I had a wonderful experience here. The ladies at the front desk are very warm and kind. The Mammogram technician was lovely as well. She walked me through everything before we got started. They all made me feel comfortable and valued. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I recommend this place highly!!!
I feel so comfortable there! Having a mammogram is not something I look forward to, but my technician is always amazing! (Didn’t get her name😬) but she was so friendly and professional! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant 😊
Love the staff and everyone that works there. The office is very warm and inviting and they call you with the results sometimes even in the same day! No more anxiously waiting for that letter in the mail, which is why I will only go here for all my mammograms and breast ultrasounds.
Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was friendly and made the check in simple. I waited no more than 10 minutes before being escorted to the back. The mammogram technician was equally friendly and gentle. She answered some questions I had and completed the mammogram professionally and kindly.
This office runs like a well oiled machine!! From scheduling to registration to check-in, the whole process is well organized and I’m always in and out. I’m very pleased by the staff, physicians and assistants. They’re all a group of highly trained professionals with excellent bedside manner!
I visited the East Brunswick location. Excellent staff, very nice people from the radiologist to the technicians to the front desk receptionist everyone is very personable and use a very humanistic approach for every patient. This place is like a spa, it’ll take all your worries away.
I had the best experience from my phone call to my visit. I had pain in my breast they made me come right in as a new patient Dr Gould was so sympathetic and compassionate to reassurance me after examing me that he felt I was ok but wanted me to get mammo and ultra sound to be sure. I would like to say he put me at ease with these tests asap. Also he’s nurse was amazing with me. I’m so happy to be apart of this group.
I’ve had many mammograms and this experience was the best. The staff is friendly and very professional and welcoming. The tech took her time to understand my discomfort and provided appropriate humor and positive distractions to enhance my experience. Definitely the place to go for your needs.
Lisa my technician was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, compassionate and kind! The office staff was great also. What a pleasant experience!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
I had a great experience. The receptionist was very nice and got me checked in quickly. I did not wait long to be seen and the tech was excellent and explained everything clearly. I would definitely use them again.
I made an appointment at this Axia office and had 27 pages of my medical history faxed over so I was serious about going here. When I made the appointment on the phone, it was the first time that I wasn’t asked about what kind of supplemental insurance i have since I do have Medicare. We all know that Medicare only covers part of the cost and the reason that you pay, and pay a lot, for supplemental is that they pick up the balance that straight Medicare doesnt cover. When I hung up after making the appointment I was very surprised they didn’t ask me what supplemental insurance I had but I didn’t think too much of it. I drove 40 minutes to the appointment, and schedule my buddy day around coming here. Not to mention I have been inundated with about 20 emails and texts, reminding me of the appointment. in fact, it was originally scheduled for Homedale then I got an email saying that they moved it to Atlantic Highlands and then I got another email saying there wasn’t going to be anybody in Atlantic Highlands that they were scheduling me back in Homdel. Now I know why they didn’t ask what supplemental insurance I had because they don’t want to turn away new patients. I guess they figure once you get there you’ll agree to not using the supplemental insurance that you pay $400 a month for. So sneaky and underhanded.I have a lot of illnesses and I see a lot of different doctors and I’m 68 years old. I have never made an appointment in the last three years since I’ve had Medicare, where they did not ask what supplemental insurance I had. Again, it is my belief, and my belief only that this office did not ask me what supplemental insurance I had because they did not want to reveal the fact that they don’t take the most popular supplemental insurance which is United healthcare.. I will never be returning to Axia women’s health center again and do I recommend it ?absolutely not. .
I was in the office this morning after a couple of years not being at this location. The staff welcome me with a smile and a good morning. They made me feel welcome and very comfortable during visit at the office. The technician (Hana) was very gentle and respectful. Too me thats very important.
Loved my experience! Everyone was super helpful and friendly specially the technical. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!!!
Absolutely hands down the best experience with a health care facility. Not only is the level of care excellent, the level of caring goes above and beyond. Everything from the ambiance of the office to the tone of the staff puts you at ease. I highly recommend this facility!
Axia Women’s Breast Health is the best place I’ve ever had my mammogram. The waiting room is decorated so pretty. They have a tv to help pass the time even though the wait was minimal. The receptionist is wonderful, always smiling and friendly. The Technician is fabulous. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything she had to do, she even retook a shot because the position wasn’t quite right and didn’t want to alarm me by having a call back by radiologist. From start to finish the process was 5+ star treatment and quality care. I highly recommend them!
Sadly would give them 0 stars if I could. I called insurance to verify that bloodwork done would be covered and it was verified that it was prior to it being done. Insurance ended up not covering it and I spent probably 8+ hours on the phone with Axia and Cigna trying to get my bill of over $1,300 settled. Tina in billing at Axia even got on the phone with me and Cigna. She heard them say it would be covered. Yet Axia still sent my entire bill to collections and is giving me the run around. On top of that this practice is so greedy with their money and bottom line that it truly impacts patient care. Their C-Section rates are so high because they push unnecessary interventions onto women to make $ which in return impacts mother and baby. Shame on you Axia!
The medical office is extremely clean and everyone was quite pleasant. The medical team is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Axia Womens Health.
Love my Dr but customer service is so bad I will be looking for a new practice. The one time I was able to speak to a human she acted impatient and annoyed. At the end of conversation, she hung up on me without a simple ‘goodbye’. My latest lack- of-interaction is when twice I’ve called about the same billing question, was forced to leave a message but never received the promised return call. My concern remains unresolved. Unacceptable.
Receptionist is one of the nicest people I have met in a medical office. Technician took her time to be precise and was friendly. Results were back in less than 24 hours. Awesome experience, I found my new mammo place! BTW this is the Cranbury Rd location in EB. I was there on April 18, 2024
It has been a really awful experience. If I don’t get my refund in two weeks I will be reporting them to the Department of Banking and Insurance. Axia has been holding onto thousands of dollars of mine.Axia sent me to collections because my insurance company had not paid them. Axia did not notify me of the insurance issue before sending me to collections. Afraid my credit would be ruined, I paid Axia I’m full and then resolved the issue with my insurance company (the problem was very simple). However, once the issue was resolved Axia continued to hold my money hostage and even took it upon themselves to deduct from my credit as they saw fit (which is illegal). It has been a battle to get it back. I am expecting the last of my refund to be sent to me within 10 business days.I love my doctors, but I am seriously considering finding a new OB so that I never have to deal with their billing department ever again.
Very happy with this office from the receptionists in the front which are extremely professional and helpful to the techs in the back which make u feel so comfortable since it’s a place that makes me nervous but they talk with you even just about life to take ur mind off the exam I would highly recommend this office
The East Brunswick location is the best! You will not find kinder, more efficient, and gentler people else where. Nobody looks forward to getting their annual mammogram, but they make the process so pleasant and painless that you will look forward to coming back here just to feel taken care of. Hannah the tech is so good at what she does, and she gives really clear directions and puts you at ease immediately. She’s so efficient and gets you out in no time. Truly a wonderful place.
The rudeness and obnoxiousness from the billing dept was completely unnecessary. I called because a mistake previously made by my insurance has been corrected, and to prevent my bill to be sent to the collection as threatened by axia I called axia billing so then they can put a hold on it. To add when the bill re-appeared on my statement out of nowhere, I had only 15 days to respond. When I got on the phone with billing, Sally (if that’s even a real name) kept talking and talking and it was very difficult and frustrating to even try to get a word in. I kept getting interrupted mid sentence. I explained that my insurance is correcting the mistake and will make the payment but she was like, well I don’t understand why your insurance would do that. I had explained that they are correcting their mistakes hence giving the heads up so my bill would not be sent to collection. But she kept saying I don’t think they would do it you should call them again…and kept repeating she didnt understand why they would reimburse my claim. OK the insurance company agreed to pay in full but she kept giving me a hard time by saying she didnt understand? I asked to speak to her supervisor because she kept insisting I had to speak to the insurance supervisor for something she did not know. But then according to her there’s no supervisor in the entire axia org (maybe that’s why this place is in shambles if Sally runs the place without supervision?). Then at some point, out of nowhere she hung up on me. Instead of listening, my balance, at no fault of my own, that I kept following up on actively, was sent to collection, because axia expect payment from me, despite my insurance agrees to pay IN FULL.
I have been going there for a few years. They are not that courteous at the front desk. They demand your insurance card even if it’s on file. Every time you go they ask a bunch of questions and send you on your way. It seems as if they are rushing you and they don’t do anything extra . They over book and leave you sitting in a room. Everything is make another appointment and come back. I sent my daughter there for the first time being she’s 19 and again just a bunch of questions and rush you out the door. After 5 years I would look for a new doctor.
Today was my very first mammogram and Hanna was excellent and very efficient. From start to finish the process was seamless and very quick. The office is very decorative and has a great ambiance. Thanks again for all you do and providing quality patient care…Happy Holidays!!
Great! Easy to make appointments, fast in and out (efficient, on time procedure, minimum paperwork), professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
Front dest and tech were super friendly and very accommodating. They make you feel very comfortable
Best mammogram I’ve ever had. Felt like a spa. Everyone was so nice. It was right after my gyn appointment. Same building. Nice reception. Nice tech.
Everyone is so nice and kind. My technician is explained everything so throughly and she was so gentle . Highly recommend!
From the minute I arrived till the time I was finished and ready to go home I felt truly cared about and it made the process so much easier and less nervous. I’ve been going here for many years and always are so thankful for the way things are handled here and the wonderful people that work there. They should get a rating of a million stars!
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly at the Cranbury Rd facility. From the receptionists to the Ultrasound technician- It was such a nice environment to be in. Doctors/medical offices should always be this way. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you for everything you do.
This was my first time getting a mammogram. The techs were really nice, and were patient with me guideing me through the test. I love Axia womens health. Would recommend this office.
The schedulers and nurses at this place are terrible. They schedule you multiple times for the same tests or schedule you for an appointment without a doctor that can actually see you that day. Weve been scheduled for blood tests at multiple Axia locations several days in a row because they claim they cant take blood for two tests at the same time or location. They are only interested in milking every dollar out of your insurance and dont value your time. Find another doctors office or youll learn your lesson with these people the hard way.
If you want to go somewhere where not only the receptionist is rude, but also the dr themselves then the axia in Voorhees is the place for you. My fiancé and I went here for our first baby appointment excited as it’s our first pregnancy. When we arrived we were greeted with the feeling of being rushed to do paper work as we arrived right at our appointment time and were never told to arrive early and my fiancé has been going here since she was 16. When taken to the back we had a paper full of questions cause like I said this is our first pregnancy. The OB quickly and rudely rushed through important comments to the point where we missed a lot of crucial things. We even had to ask the exact amount of weeks she was pregnant and the OB replied, “ like I said before, you are this many weeks” in a super rude tone. Never going here again. Choose somewhere else if you are pregnant or even just going for a routine visit….
Great experience! The technician was very nice and very funny. She and another woman there made me laugh. Luckily they found me roaming the hallways and walked me to the office. Better signage would be a great idea. Also I wasn’t made to wait, the appointment was quick.
Courteous people, no wait - high priority for me. Was in and out in less than 20 mins.Special thanks to Lisa who is amazing with machine at the East Brunswick office. Way less painful in her hands. Will be coming here for all my annual tests…
If you are a United Healthcare insurance carrier, you are now out of network as of 4/1. Doesn’t matter if it’s a PPO. They should be ashamed of themselves. They keep blaming United for rising costs of living and low payouts. It’s called inflation, it’s happening to everyone, every company, every industry, across the board. They blame United for profits over care. How is axia not doing the same thing? Stop blaming an insurance company and maybe stop being so greedy. The offices are in poor condition and the care subpar as well, so I’m glad they kicked me off. And one of the doctors I saw…let’s just say she had the WORST bedside manner I’ve ever seen in my 39 years of life. Thanks- you did me a favor.
The staff were friendly and professional. Mammogram technician did a great job and made the visit comfortable. Would recommend others to go there.
The first thing you experience when you walk in, is the calming and relaxed atmosphere. This company REALLY put a lot of thought in creating such a peaceful environment. Then you’ll LOVE all the staff and techs. They make the Mammogram experience, believe it or not, a very relaxing and comfortable one. My fav. tech is Hannah. She is SUPER FAST and efficient! I’ve been having Mammograms for over 20 yrs. and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. Do yourself a favor and check out this place!!!
I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff are professional, super friendly and compassionate. The office is clean and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appt, they consistently run on schedule. They work together with the Axia Womens Health group where I can get both my annual visit and mammo on the same day. Axia Womens health group typically runs on schedule too. There were instances when I finished my appt there well before the appt for my mammo, and the Breast Center has been accommodating in getting me in ahead of schedule, while maintaining their standard on time schedule. I highly recommend this office.
I just had a visit to Axia Women’s Health. Hannah was the person who helped me through my mammogram and ultrasound. She was funny, personalable, and made the experience quick, easy, and painless. The woman at the front desk is soo nice as well, wish I could remember her name to give her credit.
I chose to have my mammogram at my physicians facility in Indianapolis, IN. Staff was nice and provided kind care; however, the facility does not use the larger plate which required that additional images be taken. Ill return to my former facility that has upgraded equipment for we fuller figured ladies. Unfortunate.
I have had friendly empathetic professionals caring for me at this officePutting me at ease for my visits
Been going here for years. Good staff and ease for scheduling gynecologist and mammogram appointments
Their technician are the best, they make you feel comfortable and your mammogram is quickly done and painless as possible.
Amazing team! This is always a tough appointment to go to because its so personal and so private and yet they make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I really like these women in this group.
This is the second year in a row I’ve been there. They are wonderful! Taylor the receptionist is warm and welcoming. I’ve never had to wait. The place is clean and bright. The mammogram tech was also kind and caring. They made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
I have the greatest experience with my mammogram and ultrasound annual visits. Everyone is professional and courteous. The nurses and technicians walk you through the entire process. I highly recommend!
I had a mammogram and ultrasound this morning and the entire staff was top notch. Hanna, the woman who performed the mammogram was very comforting and informative. They called with results within the hour so I wasnt worrying any longer than I needed to. The mammogram is a very nervewracking procedure and the staff makes you feel as comfortable as possible.
Great offices! Everyone in the East Brunswick office is super friendly. Also the East Brunswick mammogram office is amazing. They take you so quickly and are so comforting and friendly. Hana was so sweet and made an uncomfortable experience so much easier. Highly recommend.
Greeted by front desk in a welcoming and friendly manner. Relaxing waiting room. Mammagram tech was very professional and polite.
This is the second time I’ve been to this Breast Care Center Both times the experience was outstanding ! Taylor at the front desk was courteous and so friendly! Zero wait time and she was super organized! The technician Lisa was just as friendly reassuring and made me feel so comfortable! Both of them made a nerve wracking experience very easy and calming!! You don’t find many people like them anymore!!
Excellent staff and the women who treated me were fantastic
I didnt have to wait long for my appointment time. The doctor was very professional, courteous, and she listened to what I had to say. This is my second visit, and I am going to stay with this establishment. I highly recommend you go here.
Facility is clean , welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Technicians are warm and friendly and make a point of checking in to make sure you are comfortable the whole time. Front desk staff is always warm and friendly and responsive.
The women in the office were fantastic. They put me at ease throughout my appointment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you ladies!!
Always quick and very helpful. Polite and understanding. I needed a mammogram in 2021 and today, august 2023 and did it within 20 mins of walking to their office. Highly recommend
Positive experience...Professionals one and all from Reception to Mammogram to ultrasound...
I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but I have been going back and forth with this company for over a year. I got serviced by axia and I have insurance but the company didn’t send over the claims for my services so they charged me for it saying my insurance didn’t cover it. Once I figured this out and tried to get my money back they said they would fix it and send me a check that never came. I have been talking to so many people on the phone saying they would send this issue to a supervisor and the problem never got fixed. They owe me over $400 and yet they still took $140 from my account TODAY. I am a college student and I don’t work but this company could care less. The people on the phone seemed helpful but I still have yet to receive the money I’ve been owed for over a year. They never should’ve taken it to begin with and now they’re taking more from me
Convenient since my obgyn is literally upstairs, but also this team of women are amazing, caring, friendly. Make you feel comfortable from beginning to end!
Very professional. Patients are treated with kindness and respect. No long waits.
I scheduled for a well visit ( and had already paid hundreds of dollars for a different visit and the test the doctor ordered). since he spent a few minutes going over that with me, my insurance was billed $220 and I was sent a bill for over $160. I called weeks ago and spoke with someone about it who told me shed reach out to the office and get back to me. surprise, surprise - no response. then I get a past due letter. I called today and was told the charge and bill stand and its past due still. no kidding - I was waiting to hear from them still.. when I try to pay over the phone or online, it has to be a minimum of $45. online is $50. what a joke. I will NOT be returning.*UPDATE* - from 2 stars to 1it has been over TWO months and this issue is still not resolved. Im always told the manager, Melissa, will get back to me. I have not heard from her ONCE- in over 2 months, multiple phone calls and stopping into the office to deliver a copy of my bill.. in my 10+ phone calls to this place I have encountered ONE helpful employee.
On time attention, attention to details by the practitioner and overall professionalism with right mix of personal care made my experience very satisfying. Thank you.
Annual visits @ Axia Center for Breast Health E.Burns. NJ are always uplifting. #1 THE BEST staff - whom now I call friends. #2 Imagining equip makes the exam easy peasy. #3 Appt. always on time. TY!
Update of 10/27: after being told by their billing multiple times to wait for the wrong bill to go away in early October. It didn’t and another debt collector’s mail came in and urged the money saying will stay in my credit file for 7 years. Emailed the email address in the response. This is very troubling.—————————————————-Good doctor but terrible billing...They billed my annual check under a wrong insurance ID and of course did not get the money. Instead of communicating with me, they sent the debt collector. I contacted them and they resubmitted to my insurance which quickly processed this claim but Axia is slow and the debt collector keeps sending me notice. After reading other reviews, I realized this mistake is common and Axia just has terrible billing system. I should just go to another clinic.
Great experience and everyone in the office was helpful and friendly
We all know that getting a mammography is not always pleasurable. But I LOVED my experience. Yes it be a bit uncomfortable but the technician was absolutely amazing. She tried her hardest to make me comfortable and put me at ease. It was an amazing experience from the very beginning with the ease of making an appointment, the friendly receptionist that greeted me at arrival and a wonderful technician who tried to make it as painless as possible.
Threatened to send to collections (15 day window on “final notice”) after less than 6 months (I believe it was around 3 months) of a $50 balance. Bill was printed on 6/14, received on my end 6/27. When I called to pay, my bill was higher than written on the notice. Make it make sense, I can’t.The procedure I had done wasn’t even done accurately- I was told I had to come in and have it redone. Yet I still had to pay for it and they billed my insurance. So… I would have had to pay again without it being covered by insurance. I wish I was joking.Terrible company. Highly recommend avoiding them.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. The office is very clean and pristine. Additionally, the office doesn’t overbook. I had zero wait time, however, if I had to wait just a few minutes I would have understood. I have zero complaints on my visit today and would highly recommend this place.
So far upon my first visit, I was highly impressed. From the kind and friendly contact from the receptionists to the kindness and personal service provided by the other nurses and my RN Michelle, it was wonderful to feel like a priority. They kept me informed every step of the way so if I was waiting in the waiting room, I knew exactly why that was. One of the receptionists had to book a last minute appt for me and it was taking a while to do, which totally makes sense because it was last minute, and she was so kind and kept apologizing for taking long - which she wasnt haha.
A great experience! So accommodating, friendly and caring/ careful. I have only good to say about todays visit! Thank you to this team!
I have had mixed interactions with staff but let me tell you! Laura in scheduling and Nurse Theresa are ANGELS ON EARTH. I wish I could deal with them EVERY VISIT. I have been with this practice 12 years and Theresa is TOP NOTCH. Laura P is FAST and efficient. I am over the moon with their service. Every practice should have a Laura and Theresa!
I have been a patient of Dr. Acharya for 8 years. The Doctor is good, but the service is very poor. Long wait time and impossible to get her appointment. Even after the appointment, there is a long wait of 2 hours. The clinic does not respect time for the patients. Just like Doctors are busy, there needs to be some respect for patients time as well. There is no followup from the Doctor after your visit. Poor service!!! And Ridiculous treatment!!!
This was my first time getting a mammo and I was definitely nervous about it. The staff was so great and my tech Jennifer was really warm and friendly. She made it super easy and comfortable for me. Also, signing it was super quick and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I must’ve been in and out in 15 mins. This is my go to place for my yearly mammos now, that’s fir sure. Thank you Jennifer for making it a comfortable experience for me.
My appointment was a little shy over a year ago but here’s what I experienced…………… A heart breaking miscarriage. I scheduled an appointment in the first week of June last year 2021. I go to my scheduled appointment just to be told I had to come back the following week because the doctor they scheduled me for did not accept my insurance. My insurance and everything was already confirmed over the phone with the receptionist so I’m still unsure to this day as to why I was told on the day of my original appointment the doctor would not take my insurance. Anyway I scheduled an appointment for the following week 6-11-21 and that’s when I received heart wrenching news that my baby no longer had a heart beat. The reception staff seemed confused and the doctor/nurse who was present and did my exam was, rough, rude, inconsiderate, rushy and really didn’t show any type of care. A very unpleasant and heart breaking experience. I’ve also gotten a Pap smear done and still do not know my results. I constantly get a huge bill sent to my home every month that I refuse to pay. I believe if my first appointment went as it was scheduled for something could’ve help me and been avoided and I would’ve been holding my 6 month old in my arms today instead of now just praying, wishing and wondering about them. Much more in regards to my experience but I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I would give no Stars but in order to post I needed at least 1 Star selected. I’m still suffering and living the heartache and downed mentality from this.
Never billed our insurance for our son. Never called us to retrieve insurance information. Sent us a bill three months after procedure for full cost. Bill stated that we would be sent to collections if not paid with 15 days. I think some would of accidentally paid the bill in full. With healthcare prices so high, Axia should think of their customers more
The dr was great but when it came to getting results and speaking with a nurse the experience was horrible! My appointment was Tuesday and it is Friday. I received a message to call the nurse back on Thursday, which I did call back Thursday and I called her multiple times Friday(left messages both days) I even contacted the receptionist which messaged the nurse on the office computer, I still haven’t received a call back, the office is closed and it’s the weekend so hopefully I’ll get a call Monday maybe?! This is horrible patient care!
Do not go here. Seriously, do not. They never answer the phone to make an appointment OR fill your medications. I had to physically go over there to make an appointment. Any sort of health concern you have will be dismissed. They also used my outdated insurance even giving them the updated information several times. Got a letter from a debt collector because of their incompetence.
They ladies there were wonderful. Not only was the place decorated beautifully and very clean, the staff was amazing. I would definitely go back next year and recommend any of my friends or family. Thank you for being so kind and efficient to your patients.
This is not a good provider. These people take forever to respond and do not give personalized care. Whatever they can do to invalidateand impersonalize your experience will be done. Its extremely difficult to have someone in their office fill out forms for employers. Whatever they can do to pass the buck to an automated machine (or service) will be done. NO amiability or personal care whatsoever at this office. If you want a good, not traumatic, birth experience, I suggest you choose a different provider. I was bullied into an induced cesarean surgery and the follow-up pain managent was just as traumatic. They just said take more ibuprofen. You will get a live baby so they get a paycheck, but at the cost of the mothers well-being. Absolutely no respect for the birth plan or informing consent of the person giving birth. Do yourself a favor and get a different provider because if not, your birth experience will be just as traumatic and unfufulling as well. Dr Lorenc, Fort Wayne, IN, Axia Womens Specialty Care, Dupont
In such a stressful situation, everyone in the office was beyond patient and kind. Everyone was thorough and communicative. The office was comfortable from start to finish. It is so good to know that good people exist in this world!
Unacceptable wait times, with the exception of mammogram visits. Had my mammogram and then sat in the hallway in a gown for 40 minutes waiting for my wellness visit. Still waiting. This is the norm here. Happens every year. Really annoying after I watched them turn someone away because they were more than 10 minutes late for their appointment.
If your a provider do not pick Axiah. Not only do they make billing mistakes, my provider is not listed on their website to send messages via the portal. I spoke to the office and they said its something theyve always struggled with. They will promise your office the world but wont deliver. Technology is behind other offices.
I actually loved my doctor here. And am sorry to lose her. But I am dissatisfied with their billing department. I went in for a regular checkup which is fully covered by the health insurance and by law and they billed one of the tests with the wrong code and I was charged for it. I called both them and my insurance to fix this. They said they would send a different code and try to solve it but told me it might not fix it. Which is fine. I understand how these things work. But then I get a letter in the mail pretty much threatening me that this is seriously past due and it will go to collections and it will ruin my credit and will be in my credit history for 7 years. I was a long time patient. Never late or hadn’t paid the bills. All they needed to send was a bill. Since I reached out to them to try to solve this bill, this should not be considered “late” and I shouldn’t be threatened. All that for a lousy $30. I hope they’re happy they lost a client and got a bad review for something so small.
This has to be the worst customer service company ever. The billing department is rude and obnoxious. I made three phone calls this morning with no resolution, the customer service rep Jennifer would not allow me to get one word in and she hung up on me. I called back and unfortunately got her again. She was the same rude and obnoxious person, and she had the nerve to yell at me and told me shell have a manager call me and hung up on me again mid sentence. So upset my doctors office is using this company. I am disgusted. Go train your agents on how to handle customer concerns and to be empathic.
From the minute I walked into the office, I was welcomed and felt positive vibes! Techs made me feel very comfortable and no wait! Thank you for making a mammogram experience be less stressful and more comfortable …
This office is fantastic. The doctor are thorough and kind. They take the time to explain things to you, in detail if needed. The nurses and staff are very friendly as well. They are also extremely punctual which is not usual for doctors offices and I consider it a blessing.
NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. I came by because my personal obgyn was booked 3 days out. I’m young and didn’t know that I could just call my primary doc for a prescription so I came here. I tell them at the front desk that i’ve never been there before i’m dealing with something that i’ve gotten from my dental work/antibiotics and they literally go, “SO A YEAST INFECTION?” Like yes, thanks for informing the entire place thank you. Not to mention they charged me $600. 6 HUNDRED DOLLARS. Just to say yep you were right. Thank god my insurance paid just about half of it because I literally want to cry. How cruel. That’s double what my dental surgery cost me just for you to write me a prescription >:(
A very pleasant mammogram visit. The staff was very friendly and the technician doing my mammogram made me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say this was the best experience I had with getting this test done. I highly recommend this place.
The facility in Rosemont is the worst! The Staff there NEVVVVVVVER smile and is very unfriendly( Everyone looks sad and unhappy). The wait time is a joke as well as the office manager Jenn who appears to not know anything about managing an office nor does she display a team playing role when it comes to the medical assistants.
I arrived early & waited in the roomy wiring room. I was rapidly processed including adding additional physicians name. The technician was considerate asking about my discomfort & making adjustments. She listened to my history & was willing to listen to me. I felt well treated & welcomed.
Some experiences such as mammograms and yearly gynecologist exams are inherently wrought with a level of discomfort. However, the level of care, compassion and genuine concern that this staff offers makes it all better. Each time that I enter this office I am reminded that I am not just a number on a patient pocket but rather someone with a team that cares deeply about their overall health!
My two visits for mammogram purposes were as great as anyone could expect. The administrative receptionist was kind and thorough. Hannah (Technician) treated me respectfully and more importantly-compassionately.All were so very kind. Thank you!
The women there are always so kind and compassionate. Ive never had a bad experience (outside of the dreaded mammogram itself!). Its an uncomfortable test, but the amazing people who work there stand out the most!
My visit on May 25th was quite uneasy for me. I have been going to my doctor for many years and always had a good experience, being about to discuss things personally with him. But this visit I was told someone else had to stay in the room and if I didnt want her in the room, he would not be able to examine me. This is an infringement on my rights and I felt I didnt get the exam he always gives me because a was so embarrassed to have a young girl in the room with me. Its none of her business to know the reason I visited the office. Please rethink this rule. It goes against my right of choice
I went to the Clark location because I was interested in getting my hormones checked as I am in peri menopause. The doctor completely dismissed me and suggested antidepressants. Now if this guy was old I would have chalked it up to him not being with the tiles but he was young and didn’t have a clue. He explained about the Healow app getting my blood results on there and the front desk knew nothing about the Healow app. Said they didn’t use that app and I said then they does the email you sent me say to download the app. Neither woman at the desk had a clue. Even the young clueless doctor came over and was like wow I don’t know then ! I’m like ok I’m out.
My first time at this office. Everyone very nice!! My new doctor, Erin Conway, professional, informative, and a total sweetheart! Took time with me. Made me feel valued. Im feeling grateful that I found this practice.
If anyone is looking for a new GYN Katie is you girl. She puts you at such ease. Extremely professional. I hadn’t been to a GYN is many years…I will never put it off again.Staff is super nice too!!
I would give a 10 star if I have an option. They are so considerate - both front desk and technician/nurse. There was literally no waiting time. I had a GREAT experience here.
I had an extremely positive experience today. The technician was excellent in providing a very thorough mammogram. I highly recommend Axia Women’s Health.
Everyone has been pleasant and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait long in the waiting room or exam room (only one time). No complaints with my care so far- all the doctors are great, each has their own personality.
The worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. I came for a pre-operation consultation. A PA named Kamela King never asked my name or DOB. She never did the examinations, no checking my heart, lungs, or other exams. For the first couple of minutes, she referred to me by a different patients name and was consulting me on a procedure I was not supposed to be consulted on. After I corrected her, she never apologized; she left a room for a few minutes and returned with no apology. Along with this, she had awful bedside manners. This was a direct violation of HIPAA rules and guidelines.I went for a second opinion, and the doctor advised that I do not need any surgical procedure at all. When I called this office to get this problem rectified, the manager, Briana, was rude and unprofessional. She mentioned that she does not care about patient satisfaction or bad reviews. As a patient, be aware and be your advocate. It is a shame that these “healthcare professionals” have displayed such unprofessionalism, hostility, and a lack of understanding of HIPAA laws.
I only gave 1 star because of the doctors. As far as the scheduling and front office I wish there was a 0 star option. Iam almost 30 weeks pregnant and I am now seeking a new OB because I cant deal with the nonsense from the front office to the clinical nurse managers and front office managers. They give you one date and time for an appointment and put you on a different day. No one wants to take accountability. I feel nervous this is the team I am going to have handle my care during my birth and postpartum. Axia needs to do better unacceptable.
Technician was very courteous and on the ball Her manner was professional and understanding. Very pleased with the service and professionalism provided.
Really enjoy coming to this location for my care. I’ve been going to the GYN and Breast Services Center & they are very professional, prompt, efficient, & caring.
Highly recommend. No wait, friendly supportive, technician who really cares and is a real expert in what she does. I never felt like just one of a thousand in a waiting room and I will make this my new place to get the mammo. And if you are reading this, technician who did my mammo this morning, you are a rock star. We are lucky to have your services.
Axia women at Lankenau hospital is great. Each doctor I had there always been amazing. But I recently went to the office in king of Prussia. Bad idea, the Cardiologist doctor there just didn’t have a clue how to talk to me. I felt very uncomfortable and she Criticize my weight and made me feel terrible. I never want to see her again. And I wish it was a way I didn’t get billed for that visit. She didn’t help me at all. The visit was pointless
Everybody is very friendly there! The the ultrasound tech and the tech that did, the mammogram were very professional, friendly, and made you feel very comfortable
I’ve been happy with the doctors, nurses, and all staff. Very nice and to the point. Unfortunately, I will agree that sometimes at appointments you could be sitting in the waiting room for like 2 hours.
The nurses and drs are really sweet and my wait time was short. They were informative while asking questions for my new patient profile. There was a miscommunication with my appointment the first time??I was told it was in the morning and I set it in my calendar immediately after writing it down right after the phone call. This was super inconvenient and ANNOYING.
Mammograms are scary enough, so waiting in a crowded office makes it all the worse. I wont go anywhere else anymore. Hardly any wait at all, skilled tech, warm and friendly. I highly recommend!
If I could rate them higher I would. First impressions at this office was off the charts. Every employee I came in contact with was sweet and kind. My visit was with Caitlin and she was the best. Overwhelming happy I choose to come here!
The Axia WH has dissent doctors but the system is highly bureaucratic and patients care does not seem to be in their core values. Everything is procedural, following their protocols, and there is no concept of medical emergency (note this is an OBGYN care). If getting lab results takes up to a week, and you are bleeding profusely, while waiting for a treatment that depends on what the lab shows, it is impossible to convince their nurse to give lab a call, or at least speak to a doctor. Good luck getting a non-routine appointment scheduled in less than 3-4 weeks.Otherwise their facilities are nice and clean, staff is courteous, electronic system is user friendly. All is good, unless you are ill.
Office staff and technician, Hana, were exceptional! They make you feel beyond comfortable. I highly recommend this office.
I have had a very positive experience throughout my pregnancy. I have particularly enjoyed my visits with Dr. Kinsler. She is very professional and caring. She takes the time to talk to you, reassure you, and gives you time for questions!
The office is always friendly and professional. They have streamlined the check in process by using technology. I have been treated by this office for many years and have always been satisfied with the services.
I’ve been having horrible pelvic pain for 3 months now, and the doctors won’t call back, I can’t get anyone on the phone. The doctors don’t care either. Im losing hope all together. I feel like I’m never going to get better and that this is just my life now. Avoid this place at all costs.
Pregnant mama here🤰 Who’s had a lot of experience with axia over last 3 months. There are a variety of reviews here and I want to clarify, there are multiple locations. I have been to 2. The cherry hill location has been an excellent experience for me every time, 5 stars, the clinic is clean, the nurses and doctors are friendly, wait time is minimal and the doctors and nps really take their time to answer all questions, everything you would need. No issues with billing either, but delayed bills are just the nature of health care and our broken system these days, we have to be adults and face these issues as they come up. I have also been to the turnersville location which was only because the cherry hill location was full, and this experience was very different, front desk was a little disorganized, the wait time was 2 hours, and there were certain things that happened during the visit it self that made me a little uncomfortable. But when you schedule you have the choice of location, I’d just stick to the nicer ones and don’t give up on the whole practice because of one not so great visit at this other office. I’m very happy now with the care I’m receiving and I would recommend to to a friend!
Stay far away from these ppl! I went there in January for my Annual Gyn exam and in the mail over 6 months later i got a whopping $691 bill.... they charged me twice! For the annual AND for new patient consultation... but i never got a consultation... now they just sent me a another bill for 750!!! Including a test that their customer service dept claims was supposed to be billed by a different lab. My insurance already payed for that test, yet they are charging me for it?!?! These ppl r thieves! Now they claim it will go to collections. Ha! I am taking legal action against these ppl. Because i didnt even get good service for the Gyn exam in the first place, the Dr. Acted like she didnt even want to examine me... and have the audacity to charge me 750!.... whatever you do, go somewhere else. They will double bill you and add services to your bill that you didnt gget.Horrible!!!
Axia in East Brunswick went above and beyond to accommodate me. The women who work there were so kind and professional and I highly recommend them. They definitely made my mammo appointment a positive experience.
I’ve been going to Garden State Obgyn, part of Axia Women’s Health, for 8 years. The staff is always super friendly & will answer any questions you have. They make you feel comfortable. The facility is also very clean. The staff is also very helpful over the phone- to answer questions or concerns, schedule appointments, or help with any problems that you may have. I’ve never had a bad experience!
They treat patients like money pits. Basically Im in debt because the Rubino OBGYN doctors convinced me to get procedures I didnt need to get done and now Im paying for it. These invasive procedures didnt even solve anything or find any problems with my health. This is the second Axia branch I have been to and honestly they all seem terrible. Speaking to the Axia billing department is awful. The women I spoke to were all rude, ignorant, and lacked any sort of empathy. I asked about a description on a bill and they couldnt give me a clear explanation, just said I had to pay it because it was a part of the procedure. Which is sketchy because I received another statement today and that description has changed completely. Is that even legal?I reached out to the feedback email address explaining my situation and got no response so here I am leaving a review. For such a giant corporate company dedicated to womens health, they are actual monsters and dont seem to care about anything but making money. They are scammers and now I struggle to trust any doctor. Thanks for nothing.
All the doctors that I have met are great! The nurses are fantastic as well. My main doctor is Dr. Allen Kessel who I can not recommend more. He was great throughout my 9 months of pregnancy and postpartum.
My daughter and I have had the most unpleasant experience with this practice! They are nothing like the Center for Women Health! they took over. From the office staff to the nurse practitioner, Lauren Sarge, they are rude and rough. Lauren was unpleasant, rough, and not thorough when my daughter went to see her for help. She made my 18 year old feel worse, embarrassed, and not welcomed because she went to the wrong office. (Not her fault, but the scheduler!). Lauren was inconvenience and let it out on my daughter. After the quick visit, my daughter calls me crying about what a horrible and humiliating experience she had. Lauren should not be in this profession period!!I can not say enough, STAY away from this practice. They do not care to use kindness and understanding with their patients!!!!
Top notch providers. I particularly love the nurse practitioners. I have received my primary care through them for over 30 years. Kind, compassionate, thorough.
Nightmare billing services. Was sent a bill a year and a half late for an astronomical amount after being told we were up to date with everything 10 months ago. I left a voice-mail because no one answered when I called to discuss and then was sent a final notice to pay the ridiculous amount or it was going to collections. No call back, no anything.
Very nice office with wonderful staff! Thanks Anna!!
This office has the most caring, customer service oriented associates and I can’t thank them enough for all they do to make my experience as wonderful as they do. HIGHLY recommend and have been coming here for several years!
Good experience, excellent customer service!!
I had the mammogram for the first time and really liked the place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back again
I am COMPLETELY Appalled by the billing for services at Axia. I was on a payment plan for a proceedure that I worked out with the billing team at my local office. I was almost paid off at my most recent appointment in August, however I briefly spoke with the woman in billing and she said for August I did not owe and will owe in September. I received a Bill from COLLECTIONS, stating I owed the full amount by the end of September or it was going to go on my credit report. I called the collections agency who referred me back to my local office. Spoke with my local office stating I was caught up, but call corporate.I spoke with Corporate, they explained why I went to collections and there were a lot of miscommunications with the collections vs billing and I will partly admit my error too. In the meantime, I just paid the full amount to the collections agency. Per the collections agency online system, the payment did not go through, however, the dollar amount later was taken out of my account. In the meantime, I paid part of the amount to Axia until we were able to iron it all out to avoid the ding on my credit. Over the past month and a half, I have spoken with at least 4 women (multiple times) in the billing department, sent various emails with screenshots, receipts, etc, and I have received no word AT ALL, nor any call backs that I could track re: if they were able to reconcile. Every time I call back, while the women are kind, they have no answers. They apparently are unable to return phone calls, email back, etc with any detail at all. I keep being told its another 30-45 days that it will reconcile, but that was from the end of each month.I am 100% convinced, I am not seeing what is owed back to me, and they mention that there is a woman who works with the collections agency but she also does not seem to exist nor care about ensuring they have the same record that I do of payment. At this time, I would like the overpayment back AND confirmation that they are showing what I have sent but it seems to be a black hole. It is very difficult to know if this company has even looked into what I have inquired about. I feel badly for these workers if their hands are so tied they cant even provide good customer service. Shame on corporate.
I have not had one bad experience with all of these doctors. I recommend them to family and friends all the time
Have been seeing Dr Minter for years, always a pleasant experience. She has a way that just makes an uncomfortable exam... comfortable. I prefer the Voorhees office, can get a quicker appt date.
Dr. L Gildiner, MD was professional and made the pap smear process effortless. Great location in Voorhees!
Beautiful area. Wonderful staff. Kathy was a lovely technician and made me feel 100% comfortable. Thank you
The entire staff is simply amazing ! Each time I go there everyone is so caring and kind! I wish all Dr offices could be this way!
I write this review in hopes this doesnt happen to anyone else, and in hopes it spreads more awareness of doctors who dismiss and treat their patients poorly.I came to Dr Robert Rubino as an emergency appointment because of the severe abdominal pain and bleeding I was having outside of my menstrual cycle. He completely dismissed me and told me the endometriosis and PCOS I had been told I had was false and that it was anxiety and normal symptoms. Less than 24 hours later I was admitted into hospital. I had appendicitis, as well as a cyst removal and was officially diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS. I understand the disease is hard to diagnose, but the sheer lack of care, and the way he tried to make me feel like this was all in my head is unacceptable.I hope in future he takes his patients a little more seriously, and doesnt leave them feeling defeated.
I have been a happy patient of OB/Gyn care of Southern NJ for over 17 years. Today was the first time I’ve been to the new location of this practice, now under Axia Women’s Health. I met with a new (to me) nurse practitioner because the one I’ve seen for years is no longer there. I set up the appointment and came in hoping to have a conversation that would help me find the first steps to deal with some medical/health problems.Today’s visit was the worst I’ve ever had. It was not an exchange between myself and this nurse practitioner. There were minimal questions asked about what I am experiencing. Instead, it like a mini lecture on 2 specific medications, I suspect those influenced by the pharma rep at the front desk trying to take people to lunch. The one place I was referred for additional help appears to be owned by someone at this practice. It felt like the practice has been excessively tainted with influence from pharmaceuticals. I walked out with more questions and feeling so much worse than I walked in.Today will be my last visit and I will be leaving this practice. I am so sorry to see how terribly things seem to have turned.
The Axia doctors at Garden State OBGYN saved my daughters life in my first pregnancy, and saved my own life during my second. They are an amazing team of providers, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. I appreciate the care they have given me.
Everyone is so friendly. Special thanks to Hannah!
I was 15 minutes late for an appointment however I called at the appointment time. Waited in line and than was told that I would have to be rescheduled. The waiting room was full of patients so it was unlikely I would have been seen at the appointment time. I have been a patient for 28 years with Dr Rosen. Very dissatisfied with my the outcome and beside myself and no patient should be treated this way. Sincerely, Lisa Wilkinson
The receptionist was so nice and pleasant. The office is really nice, comfortable and clean. The technician was wonderful. Great, personal experience.
I am extremely frustrated with the billing department. I have paid my bill on time and have a receipt proof, however they are not seeing it applied to my account. The amount was deducted from my account by them. There are no issues from my end. Their billing system is so poor they cant trace this payment. I have repeatedly called the billing department for the past few weeks and have no update or resolution in sight. This is very unacceptable. Trying to escalate to their management.
I Love this office super friends and professional , everyone there is pleasant and welcoming . The midwife Denise delivered my daughter and she was so great and helpful . Definitely recommend them to everyone .
I went to Axia once for a simple check up. I received a bill paid it in full and here it is I received another bill. Mind you, I have insurance and paid the co-pay! Why am I being sent a nil for service that was performed and paid for? I didn’t go back to them because the service was horrible! PPH is much better!
Months after I had procedure done and after clearing up the bill with insurance and the RWHG billing service I was assured we are done with bills and there was not balance due. OVER a year later (Procedure done 10/15 bill received 12/16!) I get a new bill for additional $95 for services. It seems they come up with new billings each time the balance is cleared. Advice - dont tell patients balance is cleared and send new bills. I would not use practice related to this group primarily due to frustrating billing practice.
Excellent experience, professional and great customer service. Very caring staff , respectful, reassuring and answering all patients inquiries. The technician was compassionate, knowledgeable, genuinely concerned and considerate. Very satisfied overall
I met Doctor Ferreira for the first time and he was outstanding! He is great at his job and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend going to him!
Ladies- Find a new doctor for prenatal care. This office commits insurance fraud and will take advantage of you. When I found out I was pregnant, I called Axia and requested a prenatal appointment. On my first prenatal visit (of my first pregnancy, mind you) I was given a form to sign that my urine would be drug tested along with urinalysis, microscopic exam, urine culture etc. I was never told (nor did the form state, or even suggest) that a drug test is NOT standard prenatal care. I found this out when I later received a bill in the mail and my insurance company (who covers 100% costs of prenatal care) explained that I had been given a test that was not considered prenatal care and questioned why I had been given a drug test. I didnt know. I had been given the form by the secretary, along with several other forms to fill out while in the waiting room before I even spoke to a nurse practitioner. I do not use drugs, nor do I have a medical history or disheveled appearance that indicates I might use.So I contacted Axia Womens Health Voorhees to discuss the issue. Beth, their billing manager, told me she was unable to help me and I would have to contact Axia Womens Health Customer Service. I spoke to two customer service representatives who were extremely rude, refused all logic, and continually repeated You signed a form stating that you would take the drug test- Yes I did consent to being drug tested, but I did NOT consent to a drug test that was not considered prenatal. I did NOT KNOW that drug testing was not prenatal care. I was at my first prenatal appointment of my first pregnancy. The form did NOT indicate this, NOR was it ever explained to me by the secretary, nurse practitioner, or doctor.I have never left a review like this in my life, but I feel it is important for other women to know this doctors office is unethical and will take advantage of first-time mothers. I am extremely disappointed in this practice and the service I received.FYI- I have since switched doctors to Advocare Premier Voorhees and I am extremely grateful I did.
I like Dr. Waltz...shes honest and real. Also Dr. Pineda is wonderful. I was also pleased with the two ladies that handled my mammogram..they made it easy and were very kind and patient.
The women in the office are so pleasant and friendly
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Felt like I went to the spa. Everyone so pleasant.
Absolutely horrible practice since they merge. Whoever it is that runs this office should be fired immediately. I’m 100% sure if the doctors found out how there office staff ran this facility they would fire every single one of them. This place only looks at there patients as dollar sign. They absolutely don’t care about your health, if your thinking of using them DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Dr.Cannon at Axia ofVoorhees, NJ is the most caring Obgyn Doctors. He makes you feel at home and is so sincere. The ladies at this office too are kind and friendly.Thankful for such a dynamic Doctor!!
Great staff, super friendly, and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else!
Axia women’s health billing department is the worst facility that I ever dealt with. - insurance fraud is what it’s called. My insurance covers everything except copay, I have confirmed with my insurance several times. Also, when I go to OB office, she gave me the procedure code to check with my insurance company, medical assistance also double confirmed that my insurance will cover every thing. But every month I keep receiving bill from Axia Women’s Health. That’s blood work for pregnant women. On the same day, I have couple procedure, they claimed to my insurance but one procedure they bill me as self pay patient. Excuse me?! I have insurance. Why you claim other blood work to my insurance but only not this one? I even asked my OB, she also told me it should be cover. And she asked me to call the billing department. So the funny story starts now. I called them several times, every time they ask me to pay it. Here are some of unacceptable phone call with billing department.1. One time, the manager (she said she’s the manager) hang up on me right after I asking about this specific procedure charge, which my insurance covers.2. A 50ish 60ish old lady, named Tracy, if I remember it correctly, she lied to me saying that if they claim to insurance, the bill will be couple thousands instead of couple hundred, if insurance doesn’t pay, I have to pay the couple thousands, which does not make any sense. If they claim to my insurance, my insurance doesn’t pay for it, even though I pay it, it will counts as my deductible. If I just payed it without insurance knowing about it, it won’t count as my deductible. No matter what, the insurance should aware of the procedure.3. Tracy again, three people on the phone: insurance rep, Tracy and me. After the insurance rep connected three people together, Tracy did not even let me talk. She keeps lying about the bill, did not even let me talk. Excuse me?! At the end of her speaking, she was like “You are wasting 45mins on the call, why don’t you just pay it?” And I was like ”You are saying I’m wasting 45mins. Did you let me talk?” The insurance rep was also on the phone, and telling Tracy that the procedure is covered by the insurance.4. Also, one time, another insurance rep called them, after talk to them the rep got back to me saying that they refused to file claim to my insurance.Like I said, I have called billing department several times, every single time their attitudes were horrible. It made people don’t even want to deal with them anymore. So, at the end, my insurance suggested me filing medical claim by myself because they refuse to file the claim. The insurance processed the claim and it is 100% covered by insurance. And guess what? I again received the bill from Axia women’s. So I called my insurance, the rep got back to me after talked to the billing department, saying that they won’t send me bill again. The problem solved. But it took 5 months, they send me bill every single month.Axia women’s health billing department is the worst facility that I ever dealt with! Especially the lady that I mentioned above! UNBELIEVABLY!STAY AWAY from here if you don’t want to deal with unnecessary billing issues.
Dr. Conley has been my doctor for almost 30 years. My annual visits are always a pleasure. Hes kind, a great doctor and very professional.
My wife and I were charged an extra $300 unexpectedly by Axia Womens Health for the birth of our baby. We were explicitly told by the insurance company that our total hospital stay and birth would be $300 TOTAL. Make sure you get in writing all the costs that you will be responsible for so youre not blindsided by a $300 bill like we were.
Required testing not done, specimen requested by facility for testing are discarded. Unprofessional staff. Physicians fail to read charts, signed multiple record releases for axia ( garden state ongyn voorhees)to obtain records from other physicians, and for whatever reason axia never gets them. and my visit yesterday made Me feel uncomfortable. It is unprofessional at the least to laugh while a patient is being examined. I do not even feel comfortable voicing concerns during my pregnancy at this point. This is my first pregnancy and i am high risk. Its a shame because i honestly heard nothing but great things about this facility from friends who have gone there. I wish my experience was as wonderful.
Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual staff. Technician was excellent. No pain, very slight discomfort.
Every single bill I get in the mail is wrong and anytime I call no one can help me. I call the first time I pay my bill and the lady says oh no that’s wrong and tacks on $200 to my bill but can’t explain why? The next lady says did you have a baby boy? WHAT! For someone that is trying to have a baby this is so sad ! I will now be involving my attorney
I was impressed because it was busy , but not out of control, seemed very organized. All staff were pleasant and professional. The intake area was prompt from the minute you entered the office.
My wife received a bill that was already being paid on. Got another bill that was marked final notice. Tried calling them but they won’t pick up. Please stop scamming your patients. It’s very dishonest and could result in serious legal consequences.
Very helpful, kind, professional, and excellent staff. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. They are the best.
Great ladies that work there. They walk you through everything and make you feel comfortable. Don’t hesitate to come here for your annual exams!
Writing this review on behalf of my wife. Wife and I went through an unfortunate incident that was left unresolved by her prior doctor. I was told Dr Rubino is the best there is. They were right. He was calm, personable, and talked to my wife about what happened. She immediately called me with good news saying Dr. Rubino put all our concerns to rest. Due to COVID, I wasnt allowed to be there which I understand. Dr. Rubino took the time to personally call me and explain everything he went over with her. My wife said he was calm, compassionate, and treated her like a person. Finally relieved my wife has found a doctor she can trust. Very happy we found Dr. Rubino and Axia WH.
Dr Tara Abella is the best especially if yourepre-menopausal or menopausal. She truly listens & helps you understand what the heck is going on with your body & where the hell your sex drive went lol. Love her and her staff very helpful & always pleasant. ❤
Dr Kaye in Cranford is very good, sweet, caring and gentle and talks to me during my entire exam. I recommend her 100%. The wait time may be long but it’s definitely worth it.
Clean office. Kind staff. Thorough examIve been coming here for 5 years.Hannah is awesome! 😎
This practice is amazing. All the doctors are empathetic and deliver excellent care. I delivered all 3 of my children through this practice and have had nothing but positive experiences.
I came to see her July 23 she put pellets in me I want to share my bad experience 6 weeks after to give me results of blood work she charged me 150 dollars to just receive the results of it all in all this place is only about making money they don’t help people and today she took from me 120 just to tell me if I wanted both follow up visits lasting not even 5 mins. Please don’t support these people.
If youre looking for a new gynecologist, look no further it should be Robyn McLaughlin. She is amazing, very thorough, reassuring, and makes you feel completely comfortable. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful staff, technicians, very little wait time, made me feel super comfortable.
This is my second year getting my mammogram at this location and I feel so comfortable and calm. Everyone is great and so friendly.
Staff is extremely caring and compassionate
The Doctors there really take there time with you and listen to what you have to say. They show that they do care about there patients. The staff there are very friendly and professional. They really make you feel comfortable.
Everyone is friendly, the place is clean. Dr Nathan Watters is so nice and patient. He gives you time to talk about things and makes you comfortable.
The team of AXIA Women’s Health is careful with the paciente , we don’t spend a lot of time in the waiting room. And the assistance is in a good time. Thanks so much.
My daughter was treated unprofessionally at the summerhill rd office in east brunswick. Not very comforting dr when dealing with potential pregnancy loss. Getting a second opinion
Terrible experience! If you want to pay lots of bills after just your blood test you can go there because I even paid my bills still continue sending me lots of bills .Regretfully, I chose for my women problems
Hi , my wife was a patient at one of the Axia health facilities in NJ, and i was a medical resident, after my residency i got COBRA coverage so at the facility they didn’t had the updated info , i ended up paying out of payment n was told it will be refunded, its been 4-5 months, everytime i call the billing department they tell me a different story , the charge was in July , at that time they said that all the delivery charges needed to be cleared first n then they will start the refund , in September when it all got cleared, i was told that the refund is started n will take a month, called after 2 months n was told it was NEVER initiated n she will initiate it n will call me in 2 days , no response, i called back n was told ooh they never started it n she will initiate it now n will call back , still no response, its been 5 months now , i wont expect this kind of customer service even for a retail store , let alone a health care service, sorry to say but its been a night mare n worst experience everBest regardsFarrukh Iqbal M.DA frustrated customer of Axio Health
Wonderful experience. Very caring staff and the surroundings were very tranquil and calming.
Ridiculous! I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to make an appointment at my doctors office where I have been a patient for 20 years.. No one has had the courtesy to pick up the phone back up. Unacceptable.
A great healthcare org, I go to Garden State OBGYN, apart of Axia. They offer so many nice resources and are so helpful especially during COVID times with refilling prescriptions and answering all my questions.
Dr Conley is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 25 years. He is easy to talk & a nice person.
All employees are helpful and kind
Everyone was upbeat and personable at the Axia Breast Center. Hana was my technician and she was professional and caring.
Staff was very professional and kind. The process was quick. I’ll definitely come back 😊
All of they physicians in the group are attentive and take the time to explain and answer questions/concerns. They are so responsive to calls and have a great system to make sure your wait time isn’t bad.
I am giving zero to their customer services, they are just gonna calling and giving u threatening about calling collection center on u bcoz u already made payment and instead of checking their system, they love to threatening their patients . NO ONE DESERVE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR.
Ive been going to see Dr. Abella for years and she has always been very compassionate and informative doctor. The service in the office is quick, friendly, and accommodating.
Love this place. Doctors listen to you, don’t rush and the front desk is very welcoming. All very sweet!
They are professional, friendly and make the patient feel relaxed. I have been coming here for 3 years and would never go anywhere else!!
I love my doctors office but ever since Axia took over billing has been a NIGHTMARE. Dealing with Axias billing department/customer service is such a headache and the staff are so extremely rude.
Exceedingly pleasant and efficient experience. Checked in quickly. Taken right in by technician. As comfortable a process as can be. In and out in 10 minutes or less.
The staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was treated with care and respect. So happy I found this group.
Im so happy to be a patient of this facility, they are very helpful and professional, thank you so much 👍 ❤️
Amazing place and amazing stuff had best experience ever !!. I wish I found them earlier 100% would recommend them
Slow to get to you, rushed when they finally get to you. Not a pleasant experience, we changed OBGyn for my wife’s 1st pregnancy.
