They always answer all calls and are very helpful. The communication skills are excellent. I have never hung up not understanding. The small delivery fee is well worth it. I love Spata Pharmacy.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and their staffs ability to run such a smooth process for ordering and picking up prescriptions. Over the past year several of my prescriptions could not be filled by my local pharmacies and I needed the ability to have my medications filled in a timely manner. They have exceeded all expectations with fulfilling medications even in times of shortages of some of them. Thank you!

First time here for my mother in law to get her booster shot and everything worked out smooth. No long lines, no long wait and all done in about 20 minutes. The pharmacy is well-organized with friendly staff and the bright lights offer a welcoming atmosphere. While the pharmacy store is not necessarily big, it is structured in a way that it would meet all a persons needs from just looking around the place.

Sparta Pharmacy has gone above and beyond time and time again for me and my family. I’ve been able to get prescriptions at lower prices here than any other pharmacy in the area by a MILE! Each staff member works hard to make this happen, and always greets with such a great attitude. I won’t go anywhere else!

It was a great experience. Very happy that my doctor was able to recommend them for the medication that was out of stock at other pharmacies. It came in with in a week of me ordering it.

Website isn’t accurate with semiglutides and trizepitides stock. They don’t even know what they do and don’t have in stock. Made me waste my time sending my script there just to jerk me around for over a week. The chat option is nice if they ever answered you. Would not recommend.

I’ve called dozens of pharmacies over the last several months dealing with medication shortages, and not a single one refused to tell me if they had what i needed in stock like this one did. I would strongly encourage this pharmacy to rethink their policy on answering stock questions for customers. There are so many shortages for necessary drugs right now, and we should be able to inquire if alternative pharmacies have the meds we need in stock. To require a prescription just to find out if they have the medicine is far from quick and easy, and wastes valuable time in finding what is needed. It also wastes the time of doctors. Makes no sense to go through all the trouble of changing the prescription just to be told something was out of stock in the first place. Very disappointing as this has been such a struggle for months now. At least the lady on the phone was nice about it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the most accommodating, incredible, and kind staff I’ve ever worked with at a pharmacy! Grateful to do business with them!

If I could i would have themA 0 review. I do have my doubts on all this reviews with 5 stars probably they did invest in a very good digital marketing but let me tell you my own personal experience.The doctor of my husband requested a medication that they never worked seriously to get it approved and this is going over since the October of 2023 .Today they just told me that insurance approved which My husband got approved it through the drug saver navigator in his work . They are making look like they worked on approval but they never worked ever on appeals regardless my calls. Also they just told me that even that insurance approval my husband should pay out of pocket $400. It seems that have a bigger revenue on not getting approval from insurance since that patient is forced to pay out of pocket for his health. They know that a sick person will eat less meals and paying for medication. This is an immoral and unethical circus done to the patients. My husband finally after 5 months of fight is getting the medication now for $20 out of pocket in an another Pharmacy. I am speechless how someone can ignore the necessity of a medication and ask for 200% profit on the skin of a sick person. Horrible attitude.

This pharmacy kept me updated regarding the availability of my medication which I appreciate because it was on back order for months. Communication is only via text and a app, but it worked out great. Also delivery is free. You will get text messages pinpointing exactly where your driver is and when they will get to your destination, like Uber. And they were actually early so that was nice and they stuck to their delivery date 😊

Having my prescription delivered is terrific and better than that is the dispatch texting you the ETA.My only complaint is the very long hold time when calling the pharmacy.

The package was left at the door. The front door has no covering- so the package was left at the back door, safe from the rain!That may sound like common sense, but I can’t tell you how many times I have come home to boxes that were soaking wet and the contents ruined.I was very pleased with this delivery and service!

In recent months, the pharmacy’s customer service has been nothing short of atrocious and unprofessionalTakes days for prescriptions to be ready, more often than not medication is not in stock and staff is extremely rude, and lack a sense of privacy when announcing people’s prescriptions from behind the counter.Tried to have prescription transferred because it wasn’t available here, and Sparta pharmacy didn’t answer the phone multiple times from multiple people when trying to transfer the prescription.This ongoing issue is extremely dangerous for those who require their medication in timely manner.

I just had the worst experience in my whole life with several different pharmacies regarding the filling of my Accutane prescription. There was a huge mess with where it got transferred and I ended up on the phone with other pharmacies and my dermatologist almost all day over this issue. Bottom line no one knew what was going on and I had no idea what they saw on their ends so I didnt know what was happening either. I was stressed confused and crying from the frustration. SPARTA PHARMACY was the only pharmacy that helped me and called the other pharmacies to see what was happening on their ends. They went out of their way to help me resolve this issue. In the end they ended up shipping the medication to me and all it took was a quick phone call and some kindness. I am so grateful to them and they truly are the best. EVERYONE NEEDS TO COME HERE!!!

Have been getting my medications filled by Sparta Pharm for several months and it has been a seemless experience. My doctor sends the prescription electronically and they process it immediately, without any hiccups. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. I love how easy it is to checkout and set up delivery online, too! Delivery is always on time!

Sparta Pharmacy is very professional and quick with filling prescriptions. I’ve had them delivered and I’ve picked them up. Very family oriented and a very clean store! I just wish they weren’t so far from me.

Great experience up to delivery of my medicine. Delivery service left the prescription at the edge of my porch, never rang the bell or knocked on the door. Package was hijacked and ripped open (probably by squirrels). Representative was respectful and understanding and explained that this has been an issue with their delivery service (as there are other complaints here as well). Owner/Manager took issue with me requesting that they or the delivery service take responsibility and not re-charge my insurance for a $1200 prescription - they were rude, condescending and disrespectful - actually blaming me. Will not use them in the future.Honest Edit: This pharmacy employs an amazing manager (see her response below) Taylor. She followed up with me directly, not as a response to this review, and hit every single point flawlessly. She is an amazing asset to this business, although I still have some serious concerns about the owner and how he treats customers. She, and the rest of the team, are the reason I will continue to use this pharmacy.

I began using Sparta Pharmacy back in March 2023 for my Mounjaro prescription and have to say they are extremely fast and reliable with their services. I like the fact that they have an app you can use at your convenience to order your medication versus waiting for a live representative over the phone.

I am not from the area so my medicine gets delivered and today the driver just throws my medicine on to the driveway . What kind of service is that? He or she doesn’t know if I have any fragile injections . I’m not here to complain but maybe they should take to their drivers about properly delivering medicine. If the driver did it to me who knows if they do it to others .Thank you

My husband was just in there and had a terrible experience. He was ignored for 10 minutes when there was one other patient in the pharmacy, and nine people working behind the counter. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incident, but it has become the norm with Sparta pharmacy. In fact, everyone I speak to has terrible things to say about the decline in customer service and care at Sparta pharmacy.In addition to taking hours, sometimes days to fill a prescription, the level of professionalism is atrocious. There is no such thing as patient confidentiality. Employees speak loudly about patients’ medications without a thought or concern of who else can hear.We will no longer be coming there, and I am referring everyone I know to North country pharmacy, where the experience is 100 times better, even though they have far fewer employees.

Ive had a very good experience with Sparta Pharmacy. They have been thoughtful and have been able to schedule delivery of my medication, saving me a trip to the brick and mortar location, and most importantly, saving me time.

I can never talk w a live person unless I hold for a very extended amt of time, very extended! The delivery service Sparta uses is terrible. RX2Go has drivers that are clueless, because of this fact Im going to ask my provider to switch to another pharmacy

No idea what happened with my review from months ago, so im posting again!!!This pharmacy management is very poor. The amount of time you have to be on hold is very ridiculous. Prescriptions that were sent out days ago are never filled, you got to wait so long for them to be filled. I get that you’re busy and you guys have so many patients but there needs to be something done about it. When I came in last week there was only one person taking care of a huge line that was by the door! She looked very stressed and so overwhelmed, the people on the back just kept looking out on front and no one bothered to help. The amount of times I have come in to this pharmacy everyone in the back are chitchatting about nonsense and not working at all! Another thing is when you want to talk to the pharmacist, he takes so long to come out and when you mention about how to reach them without having to come all the way the excuse is always “we are too busy” I think the only time they’re not busy is in the morning so, make sure you all try to go early morning. Or else you’ll be there for half an hour

Ive been using Sparta Pharmacy since moving to Sparta in 2019. Ive have nothing but excellent experiences. I went today for my COVID booster; Mary Jo was amazing! She was very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a painless shot.

Gotta say I was more than skeptical when my doc said ditch Walgreens and use these folks. Visited their website and was greeted immediately with a very friendly person in a chat.They guided me thru getting my script that the big boys could not fill. Then they surprised me to say I didnt even have to go to their store, but of course I was welcome to. I opted for delivery and boy am I glad I did - its pouring here and all I had to do was open my front door and bam there it was.It was like triple wrapped including an ice pack that was still cold when it got here. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pharmacist and staff go above and beyond. One employee checked the back supply if they had any baby Vick’s left. Another employee called my regular pharmacy to retrieve my daughter’s health insurance information. They even threw in a syringe for my daughter’s medicine.

I always make sure to ask over the phone how long it will take to pick up the medicine. Sadly, it is always incorrect.Today I was told 20 minutes until I can pick it up. Almost an hour and a half later, the medicine still isnt ready.I understand that business is busy but please give a more realistic wait time.

Very grateful my dermatologist sent my prescriptions to Sparta Pharmacy! I was still in the office when I got a phone call about them and was given a link to NimbleRx to process payment and schedule delivery. I used to have my prescriptions sent from Bergen Medical pharmacy, but there has been nothing but problems with them from the beginning. My experience already with Sparta Pharmacy has exceeded their service tenfold. Will only be getting my prescriptions from Sparta going forward!

This is really a great place and worked with me today for my daughters prescription cost. This is the fourth medicine she has been on since Thanksgiving and the cost of this rx was so high. They went above and beyond to help make this affordable for us and yes, we have insurance. Even with insurance, some prescription costs are out of control. Thank you Sparta Pharmacy!

The best service! Ive moved all of my familys prescriptions here. Last time I went to pick up a prescription, I got there just after they had locked the doors for the day. As I was walking back to my car after realizing they were closed, I heard someone open the door. They insisted that I come in and pick up my prescription so that I did not have to come back again the next day. How many pharmacies would do that?

I just got my first Covid vaccine by MaryJo Estrada. I was extremely nervous but she made it painless and quick. She was gentle, funny, and absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going to her for your vaccine.

Great pharmacy and staff alway on time with deliveries

Mary Joe was amazing. She was kind and expedient. We were conversing and I didn’t feel a thing and before I knew it, it was over. 10/10 would get jabbed again by Mary Joe.

Very unimpressed. More than a week to get test results - and I still don’t have them. I only gave them 2 stars because the initial process of registering/swabbing was ok. This pharmacy’s partnership with SiParadigm makes them look awful, and then no solution to solve the missing results and lack of communication, makes me never want to return here. My husband tested TWO days before me and got his results FOUR days ago. What about everyone else who tested last week??

Sparta Pharmacy is the best place in Sparta to get your prescriptions filled and your Health needs met. Theyre prices are great and their hours are convenient AND as of the time of this review, THEY DELIVER!! They opened around March of 2015 so theyre fairly new but EVERY TIME I have gone there, they have been polite, courteous and professional. And they can also handle your special needs to! For example, if you need a medication compounded, just ask! Something ordered? Just ask! Cant find anything on the shelf, just ask!FYI, just so you dont expect them to deliver at the drop of a hat, their delivery schedule was twice a day as of the time of this review (Aug 11th, 2015.) Around Noontime and then again at closing. But to be on the safe-side, just call and theyll help you out.PS. They even have big boxes of chocolate in case you need a box for the woman or special person in your life. My Mom LOVES chocolate so it makes it really convenient for me to pick up a box of chocolate when I go get her medication. Theyve got Whitmans, Russell Stover & even Jersey Girl!! Yum, Yum!!! PPS. My local CVS was out of Amoxicillin my daughter needed. CVS forwarded the script to Sparta Pharmacy and they were very courteous and quick in taking my information and filling the script.

This is, hands-down, the best pharmacy in the world. Ive got a long story ahead, so if you dont read it know this: these people CARE!I recently had a problem with my medication (Suboxone). I ran out on a Sunday, but didnt have an appointment until Tuesday. The withdrawal from Suboxone is exactly like what it is meant to replace (Heroin/Oxycontin). I spent almost all day Friday and Saturday calling my doctors office asking for a holdover script to get me to my appointment and received a promise that a prescription would be called in to the Sparta Pharmacy ASAP. Some signals got mixed at the doctors office and that didnt happen.I called the Sparta Pharmacy a minimum of 11 times during the weekend with myself in a horrible, belligerent, and withdrawal-induced stupor and they handled me with nothing but kindness and good intentions. They did literally everything they could possibly do to help me in my situation, including calling my doctors office and leaving an urgent message for them.Eventually (3 days after this began) it was all resolved and the employees at Sparta Pharmacy couldnt have been nicer despite all the nonsense Id put them through mere moments before.These are people who truly care about their patients and I hope this review somehow conveys 1% of the gratitude I feel towards them.None of this is to say that my doctors office is actually at fault here as they did a fine job dealing with my nonsense as well, but I cant leave a Google review for them singing their praises.

My package was delivered on time, but due to the heat the package shouldve have been held until someone was able to picked them up.
