Quest Diagnostics Sebring

8/19/2020Terrible experience I made an appointment and after waiting over an hour was not seen. There were two people in the waiting area that had been waiting for over 2 hours to be called back and there was an elderly women in the waiting area with me who was there before I got there, her nurse from the hospital from across the street came in and grabbed from the back of the office what it was that her patient needed which was a container for her to take home and even that the two women working there could not manage to do. They would keep coming out in 15 min intervals just to see if they had any new walk in patients but would not call on anyone who had been waiting there. So, in total there were 4 patients in the waiting room including myself waiting to be seen and everyone left now at 10am and none of us were seen. This is ridiculous if you need blood work or anything else this is not the place for you unless you have hours to waist waiting around only to never be seen.

Was sent to one Quest Diagnostics on Ryant Blvd and was sent to the other location because their toilet wasn’t working. No big deal, we get over to this location and sign in and we’re behind two other people that were helped. As soon as it was my moms turn to be taken back, they call her and take her back and say that drug tests are only done at 11:30, and then proceed to tell her THEYRE CLOSED FOR LUNCH. We signed in at 11:45 (not knowing about their drug test schedule), but they could have easily done a drug test in a few minutes since we WERE THERE before their SO IMPORTANT noon break. Being drug tested for a job is not that hard. We were signed in before you closed, so to turn people away just because it’s convienent for you is just rude and extremely unprofessional. Regardless of the situation.Clean house. Get a new staff. Get a more professional, friendly team that’s willing to do their job and won’t turn people away 15 minutes early. I seriously hope these people treat people better than this.I’ll be making a phone call to head office too.

I have lab work done very often. Been in there countless time. Every time I have received caring and professional service. Use their website to make an appointment before you go. It’s worth doing it. It will save you so much time.

OMG. Stay clear of this Quest lab!Due to insurance limitations, I had to use this lab. Simply awful service. First, no sign in front of the building. A 8x11” paper hangs beside the door of the building with Quest Diagnostics written on it. There is no person to greet you when you go in. You sign in on a computer monitor, and sit down on a folding chair to wait! The phlebotomist was very curt and rude, and locked my husband out of the office.Finally, to ad insult to injury, even though the blood was drawn a full 4 days prior to my surgery date, Quest did not send the results to the hospital, and the labs had to be redrawn on the day of surgery. Now I have two labs to pay for, and two pathology reports. This is a good example of pure waste in our healthcare system, and the patient having to pick up the tab when errors occur.

Awesome! Theres one phlebotomist here who is amazing! Doing an excellent job, has a great attitude despite having to work alone when 3 others called in sick! Im doing a 3 hour test and hes making the process a lot better, thankfully 😎

Horrible customer service. They couldnt read my order so they had me drive back home to get the phone number to my doctors office to call to have the orders resent before they would do the draw. Then looked put out at the fact I was mad at the whole situation.

Went to set up a routine and repetative test...but the lab order did not meet their specs.. no doctors address..and no end date....without this info they would not even attempt to help...could not become a patient...would not tell me if they even did that type of test...nothing ...even if we waited for the adjusted lab order to be faxed in....I did not want to have the lab work done the same day.... would make an appointment and return...but was told until the lab order was perfect...could not assist in any way.....so I left to seek help elsewhere and to think I called the corporate number first and followed their directions..they were helpful....that is why I went there first......useless group....especially when she told me corporate was clueless to what they do at this location so cant count on corporate instructions....basically just go away.. so I did.

Lab tech was RUDE! So over this office!! Waited over 30 minutes when I had a scheduled appointment and they took walk ins before my appointment, even their policy says appointments come FIRST!!!!

Horrible the staff is not the best they are rude. I was there went to the one in South Sebring it was awesome the staff and the service great. Sun & Lake has a lot to learn from them.

Very friendly and helpful. Very good at their job and take care of little hiccups on test requests from with my doctor. Thanks

Very unprofessional my son when today to do a blood work with his dad they pinch him several times and get mad when my husband told them that he always has to be pinch in other places ...we been in other quest before with no problem they need to change staff in this location

My first visit was very pleased and the staff was kind.

Never had a problem! Quick in & out most of the time!

Never had a problem with them, friendly staff.
