I had a great experience in-person with my case manager for my CPAP machine in helping me identify the problem with my mask leak and frequent obstruction episodes. She was patient, friendly, and has been my go-to person whenever I need more supplies. Thanks a million, Tanya and Tanglewood Pharmacy!
Our family bought a wheelchair for our mother in April 2019. Now, 7 months later the bearings in the front right wheel have completely broken down making the wheel nonfunctioning. I first talked with Carolina who said that she would message technical support, Brent, and that he would contact me about how we would proceed. I waited 2 days and no call from Brent. I called again and spoke with Ashley. She said that yes the wheelchair was under warranty and that they cover a large service area. They would deliver a new wheelchair to our mother in her assisted living facility. I gave her the address and room number. She said that since it was Friday, that the scheduling wouldnt occur until Monday, then i would be called with the scheduled time for replacement. I waited 2 days until late Wednesday afternoon. Still no call. I called again and spoke to Vanessa. She could find no notes, addresses or information regarding our situation. She said that I would need to photograph the wheel and send a picture to the technical support number. Neither Carolina nor Ashley had made that request. I asked to speak with Ashley, but she was busy. I asked that she call me when she was finished. Again no return call.Meanwhile our 87 year old mother cant leave her room, has dementia and doesnt understand why she being punished and made to eat all her meals in her room, and unable to interact with her dining table friends. Hopefully this situation will be resolved before she needs medical attention since we wont have any mechanism to transport her to appointments or the hospital.We will be reaching out to Tammy the business manager and if necessary Ed Horton, the owner of Tanglewood Pharmacy.It would take a couple of hours to facilitate the exchange of wheelchairs. Its been 10 days and counting. Our mother is not an inanimate object. This is not a reasonable business practice.
I have had my rx’s here for quite a few many years & the pharmacy employees are basically the only people that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing!!! All of the Pharmacy employees that I have encountered have been the upmost pleasant, kind & extremely helping employees! I live close to an hour away & my dr ONLY uses this pharmacy & one other that is way east of me, because their compounding pharmacists only buys high quality ingredients for my natural hormone scripts. Due to the distance, I have them mailed to me. EVERY time that I have called them in, they have been so polite & extremely helpful & keep me informed if they need dr renewal. I highly recommend their pharmacy, for reg meds or compounds!!! Excellent customer service! Thank you to all of the Pharmacy employees, YOU ALL ROCK!!!!
Extremely fast and helpful service. We needed a walker for my Mom and they had exactly what we needed in stock and cheaper than the 2 chains we went to. Highly recommend you give them a shot, especially if you are using a chain store that doesn’t care about service.
This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service. My 87 year old mother has been trying to get her CPAP replaced and they have made the process very difficult. Ashley was extremely rude to my mother and even her insurance company said that she should notify the manager.
Incompetent and unhelpful. Plan on spending a day dealing with their customer service...i ended up just paying out of pocket due to the inept service. Dont waste your time here if you can avoid it.
