I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Maryam Ardalan and her wonderful team at Women Elite Care, Inc., and I can’t say enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome and valued.Having moved to Santa Clarita Valley during the pandemic, I faced challenges finding a gynecologist who truly took the time to understand my concerns. Dr. Ardalan’s credentials initially drew me to the practice, and I’m so grateful I made that choice. She took the time to thoroughly review my paperwork and conduct a comprehensive exam, all while maintaining a warm and compassionate demeanor.After my visit, I left with prescriptions and follow-up appointments for further testing, and I finally feel like we are getting to the root of some hormonal issues I’ve been experiencing. It’s a relief to be in such capable hands. I’m excited to continue my care with Dr. Ardalan and her team. Highly recommend!

I am glad that I switched to Dr.Ardalan. Dealing with peri-menopause is challenging and Dr.Ardalan is definitely there for me. She is very attentive, she listens and wants to provide me with the best care. She truly cares! I have never met a doctor and staff as nice and kind as you all have been to me. I lost a baby back in August 2023 and Dr. Ardalan and her team were so kind. They helped me every step of the way. Through the struggle and under Dr. Ardalans care, my husband and I were able to conceive again late November 2023. Every appointment was taken with care and I always left feeling comfort! We will be welcoming baby boy in August 2024 all thanks to the kindness and dedication made that significantly helped us on our journey!

Im very grateful with Dr Ardalan as my OBGYN to my second baby. She is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate. As someone who also works in the medical field, I become very cautious to who will handle my second pregnancy as my first one didn’t go too well. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered all my questions, involved my husband in my care and I really felt I was well taken cared of and my baby. I had a CS procedure and she was the best surgeon! She is very confident and reassured me as it was my first surgery. My pain is controlled from hospitalization until my recuperation at home. My incision is barely noticeable! Her expertise to what she does is excellent! She exceeded my expectations and I trust her. Thank you Dr Ardalan for everything❤️

Dr. Ardalan is an amazing Doctor! I’m two weeks PP C-section. I had so much anxiety going in for my c-section while in the operating room she truly cared and helped calmed me. Dr. Ardalan PP care was absolutely amazing! Her MA, front desk and ultra tech are all amazing. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this office!!! It’s beautiful, front office girls are AMAZING, Dr Ardalan is so sweet, caring, takes the time to listen and genuinely cares. The nurses and nurse practitioners are so caring and sweet! BEST experience I’ve ever had and recommend 100%!!!

She listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain about my options, not just pushing ahead with a plan. Her staff were helpful and kind, which I always take as a reflection of the doctor’s attitude too.

Dr. ARDALAN is absolutely amazing. She was professional and answered all my questions with compassion and understanding. Had a procedure done in the office, and she made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was painless. We need more providers like her. I will continue to see her and recommend her highly!

She is very detail oriented and truly cares about her patients. Not to mention her office is beautiful and she accommodates to virtual appointments when needed.

I got a call from the Dr to review the tests being done. She was thorough and wants to do further testing to diagnose accurately. I appreciated the patience in explaining. Didnt have the best experience the first time because of the long wait before seeing the Dr but my review appointment was better and changed my mind about changing office.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to address my concerns and explain each step of the process. Ive been Dr. Ardalan’s patient for almost 6 years. Its always been a pleasant time coming to her office. Dr. Ardalan is super professional, knowledgeable, caring, attentive and extremely hard-working. She takes the time to educate you on whats going on, she runs a great office too, her staff is super nice, friendly, and works really quick on solving all of the questions you have. Highly recommended!

I’m going on 28 years of age and I have never had an obgyn as good who listens and gets more than the basic done. Very professional and personable. I’d recommend any woman to come to this clinic.

Don’t waste your time coming here if you can take the time and research for another OB/GYN i would highly recommend it. Specially if you need paperwork filled out for your job or FMLA to save your job placement go somewhere else, the ladies in the front are welcoming yes but the nurse and the doctor rush you whatever you ask, they try and brush it off they don’t have your interest at best. Also the manager of the office tried to argue with me and say they don’t do FMLA paperwork which they do. I have a reason to be off and it’s documented but she went back in fourth with me saying they don’t fill out that paper work and that the doctor does not do it either, she also stated when I need to take off I need to come in the office every time I have an episode so they can see the problem physically and give me the paperwork and visually see , like who does that I’ve never known a doctor to do that you can’t just walk in at anytime when something is wrong and they just see you, then also the manager of the office said that on my paper they don’t have my condition I told her well if you knew how to do the FMLA paper works it’s not supposed to have your condition on there that is protected by the hippa law so I told her thank you, I see you don’t want to help or do your job I will go somewhere else and walked out. To be treated like that in the nursing field where your supposed to be cared for is unexceptional when us as women have concerns and are addressing things we don’t need to be helped with attitude and aggression. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else we pay and work to hard to be treated like this.

I had a positive first experience with Dr. Ardalan. There was a bit of a wait past my time but this is a busy yet well organized office with very helpful staff. Dr. Ardalan listened to my extensive medical history, read through all the notes I provided her, asked pertinent questions and came up with solutions while in the exam room.Her exam of my person was very gentle and respectful and she offered sound medical insights into my situation, made referrals for PT and prescribed some things for me with explanations what to do and how to use.The office and exam rooms and bathroom smelled heavenly, like a spa. Very clean, with so many thoughtful, comforting and cute touches, including Pink Valentines seasonal decor and pink candy on a cake tray in the front office. Other touches included WELCOME written in pink on the disposable paper sheets on the exam, and a fully stocked bathroom with artfully arranged feminine supplies if needed. The building that houses the office is also elegant and a treat to visity. So many pros with this doctor.The only cons were there was a bit of a wait about 45 minutes past my appointment time before the exam commenced, and unfortunately it doesnt look like this doctor will continue to accept my current insurance past the end of this month, so sad to lose such a good doctor due to insurance changes. Otherwise, I recommend this doctor and felt I was in excellent hands.

Dr Ardalan is a very good doctor she cares about your health and your well being. She delivered my baby girl and was an amazing birth. She was careful and I had a very good recovery. She took very good care of me on my postpartum. Now I am pregnant with second baby and she is my chose for the second time! I really recommend her!

Dr.Ardalan is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. Her staff is also so kind! She has taken care of me through 2 pregnancies and when I told her about my history she was extra cautious about my prenatal care/health which made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient. She took her time with me through each visit and always made sure I had all my questions answered. If you’re looking for a great ob/gyn, look no further.

Dr. Ardalan is very caring. She pays attention to all details and doesn’t miss any diagnoses. She made my pregnancy journey very smooth. The staff are so nice and respectful. Never had a problem making an appointment.

Wonderful nurturing calming doctor, with a gentle demeanor and touch. Excellent office, top notch care was provided.

Friendly staff, nice clean office. Dr. takes her time to listen to your problem. Dr. was kind enough to give me samples in case insurance did not cover.

Would not recommend. Find somewhere else. somewhere with experienced staff and people who know what they’re looking for in an ultrasound.

My experience with Dr. Ardalan was very confusing. Over the course of 5-6 visits spanning 3-4 months she arrived at every appointment what seemed unprepared. We made a plan for treatment and then at the next visit would want to change the plan which was unsettling. After establishing a plan, setting the appointment, after my pre-op exam with my PCP, bloodwork, x-ray, cardio-gram, etc, I met with Dr. Ardalan 2 days prior to the scheduled procedure and she once again discouraged me from going through with it. She convinces me, after I ask her what she thinks is best, to change the plan and do another procedure. Im ok with this but feeling very insecure. Towards the end of the appointment she hears me say that I am immunosuppressed (something she should have been very aware of as I came to her as a liver transplant patient) she looks concerned and tells me maybe we should go to the original plan because Im at risk for infection. She never conferred with my liver Dr at Loma Linda and she wanted me to find out if I should remain on my anti rejection medication....all these concerns 2 days before the procedure.I felt she lacks confidence in her own skills, and that may be for good reason. This caused me to feel insecure and fearful of any procedure that might be a solution to my problem. I appreciate when Im told the risk factors and understand that it is required, but to act with such trepidation and uncertainty induces more fear than is necessary.Absolutely do not recommend.

When I walked into the office, I felt everyones warmth right away. I was greeted with kindness. Then went I went back the nurses were wonderful! The doctor made me feel heard and recognized with my issues. I was so comfortable. Cant say enough about my visit and the people of this office. 5 stars hands down!

Came to Dr Ardalan last year for a second opinion on something and she was so wonderful. My previous doctor didn’t explain anything to me and rushed me out, while Dr Ardalan sat with me for more than 20 minutes to explain all my possible choices and outcomes of my situation. She also showed genuine compassion. I have since switched to her as my primary OB and all of my experiences have been wonderful.

Staff was great! Made me feel comfortable, the dr, is kind and sweet and listens to your concerns. Actually cares for her patients.

Beautiful new office! This is the first time in a long time I have felt heard as a patient! From the amazingly helpful front desk staff to the kind nurses and of course the amazing Dr. Ardalan who is very thorough! This office is worth the 45 minute drive!

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Maryam. Her staff is incredible, always accommodating and very polite. Dr. Maryam as well is always very polite and ensures me everything is going to be fine. First of all I like that the nurses in the front office were very professional and kind with each patient. Secondly the doctor herself was also very professional and helpful. And the office itself is very clean and nice.

Doctor was nice enough. But I felt like I was being rushed through my visit. She talked quickly, and I was not sure what she was telling me. She prescribed me estrogen without prescription for progesterone. You need both, if you havent had a hysterectomy.

I just wanted to say that I am glad I came to Dr. Maryam she made me feel very comfortable and kept telling me that she will be there for me with any questions I had and as well she is very sweet to u when you have to make hard decisions and you are giving up something that I always wanted.

I was very satisfied with my first visit with Dr. Ardalan. I found her to be thorough in her exam. She also ordered blood test based on my history and symptoms. The gynocologists I had recently seen had never requested specific tests.I look forward to being Dr. Ardalans patient..

I’m only giving this 1 star because, the staff is always nice and informative. Dr Ardalan is the worst OB I’ve ever experienced. Every visit with her feels rushed and she never really listens to what I say. My last visit with her took over 30 minutes waiting time, never apologized for the long wait. She only saw me for 3 minutes and that was it. She’s incompetent and not good at her job at all. Do not waste your time with this lady. She’s horrible.

Dr. Ardalan is knowledgeable. compassionate and takes her time wiith you. Women Elite is a wonderful place for female care, supported by a pleasant staff.

Such a glamorous and professional experience at this new beautiful location. The staff is beyond amazing. They’re friendly professional friendly and approachable. This is a totally different experience than your average doctors office fyi. I think you will never experience something like this anywhere else. They have truly come up with theGreatest recipe ever.

Amazing visit!I travel back and forth from the Bay to Santa Clarita area for my store. I come to this office because of the amazing energy and gentle love they display to every client. Health is so important and Dr. Ardalans office has been extremely helpful to health.

I went to this doctor for over a year without any help or results, until I realized it’s set up as some sort of a scam. Dr. ARDALAN sent me for a myriad of tests including MRI, CT-SCAN, ULTRASOUND, BLOOD WORK, etc. but never once called me to give me my test results. When I’d call them to ask they would tell me I needed an appointment with the doctor so that she can explain my results to me. I had about maybe 3 or 4 phone appointments with her for test results or questions and such and I can hand to God tell you that not once did she actually give me any test results. Every time we were on the phone she would mumble to herself as if she’s just now looking at my results and trying to figure it out. Completely incompetent! I used to think to myself, ‘wow…how can she run a women’s clinic and a beauty clinic all by herself?’….well now I know it’s because she doesn’t actually do anything. She is a pretend doctor. Like in Catch Me if You Can! Save yourself the money and time and go somewhere where they know what they’re doing.I have started seeing another doctor and he was able to tell me what was wrong with just one appointment.Now they’re trying to charge me for a procedure I never even had. Watch out for this clinic, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know & love.

I was very excited to see Dr. Ardalan because of all the good reviews and her experience. However, I was very disappointed on how my two visits were rushed. All of my concerns and questions as a first time mom were discarded rapidly on how it was normal or she will give me a pamphlet about it. No explanation were provided for the tests I needed to get done either. To sum it up, I felt like just another customer and not a patient that needed care.

I wish I never went back to Dr. Ardalan for my 2nd pregnancy. Shame on me. My first pregnancy with her was awful. I was misdiagnosed and treated like a nuisance by Ardalan because I had a very rare autoimmune disease she had never seen. I decided to go back to Ardalan for my second pregnancy because I was thinking at least she knows my history and I thought it would be different. No difference! This time around I was IUGR and stressed out because Dr. Ardalan will drop bad news on you and walk out the door like nothing. Her bedside manner is awful. No emotion or empathy. Especially if you are high risk! She will send you out for everything. She didnt tell me when my paps were abnormal. She didnt tell me test results unless I asked and even then she sometimes didnt know? To top it all off I saw Ardalan less than a week before my due date and she failed to tell me she was going to be on leave and unavailable to deliver my baby. She does not care about her clients.

Dr. Ardalan is very sweet and knowledgeable. She is very quick to answer any questions I send her via the portal. She’s also called in the past to check up on me. Her staff is great and they get to know you on a first name basis, which makes me feel more comfortable. Her new office is so nice too!

I absolutely love Dr. Ardalan. I’m not the Easiest patient to have as I always question everything and have a lot of questions for her and her staff that they absolutely ease my mind every time. Her staff is so friendly and they always call back and Assist me in anyway I need it. Dr. Ardalan is very attentive to her patients and gets involved with every aspect of the patient’s care. She tells it like it is and sometimes not in the way u want to hear it but how you need to hear it. I love that about her. Absolutely amazing.

Compassion? What compassion? DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I can’t believe I stuck around with this doctor for 7 months of my pregnancy only to be discarded. I should’ve recognized the red flags:1. They refused to do an ultrasound on my first prenatal visit and made me come back for it so they can bill the insurance twice2. Got my due date wrong3. Dr. Ardalan mixed me up with her other patients multiple times and said alarming things to me that didn’t apply4. Heard me like cattle in and out of the office and charging me hundreds of dollars for each 5 min visit5. Dr. Ardalan and her staff (minus her awesome NP) have the habit of talking over the patients and rushing them out the door when they’re trying to express their concerns6. Staff was exceptionally rude when I had a dispute with my bills7. Staff misinformed me regarding how to go about pregnancy disability, and ultimately said “screw you, you don’t get disability until you’re 36 weeks pregnant and if you want it, you’ll have to make another appointment with Dr. Ardalan”I will definitely recommend everyone I know to stay away from this doctor and her rude staff. A pregnancy is a once in a lifetime experience for many women, and I’m so sorry I chose this doctor to navigate this most precious and important part of my life with. Ladies, if you recognize any red flags in an OB, make the change immediately! Your pregnancy is too precious to allow uncaring people to get you worked up in your late stage of pregnancy.Ps. I work in healthcare so I can say most definitely that this is the most unimpressive medical establishment I’ve encountered. Her NP was the only silver lining to this overall horrible experience of healthcare. The NP was knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient.

Dr Ardalan is a true professional! She addresses all my concerns, and answers all my questions at each visit. She goes over all possible options for therapy in the most caring way. I am very happy to have found her.

Dr. Ardalans staff was great! I was able to book an appointment thru Stephanie, she was nice and helpful. I did not wait long to be taken in by a nurse, she was polite and very efficient. The ultrasound tech was great she made me feel at ease. I was seen by the Nurse practitioner. She answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Two things I wasnt thrilled about - I was not seen by Dr. Ardalan or even got to meet her. & I was only given one ultrasound picture.

Dr. Ardalan is so personable and attentive. Walking into her office you feel comfortable and cared for. Her office staff, and the office itself, are simply beautiful!

She takes her job very seriously and does not take risks with you or your baby. - After reading this review I knew for sure I wanted to go to Dr. Ardalan. As a first time mom that is exactly what I was looking for. And I couldnt be happier with my choice. She truly does not take any chances with you or your baby. I felt in good hands through all of my pregnancy. Also, the delivery of my first baby was a wonderful experience! Dr. Ardalan was there for me the whole time, made sure that everything was taken care of, and did such a great job by coaching me through the delivery. Dr. Ardalan is very professional, knowledgeable, and also very thorough. Also, she doesnt rush you, she takes time to answer all of your questions and listens to your concerns. Dr. Ardalan is a very kind and caring person. You can see that her patients wellbeing is her priority.Also, everybody in here office is super nice. Really enjoyed going there and highly recommend Dr. Ardalan to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN.

Dr. Ardalan is the best doctor Ive ever had. I wish she was my doctor for everything! I dont know any doctors who are this genuinely caring and kind to their patients. Every time I went to see her she always greeted me warmly and is so nice! Not only is she a wonderful and kind doctor, but she is so knowledgeable too. She knows exactly what shes doing and does it well. She was my doctor for my pregnancy and delivery and she made sure I felt relaxed and not worrisome. I was really worried about the pain of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum but she made me feel so comfortable about it and helped me throughout the whole process. I was so happy to see her at the hospital when it was delivery time. She made my delivery so easy!She also does emailing if you have non urgent questions. And she always responds to my many questions. Not only does she responds but she responds very quickly! Other doctors Ive had only respond during business hours and dont respond as fast as her. She really shows that she cares about me and really loves her job.I recommend dr. Ardalan to anyone who wants a fantastic doctor!

Ive been Dr. Ardalans patient for sometime now and shes been great! She delivered my first baby and will deliver my second this upcoming May. I highly recommend her and her professional staff.

Love coming here, felt very taken care of while I was pregnant coming here, from the amazing ladies in the front answering my billion of phone calls to Kiara checking my blood pressure and doing my NST and Dr.Ardalan is great. Highly recommend and they also are taking great precautions in their office against the pandemic.

Dr. Ardalan is the best doctor I have ever been to! I have a rare and difficult medical condition that I have tried to treat for years, and Dr. Ardalan has been so helpful, caring, and wonderful in treating me! She has been treating my pain condition for over a year now and has already helped me quite a bit. We are hoping a new procedure will help even more. :) Every time I see Dr. Ardalan, she has been so attentive and helpful, always taking the time to care for me even if it takes longer than expected, which is really sweet of her. She is such a warm and compassionate person and goes out of her way to research the condition and help her patients as much as possible. She works so hard and i’m so lucky to have found a doctor as amazing as her! She really cares and listens to her patients and is the gold standard for a doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Ardalan! :)

First I want to tell you about the staff. They are sweet, and always accommodatingStephanie and Anaise will always go out of their way to answer questions you have, to get you an appointment as soon as possible, or to get you in touch with the doctor if you need to speak to her. They have never dropped the ball on making sure the doctor gets my messages and calls me back. I appretitate them both so much. They make you feel valued and they both have a lot patience and understanding for someone like me who will call for test results over and over before they are ready. I have anxiety over such things. They always made me feel cared about and important.Now about the doctor she is one fabulous woman! Its clear that she really cares about her patients. I mean really cares. She has never left me feeling unsure about what is happening or what needs to be done.She will make sure you have answers to all of your questions. She really goes the extra mile. She has always called me back when I leave messages for her. I mean always! I was facing some very scary findings and she was on the phone with me at seven at night reassuring me and answering all of my questions. She never rushes through anything. She makes sure youre ok before she gets off the phone with you or before you leave her office.She is extremely thorough.I came in there thinking I could just get HRT and feel better. She isnt that kind of doctor. She will not just give you the medicine you think you want... without first making sure you are physically healthy enough to take them and most importantly, making sure you actually need them. Through all the test she ran, problems were found and taken care of before they became anything more serious.She truly cares about her patients and she has a passion for helping people. She is so knowledgeable and being a woman herself when she shows empathy and you just know that she can truly relate. Shes the kind of doctor that will give you her cell phone number to make sure you can reach her. You just dont find doctors like Dr. Ardalan anymore.She is the best Gynecologist I have ever seen. At 50 years of age Ive experienced a few and none have been like Dr. Ardalan She is the best hands down. You will leave her office with all your questions answered and feeling like you are in very caring, compassionate, and capable hands. She is a true blessing to me and she is also now my daughters doctor. She will be delivering my grandchild. I am so thankful to have found this office. You couldnt ask for a better doctor or staff.

Dr Ardalan was my OB for my first pregnancy and I couldnt ask for a more attentive and compassionate Dr. Having my first baby at 35 I was a little worried but she kept right on top of things making sure everything was going just right. When I had some bleeding in the beginning I was extremely worried so I called her she got me right in checked me and assured me me and baby were fine she was so calming and comforting. Towards the end of my pregnancy she also caught that my baby was measuring small and sent me same day to a specialist to make sure baby was ok and was willing to deliver early if needed. Well baby was fine and I delivered her without any complications with Dr Ardalan, she was also so amazing for my delivery her bed side manner was impeccable. She stayed with me my whole labor and delivery coaching me through each contraction. I just love her and cant wait for her to be my Ob for my next pregnancy. If your looking for a Ob she is amazing!!

I had the worst experience with this Dr. my first appointment with her I was 10 weeks because I did IVF and was switching to a regular OB for the rest of the pregnancy. She asked me my due date 5 times, took multiple phone calls when I was with her and didn’t talk to me at all besides clinical questions hardly seemed present at all. Didn’t tell me her protocols or what we are looking for nothing, for your first baby it would be nice to be educated. She didn’t check the baby at all just did a Pap smear and tried to schedule me to come back a week later for another appointment. I asked why I had to come back so soon and they wouldn’t tell me if I was getting an ultrasound or anything just said it’s a regular OB visit. I wanted to see the baby so I went in for an private ultrasound and found no heartbeat. Turned out my baby died at 11 weeks. I called her office frantically to try and get in to confirm and they got back to me at 1:30 the next day. Imagine if there was something they could have done to save my baby if I was farther along. I just wish she would have checked the baby at the first appointment. I could have seen if it wasn’t growing or if the heart wasn’t beating right. Instead I thought I was pregnant for another 2 weeks and had to take pills to pass the baby with my IVF OB.

I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Ardalan. She is amazing. She listens to every concern and addresses them. Her staff, both front and back office are amazing as well!

Wonderful place to go for any women’s health issues you may be facing. Dr. Ardalan listened thouroughly and attentively to my personal pain issue and helped me work through the symptoms to find a solution. The office administrators are extremely helpful and kind as well. All together this office is a comfortable and caring environment and I definitely recommend it.

Im very grateful and thankful to receive the help that I need to get healthy I have an upcoming surgery Im very scared and nervous, I am very much into Health and fitness eat healthy exercise so its very heartbreaking for me to know that I have something in my body that can turn into cancer 😢😞 but Im so thankful to Dr, Ardalan to help me have this surgery and get back into my healthy living , this is definitely a life lesson , definitely self-care is very important I love my partner dearly but my health comes first and always will 🙏🏻

This is a truly horrible and horrendous treatment received by my wife, I most share this with you all. Sorry for the lengthy review, but its important to know it all.If minus was available it will still be way to much for this OBGYN (Maryam Ardalan). On April 12, I called her office, was told by Theresa (her office manager), that she will be back on Monday, April 15th. 2019, from her vacation. I asked if I needed an appointment to see her for changing my blood pressure medication, since I might be pregnant and the blood pressure I’m on now is fatal to the embryo (category D, not recommended during pregnancy)!Theresa, the office manager told me, they are so busy, and she will be swamped when she comes back from her vacation. Since, April 15. 2019, I have called every single day to talk to Dr. Maryam Ardalan, and today is April, 30. 2019, she still has not called me, I’m now a little over 30 days late and still hopeful that I may be with child.Now I’m desperately looking to find a new OBGYN, who will see me and who will prescribe me blood pressure medication that is SAFE TO TAKE DURING PREGNANCY!!Clearly, Dr. Maryam Ardalan does not care about me, my safety or any of her patients.I asked her office manager Theresa for all my medical records, over the phone since Dr. Maryam Ardalan’s clearly was never going to call me back, she straight off starts talking down to me and telling me that their attorney tells them they have 30 days to comply with any such request, and when I informed her about the “HIPAA Privacy Rule, and Your Medical Record Rights in California under, California law Health & Safety Code §123110.That a health care provider must let your see your medical record within five (5) business days after receiving your request. If you request a copy of your record, your provider must give you the copy within fifteen (15) days after receiving your request”.Theresa straight up tells me to give her my attorneys number so the two attorneys can talk, I was so surprised and lost for words, of the way she was treating me and threatening with attorneys, what a nice office manager...Now, when one is pregnant, it’s supported to be a wonderful time and once OBGYN, supported to be kind, helpful, having compassion and understanding towards her pregnant patients. This doctor (Maryam Ardalan) and her rude, heartless, careless, aggressive, office manager do nothing, but go on one’s nerves.What a pain to deal with this office and this doctor.A doctor, has a responsibility, I mean when she took the oath to become a doctor, she swore she would help and care for her patients! (Most likely she lied)Two weeks, (15 days, I waited for her call, not once she cared to call me back, and her office manager is rude, aggressive, has customer service issues).Honestly, if you care for your health as well as your future child, don’t go to her. She clearly does not care if one or one’s baby dies.

Incompetent. Thats the watch word for this OBGYN. Does NOT follow through with care, does NOT annotate conditions for other doctors. Does NOT care. A report to the medical board has been filed. Do NOT go to this doctor. The niceness of the front desk staff may fool you but trust me she does not care about your health or lacks the knowledge to do so. Doesnt listen to your problems and address your needs.

Dr. Ardalan is the best OBGYN I could find in SCV. She is very knowledgeable, caring and the very warm. The office admin is also very helpful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

The front desk staff forgot I was there after I had been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. The obgyn did not take her time, I talked to her about my experience with PCOS, she took my information and said they would get back to me. This was in late January, and I didnt hear back for a month. I called to see if they had any information and the front desk said they would call me back, and they never did. Worst place ever, I will not be returning.

A couple of times there has been confusion about what tests Ive done already, and that set my preggo fears off. Shes telling me everything looks good, but then it came out that she wasnt even looking at my file. She apologized after all the confusion was sorted out and called me afterward to apologize again, but I could not sleep that night and it really bothered me. This is my first baby. Im doing all these extra tests to detect any genetic issues, and wasnt even getting my results. I dont know what circumstances led to that happening.

Went on vacation when I needed to have my csection. Dr. Kittur did my csection and I’m 5 months postpartum and still in pain: she kept telling me to give it time. I’m seeing a different doctor that is helping me and hopefully has answers after scan and ultrasound. Just awful
