last time I spoke to them and said there was nothing else. Come on!!! That’s not showing your there for me especially when you forgot about me. So thinking of looking for another location.
Everyone is just wonderful and so friendly at Carenet. The process of getting your appointment to your care is very easy. The reqisation online made check it very easy and saves you time. I have been going there for years and they keep making it a better experience for their patients. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit with you comfortable and safe.
I just moved up here to upstate New York back in July and the staff made me feel very welcome. And the place is smaller but comfortable. The receptionists were very nice. The nurse was very friendly. And Dr. Campito talked me through every and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend her!
I was 20 weeks pregnant when I transferred to this practice from another one in the Latham area where I felt I was not getting the proper prenatal support I deserved. I was hesitant to transfer this late in my pregnancy, but glad I did. This practice has been amazing. As a first time mom to be, they never made me feel like any question was too small for them and any worry I had at home I felt comfortable calling knowing that a doctor or nurse would certainly get back to me on feedback I was experiencing. I was able to meet all doctors, but one and all PAs- of the one I met I felt completely confident that any of the doctors would do an amazing job during my delivery. Not knowing who was going to be on call the day of my delivery did not make me uneasy at all. However, I was beyond thrilled to have Dr. Moon. From the very beginning she was one of the doctors at the practice that I felt most comfortable with. My labor was not difficult, but it was longer and unique and my nerves were set at ease when I learned she would be the doctor on for my delivery. If you are feeling uneasy about your current provider and are questioning switching- i would highly recommend this practice. From the office staff, to the nurses, the ultrasound technicians, to the doctors- the entire experience is professional and supportive.
If I could give zero stars I would.I established with Carenet because my GYN office no longer offers OB services and I wanted to deliver at Bellevue and I had heard decent things about this group. I explained when I first called that I do not need GYN services, only OB for the pregnancy. I went to my first appointment, which I had to wait over a month for (not unexpected in healthcare so I didnt stress about it) but I was eager to find out how far along I was (note this is my first pregnancy so all of this is completely new to me).I was told to provide a urine sample and strip down for a full GYN exam. At this point, I had already taken three urine pregnancy tests as well as a blood test through my PCP so the urine test was useless and gave me no information at all. The doctor did a pap smear which I did not need and stood (rather than sit to make me feel more comfortable) across the room and barely spoke with me for five minutes. No one explained what to expect for this appointment or any coming appointment, and I walked away with zero information regarding my pregnancy and with two more appointments scheduled within the same week. NOTE: I live an hour from both offices, so three appointments in a week is ridiculous and inconsiderate. The second appointment was the ultrasound, then the third was a ten minute chat with the NP about basics regarding pregnancy. All of this could have taken place in one appointment rather than have me drive an hour each way three separate times in one week. Put off by the entire experience, I decided to transfer my care to another group who assured me that they would make sure everything takes place all at once for each visit and is also willing to let me do my bloodwork close to home rather than driving yet another hour to get that done as well.Upon calling the medical records department, the witch on the line was hostile just answering the phone. Her tone made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by making her do her job (Im sorry you have to work? not really sure what the problem is here). She explained that I would need to sign a records release and I asked if there was any accommodation they could make since driving an hour just to sign a piece of paper is unreasonable. Her alternatives were to either fax a copy (I live in a house, not a business office so I dont have a fax machine in my home) or print the form and mail it to them, thus delaying my care for who knows how long. Mind you, during this conversation her tone became increasingly annoyed and hostile. I have been given the run around from day one by these people and somehow she thinks Im the problem. Furthermore, I had simply asked to have my records sent to another one of my doctors so for she knew it was so my primary could also be kept in the loop. She asked what was the reason for the records release, which is none of her business, but since she was being snotty I decided to tell her it was because I had had an awful experience from the beginning and was transferring my care. The three separate appointments were totally unnecessary and are a way to over-bill the insurance company, consequently contributing to ever-rising insurance premiums. No one in this group could be bothered to communicate with me about what to expect, or why I needed three separate appointments in a week- especially when I live so far and gas is nearly $4.00 a gallon. No sympathy or compassion whatsoever. Both office visits felt rushed, the only positive experience was the ultrasound as I finally was able to get information I actually needed and the US tech was very friendly. Also, the physical layout of the Schenectady office is dangerous, as pregnant women have to take three different steep staircases to get to their appointment.Im hoping this helps other women avoid a nightmare experience, stress isnt good for you or the baby and this time in a womans life should be the most joyous and rewarding of times. For the record, I am transferring to Dr. Rooney with Community Care Physicians and so far they are wonderful.
I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and have seen various providers over the years. I always receive excellent care. Dr. Piraino spends time and involves the patient in the decision making process so you feel like she’s a partner in your health care. It’s very convenient to schedule both my annual exam and mammogram back to back so only have to make one appointment.
Front desk was inexcusably rude. Major issues and delays with scheduling and getting blood test orders. Doctors within this group DO NOT communicate at all. If you have an emergency, dont expect the doctor here to know you are if it is not someone youve seen before. Very disappointing.
Dr Tsao is a highly talented, personable doctor, who truly cares about my health and wellbeing. The office staff is very friendly, and make checking in quick and easy. Ample parking and handicap access are found at the Schenectady location. The imaging department located downstairs has staff who are friendly and considerate of your privacy during the Mammogram. I am very pleased with my experience.
The mammography technician is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable, has such a calming, warm demeanor and truly cares about what she does. I cannot recommend CareNet enough. Wonderful service. Thank you!
I’ve been a patient of Carenet for 15 years. The doctors there delivered my first child and will be delivering any other children I have. I always feel cared for and listened to while I’m there. The doctors also tell you things honestly and openly, some times honesty is hard to hear but it’s necessary when it comes to your health! Would recommend to everyone.
I have been going to Carenet for about 3 years now; first for regular OBGYN appointments, then for my first pregnancy, and now for my second. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I love that you get to meet and know all 5 doctors through your pregnancy. The doctor who delivered my daughter was amazing and knowledgeable, and she put me right at ease. When I need to cancel or reschedule appointments they are always accommodating. I began coming here after 2 friends gave great reviews, and I have since referred others.
I’ve been a patient here for a very long time. Dr. Cheon-Lee is my primary gynecologist, but I’ve seen many, if not all, of the practice’s doctors. She and they are warm, caring and very knowledgeable. The nurses and office staff are very competent and friendly, as well. Phone calls are returned quickly, and all patients are treated with great respect.I absolutely would recommend this practice to any woman.
Had my yearly mammogram today…. And wat a pleasant experience to say the least!! It was painless!! Yes no pain!! Can u believe that!! They have this new 3D imaging machine which hardly even has to put any pressure on you!! Woww! I was Soo impressed!!! Def 5 star experience!!!! The woman who gave the exam was also soo professional kind and caring!!!
From Juliane BirminghamSecond easier stair way in back to help handicapped thats great.Staff: Always good be seen by Dr. Chronic Lee. I would also like to thank the RN & Allie, the mammogram TEC & others for their solicitous & kind care of me during todays visit.
I love everything about the staff but I am disappointed that the place does not allow kids to come to ultrasounds or any other visit. I understand there are some appointments where kids should not come. However, ultrasounds should be a happy moment for the family. It gives the impression that the place is not family oriented.
I have been a patient in this practice for 30 years. The care I have received over the course of 3 pregnancies & births, yearly wellness check ups, a breast cancer diagnosis has been extremely professional, supportive & responsive. As I move into the post-menopausal of life - I know I will get the medical support that I need from this practice.
The secretary that greeted me was not very personable. No smile. No, Hi, can I help you in a moment, just lets you stand there until shes done with whatever she is doing, then no Hello, no Hi, just, I can take you now.Rest of visit was good. Love Dr Tsoa and women doing mammogram was very nice.
I have been going to Dr. Moon for many years and always feel heard and well taken care of. The practice rarely has long waits (things do happen) and I love that they value my time as well as their own.
I have been with this practice for many many years. The staff is always pleasant. My doctor, Dr. Hee-Joo Cheon is the best!!!!! I never wait long for an appointment. Very clean, neat and the best part is, everything is in one place. I don’t have to go to multiple places for my mammogram, my check up, etc. Highly recommend!!!
Have been using CareNet for decades and always very satisfied with medical care. Dr. Tsao is pleasant, competent, knowledgeable, always offers good advice for healthy well being. Appropriately questions and thoroughly and jointly discusses all personal issues and concerns. Never feel rushed. Will gladly continue in their care.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy the staff is just rude and does not care about your pregnancy anytime you ask them something or are concerned there is no kind of reassurance and they tell you “well that’s a part of being pregnant” in a rude way. I will never go back and regret going here
I was treated by all in a timely, safe, helpful and friendly manner! Services were provided in a comfortable and open atmosphere! I have had my bone-density and mammography (3D-a new and wonderful experience) done on-site!!
Would give zero start if there is. My wife scheduled a new doctor appointment back to Feb. Today she went to the appointment and was told that the doctor has surgery today and they attempted to call us at someday March for rescheduling but failed to reach. We actually did not get any call or voice message. After this so-called attempt, they did not do anything trying to reach us. The only thing they did is put us on the back of line for another two months wait. This is a horrible and careless experience.
I have been a patient here for many years and always went to Dr. Cheon-Lee, who is absolutely wonderful. But, today upon arrival, I found out she had to leave for a delivery. Instead of having me reschedule, they fit me in. I saw Dr. Campito and she is also wonderful. She was very thorough and took her time even though she had to fit me in. Carenet is a great practice and my experiences over the years have always been excellent.
Everything went well. Doctor running late about 20 minutes. The nurse was very helpful and moved things along nicely. No real complaints.
Ive been going to Carenet for 6 years. First for annual GYN appointments, and now for my first pregnancy. Ive never had any issues with the staff, nurses, techs, or doctors. Everyones been professional and courteous. Not lets all hold hands and sing kumbaya super friendly, but not at all rude.Any calls I make to the office with questions are returned promptly. They even researched a weird insurance billing issue for me that had nothing to do with their office.I like how they rotate me to all the different NPs and doctors so I get to know everyone before I deliver. Even though our appointments are short, its nice to put faces with names. I havent met everyone yet, but Drs. Cheon-Lee, Moon and Campito are all very nice, as are clinicians Cindy, Nancy and Sheema. They all take time to answer my questions, which as a first time mom, are many.I feel very comfortable going to this practice and have confidence that they will guide me through as smooth a delivery as possible.Only complaint is that some of the exam rooms are TINY! My fiance comes to my appointments with me and it gets cramped with the two of us and the nurse or doctor.
It is a pleasure to be a part of this group, every single staff member has been friendly, and helpful. Every doctor in the practice has the Bedside manners of a saint, that’s for sure!! It’s never stressful as we all know it can be :)
Best medical group!!!!! I would not go anywhere else. Kind, compassionate, takes their time with the patient. They are really interested in you, the patient, your questions, your fears. From the reception staff, to the mammo techs, to the med Tech/nurses and the doctors, love them all.
I have been going to Carenet Med Grp for over 20yrs & Dr. Choeng-Lee as my ob/gyn all the while. She delivered my daughter. She is very professional & an outstanding, caring doctor. My experiences with the rest of the doctors & staff has always been good too.
I have nothing but great things to say about CareNet. They are always very welcoming and friendly, and the Doctors are great, they listen to your concerns, and did I say friendly? Definately would recommend.
Love this group! Joined the practice after recovering from cancer. Dr. Tsao has been a great resource and helpful with menopause symptoms and problem solving. I would recommend this group to anyone!
Saw my favorite doctor ... Dr. Moon. It was my annual appointment. Im 62 and really appreciated the time she took with me to explain some questions that I had. She is extremely patience and considerate to my needs. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor that really cares.
If you’re just looking for a GYN, this office is great. If you are overweight and want to get pregnant or are pregnant, go elsewhere. I have been berated by almost every doctor in this office and was told I was at “extremely high risk” for preeclampsia because I am “obese”, and have been harassed at every appointment for my refusal to take aspirin because of this risk. I am a very healthy person in my 20s with no other problems besides apparently a number on a scale. I have tried to explain to the doctors that I won’t take something that isn’t necessary because my labs and BP are great and I’m extremely healthy, and I get dismissed and scoffed at for “causing harm” to myself and child. It has left me in tears after every appointment because the care I have received is neglectful and doesn’t see me as a human being. It’s one thing to recommend something to a patient, it’s another thing to harass and berate a patient for declining something, which is every patient’s right. I have also lost a significant amount of weight (about 25 pounds) since becoming pregnant (which can happen and is normal), and the nurse at my most recent appointment accused me of starving myself. I will be switching practices, which I was trying to avoid as I am halfway through my pregnancy, but I would rather switch than suffer any more harassment.
I have been a patient at CareNet since my early teens. Their team of all female doctors have delivered both of my babies and have provided me with the best care during each stage of pregnancy. I would highly recommend their practice!
I came here for my first gyno appointment, and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They were open to any questions I had, and the doctor had taken the time to walk me through the basic tests (such as Pap smears) that I would likely need to have done in the future.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY...The front desk staff is miserable and act as if you being there is a complete inconvenience to them. The nurse practitioner I saw is unprofessional and completely clueless. She told me she hadnt bothered to read my records from the fertility clinic because it was too long (never mind the critical information that was in there). The second time I saw her she was without a nurse and asked me to remind her to take my blood pressure then was very unprofessional in a waiting room full of people about my ultrasound results. I have also been wait 3 weeks for my records to be sent to a new Dr even though I signed a release of records form (which apparently cannot be found anywhere). I loved my doctors (of 10+ years) but the incompetence and confusion with the rest of the office staff is not worth wasting any more or my time.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait to see Dr. Tsao. She was kind, listening to my concerns. The exam was quick and comfortable. I was taken for my mammo without having to wait. The technician was kind and gentle.
I havent had many good experiences here over the past two years. Ive encountered maybe one nurse practitioner that was kind and helpful. More so than not, for any type of appointment Ive come here for Ive been met with a certain distasteful level of attitude, unprofessionalism, and disrespect, and in some cases talked to with a demeaning raised voice offering NO help, guidance, or reassurance on my situation when I needed it MOST. Ive also been steered in the wrong direction with birth control a few times here (even after doing an abundance of self-research prior and was just trying to get professional doctor weigh in on things), as well as had my appointment completely neglected (somehow didnt make it into the system despite the reminder I got). I dont ever write reviews unless my experience is that bad, and as a woman looking out for other women regarding womens health- go somewhere else where you will be treated thoughtfully and properly like a person not a potential source of business. Maybe the Clifton park office is better than this location, but I picked Niskayuna purely on convenience nearby work.
Dr. Campito was very friendly and listened carefully to my concerns. She formulated a plan of care that was realistic and do-able. The office receptionist was professional, although a little cool. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.
CareNet took Covid precautions that made me feel safe. The nurses and receptionists are friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Tsao for over 20 years. She is competent, warm, and friendly. She listens to me and doesnt rush to end the visit.
I am very pleased with my Doctor am new patient to this practice. After trying to get an appointment with my old Obgyn and was told that I missed 2 appointments so they cannot tend to me anymore after I explained what was going on with me . So I looked on line found them called got an appointment met with Doctor Campito when I explained what wS happening with me she sent me to get some test done found the problem and explained options to help me fix it . All in a 2 month time frame. Am very pleased with they was she listened to me and explained what was going on and what was the plan going forward. Am on my way to recovery and doing well.
CareNet is an amazing Practice full of professional women. I loved that you get scheduled to see everyone at the practice when expecting because the chances are better that you will know the person on-call and delivering your baby! They are knowledgeable and compassionate.
Im so glad my sister recommended Dr Moon to me. Shes so easy to talk to and she offers suggestions on how to deal with life events, even if they have nothing to do with GYN issues. Shes very caring and gentle. Although Im never thrilled to go to my annual appt, Dr Moon puts me at ease.
Have been going here since age 16 ,delivered my baby at age 40 , all the drs , staff and nurses are all very nice and pleasant. Take care of all your concerns. Thank you for being there to help us deliver our baby’s into the world .
I received prenatal care for both of my pregnancies with carenet and I highly recommend this group of professional doctors and nurses. My first baby was born preterm so naturally I had a lot of questions and concerns with the second pregnancy. We came up with a treatment plan for the pregnancy and they monitored me closely. I delivered a healthy full term baby and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received.
I recently moved into the area and found I was pregnant, after seeing my previous doctors I was told I was a very high risk pregnancy and needed to find a doctor closer as I am not permitted to drive far. Carenet was one of the recommended facilities close by, I called immediately as I was due in 5 weeks for my 12 week check up. I spoke with the billing department first to see if they took my insurance, after a wait and the lady came back and said they do and my next steps was to get my medical records sent I did so immediately it only took my previous doctors 48hrs to do so. I was then told I would receive a call to set up my doctors appt with carenet, weeks went by no calls a week 1/2 before my 12 week I called and left a message no return call, I called the following day to speak with an admin to see what was going on as my concerns grew that I would not be able to see a doctor in time. She called me back and resolved the issue, flash forward to today 4 days before my 12 week check up I receive a call from the billing department that they made a mistake and they do not accept my insurance plan. All they could say was sorry please call your provided and takes 20 minutes, it does not take 20 min to change on a Thursday during covid -19. Now what to do? This has been a horrible stressful most careless unprofessional experience Ive ever been through. Think 4 times before going with Carenet Group.
I have always had the best experience at all my visits. Within my visit Dr. Campito got called for an emergency and I was able to see another provider instead of rescheduling, which was very helpful. At another visit I was running late where I know I was the last patient and Dr. Campito still stayed to see me. I want to Thank all the staff for all they do to help all patients to have such a good experience as I did..
As always I was taken very good care by Dr. Elaine Cheon -Lee today. . I have been a patient at Care Net about 25 years.and have always been very pleased . From the Dr.and the nurse and ladies at the reception desk!
I had multiple consecutive early pregnancy losses. I asked doctor to check my progesterone because I felt there could be an issue with it. Dr was dismissive told me that chemical pregnancies just happen and since I didnt have issues getting pregnant only staying pregnant that progesterone could not possibly be my issue. They did an ultrasound and a variety of bloodwork, just not for progesterone. Nothing remarkable came up on any of these tests. However, I have since switched care to a OB/GYN office who listened to me and after bloodwork to confirm I was prescribed progesterone to keep my current pregnancy progressing and thus far no issues and my beta hcg blood work is more than satisfactory. So Thank you Care Net for what I feel could have been unnecessary heartache.
Rushed checkup and exam last year, Dr brushed off questions, made me feel ridiculous for asking. Then months later, when I called seeking a same day appointment for something, they couldn’t schedule it (understandable) but had no suggestions or ideas to offer about what I could do, and actually laughed at me for asking them (I wasn’t sure if an urgent care clinic made sense in this context or not) as if, how should they know? Basically every interaction I have had with them so far has left me feeling like i’m wasting their time. Maybe they are mostly focused on pregnant women? But since women do spend a lot of time not pregnant as well, I don’t understand the attitude.
Carenet Medical group is the best group of OB/GYN doctors/practitioners and staff in the capital district. I became a patient last year after leaving the 3rdOB/GYN practice in 5 yrs. I had a terrible experience with the practice that delivered my son, so when I found out I was pregnant, my doctor recommended Carenet Medical group. From day 1 of my pregnancy they were nothing but kind, patient, understanding, supportive, accessible, organized, and I could go on. Dr. Moon delivered my daughter this time and it was much easier, less stressful, and my recovery was super quick. Dr. Moon has a wonderful bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Each receptionist, nurse, doctor, PA, ultrasound tech, etc is very kind and friendly. I’m going to miss seeing them each month!
I love Carenet, they are all so pleasant and very informative. Dr. Moon is the best doctor there, she’s professional but down to earth at the same time. She calls it as it is. I would recommend care net to anyone I know.
I have been a patient of Dr. Moon for many years. Her professionalism, as well as the nurses and staff always go beyond and above their duties. Thanks to you all for your care.Heidrun Fewkes
Dr Cheon Lee is always extremely approachable and easy to talk to, even with problem visits! The entire staff is friendly and professional, and makes a usually uncomfortable visit so much less so.
Dr. Cheon-Lee is one of the best! She not only takes the time to listen but also shows understanding and compassion one does not see much of these days. .Care Nets Follow my Health portal is also an excellent app for communicating with your doctors.
The staff were great and did what they could to ease my anxiety and fear. They were attentive and helpful. I had to return for additional tests and the experience was made better by the staff cuing in to my disposition and doing what they could to answer my questions and assist me.
I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and staff. Everyone is friendly and you don’t wait in the waiting area long after your appointment. They appreciate your time!!
I relocated to the area while pregnant with my first child; he was born 6 weeks ago at Bellevue Womens Center.I pretty religiously read reviews and won’t go anywhere with less than 4 stars. I was referred to CareNet, so I didn’t read reviews before making my first appointment, and after reading the reviews I was pretty surprised. I have nothing but good things to say about my CareNet experience, and while I provided some of this feedback directly to the physician, I want to put it out there for other review readers. My prenatal office experience was good, regardless of the doctor I saw or office I visited. CareNet has many doctors, and I believe there is someone for everyone (unless you want a man). All different personalities, ages, ethnicities... whatever criteria you find important, I imagine you can find a doctor at CareNet. When you’re pregnant you try to see all doctors, because you get the doctor on call for delivery. I enjoyed all doctors in different ways. I was always checked in and seen promptly, and treated with care and respect. My postnatal office experience was equally good, with PAs who were happy to help out this breastfeeding mom with carrying car seats, holding the baby during weigh ins, giving time to feed on demand, and even encouraging holding during exams. My labor and delivery and recovery at Bellevue was great! After such an experience, I wouldn’t want to have a baby anywhere else, with any other group. Dr. Piraino was the doctor on call that day. The universe has ways of working I guess - she was exactly what I needed that day. She was calm and directing, and encouraging. She made eye contact with me, and engaged my husband in the process. She checked on me the following two days, and made sure I was physically comfortable and comfortable transitioning from the hospital to home.I really cannot say enough good things. I look forward to baby #2.
This is a very women oriented practice. Clean, friendly and everything is in one place. I was recommended to them 20 plus years ago when I was pregnant and I stayed! Dont delay your care! Go see this team :)
Dr Esther Moon is fantastic. She’s very informative and it shows how much she cares about her patients! Highly recommend.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I got my 20 week ultrasound, only received 2 pictures of my little one. With my first I received pictures of his arm, legs, hands, feet, face, and his private area. This one I only got a picture of their profile. Thats it. Also, I waited for an HOUR before I was called in. And theyve switched my appointment multiple times. Im switching doctors, and advise anyone else to look else where. This place is NOT worth it.
I had my first appointment for just my yearly check up last week at Carenet. I had a few different concerns I express to the dr one being I felt like my uterus was falling out when I coughed or sneezed and there was a lot of pain. They took a urine sample and I was informed I had blood in my urine. Well apparently there was no concern from the dr about that and she moved on. Pelvic exam went well according to her and when I mentioned the pain that I’ve had for a few months again she said “well everything looks fine, just keep an eye on it. See you next year” and walk out of the room. Mind you this is my very first appointment. I walked out and went straight to my primary’s office around the corner to make an appointment because I was so upset. They got me in right away and I explained to him what just happened. He seemed concerned and ordered a couple of ultrasounds, which I had yesterday. Well the internal untrasound for my uterus/ pelvic found a HUGE fluid filled sac.I am so disappointed in the disregard for my concerns in this office!!! In fact I’m blown away that everything I said seemed to go in one ear and out the other and thankfully I persued my concerns elsewhere and something was actually very easily found and I can continue treatment elsewhere! I will NOT return next year, that’s for sure!!!
I trust Dr Moon very much ( Im sure everyone is great but I have only seen Dr Moon). She is knowledgeable and personable but also very direct and honest. I couldnt ask for a better doctor. Thank you to the entire staff.
Great experience! Did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment, very quick and efficient! The doctors are particularly caring as well.
Dr Moon is beyond fantastic. Reception and staff are great and very friendly. Only complaint would be that they still require masks.
First time here and I highly recommend. Great staff, great experience.Specially glad I have doctor Simone P. as my new gyno.
I’m new to the area. My friend recommended this medical facility. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Will be happily returning for my next appointment.
If I could give this place a Zero review I would. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I originally went here because my friend recommended it, due to she had a baby and goes here. She has had no problem with the doctor she got. However I had an emergency Appointment and scheduled to see someone as an emergency appointment after going into the ER. I saw Dr. Beatrice. I would not recommend seeing her to anyone. She was very unprofessional. Wouldnt listen to anything I had to say. Told me My issues were due to the fact that I am overweight. Even recommended that I need Weight Loss Surgery. Told me I should go back on the Mirena for birth control. I Told her i did not want to go back on birth control as I wanted to have another child. She told me that I was high risk if i got pregnet and nobody would help me or touch me. I prolly need fertility drugs and should go on that weight loss surgery if i want to have another kid. She went over this fact 3 to 4 times about the weight loss surgery. I have Ptsd, and anexity, she seemed more interested in telling me to get weight loss surgery and dietician advice along with wanting to know everything about my PTSD, and My Daughters PTSD, then worrying about the problem that I went in for. I am basically got told I need to go back on Mirena even though the ER said that this could be part of the problem.I then had another appointment set up to see Emily that was set up before the emergency appointment, the doctor my friend sees that she hasnt had any problems with. They canceled this appointment didnt even call me to tell me it was canceled. So I went in and argued with the front desk while they figured out for 30 minutes of why this appointment was canceled. At this time I also made a complaint about Dr. Beatrice which I have not heard anything about the complaint after they stated that they would call me and tell me that it has been addressed.I was scheduled a new appointment to get the mirena put back in after I told them i didnt really want to be on birth control and this was pressured on me and ordered for me.I am not very happy with this clinic at all. I have gone to several clinics and this is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review about any clinic or had this bad of a experience I will not be returning. Go find somewhere else to go ladies.
I have been going here for a bit now, and every time is pleasant, it is calming and quiet. Not to mention they actually listen. I have recommended other family to seek their office out for a provider for our girl needs.
Dr. Moon is great! She listens to your concerns and takes her time with you. Office workers are also great!
Very nice and friendly atmosphere. It was the first time I got to Dr. Piraino. She was very polite and attentive and explained everything I need to know.
I would recommend Dr. Tsao to everyone if I could!! Her bedside manner is impeccable, and she does a great job of making her patients comfortable!! Everyone in the office is friendly, warm and welcoming!
I just called to schedule an appointment and the first call I made gave me a really bad impression. She was rude and miserable. I stated I was a new patient and needed to make an appointment, first thing she asked was what insurance do I have, when I told her she just transferred me without saying anything and transferred me to a voicemail. Lets see if I ever get a a call back, but after reading these reviews I think Ill try some other place.
I’m a new patient here. I love the pre-register link it helped kill time filling out paperwork and self screening check in . My doctor knew exactly what I needed customer service, and cleanliness is spectacular!
I am always blown away by the attention to care by EVERY doctor in this practice. Dr. Cheon-Lee delivered my son in Match though I have seen every doctor within the practice. The OB care was AMAZING and I for sure plan on sticking with them for my future pregnancies. With that being said their postpartum care and GYN care even FURTHER exceed my expectations. They wont force contraceptives on you but they will educate and really listen to your concerns and help you through them. Dr. Moon and Dr. Cheon-Lee will always be my preferred providers but again... everyone listens and cares and really focuses on you as a person ♡
DO NOT GO HERE!Something new gets screwed up/lost every time. Impersonal nurses who act like your questions are ruining their day. Office workers are lost, completely. No one has answers. No one cares. They mess up all test results and then call you and act like youre baby is going to die.. I can literally go on about our horror stories, but I will save them.. Just please heed my advice and go somewhere else. Your health, mental peace, and well being depends on it. I would give them a 0 but that isnt an option.Leaving Carenet after 27 weeks of horrible service.
The PA was very professional and nice. I don’t like going to the doctors very often but she made me very comfortable and willing to come back. Thank you Erin. 😃
The great staff here are always friendly and helpfull!! I am always in and out in a timely manner. I Love the close proximity of the clifton park office. Very convenient.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Moon for over a decade. Love the practice, the fact that I get my mammogram in the same building and the always courteous staff.
Great experience overall. Dr. was friendly and professional. The office staff that checked me in were helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.
I have been a patient here for over 30 years. Always professional, short wait time for appointments. Caring and thorough.
The face to face customer service is very friendly and nice. Over the phone to cancel appointments or to make appointment is not.. Theyre rude and sound miserable. Im a customer care rep for a company and know how to talk to people.. They do not. Doesnt make me feel comfortable talking to someone via phone because of how rude they are, when theyre done talking to you they dont say have a nice day or anything they just HANG UP. Which I feel is extremely rude and disrespectful & when you talk to someone they dont state their name which doesnt make trying to speak to a manager any easier to try to resolve this issue. Very disappointed and Im thinking of moving to a different place.
If I didn’t have to wait 25 minutes in the waiting room, I would have given 5 stars. The service was fabulous. I had a second visit in their other office and had 0 wait time. The staff was again fantastic!
Staff was very friendly and efficient ,and the office space was clean and orderly. Allowing you to fill out forms in advance online was also nice in eliminating the paperwork when you get there.
A great group of doctors. Short wait times, very efficient office staff. Always willing to answer your questions no matter how silly you may think you are being. Also as a nurse who works with the Carenet doctors on a regular basis when asked by friends or family where to go they are always my answer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Great professionalism, compassion, time is spent answering questions. Dr. Piraino is wonderful & has always made me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns. The entire staff is professional & everything runs smoothly!
I’ve been coming here since I was 15, I’m 37 now. Can’t say enough great things about this practice and it’s Drs. Dr Tsao and Dr Cheon Lee are wonderful! I’ve seen Dr Tsao since I was 15, and I was lucky enough to get Dr Cheon Lee for my cesarean.
I have a great relationship with the Carenet doctors. I often recommend becoming a patient to friends. The office does sometimes get behind schedule (as most medical practices do) but scheduling in the morning makes a difference.
I am very happy with my experience with CareNet. Everyone was very helpful, pleasant, all my question were answered, I never felt rushed, checking in and out was a breeze.
I have been a patient here since 1983 — first with the founder, Dr. H. Cheon; and now with his daughter, Dr. E. Cheon-Lee. Excellent medical staff. Very organized and professional. I remain satisfied with the care I receive.
Love them! Really nice and helpful. They all said if I need anything to reach out. Got the recommendation from a friend. So thankful
My appointment was on time with mammography following. Everyone was professional and courteous. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
Pay no attention to details, the staff is not friendly, and always seem to need more sleep. long waiting time, and appt got cancelled without notice. Tsao is the worst, makes you feel like why I should make such a big deal of giving birth, and wouldnt come and check me even my water was broken!!! Ladies, get away from this office.
Ive been useing Carenet for my visits throughout my pregnacy and I feel very unsupported. They seem to assume I have general knowledge of things I dont. My questions are often dodged or pushed away. I struggle to get answers on simple things and wind up relying on the internet for help. I wish they took more time to listen.
Care is always professional & personable. I always feel that my questions & concerns are valid & are answered. Whenever I have concerns or need prompt attention, my doctor or a nurse responds within a reasonable time to remedy the situationThank you for all you do!!
The doctors at this practice are great but trying to schedule an appointment can be stressful. The receptionist who answers the phones has had a rude tone more often than not.
My first mammogram !! I was so scared and Jennifer was fabulous. It was so quick and professional. She answered my questions.
Im new to Care Net Medical Group. Started with them in January. I have had 3 visits this year and have been pleased with care received.
Loving ❤️ and caring doctors and staff
This place is amazing. My first time going there and everbody was so nice and profesional. They ask good questions and ask if you have any concerns at all. Really love this place. Thanks again
I have been attending this practice for many years and have had positive experiences with all of the doctors and nurses. I gave birth to two healthy boys and carenet provided outstanding care and support.
This place is the worst. My wife has been seeing the doctors during our pregnancy. They always give you a on call doctor then call and cancel prior to your arrival. . We are at 39 weeks and they called to cancel our appt again. We still showed up and the doctors refuse to see my wife. I would not recommend this place at all.
Had some tests done today in the Niskayuna office and was very pleased that a radiologist was right in the office to review the results and share them immediately. Best office!
I have been going to this medical group for years. Everyone in the practiceis so nice. The Dr.S or should I say sisters are the best. Well worth the wait
Everyone I have dealt with at CareNet, in both Clifton Park and Schenectady, has been very helpful, supportive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great womens health practice.
Dr. Piraino is a great doctor. She listens to me carefully and takes my personal preferences into account when she suggests a course of action. She is knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you, Dr Piraino!
Love Carenet Medical Group. I have been a patient there as long as they have been open.
Dr. Piraino and her staff are absolutely fabulous to deal with. Responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner, calming and sensitive to your needs and concerns.
Everyone was super kind and informative. I had a lot of concerns and all questions were addressed with compassion. I felt very comfortable and overall had a great experience.
Very professional and kind. Made me feel like they cared and I wasnt just another customer. They even got me right in a little before my appointment.
I’ve been going to CareNet for many years and have always received the best care. The staff is always friendly and they take pride in their work.
I have been seeing Dr. Moon for many years. I love her. She is always open and honest and she actually listens to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
My experience at CareNet Medical Group has always been 5-Star! Everyone is professional, courteous and helpful.
Dr cheon is the best . Very caring and attentive. She is very thorough and so easy to talk to. Would highly recommend !
Unprofessional to the highest level.. the ultrasound technician at niskayuna location should lose her license! My wife and I will be filing a complaint with the board.. next time have a little sympathy when telling someone the baby they’ve been carrying for 6 months is dead
I started coming here during my current pregnancy and each doctor I have seen has been pleasant to deal with! I have never waited very long to be seen and appreciate that.
Check in on line was easy. The staff was very nice at the office. Dr. was very attentive as well as the Mammo tech. Best experience Ive had here.
I was so happy to have all the reminders with this service. The process was online and - for me it streamlined the check in. Thank you for using this service !!!
So nice to be able to have an annual exam and a mammogram at the same location. Very convenient to have one appt for both. Dr Moon is pleasant and helpful!
