Dr Buchenroth is THE best! I actually followed her to this practice mid pregnancy. As an older plus size first time Mom with numerous failed pregnancies, the amount of anxiety and fear my husband and I were filled with at each visit was astronomical!! When I say nothing couldve gone more smoothly, I mean that! In the end it came down to a cesarean (which was scary for me reading nothing but horror stories online, especially for plus size moms with an apron belly) although the surgery is scary and nerve-wracking Dr B was literally amazing! Talked to me the entire time. Her scalpel hardly even left me a scar. In fact the adhesive from my staple coverings left more of an impact than her incision and staples! Im over due for a check up and just got a reminder. I love Dr B and I love the office staff, these ladies are amazing humans and I mean that! 12/10 would recommend.

Called on Monday, got an appointment Tuesday morning. Nurse Kiki was literally an angel the whole time!! Loved her and her energy. I saw Jessie Anderson and she was fantastic. Clinic was clean, organized, comfortable and had good energy.

The Eastwind Women’s Health team is fantastic!! They put me at ease, despite my increasing nervousness for my appointment. They were very personable and easy to talk to, and my nurse practitioner in particular was incredible; she explicitly told me that I was the one in control of my own body and the appointment, and was ready and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. The whole team is very clearly invested in the welfare of each of their patients. I felt cared about as a PERSON, and not just another patient, from the front desk, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner working with me.

I will highly recommend this place to all clients looking for a good OB. Being a guy and this is my first experience with a child during the pregnancy as well as my partner we both come in very nervously but the staff there make us feel welcomed and comfortable every time we go in. The place is refreshing and pleasant. The staff makes sure to get all questions answered at a reasonable time which I love.

Dr. Buchenroth is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever had the opportunity of getting help from. She made me feel respected, and listened to everything I had to say without judgment. She was kind, informative and thoughtful. I was so afraid I would never be able to find a women’s doctor who would take me seriously and Dr Buchenroth was a miracle to find.

Dr. Rheaume is absolutely fantastic! All the staff have always been so great. I have never had a bad experience here and I have been going to this office for about 8 years I would HIGHLY recommend :)

Ive been going to this practice for multiple years now. Ive never had any real problems with them, and most of their doctors/nurses are exceptionally knowledgeable and sweet. Unfortunately, I did have two bad experiences with Dr. Rheaume. I was in labor with my first child, and due to complications it was decided I have an unscheduled c-section. Dr. Rheaume is not my usual doctor, but he was the one on call so he came in to perform the operation. During the prep for the operation I was essentially told by Dr. Rheaume to hurry up and get over a contraction because the sooner we get through this prep the sooner youll be out of pain. I felt helpless and belittled in that moment. I had expected a better bedside manner rather than having the doctor tell me I need to get over it.A week later I was in the Eastwinds office and I bumped into Dr. Rheaume. He stopped me and asked me if I had a boy or girl...(HE was the one who delivered my baby) I understand doctors cant remember all babies they deliver, but it was incredibly hurtful to be reminded that I was just another number to him. He then asked if I had any further complications after birth. I told him yes and listed my symptoms. He shrugged and said thats to be expected. Once again I felt belittled and unheard. I dont understand how a doctor can think its acceptable to talk to their patients like that.Overall, Eastwinds is a nice practice, just specifically ask not to be seen by Dr. Rheaume.

I was seeing Dr. Shelly, who I have grown to love and recently my younger sister who is 19 years old made her first appointment to see her as well, as she was having some issues that were causing her a great deal of anxiety. No messages were left about any paperwork or anything needing to be done prior to the appointment but they showed up more than 5 minutes early anyway just in case and the lady at the front desk said because they could not leave a voicemail to my mothers phone (which has the voicemail setting fully functioning) and they did not do paperwork before hand (that they were quite literally FULLY unaware of) that they had to cancel her appointment and reschedule. Even though she was there 5 minutes early and only had three pages of paperwork to fill out. No call ahead of time, no communication, and an immediate cancel due to their processing mistake? My younger sister is in need of seeing a doctor and got the courage to go in for her first visit and it gets cancelled after them driving all the way there for it. I’m sorry, I love the doctor I see, but if your staff treats the patients with pure disrespect and no empathy after no communication was even given I feel that it’s not worth it to keep my business here. A first time visit should be held with a bit of patience if nothing has been said prior. Just disappointing to be honest. Treat your patients better.

I came here for possible pcos and endometriosis pain in October of 2023. They just said I likely have generally painful periods instead (even with other symptoms of pcos and endo) and suggested that I get an IUD so my periods stop altogether. Great! Love that! It worked out for me because I am not trying for a baby right now anyways. The office staff was great and so was the doctor, but now Im having issues.I got a UTI very likely from the IUD insertion, as the bacteria I have is pretty exclusively transmitted in hospital settings, and this was the only procedure I had at the time I initially got the UTI. I unfortunately did not catch the UTI early because of the pain of the IUD (normal) and my UTIs dont typically showcase early symptoms anyways, so pain is pretty much my first indicator, but again, I couldnt tell because the whole thing just hurt anyways. I started getting very ill in Feburary-March and ended up going to the ER in April with severe pain that was causing nausea/vomiting. They said that I likely had the UTI for a few months and that it had festered long enough to create a 1cm struvite kidney stone. Since then, I have been put on 6 antibiotics while I wait to get treatment for the kidney stone and none of them work since it got to the point that it did. I have proteus mirabilis, klebsiella pneumoniae, and enterococcus faecalis, which are all bacteria that are primarily transmitted from unsterile hospital equipment and unwashed hands. I am very proud of my hygiene and take very extensive measures to make sure I dont get a uti since Ive had them in the past, so the only thing I can think of is that IUD insertion. Other doctors I have seen also think this is likely.This is such a shame to write, because I really did love the staff and doctors, but I already know that this clinic was not the cleanest (there was small droplets of blood on the floor next to my exam bed, for instance) so I cant in good faith keep this to myself as other people search for a good OBGYN to go to. Please please PLEASE deep clean your clinic and change your SOP for how you move forward with making sure everything is clean. This infection has ruined my life with no end in sight.

I have been a patient at this practice for about 3 years now. I received pregnancy care here throughout 2 different pregnancies, and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. From the front office staff always being so polite and welcoming, to the actual doctors who actually see you. I have seen multiple doctors who dont seem to actually acknowledge your actual concerns, but every doctor I have seen at this facility genuinely care about your thoughts/concerns. Dr Rheume is amazing, gentle, professional, caring, and polite. Brittany at the front desk is also amazing, kind, and professional.

Amazing service. I was looking to establish in the Westerville area and Im so happy I chose Eastwind Womens Health. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Buchenroth was so friendly and informative and made it all very comfortable and easy.

My experiences at this office during my pregnancy have been absolutely amazing. I feel extremely comfortable and cared for by every nurse i’ve encountered with and my Dr. It’s extremely comforting to even walk in the door and being greeted with a smile by the amazing Front Desk ladies i see every time i come. Brittany and Pam are outstanding at what they do!!!! they’re always attentive, listening and care about my well being and experience at the office. making sure i’m comfortable by building their own relationships with the patients that see them first and making sure im able to be seen in a timely manner and adjusting to times that work for me every month. I couldn’t ask for a better team to care for me and my baby during this special time in my life and they make it enjoyable every time i walk in the door. Thank You Ladies!!

I see that many people have had great experiences here and that is GOOD. I would never want any women to experience the level of disrespect, and cruelty that I was treated with by the staff and office manager.I was wrongfully dismissed in November of 2023, without my knowledge, over a really simple and easily fixable clerical error that their billing office made. I have an EOB from my insurance company proving I did not owe anything for my visit and even called my insurance to double verify. My insurance company also faxed them the EOP that wouldve shown I was not responsible. They dismissed me anyway AND sent that bill to collections. The entire situation was awful. I learned that I was dismissed after calling to schedule an appointment as I was having concerning symptoms. Once the front desk staff pulled me up, they informed me I was dismissed and I could only speak with billing. I was treated as if I had committed fraud or stolen money for them. It was a $161 bill...The way the office manager spoke to me was especially cruel. He said things like (and Im not fluffing these statements up, they are verbatim.) Dont you think Dr. Buchenroth deserves to be paid for her services. And You said that you messed up and youre right! You did mess up. Im not even sure why the office manager even called me back. In fact, Im convinced that they got some sort of sick enjoyment out of telling me that everything that was happening was my fault.They kept insisting that they had sent me a certified dismissal letter but I never received one. Interestingly enough, in JANUARY OF 2024 I received my dismissal letter through regular mail. The letter was unsigned, and dated for November 2023...the postage on the envelope was dated January 8th 2024. Shady. I have evidence of everything Ive mentioned, as well as pictures.TREAD CAREFULLY with this office. Your doctor may be trustworthy, but this office absolutely isnt. Either something super shady is going on behind the scenes here, or this place is just grossly incompetent.DOCUMENT. EVERYTHING.

I chose Eastwind Womens because of the good reviews. Im kind of shocked to see some of these bad reviews and Im sorry they had a bad experience.I can only speak from my experience and it is always great. The front desk is staffed with attentive employees and Ive never had any scheduling issues. Dr Arora is such a kind and caring doctor. I wish he could be my primary physician. I would suggest him to friend or family member without hesitation.

Have you ever had a doctor actually sit down in the room with you, make eye contact and be genuinely interested in how youre doing? If you havent, make an appointment with Dr. Buchenroth and I assure you that you will. She is an incredibly caring, intelligent, and thorough doctor that I cannot say enough good things about. Not only is she a skilled OB and surgeon, but shes just a compassionate human being.Being self employed and self insured its always really hard to find a good doctor that accepts my insurance, so I just truly got lucky with her. Im currently on my second pregnancy under her care and will absolutely be a patient for life.

Ive had 2 babies under their care, all staff are always personable, respectful and easygoing. Dr. Buckenroth is a wonderful doctor she really has a gift to get you to open up how you are actually doing. Never have I been more comfortable going to to the obgyn than I have with them. Truly a wonderful experience. They also have a great retention in staff I always see the same faces.

This clinic is everything you can ask for and I trusted them fully during my pregnancy journey. Everyone at this clinic is very thorough and compassionate. Very good group of doctors, nurses, and just the whole office has been amazing.They are the reason my baby is here today. My main physician was Dr. Arora but every practitioner and physician was on board in my care and really took care of me and my baby. Everyone knew me and was fully attentive during my whole pregnancy and I would recommend this clinic to anyone about to start there pregnancy journey. My pregnancy was high risk but I was very well taken care of and every staff member was so attentive towards me.Very good group of people and they were truly the best medical team I could of ever asked for.

The level of incompetence by the staff is jaw droppings. It took four days, multiple voicemails with no response and two trips to the ER to finally get some answers for my wifes very real and serious pregnancy complication. After finally getting to speak with Dr. Arora, he was very apologetic and said he was never made aware of any issues. The worst part is a week after our loss we get a call from the front desk confirming an ultrasound appointment...other than Dr. Arora, none of these people give a damn about you.

I’ve been in this OB for since 2018 to 2023. I love it they’re amazing they took care of me when I was going through high risk. They hear me when I need everything they’re always there if I will tell anyone to go to this please go there’s OB is, and if I have to give more than five stars, I would 💕 I’m currently pregnant this OB/GYN is one of my favorite stars being in Ohio and coming to them. I feel amazing and happy without them without God I don’t think I’ll make it through my Pregnancy, but all I can say is I love them and that’s who I go to . The front desk, the OB nurse practitioner each one of them are amazing.😍

The staff here are amazing, helpful and super sweet. Everyone I’ve encountered here during my last pregnancy and this one have been nothing short off amazing. My nurse practitioner and Dr. Buchenroth have been very helpful with my pregnancies. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for prenatal care. I drive 45 minutes to come here for my appointments and I don’t ever regret it.

This is an excellent practice!! I transferred my OB care to this practice and they have been wonderful! The front desk is very friendly and helpful! The ultrasound tech was wonderful and the MAs and the rest of the staff are great! I saw Dr Rheume and he was amazing!! I feel so comfortable talking to him. He seems very knowledgeable and caring. I am so glad I transferred my care to Dr Rheume, he took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had and he just seems like a wonderful doctor! I cant say enough great things about this practice! Im very happy I found them.I want to add to my review: I had an emergency come up a few days ago and ended up needing surgery. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and I was scared to death. Dr Rheume was at the hospital very quickly and performed surgery. He did a wonderful job on the surgery and made me feel so much more at ease. He is such a wonderful doctor! I cannot say enough good things about him! I appreciate his care in the hospital and everything turned out great. I highly recommend him!

This place is awful. They cant schedule correctly and when they try to reschedule the appointment, they spoke to someone I didnt give them permission to. So they be ready for them to break hippa rights. Be ready to be laughed at by doctors and told your wrong for how you feel. I will never go back here and I feel sorry for anyone who does. Mr. Barnes the supervisor does not care about the place he manages. And they will be hearing from my lawyer.

The staff at Eastwind is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I have gone through two losses and each time the staff has been so caring and kind. Dr. Buchenroth is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable in her specialty. She answers all my questions and listens to my concerns. She is very patient with me and provides me the best care. When I am unable to see her, the nurse practitioners who work there are also very kind.

Not helpful at all in answering women’s questions. Doctor not available during appointments. Does not return calls. Goes for most invasive treatments first. Leaves patient confused. Staff is kind but do not recommend this doctor to any woman going through a difficult time.

This place cares about you and your health. Whether it be for pregnancy or routine care you can count on this practice. Dr. Rheaume took my case later in my pregnancy when no one else would. He had to give me news my original doctor at another practice dropped me as a patient to avoid giving me. He helped me through one of the scariest, most emotional times in my life and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He also continues to be one of the most supportive doctors I have ever had and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to have on my team of physicians! I have experienced nothing but compassion, understanding, acceptance, and appreciation from everyone at eastwind! Thanks guys!!

Failed to send email reminders regarding the appointment time. Failed to call and check in about the appointment when they said they would. Phones dont open until after 9am but they start appointments earlier making call in impossible if you have an early appointment.The result was both my wife and I took off work to attend an appointment and they told us they wouldnt see us. 0/5 wouldnt recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Buckenroth! She is very well respected and personable, I feel very lucky to be under her care.I’ve never had an issue with scheduling and everyone from the front desk to the nurses and ultrasound technicians are always kind and prompt.My sister also had a great experience here and I recommend my OB to every woman I know.Thank you Eastwind Women’s Health!

I unfortunately had a traumatizing experience under the care of another physician. Thank goodness for my girl tribe and a particular friend who recommended the practice to me. I was seen right away to help ease my anxiety and really focus on my individual circumstance. Dr. Arora is knowledgeable, empathetic and funny. He has made my exams stress free and makes me feel relieved. I would recommend him to any woman who wants to achieve the best health possible!

This review is not for the treatment itself, but for the scheduling. If you are more than 10 minutes late they won’t allow you to see the doctor no matter what, but I was just told that my appointment was pushed out 2 weeks from its original date. I can’t be 15 minutes late, but they c an push my appointment 2+ weeks. Doesn’t seem fair. But I guess I have no leverage to do anything. The care is great and I love my doctor, but the scheduling sucks and is not patient friendly.

My sister and I both had chose eastwind to be at for our pregnancies and I have nothing but great things to say. Im extremely grateful for Dr Aurora. He saved my life and my Lil mans life in delivery and did such an amazing job with my c-section. You can barley tell that I had one. Dr Aurora is very caring and genuine and Im honestly blown away and lost for words with my experience with labor and my whole pregnancy. He made things very simple and helped my husband and I not be so anxious about everything. I am eternally grateful for Eastwind and Dr Aurora!

I have been going here for years and every NP I have had has made me feel so comfortable and also solved all of my problems. Figured out I have thyroid disease when they tested it at their lab. They are all very pleasant there!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office, in particular Nurse Practitioner Tara Freter and Dr. Shane Rheaume. They are kind, compassionate, caring individuals that have helped me through the happiest and saddest moments of my life. Dr. Rheaume made my deliveries enjoyable experiences and kept me laughing my entire pregnancy. I am so grateful for this place, I drive an hour away just to see these caring doctors and staff!

I love Eastwind Womens Health! Ive been coming here since 2003 after getting a recommendation from a nurse while having an in home exam for life insurance. We had just moved to Columbus and had to find all new doctors. I have never been disappointed by the recommendation. The staff is pleasant and efficient. I initially saw Dr. Parnes and then when Dr. Arora joined the practice I saw him due to scheduling and have been seeing him since. Dr. Arora is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He has a genuine concern for his patients, I can comfortably discuss any concerns or issues I have and when necessary he starts with the least invasive options first. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Office staff very nice and organized. Doctor i had has low to no consideration of patients concerns. Thank god my new obgyn made it possible to start seeing me in time for continued testing and monitoring of my expected twins. Dont go here cause there is no true concern for your health or babies. Come here at your own risk. Praying for all pregnant women here.

I have been going to this practice for 13 years now. They are kind caring compassionate and listen to your health concerns! I would not trust any other medical team with my pregnancies the way I do this team!

Been going to this practice for 10 years now and each and every doctor is amazing. They treat you like you are the most important patient in the world....no judgement, no rushing, just genuine concern and great health care. I HIGHLY recommend them to any woman and have sent a few of my friends and family to them already. The staff altogether are amazing!!!!

I have been going to this practice for close to 30 years. I am very pleased here. I love Alexis Shelley who I see now, and Dr. Parnes used to be my Dr. before he retired. I just had to pick new insurance and I made sure I was able to pick a plan and still go to this facility even if I had to pay a higher premium to be able to do so. I have always been very pleased with the care I have received here for many years. They are great at what they do and I feel they care and dont try to rush you in and out. I highly recommend them and my daughter also sees Tara Feter and she loves her as well.

If I could leave this place 0 stars i would. Their doctors especially rim job Reem are the worst. The rude people at the front desk and terrible service. If you go here prepare to be made fun of. And feel as if you are the problem. But if you like unhygienic doctos definitely come here.

Never on time. It doesnt matter if I show up early I am always taken back 20 to 40 minutes after my appointment time. I make appointments. I have 2 kids. I always have to go around my kids but I always seem like they never get me back on time. Just wish they had better time management. The front desk never informes you if they are running behind until waited 20 minutes after your appointment time before saying something. I feel like because I am not pregnant they dont care about my health as much. Wish they had a better system. They are the only obgyn around who takes my insurance so it sucks.

Dr. Amol Arora is amazing. I had a terrible experience with another doctor and came to Dr. Amol Arora for a second opinion. He actually listened to me and made me feel so much more comfortable that I had come in feeling.

I would give five but the front desk is always the worst. They either can’t find my appointments, or rude. I’m here now and the front desk person literally ignored me and then started calling up other patients. No greeting, no please have a seat, just straight up ignored me.Other than that, this practice is the best! Dr. Rheaume is amazing and the nurses are always so sweet and knowledgeable.

I had the worst experience here. Highly do not recommend, front desk is really nasty with attitude and unorganized… told me I missed 28 appointments so they dropped me as a patient. Never a warning, they dropped at 17 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and it was so hard transferring care at that point. I delivered both pregnancies with Dr.Arora and Dr.Rheum who are great doctors but overall terrible..

I’ve been a patient for years now. My previous doctor Dr. Clifford Raymond retired. I was his patient since 1985. Dr. Bandi joined his practice and I absolutely love her. She is easy to talk to, kind, professional, knowledge and down to earth. Alexis is the nurse practitioner and just as awesome. Kudos to them all!!!

Dr. Arora is amazing!! Have never had a Doc that has cared as much as he does. His front desk staff on the other hand could use a few lessons in professionalism, empathy, and scheduling. I absolutely cannot stand most of them. Thank the lord that he makes up what his front desk staff lacks.

I had my first new patient appointment with this practice after recommendations by coworkers. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a provider. Tara the NP who saw me listened to my concerns and was AMAZING!! I could not recommend this place more.

The front office staff is terrible and unhelpful. typically it’s unanswered calls to make appointments, and i’ll be lucky if i get a call back. todau, instead of trying to assist me in finding my insurance information as i do not have a card, they informed me to “self pay” or they won’t take me. i have never been to a doctors who can’t assist you with this. i’ve been a patient for over 5 years and i will not be returning after this yet again awful experience from the front office staff. It is a shame because my CNP was wonderful.

I had a bad experience here and am sharing this to help others. I was told to go on birth control for my condition, it cost over $300 a month with insurance and when I tried to ask if there were any cheaper options they wouldn’t return my calls. I was calling for about 2 months and trying to reach anyone. They finally told me that I should just get better insurance and did not offer anything to help. Horrible experience so glad I was able to find a better obgyn that can communicate and better meet my needs with prescriptions.

I would give them zero stars if it where any option. I don’t take issue with the Dr. In fact I specifically sought out Dr. Buchenroth when she moved practices. I tried 4 times to get into this location. I had my records sent over etc. Today I arrive for a 8am appointment and I was met by a rude and what appeared to be very annoyed young receptionist. I’ve dealt with her attitude on several occasions when she answers the phone. I was told my appointment was with a nurse practitioner instead of the dr. Who isn’t even working on Mondays. So after a 20 minute drive I walk away from this facility to drive another 20 mins and still without an appointment.

A patient at Eastwind for at least 18 years now, and I just have give mention on my experiences. First and foremost my entire overall health, and healthcare needs are met, plus exceeded as a whole person, not just a patient.Changes are so often forced upon us, & not necessarily welcome.Honestly from every doctor starting with Dr..Parnes, transitioning to Dr Arora, now NP Alexis & Jessie have been seamless. The fact I can call one day, usually get an appointment the very next day, in itself is amazing.The wait time in every area of the office, is minimum. Never have my office visits, felt rushed or shortened because I got squeezed in the schedule at the last minute. The entire staff just continues to WOW me with each visit!

I cant recommend Eastwind Womens Health enough to any woman who is looking to take control of her health. Every time I am seen, I am treated with care and respect. I am seen on time every time as well, I never wait more than five minutes after I arrive. They have been incredibly helpful not only with my yearly exams but with my familys history of cancer, the genetic counseling I have received has been a blessing and a huge weight off my shoulders.

Dr Rheame is seriously the best doctor I have seen! I went threw 2 pregnancies with another practice and hated it! I loved over to Dr Rheame in about the middle of my 3rd pregnancy. He pretty much saved my babies life. He takes extra time and extra care. My 4th baby I wanted to be my last and he helped make that happen. I am forever thankful for Dr Rheame and the staff!

If I could review Dr. Arora separately and give him 5 stars, I would.You’ll need an entire day for an appointment because no one else cares about your time. Takes over an hour to even be seen and I’m not speaking on just one experience; I’ve been a patient here for almost 14 years now.

Dr Buchenroth, Tara, and the Granville staff are awesome! Dr B is kind, funny, compassionate, and will give you the facts you need to make the best decisions for your health. I recommend EWH for anyone!

Love my Dr. (Dr Aurora) he is the absolute best at his job, and nurses/drs rave over him at hospitals. :) (thats how I found this place) the nurses here are great too, very personable and you can tell they dont come to work just for a pay check. The only thing I dont favor is how the people at the desk always shut The phones off 15-20 mins (sometimes more) before closing time even occur. It just looks very bad when your time says closing soon online and then when you call, the voice recording answers saying you are already closed. Not a very good look, and this isnt the first time this has happened. I dont write it on reviews unless it is something I have experienced more than 2-3 times. I also will say they do have an option to page the Dr. on call though for those that have emergencies

Eastwind Womans Health in my opinion, stands above any other doctor office that I have been to. I have had a positive experience with this office for 22 years and in my 22 years, I have not had one bad experience. Integrity and Excellence has been my experience. Let me start with Dr. Marc Parnes. He is an outstanding doctor. He always made me feel like every question I had was a legitimate question to ask and he was always sensitive to sensitive issues. He never rushed me and he had great medical knowledge. He went to every measure to ensure I was well taken care of throughout my 22 years. I have friends that went to him also and they have all had a great experience also. As far as the other doctors in this office, my experience with them has been just about as good (I have not been going to them as long but so far, they seem almost as good as Dr. Parnes). I had an experience the other day where I nearly fainted at the checkout booth and all 4 doctors (Parnes, Aurora, Rheams, Raymond) stood by my side as I lay on the floor trying to recover from major light headedness and nausea. (How many people get 4 doctors at once to help them recover?!?) One doctor was elevating my feet and checking my pulse, the other doctors was bringing me juice, another bringing me snack bars, and the other doctor was putting cold wet clothes on my forehead. I will never forget how they stopped what they were doing in the middle of their busy day to come to my aid in my time of great need. They talked to me to comfort me and at the same time were medically making sure I was ok. If you want to go to a place where the doctors really care about their patients as real human beings who matter, this is the place to go. The receptionists are also very nice and personable...it was the receptionist who saw me fainting and called for the doctor immediately.

I have no problem myself, but my best friend is trying to have a 2ed child and she was told she was too fat and made my friend cry uncontrollably. Body shaming women of different body tyips are wrong. Not all bodys are all the same. When a doctor body shames a womwn trying to have more children it makes the women hate herswlf and possibly makes them anorexic and not want to eat ever again. The doctor that she saw was pretty old fashion for thinking that women should be paper thin. Shes literally not even 300 pounds and she was shamed for being chunky when she literally has a nother child. Its called mothers get chunky after child birth !! This place will nody shame you if your not skinny. Do not come here if your trying to have a child or a nother child. Thanks to this doctor I have ro find a way to show my best friend she is allowed to eat and that she is beautiful. Doctors are wrong for body shaming women especially this one.

I highly recommend Dr. Britta Buchenroth at Eastwind Womens Health to all of my friends. Dr. Buchenroth is the perfect combination of evidence based and caring. She was my OB from conception through delivery and post partum and I have received excellent medical care combined with what I consider to be above and beyond emotional support / bedside manner. If youre looking for a doctor who will inform you of all updated studies and medical information, provide top notch medical care, while also truly caring about you and your family, Dr Buchenroth is the right OB for you!

I never would have thought I would find a Dr who was so caring, kind, knowledgeable, on time as Dr. Arora! Im so grateful to have him as my dr for almost 10 years now. He delivered my 2 babies and was there helping me through everything. This staff is wonderful.

Desite the negative reviews, I made an appointment to come here based off the 5 star reviews. A that was a mistake.This is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized places of business Ive ever been to. Theyre clowns at a circus show. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache by going elsewhere.Also, the receptionist is super childish and disrespectful. Oh, & dont worry about reporting them to upper management, because theyll make excuses for unprofessionalism and disrespect.Its a shame with everything the world is dealing with, you have to juggle foolishness with these clowns too!Thank me later! The first time was okay. After trying for weeks and couldn’t anyone to help me out to get an appointment I had schedule with a different provider. Their front office service is so poor . So so very poor. Sucks

Am on my third trimester n doctor rheaum has been good n caring to me compare to the other nurses especially the ones on the front desk sometimes I feel they very races but all the same thx to doctor rheaum Patrick for ur kindness n support when I come to the hospital n u are not around I feel like am missing something

Ive never been to such an unprofessional place of business in my life. Due yourself a favor and go else where and get treated better. I spoke with few females, they have very poor communication skills and they were very nasty. Just to name a few.. Katherine, Megan, Nicole, and a few others. They should all be retrained or replaced. Not the best place ,honestly Im high risk and the doc is fine as well as the nurses .The problem is front desk unfortunately I was late to my 28 week appointment and Jamie at the front is very nasty (not just to me ). They have made me wait for 30 min to be seen and today I was only 10 min late and denied to be seen. I understand its an insuance game at this point.

I have been a patient with Eastwind Womens Health for almost 30 years. Everyone is always so warm, welcoming, understanding, sypathetic, encouraging, supportive and thoughtful. This practice has seen me thru 2 pregnancies, 2 miscarriages, 1 ectopic pregnancy, and finally a hysterectomy. I cant imagine having anyone else be there with me thru all of my ups and downs in my life. Thank you Eastwind Womens Health for all that you have helped me thru!

I cannot be more satisficed with my experience until this point. Everyone is super nice and understanding. Nurse practitioner Alexis Shelley is very informative and answers any questions you may have.

Never had a more caring, kind, and gentle OB/GYN. Dr. Arora definitely cares about his patients. And the office staff and nurses are just as wonderful!!

The nurse was really warm and friendly. The doctor seemed disinterested in helping me. I left feeling like she didn’t care if she helped me or not. I found the experience disappointing at best.

Ill always be thankful for their help and kindness! Best providers around!

All the staff is excellent. Dr. Rheaume is great. He is very easy to talk to, very down to earth and genuinely cares about his patients.
