Very efficient office team, personable, attentive doctor with excellent communication skills. I left feeling confident in the plan of care given me on the very first visit. Dr Hoke listened and answered my questions with full eye contact. I would recommend this Doctor and her team to anyone.

Dr. Jones is extremely thorough in the care she provides and one of the kindest most personable Dr. I’ve ever had! She makes you feel so seen, understood and honestly loved. I am abundantly grateful I was under her care for my high risk pregnancy!
The office was immaculate!! It was huge as well.. They had complimentary coffee for the patients and guests. The wait was not as long as I expected. I called Thursday morning and was seen on Monday. A lot of OB/GYN, I always have to wait a whole month to be seen. The staff was very nice.. Dr Marlie was nice!! Her personality is very personable.. A lot of doctors are very serious but in a serious situation, it’s good to just have a sense of humor and laugh with your doctor to allievate any stress.. This is the first black and female gynecologist that I’ve had and the experience was great. As a woman of color, she knows about our ingrown hairs and just natural womanly stuff.. I will recommend her to my family and friends..
Dr. Tung is the best! Straight forward and to the point. She really has your best interest at heart. The nursing staff and front desk are super friendly and the check in/check out process is super smooth. I would recommend this place to any woman. The office is great!

I had called to informed that I was running behind schedule due to Police blocking entrance to Southern Blvd. I would say after I arrived, check in -great, friendly personality. Medical Assistant (s) - Ms. Karin & Angel overall very professional, friendly, caring, supportive attitude. I loved my new provider - Mrs. Yuleit Pozo Martínez outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, professional, great, patient. I had not done a Pap smear for about 8 years ago. I had a previous unpleasant experience with Pap smear. The Nurse practitioner-Mrs. Martinez heard me my concerns & helped me with my nerves. Great experience with Pap smear, no complaints. I would say that Mrs. Donna has a very pleasant, friendly, patient, wonderful vibe with patients. especially first time mammo being done. At checkout-Ms. Sirrina she is great, wonderful, friendly attitude & patient with patients. Overall, I’m extremely grateful & impressed with the services. 20 stars ⭐️
Dr Jones and Dr Johnson are professional, knowledgeable and comforting doctors. Speaking about the potential pregnancy risks can be uncomfortable but the empathy these doctors have to take the time to provide information is so comforting. I don’t know that I would’ve been able to enjoy this journey without them on my corner.
After using for over a decade I get an abnormal result on my Pap test. I was able to get my Mamo test results on-line, I new something was wrong when I could not get my Pap online. I called and left messages, three (3) weeks after my test I get a letter telling me they cannot reach me. The number of the letter has a voice mail that lasts 1min 56 seconds and the only option is to leave a message! I received a call two days later. I asked what number they had, my number is correct on file, how come there were no voice mails? we tried to reach you was the response I get. I am scared of what can be wrong with me, the service was great as long I was in a good state of health, I never had to call other than to make an appointment. If you are sick, just be ready to leave voice mails! I am changing to get a doctor that will call me back.
Beautiful office space with complimentary coffee machine (they won me over). Dr Umeh was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I felt she listened to my concerns and gave me good medical advice. I am happy with my visit to my new provider.
I actually love the tranquility of this office; is very detailed oriented specific to women’s health and wellbeing. All my procedures have been done by very kind women who are so self conscious about the role they play in women’s health. Thank you for the amazing service you provide here for young, middle aged and older women.
Only rich people are allowed to have babies here. I felt strange there even at my first appointment because nothing was fully explained to me. I had told Dr. Di Leo I definitely was NOT 11 weeks pregnant because I had tested myself a month earlier and it was negative. She ordered a blood test. She said she wanted to make sure it wasn’t an ectopic pregnancy. She explained that it was a pregnancy on the outside of the uterus. But I already knew that type is not survivable for the baby but she did not even explain that part. The blood test showed that I was somewhere between 5-7 weeks. I then had an ultrasound. I have to say, Nicole the ultrasound tech was the only positive thing about my experience. She let me know I was almost 7 weeks pregnant. Then, on the online patient portal, it had a note from Dr. Di Leo stating, “Your ultrasound looks good, looks like you arent as far along as you thought.” I was so confused why she stated that when I did not think I was farther along than what I was. It was so out of line. I tried to go to my next appointment, I believe to discuss what to expect and what genetic testing that should be done. It wasn’t until I got to my appointment, they gave me this paper to sign stating that I would pay a prepayment close to $2,000 for my delivery in the next 3 months. I didn’t understand why I had to pay so much so far ahead of time. I sent them an online message stating I walked out since I was not notified ahead of time concerning how much I would have to pay. The girl replied saying it showed that the document was reviewed on such and such date. The document online was not even the quote they gave me at the appointment. The document only stated that I would responsible for whatever the insurance didn’t cover. I feel like the clinic is more concerned about being defensive than it is about communication. I got a notification saying I had a new prescription available. This is after I made it clear I was not coming back. There was no note from the doctor explaining why or anything. I had to look it up online to know what the actual difference was. It was supposed to be better for my nausea. So I thought okay, I’ll go ahead and get it. The pharmacy said they didn’t fill it because it isn’t covered by insurance. I do not understand why this practice cannot communicate but it is really unnerving to someone who is pregnant for the first time.
Dr. Riley is simply one of the best doctors I have ever met. Everyone I sent her thinks so as well. She is caring, extremely intelligent and thorough. I wish more people were like her. The office staff is friendly and the facility is clean and efficient. I appreciate them all very much.
I was in to see Dr Edward’s. The nurse did a thorough checklist of procedures that can be done. The nurse was also very kind Dr Edward’s was very thorough and referred me to some different medical for some of the test.Dr Edward’s was thorough, kind, and is trying to get me the best she can. I’m very impressed with Dr Edward’s as well as the whole Conviva center. Thank you very much guys.
My experience was good. I’ve been a patient about 3 years now the last MD I had was my most comfortable experience. I’ll definitely be requesting her going forward. The one complaint I have is, wish the MD would review my file so she familiar with my medical history.
Dr. Thomas always delivers the best care out of any Dr. I have ever had. I never feel rushed at any appointment and always have plenty of time to get all my questions answered. He is very personable, kind and caring not to mention he saved my daughter and my life when he had to perform an emergency cesarian section due to me hemorrhaging at 36 weeks.
Having a baby should be such a wonderful experience. If you want to have a wonderful, healthy, positive experience, I would highly SUGGEST not coming here. Each time I have visited, each visit has been awful and the delayed billing or magical increases are not ideal. Go find somewhere else.
I brought my wife and found an excellent service. From the people in the front desk, to the nurses, the doctor, everyone is very attentive, kind and compassionate. Juliet was great and very informative. Would recommend 100%.
Dr. Catalina Orellana is absolutely amazing. She was my doctor during my pregnancy and I just went back to see her for a Pap smear and not only she made me feel very comfortable, she also was took the time to address all my questions and concerns. So grateful for the excellent care that Dr. Catalina provides to patients!
Catalina Orellana is quick and efficent and will make the whole process painless. Check in could be quicker, this office gets super busy. Even with an appointment you are waiting a good 20 mins after checking for the specialist.
Highly recommend. I scheduled first time visit, the persone on the phone was very friendly, help me to schedule the right appointment, she answered all my question, took all my information, the whole experience was very easy.. ( my prior dr office never answered the phone).By the time I arrive to my appointment I did not had to wait, front desk took all my information, ( they have 4 front desk ladies, all friendly). When I finish all my check in paperwork it to 5 min to call me in. NURSE WAS FANTASTIC. She was smiling at all times, she talk to me and make me feel comfortable. ( I am always nervous when I go to my doctor office).I got to see a nurse practitioner Catalina Orellana, she is great, friendly and professional. She takes the extra time to answered all your questions and explain everthing in a way you can understand. She also speaks Spanish, if you need it.Office make everthing easy. I really recommend it.
Had a great experience at my recent well-woman check up. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. Genevieve Umeh, MD was very efficient and she made great conversation as the appointment continued. I felt at ease and care for. Same with the mammogram. The staff was caring and made what could be an awkward situation easy and not stressful.
Awful experience!!!!!!! They are the worst! My wife and I scheduled the nuchal translucency ultrasound weeks ago, got there 15 minutes before, and they kept us waiting for an hour; when they finally called us, the ultrasound tech did not have the experience to perform the test, I had to request help from a different employee.Also, they scheduled the consultation with a different doctor without asking, despite the fact that we had been specifically referred to Dr. Jones.Last, they kept us waiting in the hallway until one of the stuff members ended her phone call, showing no consideration whatsoever for my pregnant wife and my 20 month old daughter, and to make matters worse, we then realized that they took us to a private room to ask questions about my wifes medical history because they did not have her records... they had weeks to confirm receipt, review and request additional information from OBGYN if needed... weeks!!!!!!! Truth be told, we felt so mistreated that we left without even seeing Dr. Jones, therefore, we cannot express an informed opinion about this doctor. Overall experience was horrible, I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism before.
My friend had a disappointing experience with this office. the Hispanic Doctor YULIET POZO MARTINEZ, NP, APRN and the black girl Thompson, that does the ultra sounds. Despite trust, I felt their lack of knowledge led to unnecessary stress and incorrect.I hope the practice takes steps to improve their expertise and communication to provide better care for patients. Until then, I would HIGHLY recommend exploring alternative options for your healthcare needs. Furthermore, the nurses were not helpful and made assumptions regarding miscarrying, about her care without fully understanding her concerns. When asked follow-up questions, she told she would be charged extra, which felt unfair. I hope the office takes my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. Improved sanitation and more compassionate, communicative staff are essential for quality patient care. Until then, I would caution others to seek care elsewhere. I highly recommend little bellies. They were able to accommodate her and gave her proper accurate information!
I am incredibly disappointed by the utter disrespect and unprofessionalism that this office displayed today. I had a 3:50pm Annual Visit scheduled in which I had to leave work early in order to arrive by 3:40pm. I was not brought back for screening (blood pressure, etc.) for 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was then brought into an exam room and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to even be seen. I stuck my head out the door at one point and kept saying hello? hello?.. when no one answered or came to check on me, I decided to redress and leave around 5:10pm. The nurse had no idea that the doctor failed to come into the room and when I explained how upset I was the doctor came out just to throw her hands in the air and say well, Im ready now... no apology or explanation. I work in a medical office and we would NEVER allow our patients to be treated like this. Delays happen, I know, but communication and professionalism is key. Will not be returning or recommending this office to anyone. Giant waste of my time.. so disappointed.
Dr. Tung is AMAZING!! she attended to my pregnancy and after. She was always available to address any and all of my concerns. Being that I am not a spring chicken LOL she explained all the pros and cons of pregnancy, labor and delivery. Now that I’ve had my daughter she is just as attentive to my physical and mental health.
Now I was treated so kind and this office is truly something special..Everyone made me feel heard and respected .. Dr.Catallina is just heaven sent..She listens to your concerns and really think of your best outcome..Im very pleased with my experience with OBGYN Specialist ..

This was the upmost unprofessional experience I ever had in my life. I couldn’t imagine any other person going through what I went through. First just for only 2 visits paying close to $1000 was ridiculous. To be told well you have the worst insurance by front desk which I didn’t think blue cross blue shield was the worst!! To going for a visual of baby ultrasound and the tech having your information in incorrect trying to correct her but her headphones was to loud she felt she was correcting me stating I’m only 2 weeks pregnant when I repeatedly told her that I am 6 weeks almost 7 weeks. To her saying oh well idk your history and saying she didn’t see ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING on the ultrasound. In my mind you are supposed to go ask for help especially learning the person is was further then you thought. Nope she came back with a slip stating we needed to pay more money in order to even know why it’s nothing visible. We paid and was told we would be seen at 9:30am only to be seen close to 11am !! Where at that point my blood pressure was 134/100 The NP Martinez didn’t even care she basically told me and my boyfriend it’s the same thing from the last visit 2 weeks ago and maybe I am going to have a miscarriage and I need to have blood test to see baby growth . Well you are the professional why didn’t you just check yourself??!!! Instead you took advice from a tech who didn’t even know how far along I was!!!!! We left got the blood work and went to get a second opinion. Little bellies saved my day they found all sacs and fetal tube and we heard my baby heartbeat . So it went from absolutely nothing is there to everything a baby needs to develop is there!!! I never will step foot in this place again and I pray people get the corrective actions needed!!!!! This is my 2nd child but my boyfriend first and seeing him cry after NP YULIET Martinez told us we will be miscarriaging without even verifying herself hurt me to the core. A MANDATORY EMPLOYEE CHANGES NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE!!!!!! You guys lost my trust and the trust of many people I know !!!!

I visited OB/GYN Specialists of The Palm Beaches for the first time in March 2024 and I can definitely say I wish I knew about this office when I was pregnant with my children. The office is HUGE, so you won’t fill crowded if you have to wait with other patients, it’s clean and well kept, there is a LabCorp onsite, and Yuliet Pozo Martinez, APRN is an amazing nurse practitioner who made me feel very welcomed. She had conversations, listened to my questions, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I only gave it a four star because the wait was a little too long for me, but overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The only reason I gave them four stars because I didnt particularly visit for myself but with someone else. The waiting room is clean, they have an awesome coffee machine. Hint: never drink coffee on an empty stomach 😂. I loved the water lights, very fancy if I should say. I cant speak on the restroom because I didnt have to use it. The staff are super friendly too.As far as I saw everything was good.
I have moved recently in the USA and advised to chose carefully the OBG Clinic. I saw good reviews on this Clinic! Ive been waiting for more then an hour for my turn until I left! Very unorganised and careless towords their patiance ! They dont deserve my money!
Being in my late 80ies I havent seen a gynecologist for many years. To visit Dr. Margulies made me feel kind of uneasy. The visit was an awesome experience. Dr. Margulies is down to earth, speaks very clearly and explained understandable my health issues. She proposed a natural and totally noninvasive treatment. Its very reassuring to be in the care of Dr. Hoke. She has addressed and fixed concerns and issues Ive chronically been dealing with. She is very professional and courteous. She presents confidence and comfort when delivering her thoughts and specific interventions to address your issues. Very thankful she has given some comfort and peace back to me. I completely suggest seeing her for exceptional care. Her staff is also supportive and friendly and brings ease with each appointment.
I love love love this place . I always feel awkward going into doctors offices like these but this office in particular was above and beyond nice . And not just one of them but EVERYONE!!! I was pleasantly surprised and very soon all my anxiety from having to be there to begin with just faded. Dr.Hoke explained everything no matter how small with every question I had in great detail . I no longer felt icky to be at the doctor . I felt welcomed . This place gets my TOP rating and if I could give it higher , I would . Thank y’all so so much for taking your time with patients and treating us like friends, people instead of just another number . Eternally grateful ☺️

Dr. Catalina is a great person, she is very professional. However the FMLA department is very unprofessional. I was discharged from the practice due to FMLA department downstairs off of 45th street (TAYLOR) to be exact took my paperwork right before Thanksgiving to be completed, a week before christmas break my FMLA paperwork was still not completed. I called and spoke to several people and they gave me incorrect information concerning my paperwork. I then got very upset and told them off. I delivered my daughter on 2/08 and when I went to make an appointment for postpartum, theyd discharg me saying I was rude and disrespectful to staff. They then allowed me to come in for my postpartum after they realized they were in error. The day of my appointment I signed my paperwork for tubal ligation. They called me a week later stating that I couldnt have the surgery due to me being discharged. The office in Wellington and Boca is a great office. The 45th street location is the worst.
I spoke with a young lady (Deedee or Didi) this morning who went above and beyond to help me (FIRST PERSON) find a midwive.. she was very friendly and picked up ready help now I can’t wait to meet midwive and excited to start my journey with OBGYN SPECIALIST

I had a follow up visit with Robin, a PA at this location. The most frustrating part of the visit was finding parking. Unless you want to use valet parking, you could end up circling the lot a few times.This is a popular, busy practice, but the wait times were minimal. The staff is courteous and professional.Robin was very friendly and knowledgeable. She understood my hesitation about new treatments. She patiently answered all my questions about available options, success rate and Medicare coverage. She was very enthusiastic and positive about all the treatments. She was also transparent about any downsides.Robin was so thorough that, by the end of the visit, the only thing left was for me to make a decision and an appointment. Overall it was a great experience.
Everyone here is always so professional and still so friendly, including Dr. Laura Weston and Dr. Sharon Ross. The little touches like warming the exam gowns for the comfort of their patients and the serene atmosphere feels more like a visit to a spa than my doctor. ☺And the efficiency of how this office runs cant be beat!
FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE! Dr.Tung has been my OB since 2020 & delivered both my baby boys...Im super grateful to her. I had the unfortunate luck to have had her partner Ada Farmer perform my 2nd son’s circumcision Aug 2023 at Jupiter Medical.While the procedure went ok, their billing process has been an absolute nightmare.My husband & I both have Aetna Health insurance & my plan has covered all of my medical expenses.I received an electronic notice in Sept that I owed $500 for the circumcision so I called Aetna to investigate.They informed me that the bills within the 1st month of the baby’s life needed to be billed to my husband’s Aetna plan instead of mine because his birthday was earlier in the year than mine.He made the notation for those claims that had been denied but didn’t see the one for the circumcision.He said the practice probably needed to bill it & at that point he would connect the policies & make sure the service was paid since circumcision is covered at 100%.I informed OBGYN’s office a so they can notate the account. I didn’t hear back from the office but on Jan 15(4 months later)I received a call from ACSI informing me the practice had put me in collections for non-payment.I was shocked since I thought this had been taken care of after I had taken the time during maternity leave with a newborn to call & address this months ago.So today, I called the OBGYN office and spoke to a woman on the line to try to clarify the situation.I told her how likely they had not billed the circumcision correctly since it probably needed to be billed to my husband’s insurance & that I would be happy to provide the information so they could get paid.She rudely replied that it is too late because it is already in collections & that it is my responsibility to pay the bill due to the contract I signed.The contract I signed said that I was responsible for anything not covered by insurance, however, if the practice didn’t bill it properly or had issues billing it is 100% up to them to call the patient for information they need.She said they didn’t even have the baby’s name which again for the 1st week of life is SUPER standard and billable regardless since the Pediatrician and Jupiter Medical all billed with “BabyBoy” & his date of birth.I called collections and let them know I was disputing the bill.I then called Aetna & they searched all claims and could not locate the $500 bill from Dr. Farmer.Aetna rep advised it was best to do a 3 way call with the practice so she called them & asked when the service was given and when it was billed.Obgyn billing agent then became very rude & said that they never billed it because they didn’t have the correct billing information(they always did) and didn’t have the baby’s actual name.When I tried to explain that the baby’s name was irrelevant for billing the first month of life she abruptly interrupted me & said “to our practice it is relevant like I already told you on the phone earlier and it was up to U to call us to give the name!” I told her the hospital updated the name and since the service happened at the hospital they could have called Jupiter Medical or me for the information and again she interrupted “it is UR responsibility to call us!WE are not going to call the hospital.” When I told her I DID call shortly after the baby was born she said “well we notate all our calls and I don’t see any record of you calling in my system!”She became so obscenely disrespectful to me & the Aetna rep that I asked to be forwarded to the Practice Manager.She said “Yeah that’s fine. Here you go. GOODBYE!”.I ended up in Stephanie’s VM.Aetna rep empathized with me and said the practice’s billing agent was extremely unethical & unprofessional to a patient trying to help resolve THEIR billing issues.She asked that once the Practice Manager returns my call to do a 3 way with Aetna again to help resolve the issue. I spoke to legal counsel & will be filing a formal COMPLAINT against the practice with the ATTORNEY GENERAL. How can U send a patient to collections without EVEN BILLING HER INSURANCE!?!?
Always had a good experience at this location, with providers and staff. I make sure to check in ahead of time and be prepared for the appointment, parking can be a struggle sometimes, but the staff and providers are great. They communicate effectively, have good bedside manners, and assist you with your needs. The cleanliness and layout of the building is well kept and clean.

Id leave zero stars if that were an option. I waited over 30 minutes for NP Kris Jones to come into the room. She never came in so I left. Such a waste of my time. I would never suggest this doctors office to anybody.
The customer service on the phone is subpar to begin with. When I went to my appointment I wasn’t even greeted good morning. Then I had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen when I had an appointment! When I finally saw Dr Thomas I didn’t feel cared for completely and I felt like no compassion was given for my situation honestly. I wasn’t rushed but I definitely did not feel seen. Then when my blood work results were to be relayed to me in two days, I got no call and when I called on the third day, the call was returned HOURS later to tell my over the phone nonchalantly that I had a miscarriage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOSPITAL OR THE DOCTOR!
NOT A COMPASSIONATE PROVIDER. If you’re looking for doctors who consider your physical pain or concerns, you’re in the wrong place. They’re dismissive, rude, and seem annoyed you’re even visiting. If you need an IUD, they’ll only give you Tylenol for the pain and dismiss your concerns about the procedure. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.
I’ve been here for over 3 years, I started at the Wellington location and then found this gem closer to home. They are always able to get me in asap if need be. The office is clean and the staff is helpful. All the doctors I’ve encountered have been great but Yuliet Pozo Martinez, APRN stands out.
Literally horrible. Horrible service, horrible experience, 0 responsiveness. I had to go to this gynecologist 2x and both were bad experiences. First time I waited for over 45 minutes for my appointment and she forgot to do a test I asked for. Second time I had to have a procedure done that I took medication for but I still waited 2 hrs at the doctors office after my appointment time 2 HOURS!! On top of that the doctor was so insensitive and honestly just seemed annoyed to be there and tried to rush me out of the whole thing. The experience was so traumatic I cried for the rest of the day. On top if that I had asked to get additional testing done (that they forgot the first time) during the procedure and she “forgot” again so I couldn’t get it done. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I have had multiple friends also have issues with this office and I would never recommend to anyone - this doctors office is truly the worst I have experienced. As a woman looking out for other women - save yourself and go somewhere else.

I waited to see Dr Hoke for 8 months, and it was worth it, the staff are wonderful, nice professional. Dr Hoke was extremely knowledgable, and we put together a plan for my IC, which flared last year, so it’s been awful, my regular urologist wanted me to see someone who specializes in IC as my meds just stopped working. I’m so relieved I am now getting instillations with steroids and heprin the PA was so gentle, really so grateful I have found this practice, it’s given me some hope. I’m a retired medic/ff and worked ER too, so I do have some knowledge on how one treats patients, and knowledge of Dr’s, This place is excellent …
I recently moved to WPB area and needed to find an OBGYN urgently as I am 33 with major maternal medical history and my mother will not be able to overcome her ovarian stage 4. I was immediately welcomed, Dr Orellana was very informative and helped relieve me of my own unknown medical concerns. She walked me through a tailored plan due to family history so I can be extra preventative unlike the others unfortunately. I am grateful the office was prompt for appointments, lab results and future scheduling for ultasounds, mammograms etc. I have already referred her to another new friend in town. Highly recommend.
I must admit I was a bit nervous the first time I visited Dr Tanya Hokes office for an appointment.Walked in & her staff members were quite warm and friendly enough, I figured the day must be going well for them. I was called in and met Dr. Hoke, she came in with an awesome smile and so much warmth which made me relax immediately.She listened to me with no judgments, asked questions without sarcasm & she didnt cut me off in midspeach. She actually LISTENEDand explained in detail what her next moves would be .. And this was only on day one. Its been like that ever since! . I would give a 0 if I could. The service that I have received or the lack there of was horrible. At 28 weeks I came to them for an appointment that was scheduled 2 months ago to for an ultrasound and they were not helpful at all. I had switched my care to them months ago asked if there was anything else I needed to provide on my end they told me no but now theyre saying my paperwork never transferred or I was never accepted as a patient. I have to say I wouldnt wish this level of car on my worse enemy. That said I WILL NEVER COME TO THEM FOR CARE AGAIN.
Office is horrible I’m currently 5 months pregnant. Been coming since I was 2 months. And every time I had an appointment they make me wait more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. I’ve waiting 2 hours before. And every time I call I’m either placed on hold or transferred to someone else. I’m currently in the middle of switching Obgyns and will never return. I normally do not make bad reviews. But they do not respect people’s time. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Upon arrival staff was very professional. Check-in was quick and easy. Minimum waiting time. Dr. Hoke was wonderful. My issues were addressed with respect and understanding. I was given time to explain my reasons for the visit and given every opportunity to ask questions. She took the time to explain her ideas for treatment and gave new options beyond what others always give. I was very happy with my experience.
The wait time is ridiculous at this location and the staff have their favorites that they will pull before everyone else. Be prepared to spend at least 3hrs max. Worst Obgyn ever office ever. Don’t waste your time.
Hello. I had a horrible experience with Palms West Hospital. When I arrived to PW on the stretcher from Lakeside Hospital I didn’t have a team ready to deliver my baby. As I was coming from Lakeside I was dilated at 3cm but when I arrived at PW it was time to push. The night nurse Mrs/Ms.Michelle was screaming that she needed help after checking my vagina to see how far I’ve dilated. Once the nurses came in, Dr.James Alonzo came in with an attitude and looked at me stating, “Why are you yelling?”. I was having a freaking contraction & pushing the baby out at the same time. He was so unprofessional. Once my son came out he tossed my baby on my chest. My boyfriend & I asked why did he do that. Dr.Alonzo stated twice, “I did not.” Then eventually he said “Thats what we do here”. My boyfriend asked why was he being so rude & throwing my baby, Dr.Alonzo stated, “Don’t talk to me. Why didn’t you just go to Wellington Hospital instead of coming here”. I talked with the CEO Jason and Chief Cheryl about my experience. I’m sure this whole thing will try to be swept under the rug because it’s obviously no one cares. Neither staff I talked with besides Labor & Delivery Director Rachel & Social Services staff seemed to have cared about my experience. Jason not Cheryl haven’t even attempt to call me to see how I was doing after I left to even show they care (even if they don’t). I was depressed the entire time I was in the hospital. My baby was in the NICU with a raw bleeding buttock. I have took upon myself to reach out to a lawyer. I’m not the biggest complainer but this experience was so hurtful & depressing I had to take it a step further. Dr.Alonzo should be out of a job & license need to be revoked. Also, when I was placed in the postpartum department l didn’t get to see a nurse until 9am or 9pm when shift starts @7a or 7pm. As a licensed nurse myself, I always checked on my patients as soon as I get report on my patients. I have time stamps in my phone for everyday I was there & the times I was given medication. I do not recommend anyone to this hospital. I will continue to post about my experience on any and every social media, or website that I can think of. PALMS WEST SUCKS!!!!Lastly, Dr.Alonzo prescribed me the medication Cipro which didn’t indicate why I needed the antibiotics but when I went to pick up my medication from the pharmacy the script was never sent over which it stated on my discharge summary that I was prescribed the medication. I went back to the hospital the following day to get my son from the NICU & while at it, I went to the nurse’s station to see about getting the script but no one couldn’t tell me how I can get it filled. I was only told to go see my OBGYN to see if I can be given the antibiotics.
Highly recommend any woman going through menopause to please see Dr Bonilla have a consultation learn how he can help. He’s really awesome very knowledgeable he explains everything. You never feel rushed and he listens to you he wants to know how you truly are feeling and wants to help.
Everyone in this office where so kind. Yes sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but, I never felt rushed when it was my turn. I was kept informed of the wait that I knew I was not being over looked.
Dr Tanya Hoke is a fantastic doctor. She was referred to me by my primary OB/GYN and a family member. She is very knowledgeable, has an excellent bedside manner, listens to and addresses your concerns and is really efficient in the care that she administers. Highly recommend her and her office, as her staff is wonderful as well.
Terrible experience, I went to see Midwife Marlie similien, because I wanted to have a healthy more natural labor and pregnancy this time around. The staff advised me she does not like to be considered a midwife. She actually doesn’t deliver children.. so why are you guys having me meet with someone and why would you have her listed as a midwife? True waste of time. I’ve already switched to a different OB because having to go somewhere separate for your labs is just a big inconvenience while pregnant. This office needs to make sure these things are listed in the providers BIO on their website, so people know what to expect. Two stars for the M.A’s for having good bedside manners.
This is my first time to this facility and I was honestly surprised at how beautiful, clean and inviting the office was. The atmosphere just in the lobby is super nice and inviting and all the staff is super sweet and helpful. Dr. Gomez is the first male doctor I’ve ever had just due to personal preferences but I don’t think I’ll go to another doctor until he leaves the practice. He is so respectful, sweet, kind, thorough in his work and gets to the point. When he said we were done I said what already? I couldn’t believe how quick it was and I didn’t feel a thing! I’ll recommend him to anybody I can.
I saw the nurse practioner Akilah at the Northpoint Parkway location on a Tuesday for an IUD insertion and all she told me was to expect some mild discomfort and discharge the day of, and that was okay. 2 days after Im pulling strange crumps of stuff like tissue paper coming out my vagina. I called and came in and waited over an hour to see her, and she was irritated and overtalking me. I felt like I was bothering her and wished I requested another doctor that maybe cared about what was happening to me after the procedure. I wont be seeing her again after today. I feel uncomfortable to even go through with the visit but needed to know what was happening.
Staff was nice Dr. Desmond Thomas, MD not very professional. He did not care much about my consultation and briefly told me about the surgery procedure and laugh as he was informing me. He gave me a really bad feeling and was looking at me very weird. He said you will be sleep and I will cut you and take care of everything. I did not feel safe with him. I will never return there for anything.I never felt like that in any Dr. Consultation with a male. I went home and told my husband how I felt and that I was scared he would touch me.Go somewhere else do not go there and seen him.
I was forgotten in the lobby for 45 minutes after an extremely painful procedure that no one prepared me for. I had to hunt a nurse down to find my doctor just to have a 1 minute conversation. I left, still in pain, feeling betrayed and violated. The procedure made me feel like I was being gutted and no one even cared! They patronized me saying “sorry it was a little crampy.” I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Its always a disaster with scheduling, having to change doctors every time, no one returning emails or calls and a general lack of information or misinformation. Find somewhere better as I will be doing.

I had my last visit with Dr. Hoke/Kris Jones on March 3, 2023. It was my last visit only because I am relocating out of Florida. This office is top drawer from the moment you enter the door. The staff is well informed and efficient and check in is smooth. I have never waited to be called to see the provider more than 15-20 minutes, and even that long is rare.I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hoke and her staff. Her Medical Assistants are warm and friendly, and surprisingly, always remembered my name and many personal details. Kris is absolutely wonderful. She is friendly and takes great interest in your care and treatment. And finally, Dr. Hoke! How I am going to miss her!!! She is an extremely competent surgeon and dead on diagnostician. Those two issues are of vital importance, but as an added bonus, she is delightfully friendly, puts you immediately at ease with her warm and caring approach, and genuinely cares about your well being. Dr. Hoke is anything but the “typical” surgeon. Now that I’ve said all this, I may have to fly back for my yearly check ups with Dr. Hoke. I am a devoted patient and know, without a doubt, she can not be replaced!
This office is EXTREMELY slow with handling paperwork. I have rescheduled my appointment now 3 times because of a faulty error and LACK of communication on their behalf. I’ve missed my 20 week check up as a transfer patient and have YET to be seen and I’m now 24 weeks pregnant it’s nothing but STRESS at this point since I have to take initiative to contact my pcp and insurance to get a referral and check it’s status. The LEAST this office could have done was request it to be expedited. UPDATE: instead of this office fixing the issue I got a call from the supervisor Ms.Bristol 5/18/23 canceling my appointment they had scheduled for 5/19/23 AND TERMINATED my care because of this google review. I asked to speak to her boss rather than making this drastic decision Director Marisol has yet to contact me back.
Dr. Thomas is an excellent OB!Back in 2021 I ended up in the ER for an emergency C-section at 37 weeks pregnant due to decreased fetal movement. Dr. Thomas happened to be the doctor on call that day and performed my c-section. He moved really fast and was thorough. Unfortunately 3 days later we lost our son.When we found out we were pregnant again, our desire was to have a vaginal birth. I realized Dr. Thomas was one of the OB’s at the practice and remembered he did my previous c-section so I appealed to him for a trial of labor. We were believing for a successful VBAC and he was really encouraging and remained positive with each visit.He did everything he could to make sure I gave birth vaginally and remained hands-off as much as possible throughout my labor and for that I’m so grateful. His shift had ended and Dr. Gomez took over and delivered. We ended up having successful VBAC and a beautiful healthy baby girl!Thank you Dr. Thomas + Dr. Gomez 🙏
Thank you for making this response site very easy to understand.. I love Dr. Nieto And her appointment was outstanding.She is a superb physician and a compassionate one. However the experience in the waiting room was not as good .The young woman in charge was good but she was limited because there were too many people and she was not checking temperatures.,The checkout experience was not improved either. One person with a very long wait, also. I understand they had just opened up to general clientele but there were too many of us in there! It was quite disappointing., registration procedures need to be streamlined most certainly! Kudos for your concern for us all.
Never in my life have been treated so badly at a obgyn office until today at the North Point parkway office , starting with the very rude nurse Taylor and ending with the nurse practitioner Dr . Akilah Sabassa . My privacy was invaded and I feel as though they are now trying to strip you of you unalienable rights as a women and that’s something I will never stand for and though I am now discharged from this office I will continue to let my peers and other people know that this is not the office you want for your maternity care they don’t care about your privacy in real life they just want something to add to statistic census .
Dr.Umeh is the best! She made me feel less of a patient but more like family that she is caring for. She delivered my son and provided the best possible care for me during my pregnancy and my postpartum journey so far. I would highly recommend her to anyone in needing of a obgyn physician.
My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Nieto. I had to wait 3 1/2 months for my appointment as a new patient! However, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I had completed my paperwork online and after waiting maybe 10 minutes I was shown to a room and was seen within 4 to 5 minutes by the doctor. She was extremely pleasant and explained everything to me in detail. She was patient as I asked questions and did not make me feel like she was in a hurry at all. I have to have outpatient surgery and have not been notified of the date for that yet, But so far my experience has been very positive. The office was clean and very nicely decorated and has a super coffee/cappuccino machine. Very nice touch!
Visit was friendly and informative. I left there feeling that my problem will be dealt with.

Overall I have not had a bad experience here. For the most part everyone has been informative and nice. However, today was the first time I had a bad experience with the ultrasound tech (this is probably my 6th ultrasound - and never experienced this before) Taylor was very rude, not informative, she got mad when I was asking her to tell me what I was looking at, overall it was a horrible experience and do not want her as a tech again. For me to come on here and leave a review takes a lot as I don’t typically do this but I did not have a good experience at all with her. And this is the last thing you want to experience when you are looking at your baby.

Dr. Desmond Thomas is the first ob/gyn doctor to perform an annual exam (ob/gyn) that wasnt uncomfortable. I dreaded these visits each year- and with him I feel no discomfort. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Friendly, professional ,doesnt rush you and answers all questions on the spots. Highly recommend him specifically in this practice. Also the mammogram tech Donna is gentle, kind and performs the mammogram with ease and no discomfort. She is amazing! the best Ive experienced in 52 years.

I like this place. I don’t know about others but this place, I feel comfortable coming here. All my visits were good. Ive had Ultrasound pics here, pregnancy check up appointments, blood work, and IUD inserted here. My last visit was with Dr. Marlie Similien and she was nice and helpful ☺️. No problems with this place i recommend it. Great staff, great doctors/nurses and secretaries. ❤️
I was referred as a high risk pregnancy to this office two years ago and the care I received far exceeded my expectations. I met Dr Thomas my first visit and continued seeing him throughout my pregnancy, and saw different providers occasionally. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. All the nurses and techs are extremely pleasant. The level of cleanliness and professionalism at all of their locations is unmatched. Despite being high risk, I felt extremely comfortable and safe in their care. I would highly recommend this practice.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Amy Banooni after many years hearing her name. She was friendly, efficient, and informative. I look forward to continuing with her when she is available for future visits.I have never had a problem at any of my visits to the practice. This visit was just as comfortable as the others!
Experience was awful and like a factory. The doctor without knowing what was really going on with my body told me I need more intense workouts due to my weight gain. Also, I was referred to two other doctors who could not see me and the staff told me to call my insurance. I did not receive the care I came there for and felt as if I wasted my time and got no resolution as to what is going on with my hormones and body. It was very upsetting.
I am very disappointed with them at the moment. I got my lab results back on Thursday which required me to go on 2 prescriptions. When I went to the pharmacy 4 hours later I was told my prescriptions haven’t been sent over to come back later or the next day. I’ve been calling the office since Friday morning and here we are on Tuesday still without my prescriptions and now my symptoms have increased worse than when I initially got my results!
Dr. Falzone is top notch in the OBGYN world. He is personable, takes the time to help you understand, and knowledgeable in all he does. I hope he can continue to be my OB for years to come.

Disorganized place and awful customer service. Stay away! They have very poor time management. This office overbooks patients and they keep patients waiting for over an hour without seeing the doctor, and without any kind of explanation. But if the patient is late a few minutes, then no mercy - they do not wait. The staff could do some workshops in customer care. They are rude, and do not know how to handle customer concerns.
Only two ultrasound technicians were pleasant with me , one of them worked with Dr Quintero. As for the one that worked with Dr Morel she is extremely insensitive and should not be in her field. I was supposed to do a repeat anatomy scan and 3d ultrasound because my baby had lots of complications. This lady went through the ultrasound so fast and the end when we questioned what happened she just blurts out “your baby has no heartbeat”. Please keep in my mind this was my first baby. She had no type of sympathy. Another thing about this office, you can show up 20 minutes early, but expect to be called 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I will never come back to this location.
My experience from walking in the door and checking in to checking out was a true pleasure and a relief. Im new to Florida, coming from New Jersey. I felt so welcomed. Receptionist was friendly, helpful and patient. My. Dr. assistant was pleasant and kind. Dr. was very nice, pleasant and friendly. She explained things and put my mind at ease. I am very grateful they fit me into the schedule within 24 hours. I did recommend OB/GYN Specialist to my new friends already!
I arrived early for my appointment,after taking my lunch break to attend. I was told that Dr. Nieto doesnt work there anymore & was given NO explanation, I was told the appointment was cancelled online,but it wasnt by me. Im assuming when she was deleted from the staff,it deleted her appointments. Still,no explanation!So after getting annoyed & demanding to be seen, I was squeezed in & happy with the nurse practitioner.This office staff needs to be trained better, especially in customer service,the office manager is also very rude & unapologetic. SOMEONE, knowing this Dr was GONE, shouldve contacted her patient list.Ive never met such rude incompetent people.!!

The office staff and Dr Nieto made the experience relaxing everyone is so friendly. I love the fact that it is also very clean and the precautions they take for their patients makes you feel so at ease. I had the best experience of my life withDr. Yuliet Pozo MartinezSTORY TIME:After my previous obyn visit with Dr. Natalie Sohn of HCA Boynton Beach, who unprofessionally ran a bunch of test that all came back negative, prescribed me birth control (estradiol) and prescribed me medication for a yeast infection (Fluconazole) in which I didn’t have. I became sick 🤢 and vomiting 🤮. Then Doctor Sohn refused to see me after her vacation.I was distraught 😭 because I still had symptoms of irregular periods, burning, discharge and discomfort etc.so I searched for a new doctor and found obgyn specialist of palm beaches.my first visit was amazing with Dr. yuliet she ran test as well as a pelvic exam. So far Dr.Yuliet found that I had been suffering from (BV) Bacterial vaginosis as well as Mycoplasma genitalium. Dr. Yuliet sent treatment right away. We are still waiting on blood work to determine anything else is present then we will find out if birth control is even necessary at all.
As far as Dr Farmer goes she was absolutely professional very polite. She made my experience of getting my yearly done painless!!! She was sweet and very informative.For the check in staff and check out staff could be work on a bite being more friendlier with a smile. As I work in a doctor’s office one of many complements we receive from our patients is how friendly his staff is that we are always greeting them with a smile. Staff makes the doctor any patient will tell you that!!!The doctor can be great but if your not being treated properly by doctor’s staff. Patients will go else where we have had several patients tell us that as well. Doctor was awesome no complaints but the staff was horrible that is why we came to your doctor!!!
Dr. Engelbert Bonilla cares about his patients, he is patient and explains everything to me in detail, he lets me know about each step he is going to take and in this pregnancy I have not been more grateful and pleased with his treatment, he is very kind and makes me feel comfortable.
Overall I like the office and the staff is mostly friendly. The only thing I can say that would need to change is when they are ready for a patient they should come out and call the patients name. They just yell and then if you don’t get there fast enough they yell louder. It’s hard to walk fast when you’re 8/9 months pregnant and can hardly walk as is. They sound rude.
I’m so glad that I became paired with Dr. Thomas. I’ve been seen by a lot of doctors here but Dr. Thomas was the one that really cared and took measures into his hands. He delivered my baby via cesarean and honestly I’m so glad we agreed to have me deliver that way. I felt no pain during my procedure and I got to meet the love of my life (my baby, of course). He’s very gentle and very educated and will recommend him to my family and friends. Will definitely choose him to deliver all of my babies.
Dr. Gomez is professional yet personable. He is extremely caring, down to earth, and very easy to talk to. During past OB visits, he put me at ease even though I was considered high risk. He delivered my son in February of this year and provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. He is an exceptional doctor that practices to the highest of standards.Simply put, he is amazing! He also included my husband in the birth of our son which meant the world to us.Some other great providers in the practice are Dr. Thomas and Akilah Sabassa, APRN.
Dr. Tanya Hoke and her assistant are 100% top notch! If you are not relaxed you will be before you leave. They work beautifully together and I have never experienced two nicer people.
Love Doctor Reilly. She is highly competent and has an amazing bedside manner. Be prepared to wait as she tends to run behind schedule. This is because she takes the time to answer all questions and is happy to share her wealth of knowledge. I personally wouldnt have it any other way.Donna, the mammo tech, is also lovely and makes her patients as comfortable as possible when taking images. I actually had my results sent to me by the time I got home from my visit.Great practice... highly recommend!
Akilah NP is absolutely one of the best health care practitioners I have ever experienced. She has a bedside manner that makes you feel so incredibly comfortable and she is just overall amazing and SO down to earth and relatable. The healthcare world needs more of YOU!!! Had a 10am appointment for an ultrasound. Arrived 15 minutes early and have been waiting over an hour. There have been 20-30 clients arrive after us and leave. When I ask what is taking so long they tell us we are up next when more people keep going in before us. Absolutely horrific customer service!! Stay far away!!
I never leave bad reviews but this time I felt like I had to. Every time you go in its a 30+ min wait in the waiting room and then a 30 + min wait in the chair. Last time I went in April they had me waiting for 40 min in the waiting room and when they finally took me to the back they had me waiting in the chair undressed for 50 MINUTES!! I tried calling the front desk multiple times and NOTHING I was ignored and told that someone would see me shortly. When the doctor finally decided to walk in the room it had been ALMOST AN HOUR. I was cold, tired and wanted to go home at that point. She stated that someone misplaced my file so she thought that I had already been seen.Trying to get a hold of them and the billing department is almost IMPOSSIBLE. They were trying to charge me for a service that I had OVER A YEAR AGO saying that my insurance rejected the claim. I tried calling them OVER 15 TIMES and was told that I didnt have a balance or that they had misspelled my last name when they sent the claim depending on who would answer the call. I never in my life had to call somebody 15 times for them to spell my name correctly. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews unless I have a horrible experience or a really good one. My experience was phenomenal but I also wanted to reassure others who may be just like me - uncertain of a male doctor (especially gyno). However, Dr. Gomez is absolutelyyyyyyyyy terrific. He is so gentle and reassuring. To me, he seems so aware that having a male doctor might be uncomfortable so he makes the visit that much more comforting. I would recommend him a MILLION times over.Dr. Cecil Walker was my former practitioner who I hold very dear to my heart. I was disappointed of her departure but wherever she is I know she will be just as spectacular there.Thank you so much OBGYN of Palm Beaches for providing exceptional service and care - no matter the circumstance.
Worst experience ever. I went in for a check up because I had concerns of my breast. The dr. referred me for mammogram and ultra sound. Ultimately she did biopsies. She had a staff member call me at home during a hurricane when the offices were closed to break the bad news to me then she hung up. I was crazy out of my mind. So I tried over and over to contact the Dr. with no luck. I finally contacted the sister facility to ask if they could set an appointment with my Dr. to consult me on what is next. So they got me an appointment. When I walked in the door with my husband, the Dr. looked at me confused and said Im sorry, but why are you here? I said you tell me? You diagnosed me with no direction. Now what do I do? She said to get a primary care physician to make a referral... Cold and disgusting... the worst of it is the didnt have a problem taking my money for copay when they never had intention of guiding me.
This is a clean facility and my gyn is great. Dr Thomas is professional, honest, and he listens. Since hes been my gynecologist Ive never felt rushed... he truly hears my concerns and always follows thru with advice and whats best for me. I can appreciate that. The staff is great as well.
I give the practice 5 stars because I really like my Drs Banooni, Choi and Tung. They are excellent!Otherwise I would go elsewhere.The practice gets a 1 star. The office seems to always be running behind and late. Every time for an appointment I have had to wait and extended amount of time. My last appointment was just on Monday and I waited in the lobby for 55 minutes and then in the exam room another 40 minutes. I almost left as the Dr. was walking in. And my exam was rushed, not the Doctor’s fault - she doesn’t handle the practice management, I waited that long for a rushed 8 min exam and had no other time to discuss anything else. Then I had rush to my next Doctors appointment across town in Jupiter from Northpoint. I was almost charged a no show fee because of it. Not cool!Also what bothers me too is that my children were at home being watched by someone that has other things to do too. I understand their policy of coming solo for health and safety. But the person who was watching my children did not expect to have her plans ruined by my over extended wait time - my whole visit time totaled from arrival to depart 10:50 to 12:45 - 5 minutes shy of 2 hours plus I had drive time 20 mins from my home to there and 20 mins back home to pick up my kids and 20 mins drive to my next appointment at 1 pm which I was late. She was not expecting to be watching them for 2hrs and 40 minutes. Maybe an hour - hour 20 tops. They need to consider that their patients have left children at home to be watched while the go to their appointment - they need to be consider it of that.Needles to say - much needs to be done about scheduling patients.My doctors are excellent!
The front desk staff was very friendly & attentive. The nurse that took me into the exam room was great. Dr Hoke was very attentive, informative and made me feel very comfortable with my visit. I am very happy with the service I received.

This is a big practice with lots of providers, all are different but yet professional. Great communication skills and wonderful bedside manner. Throughout out my pregnancy I saw about 4-5 different providers due to the fact that babies come when they are ready, and not knowing who would be on call it was a good idea to see different providers so I would know a familiar face in my time of need. Mid pregnancy I was scheduled with a different provider by the name of Doctor Thomas not knowing what to expect with a new provider I had billions of questions. It’s been 11 years since my last pregnancy I have two other children a 17 year old and a 11 year old both pregnancy with this group. But this pregnancy is different what I did know I no longer remember so as you can imagine billions of questions. Dr. Thomas welcomed all my questions even the ones the ones I thought was stupid. After my second visit with this provider I knew who I wanted to take me the rest of the through my pregnancy, I enjoy Doctors that can be personal and professional with me. At my baby shower talking with the other woman it filled me with even more questions keeping it professional and personal Dr. Thomas answered all my questions killed my concerns and we even shared a few laughs. We made a date for my surgery and I’m being extremely careful so that I can make it to that date because I trust this man with my life and my child’s life. I personally am looking forward to my surgery date with this very caring provider Doctor Thomas.
Dr. Farmer exceeded my expectations. I could tell she took a serious interest in her patients and went out of her way to communicate with them personally. I love that! Office in Palm Beach Gardens was very nice, well organized and had everything I needed. Highly recommend Dr. Farmer
It was good to know that I was close to home, I came in to a facility that was clean, very professional , adequate staffing , sanitized , no attitude or anger issues . All sincere smiles, like happy you’re here smiles . I didn’t have to sit and wait , I was taken soon as all paperwork was checked in . and the staff didn’t have me undressed and waiting for a long period of time , before the Doctor was in with you . The parking was even good. Thank you for real professionalism.
The only reason I went to this location was to continue my 20 year relationship of quality care with Ann Jeffries, since I could not seem to get an appointment with her at the only location I’ve ever been seen. And no explanation for this was given. She delivered my daughter who is now a senior in high school. Even back then, she took her time, talked with me, and did not make me feel like “cattle” in a large practice. Recently, With COVID conditions, the need for paperless has gone to extreme, and they have a long way to go making their portal user friendly. The place was clean, but cold. Not just the temperature. I witnessed several things that made me uncomfortable at the front office staff level, and watched another patient just walk out.The nurse that handled my vitals and the lady who did my mammogram were very nice, and Ann was fabulous, as usual. Always makes me feel like she really cares about my concerns and treats me as a person.
My experience with OB GYN Specialist of the Palm Beaches is always a great experience! Beautiful office from the front door, to the restroom and into the exam room! Everyone there are always very friendly and welcoming! Dr Gordon made me feel very comfortable! Which is not easy to do when you see a new doctor! The nurse that assisted the doctor (sorry your name slips my mind....Ellen) was very friendly and professional! As a patient I appreciate all of that and the complimentary coffee and water that is provided in the lobby for the patients! Thank you to the ENTIRE TEAM! ❤️👍🏾
I was extremely pleased with my doctor! She was so professional and explained to me the concerns I had and it just made sense. She actually took the time to explain beside that she was very easy to talk too and very nice! I was so happy to have gotten her as my doctor thank you Dr. Akilah Sabassa. Staff were just excellent! The staff was knowledgeable. I am pleased with their on line application process which kept me from having to spend time filling out time consuming forms at my visit. It made for a simple and less time consuming visit. I wish more physicians offices employed this method for new patients. I was able to fill out my forms in the comfort and privacy of my own home. My visit was to the point which allowed me to get on with my day.
I had my visit with Nurse C. Orellana who exhibited great expertise and altruism. I felt completely better after speaking to her about certain concerns of mine.
I love Lorraine Jacobs. Have known her to be the best there! Known her over 15 yrs way before they had this & other new locations. Truly since the day I met her I knew I would return ONLY because she was working there. She has sadly since retired in 2021 and the practice is not the same to me... Ugh! I don’t know if I’m going there anymore unfortunately. (If only she would be an instructor to teach the existing nurses and newcomers there, that would be so enlightening for them all!)
Dr. Weston has excellent bedside manners. She genuinely care about the concerns of her patients. She listens without cutting you off before youre finished. She totally includes your opinion in the whats next, if any. Beautiful spirit!

This office was a nightmare and I would never recommend getting care here. I was scheduled for an OB scan. I live in Jupiter but when I made the appointment I was told a) they dont do this kind of scan in Jupiter/Gardens so I would have to drive all the way to west palm. Come to find this is not the case. b) I was too early on to get this scan but the woman wrote my due date in wrong so scheduled me on the wrong week. I took off work, arrived and they had no record of my appointment, then said it was cancelled by mistake (but i was never notified) then said I wasnt due for the test for several more weeks, even though their office called me to schedule the appointment. The front desk staff and the manager were SO rude it was appalling. Never once an apology that I took a day off work and their office made all these mistakes. Never once any acknowledgement of how upsetting and stressful this is for a patient. Their tone the whole time was dismissive and rude. Whoever runs your front desk and is your manager in west palm --- your patients deserve better. you should give them more training or replace them with other staff who can provide a quality patient experience. This was a horrible experience.
With many great reviews and a beautiful office building, I was expecting a pleasant experience. However, it was one of the worst doctor experiences Ive had, simply because I left this office in tears, feeling overwhelmed and with so many unanswered questions and unheard concerns. The doctor that saw me talked so fast and stood by the door the entire time. I felt as though she was rushing right through my appointment, as if I was just one out of numerous patients she was going to see that morning. She was so impersonal with her people skills...yet she specializes in a medical field that is simply that - personal. I was extremely disappointed and will be going to a different gynecologist.
I visited with Dr Sharon Ross, first for a annual exam and then recently for an ailment I had. She is terrific - very engaged in listening, efficient in examinations, and great about informing me of what is the diagnosis, the best treatment approach. She prescribed me medication and also let me know shed provide for refills if I should need more in the future. I really appreciate that because it ultimately saves me time and effort.
Wonderful, caring doctors, nurses, technicians. Front desk personnel are mostly helpful. What keeps this from being a five star review is the pretty much impenetrable phone system. It takes forever to navigate the menus and get to the right person and is incredibly frustrating. Their online patient portal is also not exactly user friendly.
Please read the reviews in Yelp, where business reviewed cannot change or alter them. Very different picture. I hope this gynecological/obstetrical franchise in Palm Beach County reads these reviews, because there is clearly a consistent theme here in the reviews of impersonal treatment, lack of care, lack of follow-up, medical summaries that are clearly cut and paste jobs, and an utter impossibility of connecting with your physician when something goes wrong. Customer service is beyond awful. It is non-existent. My comments are specifically directed to the Northpoint facility and to Dr. Nietos practice. I understand that companies like this, have become patient processing machines. But I have never experienced anything like this before. Patient be aware. When you call this facility, you are routed to an automated service, the service sends you inevitably to a voice mail. Twice now I have been routed to voice mails that were full and one could not leave a message. I resorted to the patient portal messaging system. The physician will respond with a process to be followed up by the nurse, who in turn is probably so spread thin that the answer doesnt come till 24-48 hours later, and then when you try to respond you are routed again to this automated system and the voicemails. Nurse says the doctor will follow-up. Follow-up doesnt happen. My needs are simple: I choose a physician, I follow-up, I expect a two-way communication with someone in the practice, I get my questions answered and my fears allayed. As it is, I had to go to an urgent care treatment for immediate care, as the practice was less than lukewarm responsive. When I tried to find out results for a urine culture, I was informed the culture was never sent to the lab. I shudder to think what would happen should I find myself in a dire situation. I would seriously recommend you do your homework, and look at the reviews of this practice. Reviews matter nowadays, and it seems the only way to legitimately place a complain against a practice that otherwise will continue their m.o. as long as they are meeting their financial goals. Totally 100% disappointing, frustrating, and scary. Do yourself a favor, and find a more responsive practice.
I love love love love Certified Nurse Midwife Athena Atkinson. She is extremely attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. Several members of the check in staff on the other hand were not as warm. They refused to take my Insurance card in drivers license as I was on able to upload them the of the portal. I guess that are not that necessary. The checkout person was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. She specifically pointed out and made me aware that certain tests are not covered due to my age.

Dr Hoke and staff are very professional and respectful. Always optimistic and encouraging to get you through a uncomfortable situation. I had surgery performed by Dr Hoke and was very confident it would be done successfully with her expertise and it was.
Dr. Vangilder is truly amazing and sincerely cares about you as a patient. I have been going to her for years and she always takes the time to talk and see how I am doing in general as well as ask about by medical issues. She is an exceptional Doctor. Thank you .
While there for a test, the staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. It was a great experience!On a follow up with Dr Nieto, I had another positive experience. She explained my test results in a way that my husband and I understood. Tara was great, taking care of my needs beforehand.
I absolutely love Dr. Winterrowd and am glad to have found her after moving here three years ago. She and the staff are all friendly, attentive and I feel I’m in good hands with them. The checkin process was smooth and well organized. Dr. Winterrowd addressed all my concerns and I feel she genuinely cares about my well being. It’s so convenient to be able to go from that appointment right in to my annual mammogram in the same location. Just an overall great experience.
I went here for years and liked the care I received from Dr. Ross. Unfortunately, the way that they run their business now means that I will no longer be a patient. They told me at my last appointment I didn’t need to pay anything additional and then sent a bill later. That’s ok, I understand things can get readjusted. However, I’ve desperately been trying to schedule an appointment for months because I need care but they won’t schedule an appointment if you have a bill unpaid. I always pay in person or have even paid over the phone when needed. However, since the pandemic started, their billing department is closed and I haven’t been able to pay over the phone. They won’t schedule me an appointment even though I want to pay in person. I just found out they sent my bill to collections without even telling me. When I called them again to schedule an appointment, they just kept talking about “protocol” and wouldn’t help me. If you want robotic, inhumane care and to treated like dollar signs instead of a person, go here! Personally I will be looking for another doctor’s office. Shame.
I was having a pelvic area issue and was unable to see my usual MD at this location, so I decided to book with NP Catalina. That was a mistake.She did not bother to look up my chief complaint prior to coming in the room and when I told her my concern, she replied, “Why didn’t you see your primary doctor for this issue?” Who addresses a patient like that? If you have a cardiac issue, you would go see your cardiologist right?!?! I replied along the lines that I am having a pelvic area issue, therefore I am here. She did not make a good first impression.She proceeded to perform a physical assessment where she palpated every area except the area I was concerned about. It wasnt until I pressed on the area did she palpate it. In addition, she kept dismissing my concern and stating it was something else. It wasn’t until I redirected the conversation and told her I was also in healthcare did she proceed to finally order labs and the ultrasound.Thank goodness I was able to identify my concerns and treatment regimen. Everything is not textbook and you should not be dismissing your patients concerns, that’s how things are missed. Will not be seeing her again.
The staff is incredibly efficient and pleasant. Doctor Ross is experienced, caring, and communicative. She completely puts you at ease. Overall one of the best physician experiences I’ve had. On the way out I heard other patients praising Dr. Ross as well.
I had an appointment with Dr.Sharon Ross on May 01,2018, and it went absolutely wonderful. I had an appt .for 9:30 and I was so pleasantly surprised I only had to wait ten minutes. Dr. Ross far exceeded my expectations . She was a practice in excellence. She heard my concerns and addressed them appropriately. She also had a very respectful demenor.The office staff was very nice. Her medical assistant was very efficient. And the office was really clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Dr.Ross.

I went there as a new patient for a well woman visit. I didn’t think the staff was very friendly. The intake person barely even made eye contact with me. How hard is it to smile? The doctor had me in and out of there so fast it made my head spin. She didn’t seem to have much concern for my overall health. When I had general questions she said you have to go to your GP. My last Gyn (Cleveland Clinic) was much more accommodating. I won’t be back.

Although I’ve been very satisfied with all the providers, Dr.Thomas has exceeded my expectations as a patient. He LISTENS to my concerns EVERY time. Finally found a OBGYN that I love! My APRN Catalina Orellana is very attentive and kind and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. She is dedicated to getting to the root of my symptoms and was so helpful today. Highly recommend!

The staff and doctors are very nice and professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. The only reason why I am upset is I had to wait over 40 minutes to see the doctor. I understand days get busy but it would have been nice if they gave me a heads up call or pushed back the appointment so I wasnt in the waiting room for so long.

I love the new building they are in and the entire place looks amazing. The Doctor was very patient and kind. He made sure that he covered all of my concerns and made sure that I understood everything that I needed to know. Great experience this time! This facility is great. There is WiFi available and the waiting room is clean and attractive with NO Television blasting away. The wait time is very slight, I usually only have to wait less then five minutes. My physician is of the highest caliber and got to the root of my problem. The staff is polite and friendly, going out of their way to make the patient comfortable. I hope to continue utilizing this establishment for many years.

The office is very nice. Doctor Choi is great and so is the staff. Just be careful not to leave anything behind. I forgot my makeup bag in the restroom after an hour I realized I left it called the office and someone had already took it!

Why is it so hard to get forms filled out at this doctors office. I give them a form about a month ago and the person that handles that ignores my calls and email. If I get terminated because of this, I will take legal actions. Update so these ppl discharged me because they did my paperwork wrong and didnt communicate. DO NOT GO HERE, the person who handles the paper work is Melanie Hunt, horrible person. Update 10/12/22My companies short term policy just emailed that they never received my documents. And these ppl have to nerve to discharge me because I was asking questions about my forms, fuxk them all
Finally found my doctor after moving up from Miami years ago. Dr. Fern is excellent and does actually listen and not in a hurry at all. The staff is also great and never have waited very long.
Yesterday was my first visit and loved that there were windows to avoid lines. I never drink enough liquid so I was impressed by the counter for tea, water and coffee. There wasnt a long wait n the reception area nor once I was placed in a room. A kind physician and impressive environment is why the experience deserves a 5-star rating.

I am a patient of OBGYN Specialist going on 9 years.I have four children all delivered by there doctors. However I started seeing Dr.Walker about 2-3 years ago and can honestly say she is an amazing doctor. She is patient and kind, always professional and now the only doctor I ever see. I trust her 100% with all of her medical expertise!
I see Dr. Riley and she is by far the best OB/GYN physician Ive ever had. She always sits down with you, prior to your examination, to just talk and catch up. She listens to your concerns and really offers great advice or encouragement. Even during the examination, she is so attentive and just makes you feel beyond comfortable. There is a bit of a wait, but its only because Dr. Riley takes her time with her patients, so you cant be upset about this. Shes going to give you the same care, time and attention as well.
I would give it 5 stars but everytime I go to see my dr it is always a long assssssssssss wait I’ll be there waiting for like 2 and a half hrs it’s insane. And it’s at the end of the day when I see my se because I have a 4 yr old and children aren’t allowed to enter the office at all. Therefore I have to go as the latest appt to see him which there aren’t that many patients there so it’s mind boggling how long they take. However, besides that portion I see Dr.Gomez. He is AMAZING I even recommended him to another friend of mine because he’s that good. He takes his time with me, he makes meFeel comfortable, he truly listens and goes above and beyond for me. I been trying to have another baby for months now and he’s doing what he can do for me to try. It is not easy but he is trying to help and I respect him so much for that because some drs have NO PATIENCE with infertility women and HE DOES. There are not a lot of drs like that out there especially here in Florida.
This was my second visit to this center and I am super delighted with the place. Doctor Rolando Gomez and Doctor Bonilla are two eminent doctors who are very professional in their work…the staff is super attentive and helpful and the facilities are very clean.
Dr. Weston is great, she made me feel comfortable and remembered what I shared with her in my previous visit about my Son! The office staff was friendly as well especially Tonya. The mammogram tech was nice and explained thorough during my exam. I was in and out quickly! Also, there is now a LabCorp downstairs :)

This was the first time coming to this particular office because my doctor switched over to this practice a few months ago. The office staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. I liked also liked that the practice does the mammography and ultrasound so I will be paying less money to have those medical tests done at the PGA office versus having the tests at Jupiter Medical Center where the costs are much higher.I have been seeing Dr. Sohn for almost 20 years and she is an excellent doctor who really cares about patients.
Dr. Hoke is so kind and compassionate. Her exam was thorough, and informative. I left knowing what was wrong and what we can do to correct it. Her office staff was kind, and helped I felt comfortable to ask questions.
Thorough examination and excellent service from everyone. My Dad had passed away 2 hours before my appointment, and Dr Hoke and the staff were very loving and caring towards my situation.
The clinic is incredible with services. I am so spoiled for not having to wait in the reception room - EVER - that I found myself expecting the same in other places. The reception crew are responsive, prompt, and courteous, eager to answer questions and resolve any issues you might be concerned about. Simply the as best an experience as one may have when visiting a doctors office. Thank you.
