This is the third time Ive been turned away with no care. I try to go as a walk-in patient but they schedule those walk-in openings. Providers are constantly not there or unavailable . Only other choice I have is to pay for care I cant afford when Im supposed to be dependent on my main healthcare clinic Hunter health . All they can say is well we can see you at a later day or time. I need help now. The census is increasing but theyre not increasing their staff for capacity of the community that is dependent on this facility.
Hunter health really dont care about my health. I was supposed to be seen within 3-5 days after my release from the hospital on August 2nd for sepsis pneumonia, I was told by my hospital doctor, that Hunter health agreed to see me once I was released if I was feeling bad and for continued health concerns and also for a check-up appointment within 3-5 days. I had to constantly call to try to get a appointment sooner than two weeks out they were trying to give me. I finally called and was able to get in sooner because someone cancelled their appointment but only because I called them even though I asked to be put on the cancellation list. The nurse Alexa is a rude human shes never once been nice to me when asking questions. I would think if you work in healthcare you would have some compassion for a person that just needs care. I supposedly have a care team not sure how thats supposed to help the few times I talk to Amber from my care team she hasnt been able to do anything but say yes the back pain is normal and told me to do a walk-in and I did that and all they did was take my vitals and listen to me and tell me its not worth doing blood work or an x-ray since it was a Friday and they wouldnt get the rest back till later in the week. I was also told to just take Tylenol and ibuprofen for the severe back pain even though I told her I have already been doing that its not helping its all skeletal pain from the sepsis pneumon I fully agree that could be the diagnosis for the pain. What I dont understand is why not give me something to help ease the pain, yet again no one really cares at Hunter health. I am so very disappointed in Hunter health I have been going to them for years but in the most critical time I need proper care they have failed me. I will not be going to tham any longer. If I could Id give a zero.
My tooth cracked open. I called in horrible pain, was on hold for 10 minutes before deciding to just leave a message. When I pressed 0 to leave a message like the robo/automated system said, I just got the dead line beeping noise. I am in so much pain.
I came in at 9 am as a walk in , very sick not feeling well , i walked over 2 miles to get there, friday sept 20 2024 , i got told by the receptionist , that they are too full ,they are not taking walk ins , their website says that they take walk ins , i have always came in ,in the past as a walk in and was able to be seen by a doctor , this is a terrible clinic ,very unorganized ,false advertisment on website , and uncaring staff at the front desk , this clinic is useless and no good , I hope they find the way to shut it down or most definitely replace the administrators that run the clinic, very poor management terrible experience, I will never ever set foot in this Clinic again I would rather die than come here again, I came in sick I walked out sicker than i came in , I dont recommend for anyone in the right mind to go to the Hunter Health Clinic, I noticed a lot of people was coming in as walk-ins and it was okay for them to walk in but for me I was told I they are too full for today, what is the purpose of this Clinic, thats like a spit in the face adding insult to injury never ever in my whole entire life have I been treated this bad in any clinic in the United States, I hope this whole entire Clinic just shuts down and closes its worth and useless
The only reason I dont give one stars is because nobody puts any creedence in a one star.This would actually be less than a one star.Theyre deck their doctors really ought to be all accused of malpractice.Their dental doctor Dr Jones every every feeling hes put in my mouth is falling out.So for me I just as soon and drive to tahlequah and get my calves at $100 instead of the $300 they charge here.So if you have any kind of insurance pick anybody but these people.Its like as soon as they find out you its youre on the Indian Health services from the staff.They think that youre getting something for nothing and so therefore you know its like how dare you show up hereI think the only person that actually cares for anybody there is name is Newman Washington.I believe him to be a good guy but you know they even took rights away from him to help schedule people in so they dont really care about him either.Horrible horrible horrible facility!!!!!!
This place is horrible Callie wentling refuse to treat my sister properly for 3 weeks my sister had a sinus infection and she did not prescribed an antibiotic now her blood count is low hunter health clinic refuse to change the care provider My sister have rights to decline Callie wentling , Callie wentling refuse to send out referral to other doctors for test. There is an staff member by the name of Andy that had verbal threatened my sister and told her she will be kicked out of the clinic if she didnt let Callie wentling treat her. Well I heard the recording and I have contacted the naacp, and made a complaint also I have contacted my attorney and Im not done, you picked the wrong person to mess with from what I have been told they have over 20 complaints I want this place to know this be ready a lawsuit is coming your way Callie wentling misdiagnosed my sister and told her something that wasnt true I have 3 statements that show that this person is incompetence and needs more training see yall in court cant wait till the Naacp contacts you and thank you Andy for the recording on the phone and in person also Callie wentling nurse has been reported please people go somewhere else this is a Run down clinic unprofessional staff
I had a great experience! Dental assistant Anthony is very friendly made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back.
At first I was excited to receive care in Kansas but over time it became increasingly difficult to get personal and positive care. When scheduling visits the wait is about two months. I didnt know for nine months you could be booked on a same day service. I patiently and sufferingly waited my turn. The nurse gets just about everything backwards and is your only access to your doctor by phone. Ive been waiting two months for a medication pre authorization. After my last visit I felt dismissed and admonished for my medical conditions. This is some sort of Rural charter protected from legal liability for inadequate services. I would recommend finding care elsewhere.
I’ve been up for 40 minutes waiting for them just to sign a piece of paper. I told them I was in a hurry for my job. But they didn’t care. So I missed out on taking my physical and possibly missed out on my new job because they’re “too busy” to sign a piece of paper that takes 12 seconds. No urgency and absolutely no care
Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, can’t get a call back. Every time i go in for an appointment, they are late getting me back. On my last appointment it felt as though they forgot about me and I was left waiting in the exam room for 30 minutes.I’ve tried to be a patient here for 2 years and have continually received poor care and service. I would recommend choosing another doctor if possible
Extraordinary staff. Gone are the days of waiting all morning or afternoon for ones appointment. In right away, diagnosed and treated by expert staff, out before ones next bus is due. Merrily recommend.
Unorganized. No friendly physicians, even the pediatricians aren’t nice.
Do not have personal experience here. I took my brother there who went in to get some information. He was able to get this information about appointments in a reasonable amount of time and came back to the car.It looked to be a nice place, and they seemed to be adding on to their parking lot or something like that.
Hunter Health Clinic dental staff did an amazing job. Theyre so great and passionate about the job they do and the people they help.They put a smile on my face. They made me feel like royalty. They were so understanding and respectful. Great listeners. I do have to give them a shout out for doing an amazing outstanding job! I highly recommend them.
Update.. another failed attempted. I even took the advice of the response to my first review and called the patient advocate. Haha. That was a joke. The 2 ladies I talk to acted like they didnt know what to do when I asked for the patient advocate. I asked once again are they taking patients I was told not until January. The 2nd lady I talked to transfered me to 211. Seriously??? If it wasnt for THEM canceling 2 very important appointments back in 2021 I wouldnt have this issue. Also the wait time for someone to answer is ridiculously long.Dental canceled 2 very important appointments on me back in 2021. Been calling trying to get back in since only to be on hold forever to be told they not taking new patients. Oh by the way we have a new system your a new patient. Ridiculous. Only gave a 2 star instead of the one because when I did go before 2021 the dentist I had was good about his job.
Very long lines all the time and the care you get is really basic. Some doctors are better than others but if youre a patient that needs narcotic medication then find somewhere else because they dont care how bad you need it like myself they wont give it to you, I had to go to another doctor for that. The prices though are very cheap to get appointments. I recommend it but not for anything serious. The ER told me to have them re x-ray my ankle and when I went to my appointment they wouldnt x-ray it they just said its fine and it definitely wasnt. Only giving four stars because of the cheap prices otherwise Id give a 2 or 3 star. I did finally get a new doctor here and shes helped me more than any other of their doctors. If you go in for anything mental related be prepared to be loaded up on antidepressants.
The mental health team are amazing! I always feel seen and heard and they care.
Dr. Hunter is amazing, but the receptionists are RUDE. I called for an emergency appointment for a root canal, they told me the soonest they can do it is a month! I said really? Apparently someone got their feelinga hurt because TWO months later, someone called and said I had to sign a behavior contract or something stupid to continue to get treated there. Already went elsewhere. I would NOT recommend.
If I could give a negative 10 stars would this place is a joke they dont help you then send you off in pain and they tell you to go to the ER if you have any other issues . They never sent out my prescription to the pharmacy and then they tell me to go to the ER if Im still having problems this place is a joke. Sad this is the Health care They provide
Ladies at the front desk were nice and understanding. My doctor is also nice and understanding of my health concerns. Although I didnt go in for mental health, they checked on my mental health and I got to talk to a mental health worker and she was very nice also. I dont know why people are leaving such horrible negative reviews, I would highly recommend this doctors office!! 💜

Ill give em 5 just for being here. Its not IHS unless you have a complaint. If you have used IHS on the reservation well this place is pretty good. Reservation is a place were Native Americans live because the government beat and killed NativeAmericans this is just a runner up benefit.
My doctor saw me for a pre op exam in the beginning of Feb. Saw my EKG was abnormal and didnt refer me to a cardiologist then and cleared me for surgery. Then the anesthesiologist canceled my surgery bc I had to be seen by a cardiologist to be cleared. Its just ridiculous that if something was not normal to begin with, then why not take care of it or get it cleared by referring out from the get. So extremely irritated with this office and I will probably be finding a new doctor soon. Smdh
The staff at the check-in are very rude and they lie regarding the appointment time the telephone person who gave me an appointment time said one especifit time and when I arrived to the check in they said I had missed my appointment because according to them I just missed my appointment by 15 minutes and I had been waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. Then the check in lady said it was my fault for not been at the window at the appointed time when you are directed to be in line to wait for the next open check in person. I understand the clinic is overwhelmed with the covid 19 appointments but they should have a different line for people who are at the clinic for different business.And you never tell the customer that is their fault that is basic customer service. And dont make excuses for poor work ethics.
Their poliet, professional, and easy to find. I didnt like that my doctor had moved into a different building but, so far so good!
The most unprofessional excuse for a doctors office. I had to take off a day from work to come here for my appointment so I can have a simple refill. Which means I missed a days pay because of my appointment. When I got here I was told of the nurse was not in. I waited over 4 weeks to get into this appointment. The nurse could not send a simple phone call or email to me saying she would not be here? Completely unacceptable. is the nurse going to pay for my day that I missed work is the nurse going to pay for the time I had to wait to get a simple refill? this is why I never ever go to the doctors office because every time Ive ever been to the doctor from childhood to my adult life this staff is always unorganized. so now Im expected to wait and take another day off work because the nurse didnt want to make a simple phone call! I will not be coming here again and I advise you not to come either.
My doctor was nice, but my nurse was completely unprofessional in my opinion. Not only does she seemingly continue to mock me, she did not call me about part of my lab results for almost two weeks. By then my condition had already spread to my kidneys, which Im pretty sure they get UA results same day. Still waiting for the rest.....and more attitude. 😒
I said it would take one day for my x-ray results on my chest to Ive been waiting for a week and still nothing and I think I have an infection like pneumonia these people are horrible thats how they do us poor people
Staff was friendly and polite. I came in around 11am and was seen almost Immediately. Soon as they returned from lunch the pharmacy was quick to fill the script for me. My experience there could not have been any better and Im grateful for the care they provided me.
Dr Tye is very rude and doesnt take patient complaints serious.
Kena is always a pleasure to work with. She always is smiling, professional, and easy to work with. I enjoy the positive spirit she puts out. I can tell she really likes and cares for her patients.
ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THAT EVEN AFTER I TELL THEM MY KIDS SEE A DENTIST REGULARLY AND WHEN NEEDED THEY STILL TRY TO PUSH THEIR DENTIST ONTO ME..Then wanna be mad because i refuse the help just because my kids go to this clinic and its low income does NOT mean i dont have access to a dentist or that i dont take my kids to see a dentist. Do better.
My Experience is with the New Hunter Health ClinicI have had Several appointments with the Dental department at Hunter, and I am Thoroughly impressed with the new State of the art Facility!The entire facility is new modern and clean, better than any other dental office Ive ever been to.Dr. Greenwood is the best Dentist Ive ever had, and I had 2 extractions with no pain at all!Dr. Greenwood and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable, and I believe truly care about making their patients visit comfortable and pain free.Yes, sometimes the clinic can be busy, and it can be difficult to get in quickly, but have patience and you will be taken care of from the best dental staff in wichita.Michael Garcia
9-20-2021....three times I have been hung up on (theres a long long wait while on hold) while talking to someone about my appointment. Rude. This isnt the only time this has happened, it happens every time I call. If anyone of the doctors or staff dont want to talk to you anymore, they walk away and its just a regular conversation about ones health. This place has no help for those with mental issues and could care less about it. Youre having thoughts about killing yourself...to bad, I can get you an appointment in 3 months. Thats how sad this place is, but with her having no insurance, this is where she is left with.
This place is a joke. Literally every time I call to have my script refilled my provider is no longer there. They then make me schedule an appointment to have a new script. I’ve been on this medicine for 10+ years and the lady at the front desk tried to say it wasn’t even on my list of medications and had a huge attitude with me. I do not recommend this facility at all. I’ve been going for years, once you get into see a doctor their service is fine but their front desk and lack of communication with their clients is a joke.
Love the doctors there whom have cared for me. The only bad experience I’ve had is recently I went for lab testing as I do for every appointment because I am pregnant. I was Told they were going to draw some blood again and I was totally okay with that because I’m used to getting my blood drawn for testing. Plus I’m not too bothered by it because for me it’s relatively painless. The nurse in the lab asked me my birthdate as they always ask you and I told her. As I was getting ready for blood testing she asked me what my age was and I told her 17. She looked at me rudely and continued. She roughly inserted the needle into my arm which stung but I thought was just a mistake but then once she got done drawing blood she roughly pulled out the needle which hurt like a wasp had stung me. Never had an experience like that with any place I’ve been too. It’s been more than a week and my arm is still bruising and hurts to the touch from where she inserted the needle. Won’t be accepting her as my next lab nurse.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to to more than once have they forgotten that we were in the room waiting for the provider. They also will not let you schedule An appointment but will take walkins for 5 hours while are booked up until another month. If you go to a walk in you better be ready to wait 4 plus hours. They put me in a room with my two-year-old and told me I would be there another 2 hours
When you can get care its usually OK. But to get to the point you are getting care is somewhat tricky. Calling over the phone usually takes at least 20-30 mins to get to someone then they put you on hold then it disconnects. Doctors are slow to return your messages or to do what you expect from them. Good luck getting to be seen by your PCP quickly. Dental clinic is a joke. I was offered an appointment 2 months later for the tooth that is bothering me (=urgent problem) and a cleaning 6 months later. Looking for another place.
Im beyond grateful for Dr. Conrado. Agustin.MD. Pediatrician. As my childrens Doctor. Hes to the point, tells it how it is! From a teen to a 8 year old child he adapts quickly an explains to my kids what to expect. I appreciate he including my kids in there health an openly lessons to my kids an I concerns and or treatment. 5 years under his care with no problem from Dr or staff. ! I highly recommend him as his bed side manner an caring for my kids for 6 years an counting! Doctor an staff are professional an curtious!
Horrible service! Had lab work done here more than two weeks ago and they refuse to fax results to my dermatologist. I have begged them a few times and all they say is they will notate the message. I haven’t been able to get my prescription do to this. The nurse who did my blood work was super rude as well.
Jonathan in behavioral health is dismissive and condescending. I tried to get information regarding genuine concerns and he was completely unhelpful and unwilling. He seems to struggle with the ability to listen and provide accurate information
I got the first dose of the Moderna vaccine here a while back, and I’ve tried calling several times to get back in for my second dose. Every time, someone at the front desk says something along the lines of “We’ll call you back to schedule a time”. Now it’s been so long that I have to start the entire process over with a new first dose somewhere else. It would be funny if it wasn’t so annoying. Not to mention that they got my birthday wrong on my vaccination card even after confirming it with me. Just red flags all around - will not be returning.
Used to be able to get service here when it mattered now I have to set appointments months in advance and can not receive same day care to the numerous amount of people with questionable blood quantum that are serviced here. Especially upsetting as I came in the morning and was told I couldn’t get in for a same day until after 3 PM. Why not put me on the list for the afternoon. I used to be able to discuss with Newman Washington, the indigenous patient advocate, but I have not been able to reach him and will have to find a new HCP due to repeatedly not being able to get care with HH. I will be lodging a complaint with IHS as well as my tribe. It seems the systems at play here now are more to deter or delay care than actually help. I have not been able to make any progress here. If you are a new patient I would suggest skipping registry here until they can figure out how to handle the current load they have.
I am livid with this place. I called to make an appointment for my yearly Pap smear and to change out my birth control. Went in on 3/21. Once arriving for my appointment I was told they do not change birth control and will need to refer me out. Was also recommended that I get a mammogram. It’s been over a month 4/23 and still have not heard for my referral. I scheduled an appointment with my optometrist because I’ve have red eyes for the past few weeks. They contacted them for a referral and they DENIED it! Do yourself a favor and never associate with this place.
I would like to say that our experience with the Hunter Medical team and staff. Starting with the receptionist Jeanie. She was so very nice and helpful with all of my questions. And when we were called back the nurse she was the same answered all of my questions and had no problem doing so. And then Dr Amy Morgan was great as well she led us in a much better direction. Which may take just a little longer time to do. Will pay off so great it will take care of most of my wifes Health problems. All together very nice medical staff.
I always have a good experience at the clinic. Their customer service towards me and taking care of me makes me feel very trusting and secure knowing they all are doing their best to help me. Shout out to Tracy and his crew in the pharmacy. They ALWAYS give me great customer service!!
Rude, unhelpful and they completely wasted my time for no reason. The doctor couldn’t even be bothered to see me. That was really painful for me since I was unemployed, broke, and had no health insurance. I’ll never return and I’ll never recommend to anyone, even low-income patients. Now I am insured with a job but would never go near it. I feel sorry for the families and people that are forced to go there due to lack of insurance and/or money.
I called yesterday to schedule appointments, and the young lady (who was very nice on the phone, btw) said that they were booked up until mid-december, but that i could still show up today between the hours of 8am-11am this morning & immediately be seen by a doctor. i call this morning to confirm and the new young lady (who was also very nice), has no idea what the previous woman i had spoken to was talking about, and that i would have to now show up at 7:30 on monday to get me a same-day appointment. very unprofessional, i dont recomend going to see these people. again, however, i must say that no matter how uninformed they were, they were still very nice.
I am a recent amputee. Was told to follow up with hunter health. Tried doing so. The doctors assistant (never even seen a doctor) only thing she did was complain and never looked at my surgery wounds.Told me to make another appointment on my way out.
Todays experience was super fast even with a last minute appointment. Im very satisfied and appreciative. They did exactly what I was hoping and ran tests to eliminate a strep diagnosis. They were completely out of flu tests, but to be on the save side, went ahead with a tamiflu prescription. Son has flu like symptoms and wed all like to keep him around a while longer. Thank you Hunter Health.
I made appoitment to apply insurance program at 8:45 on monday, and when i got there at 8:45 they told me i need to show up at 8:00 without letting me know when i scheduled it. Then im fine with it, took me 2 weeks for my other appointment. This time my appointment at 11:00 i i came at 10:15, after fill out document and wait for 30 mins they came at me and tell me the lady who works with the insurance program cant make it today and need to reschedule me again, so that WASTE OF TIME because i get off work for this, so tired of this place!!!
I truly was on track with giving them a 5-star rating but they seriously f*****-up around the billing/treatment portion. The staff for the most part Were very professional and their new facility is very nice minus the cell reception. They basically strung me along withholding the amount at the front desk until after the treatments were done. Its a deceptive way to pop the amount on people after theyre basically locked in. I dont really blame the people exactly but mostly the system and I know they can do better. On top of that they even held the treatment until whenever I could come up with the FULL amount....instead of just charging a bit or setting up a payment plan and doing the treatment today. If I was really in any kind of pain or I needed help now their inflexible and archaic system would have me in pain for at least another week till I get paid. Seriously upset and disappointed at how well they operate. If they remain this way to their customers, insured or no they will never really make it anywhere.
Tried to be seen for a broken infected tooth, was sent to 2 boarded up closed locations before finding the clinic. After finally finding the clinic, they took my copay and sent out a prescription for antibiotics. Without even looking at the tooth was told to come back in August and try to be seen again.Worst healthcare Ive ever seen
Hey look I came to you looking for help what I got was called names told I was a lier and told that my injuries were in my head. When in fact they are not. The dark haired lady Dr didnt even look at my problem other than to poke at it and call me a lier. Im seriously thinking of boycotting you and your clinic mostly because I dont like bullies and she is one of you dont agree with her then she chopps of your head. Not gonna happen so far I believe defamation of my character and refusals to even listen too me... Huh jeez I thought it was a Drs main goal was listening to thíer patients and now I understand why when everyone has been turned against you in high school why some kids come in a banging ... And oh yah you have a security guard so when your Drs show ultimate disrespect you get escorted to the door and sorry bout the first one it wouldnt take my pick. But here is my review... Blood pressure is a FAIL . Not listening to actual patient ...FAIL... BEING A NICE PERSON ... DOUBLE FAIL. A nice, new building and some new clinical staff do not make for a new and improved Hunter Health. While a number of the office staff are very patient oriented, by far the majority could not care less. Their phone manner is surly at best. In many cases, they are out and out rude and apparently know that behavior is acceptable to management. Until and unless the clinic understands that they can not maintain a viable service without serving its patients, Hunter Health will likely continue to have the poor reputation they have had with other Wichita caregivers.[I must give compliments to Savannah, Molly & Salisha (sp?)]
My family & I recently had a trip out of the country & we all needed Covid tests to enter our country of destination. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful in navigating this process & getting us the test results within the time frame we needed. Everyone was very professional and helpful! In these stressful times it was great having your organization working for us!Thank you Hunter Health
A lot of the front staff are rude and seem to think they are better than the clients they are supposed to be serving. I feel that is probably why I dislike this clinic so much. They are snide to the point of thinking they have the right to tell people how it will be and if you want to talk to a supervisor they give excuses why you cant
This place is terrible if I could give them no star at all I would they made me feel like I was trash. When I lefted I literally cried. They even talked to me very rude and was changing back and forth from 1 care provider to another. I just moved here and was taking pain meds from my past doctor for DDD which there is no cure for it just gets worse and a benzo for anxiety which I was willing to let go of the benzo and just wanted something for pain so I could continue my normal everday activities and they were so rude they didnt even care to hear what I had to say and was like well we dont prescribe that no tampering down or nothing just cold turkey Im literally in so much pain I just wanna give up.
If you have state insurance its way better than grace med they seem like they actually care about there patients
Check in process same as any clinic. I really wanted to trust a place, considering my old age. So i thought a low income clinic would be great, cuz of the cost. Long story short, i went to go pick up some antibiotics $250 this gotta be some magical stuff so i buy it. Turns out doctor gal order 4x tubes, ment to use for only 2 weeks. One tube can last 1yr. Yup, lesson learn.
Ive taken my son to dr.augustin... idk how to spell his name...and he is the worst. Deplorable bedside manner. Didnt really care about the treatment my son had for the last 10 years. The insurance said I had to get a prescription for a nebulizer for my son that he has used the past 10 years and finally quit on him. The Dr refused to write a script for his nebulizer. Ill be finding a new doctor
I went here with a cavity in my back molar and Dr. Lenox and his staff expertly took care of me and brought me back from pretty intense pain. They work with people so you pay based off your income and it is pretty incredible that their work is still high quality. Would recommend to everyone.
The staff were very rude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never saw the same Dr. Or residents more than once and though you have to wait sometimes hours for your scheduled appointment, they seem very rushed once you are finally seen. Horrible experience the 5 months i dealt with them through my pregnancy.
I saw Dr. Hunter today for dental work. I was terrified because of previous bad experiences. Everyone was so kind and that put my fears to rest. Elizabeth the dental tech was the best. I will be having more work done in the future. Thanks Dr. Hunter and Elizabeth.
After I called them today and made sure I can walk in and do pregnancy test, I get told on the front desk that there will be two hours of wait while I am looking around me and literally there was no one at all. It was 4:49 pm and the wait is 2 hours knowing they close at 7 pm. Waste of time.
I set up a DATING SCAN for my FIRST pregnancy and when I got there was paraded around and had blood taken and was told I would need a pap (I have a gynecologist already thank you) and was told I couldn’t get a dating scan. Nor did they pull out a Doppler to hear heartbeat. Would not recommend.
Dr Jones was very patient very understanding of me being scared to death of the dentist and took his time and it did not hurt at all even afterwards I did not need no medication and he pulled six teeth at one time thank you very much I really appreciate
I had a very pleasant experience with the dental team. Dr Alan Jones and his nurse treated me well even though I did not have insurance. I am grateful to them and the entire dental team.Thank you.
There service is trash. We legit have a 5 min appointment. If it was possible to not give a star thats what my rating would be like seriously. If you have a child there better of going to the emergency room
Unprofessional staff that simply doesnt care. Theyll lie to you, and lie to cover up each others lies. They couldnt care less about patients or their health concerns. As if debilitating problems werent hard enough to cope with, physically and emotionally, being shown it doesnt matter only serves to make it worse. Any concept of caring here is a joke.
I have been here, waiting for 3 hours now. Ive asked multiple times whats going on, when will I be seen. And was rudely told to go back to my room. Absolutely pathetic theres no reason it should be this long of a wait. Especially when Ive seen multiple people come in after me and leave before me! Very disappointed.
I dont recommend this place to anyone is very unclean unprofessional to doctor was coughing without covering his mouth it was very unsanitary I was very scared while I was there and I told the lady that the doctor said that I needed to come back in 2 weeks and she told me 3 months and I was like thats not what he said and it was very scary so if you want to go to a facility thats unprofessional unclean I suggest you go there. I cant and wont go back. It was the weirdest and creepiest place ive ever seen.
I never got good quality healthcare hereThey never touched me just talked to me what kinda of Dr doesnt listen to their paitents heart?etc I was tired all the time they told me it was dehydration come to find out it was my blood pressure meds.plus I didnt like the staff there they where rude to me! If I where you I would go to grace-med great medical care and works on a sliding income scale as well.
Amazing clinic, they truly care for their patients. I felt listened to, and not rushed. They worked with my situation and gave me the best medical care.
Dr. Chiles, she misdiagnosed me. If you get her I would not recommend her, lousy doctor has no idea what shes doing. Ive had swimmers ear (otitis externa) since 2017. She said that it was allergies. That was false. I know no way in hell that my swimmers ear manifested into allergies. Instead of prescribing me Prednisone for my ears. She prescribed me nasal allergy medicine (over the counter medicine) what an idiot. I had to research everything online on my own Prednisone is the type of medicine that she was supposed to prescribe me. Theres no good health care in Wichita Kansas unfortunately, Ive had the worst experience with doctors in this state.
Not satisfied with hunter health.dr. messed up on my prescription.running short on meds. Dont have enough meds til next appointment.will have to go to emergency room.drs and staff dont care about their patients.will change drs. soon.
Tried to call them and when they finally answered me, I sat on the line for five minutes, saying hello, trying to get the attention of the other people on the line who were talking amongst themselves. Seems like these people are more interested in their petty gossip than trying to do their job.
First time coming here, out of the 5 staff members I’ve interacted with only 3 have been rockstars IMO.Aaliyah (Sorry if I misspelled) the doctor she works under and the young lady that took my payment.I’d recommend though!

Tai Schmotzer, APRN is a awesome and amazing nurse practitioner! She is nice, caring and understanding! She listens to the patients needs, and will do anything she can to help them out!
The service of the office stuff is the worst and most unprofessionalism. We was charge for $75 to be told to go to a regular dentist. After that when filled out referral papers to go to the dental they lost our papers a day later they had to god back and resign referral papers. I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
Nobody should be waiting an hour for someone to pick up the phone when there’s always somebody at the front desk.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are the worst dr office ever. Im a CMA and I think I probably know more about medicine their PA does. They dont write our scripts right so once you get to the pharmacy you have to go back and have it rewriten. Worst of all the employees are slow and lazy
They give u a time and date for appointment and you make it and they will have you waiting for hours before someone can see you and when you see a doctor its for 5 to 10 min comparing the time they have you waiting its honorable I have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour
They have always been very nice to me and work with me. Plus on the mental health side they are engaging and open plus they show concern.
First pharmacy Ive ever been to that made me wait 30 mins just to find out how much my prescription would cost. Everything else was good.
Only a hunters health will you see the dental hygienist chatting it up with the receptionist for 5 minutes each time, cover her mouth with a paper because were staring and waiting in pain, then pick up a patient form and proceed to call a name. Yall have all day to catch up on your weekend. Also I was there at 7:30 and ppl who just walked in got in before me. 😑
Very disrespectful employee in the dental accused me of being rude but was being very rude and disrespectful by the name of “patty” she’s the biggest person in the building can’t miss her then a lady by the name of daisy Gonzalez came to back her employee up for being disrespectful I don’t argue I just make things be known don’t go to this place do better also got my teeth cleaned after all of this and they were really rough my mouth has never been that dry for a cleaning they didn’t really use water my mouth was dry they will mess you up here don’t go here
You have no idea my teeth where rotting out of my head breaking off. I was treatedvery professionally and gave me a new set of teeth I would recommend them to anyone who cant afford to take care of their mouth now I smile I have upper and lower plates and it places I can always get them fitted thank you Hunter help

Very unprofessional, got in a car wreck 17weeks pregnant and they wont see me after the ER told me to follow up with them. Staff told me if it get worst call I been up off and on all night in pain is that not getting worst?
These people are unprofessional my husband had an appt on 09/05 they told us that they couldnt see him because we couldnt pay will NEVER reccomend them to any of our friends or family worst clinic ever my husband is also a diabetic and he has other health issues that require medications and they acted like they didnt even care he has been without those meds for a week and now he is sick just because they wanted money we told them that we didnt have they care about the money more than care about their patients worst people ever i dont reccomend taking a loved one to their clinic they will turn you away just like they did my husband i didnt want to give them any stars let alone one star worst place i have ever took my husband too

So, these people lied to Social Security Disability in regards to procedures they say my wife refused. Someone wrote in official health records this information. This is fraud. This is one reason we have a health care crisis in this country.
I had not been to the dentist since I was 14 yrs old because of a bad experience On my first visit to hunter health my fears were put to rest and my nerves calmed thanks to Mrs. Devette I have now been there 5 times to date and I am excited for my next appointment
