Express Urgent Care

I walked in with a blocked ear. They took me in within a few minutes. The doctor was great. She unblocked my ear pretty quickly. The place was clean and neat. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Id go back.

Dr. Grippo (Nina) is phenomenal. I was experiencing a lot of fear over the swelling in my face and not only did she have great bed side manner that put me at ease, she gotme the diagnosis/treatment I needed and provided all the context and info very concisely. They are lucky to have her!

Went to Express Urgent Care for an ear infection. Made and appointment and was in and out within 15 mins. I probably didnt need an appointment because only one other person was in the waiting room with me. Front desk nurses and PA were all so nice and friendly!

Had to have sutures removed from my forehead . Nina was amazing and kind and gentle . Just what a patient needs under these circumstances . The medical assistant and cray tech were great . I felt comfortable .

My son needed x-rays for a foot injury. We were seen immediately and the level of care was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and helpful and they made my son feel comfortable. A+

Fell and twisted foot last night. Got here around 12:40pm today. Had x-ray and consult with PA Lindsey. It was fractured. They gave me shoe and referral. Out by 1:50pm. Excellent service. Highly recommend. X-ray was read off-site by radiologist.

I went in for an eye issue and was a bit nervous this being a small town urgent care facility.Everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt like a person, not a number. The receptionist and the nurse were helpful and very nice. The doctor answered all of my questions, like it is supposed to be. She called in the scrips and they were ready on time, not like at home where it can be hoursI am so glad that I chose to go to this urgent care than some other one

This place was amazing. All the ladies were friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to see that everything I needed was taken care of. I am very impressed.

Went for a reoccurring what I thought allergic reaction around my eyes that I thought was allergic contact dermatitis that turned out to have just been eczema that got infected from me trying to treat it at home/picking at it.Everybody was extremely nice! It was my first time going to urgent care on my own and I didnt exactly know all my insurance information (or even have my card in my possession 😅) The lady at the front printed out my information for me and gave me some papers to fill out electronically, which was super quick and easy. I think I waited like 15, at the most 20, minutes and they called me back, I told them that it was my first time having been to any sort of doctors office in about 4 years and I was visibility very anxious but they were very reassuring that theyd help me out with my issue and they did! I talked to one nurse for a little over 5 minutes (she even brought me a box of tissues) and then she left. I sat for a few minutes waiting for the next nurse to come in, she did, asked me the same questions about the irritation around my eyes, told me it was infected eczema that would go away with the things she was gonna prescribe me. She sent my prescriptions over and I picked them up like 15 minutes after leaving and everything was great!Ive only been on the medications for 2 days but everything is already clearing up and I couldnt be happier!

Went in for a uti, got tested, taken care of, and out the door in 35 minutes. Absolutely kind and caring staff, never felt more comfortable with taking abt my problems as I did here, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!🫶🏻💗💕

Pleasant experience. All staff was professional and quick. Did the strep test, prescribed antibiotics, and gave me an answer as to why I was feeling crappy all week. Besides the strep test, did urine test and general exam to rule out other causes.

I arrived at Urgent Care with a totally blocked left ear and partial blockage in the right. The staff was professional in every sense of the word. The doctors were kind, understanding, gentle and thorough. They explained the procedure beforehand and kept me updated of the progress. I can hear again thanks to the wonderful care I received. Thank you all so much.

I went in for my DOT physical. All the staff were super nice and made me feel welcomed. It was not busy at all when I got there. It was only one patient. However, after the MA did the vitals and etc I sat in the patient room for 35 minutes before the doctor actually came to attend to me. Not sure why because it was not busy at all. My appointment was at 5:20pm I arrived at time of appointment and didn’t leave until 6:45pm. Other than that very friendly atmosphere and will visit any time in the future if need too.

We love this place. We can never get into my children’s regular doctor when we need to. It’s always a hassle. Here you can make an appointment or walk in. Doctor Gavin is also great at treating my kids and also the nurses and office staff are super friendly.

We walked in , and it was not busy at the time . We were greeted by a friendly staff. Very easy to check in, and taken back almost instantly.The PA was very nice and professional. Great experience when your regular PCP is not available.

Always felt kinda sketchy about these places. I left feeling pretty good about this one. Very quick, friendly and professional. Did what they needed to do and did it well. It went much better than i anticipated. Wouldnt hesitate to use this urgent care again.

Fine to go to in a pinch, and ultimately got me the medication I needed, but Ill try another Urgent Care in the area for my needs next time. I went for a poison ivy rash that turned into an infection. Got asked the same questions three times: first by the woman who took me into the exam room, then the PA student, then the PA (even though I knew they talked to each other, as I could hear everything they were saying about me in the hallway with my door closed - so I assume other patients could too). The PA student obviously wasnt listening to me talk because as soon as I got done telling her what OTC ointments I had used, she asked if I had used any OTC ointments... It was frustrating to have to keep repeating myself. Even though I had told all three that I had been in touch with my PCP and was there that day seeing them because the condition had worsened and my PCP was out, the PA shamed me at the end for letting it get this bad when I expressed some frustration about having to start an antibiotic before vacation. I totally understand that the timing was not her fault, but I feel the way she spoke to me was unwarranted, and with the rest of the experience there, I left feeling frustrated.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Had appointment for 4:10. Was seen by 4:30. PA Lindsey Evans was very competent and knowledgeable. Left around 5 PM with immobilized left hand and referralfor treatment of metatarsal fracture.Happy we chose Urgent Care instead of emergency room.

I was actually in and out before my scheduled appointment time! I was thoroughly checked. Personnel were very professional yet displayed a personal, caring treatment manner. Thank you!

I’ve been here a few times now and haven’t been disappointed. Staff is friendly, the PA’s are thorough, and the wait time is usually minimal.

I’ve been here a number of times with mixed results. I was originally excited about how you can make an appointment, but the last few times I ended up waiting in the waiting room for around an hour with hot morning sun blazing through the windows for 90% of the seats, so what’s the point of an appointment? I’ve also had mixed results with the providers…one has been terrible on two visits but one or two have been good, but a person doesn’t want to just hope to get a good provider when your health is in their hands, especially when it affects your ability to make it to work and you don’t have sick time such as the case for an agency aka travel nurse like myself.

I walked in nervous as a stray cat!!!!! The ladies at the front desk were so polite and friendly. They got me in to be seen within 15 minutes. I was seen 5 minutes after that. After the doctor changed my meds. I was done. In & Out in 30 minutes…. Anytime I need help. I will go see them….

So glad I chose Express Urgent Care. Friendly, caring staff and Lindsey waswonderful in her diagnosing , treatment plan and her bedside manner. Would definitely go there again if needed. Highly recommend!

Went in due to a general cold that wpuldnt break. Found out it was strep. Quick easy visit. People at reception were typical for urgent care scene. PA that checked me out seemed to be decent. Discussed treatment options and acknowledged all of my concerns genuinely. Patient rooms need some updating, nothing crazy some paint to freshen it up would be nice.

The staff was great and made the process as easy and fast as possible. Overall it was one of my better experiences with an urgent care especially with my whole family needing checked out.

Would love to show appreciation to Sam & Kayla at the front desk they are so welcoming and kind. The entire staff is amazing , would definitely recommend this place to the community.

The beautiful woman in the front with pink hair was amazing. She was very patient with my four year old daughter and got everything done so fast. I asked for her name but cant remember. She was so helpful . Doctor was great also. Def the best urgent care experience Ive had.

I took my 6 year old for a minor dog bite. I have to say EVERYONE from the front desk to the doctor were so kind and welcoming to both him and myself. I was a little apprehensive because he is so young and they were specifically pediatric but I would recommend to anyone of any age needing to be seen in a pinch.

Service was quick and concise. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully, I won’t need to, but if I’m in need of care, I’d definitely visit Express Urgent Care again.

Everyone was so nice to me! I was in and out for my TB test in less than 10 minutes.

I would give 5 stars but the waiting time is a bit longer. But the staff is awesome. They worry about you and take care of you at all time.

Took a friend to get a cut taking care of. And got turned away he was told to go to the ER. The cut was not real serious but needed some attention. Thanking they really dont want to do anything to help at 6 pm. It just sucks when people dont want to do their job...

The employees are all very nice. Pa or Dr that saw me was terrific. I was taken quickly and seen immediately.

Great service. Way faster than waiting in an ER for a small issue. My regular doctor couldnt get me in all week but these guys got me antibiotics for my cat bite in under an hour.

Very lovely and pleasant staff, the wait was a little over a hour but I was a walk-in without a appointment and there were people ahead of me so that’s to be expected and very understandable! Over all I got in, got my physical done in a timely manner and everything was professional.

I’ve been to this clinic two times now…. Today I ran in right before they closed. They were very accommodating and efficient. Very nice staff and doctors.

Was seen and taken care of quickly and professionally. Clean office and friendly staff. I just wish that it wouldn’t be so much to even go back and see the doctor for people without insurance. $125 is sometimes more then people will make in a whole days of work and going there you obviously are either in pain or have something your unaware of medically. I am fortunate enough to have it and pay it but I know people will allow things to try to get better on their own or push through the pain because of the cost. Just an observation from someone who understands that insurance and primary care doctors are not a luxury that most have and I just feel like $125 is a lot to just go back and announcing that in the waiting area for everyone to hear can be demoralizing.

Did not give this company a high rating. my wife had ti go to a surgeon for further treatment and needed surgery due to the pa not doing her job properly instead of surturing a deep wound on my wifes leg she only put a dressing on he area my wife had to go to surgery twice will never go to this facility for even a cold

If i can give them negative stars i would. After telling me i had hbp . They couldnt sign off on my physical exam for the DMV TO GET. My Drivers license. I asked for a refund and the lady told me she couldnt because a eye exam where i only read 2 lines hahaha what Joke . So $75.00 JUST TO READ TWO LINES ON THE EYE EXAM CHART . Lets be Real .

Express Urgent Care made my visit quick and easy. I was able to get help much quicker than if I went to an ER.

The pi took for ever to see me very condescending she prescribe Tylenol and I told her I been taking Tylenol since it happend she just kind of yell I’m not prescribing any narcotics like if I was asking for it I just need it something stronger just just wouldn’t. Refuse to do anything send me home with pain went to that urgent care waste my time

I seen someone say they had a long wait but I was in and out within 30 mins and the staff was extremely polite and friendly it was a calm, cool experience.

The handful of times I’ve needed urgent care, I choose this facility. All the staff here have always been kind, professional and the providers are always knowledgeable and thorough. I prefer this urgent care over any other hands down. I have always been in good hands here. (Highly recommend making an appointment to secure your spot to be seen that day if you’re going in the evening).

Completely incompetent..I could not walk I showed them my swollen foot ..they took x-rays told me it was a callus ...3 days later at work it exploded in my boot in the middle of the work day ...as u can see in the picture thats not usually where u even get calluses. I had green puss come out of it for days after it busted.

Scheduling online was a breeze. Sunday afternoon appointment and check-in was an absolute breeze. 5 minutes later I was taken into an examination room. The staff were amazing and addressed all of my concerns. Extremely thorough and included follow up procedures. This location and its staff are world class and my experience was as well. No other clinics in the area remotely compare to this one. I highly recommend Express. Best experience I’ve had and your staff are truly exceptional.

Took my son for an xray due to a sprain, and between him and my daughter - I highly recommend their services. Quick, efficient and communicated well with pediatrician and specialist - found a fracture in my daughter’s X-ray we would’ve never known about.

Currently sitting in the parking lot at 7:17p.m. to write this, There is posted hours of operation until 8p.m. I walked in at 6:44 to be looked at to be told they wont be looking at anyone else after sitting in the waiting room for almost 30 min. Very unprofessional if you ask me especially if youre supposed to be an emergency care provider. Within those 30 minutes they also told other people they wont be looked at either. If your not going to follow hours of operation then dont post them, or put a sign on the door notifying that this facility works when it wants too! Absurd!

Went Quick. In and out. Nice and helpful staff. I had a local urgent care but the wait time is always so long. I drove the extra time to this one and was satisfied and knew what i had going in.

Two hour wait with an appointment. Says they accept insurance on website but then depending on who is working might not accept it.

Delay was quite long but the people were very helpful!

Always a savior honestly when I’m in a bind. Their waiting times can take a while but just take a book with you and you will be fine. The staff are really nice and thorough and do their best to get you back on track.

“Express Convenient Care”. What is “express” about a 1.5 hour wait?? Scheduled a visit for a family member and confirmed we were coming over the phone at pre-arrival check in. Got there at 6:00 and are told they are not seeing anymore patients (they close at 7:00). Was also told they called to tell us that - “funny” that we didn’t have any missed calls showing on our phone. They then said they can “squeeze us in” and the wait is 1.5 hours. Very frustrating to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and still have a longer than necessary wait. We ended up leaving.

The facility itself can use a good cleaning, staff was friendly. PA was friendly.Will go back if needed

Compassionate fast and friendly service. This is my go to place for urgent care for me and my family 🙏🙏❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️

First off. Care was fine. My one star is due to payment. I was told one price at the check-in. (50$ for Tb testing and 75$ for employee physical). I paid in full at time of service and was later billed another 120$ for office visit. This happened before when I had to go in for drug testing for employment (70$ for test paid in full at time of service then was later billed another 50$). I was never made aware of these extra charges at time of service. I will never be returning and hope they are more upfront with other customers. If i was made aware of these charges before hand i would have went somplace else. So if youre planning on going here, be aware they will charge you additional expensive fees!

Came in with severe back pain. 2nd in line got seen quickly. Everyone was very caring. I thought l had shingles the pain was so bad. They took a chest xray to be sure it wasnt anything wrong with my lungs. Dr felt it was a muscle or nerve problem. He ordered steroids and a muscle relaxant ....within a few days pain was much better and lam back on my feet again! Thank you all so very much ❤️ 🙏 💖

Ive been here many times, long wait times seems to he the norm everywhere so thats not the issue. It was the staff up front. Actually complaining loud enough for me and my 10 yr old son to hear. The Dr. came out and saw all the people, so the short haired lady up front again said something nasty about all the people coming in. That is so not proffesional at all. We left right away as we felt like we werent welcome there. Very sad because the nurses and Dr. we have seen were always super nice. Its the staff up front. Rude and not what you wana deal with when having to go to the doctors office. So to that short haired witch up front... quit and get a job you like if ya dont like the one you have. Its not our fault you suck at life and took a job you hate. Hoping they make a staff change one day, the nasty staff they have is giving them a bad name. We left and she laughed as we left. Thinking it was funny. It wasnt funny. At all.

Great and fast service despite being a walk in during a busy hour. They listened to me and believed me when I told them I knew what I had. As in a lot of cases at other urgent cares they don’t take it seriously when I say I know what I have. Everyone is very friendly.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience my fiance hasnt been feeling well the last couple days we decided to go urgent care tonight they dont close until 5 most urgent cares take walk ins up to the last 15 mins prior to closing. Unfortunately she works late today and by the time we got there it was 4:15-4:20 we were told by the receptionist they were at capacity and not seeing anyone else today but come back tomorrow. Mind you there was ONE car in the entire parking lot and that patient came out before we even got back in the car to leave. Moral of the story is they refused care to make sure they can leave on time rather than see my fiance. What a terrible experience.

They were incredibly quick and efficient. It was a very clean establishment. I had an appt for 9 and was out the door by 9:32. That’s superb! I’ve had my fair share of urgent care visits and this one by far was the best. Thank you!

Been here many times. Every time there are new rules on appointments. I made an appointment this time because last time they wouldn’t take anyone until they had a break in appointments. Now I’ve watch three people without appointments go in before me and my appointment was 15 minutes ago. When you are sick and people are coughing next to you your immune system is already compromised. I don’t want to wait but there is no way around it. Have an appointment wait. No appointment wait. I can’t seem to figure this office out. I even walked in before the people who went in ahead of me.

My special needs daughter who’s nonverbal and handicapped was seen here due to not feeling well. The staff was all polite and nice and understanding. I had a great doctor for my daughter as well and I don’t say that lightly, because I’ve had awful experiences at other places before. I was in and out within a hour and I did have an appointment but they weren’t busy either way. Thanks for making us feel safe and welcomed and taken care of!.

From my experience at Express urgent Care, they was very professional and knowledgeable. Wait time really wasnt that bad, for a person that did a walk in without an appointment. I recommend if you need to see someone ASAP that this will be a good place to go. Think they was very friendly and courteous and they answer all your medical needs, anyway that you will understand it.

My son was seen for an asthmatic reaction to a virus. Turns out he had strep, which Lindsey Evans, PA immediately tested for and treated. The last visit we had to a local ER when our child had a virus, we were told it simply needed to run its course. Not always the case with an asthmatic, and this provider understands that. We felt incredibly lucky to have her on a holiday weekend when we could not get to his pulmonologist.

Waited in the waiting room for over an hour for a prescription for doxycycline for a tick bite, for them to tell me that my blood pressure is up. I removed the tick Saturday, and the doctor said she cant give me a prescription because its Tuesday and thats longer than 72 hours ago. I obviously didnt remove it at 00:01 Saturday morning.Saturday -->Sunday 24Sunday --> Monday 48Monday --> Tuesday 72But why is your blood pressure so high?

Best experience I have had at any urgent care

So I made an appointment on a Saturday for 9am for a DOT Physical. I made this appointment on Thursday, after I made the appointment I got 2 emails reminding me that I made the appointment and one text to confirm the appointment. I show up at 845 like most health care offices want you to. The doors were locked so I sat in my car. At 859 I get a call from the women behind the desk and she tells me that the Dr that does the physicals does not work on Saturdays and that I would have to reschedule. So I rescheduled my appointment and now it’s Tuesday at 510 pm. I show up at 5pm and here it is 715 pm and I am still here. If I could give zero stars that’s what i feel this place deserves. I will say the Dr and only one nurse was very nice. But besides that this place needs new management because the management here now is absolutely awful.

First visit to Express Urgent Care, and check in was quick and easy.Was seen within 15-20 minutes of arrival. Everyone was helpful and courteous.Lindsey was who assisted me and was excellent in explaining treatment.

Extraordinarily and unusually long wait time. I had an appointment for my son and we waited for over and 90 minutes from start to finish.

I was admitted in a decent time and was seen by a PA who was polite, informative and helpful. Overall it was a positive experience on a crowded day

Fast and friendly. Weve been there several times over the years for both kids and everytime its the same. Straight to the point, in and out. Not like sitting in the ER for 4+ hours.

I made an appt online. I was taken in before my appt time and waited less than five minutes to see the PA. He was kind, fast , thorough and answers all my questions and concerns. Diagnosed my issue and all prescriptions were called in before leaving. I highly recommend and would use again in the future .

Dr. Gavin and his staff are above and beyond wonderful. I came into the office after just leaving my own PCP office...Dr. Gavin and staff treated me with respect, did a full exam and they were able to test and diagnose me, give me a prescription for an antibiotic and I was on my way! The wait time was short (thankfully). The atmosphere in this office is wonderful when youre feeling so sick, you just want to be cared for and out the door! They were great!

It was extremely busy but everyone was kind and understanding. They took care of everyone coming in as soon as they could it was the Holiday and only one Dr on but still went well I was diagnosed and had x-ray and a script sent into my pharmacy

Highly recommend this location. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Booked our appointment online. Staff was amazing with my six year old ! would use again in a heartbeat.

Not able to provide a secure diagnosis. Only tested for one thing and then sent my way telling me test at home or come back. Heard all of the secretary’s phone conversation while in the waiting room how she couldn’t go to confession because she would set the church on fire or kill the priest… the place was filthy!!! Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money there if you don’t feel good. Left leaving the same way and with no answers because I wouldn’t get tested for anything else but for strep because 72 out of 80 people according to the nurse tested for strep! What a joke!

The only place that I feel comfortable trusting my health with when I cant get into my PCP. They are actually very helpful and competent and take the time to figure out the issue without rushing you out of there. Highly recommend

I had cut my leg on a rusty screw so I came to Express Urgent Care. I filled out the forms they needed and I was taken right in. I was given a tetanus shot and I was given stitches. Everyone there was so nice. I appreciate everything they did for me and how kind everyone was. I was in and out within an hour. I plan on telling everyone I know to go there, very informative and professional. I am so impressed and grateful for their wonderful care.

All employees were fantastic from the front desk, nurse and physician. They were fast, efficient and most importantly kind! I was thankful for them today! Wonderful humans!

Just went in to see doctor. They asked issue I told them I was assaulted by police officer last night.Receptionist went to talk to a “supervisor” then can back and told me the “X-ray” tech is leaving and they can’t help me and told me to go to the hospital.Shady much 🤔

Called for an appt at 10:00 AM on New Years Day. Girl said they have no appointments available today. Strange...Im looking at website and there are appts available all afternoon. She says then make the appointment yourself. I scheduled an appt for 12:30. Arrived at 12:10. They took my cash copay. Even with my insc card and info, they still required an open credit card to be on file. Weird, now I have to watch for suspicious charges. Then I was told to go wait in my car. OK, thats fine. At 1:30 I started thinking I was skipped so checked with girl at counter. Found out there were still many others ahead of me, included walk-ins. It appears it does not help to schedule an appointment time, your wait time begins when you arrive. Wish I knew that a few hours ago. Finally, at 3:00, and having been there for almost 3 hrs, I requested a refund for my copay and left. Lesson learned! Dont get sick on a holiday, and if you do, then wait a day for an appt with your established doctor!

Friendly service but house keeping could use some attention as floors and exam area had not even been swept prior to me being the 1st patient to be seen on a Tuesday morning. It is also unprofessional and unsanitary for front desk staff to be eating right when my card was requested for copayment.

Super professional everytime I go. They dont mess around and waste your time. I feel bad sometimes, as there are only so many staff- feels like they are short staffed at times. Recommend for quick things you cant wait at the ER/doctor for. I really appreciate you guys and what you do, hopefully it doesnt get boring day to day, as youre helping lots of us.

This was such a terrible experience online. It states that they have rapid tests. They do not have any rapid tests there. They did not tell me that when I checked in on top of that, they swapped me for a test thats going to take 2 days to get results back and also made me wait a total of an hour and 15 minutes just to be told by the doctor that there was nothing They could do for Me and I actually should have waited two more days to get tested because that Is when test typically come back positive. Had I known the ordeal this was going to turn into I would have called My regular doctor and went home and went to sleep.

Fast service, clean place and the staff was very nice

I had a non emergent dental issue and currently don’t have healthcare! I went there seeking an antibiotic to help ease the pain and get rid of the infection in my tooth. The place was ridiculously clean (I clean for a living) & all the staff were so nice. They treated me and gave me the ANTIBIOTICS I was asking for!! I would recommend this Urgent Care Facility to anyone with non emergency needs!! I made my appointment in line I did not have to wait more than the time I arrived early, scheduled for 2:20 they called me back at 2:19! Very happy with the service I received today THANK YOU!

Very poor greeting. When I watch in the door they tried to turn me away. When I had a cut on my finger told me all they could do for me was what wrap the wound blah blah blah. Basically discriminating assuming I was drug-seeking probably because I have a tattoo on my neck but completely disrespected will never go back there again. There was one nice nurse who took my vitals. that was it.

I took my son here today , he tested positive for strep. Everyone there was very polite, kind, and helpful. The nurses and the Physicians Assistant were wonderful and I will definitely come back.

I went to Urgent Care to have a cough that was getting lower in my chest checked out. I have a lung condition where I get pneumonia easily. While the girl checking me in was nice enough, thats where it ended. The woman who took me to the room was just short of rude. Took my BP, temp, PulseO2, asked what was wrong, and left. OK, I guess, but not at all welcoming. She wasnt a nurse. The PA was worse. I THINK he heard what I said was the issue, but never asked any questions, he did listen to my lungs and heart, then stood 4 feet away to look down my throat. Not sure how he saw anything. Offered an RX for an antibiotic which he said I could take if I wanted to. WHAT!!!! Im here to get your expertise, not to be offered something in case I thought I needed it. Worst medical facility Ive ever been in, and Im 66. Worst use of a $50 copay. I half expected a chest XRay given my history. At least check my glands or ask questions about sinus pressure. And, they werent even busy - I was the only patient in the whole place. Now I know why... UGH, never again... Wish I could give a half star, and thats only because of the receptionist.

There was a decent traffic flow when I arrived as a walkin. Receptionist were very polite and kind. Intake nurse was also very polite and kind and was focused on me and listened to everything I answered and wrote it down as well as asking follow up questions.Dr. Evans was my physician and I can tell you she cares about what she does. Listens and had immediate answers all while having the empathy and understanding a quality Dr. Should have. Its good to know you can walk into a walk in clinic and have everyone there to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you

Good place. Nurse and Dr were professional and courteous. Didnt really do much though. Told them my arm pain wasnt structural. And they promptly took an x-ray to tell me it wasnt structural. Sent me somewhere else. But better than most other walk in centers.

Staff was great, in and out in barely any time at all. Clean facility. Taking away points due to a horrendously strong air freshener in the entrance/lobby - I went in for a terrible cough thats triggering my Asthma and was convinced I was going to die because of the smell and how much it bothered my breathing!

We had an excellent experience. Went for my son, the PA and all the staff was super nice and helpful. The PA made my son feel super comfortable.

The lady who treated my dog bite was really great. Super polite, and very deliberate in the care provided. The receptionists were helpful and quick to get me registered and in the back to receive care. They also put up with my wishy washy choice of weekend pharmacy. God bless em. The only thing I didnt like was having to provide my insurance and my bank card. I dont trust institutions. Just transfer enough to cover any potential charges to a secondary card if you have one, to protect against potential overzealous charges or mistakes. It does make me wonder what someone does if they dont have a bank or any money for potential charges. I hope they arent denied care.A good expierence over all. Id choose them again on the weekend, if needed.I guess Ill have to wait for any charges to give the final verdict ;-)

Everyone was very helpful and attentive to my concerns! The facility was very clean and the portal was easy to access!

I waited 45 minutes to be seen for a cat bite that I was worried would get infected. After I was brought to the back I waited even longer and when the pa finally came in the bite had started to close so all she did was wipe it off with a alcohol wipe and write a prescription for antibiotics. Several hours later my hand started to turn green around the bite and leak pus. I will not be Returning for the fact I was charged $40 for an alcohol wipe and antibiotics when I still got an infection because it was not properly cleaned or even looked at.the photo is less than 24 hours later

Very friendly staff!!! The woman at the desk very kindly changed the type of appt I requested and quickly accommodated me , was very friendly and courteous ! The nurse that helped me was also very sweet and friendly , she explained everything to me.And finally the woman doctor who came to see me was also just very nice , compassionate. All around wonderful experience here!!! I don’t even get this kind of care at my regular doctors office! Kudos to all of you there for keeping your workplace a positive environment! Would definitely return here!!! Absolutely great staff!!!!

PA, X-ray tech and nurse were all helpful, polite, and respectful. My only complaint is that I made an appointment on line, and from what I can tell, that didnt really make a difference. I still had to wait 40 minutes from my appointment time to be called in, and it didnt get me in ahead of anyone else in the waiting room.

The staff is very nice. We had a longer wait than expected but it was because they were busy. Lindsey, the PA on duty, was very kind in explaining what was going on.

Great staff...saw me right away...but please do something with the ventilation in the waiting room! Those of us with breathing issues couldnt stay in there long due to the machine that I assume was an air purifier but the fragrance it was putting out was way too strong...

I feel like I was diagnosed correctly, and got the right meds I needed for my cough, but also feel like my appointment was rushed because I was the last patient and they wanted to just get out of there so no testing for strep or the flu were done, not even basic things like a temperature check.

I made an appointment time online for that day, ease of checking in and filling out paperwork was easy. Arrived on time and was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I was satisfied with the diagnosis, Doctor, nurses and reception.

The staff and PA Lindsey were wonderful. Husband has severe back pain. They had us in and out within less than an hour. Very kind and compassionate. Husband would never have been able to withstand a 13 hour ER wait (that was the length of time of our last ER visit).
