Ive had several visits here, and each time, the staff has been incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. One thing that stands out is their commitment to keeping my visits cost-efficient, which is a top priority for me. They have never pressured me into unnecessary tests or procedures.During each visit, the doctor offers thoughtful suggestions and clearly explains why certain tests may or may not be necessary. For example, I once came in with symptoms that could have been strep, flu, COVID, or mono. Instead of pushing for a bunch of tests, the doctor carefully considered my symptoms and suggested starting with a strep test, which ultimately led to a quick diagnosis without the need for extra testing and billing.I truly appreciate the way they prioritize patient care and transparency. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in the area!Oh, and the online wait option is wonderful and accurate!
I came in on a Saturday with a severe chronic pain flair up. I was treated very kindly and seen promptly. The receptionist even went to talk to the provider if they were able to help me before checking me in and potentially making me wait for nothing. Everyone was super understanding and caring about my pain.
Friendly, compassionate, professional, staff.I was able to schedule appointment online. Ive been there several times, always felt like they take care of me.Glad to have a place to go when i cant get into primary care physician.
This place is a joke. A medical doctor did not see me. I had a sore throat and they couldn’t test me for bronchitis. Just charged me $280 for a strep swab. Came back negative and they said we don’t know what’s wrong sorry. I told them to send the bill to my insurance and they said they had to have a card on file. Never sent my bill to insurance and have been charging me monthly even after I called and had them delete my card information. The customer service rep on the phone said he deleted it and they still are charging me. Do not go here.
Ive some here for a few reasons, and each time, I always felt that I was treated with compassion and a high level of medical expertise. The staff are professional, caring, have a great sense of humor, and patience, which is an invaluable attribute when youre in pain. My only complaint is that this urgent care isnt close to Gentry, AR, where my family is moving. Thank you, everyone!
I’ll probably not go anywhere else but here in the future. Where to start?!? I called the clinic for general information because I wasn’t feeling well. Amber said, “C’mon in!” So I did. Her and Donna were so friendly and super funny that I almost forgot I was sick. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are high-tech, and you can tell you’ll get the best care. After being diagnosed, having belly-rolling laughter with Donna, I was escorted to the front. It doesn’t stop there. Donna went and made me a hot cup of coffee !!! Who does that?! No one in the medical field has ever shown this type of customer service. No one. They cattle-call your name from 20ft away, provide zero warmth, get-ya fixed up, then say “adios!”. If another clinic is reading this, don’t kid yourself.....you don’t provide this level of service. This is a genuine, top notch, feel-better clinic. 🥰😍Thank you ladies for helping me and being real.-Sir
I went on a Monday evening 40 min before close with an emergent need. I hurt my barely 2 day old broken elbow and was in excruciating pain and knew I needed a full arm splint that ortho took me out of just a few hours prior to replace with a smaller splint on my forearm (NOT HELPFUL). Luckily the crew helped immediately and listened to what I needed after calming me down and was able to get me back in a full arm splint for the support I need. Thank you so so much for the kindness and teamwork. Im so grateful for the group there tonight.
I got there at 7:50pm and the sign on the door had the hours of 8AM - 8PM and I was told that I could not be seen because it was 10 minutes before closing. It is Urgent Care, being told to come back tomorrow is not really urgent service. I told them that I had been seen for the same condition 3 weeks earlier and that the condition had not gone away, it would not have taken 10 minutes to see me, record my vitals, and write a new prescription. I know because when I came back the next day, it only took 10 minutes to diagnose and see that the condition had returned (or not gone away in the first place) and generate a prescription. If they will not admit new patients a certain time period before closing, it should be stated on the door.
I can’t say enough nice things about my experience at your urgent care….. Very professional, very knowledgeable and took care of my problem quickly. I slammed my thumb in a car door and required seven stitches and I’m on blood thinner which scared me, but they took care of that quickly and efficiently.
I waited 2 hours to talk to the doctor for less than 3 mins I was written a prescription although she mentioned she wasn’t sure what it was. They charged me $125 upfront and then later charged my card $250. No one had a sense of urgency. Health care is such a joke.
They were very nice, took care of my needs. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they seemed to be in no hurry to see what they coulddo for me.At reception desk took fast great care in checking me in. After that things seemed to be very slow after that. No one else was waiting to be seen.
I was there a few months ago for ear ache I spent more time waiting for someone to do something than time that it took for the nurse to say use flonase I have had this before and anitboctic ate the only thing thats get rid of infection needs less to say i had to go to a teal Dr to get anything done this is controlled by some people who dont have a medical decree I wont go there again
Receptionist and nurse were great. I tested positive for Covid on a in home test kit. I just wanted to get tested by a doctor to confirm I had Covid, which I did. The doctor was rude, apathetic and dismissive. I was there about an hour , and I bet the doctor spent less than 90 seconds with me. Have always had great experiences until today. Won’t go back again if this Dr. R is on duty.
Janice was AMAZING!! She made me feel comfortable. She wasnt in a hurry and she listened to what my issues were. Rather than just throwing an antibiotic at me and sending me on my way, she tried to help with my issues without over medicating! She advised some ear drops and OTC drugs to start with and advised me to follow up if I was still having problems in 48 hours. Thank you Janice!!
I had a miner injury so I asked my neighbor where should I go and she told me about Mercy care Ugert care. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. If my family ever needs to go somewhere for some minor injuries that don’t want to go to a ER go to Mercy Care Ugert Care you will not be disappointed.
Nurse practitioner was great! Very interactive with our child, did her best to make her comfortable. Recommend making an appointment ahead of time.
I’M glad we didn’t have to wait long, but they ran an unnecessary test and trolls me they could do blood work or x rays. They also missed an ear infection. Ended up having to take him to the hospital. Should have skipped Mercy Urgent Care and just gone straight to the hospital.
There was a lot of training of personnel going on by one girl in several positions. The trainer took my blood pressure by pulling the cord taught half way across the room where I was sitting and it has never been that high and I mentioned that and they just kinda like well OK. The Dr or APN Donna prescribed Cipro which I had never taken before and I almost said isnt that a black box drug...but I kept quiet and didnt say anything. I got it filled and took two doses as prescribed once at lunch and another with food before I went to bed and had a bad reaction of a rapid heartbeat in the middle of the night and felt horrible. I did not feel better until around noon. I pulled up the drug and noticed one of the side effects was a fast heartbeat. I called Dr. Byrums office and the on call nurse called me back and prescribed Keflex which I got filled and am taking and doing well with it. This is for an UTI...
I was able to book online and they got me in 20 mins after I booked. The staff was fantastic From the time I got there to seeing the doctor, to leaving. They are a class organization staffed by people who care.
Great staff! Thank goodness for clinics like this that can see patients without having to make an appointment a month out. Thank you so much!
There was compassion from each person I was with. Also there was immediate action taken when the possible diagnosis was decided. Just overall kindness and it seemed like the WHOLE staff wanted to be there!!
Went in for a sore throat and awful cough complained of pain in my chest and throat. Never once looked at my throat just ran test after test. Told them i was having trouble sleeping because of the cough still nothing. Didnt prescribe me anything. Seemed very rushed. Probably wont be going back and Ive been using them for the last 2 years. After my mom went up there and told them I was still coughing hard and I was having trouble sleeping they sent cough pearls kinda a joke of a doctors office. You’d think if you’re coughing a lot in the office and complaining about throat pain, trouble sleeping, and a cough you’d think they’d atleast look at your throat or even if it’s not a narcotic give you some type of cough medicine that would work better than over the counter syrup and cough pearls that don’t even work. Don’t go here it’ll be a waste of time
Was seen in a reasonable amount of time the doctor addressed my concerns. I had an x-ray she told me I broke my seventh rib and I went back to work thank goodness I was at a desk.
This is the worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Besides the long wait when I was on the top of the list. They did nothing but listen to my lungs and sent me out with a suggestion of over the counter meds. I had been sick as a dog and they checked out nothing. Worst service ever!! This was nothing but a big joke!!!!!
Very quick and efficient. The receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful. Weve had a great experience the two times we visited.
Donna was so helpful to me! I was sick and having trouble finding my information for my insurance. They do not have access to insurance companies. This company should do better. But Donna sat next to me in her cute sweater and got the help I needed. Thank you Donna!
Came in for illness. Employees were friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. Only complaint is the exam room felt a little warm, but that could be because I wasnt feeling well.
Staff were warm and friendly. RN and PA listened to our concerns and details of symptoms. Discussed options, educated properly.
Ended up being there for more than an hour to not even get my ears checked. I went to this same location by mistake, the next morning, thinking the nurse I had spoken with was at this location. The receptionist literally told me why I was there again if I had just been seen the morning before. I have never been this sick. The other Mercy clinic that I went to gave me another flu test and tested positive and received treatment for the flu and an ear infection. Normally I would not post any reviews especially negative ones, but this is not ok, especially when people visiting are feeling really sick.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I took my baby in because he had a splinter I couldnt get out and his finger was getting red and he had a problem with his tooth. He had fallen and chipped it. It was starting to turn a color so I was afraid it was infected. It was on a Friday evening and I couldnt get him into the dentist. We saw Nurse Practitioner Wilson. She looked at the splinter and got it out and was rude about it, sarcastically saying There, another live saved. Then I told her about how my son chipped his tooth and it was too late to get him in dentist but I was worried about infection because the color it was turning. She looked at me like an alien with two heads, asked me 100 questions like I was being interrogated. I told her how my older kids took the cushions off the couch was playing with them on the floor and the baby ran in and tripped on it and got his mouth on the wood of the couch thats normal covered by cushions. She prescribed him antibiotics and continued to look at me all crazy. Monday morning I called the dentist got him an appointment for Tuesday, but on Wednesday CPS was at my door investigating me for neglecting my baby. I know it wasnt the dentist cuz he was understanding and said the tooth only broke cuz it had a cavity. That was the color I was seeing. You all called CPS on me for taking my baby to the doctor for medicine. How is that neglect?! Even the CPS worker said it was ridiculous she even had to come to my house. She came one time then left. I got a letter saying the case was dropped. Dont trust this clinic, dont trust this nurse, expecaly if your taking your children in there. She will be rude and sarcastic and call CPS on you.
The staff was very personable and got me in and out in no time and got me fixed up. Very pleased
I need an X-ray, my phone number’s area code is different than the area I live. I have called 5 times in a row dealing with the automated system and when I ask to speak to someone so I can ask how much it will cost, the line rings a varying number of times and they send it to voicemail. Absurd. I get scam callers are rampant but 5 times in a row? Calling somewhere else
Great group and very caring! Nice ladies up front desk and medical staff!
This is a great place for urgent care needs! The front desk and nurses and are always kind and welcomingThe providers always listen and seem to genuinely care about patients health
Actually horrible been sitting in the room for almost a hour. We are the only people here in the whole place beside the workers of course but could you imagine what there doing? Laughing and playing on there phones all watching some video mean while we are just waiting I think they forgot about us
D. Dansby is the best. always upfront and will tell you exactly what is going on sugar coating which I respect her more than ever.
Efficient, friendly staff. The nurse practitioner and staff made me feel welcome and helped me immensely.
I went to Mercy’s Springdale urgent care November 4 because I had been exposed to covid and woke up with a severely sore throat. We used the online check in feature to set an appointment. That’s really helpful. The people working at the clinic were perfect, from check in to checkout. The person at the reception desk, the nurse, and the nurse practitioner who served me were efficient, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, each of them made me feel as though I was THE person they came to work to take care of. That’s a neat feeling.
I made my appointment online. I did not have to wait. The staff was very friendly.
I had my 8 year old grandson last friday. Jumped online with my Mercy urgent care 5 minutes from my house Elm Springs rd within a house. With in a hour he was seen and treated.
This was my first time here and it was a great experience! I found this urgent care using Google since Im not familiar with the area. I used the feature on their website where you can get on the waiting list before arriving. I ended up being really early and didnt have to wait long to be taken to a room. Dr. J Wilhite was the doctor who saw me. He was helpful and seemed to genuinely care about his patients. There were also two other guys I interacted with but I cannot remember names very well so Ill just describe them because I feel they deserve recognition for the quality care they showed. This was the last day of August 2023 during the late afternoon/evening shift. The guy at the front desk had short, blonde and very curly hair. The other guy was the one who took me to an exam room and took my vitals. I mentioned that the elderly relative who came in with me had just received good news regarding their cancer. After finishing up he went out and I heard him congratulating my family member. I was so touched to hear that and to know that he cared. What a kind hearted thing to do! It made the relative feel good too. Also, the guy at the front desk was just as kind to the relative and assisted them. I use Mercy network a majority of the time but have never encountered such caring staff like this clinic has. I highly recommend this urgent care and will use it in the future. The clinic was very clean. There is a hot/cold water dispenser you can use to make hot tea or instant coffee. There is a kiosk where you can check yourself in or you can go to the front desk. *Note- I saw a review where a person felt they had been overly charged for a covid test. Upon check in you are shown a form that lists the different types of covid tests they offer and which are covered by insurance so I think that there was miscommunication. Another review said they were told they needed a referral to be seen there. Thats really not the clinics fault, thats probably your health insurances requirement so look into the coverage details on your health insurance policy.
Barely made it here and because I didnt know why I was feeling bad and they could not run labs they told me after charging me $75 Copay they couldnt help me I needed to go to the ER without even seeing me. They did try and refund my money and told me it should be back in 3 to 5 business days. Not really an urgent care and the doctor there doesnt seem like she is a caring person at all. Really disappointing because I like Merci Health Care.
The nurse practitioner that saw me was amazing! She the sweetest person, and I was so sick. I’ll definitely be back.
I had to go to Mercy Urgent Care on Elm Springs Rd in Springdale. I booked an appointment online and got an appointment before they closed. The entire staff was awesome. My appointment was at the end of the day and even after they had dealt with patients all day, they were all so warm and friendly. They were very thorough and answered any questions i had.I have already told my family and friends the great experience I had. Kudos to the Staff. Thank You!!!
Very fast check in. Very professional and friendly. Didnt have to wait long to get called to get help with my accident. Donna was the best fp I have ever met. She knew exactly what to do. Sent me to a orthopedics dr. Because something didnt look right on my xray. She could see something was broke and it was, she was correct. Thanks Donna
The front desk administrators are very welcoming and helpful. The nurses take time to ask questions and were so patient with my daughter when she was nervous. The doctors are always great. When we need a weekend or after hours doctor, this is always where we go!
Awesome experience for my daughter. I booked her appointment on-line ahead of time and got right in. Staff was super friendly!
Very quick service. They fixed my issue, prescribed meds, and sent me on my way!
I continue to be a big fan of mercy go health walk in clinics!! Easy access and care providers who offer solutions.
Everyone was so friendly. I really liked Dr. Jackson
Easy location to get to and found it to have no waiting time except for the sign in process. The front desk customer service representative was very professional and caring. I was seen immediately after the sign in process within minutes. The staffed performed professionally. The area was well maintained and cleaned!
Everyone was very professional and friendly. The wait time was reasonable.
Had to go on Thanksgiving due to a family football gone wrong event, and had the best trio helping me with my injury. They were quick, polite, and helpful with how to take care of what I needed to do after my care.
We did the on line check in, it was very easy to do. We were supposed to be seen at 10:15am but didn’t see a doctor until 10:45am which is fine by me because I know how busy places are and short staffed. Everyone was so kind starting with the front desk nurse to the nurse who evaluated my 20 month old. I felt like they truly cared and were able to help us! We will be going back to this location if we need anything in the future.
I was taken care in less the 10 minsand they answered all my question and felt better after thank you
This is the second time I have gone to this urgent care to be told they couldnt help me. No prescription or anything.
I received prompt and efficient diagnosis.Staff was friendly and knows.
I brought my daughter for a low grade fever and side pain. I mentioned possible uti because she has had one in the past. The possibility was dismissed by the nurse practitioner. No tests were ran on my daughter. I was told it was something viral and that the side pain was coincidental. Of course I believe what I hear and we go about our week but something just wasn’t sitting right. A few days later my daughter is still complaining of side pain and now has a 103. We were able to get into our pediatrician that afternoon then was at Arkansas Children’s due to a severe kidney infection. She was put on an IV and had an ultrasound. After 10 days of treatment we will go back for another ultrasound. This could’ve been prevented if she received proper care/tests when we visited the urgent care. After reading many reviews and talking to several people including other nurses/doctors, this place needs a serious training on risk management.
This location needs a full review by management. We werent called into a room until 40 minutes after our appointment time. The nurse ran a strep test but didnt come back to our room in time to view the results. According to the manufacturers web site, the results of the test will be unreliable after 10 minutes from performing test. So, since it was left in the room with us, I looked after 15 minutes and saw it was negative. It was over 20 minutes until the nurse came in and said its negative. I told her what Id read on the manufacturers web site and she was completely dismissive, and said wait here for the doctor to come see you. After waiting quite a while, we decided to leave WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE DOCTOR. Too much waiting with no explanation. The staff was shocked that we were leaving but at that point there was no point in staying, and the wait was excessive. We had an appointment and showed up on time, yet we were there for 1 hour and 10 minutes just for a rapid strep test and no doctor interaction. Inexcusable. If they try to charge me the full amount theyll have a fight on their hands. We will not be coming back here.
I loved everyone actually each person took care of me.
The entire staff at Mercy Go Urgent Health is very kind and professional. The place is extremely clean. The doctor was exceptionally caring.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend this office!
I went to the Mercy Urgent Care in October of 2022 for a sinus infection. The care was fine, and I was prescribed antibiotics to kick the infection, which it did. My complaint is that after I paid for the visit, I continued to get charged on my credit card for a few months later totally $250. While I can give the benefit of the doubt that this was a mere computer error, the complete and utter lack of follow through to reimburse me for the additional charges it ridiculous. It is the end of May 2023 and I went there in October of 2022 and I still have not received any reimbursement from Mercy-GoHealth, though I have reached out to their offices multiple times. I have been told twice that a reimbursement is coming and it could take up to 25 days for that to come through. Still no reimbursement - and someone in the offices told me they were going to mark this task as completed because my check was coming. Maybe Mercy has a different definition of completed than the rest of us, but completed to me would be the reimbursement was rightly given for improper charges and they completed the proper steps to make sure that the person was reimbursed - not just taken off someones to-do list. For those reading the comments and looking for an urgent care in the area - there are tons of urgent care clinics in NWA, go to one of them and spare yourself the headache. Read the comments, particularly the 1 star comments, and make a decision from there. And for Mercy, please dont respond to my comment with some half-hearted, Were sorry for you experience trope. Just give me my money back. Instead of replying to my comment, funnel this to the proper chain of command to make this right. Looking like you care to save face in a review comment section without actually following through is pretty sleazy.
Everyone at the clinic was super nice.Loved the provider on call. My 5-year-old did too.I left my yeti cup there though... I tried to call So I could make sure no one tossed it and all I could get was a computer and not even one that could direct me to the actual clinic. So I guess Im just rating the company overall... This isnt the first time its happened to me. Every time I call a mercy clinic this happens. They should probably fix their phone system...
I wish I would remember the care providers name, but she amazing. My only complaint was a girl threw up in the waiting area and they let her just sit out there with a bag. As a bystander, Id rather see someone like that moved to somewhere where they arent puking germs all over the waiting area. Fortunately we were able to sit in our car and they just called us when we were ready (wasnt a long wait)
As a parent of a kid with a disability, we have used every urgent care in town. Mercy has easy scheduling, no-nonsense billing, and great providers. The providers there have been fantastic with my son with autism.
Literally in and out in 20 minutes, and this included draining a spider bite on a toddler. Everyone was so nice. I went in the next morning to grab my debit card that Id forgotten and the NP asked about my son and showed genuine interest. Stephanie checked me in and she was so sweet. This is my second amazing experience there.
My wife and I contacted them for Covid test for travel and told them we had no insurance and asked what the price would be. They quoted me $75. We booked the appointments. At time of the test they charged my wife $200. They informed me the extra $125 was for the doctor. The doctor came in and asked if we had any questions, that is all! Why did they quote us $75 when it was going to be $200? Very deceitful practices! Draw us in with cheap prices and then charge more when they know we are under a tight time frame to get it done. Go to Walgreens. It is a lot cheaper for the same thing!
Dr Wilson and the front staff were amazing and compassionate! The care I received at this location was fantastic and timely! 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️stars
The complete staff is very welcoming, once in room PA room vitals and asked initial questions, very thorough. Then doctor and PA entered room for diagnosis and treatment. Very satisfied with this experience and location which is why this is my preferred Urgent Care.
I was not feeling well and nothing over the counter was working. I called Mercy Go and they were so sweet over the phone. They got me in and helped me get better fast. And they were very helpful.
I was seen right away, no waiting at all. I was concerned about being sick but the doctor made be feel much better, he was super friendly and knew exactly what I needed to do and answered all questions I had. If your sick or hurt, its a great place to go!
I recently found out about Mercy-Gohealth clinics this year(2022). It has benefited me a lot, because of issues with getting strep throat almost chronicly, I have been able to quickly get the help I needed. The most recent vist I had was a 9/10, I was in a rush because of other plans, which I was able to get to because of their haste, the only “complaint” I have is sometimes their attitude towards the patient can be off and not welcoming. I get it, this was around the holidays and theres lots of stressful things going on, but I believe that no matter what, you should keep that hidden in the work place. However this is a minor issue and I am forever grateful for all the help and attention I’ve received from Mercy-GoHealth.
Nurse, or whoever drew my blood, literally took a call on her Apple Watch while doing the blood draw. Did not have items needed for blood draw in her tray and kept scrambling around for different items. When I called back a few days later, nobody answers the phone and the VM is full...which seems to be a common theme after looking at other reviews to see if my experience was just a one-off. Dr. was fine, but everything else about this place is a mess. Too much job security here.
Superb service provided as a walk-in. Signed up at the station thru their tablet, immediately received a text and while waiting in my vehicle I provided all the rest of the requested information. Within 30 minutes I received a text to go inside.Everyone was professional, courteous and took all the proper precautions. From initial walk-in, to the time I left it was probably 60 minutes + or - 10 minutes.
I went here for a sinus infection, and Jennifer was fairly kind, but the doctor on staff, Melanie, I believe, was very rude. She insisted that Jennifer hang up on me, because I asked for the antibiotics they did not give me the day before I came here. I even told them that I would come in again today, and they could write me a rx for the antibiotics. The doctor insisted that Jennifer tell me that even if I came back in for a rx, they would not give me one. That is beyond unprofessional. This place is a joke. I went to a real doctor, and they were shocked as to how they treated me. I dont know how this place stays open. It is a joke. Please dont come here for anything, but maybe a hang nail. That is pushing it, too.
The office was very clean and efficient. Great patient care. Maddie was extremely helpful and seems to be quite an asset to the clinic. Very good with people and confident. I was treated very kindly by all the staff and Doctors. Would definitely recommend
The provider looked at both of my sons ears and said they looked great. We went to childrens later that day... he has a double ear infection. I do not recommend this facility if you are looking for exceptional care, go elsewhere.
Would give “0” stars if I could.Went in to get COVID test since I had been in contact with positive case. Was asked if I had set appointment online, which I had not. I stated that I didn’t realize I needed an appointment and asked aren’t you a walk-in clinic. Again I was almost scolded that I didn’t set my appointment online and was told it would be almost 2 hours before they could work me in. Really wasn’t a problem to wait my turn but it was 1:30 pm and only had one other car in parking lot. Lady at the Front desk ( I wish I would have gotten her name so I can give her Full credit) was incredibly rude. I should have figured as much since she was rude to the person ( only other car in parking lot) in front of me as well. But she really taught both of us a lesson.I went down the road to MedExpress and was greeted by a cheerful young lady and they worked me right in. What a contrast in basic courtesy and certainly in customer/patient service.I know where I won’t go and where I WILL go next time as well as where I will send everyone I know in the future.
Positive, upbeat, knowledgeable care. Quick response to needs.
Excellent experience with this team. Will not hesitate to go here again.
They were all very kind and caring, especially Chelsea and Donna! Donna provided excellent care! Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! The facility was very nice and clean!
I was impressed with the facility and technology, but I was not impressed with the patient care. When I first arrived, I was not greeted. There was one person at the desk and I stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged. So, I sat down hoping she would address me eventually. She finally asked me if I checked in, which I answered no, because I did not see anywhere to check in. I later found out you are to check in on the iPad across the room; I was not aware of this as I had never been there before, and there was not a sign stating I needed to sign in there.Once in the room, I explained that I had flu-like symptoms. Since I did not have a fever documented, they refused to swab me for the flu. They instead decided to swab me for strep instead, which of course, came back negative. I had informed her that I was trying to conceive, yet she offered steroids to make me feel better. I had to tell her again I was trying to conceive and then she realized she couldnt prescribe them to me, which I already knew. I also work in the medical field, and I felt I had to help guide her during my visit because she seemed confused and delayed in her response the entire visit. She stated since there was nothing she could do for me, to come back if I gained a fever. So, she expected me to pay my $50 co pay twice, and again refused a flu swab for the second time. She was certain it would come back negative and implied it would be a waste for todays visit.I also had another chief complaint of recent hand/finger swelling, which she didnt address and told me she didnt feel comfortable with that and would rather me go to my PCP.I will not be returning here. I only came because it was close to my work and they wanted me to be tested. I will continue with my PCP or MANA facilities and be sure to tell my fellow medical friends to avoid coming here.
They had some issues with the computer systems, and it was a bit of a slow start, but still reasonable for urgent care. And they were intent on keeping everyone comfortable, and kept thanking everyone for their patience. The Dr. was quick and efficient, and even gave me a script for a medicine for a common side effect for the antibiotics that was prescribed. He also took the time to give me info on a primary Dr. As well as a specialist. My husband and I will be using them again if the need ever arises!
Great experience! The front desk staff to the medical professional in the back were cordial and professional. You don’t get that everywhere. Great job staff.
The staff was friendly. The physician assistant was very thorough and explained what she thought the issue was and had suggestions to help eliminate the issue.Great experience.
I have never experienced such condescending attitude as I did from the nurse practitioner at the Elm Sorings Mercy Go!! From the moment I started talking about my issue, and her reply always “why do you think you have a problem!” Even though I explained my symptoms several times. I was experience allergies in my eye and starting to develop symptoms going into pink eye. I’ve had this several times before and I KNOW WHAT MY EYES DO!! I explained I need antibiotic eye drops before I get full blown crusty eyes. Well, I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to find out she ordered some obscure thing they don’t carry and the pharmacist recommended I call the doctor to send a different one. So I did, and her reply was “just get something over the counter, I wasn’t prescribing you anything better than that anyway”. Really!! Now guess what, I woke up with full blown crusty eye infection!! Heaven forbid someone goes in their with something more life threatening and she just dismiss them like they are trivial and wasting her time! That was exactly how her attitude was. If I thought simple over the counter drops were going to work, I wouldn’t have paid $50 copay to see a doctor. Well,I guess I didn’t really see a doctor, just a nurse practitioner. I will never go to this place again and will tell anyone I know to avoid them!!
The worst clinic, we entered at 11am and it was 1pm, they never attended to us, they were in the back eating,we have to go to another walking clinic and they finally help us! I hope they dont charge us because the service was terrible we wait and they never help us.
Check in was easy, staff was great, was seen promptly, everything was clearly explained, they made sure all my questions were answered, and I was treated with dignity and respect. An excellent visit!
They took good care of me, as usual!
Super friendly! Fairly quick
While the care here was good, I give this clinic only 1 star because of their billing team. My husband had a visit over a year ago, in March 2020. They filed a claim only in November, or so they say. Insurance doesnt have any claims from them. Mercy Go health then started sending us a full bill. We called them in January, they promised to file a claim with insurance, and nothing was claimed. Story repeated itself again in February, March and April. We still get a full bill every month. Here we are in June, 2021, I have called and asked for proof of the claim. They hung up on me. This billing team is absolutely inapt! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I don’t recommend coming here for pediatric needs. Took my 8 month old son in and was prescribed steroids. Took him to the ER the next evening as he continued getting worse and was immediately admitted to the hospital for pneumonia where we stayed for five days. Now that I know what labored breathing in a baby looks like, I know we should have been sent to the hospital immediately. On top of that, nobody at the hospital understood why a steroid would’ve been prescribed.
Such an easy in and out! I had a horrible ear infection and needed it checked out, so we went here. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and the doctor who came in to work with me was super nice as well. They treated me great and had amazing service. If you’re looking for an urgent care this is the place to go!!
This is a very nice state of the art office, but doctor would not prescribe antibotics when I knew good and well I had an infection. She gave me some some cough pills (never heard of) that did nothing as well. After feeling horrible 4 more days, I went to another clinic to get the medication I needed and started feeling better.
I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews, but we just had the most traumatic experience at this mercy location. We went in for a flu shot for my daughter. Normally I take her to the pediatric flu clinic, but she got sick during her scheduled appointment. I called mercy and they said they give flu shots for kids 3 and older(my daughter is almost 4) and told me to come in at 10 and there would be no wait. When we got there, it was completely empty, I filled out the paperwork and we waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes, which in my opinion is way too long when there are no other patients. When the nurse practitioner did finally come in, she seemed very flustered and unorganized. It was strange to me that it took the np that long because she was out in the office area the whole time. My daughter was completely calm and even told her that she didn’t mind shots and she would not cry. When she got the shot ready, she looked at my daughters arm and seemed like she had never given a shot before. She held the needle like she was trying to hit a target. She then jabbed it in and took it right back out. She yelled (very rudely), “guys, you have to keep her arm still,” like this was our fault (my mom and I). Her arm was still, but now she was wailing. If she had simply pushed the syringe, we would have been done at this point. She calls for the office worker (who was actually super nice) to help hold her and again she looks completely unqualified to give a shot- she pulls the needle back and forth, jabs it in again and THEN PULLS IT OUT WITHOUT ADMINISTERING THE VACCINE———AGAIN!!!!!!! Once again she yells that we are not holding her arm. She wasn’t just poking the skin lightly-At this point my daughter has two deep needle pokes and is bleeding from both of them. I said we just needed to leave at that point, and the nurse practitioner said, “if you guys can hold her arm, I can give it to her.” My mom, who is a retired nurse told her if she can jab it in, she should be able to administer the medicine With no problem. I said I thought we should just go and the np said that she would get it in the next time (if her arm was still). I wish I would have left after the first jab because at that point I can’t stand seeing my child be so scared, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to take her somewhere else without her being scared to death. I have never seen my daughter so upset. I asked for a minute to hold her and calm her down. Then we held her (3 grown adults) and the np stands there with the needle seeming to will herself to give the shot. She jabbed it in again and before she could pull it out, my mom yelled for her to push the syringe. I 100% think she would have pulled it out again and I was legitimately scared that she was going to poke me with the syringe because she was so unsteady. When she finished (I’m just assuming the vaccine went in because she disposed of the needle immediately), She put the band aid on and pretty much said, “you guys are good to go.” The office worker apologized to my daughter as we walked out the door and she got a sticker. The nurse practitioner did not apologize and I don’t know if she felt embarrassed or maybe she really didn’t think she was at fault🤷🏻♀️ I do know that if you have a child or an adult that needs a flu shot, I would not go there. I’m still not convinced she actually gave her the vaccine. I have been to flu clinics at an elementary school every year and they run hundreds of kids through there with a flu shot in a few hours. I’ve never seen anything like this. I would never complain if it was something small or maybe she was having an off day, but it seemed like she had never given a shot or was scared to death to give a child a shot. If the shot was for myself, I would not be upset- maybe a little irritated, but it was for my young daughter who now will be terrified of shots.
Would put lower if I could. Took my kids here today with several symptoms. Paid for their visits out of pocket to see a doctor. They were given covid tests. Once finished a lady came in, said they were all negative and asked if I had any questions. I told her yes, I want to know what’s wrong with them because I didn’t suspect covid from the beginning. She said she could look at them but they probably just had summer colds. She made it sound like I was a problem for wanting to know why my kids are sick. Every time she looked in an ear or anything she would sigh and say it’s probably just a cold. You should just go get cold medicine. My son is super raspy sounding in his chest and still said he sounds clear. How do you listen and see kids look that miserable and not try to figure out why they are there? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Didn’t have a problem with anyone else in the building but her.
Went in for having just about every flu symptom you could have, wanting to get tested for that along with mono and strep. They did not test me for anything, and sent me home telling me I just had allergies. Went somewhere else a couple days later and tested positive for the flu.
Just had the best care here, despite my own stupidity landing in the emergency room. Shout out to everybody who cared for me. Special shoutout to Amber for tracking down my cats 😿
Updating with my response. Took my 2 year old to the springdale location today. She has been throwing up for a week. Hasnt been eating or drinking. She didnt look at my child at all. Not even to see if she was dehydrated. She was in the room maybe 1 minute & said they cant help her. All they could do is give zofran. I told them shes been on zofran all week and its not helping. Said thats all they could recommend. Wasted time and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
They were very friendly, and the nurse and practitioner took care of my dizziness and nausea right away.
Major hoops to get a COVID test...You must first make a telehealth appointment for a typically walk-in clinic.I signed in for a telehealth appointment and waited for over 30 minutes. During that time I missed a call from an unknown out of state number - of course I didnt answer because the doctor could show up any time right? After waiting more I decide to return that missed call(while still waiting on the telehealth system only to find it was someone from mercy calling to gather more information. Once I gave them the information they told me Id now be put back on the list with an indefinite wait time.Terrible system, customer service, terrible way to take care of a community.
My little guy had a deep laceration on his head and they were able to get him in straight away and immediately starting working on him. They were friendly upon arrival as well as made the process stress free and super quick and we were in and out within 30 minutes all fixed up.
Wonderful.. Donna was sweet and educational.. Jennifer was patient with me and gentle could not ask for a better nurse...Jana was welcoming and helped me every step of the way from now on I will always visit Springdale Mercy GoHealth because of the level of service I received
One star because I can’t leave a lower review! I went in they gave me a Covid and strep test. Then told me I had whatever is going around and that was it. Didn’t look in my throat ears or anything else. Didn’t say what I should do. Didn’t address the reason that I went in! I wound up in the ER and was admitted in the hospital. Thanks for no help at all!!! Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there!!!
I always have a good experience here. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I bring my children here when they are sick on the weekends. The staff is attentive and helpful. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.
Service was fast but did not take the moment to really listen. I came in with either a herniated disc or pinched nerve? Im basically in so much pain Im having difficulty breathing. Anyone whos ever suffered from these symptoms knows good and well exactly what Im talking about. They end up giving me a steroid shot and anti-inflammatories. Which is correct. I ask for something to manage the pain as Im literally a day away from an eight hour flight coupled with a six hour drive to go on a vacation with my bride. They basically refused my request and proceeded to tell me that it would only mask the symptoms...uhm isnt that exactly pain medication is suppose to do?I have no history of drug abuse, I literally walked in with a note from my chiropractor saying Im in dire need of some form of pain medicine, and my wife is aslo a pharmacist who knows good and well I (against her recommendation) wont even take tylenol when Im hurting or have a migraine. While I understand the epidemic of opioids that has swept our nation for decades. I do not understand the cold interaction with patients who are legitimately suffering from an accute condition, who cant even be prescribed momentary relief? If I understand this right. Our physicians, and nurses are so scared to write these scripts that even people suffering no longer have this option. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Im sure this is the general consensus among many clinics these days. Its unfortunate that people cant get the help they need anymore because so many have abused their rights to medication. I shouldnt be nervous to ask for temporary pain relief, I shouldnt automatically feel like Im some two bit junkie running from clinic to clinic in search of opioids. What I should get is the correct treatment from a facility that is suppose to have their clients best interest at the fore front of their industry. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. No I do not reccomend thus place. If you can, wait and just see you PCP.
It’s $1500.00 for a temperature check and a referral to the hospital across the street…I guess that’s the going rate for uninsured children…the emergency room bill was less…outrageous!
Very friendly and very fast paced.
Cleanliness waiting room and facilities, great staff, awesome nurse and doctor, I love going there with my daughter when she is sick and I got to mercy for my doctor stuff and everything about mercy is just absolutely Awesome, friendly staff, nurse and doctor, thanks for being such a good place to take family and friends when they are sick and thanks for the awesome care you give your patients, I give them a 10/10 rating.
Save my spot made my life easier.
Great service from person working the front desk and from Donna, who immediately formed camaraderie with my sons. After driving to Bentonville from out of town for years, we really appreciate having a Mercy after-hours/urgent care clinic in Springdale.
This is the least professional organization ever. They dont answer their phone. Their voicemail is permanently full. And they completely stood me up on my video appointment, which I had to wait a long time for in the first place. So frustrating. I would not recommend these people to anyone.
Online waiting list, quick service once we arrived and super friendly, patient and compassionate staff
From the front office lady to Janice Wilson both were very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Amazing staff. The people working the night of Monday August 23rd were incredible. The helped over a dozen of my yes’m in such a professional and courteous manner
Young brunette receptionist was extremely rude and cold. I get it...their job is extremely difficult right now but Wow! Im a very easy going guy who is very empathetic towards others but I almost lost it.
Easy to get a quick appointment and exam was very thorough.
Nurse Barb was very kind to my daughter, even got her a popsicle to help ease her pain. The Dr. was very nice and attentive.
Very friendly, highly recommend
Quick and efficient. No waiting with an appointment made the morning of.
Ive sat on hold for almost an hour. This is why the pandemic is worse in our country, lazy health professionals that would rather you go online and get frustrated then just get your information over the phone. THIS CLINIC doesnt care if you get tested, go on and quit wasting their time.
The receptionist was rude to my son. Neither my son nor his mother could understand the receptionist. Then a nurse came out and accused them of yelling at the receptionist when they werent.
Easy online schedulingQuick checkinMinimal waitKind receptionist, nurse and physicianClean, well kept facilityQuick and easy payment processing/emailed receipt
I did this & idk what happened 2 it. I love the folks there. Very knowledgeable & caring. I wouldnt want 2 go anywhere else. Professional, courteous, thorough. I love em 2 death. Or till death😂❤️🙏
The staff was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Overall, a very helpful visit. The five-star rating was earned, not given lightly.
Miss Susan called us even after we went to Arkansas Childrens to ask us how he was and if we had been taken care of. We really appreciated it.
I had an appointment and I got in very promptly. Also, all the people were very friendly, professional and helpful.
Great doctor! Love her. She really works hard at helping you!
Turned a crying seven year old with an ear infection away and suggested the emergency room. Long time Mercy patients. Never again
Clinic was clean and staff had good customer Service. I liked the kiosk sign in I think it helps instead Of waiting in a long line for check in.
Easy check in process staff was very friendly, and the physician who saw me was great!
Very intelligent and kind and thoughtful team that was so helpful!
Total cost billed to me for a single visit and a single strep test was $257.00.Staff was very friendly.
They only want your moneyThey dont even check my son. Only said that give to him Tylenol.I had to wait 2 hours there and only for that answer. So mad
Thank you to everyone who assisted my daughter and I. It was a pleasant experience and I appreciate each of you for making us feel welcome.
If you can avoid going here I would. Unless you have 2+ hours to kill, just take the advice and don’t waste your time with this establishment.

Fantastic they take care of your needs
Friendly and quick service
Super professional, compassionate and quick.
Very good
Doesn’t deserve a star.
The worse place and expensive one
Excellent care.
My 6 year old son is in the process of having an allergic reaction and this place refused to treat him with out a referral from a doctor. What IDIOT thinks a doctor would see him and than refer him some where else. I will be contacting a lawyer about this.
Excellent service
