ANYONE NEEDING TESTING DONE, PLEASEREAD THE FOLLOWING:It would have been nice to let people know that you no longer have a facility in the South Bend/Mishawaka area. Online it says nothing about closing the facility listed. I wasted a lot of time trying to locate and call the online facility.Maybe, South Bendisnt large enough for youroperations. I suppose I should be grateful that I couldnt find you. If this is how you do business, I would be afraid to trust, how you would do the testing. My suggestion to anyone that needs testing done, go somewhere else, even if it means you have to pay for the testing. Your life is too precious, to trust to a testing facility that cant even tell you, that they dont have a facility in the South Bend area. I found out that you no longer have a facility in my area, from your collection agency.I consider myself fortunate, that I couldnt find you.Anyone still needing to use Quest, I was told that they have a facility in St. Joe, MI.Jane Pettyfacility.
I’ll be honest, this would be a one star review if I didn’t feel bad for the woman doing the testing. She was clearly overwhelmed with the volume of people coming in. She was extremely polite about it, but I ended up waiting over an hour despite having only 2 people in front of me. When I left the line was up to 6 people. If there was just another person working there, everything would go a lot smoother, but she can’t do it all herself. It’s just too much work for one person.
The technician was wonderful. Polite efficient and very precise in her work . Best of all Quest should give this lady a medal. Computers were an issue early this am , but she kept us informed of the delay . Although one person was angry and cerley , the tech who was the only person in this very busy office , was calm & professional .
Automated phone to make appointment, automated sign in when I got there, a screen on the wall posted my waiting time. Health worker came and got me, drew my blood and I was on my way. The health worker was nice, the place was clean. I’m kinda old school but all went really well.
Liz is fabulous! I just left my appointment from Quest. She is a rockstar, I cant believe she handles the entire office by herself. I highly recommend her. Be sure to snag an early morning appointment for a short wait time!
Waited there over an hour and a half with no one being called in and at the beginning they told us their computers went down and that they were rebooting and about the work. Then right before we left they said the exact same thing. Then we never saw the lady that had our paper work and had to knock on a window to finally see someone after an hour of waiting. Too bad I can’t give 0 or negative stars cause they don’t even deserve one.
Staff (the one staff member who actually seems to be there) was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I was yelled at for not reading the sign and signing in before I was supposed to. I signed in at 8:26. The sign says they dont do drug screens until 8:30. The sign does not say that you cannot sign in for a drug screen until 8:30. Ive never been treated so rudely by any member of the Healthcare community.
One star was to many to give. Can’t reach anyone by phone. Customer service number leave you on hold for 30+ min. Bill pay online can’t find my bill but they can send the bill to collections. Horrible service all the way around.
Dont trust them for your travel required Covid tests!!! After 3 days, wasted of our 5 day window, they cant find our tests! They lost them, and wont help with any effort to find them or accommodate any alternate testing options for our travel. Thousands $$$ in travel majorly screwed up by Quest.
Everytime I come here and have an appointment I’m waiting 20+ mins to get back. They are always running behind. Although they are friendly there needs to be more people or a better set up to get you in at your appointment time
The indiana state road 23 location is closed. I have called a million times and even tried to schedule online. This is unacceptable that there is no proof anywhere it is closed. Thank you quest for ruining my morning driving the the snow trying to get labs done.
The lab on state rd. 23 is permanently closed. The web site to make an appointment in St. Joseph, Mi. Is apparently not functioning correctly as it refuses to allow me to make an appoint. Their billing system is atrocious. The billing department cannot seem to learn that they need to bill Medicare in the state where the lab request came from.
Had an appointment at 945. They continued to take people back before me that showed up after I did. No one is at the front desk to ask how long of a wait. I fasted for my blood work so I was forced to decide on coming back and fasting again or waiting.
Stay away! Have they done this before? It’s like they didn’t know they were going to be in business today. There is only one person working and it seems like this is her first day. A business that has no desire to figure out how to do business should be avoided.
I don’t think this is the right location. It is now a dental office. Don’t go to this location looking for Quest.
Only one person most of the time wouldnt go but its the only my insurance covers
I didnt have a wait time I was seen right away the staff was kind and friendly thank you so much.
There isn’t a quest
Dont go through them, use or find another place to get exams, or screening done
Waited 3+ hours... Still havent got seen. Enough said.
One nurse best she is the best!
Incredibly rude staff.
