If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Im from another country. And Ive always needed my husband to accompany me to all my appointments. Thats never been a problem. I had the experience of having my first daughter with them. They are horrible, from the staff at the first counter to the doctors. They are uneducated and dont show any interest in your problem. Yesterday I had a horrible experience... finding a parking lot was a long journey to the office. I was having trouble carrying my baby. I arrived a few minutes late, which is not my fault. But the attendant was completely rude. Ive been waiting for this appointment for 5 months. I called from the parking lot to let them know I was going to be late, and they didnt answer, they just forwarded me to the electronics... Anyway, they showed no sympathy and sent me to the hospital, which has now been waiting for over a month... Im in a lot of pain because of my IUD. They simply said: if youre in a lot of pain, go to the hospital. So now Im going to look for another clinic, in fact no obstetric clinic here in Winchester has 5 stars but this one only has 2, so please its worth reading the comments, believe me this is the worst experience a pregnant mother can have with them...
Kattal is literally the worst doctor Ive ever had. Shes always booked out 3 months. Even when other staff assures you that shell approve prescription requests until your appointment she continuously denies them. She rushes you out the door, even after detrimental news of a miscarriage, which she breezed right through and then immediately asked if i wanted surgery or the pill just to get me out and move onto the next bill.. i mean patient. She brushes off every single concern. Shes almost impossible to understand because she refuses to slow down and annunciate properly. You can feel that she doesnt actually care about her patients, for her its clearly all about the money. The rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, which is the only reason i have given 1 star. If it werent for her supporting staff she wouldnt have a practice. Pretty sad.
I don’t recommend this place! I’m glad I switched doctors I can’t believe they told me on my face that I can die anytime even though I have no high cholesterol or diabetes and that Indian doctor told me why did I decide to have a third baby???? What kind of professional tells you that? I had a stroke 4 years ago and did a treatment. I have a risk to get another one that’s if I stop taking care of myself, but I even went to see the neurologist and he said that I am fine and I need no treatments until I have my baby! This people just love to scare and stress you out instead of helping you. Just asked to see the doctor for a last time to do my glucose test and they refused to see me even though I’m still a patient there.
I moved to Winchester a couple years ago when I was pregnant with my 2nd child and was happy that they were able to get me in, so I stayed, despite not really vibing with Dr Kattal. At the time, they had various drs that you would see each visit, so I just hoped I got one of them. In my appt with her, I had expressed my desire to be induced at 39 weeks, and she said they didnt do that- which would I would accept, but every other dr I saw at that practice said I could. Fast forward to my final check ups and I get Kattal again, who still insists that I cant be induced early. They finally agree to induce me a couple days after my due date, and Kattal is my Dr....I asked repeatedly for an epidural, but kept being told I needed to wait and there was no reason yet. I was trying to be understanding, but I had given birth in a different hospital for my first child and I was never made to wait, so I brought this up gently, and she seemed offended. I finally get the epidural much later, give birth, only to find out as it wore off that I had a wet tap and was leaking spinal fluid because it took the anesthesiologist a couple tries to place it. I was in terrible pain all night long (unless I laid flat) and could barely hold my baby much less try to feed him- but thanks to an eagle eyed nurse at the hospital it was identified and other drs fixed it easily in the morning with a blood patch. I cant say, but I have to wonder if getting the epi earlier would have made a difference. Ill say that my post-partum check up was normal, got an iud placed quickly, no additional friction there. Fast forward to more recently, Ive been avoiding going to get my yearly check up because I dont love it there. I end up getting a TERRIBLE yeast infection from some antibiotics I was on, and I call them to see if I could be seen. I also had my period (that can trigger YIs, so should be fairly normal). The nurses were very nice but tell me that Kattal (all the other drs are gone now) wont see me to test for a YI until my period is over (a week later) because she cant test me on my period (even though I barely bleed due to my IUD), and wont prescribe me anything without seeing me (literally no risk in prescribing some diflucan). Frankly, this was my last straw. I declined an appointment and took myself to urgent care, where they had no problem testing me and helped me right away. Ive switched doctors now and I will not be looking back. I dont feel like I should need to constantly advocate for myself in order to receive routine medical care, and I dont care to see a Dr that would let me live in pain for that long without helping.
I had a miscarriage and ER referred me to the OB Doctor for evaluation, ultrasound and referral to a high risk OBGYN moving forward. They also found a large ovarian cyst. This is my fourth miscarriage which is why the ER doctor was adamant I be evaluated. Office refused and would only do bloodwork.
If you are a woman and you care about your health you should definitely read this. I went in for a visit this morning regarding my IUD, the appointment has been scheduled for a month because that’s the earliest they could see me, even for emergency’s. I went to the emergency room the other night because half of my IUD fell out.. so I get to my appointment late this morning so I had to reschedule, automatically the nurse was very rude and nasty about me being late, everytime I spoke about my IUD being removed at the next appointment she talked over me repeating the fact that I was late and that she read my notes from the ER; she claimed they said it was “in tact” and I’m fine. So I rescheduled, rode around the hospital and got my X-ray results and notes stating my IUD is in fact broken and needs to be removed. I took it back to the nurse, in tears, and explained there had to be a mix up earlier because here’s my papers, I presented the papers, she continued to read the paragraph and STILL said I’m just not reading it right and im fine, she TOSSED my X-ray disk back at me and said “we can’t view this anyway so here” then she proceeded to call SECURITY on me because I was trying to explain what the ER doctor said and when she kept being extremely rude I wrote her name down and she screamed “DONT LOOK AT MY NAME TAG” and instructed the other nurse to call security. The way I’m explaining it sounds so much nicer than the way the interaction went and yes I called her boss and requested she view the video footage from the office. I’ve NEVER had an experience like that from a doctors office. Even as I’m in tears begging to notate my appointment so next time it gets taken care of, this woman is screaming at me about being late.I even told her I’m not demanding an appointment today! I told her I just wanted to make sure my next appointment goes correctly.Angela is her name, and I hope to the good lord there is a camera in that office because that was absolutely humiliating and unprofessional. Completely lacks empathy and basic respect.
Dr. Humphreys (who is not there anymore) and Dr. Leonard (who still is there) are two very good doctors. Dr. Humphreys went above and beyond to make me feel heard. Though my encounters w Dr. Leonard were short, I can say I felt the same level of attention. I cannot say the same for any other doctor or staff member there, however. The staff members and nurses, especially those you speak to over the phone, are rude and non-empathetic, especially in sensitive conversations like past loss etc. there is little bedside manner, and you can tell they do not review your charts, are not listening to you, and do not care. The appointments are rushed and in a similar manner, you can tell you aren’t receiving attentive, personalized care. Switching to Winchester OB made a night and day difference when it came to feeling heard and tended to, rather than going into a medical environment being prepared to have to fight and advocate for yourself to receive attention.
0 starrr!!!!!!Everyone there has an attitude 24/7 on the phone calls and nobody there ever wants to genuinely help you. If you want human kindness don’t go here! Couldn’t my prescription right 6 times even after I got the pharmacy to call 2 times. They do not care about your wellbeing and told me I wouldn’t get pregnant over them switching my birth control when you can!!!! Also told me the birthcontrols were the same when they were completely different dosages in hormones. Respectively heck this place!
If I could give a 0 star rating, I definitely would.I have had female problems my whole life but with no diagnoses. (I am almost 25 and have never had a period).I have switched from doctors office to doctors office and this office is by far the worst!I had seen doctor Kattal. My appointment was no longer than 10 minutes. She had come in, did a Pap smear and referred me over to labs! That’s all. She never did explain to me my diagnoses or anything! When talking to her about what was going on, she basically told me she didn’t have time to listen. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE.
This was the worst OB visit I have ever had. I was looking forward to being a new patient at this place. Waited six months to get in and with several underlying health issues was hoping to have a well check up with a little bit of a conversation and just a great routine visit. My appointment was at 9:30 AM I got in the room at 9:32 AM I talked to the nurse till 9:35 AM. The doctor came in at 9:36 AM did a Pap smear and the other female checks. She was talking 100 miles an hour when she asked me if I had any issues I updated her on something that was happening and her response to me was this is not within the scope of my conversation you need to schedule and come back. And she did that with EVERY question she managed to ask me (these questions were asked so fast I could hardly keep up )She was done with my visit at 9:41 I literally had no longer than a six minute visit with this OB. I sat in the room crying as she left absolutely heaving at the fact that I felt like an animal that was just checked to make sure that I was still in decent functioning condition and told to come back later. I scheduled a follow up appointment but I will not be going. Absolutely understand now why this place has a 2.9 star rating if I could give it nothing I would.
I am an established patient and they would not see me for post IVF labs. In fact, they would not even see me until I had a positive pregnancy test and confirmation sonogram. My primary care provider was unable to complete these test as they are routine OBGN care. What else is an OB for them to provide basic care such as labs, a pregnancy test, and conformation sonogram.
They were able to get me in within the month unlike other providers in the area but so far that’s the only good thing about this place. Was pretty disappointed to go in for my first visit (first pregnancy) and wasn’t even told how far along I was or a due date. All they did was blood work (which didn’t seem entirely necessary as I had it done the week prior.) Scheduled me out another 3 weeks for the ultrasound only to get moved out another week when the doctor needed to reschedule me due to surgery. So again, disappointing and slightly worrisome to have zero information when I’m likely 2+ months along and having to wait another 3-4 weeks for such important information.
I was terrified to try this place out because of the negative reviews. But I couldnt get an appointment with the other local provider until well into my second trimester so I went for it. I enjoyed my experience for the most part. Two of the 4 providers I really liked and one I couldnt stand. My biggest complaint is that I wish all the providers communicated better with each other because they all told me something a bit different. I also wish that the providers had iPads or something so they had all of your information in front of them. I was seen upstairs at MFM every 4 weeks because I had a twin pregnancy and they dont communicate well with this OB office either. That was frustrating. Dr. Nashed delivered my twins vaginally which was what I was praying could happen and Im so thankful for him and his experience and willingness to make it happen. Sad to hear he is retiring at the end of the year but glad for him. Overall, the reviews made this place sound horrible but I had a really great experience.
Went back and had to ultrasound. Everything started on time. Ultrasound technician top flight thorough. Cordial makes the patient feel very comfortable. Then it went downhill. Over an hour and a half to see the doctor after the ultrasound pictures. How rude and disrespectful. Finally get back to see the doctor, and all of a suddenly she Dr Humphreys is in the biggest rush you can not have even imagine. So much so to the point did not bother even looking at the sonogram pictures going over any of the sonogram images or updating the imagery with us. Dr Humphreys was so rude with a lack of bedside manner to only want a pedal a flu shot without discussing any ramifications that it may entail. Dr Humphreys puts out blanket statements about the status of the pregnancy only when prompted and then with no plan of action. She says she would lost 4 lb since the last visit but I had to ask about that, and then says well if it went any more than I would have brought it up. Excuse me the next appointment is a month away it could have very well been 9 lb down, and youre just now time to address the issue. Of course there was no discussion of nutritionist, any changes in day to day routine. There was nothing. Please rest assure the two stars is for the sonogram technician.
I went to the ER with bleeding in early pregnancy and they referred me to Dr.Humphreys. She got me in within the same week and started tracking my levels every couple days. She was very thorough, she did multiple tests and looked at multiple things before coming to the conclusion that it was ectopic. She made sure I understood everything and always asked whoever was with me if they had questions as well. It’s clear that she truly does care about her patients, as she would call on her days off to check on my labs and plan further action. Amy, who works in the lab, is absolutely phenomenal. As someone who doesn’t do well with needles, she made sure I was always comfortable and brought a smile to my face even on the hard days. I absolutely love Dr.Humphreys and 100% recommend her and this practice. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I would wait 30-45 min to be seen after my appointment time.
I got turned away from my appt when I brought my 4 year old son due to covid regulations still. So I’ve been getting a babysitter every appt. And then I came in for my 36wk check up and a mother had her toddler walking all around in the office but somehow I was told I couldn’t bring my toddler. Then after I call the next day questioning why there was a toddler there and I asked if the covid restrictions been lifted and I was told no and that kids still aren’t allowed in the office and how the front desk lady isn’t too sure why there was a toddler in there??? Nobody has no idea what they are doing anymore
My wife and I have seen this group for all 3 of our pregnancies. The staff is always very gracious and the doctors are very professional. I missed an appt with my wife so I called to clarify some information with the doctor. I was very pleased to get the doctor without having to leave a message. When we were through, I checked and we had spent 20 minutes chatting, in the middle of the day. I never felt rushed on the call and was very pleased with the conversation. We really appreciate the patient first mentality we have felt at this group. We would recommend them to others.
Love this practice! Dr. Lowder and Dr. Leonard helped to bring my 2 precious daughters into this world. My daughters are now 17 & 18.I have always liked the fact that I can schedule my mammogram there as well. The nurses for each of those doctors were very personable, friendly, caring, and professional as well. I would highly recommend this office.
Absolutely loved my physicians who delivered my blessings! My first was six years ago - Dr. Leonard delivered my daughter and then 3 months ago I didnt think my labor and delivery for my son could go any better as the first time but Karen was an amazing nurse midwife! She was the absolute best! She was happy, positive, supportive, everything you want at that moment in your life! She was a great coach and was there cheering me on every second as I was pushing! Too bad I am satisfied with two little ones because she would be delivering my babies every time!!! We are so in love with both of my physicians!!
Was definitely not happy with this office the Dr. Stacy Humphrey didnt do much for me and didnt even try to help my severe pain. Quick to refer me to a place that can take two months to get in and did not try to send me for testing to determine what and where my pain was truly coming from, i went to get second opinon since she did not request follow up appointment to be made. Found Dr. Martinez and he started Gaslighting me he did perform laporascopy Diagnosis and found something in my uterus but also did nothing but refer me to an office that did not deal with my issue. I reached back out to this office requesting to be seen now that i had some proof from CT scan and his testing only to be disregarded telling me i transferred out when i went elsewhere but that was untrue when i stated that i would take this to the news and social media i was told i would be discharged for threatening behavior which was definitely of no truth. This office is rude and they are dismissive of your issue without doing their dualdilgense in finding my problem stay away from this office or any Dr who tries to gaslight you. We women are the voice so this doesnt happen to anyone else. I have been suffering in pain and they lack compassion or bedside manner.Other reviews here speaks volumes so find care elsewhere. Horrible care. I definitely dont recommend this office and the office manager is very rude.
Giving one star is honestly gracious. I am a full time stay at home mom, with no family less than 20 hours away, and my husband works full time. We recently moved to the area, and do not have, let alone can afford child care. They denied seeing me for my prenatal appointment, because I had my 1 year old daughter with me claiming it was their “Covid Policy.” I can take my baby on an airplane, to the store, or to any other doctor appointment but I cannot take her to my prenatal appointment for my second baby? If this place were truly “Women Specialists” then they need to support all women, including mothers with small infants. They need need to change their policy or change their name.
I will never return to this practice. I gave them a try for my 3rd pregnancy. The first 2 I lost at 10 and 12 weeks. The Dr told me that it was great when I told her I lost my 1st two. How is that great?? I waited for over an hour to see the Dr after my ultrasound only to be told I have a blood clot beside my baby. They couldnt provide any information as to what that means. I was told I didnt need blood work as that can wait till later even though their website states that is part of this appt adding to my fear something is wrong and they are not telling me. I was suppose to at least have my thyroid checked as I have thyroid disease and know from past pregnancies I need a dose adjustment. I called for my results and they didnt even do the testing. This practice clearly does not care about their patients.
I will start by saying that I absolutely adored Dr. Lowder and miss him being here tremendously!! Since seeing others in this office, I have been nothing but disappointed. I began having issues and first the midwife just wanted to continuously try to talk me into an IUD and would not listen to me. So then I began to see Dr. Nashad. Same experience. Did not seem to be concerned about any of the issues I was having and just kept trying to push birth control onto me, which I did not want. Despite telling him I did not want that, he still send the prescription for birth control to the pharmacy for me! Never offered to run an ultrasound or any other tests to determine what my issue was. I finally got feed up and went to a different doctor who would listen to my issues and had tests run and eventually discovered what my issues were and got them corrected for me. Unless you want a doctor who does not listen or trust that you know your own body, I would run from this place as fast as possible! Very sad
Not a good experience for my first pregnancy. The office makes u rotate through the doctors/midwives. Sarah, one of the midwives couldn’t answer the simplest of pregnancy questions. Dr.Kattal is an excellent surgeon. The job she did on my c-section was praise worthy. But the couldn’t care in the slightest if you are in pain during labor. When asked about it she replied “that wasn’t her job. It was up to the anesthesiologist”. My birth plan was literally not to be in pain. That’s it. And I didn’t see the anesthesiologist to tell him I was fine.. soo who was reporting my condition to him???
My review is solely on the office and administration. Have unfortunately never met any of the doctors. I delivered at a different hospital and called Winchester womens to make my postpartum visit. The first one unfortunately I had to cancel and reschedule but instead of trying to schedule as soon as possible for a postpartum they refuse to do that and only would see me as a new patient booking 2 months out. so the day before my appointment I get a call that they still dont have my medical records... Its 3:40 pm. I get that I should have followed up, but to call near closing time the day before was really frustrating. Morning of... I am getting ready to leave and call one more time just to make sure they have all of my paperwork. I call but before I even have a chance to speak the woman says may I put you on hold and immediately switches me to hold music. Im on hold for over 20 minutes so Im already on the way to the appointment and I just hang up and figure I will talk to them when I get there. I get into the office they have my medical records but they say I dont have an appointment today and also I cant bring my 6-month-old into the appointment with me. Even though when I made the appointment they said I could bring him as long as he was covered. Needless to say I wont be going to see any doctors at womens health. Ill be going somewhere else for my healthcare.
Love every doctor in the place. Especially Kattal. They listened to every concern I had. I was in my room for half an hour waiting for a doctor to come in but the nurse kept coming in to check on me and apologize for the delay. I switched here from Winchester OBGYN and I do not regret leaving that awful, women shaming place at all. I have had no issues with this doctors office at all! I couldn’t ask for a better office. Also a shoutout to Dr. Leonard for delivering my son two months ago, he did a fantastic job!
We submitted paperwork to transfer to this office on Nov 27, we still havent gotten a call to schedule an appointment. We followed up two times and confirmed that the information was transferred to their office. While we havent used them, it is very unlikely that we will. There is no follow up on new patients or a drive to make sure things get done.Save some time and effort and look for a place that will at least try to get stuff done.
If I could give 0 star to this place then I won’t hesitate. I moved to Winchester just a couple days and I have been looking for an OBGYN who can take me, every place were honest from the beginning that they won’t take me. But this place have been lied to me and said they are taking all patients over 36 weeks and won’t be any problem, i just need to send my medical records to them and then I’ll be able to schedule an appointment. I did the impossible for my documents to be transferred and I signed to release myself with my previous OB. Then suddenly I get a call that sorry we won’t take you. This place doesn’t really care about women’s health or anything. Fake name and fake speciality. The manager was horrible talking to me and did not even want to hear what I was saying she was very rude and mean to me. I won’t go to this place and I won’t recommend it to any woman. I will talk about this place with my followers and share with them everything they have told me from A to Z. This is a horrible place in winchester. Because of them now, I am stuck with no OB! No ethics and no moralities!
Very rude staff. Id give them a 0, if that were possible! I felt like another number & no one paid attention to my needs. Ive had multiple miscarriages in a row & that didnt seem to phase them at all. I begged if I could get an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok & they refused. It took me 2 weeks just to make the dang appointment because you have so many papers to fill out & have to pay to get your medical records faxed over to them. I found an OB who made an appointment the same day & gave me an ultrasound. I called them today to cancel & they couldnt have a care in the world as to why I was canceling, Im assuming it happens alot.
WWS are fabulous! They were willing to take me at 38 weeks. All of their doctors and midwives are great but Karen is exceptionally amazing. I never felt rushed, she would answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better care.
I just recently transferred to another OBGYN because I needed a problem appt and the receptionist told me I had to leave a message for the nurse to call me back. I left that message for the nurse with no response. I called in to the receptionist again a week later and she said I had to leave a message for the nurse. I told her I had already done that but had not gotten a response. She made me leave a message again for the nurse. I never got a response and each time I spoke clearly with all of my info to be sure they could call me back because I really needed that appt. I will not go back here. Also Dr. Lowder did the circumstances on my oldest son and he had to go back through circumcision revision surgery in 2016 when he was six because he was having problems emptying his bladder.
Love all the Drs and mid-wives in this office. I am currently 8 months pregnant with my 3rd child. Dr. Leonard performed my 2 previous cesareans. He was also the Dr. that saw me through a few miscarriages. The entire office is friendly.
This was the worst experience Ive ever had coming from a doctor. As a pregnant woman, I was not able to hold going to the bathroom any longer before my appointment; thus, not being able to produce a substantial urine test for my first visit. I knew this so I brought it up to the nurse who also agreed saying that she didnt believe it would be enough and if I could try again. A very short moment later she took 2 pregnancy tests with the very poor sample and both came back negative. Im very early in pregnancy and this is not an uncommon thing; however, instead of asking probing questions, maybe whats going on with my body, or even doing an exam. I was dismissed like yesterdays garbage. The doctor blatantly told me she did not want to be the one to tell me I miscarried and sent me on my way to a lab where Id have to wait to get my results and IF I was really pregnant, try again. I was humiliated and devastated all at the same time. My boyfriend who was with me stated he felt they acted as if we were lying about the whole thing. Still no results yet and have taken FIVE pregnancy tests at home all positive results. I will be going to a new OB-GYN immediately.
I have alway been very happy with the care Ive received from WWS. Dr. Leonard is the best and Karen is awesome plus I love their nurses. Sadly Dr Craft was a favorite too but hes moved on. Dr Leonard thankfully was on call when I had my first as I ended in a c-section. He was very patient and let me continue to push, unfortunately she was very stubborn and still is. Some womens complaints seem to be there own fault or unavoidable circumstances. If you have to pee while waiting and know you have to test TELL someone. They will give you a cup! Also WMC only has so many beds and they are not just for WWS patients. And know that everyone has a bad day from time to time. The level of care Ive received has been great! Even the billing dept took the time to help me and tried repeatedly to help me with my insurance. Number 2 is on the way and I wouldnt dream of going somewhere else.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! The reception staff are the rudest people Ive ever come in contact with. You cant talk to ANYONE. They force you to leave a message on the nurse line and then THEY decide if your problem is important enough to warrant a call back. I was actually told by a member of the reception staff, when THEY cancelled my appointment because the person I was supposed to see was out sick and I needed to be seen for an existing problem, that it was MY PROBLEM hah! This place is a joke and are in serious need of an evaluation.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Im sure there are plenty of people with good experiences here and I am happy for you. However, my experience is slightly different. You know your body better than anyone. When you tell a doctor something is wrong or feels off you should be taken seriously. I did research before I ever went to the gynecologist and because of the severe, unbearable cramps I had I thought I could have endometriosis. The first time I ever went here was the first time ever going to a gynecologist. Instead of suggesting I might have endometriosis and looking into options for surgery, etc., for that, I was simply put on birth control and told that everything looked fine. Fast forward 8 years, I went to 2 different doctors here and another at a different gynecologist in Winchester before leaving Winchester all together to go to a doctor in Leesburg, VA. 8 years and 4 gynecologists later I have FINALLY been taken seriously by a doctor who doesnt want to simply put me on birth control and not address the fact that I have a real problem. I will end this here, but my suggestion to any woman who feels like she is not be heard or feels brushed off, please keep looking for a doctor that will listen.
As someone who worked in this practice, I can tell you I will not be seen there. The nurses are rude and backstabbing. Even the office manager is two faced. Im thankful to be out of there. The unfortunate part is that there is a doctor there that is actually a good person, and its sad that I dont feel comfortable going there to see her because of the other staff.
I absolutely love this place. Dr. Nashed is a wonderful doctor who listens and provides information and feedback. I highly recommend Dr. Nashed as your OBGYN. Thanks to this office and doctors I was blessed with a baby boy after over two years of infertility. 14 years later and they are still as wonderful. A great doctors office with wonderful doctors and staff. The office is quiet and clean and kid friendly.
I would recommend you stay far away from this practice. Records where never requested from my high risk doctor, no collaboration between them and high risk doctor, even with a consent signed and asking on several occasions. I tried to use their on-call service once and never recieved a call back (Dr. on call was Dr. Lowder). I went to the emergency room while Lowder was still there and was monitored for 2 hours, still he never came to see me. Ultimately, I had an abruption, w/ symptoms for 2 months that should have been caught. Thankfully I was being followed by a high risk doctor who caught it. This practice will not respond to you after hours - beware!
This is my 3rd child, and the best experience Ive had! Wish I wouldve went here first time. Karen is such a great down to earth dr, and Dr. Leonard who did my c secetion was great! Explained everything happening, incession looks great, I never had a bad experience here.
Dr. Craft dos my c section with my beautiful daughter 9 months ago. Hes an amazing doctor. My scar looks great and he did a great job with my staples.
Very professional and friendly staff . Had the privilege to pick Sarah Werner as my OB doctor and extremely happy with my choice. They all made me feel comfortable and took their time with any questions I had and keeping me informed with the entire process. Would recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent doctors, nurses and administrative staff. 2 of my 3 children delivered were delivered here by Dr. Craft and Dr. Nashed. I continue to go there for routine checkups and recommend to anyone.
This has the be the worse doctors office i’ve ever been to! The doctors act like they barely have time for you. On multiple occasions they’ve let me down. I didn’t feel like myself or my unborn child was a priority.
Ive been a patient here since I was 17 yrs old...Dr Leonard delivered both of my children. Im now 43 and continue my care here....I love it. They could do a better job of calling people back but overall its great.
I dont like how you get blood work done and they wanna wait couple weeks before they tell you anything about them . But they do have good doctors.
Have been here a few times & consistently wait 30+ minutes to be called back each time. My most recent visit, I waited 1+ hour to even see the doctor. Will not be coming back.
You have 5 doctors but I liked every one of them. Their great guys. They helped deliver my beautiful girl. She is now 7 this yr. They were thorough and knew what they were doing :)
They are rude and wont call people back. I have tried to get an appointment and they keep telling me I have more papers to fill out. I had good experiences with one of the dr when she worked somewhere else but I refuse to go to an office where the reception desk wont help you and give dirty looks.
The doctors and nurses in the office are phenomenal, I cannot say enough good things about them. Wish I could say the same about the receptionist team. Consistently I’ll-mannered and very unpleasant.
Im editing my review because once we got into the hospital doctor leonard did an amazing job on my wifes emergency c section. The doctors are great its the woman up front answering the phone that i had issues with.
My wife had a serious infertility problem that her doctor refused to look into until after we had been trying for two years. I do not recommend this practice at all!!
I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy first off they let me go 4 weeks w a UTI (I tested positive and they didnt call me didnt tell me until my NEXT appt 4 WEEKS later) which I had to go to urgent care to get the medicine I needed to clear it up which then became the worst yeast infection I had ever had in my life! They dont hold your hand if your a first time parent at all.. they dont answer your questions they rush you in and out quickly Im 38 weeks and two days and this is how theyve treated me my WHOLE entire pregnancy... Honestly, had I been able to change Drs I would have in a heartbeat (my insurance didnt cover the other place near me unfortunately) Im sitting in the office rn and Ive been waiting an hr and a half now to speak to my Dr after my ultrasound.... the lady who rushed me in didnt even care to get my weight right (Im sorry but no possible way Ive gained 6 lbs in the time Ive been waiting here bc I checked my weight this am... smh) so I had to have her recheck it and I still dk if she got it right in all honesty.. I HATE this place..other than the mid-wife Karen and maybe Dr.Nashed theyre all terrible and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone... Especially a first time parent... So if youve already conceived maybe this place might be more appropriate for you bc atleast then youll have some kind of idea whats going on...bc they sure as hell wont tell you...
Excellent doctors, nurses and staff. But very hard to get ahold of or have them call you back. Usually pretty busy so you need to make appointments in advance. Definitely recommended!
Excellent nurses and lab techs!!! Doctors are patient for the most part. Very accessible office. Recommend for OB.
Everyone starting from the front desk, nurse, doctor Leonard and ppl at the lab was pretty awesome, so happy to be back here for the third time 😊
They are always quick and on point- no waiting around in the waiting room or exam rooms for an eternity. Every visit has been quick and efdicient and the staff is always happy.
This place has been the best! My first daughter was delivered by this practice and my prenatal care this time has been top knotch!
Dr. Davis is AMAZING. My birth went so great because of him!
