The computer system was down and I needed labs drawn. I also brought my sick son who had thrown up in the car ride there. Michelle went out of her way to get the orders faxed so I wouldnt have to drive anywhere else and gave me supplies to clean up my vomit filled car on my way home all with an amazing attitude. Thanks for making a tough day easier Michelle!
