I recently had an appointment at north hudson (Hudson regional hospital) and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for 1.5 hours, my scheduled OBGYN was changed to a male without any prior notice. This lack of communication was highly unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unprepared. As a patient, I value transparency and respect for my preferences, which were clearly overlooked in this instance. I hope the clinic improves their scheduling practices to ensure better patient care and communication in the future.
