So far i have had an amazing experience. Communication by my coordination team is great. Dr Asante and his team has been nothing but kind. Jennifer who is one of my coordinators is always amazing and always replies so fast!
I called on two separate occasions, and both times the scheduling coordinator was rude. It’s incredibly off-putting to encounter such behavior when seeking care, especially in an area as sensitive as fertility. A more compassionate and understanding staff would be much more appropriate in these situations.
I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I was lucky enough to have Ms. Pamela as my patient care coordinator and through every single step, she was informative, caring, patient with all of my questions and understanding. She communicated with me very well and always had such a quick response to any question or concern I voiced. She has such a big heart and for families struggling with these issues, to find a clinic who cares about your journey and wellbeing means the world. Dr. Loy is an amazing doctor and I know that I’m in the best hands. I appreciate his thorough information, honesty, and willingness to help.
I spent three years as a patient of Dr. Loy and I would not recommend another woman waste their precious time with a doctor like him, who in my opinion lacks proper empathy and diagnosing skills. He failed me multiple times through fertility treatments with IUI and IVF while exhausting every last penny of my benefits. When he was unavailable, I requested another doctor at his practice, but he would not allow it. So I was kept in his “care” as I was forced to wait and have him repeat the same methods and medications giving me the same disappointing results. I never raised my voice or cried on the phone to him. I never even met him in person. He would only Zoom or speak to me over a phone call. For my last IVF treatment when he told me that this cycle had failed, I calmly asked what can we do next? He suggested that I get therapy for anger management. I believe his remark was cruel and callous. He purposely and intentionally twisted the knife after dealing me my final blow with a failed round of IVF. I have to wonder what he gets out of making such a comment to a patient who has suffered multiple miscarriages and failed fertility treatments? He got all of my insurance money as a repeat customer. I would never recommend another family become a patient at Center for Reproductive Medicine. I found some of the staff’s communication skills to be rude, abrupt and uncaring. Their response time to any question or concern was very delayed given that all communication is only allowed over a texting portal that is inefficient and frustrating.
The best doctors ever. They made my family’s dream come true. Something I have been dreaming about for 3 years now. I have a healthy 5 months little boy that was born on Jan 1st. Words would never describe how grateful I feel of you guys and Dr. Jaffe.
I have PCOS and in my case personally I do not ovulate naturally. I have gone months without periods and so on I went to a different fertility clinic before CRM and they did not work out, because of their lack of test results they did not catch that I had a thyroid issue that needed to be resolved in order to start this process. Dr. Asante From the very beginning asked for blood work and found all the issues that I could possibly have that would intervene with the fertility process, and we worked on those until all my hormone levels and thyroid levels were normal. Then we started the IVF process and through the whole process Dr. Asante and CRM staff gave me step by step instructions to have the best possible outcome. I just finished my egg retrieval procedure and it was a lovely experience I have complete trust in the staff and they are amazing and I hope that by the end of this process my dreams of becoming a mother will come true. And I hope that whoever is reading this really does consider this facility they are amazing they will give you all the instructions that you may need to have a successful turn around... I am biased but I do highly recommend Dr Asante. He was very friendly from the very moment that I met him explains everything very clearly step by step along with the very friendly staff I cannot say enough of how great they treated me through this process so far.
I live in Jacksonville and I’ve used CRM Orlando in the Past with a successful IVF pregnancy. We are now starting all over again seeking another success and we couldn’t be happier to do this again with such great doctors and staff. The infertility journey is tough on its own and counting with CRM on your side makes it so much easier.
If you want to leave pregnant, this is the only place to go. Dr. Jaffe is brilliant. She has spent her career mastering the art of successful implantation and has developed a protocol that, if you follow, will lead to success. If you’re looking for an efficient solution to your fertility needs, look no further than Dr. Jaffe. While the practice does not coddle, it has a proven track record and the team really does go over and above to help you achieve your goal of having a child. As a member of the LGBT community, I felt welcome and valued and seen.
CRM Orlando is a leading fertility clinic known for its exceptional care and expertise. Dr. Patel, a highly skilled professional, provided me with a level of hope and support that I had not experienced elsewhere. Despite previous diagnoses of menopause and low AMH from other fertility specialists, Dr. Patel developed a personalized plan for me, offering a renewed sense of optimism. While initially unable to proceed with IVF due to high FSH levels, Dr. Patel remained dedicated to my care and suggested adjustments to my treatment plan. Miraculously, I became pregnant naturally before our next cycle, defying all odds. This unexpected outcome brought immense joy and gratitude to my life.My experience at CRM Orlando was unparalleled. From minimal wait times to exceptional customer service, every aspect of my visits was seamless and efficient. The teams responsiveness to my inquiries through their online portal further highlighted their commitment to patient care. I am grateful to have found CRM Orlando and would confidently give them a rating of 100 stars if possible.
I’m a mom of 2 boys and I start looking for information with a friend. She recommended me CRM. I start my process at the end of May, the process its been really fast I just got my egg retrieval and just waiting to hear back to see how many eggs are good to transfer. All personnel from CRM are being really nice and calm. Always willing to help and explain procedures all over again
THREE YEARS OF TIME WASTED AND NEVER MET THE DOCTOR IN PERSON. Dr. Loy lacks compassion and sympathy for his patients. Dr. Loy additionally failed with the correct dosage of medications for IVF not once, but twice. When my wife asked what we could prepare to do next to achieve a family, he made an uncalled personal attack at her saying she needed therapy for anger management. Dr. Loy lacks bedside manner and the capabilities to help others. After multiple failed attempts of IUI and IVF, I question if CRM makes attempts to NOT help couples get pregnant because the longer youre a patient the more money they can make.We had Dr. Loy as our fertility doctor for more than three years and we never met him in person! More than three years of communication through an app and the entire process was lackluster with zero guidance for the plan of care. The best part is when you get to the point of doing injections, they send tutorial videos and thats it! No in office visit to teach the patient how to properly mix medications with needles and administer injections. My wife and I made two expensive attempts to start the IVF process - both failed before getting to the egg retrievel procedure. Our entire experience with CRM has been nothing but horrendous.
Dr. Asante was very professional, he took his time to explain everything to me that is very difficult to find, I have experience that in other places doctors do not explain, but Dr. Asante did it, I feel very comfortable and I know that I will achieve my pregnancy soon...
WIN FERTILITY USERS BEWARE!Patient since 04-01-2024Pros: Doctor is nice. (Dr. Patel)Cons: Everything elseLets start with the first meeting- Dr. Patel is wonderful, very nice and made me feel comfortable. But that is where it ends.To let everyone know I have 2 different experiences at this office. Myself who is doing ovulation induction (Letrozole and Trigger shot) and my sister who is doing IVF and is Fully covered by her insurance. My costs: Total Billed $55053 blood work tests3 Ultrasounds1 Coordination Fee of 500 a month (unless your cycle is cancelled)1 Hysteroscopy and polypectomy (which was not needed)1 HSG2 Virtual Meetings with my doctor. The billing department is not equipped well and will not even confirm insurance I was quoted 1600 dollars for my unnecessary surgery and they wanted me to pay it ASAP. After calling my insurance I found out it was only going to be around 700 dollars. When I confronted the billing department they said, You have a high deductible (I have a 0 deductible insurance for in network) Then tried to GASLIGHT me because they did not check my insurance. After 4 months of tests and unnecessary surgeries. I was then placed on letrozole (FINALLY! Yay!). 4 follicles were growing and then the second time I went in they were growing slowly but still growing I was cancelled because I was told my estradiol was too low. I was sad but figured it was no big deal. Flash forward to the next month and started my cycle and went in to get my baseline and low and behold there is a 21.2 mm Cyst on my right ovary that wasnt there before. So I asked if that was a follicle that was missed. No one could give me answers directly. I was told to talk to a doctor. Soonest they could get me in was 8.27.24 (at this point it was 8.13.2024. I decided to get a second opinion.I reached out to two different doctors one in Orlando and one in a different country and asked what they would have done and if I was crazy to feel like my cycle was missed because they did not monitor or if there was a different protocol that was suppose to be used. BOTH agreed that I should have been monitored longer AND they would have used a different protocol and not cancelled the cycles. So essentially I wasted 6 months of my life with this clinic because they treat you like a number and not an actual patient. On a second note my sister is doing IVF through them-She has really good insurance, met her deductible AND out of pocket expenses for the year. (WIN FERTILITY at WDW)She has been charged 1000 for a cycle coordination fee which is NOT billable to insurance and they will refuse to provide a CPT code to bill to the insurance. AND if you have win Fertility you cannot submit it to them so it will be out of pocket for you and not go towards your out of pocket and deductible. On top of that she continuously gets bills for things because they do not check her insurance and use it appropriately.Other then her Billing issues she also has run into many issues where she was given conflicting information from the doctor and caused her to miss a whole month of her treatment because she was given conflicting information. Now it doesnt seem like a big deal for the average person but she is disabled and has to be off live enhancing medications to go through this process. 6 months she has been in pain and trying to go through this process and little miscommunications like that delay her from not only getting pregnant but living a normal life again. So in short I would not recommend this clinic due to all the issues we have faced just in the initial 6 months. ESPECIALLY if you have WIN FERTILITY or Progny from amazon.
My husband and I worked with Dr. Loy and his team to conceive our baby girl and we highly recommend them! Dr. Loy is incredibly thorough, pragmatic, kind, knowledgeable and optimistic! We had one healthy embryo and with the amazing work of Dr. Loy and his team we were able to have a successful pregnancy! We will forever be grateful for their dedication and hard work during this journey! Thank you, thank you - our daughter is truly a miracle!
I highly recommend this facility. We tried another IVF facility with 0 of 8 successful tries before going to CRM. With Dr. Jaffe and her team, we had 2 of 3 successful tries. If you want to get pregnant, this is the place to go. They know what they are doing. They responsive and approachable. You couldn’t ask for more.
My story started in november 2021 with my first consultation with DR. Sharon Jaffe who evaluated our case and created a plan for us which was wonderful, although it was a long process, it was all worth it, I am pregnant with my first baby and I wanted to thank each one of the people who guided me in this beautiful story . First of all, I thank Dr. Jaffe for her professionalism and love in helping me create my family.I thank Josie (care coordinator) a super special and professional person who made me feel safe from the first moment with great care and love.I thank Elena who almost always assisted me when I had to draw my blood for tests and she was always friendly and professional.I thank with all my heart every single person on the CRM team, Mary at the reception, Alicia in finance and Sthepany my assigned nurse, and all the other people who did their job professionally.I recommend CRM to all people who are looking for a reliable and updated fertility clinic with a great team of professionals and everything you need in one location.
I thank God for CRM and Dr Jaffe, Rishona Torres, Judy Brooks, Lily & team in Embryology every single day.Without them my husband and I would not have our two boys and pregnant with a third. Before I go on I will say that none of this is an easy road. Having to even go to an RE is often very challenging for couples. Many men are embarrassed and many women feel like their bodies are failing them. We have certainly had our share of disappointment most definitely.CRM is a straight forward honest practice. They are not going to sugar coat bad news or reality . They won’t tell you they think pregnancy is possible if it is doubtful. They will tell you the odds/chances and try to persuade you to the best outcome possible even if you don’t want to hear it. They have your best interest at heart. I have always appreciated the honest straight forward approach. My husband and I have been with this practice for years now. He is in the service and they have been very accommodating as there are times he just could not be there. We moved to NC in September of 2021 and had to transfer my care there, and ended up shipping our embryos to a really solid, world Re known clinic. They were good and very receiving, but, I was so incredibly sad I had to leave CRM. I can tell you one thing for sure, the care I receive at CRM is not matched even by this other wonderful clinic.CRM is a busy place with a lot of clients, but, I could not be happier with my team there and the outcome.Thank you to Dr Jaffe, Dr Loy, Judy, Lily, Rishona, and so many others who have been a part of our lives, and brought life to our lives♥️
I was recommended to CRM (specifically, Sejal Patel, MD) and I am forever grateful. My husband and I first went to CRM with little to no knowledge of the IVF journey in August 2022. We were quickly educated and guided through the process. Our journey was not easy, had many hiccups and a failed transfer but we persisted. Dr. Patel and all of the staff at CRM were there the entire time to answer any questions and come up with different ways to move forward. I graduated from CRM yesterday as we are expecting our first baby and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the staff and Dr. Patel. As recommended to me, I suggest reaching out to CRM if you are needing a little extra help adding to your family.
Amazing practice. All the doctors there are very sweet. The whole team even the nurses are sweet efficient. Dr. Loy explains everything in detail had procedure with Dr. Patel it went super smooth. There app and steps and checking on you every step of the way makes things streamlined for both you and your partner. Thank you
Dr Patel is cool but remember, Reproductive Medicine is a money making business, these are not holy people…Staff is not kind, they’re late, and they can’t answer any real questions. They, including the physicians, will tell you to get the right insurance, we did. Then BEFORE you can even start the process they want $10-15K up front but they can’t give you an intermixed receipt. SHADY. You then find out insurance isn’t notified of this and they don’t count that toward your deductible. Staff at CRM “can’t help” and that it’s between you and the insurance company. This happens regarding the meds needed and lab costs. They have no idea why or how things cost what they do but if you don’t pay THEM you can’t continue in the process.Your stuck with this because you can’t have kids naturally…it’s a shame and they should be ashamed with how they treat us.
I have been so blessed by CRM Orlando. Our precious baby boy is a reality because of their work. At every point, I felt cared for and listened to. Dr. Loy was patient and willing to explain every step. His nurses are above compare. I am so thankful for this clinic and how they worked to bring my family our little miracle.
My challenging journey with Center for Reproductive Medicine after a miscarriage has been one I will never forget. From the initial consultation to graduating to my OB. I am very grateful to all the CRM amazing staff, kind, caring, and professional. Thanks Dr Sejal Patel, you went the extra mile for me and I am so appreciative of your patience, expertise, compassionate care, high level of skill and the vast knowledge you put in my case. I highly suggest this practice and will always recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking into this journey. An special thanks to Gaby, Joy, Daniela, Stephany, Tanah, Francia and Yolanda from the Celebration office they always treated me like family. I wish I could list all of their names, but every one of the nurses and MAs were consistently so kind, friendly, and regularly made me feel comfortable, they always greeted me by my name. It is definitely obvious that they truly care about their patients. Both Gaby and Joy were so wonderful at walking me through every step of my different protocols process, answering all of my many follow up questions, and offering a kind word of reassurance or empathy depending on what I needed that day. I can’t imagine going through this demanding journey without Dr. Sejal Patel and her wonderful team as well as Dr. Albert Asante who also played an important role in my journey as he did many of my surgical procedures and my rainbow baby embryo transfer. My baby is due in May of 2023. I’m very pleased with the service received at CRM, also I am very excited to become a mother. Thanks Dr. Patel and Dr. Asante for making my dream come true! Both of you have a very special place in my heart! I will be forever grateful for your help and loving care.
So thankful for this fertility clinic. Started this process in June. Communication was great between office staff, Dr.Jaffe and patient care coordinator. Prelude connect app that they have you download is pretty awesome. Patient care coordinator is always available to answer questions and also I can receive all my test results through the app which was great and my appts were always logged in so I wouldn’t forget. Thankfully I was able to get pregnant on our first IUI run. Very happy with this clinic I would definitely recommend.
The staff is unprofessional and completely unresponsive to enquiries. I have sent 5 emails (02/26/23, 03/14/23, 03/24/23, 04/07/23, 04/17/23) in two months to Sandra Guzman and I have not received a single response. This person was very responsive sending multiple follow ups before I entered the system and was in the enquiry stages but zero response after my appointment. I agree with the reviews previously written - staff is not knowledgeable. When you ask questions, they are unable to answer and there is no follow up from their side. They tell you that they would need to check and that another team will contact us and nobody does. They do not answer questions about costs or insurance despite repeat requests. If we call on the phone to ask about it again, they send us to an app and they send an invoice home. The process feels non transparent, extremely unresponsive with absolute disregard for patient welfare. I do not recommend this clinic due to the abysmal service, they keep making you go round in circles. To anyone reading this - Please sort the google reviews by lowest and take some time to read them before you make a decision.
Dr. Jaffi and her team have helped my husband and I finally get our little miracle! We’d been trying 2 years with no luck so we decided to give Dr. Jaffi a chance to help us get the baby we’ve always wanted. Thank the lord 7 months later we got our positive test and are 11 weeks pregnant today! Thank you so much CRM for everything you’ve done for us! Will ALWAYS recommend you guys to anyone we know that needs help!
At first this place seemed great. Then, you find out they don’t return your calls, and hardly ever answer the phone unless it’s time to collect on a bill.My fiancé was receiving treatment here. We got towards her next cycle and one day she was in so much abdominal pain she could hardly walk. We called thinking it might be a side effect of the medicine, but it just kept ringing. No call back. Then she called again later, and voicemail. Again, no Call Back. That next afternoon, she was rushed to the emergency room with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy which she was bleeding internally. Within the same day she had to undergo surgery and her condition was deemed life threatening. She had to have 4 liters of blood removed from above her uterus, and if we had to wait around for a call back from these doctors, she would be dead. Because well, 9 days have gone by and STILL not a word from them, BUT don’t worry they took their monthly payment out. Thankfully, my fiancé is still alive as I type this. But we will NOT EVER return to these services and we encourage other couples to find a different treatment center which actually cares about their patients and not just their paychecks.
After having a miscarriage and some difficulty getting pregnant again my gynecologist referred me to CRM and chose to work with Dr. Jaffe. I cannot recommend enough this center and Dr. Jaffe. She is so knowledgeable and caring I had the most wonderful experience. Her and the whole staff, everyone from the reception to the nurses are amazing and go above and beyond! You truly feel cared for when here. I am currently pregnant at 10 weeks and its such a blessing :) I got graduated back to my gynecologist and sad to be leaving this amazing team.
Dr. Loy has been my doctor for 3 years starting at the beginning of my infertility journey. In that time, he identified and treated my cause of infertility and I have since had one successful birth and am currently pregnant with my second baby, all thanks to IVF and Dr. Loy! The staff is wonderful, the office is clean and accommodating, the providers are caring and knowledgeable - I definitely recommend CRM :)
My patient care coordinator made so many mistakes and costed me a lot of extra money. I have been referred to this office for about 1.5 years and just started my first cycle about a month ago. Due the many mistakes and costs that are not billable to insurance I eventually left without even completing one cycle with them. BMI is a huge focus for this office in order to complete fertility treatments so if you are overweight like me, you will likely be deferred or told to lose weight. As an update: I went to a new fertility clinic located out of Sarasota. There are no hidden costs and after being with them for 3 months, I completed an IVF cycle and had my egg retrieval already.
After meeting with a few fertility clinics in the Orlando area, CRM was the best experience we could have hoped for. I have never felt more care for by a doctors office than at the Winter Park CRM location. The office is clean, quiet and spacious with an extremely friendly and caring office/nursing staff. Appointment scheduling is easy, and the staff is kind if youre a little late. Ive never had to wait long for anything. Its as in-and-out as possible, but never feels rushed.Virtual support through the Prelude app proved to be invaluable, because I had regular communication with a patient care coordinator who knew everything about test results, next steps and protocols. She offered to talk with me on the phone at any time, which was very comforting in a such a new and uncomfortable season. I also could contact a finance coordinator whenever I had questions about insurance, out-of-pocket costs and more. This was very helpful for planning purposes.Dr. Loy is an incredible physician who is personable, kind, positive and very well-accomplished in his field. He was responsible for my first surgery experience - all things considered, it went as well as it possibly could. His bedside manner, medical knowledge and ability to assess the individuals needs feels very much worth the time and cost. We are very grateful for our experience at CRM, and happy to have graduated as a result of Dr. Loys care.
This review is long overdue but it’s for Dr. Jaffe and her team. I’ve been with them since 2020 when we froze some of my eggs as a backup. Then in 2021 she helped me conceive my 2022 baby. Last year she helped me conceive again. She’s the coolest and smartest. As I talk to other parents about our journey, I always happen to find out that they too have what we call a “Jaffe baby”. I’ve heard great things about the other doctors too, but I’m loyal to Jaffee and forever greatful for helping us form a family.
I did not leave here pregnant. We had 4 failed iuis and failed IVF with our only surviving embryo (Grayson 👼). After 3 awful losses (not related to CRM at all), I can say that CRM was always sensitive of my trauma. The staff are always positive and smiling, and so happy to accommodate. They provide great flexibility with scheduling, considering how many patients they have. They act urgently and seriously to make sure that things go well in your cycle and that your baby is healthy in the beginning weeks and communication is unmatched.Give Kelly the receptionist a raise- she’s an incredibly hard worker and an amazing human. Dr. Patel offered the best care I could’ve asked for. During my time at CRM, I had to see many other providers when Dr. Patel was not there and every single one of them was absolutely wonderful (that’s coming from someone who has healthcare provider trauma). If you happen to conceive naturally between cycles, at any point, they will support you and your baby to the fullest until you get set up with Ob/Gyn. I’ve been waiting on Ob/Gyn to accept me as a patient for three weeks now, it’s a ridiculous mess, but it’s a lot less stressful having CRM here supporting me.Despite the fact that CRM isn’t the reason we are ten weeks today (hold onto hope ladies, this one was natural), I could not have asked for a better care team to support me during this difficult journey that no one signs up for. I am so happy to say that we have been discharged/we “graduated” and can’t wait to welcome our little miracle. Also, if it doesn’t happen for you with fertility medicine, just remember, that doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen. 💕
We cannot thank Dr. Loy and his team enough for helping make our dream a reality! After several long years of infertility we turned to CRM for help. We had a really positive journey from start to finish - I was always aware of what was going on with my care and the team at CRM stayed on top of things to ensure our cycle was on track and without delays. Dr. Loy was very reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the whole process so we knew we were in good hands. And in the end we got the best outcome we could have dreamt of!
Definitely the place to go. No need to think it twice! Dr. Jaffe and Dr. Loy are absolutely amazing, thorough, professional and very nice! The staff is just fantastic, caring, available, from front desk to nurses to finance. Best medical experience ever, and this is talking with experience as we went through several treatments with other fertility centers. With CRM you get a real personalized experience, and fluent communication with the staff. You want the best care? Go to CRM Orlando! For us it resulted in a beautiful baby girl who is on the way. Thank you CRM Orlando!
Terrible customer service, does not return phone calls… third party program manager Rishona Teres was unhelpful, sharp and was hesitant to provide information. Would not recommend this place for families.
My husband and I worked with Dr. Loy and his team on our fertility journey, and we had a great experience. Dr. Loy is very professional and kind and takes the time to make sure youre comfortable and you understand the process. Also Dr. Loys nurse Evelyn was very helpful and responsive. Whenever I sent a question through the app, she would respond or call me back quickly and provide all the information I needed. We were blessed to have a successful IVF cycle the first time around and are currently 14 weeks pregnant. Thank you!
My wife and I went to this clinic earlier this year. We had a horrible experience. We never actually met the doctor in person. They did not ask enough questions or do the correct tests to accurately diagnose us (which we did not discover until the next doctor). The biggest complaint by far was the surprise charges and long tail of bills that have continued to show up. Once we decided to sever our relationship with them, I wanted to make sure we were paid in full. 3 more times over the next 8 months we received additional bills. I would strongly recommend that you find someone else.
This place is Amazing, clean and very professional!!I had been trying to conceive for almost 7 years after my 1st natural baby. Almost 2 years ago I hear a woman talking about a Doctor that help her get pregnant after other doctors said she can’t. The name of Dr. Jaffe gets recorded on my head. At the beginning I try a pill treatment with my gynecologist for 3 months with no result. Was in that moment that I decide to find Dr. Jaffe after a year I heard from her. On my first appointment after talked to her I knew immediately I was in the correct place. Her knowledge, the way she talked and explain everything you know you are in the best hands. I feel so positive and hopeful again. After some tests, when she finally was secure that my body was ready, we sit and decide to start our first treatment of Femara and IUI on October. And know I can say that after 7 years trying, I’m happy to say that my 1st treatment was successful. Yesterday was my first ultrasound and everything look good.I don’t have enough words to thanks Dr. Jaffe, the nurses and all the staff for what they do for me and my family. You guys are amazing, nice and professional, thank you all especially to Nurse Stephanie and Judy to answer all my question on the portal.
*** Update: Thanks to the wonderful assistance of Dr. Patel, Dr. Sadek and Dr. Asante and staff I received news of a positive pregnancy test today!! I’m eternally thankful to this medical group. From my first consultation, to egg retrieval, to embryo transfer they were with me every step of the way and explained everything with patience and compassion to my husband and I. I don’t know who was more excited on my embryo transfer day, me or Dr. Patel lol they truly care about their patients and you’re not just a number like other medical offices. Thank you CRM!! ***NP Lauren was amazing. I felt extremely informed and encouraged as a new patient. Seeking fertility help is never an easy or comfortable choice to make but Lauren made me comfortable and cared for and she truly seemed invested in my journey and desires to start a family. I thank you!
I have been struggling from getting pregnant, my Gynecologist referred me to CRM and I just chose Dr Sharon Jaffe, and thats was the best choice I have ever made. Her nursing teams are awesome and shes very compassionate and always want to be sure that the process going to be a success at all. Thanks God and, the guidance he gave to Dr Jaffe, I am now about to 5 months pregnant 🤰 at first try. I cant be more happy than now. I really encourage any women who have been getting difficulty to get that blessing moment to her.
We started our fertility journey with Dr. Randall Loy and the Center of Reproductive Medicine at the beginning of 2022 after seeing two other specialists and we could not be happier to have had the opportunity to be under the care of him and his team. From the very beginning Dr. Loy treated us like family. He was very thorough in making sure everything was done in the best interest of our ultimate goal, which was to build our family. Ten months later, we got the incredible news that we will never forget! Fast forward and here we are now, just weeks away from welcoming our little miracle into this beautiful world. A sincere thank you to Dr. Loy, his nurse Evelyn, and the rest of the team at Center for reproductive medicine for their around the clock care and communication to make sure we were taken care of in every facet of this journey! If you are having difficulties building your family we absolutely recommend the care and professionalism of everyone at Center for Reproductive Medicine!
I personally loved my experience at this office. They took a great amount of time in personalizing my care and finding the most suitable options for my treatment. I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Asante and I was blown away by his professionalism and optimism. He not only assisted me in my journey but always seemed to be hopeful for my pregnancy success as well. The staff was also very kind and accommodating! And after being a patient here, I am proud to say I’ve been able to accomplish my goals in being a new mother expecting a healthy set of twins very soon! I would highly recommend Dr. Asante and the office staff to anyone wanting to get their families started!
Our experience with CRM was fantastic. Always easy to make appointments. Staff are nice, responsive and organized. The center is clean and well-equipped. I had a laparoscopy with Dr Loy. It went very smooth and left only one tiny scar. My friend went through the same in other OB center left her 3 scars instead. We are very happy after a year going to CRM, we graduated with a precious baby.
Dont let this company scam you. Bills like this are unethical and exploitative.Ask for An itemized list of good and services for any and all repetitive charges on a bill.Always ask why there are discrepancies with the charges that are labeled the same. And always ask When I left the office the receptionist told me it would be coverd by the insurance. And for an explanation why that is not true.
We were very happy with CRM. Dr. Loy was always great at explaining everything and he shares his reasoning behind the approaches he takes. We felt very confident in his care. Evelyn his nurse deserves 10/5 stars. She is patient and willing to take her time with you. I never ended a call with her feeling uneasy. She is truly one of a kind. The lab techs and ultrasound techs were always friendly as well.
My wife and I trying to conceive a child. Dr Jaffe and whole staff were so much wonderful. The compassions we experience the information we got, the comfort we felt with Dr Jaffe was amazing. No words can thank her much. A God gifted talent. We are now pregnant and Gods will expecting our miracle child in August. If you have a fertility problem look for CRM and ask for Dr Jaffe, you will thank her soMuch for making it happen in a wonderful way. May God bless all CRM staff and Dr Jaffe.
This review is beaded on our personal experience and this does not mean that everyone will have same opinion.IVF journey is a very stressful, mentally, emotionally and financially. The team is very professional and kind but there are certain things, mentioned below, CRM leadership should work on.1- We had been to CRM for one year. We hardly met with the doctor. We always used to get messages from the nurses and via portal. Never got a call from doctor to brief us about what’s going on with the process and why are we doing so much testing.2- All CRM teams finance, billing are very much disconnected. They do not communicate and do not get the right information. Reproductive Medicine is a money making business. Finance team will send you the quote without checking the account t balance and once you get finance clearance then only you will start treatment.3- They increase price in the middle of the treatment. So do not go with the initial experience. CRM charges a big amount of cycle coordination fees which in our case increased in the middle of our treatment. Even after paying such a big fees you have to suffer a lot and have to keep following up with them.4- one of our cycle was failed but never got any call from the doctor for the reason. And even during one visit doctor was asking us why the cycle was failed. Come on doctor you should know this.5- we had few extra visits which could have been avoided if care team could have called doctor and clear the doubts.6- we wasted $1500 on extra medicines which could have also avoided if care team could have called the doctor and confirm.7- their billing team does not respond timely and never answer completely.8- we had escalated our concerns to their operation head and executive leadership but still they are same. No improvements. Leadership commented something but never passed to billing. And now bill I g team is troubling us.9- Finance team refused to call us even we are paying cycle coordination fees to then for this. They even refused to resubmit the claim to insurance. Had to go through the operation head to get this fixed.10- there is no customer care email address or no direct phone line to discuss issues with leadership. You are on the mercy of the portal message which in our case was hardly sent to the appropriate leadership, even after multiple reminders.CRM is too expensive compare to other fertility clinics. My advise to CRM is to get such kind of issues fixed if you really care about the patients. CRM is doing such a fantastic work to help people to complete their family. So pls improve your service and close the communication gaps.
My experience with Dr. Loy was average at best. Our meetings tended to be rushed (He only did virtual) and he constantly acted as if he had somewhere better to be. The worst apart about CRM was Dr. Loys assistant was Pamela. She was rude condensing and made you feel so stupid with any question you asked. ZERO compassion such a nasty women (the nurses agree). Unfortunately she is your main form of contact.... We took a break from CRM after about 7 months with 0 positive results. We were one of the lucky ones who happened to get pregnant naturally the month we stopped all treatment. My little girl is now 7 months old and we could not be happier but we have no thanks to give CRM. Do you research I am sure some doctors are great there! The nursing staff was excellent!!!!Would also like to add when I called and told them I was pregnant not once did Pamela say congratulations to me. She didn’t even sound happy? I assume it was because I conceived on an “off” month with CRM and they did t get credit? I just couldn’t believe it thousands of dollars spent and they did even have the courtesy of a congratulations. Ugh she was just awful! Even after my 3 amazing betas still so excitement and congratulations
When asking for information about blood work, the nurse PAMELA, got annoyed and said that me and my wife “don’t need to be here”.They don’t care about you, even during the process of trying to conceive. Try to find a professional place if possible, not this one
We welcomed our beautiful little bundle of joy this year. Happy and healthy, she is everything we dreamed of and more thanks to the team at CRM. Three years ago we decided to grow our family. When faced with a roadblock we went to CRM and met with Dr. Sharon Jaffe. Jaffes expertise guided us over the hurdles we encountered including ones that were previously overlooked, resulting in the little miracle were holding today. Wholeheartedly grateful.
My husband and I struggled with secondary infertility. My IVF journey was full of ups and downs. Dr. Loy and the whole team at CRM was so wonderful and supportive throughout our journey to grow our family. Dr. Loy was so great at explaining everything and reasons behind it. Answered all the questions I had, which was a lot! The nurses were also so quick to respond whenever I had questions as well. Even after hours responds were quick. I never felt alone. I was always made aware of anything and never felt left out. It was a bittersweet moment saying my finally good bye at almost 8 weeks pregnant with our second. I would highly recommend CRM for anyone struggling with fertility.
Celebration Office: Dr. Sadek and his PCC Josie are amazing. I have never had a doctor with such a calm and kind demeanor, honest and realistic of exceptions that even in moments of not good news, there is hope. Thank you Dr. Sadek. Josie is the most caring Patient Care Coordinator. I have laughed and cried with the staff and you can just feel the love, support and compassion. They root for you and they cry with you but still remain positive and supportive. I appreciate you all for your kindness, professionalism, support and hope! We are not giving up!
I had the best experience at CRM, from the front desk to Dr. Jaffe to her entire nursing staff. From the moment I was referred here, I felt comfortable with every staff member I encountered. I would highly recommend Center for Reproductive Medicine to anyone looking for a fertility clinic.
My husband and I were interested in switching fertility clinics. We had just had a failed embryo transfer and jumped into gathering info for CRM. It was overwhelming and stressful so we reached out and said we needed a break. Our patient care coordinator Michalina completely ghosted me I had to call and have our appointment cancelled bc she failed to do so. Now bc of her weve made the final decision to not move forward at all with them. Its a shame bc we never got to even meet the Dr. Weve heard wonderful things about her. This clinic does everything through an app so that was nice to have everything at my fingertips but the customer care and service just isnt there. No compassion and we didnt feel welcomed from the get go.
Sadly, this is the condensed version:-You need to pay a new patient fee (before your appointment) in addition to copay, tests, medication, treatment, etc.-I NEVER received a bill via email or on the app (that you must download). In fact, under the payment tab it read, Balance due: $0.00.-2 days before my zoom appointment (not cheaper for virtual appointments, by the way), I still hadnt received the link, so I called the office. I was told that my appointment was cancelled due to me not paying. Money was never the issue, but how can I pay something that wasnt billed to me/my account!??-There was no call, text or email of my appointment being cancelled either.-After being on hold for 20 minutes to reschedule the appointment that I made 2 weeks prior, I was disconnected and had to call back and hold AGAIN!-Obviously, if youre making an appointment here, youre struggling and stressed to begin with. You would think that these medical professionals would do a better job at calming your nerves and walking you through the process, but that has NOT been the case for me.
My husband and I have only been going to CRM for about a month now. However, my experience has been a positive one.Communication is a big deal for us. From the front desks ladies to the surgical associates to the patient care coordinators, to Dr. Jaffe, we have been super impressed! Everyone is polite, knowledgeable, and treats us with respect. My husband and I are 32/31 and after having our results read to us, we have full confidence in Dr. Jaffe’s team and we are looking forward to having our sunshine baby.My only con is the billing department. They are not the worst, but I was under the impression before a procedure is done, someone would reach out to us. However, I had to inquire about different procedures. Also, my representative said. “It’s depending upon my insurance.” While that maybe true, a ballpark estimate would have been nice. I was a little surprised by the bill, but not enough to dissuade me from working with CRM. In the future, I will just be a little more upfront with my representative.Overall, so far so good! Dr. Jaffe is super dope! She’s down to earth, kinda quirky (in a lovable type of way), and straight forward.
Unfortunately, I never had a chance to have my appointment here after waiting weeks to be seen. I did not know they were out of network with my insurance when I scheduled and I called a day before to confirm my appointment since I did not get an email confirmation and no appointments were saved in the app. I asked the front desk how much it was going to be for my visit and she stated $300! I have no idea what that included but I am disappointed no one even called to tell me that beforehand, instead I would have been completely surprised and unable to afford it if I did show up. Please be more prepared in informing your patients of any co-pays and give proper appointment notifications as well. I unfortunately will not be moving forward as a patient.
Couldn’t even get past the consultation appointment, which they charge you for. They never call back or answer their phone. I couldn’t even get a call back to just make the first office appointment. They use a “portal” as the only means of communication. But, good luck trying to get ahold of them on there or even getting a message back. Was VERY disappointed by how awful the communication is. Do not waste your money or time on this practice.
We worked with Dr. Jaffe. I cannot say enough about CRM. It was a long road for us to get pregnant; however, we could not have been in better hands. Every single member of the office became a part of our two and a half year journey. A shoulder during our lows and support during our highs. The teams experience and professionalism is undeniable from the moment you walk through the door. Kelly is an absolute sweetheart, her smile and joy way refreshing with every visit. We dealt with most of the doctors for different procedures and each and every one was professional and experienced. Dr. Jaffe is dedicated to helping you find a road to adding a baby to your family.
We tried many other clinics and doctors with no success before finding IVFOrlando. Their expertise and guidance gave us hope during what was a very challenging time, and we are thrilled to announce that our daughter was born on 2/6/23.We had the privilege of being able to work with Dr. Loy. We found him to be truly exceptional, and we cannot thank him enough for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. His expertise in the field of fertility treatments is second to none, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have been under his care.We are so grateful for the exceptional care we received at IVFOrlando, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of fertility treatment. Thank you for everything you have done for us, and for helping us to achieve our dream of becoming parents.
We started our journey at a different clinic and we couldn’t be happier about making the switch. The staff is amazing and efficient. I’ve arrived a few mins before my apt sometimes and out before my schedule apt time. The process is stressful and slow but it is well worth it. Doctor Jaffe is an amazing intelligent doctor. I would recommend her over and over again a million times. We couldn’t be happier being a patient here.
You are just a number at this office. Never seen a doctor in person for the three years I went there. Requested a new doctor and was denied not even 24 hours later. Unnecessary surgeries I went through and the proper bloodwork was never completed. Went to a hormonal specialist who diagnosed me with PCOS which this office should have caught. They are really expensive compared to other offices. Thousands of dollar, 3 years wasted and a lot of tears/heartache. Look elsewhere 100%
Let me start off by saying I never had any issues with the staff or the doctor until I decided to switch to another clinic. Everyone was very friendly until the point I was trying to retrieve my medical records.Aside from politeness, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. My partner and I chose CRM because it was close and has mostly good reviews compared to other clinics in the area. It became clear to me that all this clinic cares about it money. They recently changed their policy to include a $500, flat administration fee to “every cycle of treatment.” We were getting ready to start a cycle of IUI, and I had already started taking medication to bring on my period when they sent me the cost breakdown. Essentially, we’d be paying around $1000 for the actual IUI procedure, and another $500 “administration fee” at the beginning of every month. $1500 for three months before even starting IVF. My partner and I decided we wanted to try naturally for a few months, only assisted by medication. So 5 days of progesterone and a shot of Ovidrel (all SELF ADMINISTERED) each month. When I spoke to the nurse, she informed me this was still considered a “cycle of treatment” so I would still have to pay the FULL $500 administrative fee EACH MONTH. I’ve never visited a Drs office that was so money hungry. It is NOT industry standard to have an administration fee for IUI, let alone a self administered medication cycle with no artificial insemination. I did not return after that. When I found a new clinic in Tampa, CRM dragged their feet and took over a week to get all of mine and my partners medical records sent over- first sending partial records and claiming they never received release forms.Overall, this clinic is overpriced, slightly unprofessional, and I never even saw the doctor in person in the 2 months I worked with them. I only had one telehealth visit with her.
I switched to CRM after repeated bad experiences at Fertility Center of Orlando and could not be happier. Dr. Jaffe is my main doctor (she is wonderful), and I have had procedures done by Dr. Loy and Dr. Riggall. Each doctor, from the beginning, has been extremely thorough in explaining processes, procedures and expectations. They all possess fantastic bedside manners and are personable; I’ve always felt comfortable and like I was in very good hands. The nurses, care teams and ladies at the desk have always been pleasant and very helpful with explaining next steps. CRM truly made my IVF experience as enjoyable as I believe is possible. Most importantly, I’m extremely thankful for CRM as we now have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl. I look forward to going back and being under their care for another baby. Strongly recommend!!
Dr. Jaffe and her team were amazing. Dr. Jaffe is so friendly and kind. Took the stress out of what can be a very stressful time. I felt comfortable the entire time I was with them. She explained everything and made us feel calm. 10/10 would recommend.
The worst place to seek help for your stressful journey. I had a bad experience and Im in the process to move on to another clinic. First the nurse and the Dr they dont explain anything to you. As a new patient with infertility, I dont know anything about the hormone ultrasound and my issue so I keep asking which something they dont like and make them upset. Im with them for almost 8 months now and I saw my Dr only twice. At the front desk was the worst the lady raised her voice to me and close the phone saying go to the portal and send a massage to your nurse she didnt give me time to explain to her that this was day 3 of the cycle I must do an appointment today. All the negative comments are true they treat the patient rude and do not explain anything you just need to follow what they said to you without asking.
Please read the full review. I love Dr. Asante he is great. But crm as a group has become money hungry. On top of normal fees for everything they have decided to drop an extra $500 administration fee every cycle for iui and timed intercourse cycles. This has forced me to start looking for a new doctor and made my last cycle very stressful seeing as they did not let me know until the day before my appointment and told me if I did not pay then that they would cancel my appointment. They have turned into a very money hungry company and have lost several patients because of it. I really wish they did not do it do I could stay with Dr. Asante during this tough journey but they forced my hand.
Not very happy with my experience. Lack of information up front, absurd prices for using known donor, not good service from third party known donor team. Lack of flexibility with scheduling. I would recommend to drive to Tampa or another clinic instead of using this location.***I didn’t want to believe the negative reviews but now that I am experiencing it. Wow. The price exploitation is real. The bad service and treatment from staff is real. The amount of money this place charges and the stress it brings you. insane. **UPDATE: I had blood work, they were reviewed by another doctor who then said I had abnormal levels of TSH. When I referenced a legitimate medical journal stating my levels WERE normal the care coordinator stated that they would still need to be redone in 4 weeks. If the labs were not normal again THEN I may have to be put on thyroid medicine and retested 4wks after that. I asked if the information from the medical journal was false then the coordinator stated that my actual doctor said we could hold off on testing. They also stated my prolactin was under the normal requirement but still high. I questioned if they technically normal why do I need them retested. The care coordinator said we would have to retest in 4 weeks and if they are still high or possibly “inaccurate” that I may need to get a BRAIN MRI! You can’t make this stuff up. I asked again if we could proceed with the understanding that we as patients recognize that they may not be where the clinic wants the numbers to be but that they are still normal. The care coordinator then spoke with my actual doctor and said we could hold off on retesting until I did all the other tests. The saga continues..UPDATE: I had advised the care coordinator Aradis on 10/26 that I wanted the test results sent to my OBGYN and my PCP. She stated that she would notify medical records. On 10/28 I advised again that I stillHave not received the medical release form and she stated that she would contact medical records. On 11/2 I advised that I STILL did not have the form sent to me. I asked what the time frame was to send and then she finally reached out to medical records. It took the care coordinator a week to finally notify medical records of this request!!!!People… this is INSANE. Avoid this clinic!!!
I am so happy that I found CRM and specifically Dr. Loy and his nursing team (Pamela, Venus, and Judy). My husband and I went to CRM after having 3 back to back miscarriages in 2020. Our first consult with Dr. Loy he spent nearly an hour with us virtually (due to COVID). He ordered incredibly thorough blood work on me and my husband as well as a few procedures for me as well. I didn’t mind going through all of it as I was eager to get the ball rolling. As far as bedside manner, Dr. Loy was very patient and would remember personal things about us the next time we spoke. He has a good sense of humor which we appreciated. I had another doctor at a different practice who was way too emotional and “soft” and we didn’t like that. I like that Dr. Loy gives you the facts, presents your options, and then takes the time to answer any questions you have.I always came to our appointments with a list of questions on my phone and he spent ample time and would even take the time to draw diagrams for us to help explain certain things. I do feel that he listened to my concerns and I never felt pressured to do IVF or anything else.I mentioned that I always had lots of questions so I took full advantage of the email portal and typically would always receive a response back from the nursing team within 24 hours. If it is urgent then they tell you to call and usually I would get a call back before 6pm that same day.I am now well into my second trimester with a healthy baby girl after following Dr. Loy’s recommended protocol. We are forever grateful for him and his entire nursing team at CRM!
Most the other reviews are correct this place is unprofessional, uncommunicative and only cares about your money. They lie on your file saying things that aren’t true. Things I told them about my health they pit in my file they “found” and I’m lying about my health which makes no sense when I confided my personal health records to them and they act if they discovered problems that we’re diagnosed years ago at my primary care and OBGYN.The biggest problems are the patient care coordinators and management the front desk staff and nurses are kind and caring. I never got to meet my actual assigned “doctor” It was many months of run arounds of tests with no discussion of results just asking for more and more tests with facilities fees attached.I was harassed due to the fact I don’t get normal periods and need medication. Hounded almost daily that I need to schedule an HSG me reminding them I’ll need medication to induce a flow. They ignored such and kept asking why I didn’t make an HSG appointment. The doctor canceled my appointment for a planned emergency. Idk who can plan an emergency but okay.My last straw was when I made an HSG appointment the day before my appointment I get told they are missing my Hsg and hormonal blood work. Blood work which I was never told was necessary til after my period and it couldn’t be done. I was told Im an adult I can make my own appointments. When in reality who can make an appointment when they aren’t informed on what is needed. The manager didn’t care added rude comments to my patient file. I will never be a patient of theres again. Short story they don’t care want excessive tests with facility fees, rude unprofessional staff. Waste months of your time and communicate no results on test. The place “is” supposed to be for infertility which is a hard thing to have and you treat your patients like this is a disgrace. (Orlando office)
Charges upfront then bills insurance and when insurance pays 100% they wont give you a refund. No one is available in the billing dept. You have to leave a message and no one calls back. Sent an email for a refund request and no refund or response. Its has been over month and still nothing. How are patients supposed to trust you?
Dr. Jaffe is very knowledgeable and great to talk to about your journey and procedures. However, i am not a total fan of their new patient portal. I do not get notifications saying i have a message and did not get a phone call for some important appointments. When ive called the front desk and asked to be transferred to someones extension ive been told leave a messsage on the portal and theyll message you back or call(!)
This is the worst medical center in entire Florida. They are horrible people who just trying to take as much money as possible by using different tactics. The lady named Pamela is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She sent the wrong prescription to CVS in June and refused to correct it. Its been months and after calling multiple times she just hung up on me without correcting the mistake. I dont have medication now and this is something I have to take everyday. Wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone. Please find other options and save yourself the torture.
Currently 17 weeks pregnant. I waited a bit to post this review, but here it goes. I am so grateful for Dr. Jaffe and her team. This journey is not easy for anyone and now after my second FET, we’re pregnant with our miracle boy. Dr. Jaffe is such a sweet woman, made us feel safe and comfortable each time we saw her. Of course, we had less contact with her during ultrasounds, exams etc.. but all her team was great. Manuela, her medical assistant was our angel too! She went above and beyond, listened to all our questions and having Dr. Jaffe answer them all. Our first FET failed, most likely due to abnormal embryo, since we opted not to test the embryos. Dr. Jaffe modified a bit our second FET protocol and she was there for both transfers. The first one was on a Saturday and she went just for me. Bless her heart. I met other doctors when she was unavailable and for one of my hysteroscopy procedures. Dr. Asante was such a sweet doctor too and Dr. Patel was so kind as well! During covid, hubby wasn’t able to come to the clinic with me for most procedures but they let him enter when we were confirming pregnancy and listening baby’s heartbeat. Was there something wrong during our journey? Just a hiccup when they didn’t take a sample while I was sedated and had to come back for a swab. But that was the Surgery Center (downstairs from the clinic). They didn’t charge for that swab visit though, since it was their fault. Other than that, we are grateful for our journey. Thank you Dr. Jaffe and her team! Schedule with her! She’s amazing!!!!
Dr. Patel and her team are absolute angels! I sat with her august 2019 and she told me before leaving I will have you pregnant by the end of next year. Come Covid we were feeling so helpless missing those months because of insurance but I became pregnant October 2020 thanks to her plan we followed! She is the most genuine doctor and made our dream come true! Her team of nurses are all amazing as well! they answer all emails so quickly and most of them have gone through this journey themselves which makes it so much more comforting! 10000000% recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at CRM. My providers were Dr. Loy and Pamela. They were thorough, professional, communicative, and appropriately caring during the entire process. Communication is clear and Pamela was very responsive using the portal. The entire healthcare team did a nice job of outlining very clear instructions during the process (which is important in fertility care). They were honest and forthcoming about statistics, patient in answering questions, and were supportive through the ups and downs. I had a polyp removal prior to treatment (done by Dr. Loy) and the surgical suite is excellent and convenient. I was fortunate to have very few issues getting pregnant and graduated from CRM after 3-4 months. I was sad to say goodbye to the team as they took excellent care of me. I am forever grateful.
I love doctor Loy and his team. They have no problem following up. Prompt with there return phone calls. And most of all caring and sympathetic to there patients. Personal shout out to Pamela, she is AWESOME. Thank you CRM I look forward to continuing my fertility treatment with you guys ❤️
Dr. Loy and his nurse Pamela were fantastic! They helped us along in our journey and we are now expecting our first! Dr. Loy is meticulous and very knowledgeable and capable of explaining details so that they are easy to understand. Pamela was quick to respond and very warm. We would highly recommend this team to anyone embarking on a reproductive journey. On a side - I see a lot of negative reviews regarding the staff. I can only contribute that everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful from sign in to check out.
I am currently a Center for Reproductive Medicine patient under the care of Dr. Randall A. Loy, MD.After completing all of the tests, I request a follow-up with Dr. Loy to discuss the next steps. Ive attempted to schedule a follow-up for the last 50 days and have never been able to communicate with him. I left voice messages for his nurse Pamela and even the management nurse but received no response. CRM nurses are the worst imaginable personnel; they are incredibly nasty, speak with an attitude, and demean others. Im not sure the doctors understand how the nurses communicate with the patients. As a result, Id like to report nurse Pamela to management, thereby obstructing communication between Dr. Loy and me.Numerous people expressed their dissatisfaction with CRM nurses but did not believe it would be that awful. These nurses should be terminated and not permitted to behave or speak in this manner with patients. I spent so much money on IVF testing and was abandoned in the midst of it all. It is prudent to think twice about attempting IVF with Center of Reproductive Medicine. Management should listen to recorded phone calls to learn how your team communicates with patients. Id also like to request a refund for the services rendered there. I will also report this company to Better Business Bureau and the Health Department on their services and how we patients pay a lot of money for nothing in return, and on top of that, we are treated horribly. There are numerous similar complaints about this company on Google reviews and other websites. The Center for Reproductive Medicine is the worst fertility clinic, causing patients to waste money on tests and be denigrated and belittled by the nurses.
It was my first visit and Dr. Loy did was amazing. He took his time explaining the process and making us feel comfortable. I’m very happy is my Dr and I left the office feeling good. The office staff was also amazing and very quick. Minimal wait time overall!
Staff seems to be concentrating on finding their next job because they were not paying attention to the job they had. I call in to schedule a time for cryo preservation and it takes me calling back 3 times before they know YES Im a patient there and YES I need to schedule an appointment. Then they say the nurse has to reach out to me instead of calling them. At some point its worth looking to other, higher-rated options.
Dr. Loyd is amazing, we are so grateful to have him as a our doctor hes the most caring and thoughtful doctor ever and the nurse practitioner are so understanding and super sweet. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too, very friendly and professional also. I also had surgery with Dr Asante and hes also amazing and caring. This team is absolutely brilliant 👏
Dr. Jaffe and her staff are amazing! After a year of trying on our own I went to her office. She found out the problem very quickly and took immediate action. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and we cant wait to meet our little one. I am so grateful for the entire staff and all their work.
This clinic is just like any other business. I do know they are not a non-profit organization but they can at least have some compassion when dealing with patients. The patients come in to their clinic with a frustrated situation of wanting to have kids and they treat them very impersonal. My feeling as a patient is that they only cared about making money rather than helping me. And no I did not expect anything for free but at least for all the money that me and my husband spent they could have treated me better at that clinic.By a miracle we conceived naturally after giving up hopes after a very frustrated 2 years of unsuccessful treatment at this clinic. And now that I want to talk with them regarding my frozen embryos and to see what we can do I have to wait a minimum 3 weeks before getting an appointment and with them knowing that I’m not from this Country. And while I was being treated I got appointments quick as they knew my situation of being from another country. Now that they know they won’t be making any money off me I’m treated as an unimportant patient after paying for over 30k dollars for an unsuccessful treatment. While starting treatment we specifically asked for a biopsy of the embryos and they forgot to do so. The day of my embryo transfer my doctor was supposed to do the transfer but I don’t know how but a unknown doctor to me did the transfer that day. And when the transfer failed my doctor did not even want to speak to us. But my husband insisted and we stayed there over 2 hours in waiting room to wait to speak to my doctor. I only saw my dokter like 3 times during the whole treatment. I mainly only saw nurses and other doctors at that clinic.I would not recommend this clinic at all.
The office and medical staff here are the worst. There’s no follow up or prioritization on patient care. All the responsibility is solely on the patient. I waited an hour for an ultrasound test here and asked about my financial resp. And was told they would bill me. It was up to me to call my insurance to find out. I was also being scheduled for a procedure that I didn’t need. Thank god I pushed and asked more questions. I also paid over $300 for an HSG test which I didn’t even need. I had to get my lab results since they stated they hadn’t received them. I should be on their payroll since I was doing all the work their office staff should. Highly do not recommend this place.Update: I am back at the office since RE options are limited. Dr Loy has been great so far. My takeaway is that the office staff and billing are horrible but the doctor has been great. I had a $100 credit sitting on my account from an hsg for almost two years. I would definitely monitor your claims and EOBs and ask to be billed if you don’t want to overpay. You have a right to request to be billed if you are not comfortable paying at the time of service.
Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind. This is our second go around of infertility issues (took 4.5 years to conceive our son at a different clinic) our experience elsewhere was as if they were throwing darts and hoping something would stick. Dr. Asante has been the opposite and we’re extremely happy and excited to be on this journey with him as our doctor.
I do not recommend at all. I spent thousands of dollars at this place and they don’t answer the phone and don’t get back with medical results. When I was a patient there my balance was always good and I was never told I owed money. I decided to leave and go to another fertility clinic and I get a call weeks and months later from their billing department saying I owe thousands on my account. This was never communicated to me until I communicated that I was going to look for another clinic. They are all about the money.
So far, Dr. Sharon Jaffe and her team have been very kind and compassionate with my care. The team has also been willing to find the answers and come back with the best results, when we ( my husband and I ) have questions. I appreciate that CRM is willing to help us achieve our goal of having a healthy baby in the future.
We are very happy with the care and treatment process. My wife receives the calls from the nurses in a timely manner. She loves nurse Gigi and the staff has been very attentive with her process. Dr. Jaffe and Dr. Patel makes her feel like family. This is our second time for IVF. Our first IVF was successfully nine years ago with Dr. Loy. No complaints so far.
I’m so thankful for the team at CRM, because of them I am 20 weeks pregnant. Doctor Jaffe was so thorough with my testing in the beginning of our journey and took the time to find the best plan for us. I ended up getting pregnant on our first IVF round with them after years of trying with another fertility clinic. I never had to worry if the nurses would get back to me with results. Thank you Doctor Jaffe and Doctor Asante for helping us have our child!
I always have a great experience with all of the staff at CRM. They are so patient and kind and I feel supported and listened to. Dr. Patel does such a wonderful job of taking the appointment slow so that I have time to think and ask questions. She really gives me time to process and I never, ever feel rushed - which is important considering the gravity of the discussions. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and CRM and I thank her for helping us grow our family!
During this really crazy time in my life, the staff at CRM has been amazing at helping me start this IVF process. From nurse Suzette who cried and prayed with me to the ultrasound tech who fit me in the schedule and Manuela and Stephanie who keep me on track with what needs to get done and keep me updated. Dr. Jaffe is great at what she does and very thorough with my diagnosis. I can’t say thank you enough to this team as they help me freeze some babies for hopefully a better time in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about CRM Winter Park. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jaffe for 2 years and during that time we have never had a negative experience. From the administrative staff to the nurses, lab techs and doctors: everyone we have interacted with is pleasant, caring and helpful. We always received prompt communication whenever we had questions about our treatment. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen for an appointment - which is important when you have appointments sometimes every other day! The nurses and doctors got to know and care for us personally, and we never felt like we were just another number in their books. I had several surgical procedures related to my fertility treatment at the OrlandoAvenue Surgery center which is conveniently in the same building as CRM, so I had the pleasure of interacting with and receiving treatment from several of the doctors in this practice. Every one of them was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Fertility treatments can be very grueling, and we are so grateful to CRM, Doctor Jaffe and the nursing team for delivering such a positive experience. We are now expecting our miracle baby! Thank you Dr. Jaffe and everyone at the Center for Reproductive Medicine!!!
Dr Loy, Pamela, Lauren, and the whole team at CRM were critical in helping my dreams come true. I came to them after an arduous fight with cancer. From the beginning they listened and were honest with me about the process. Because of my cancer treatment and surgeries a lot of the journey was different for me but I never lost hope and with their guidance I was successful on my first IVF transfer. Having this team to guide and support me was truly amazing and I am so grateful that I worked with them.
Thank you Doctor Loy!We felt so cared for during our time at CRM. After multiple miscarriages we were starting to despair of having our own children. But Dr. Loy started us on a treatment plan and 6 months later we were pregnant! The staff were all very kind and compassionate and we recommend anyone with fertility issues to schedule an appointment with them.
Facility Pushed appt for last day I would qualify to have procedure done and day of service machine was down… postponed my testing for another month which is unacceptable for me at the moment. I understand issues happen but they should not have had scheduled me the last day specially after I clearly expressed I needed the HSG for a treatment overseas in early October. Their response was for me to search around for another place to have it done… I would have if I knew this is how I would be treated. I do not recommend if your case is urgent. Staff was initially friendly.. the ending was extremely disappointing!
My first virtual appointment went great! Dr Sedek was very thorough and explained my possible treatment options. I’m so excited about our new journey with him. (:
My husband and I just graduated with us getting pregnant with our second baby! I couldnt have my beautiful son or this current little peanut without the help of Dr.Jaffee and staff. They were so kind and attentive. Dr.Jaffee spent lots of time with us to answer all of our questions. The staff was available to help along the way. Even when dealing with morning sickness, questions before and after procedures, etc. It was easy to make an appointment and to talk to staff on the phone. The new facility is beautiful and so clean! The surgery center is on the first floor and you feel comfortable and not rushed. Absolutely loved our experience and will return if we decide to grow our family! Highly recommend CRM to anyone that has fertility questions.
Our first virtual meeting with Dr Loy was everything we hoped for and more. it was by far the best first appointment with Fertility specialist and weve through quite few of them. I can assure you none of them were even close . he was very kind , knowledgeable and paid attention to details. his way of explaining the process was very much appreciated. were looking forward to working with him and his team.
I just started my IVF treatment at CRM Orlando. This is my cycle day 1 and called twice to schedule for an appointment. After three hours, I havent heard anything back so I called the scheduler the third time. Angela is her name, and she was being so cold and unprofessional. She raised her voice and asked me, Is this an emergency???? If not, just wait for them to call you back. Its not afternoon yet and nurses still have time to call you back. She also emphasizes that this is how they treat their patients at CRM. I was in shock. The treatment is not cheap, but the service is so poor. It is absolutely not what I expected. Now I am hesitated to proceed the treatment. :( How disappointing!!
After 1 year of infertility after a miscarriage, we decided to seek fertility testing to determine if there was a reason for not conceiving naturally. I was recommended CRM from several friends who have had success here. At the time, my insurance only covered infertility diagnosis and $0 for treatments. We started IUIs which unfortunately wasnt the solution for us. However, before we started any treatments, the options and corresponding prices were all laid out for us including success rates. We were never blindsided with costs. After switching to an insurance plan that covered fertility treatments, we proceeded with IVF. Once again, all cost expectations were outlined for us up front. We started in January and ended up pregnant with our first frozen embryo transfer in May. I cannot say more good things about CRM. I was a patient of Dr. Jaffe, but had seen several of the other doctors throughout our year+ long journey for IUIs, scans, egg retrieval, etc. Each and every person I came in contact with was professional and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile at the front desk and most of the front office staff knew me by name. I felt very well cared for especially when I had a few scares early in my pregnancy. I was able to get in to see Dr. Jaffe in less than an hour from my initial phone call. She was very calming and reassured me via ultrasound that baby was ok.Sending a HUGE thank you to everyone at CRM for making our baby dreams come true! We are very much looking forward to meeting our little one in February! We will definitely be returning later down the road when we decide to expand our family further.
This was a great journey with Dr Patel. I’ve had infertility and was attempting to convince for a while. 2 years ago I had a miscarriage and was told it will be tough to have a baby. I went into Dr Patel office with hope and I gave her all my problems. This experience was great. Her staff were amazing especially answering all my questions and concerns. I am pretty sad I won’t be going to them for help. I did get comfortable talking to everyone. With everyone’s help I did get pregnant and I am carrying my little rainbow baby. Thank you Dr Patel for everything. We really do appreciate it. I strongly recommend to every women that’s going thru infertility like myself to have hope. When you go in you’re appointment pray every time. There is hope at the end of every rainbow. God bless you :)
Great customer service. They make you feel comfortable, and at ease. Waiting times are reasonable. The entire staff is excellent. After 9 years of trying for a baby, with low AMH and male infertility (azoospermia) Dr. Jaffe finally help us get pregnant and stay pregnant through IVF.We had a beautiful and healthy baby girl, and we are now trying for #2. Thank you Dr. Jaffe and nurse Judith for cheering me up during such a stressful and uncertain time.Thank you for your knowledge and kindness, and thank you for helping us build our family. We know that it wouldnt have been possible without faith and a little bit of science. 🥰
The front desk staff is extremely difficult to communicate with and has been rude every single time that I have called to request an appointment. My insurance fully covers my visits to this practice but I would still much rather pay a large out-of-pocket amount and be seen by another practice that is out-of-network for me. Woman who are going through the awful process of infertility should never have to feel more stressed and upset while scheduling a simple appointment because the front office staff cannot speak without being condescending and rude. We are already dealing with enough stress and hearthache to have to worry about scheduling an appointment with someone who clearly hates their job. I cannot even call to ask a simple question without getting the run-around about all of their policies in a non-rude way. Like the other reviewer stated...”I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!”
I had my first appointment with Dr. Jaffe in June 2013. I had been to 2 doctors in North Carolina and 1 doctor in NYC prior to seeing Dr. Jaffe. Meeting with her was such a huge difference compared to the other doctors. My appointment with her and the nurses was 3 hours long and no one was looking at a watch to tell me my time was up. I was able to ask any and all questions. I felt so comfortable there and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. We had 3 rounds of egg donor IVF with CRM and thankfully our last round was successful and we have a wonderful 1 year old son. I could not speak more highly of Dr. Jaffe and her nurses and the staff at CRM. However, they have now moved to a bigger facility. I havent been to the facility yet, but Im already having a hard time with the staff. I read bad reviews on here and couldnt figure out why, but now I know. I had an appointment scheduled for March 7th at 2:15pm. I realized that 2:15pm would not work for me so I called to reschedule. I was told that because Im a returning patient the only times available on any day is 10:15am, 1:00pm and 2:15pm. I explained that 10:15am was the only time that worked for me so we chose the earliest date for that time which was March 28th. Today I get a call to confirm my appointment for March 28th at 2:15pm. I told the person I talked to that my appointment is for 10:15am and that I cant do 2:15pm and that the whole reason I was rescheduled from the 7th to the 28th was for the 10:15am time. She said the earliest date they have for 10:15am is April 20th. Thats super frustrating because someone on their end messed up, but what is worse is that the staff member basically told me that April 20th is what they have and then hung up on me. Im so confused. Im a completely reasonable person and now I dont even know if I have an appointment on that day or not. Ive never done a google review before, but Im hoping that CRM sees these reviews and does something to change the horrible staffing. My prior experience with them was amazing, so hopefully they get things figured out.*UPDATE* I sent a personal letter about the situation above to Dr. Sharon Jaffe, who is amazing by the way, and she sent me a personal letter back. She apologized for the way things were handled and passed it on to the person in charge of the staff. Ive only had wonderful experiences with Dr. Jaffe. When I told my nurse Amber what happened she asked me if I had gotten a name. I had not. Later I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and the person I talked to told me things that didnt make sense. I immediately called my nurse and she asked me again if I had gotten a name because the person I talked to was wrong. I did not. Sigh. I have to improve on that. She told me to just call her from now on for everything so thats what I do. I by pass everyone else and call my nurse who is always exemplary. Also, when I saw Dr. Jaffe and nurse Amber for the first time since our son was born they gave me the biggest hugs and wanted to see pictures and videos. I really do love the doctors and nurses there.
We saw Dr. Jaffe and her care team. We had unexplained infertility and Dr. Jaffe was very thorough to try different tests and techniques for us to conceive. We had transferred from a different clinic after two failed IUIs. At CRM, we went thru an IUI, a laparoscopy, and three ICSI IVF cycles. They also tried a progressive technique to select the best samples after we were still having difficulty. All that being said, CRM helped us successfully conceive a baby girl who was born healthy and beautiful! We are forever grateful and highly recommend this office.
I havent had much done yet but I want to share my experience with HSG procedure. I was extremely anxious to go through it because some people told me about their negative experience. However my test ended up being successful, ladies who work there all were very supportive and understanding. Unfortunately I dont remember all their names (Suzie was one of them), thank you all for painless and calming experience.
We all know infertility can be a long, emotional and difficult process but sometimes you just need to let the specialists lead the way. Dr Jaffe is the most honest doctor I’ve dealt with in a while, she is definitely knowledgeable and infertility issues is her bread and butter. I was skeptical about infertility treatments but I went in open minded, ready to listen and try my best. After loosing both fallopian tubes IVF was my only option and Dr Jaffe made it happen on the first try, my husband and I can’t be more grateful. Baby girl is already 2 months old and we’re both healthy as we can be. My family and I will be forever grateful. 🙏 best decision we ever made.
Before going to CRM. My wife and I were told by her OB we would not be able to conceive a baby. A personal friend of ours recommended CRM to us and the first appointment we went to see Dr. Jaffe and she said he was far wrong and she would get us pregnant. We went to her for 6/7 months and here we r today pregnant! Her and her staff were very friendly and thorough. We were never left with unanswered questions. All of our results to tests were done in one day. Ultrasounds done in office. Billing was simple, never over charged or fighting bills. We knew before going in what our payment would be the day of. The entire office staff was friendly. Suzy at the front desk was always cheerful and friendly. The facility was always clean and easy to get to. Dr. Jaffe’s nurses were always sweet. They were all so genuinely happy to share the excitement with us when it finally happened! We would highly recommend the office to anyone struggling to conceive and looking for a five star doctor and staff!
I never leave reviews for places but if you need a Dr, avoid this place. Not for the dr, I never even got to that point, but for the process! 1) if you have a question, no one answers the phone, it goes to a voicemail that they do not reply. 2) if you do not complete patient forms, through an app, they will cancel your appointment, 3) they will cancel your appointment but not call you about your patient forms, which is a problem when you’ve tried calling them repeatedly but they don’t call back when you leave them voicemails, 4) the patient forms are buried inside an app, with no explanation on where to find them and they text you just threats that they will cancel your appointment and that’s it. When you Finally get ahold of someone by calling through the existing patient line, the woman on the line will be incredibly rude and disparaging and claim that because they texted 3 times (that they will cancel, but not with any instructions) that this is okay, and that it makes sense, and she will is no way be sympathetic to the fact that you’ve wasted a month waited for an appointment that they cancelled over an intake form they didn’t bother to answer the phone or call YOU about.Take your money to a doctors office that shows a modicum of respect for patients.
Thanks to Dr. Jaffe we got our BFP after our 3rd IUI! During the process, she listened to us and patiently answered our many questions. Even after conception, she followed up with us to make sure everything was going well. The office team was friendly and supportive through the whole process. Appointments were easy to schedule and we rarely waited more than 10 minutes past our appointment time. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the CRM team to anybody looking to get pregnant.
Ladies looking to start IVF, look elsewhere. CRM at Winter Park has been horrible during this whole process. Please save yourself and your money by finding somewhere else.I started seeing Dr Loy and it went well after the first procedure. After that it became clear they were all about the money and not actually the health of getting women pregnant. I saw a different doctor for every procedure without any notice each time I went in. I had to update the nursing team on what protocol I was on. I had to remind them about meds needing to be refilled. When you go in for appointments, be prepared to wait as they are running behind all the time. You feel stuck. Which is one of the worst feelings going through this process. There is no way to speak with someone, you have to leave a message and wait for their call back which 90% of the time doesn’t come until 5pm or after.Over 2 years I finally got pregnant and had a lot of blood over the weekend. Spoke to the dr on staff who increase my meds and agreed for me to come in first thing Monday to check and make sure everything was okay. I arrive only to be told there is no one who will see me because there are no doctors ordered on their schedule. They start calling a nurse to come in to view my chart and decide next steps. Mind you dr on call had told me what needed to be done and said he would let nursing team know so there wouldn’t be issues. An hour later I’m told there is nothing the can do. They won’t check bloodwork or do an ultrasound and refuse to call my doctor.Thousands and thousands of dollars spent to have issues over the weekend and be told to kick the curb.Ladies I beg you to save your money and go elsewhere for this process. 🙏🏼I unfortunately had to learn the hard way. 😢
Ugh. I do not recommend CRM.TL;DR:- Yes, the people here are kind, but theyre focus is on the bu$ine$$- Scheduling is terrible, like 1-2 months out (even to follow up on lab results)- Communication is lacking - unclear treatment plans, start dates, etc.- Telehealth visits with the Doctor. At first I thought this was due to COVID restrictions, but its not (tele-health visits arent deemed medically necessary for fertility treatments)- Terrible office management with complicated processes/systems- - -i scheduled a Jan 2021 appointment back in Dec 2020. i was nervous to start the egg preservation journey in the middle of a pandemic, but became excited after having my initial (zoom) consult with Dr. Patel.i was advised that someone from her nursing team would follow up with me, but after ~3 weeks and no call i decided to call and schedule my first in-person appointment (labs and ultrasound). since i was a new patient, i wasnt all that surprised (just disappointed) to hear it would be another month out. i patiently waited and made it in for my appointment (there are no courtesy calls or appointment reminder emails). i was shuffled between three different rooms before being ushered out, which again, i chalked up to COVID precautions. it wasnt until i was driving home that i realized i had no idea what happens next.i called the next day to find out about my results and learned that i had to schedule another (zoom) appointment with Dr. Patel -- whens the next availability? a month out. no one else could discuss the results with me, not even the nursing team. why didnt anyone mention this or proactively try to schedule my follow up with her in a timely manner? a month went by before Dr. Patel could discuss my results and advise me to start taking Vitamin D to get my levels up, then come back for more bloodwork.it wasnt until end of May (~5 months after starting this journey) that I received the templatized treatment plan - nothing was tailored to me and I didnt even have a start date. I even had to print, sign and drive to the office to hand over the consent forms because they couldnt accept electronic signatures through their EMR/EHR (they could only accept e-signatures for the COVID-19 consent). seriously? i couldnt even get a call back in a timely manner to discuss start dates, baselines or Rx.communication is so frustrating here, I had to cut ties. i have friends who were done with their preservation process in 8-12 weeks, yet I was on month SIX with no clear direction.please dont waste your time with CRM like i did; they do not have your best interest in mind.
I truly do not know where to begin. Starting with the receptionist that checks you in, to the nurses that get your blood work and return your calls all the way to Dr. Jaffe herself. Every single person that we came in contact with was absolutely exceptional. We wanted to expand our family, and this group of talented, knowledgeable ladies made it happen for us!! We were always welcomed with a warm embrace, and best of all everyone was always on the same page. We can never thank you enough!!!! God Bless You All!!!!!!!!
I want to say thank you to Rebecca and Meghan for their unwavering help through our my process. Rebecca answers every question I came to her with. CRM Winter Park is very welcoming.
I want to first say unprofessional, and if we can put no stars we would but the 1 star we gave is directly for Dr. Loy. Where to start, maybe that your looked at as a dollar sign rather than a patient hoping for their miracle. The office staff is rude and not even a percent of empathetic. The finance department will not let you ask all the questions you want, instead will give you false hope and rush you through the process to collect there money. They will make the whole experience miserable, Your not supposed to have a baby during covid, Yes an employee told my husband this as well as made us sign a waiver. Due to their Covid restrictions you will be made to feel very lonely through it all. What is the issue if my husband and I both have an appointment, why cant we be together for it? Kim and Sherita in the finance department definitely lack interpersonal skills and empathy for sure. I feel bad for Dr. Loy because he probably has no idea what his staff is making his patients feel. We are defiantly taking our business elsewhere. No need to spend thousands of dollars with a practice who could careless about you as a person. Defiantly do not recommend.
Im a current patient of Dr. Jaffe and I feel like this office has wonderful potential but there are so issues ive had along my journey so far. Dr Jaffe takes the time with her patients but some of the nursing staff I have dealt with is very trying. I try to explain that I too have a job and need to have the majority of simple questions answered via the portal but a lot of times they just call and call until I pick up. Ive had some concerns with dosages of medicine and unfortunately they are not being resolved and I feel as if my point isnt being validated or understood. Overall, I will continue seeking treatment here as I believe they have a great outline of structure but feel there could be some trainings, customer service skills provided to the nurses. I added my most recent phone call of a nurse calling me FOUR times in a row back to back which i believe was extremely unprofessional and frankly a little rude as they know Im in meetings all day
PLEASE READ THIS AND ALL BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BECOMING A PATIENT HERE.I’ve seen Dr Jaffe for almost 2 years on and off due to insurance.Since day 1 I have always felt like the nurses and staff were unprofessional and cold.Dr Jaffe was very thorough and informative but never made eye contact, always on the computer, and always made me feel like a number instead of a person. There’s no possible way to speak with someone, you call and leave a VM and then wait around for someone to call back. They don’t even call me for my appt scheduling anymore, they just send me a message on the patient portal.I just had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done last week. I was never given a post op appt so I called to make one. Amber is the nurse I spoke with on the phone, I told her I was having pains and that I felt like I had a UTI. She told me the Dr would have to look at me, then proceeded to make me an appt for 2 days later( she had no care in the world).I drove 2 hours to my appt and the receptionist tells me that I wasn’t on the schedule and that Dr Jaffe wasn’t even in the building. I told her that AMBER was the one who scheduled me, she said that she was on the phone with Amber and that Amber states she had never spoke to me and never scheduled me. Mind you, I am 6 days post op from an invasive procedure. They were just going to let me leave and not even get me an appt with my Dr.I was so upset, I asked for a form to request my medical records so I could go somewhere else. I was so fed up. It’s been a week since this happened, no one has called me or anything. This place is a joke.Unorganized, unprofessional, careless and rude. Would never recommend this place.
Ive been a patient of CRM for years, navigating the tricky and emotionally draining journey of infertility. Through it all Dr. Jaffe has been amazing. She is very supportive, thinks outside of the box, but isnt going to candy coat the hard stuff. I did two iuis at CRM before taking a break. I have a variety of health issues making me more unique then some. After getting my body back in order we finally made the leap to IVF. That in itself is an incredibly stressful process. But Dr. Jaffe and her team, plus Renee (with her wonderful energy and hair color is who I saw for check out), and Kelly (who was always there to check me in with a smile and chit chat while I wait), and the many more who are behind the scenes, have made my ivf experience nothing less then amazing! I always felt supported and communication was everything I expected it to be. After 6 years of TTC, it is with bittersweet joy that I graduated (pregnant!) and left CRM for the last time today. I never thought I would be sad to leave an office. I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone to Dr Jaffe. 💕
I cant say enough good things about Dr. Patel and her staff at CRM! I have PCOS and nothing i tried on my own was helping me get pregnant, so i knew it was time to get some help! The moment i met Dr. Patel i knew she was the perfect person to help. She explained everything and answered all my questions. We tried iuis first which gave me a chance to get to know some of the other doctors within CRM, since Dr. Patel is not always available. Unfortunately after 5 rounds of iuis we realized it was time to move onto IVF! I can say that Dr. Loy, Dr. asanti and Dr. Heather were all great Doctors and made me feel comfortable during my IUIs and Dr. Asanti even performed one of my surgeries and was very professional. When it came time to consult with Dr. Patel about moving forward with IVF she made time to explain everything thoroughly with my husband and I and was sure to take the time to answer all our questions. I was lucky enough that my schedule for treatment lined up with hers, so she was able to do my egg retrieval, hysteroscopy, and transfer!! I must add that everything didnt go as smoothly as i would have liked. I developed a cysts that seemed like it was never going to leave, in fact it took 5 months for it to finally disappear so in that time i was getting frustrated. I wrote the nurses to see if there was anything else we could do to help get rid of the cyst and i was just expecting for the nurses to write something back, but to my surprise Dr. Patel called me and left a detailed message reassuring me that the cyst was small and would be gone soon etc. That phone call was just what i needed to keep me moving forward with a positive attitude and it meant alot to me that she took time out of her day to call me instead of having her nurses do it for her. Speaking of nurses Donna is amazing!! I absolutely loved her! She made sure to explain all the medications thoroughly and even though she has probably never had to take any of these meds herself she knew which ones would sting, hurt, possibly bruise or leave welts, etc so it shows that she listens to the patients feedback and passes it on to the other patients! Jennifer was also a great nurse and was quick to respond to the portal messages. In fact most of the staff i spoke to at CRM was a pleasure. Aileen at the front desk was always organized and fun to talk with! Wanda in blood always had a positive attitude and most of the time when she did my blood i didnt even feel the needle go in, so shes amazing at what she does! Daniela in finances always kept me informed on how much things would cost out of pocket and was easy to contact when i had any questions. And last but not least a big shout out to the sonogram lady at CRM in the celebrations office! Unfortunately even though she knows my lady parts more than i do, i never even asked for her name lol, but she always has a great and caring attitude! Her protocol is to ask everyone if they need to go to the bathroom before the scan so i liked to just say NO, before she could even ask and she would say I know but you know i still have to ask.lol The only negative thing i have to say about Dr. Patel is that it sucks that i cant have her as my Ob-GYN as well, because the transfer she did for me was successful so at 7 weeks i graduated from her office. Hopefully she will still be there when im ready for my next transfer!
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. As a medical professional myself, I have witnessed first hand as one of their patients, the sloppy and cavalier nature of the office staff, lab, and physicians. I was misdiagnosed, often left uniformed, and after my last miscarriage and D/C with them I didnt even receive a call back?!?? How about post-op follow-up if nothing else! This may have been a reputable office at one time but no longer is. Perhaps they have too many patients and have lost sight of what a precious opportunity they have to help peoples dreams of becoming a parent come true. My husband and I finally achieved our dreams after seeking treatment with another office in Jupiter. The drive was completely worth it for us as we have two precious baby girls now.
Dr. Jaffe and her staff went above and beyond to help my husband and I begin our family. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant! Dr. Jaffe is very caring and compassionate as well as highly knowledgeable about Reproductive issues. I always felt valued and respected, my questions were answered clearly and I knew what to expect every step of the way. I had 2 egg retrievals, hysterscopy and FET, all procedures were done in the surgery center on the first floor. The staff there was attentive and caring. I had numerous blood tests and ultrasounds the nursing staff and techs were amazing! I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe to anyone who might be struggling with infertility issues.
I am giving CRM 5 stars. They have been so caring and so compassionate through my husband and Is journey. Dr. Loy really takes his time to explain everything and make sure you understand what is going on and next steps may be. Pamela, one of his nurses is no joke, the best nurse Ive ever dealt with. She is so kind and empathetic. My husband and I were pregnant but miscarried and she handled it with such grace and tried to make an awful situation a little better b showing compassion and getting us ready for what happens after. Venus and COurtney are also great nurses. All of the ultrasound techs have been amazing with the exception of one and that was just an anomaly. and the reception staff is great. The whole staff at CRM celebrates the good with you and offers kind words of encouragement during the bad. Couldnt recommend them more. Heres hoping my husband and I will be more successful next time. :)
They deny perfectly healthy people who are willing and able to be egg donors. I don’t want to hear that there is a shortage of people willing to donate when they have people waste their time filling out applications and meeting with doctors only to ghost them.
CRM billed my insurance over $10,000 for an elective test that was unrelated to the reasons for my appointment. I met with the CRM financial advisor before my appointment and she neglected to let me know my insurance had already denied the preauthorization. It has been five months and I have not been able to get my test results for any of the actual tests I went in to do. No one answers the phone and they have not uploaded any of my test results to the patient portal. It has been a terrible and surreal experience working with this company.
Where do I begin.... my husband and I wanted to have a baby and were referred to the Center For Reproductive Medicine and introduced to IVF. Before going we both knew little about the process, being over 40 we were nervous. The staff is amazing starting from Kellie’s friendly and warm welcome when you check in. Dr.Jaffe and her nurses helped us every step of the way!! They answered every question and concern with such care and professionalism!! We are now 13 weeks pregnant and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you to the Center of Reproductive Medicine for making our dreams come true❤️
He was seemed nice and very knowledgeable. Explained things in detail. The office staff responded very quickly after our initial consultation. So far, awesome!
Be extremely cautious about this center, everyone. Direct and timely communication does NOT happen. So much so that you don’t even get to meet your doctor. Not even once. Though the nurse staff is very kind, the doctors generalize the same protocols for all patients, regardless of their own health/conditions/issues with getting pregnant. Even upon deciding that there would be no further treatments done with this center, the doctor couldn’t even make a phone call in regards to that. Do not waste your money here.
I have just begun seeking help from center for reproductive medicine and so far I have had a great experience. Everyone I have spoke with has been very friendly and the labs and us that were taken were done with care and a smile! Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable.
After trying unsuccessfully on our own for over a year, my wife decided she wanted to give fertility a try.We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Loy. I really would suggest you give Dr. Loy a visit; he was always empathetic and spent lots of time with us and was more than happy to answer any questions. Our third IUI took and we are currently going on 9 weeks pregnant. Thanks again to all the staff at the Center for Reproductive Medicine - CRM.I saw a previous review about the nurses losing paperwork; Im pretty sure theyre referring to the front desk where you leave your medical records; they were your average front desk, sign in and take a seat type. The nurses that saw us were always highly competent and friendly. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.
I just said from my experience I love Josie, the nurse for Dr jaffy. She is phenomenal and incredible to answer your question. She is lovely, and Dr. Jaffy is so excited about the patient; we are excited to work with them
This place is a joke! Very unprofessional staffs. No one is ever available to pick up the phone to have a conversation with you. I had a failed transfer in 2017. My Dr was Randal Loy but another very rude Spanish dude that I have never met before did my transfer. They rushed into the whole thing. Even though I had grade 5 genetically tested embryos the transfer still didn’t work. Blissfully i end up getting pregnant on my own just the next month after the failed transfer. I feel so bad for people going there for treatment. None of this doctors and staff really care about nothing else but making money. I hate this place with a passion. If I ever needed IVF I would go to palm beach fertility. Dr Denker over there and his staffs are the best. The only reason I went to CRM Orlando is because that’s where my stupid insurance would cover.
I made a new patient appointment. My co-pay with the insurance is $40 dollars but here I was told it doesn’t matter what your insurance says. They charge $50 dollars copay. I just think that’s not right. The front desk person is very rude and insensitive and I feel she should have more training on how to treat patients. Patient relationship is so important. I paid the $50 dollars and I hope it is worth it after the visit with the doctor. I still have my questions about the office tho.
I chose Center for reproductive medicine because they had the best Fertility treatment results in the entire state of Florida. And Dr. Loy is the best and most experienced reproductive doctor there is. He diagnosed my endometriosis which had been plaguing me for years beforehand. And I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else performing my laparoscopy. So of course I chose to also use Dr. Loy and CRM for my IVF. And I couldn’t be happier. They help tons of patients and they do well at managing the scheduling as best as possible. I never felt rushed when I met with their staff. They also have a great portal online that I felt like I would have been extremely anxious without. It was a wonderful resource that allowed me to talk with their experts quickly. And it allowed me to indulge my need to ask tons of questions and get every single one of them answered efficiently! & I also came to know and really like all of their general staff as well.
Dr. Jaffe and staff are so wonderful. They were so positive, kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging through a process that is intrinsically difficult. We had a million questions, and they took the time to carefully answer all of them. We feel so fortunate to have been recommended to this amazing team, and definitely pass along this recommendation!
With all honesty, I definitely do recommend Dr.Jaffe and her staff. shes extremely knowledgeable, not only did she set an individualized treatment plan but she found out the root caused for the Infertility. Thanks to her, my husband and I were blessed with healthy twin boys. Words cant describe how grateful we are for her assistance throughout our journey. I cant say thank you enough. May God continue to bless you Dr.Jaffe so that through you he may continue to bless many more families.
I can not say enough about Dr. Jaffe... she is an amazing doctor. We have been trying to get pregnant for 8 years. Multiple drs and drugs and nothing. Dr. Jaffe found a blocked tube and recommended surgery to clear it up. I did this followed by an iui and WE ARE FINALLY PREGNANT!!!!!! The staff is all great too.I cried when I had to leave them 😢. Ive never had a dr be so on top of everything. Crm is the best. I was recommended by 3 other women who all have babies too!
Dr Jaffe is amazing! She was very encouraging and helpful to us throughout the whole process and talked us through every stage. She helped us through our infertility struggles and helped us conceive our son. We are so thankful for CRM and their help and we highly recommend them!
Dr Jaffe and her team are amazing. I was diagnosed with infertility for unknown reasons. I am 37 And was TTC for 2 years. I ended up having IVF treatment and got pregnant after my very first transfer. Now I have a very happy and healthy baby boy!Thank you CRM!
Dr. Patel and Dr. Asante are my dynamic duo, and my baby making kryptonite! What a blessing to have been cared for by them both. I truly love their knowledge, compassion, understanding and thoughtfulness. I will miss my all star nursing team (Gabby, Joy and Tanah). I will miss the friendly smiles of the receptionists (Amanda and Kelly), the highly skilled ultrasound techs and the gentle phlebotomists. This place feels like your family, I will be back for baby # 2 if that is what my future holds. You will not regret choosing this team for your fertility journey!
I really like Dr. Patel & her nurse Gabby - highly recommend them. Glenda was super nice too & I was bummed when she moved to Jacksonville. My only constructive criticism is that I wish I could write to the nurses or at least respond back on the portal ( like it used to be).
I would rate them 0 if possible. My husband and I worked with this facility for about 4-5 months. I saw the doctor ONE time. She did the consultation and that was all. No one in the office, including the doctor, was very warm. It felt more like lets get you in and out because youre just another number. Lets go through the issues:Front desk:Absolutely unorganized and not sure whats going on. I was lucky if I could even get ahold of anyone on the phone most the time. Things were constantly messed up.Getting blood drawn: As you all know, we have several needles jammed in us going through infertility. This was EASILY the worst, most painful blood draws Ive ever recieved. I literally dreaded this room more than any other. Im not afraid of needles and Im fairly used to them, but they just didnt seem to care. I also bled more than I ever have. I remember one day, one nurse was trying to take the band off me, which was literally shaking my entire arm, while the needle was still in my me.....IUIs:We tried three IUIs, and after what happened with the third, we were done with this facility. My husband gave his sample to freeze. About a week later, 2 hours before my IUI transfer, I recieved a phone call that there really wasnt a high enough number of sperm for this to work..... TWO HOURS BEFORE TRANSFER!?! This should have been told way before, so that my husband could have given another sample, because, come to find out, even when his sperm was fresh, the numbers were already pushing it. It was either try it and hope for the best, or be out the entire cycle money.Perhaps the worst of all:We changed facilities to IVF: FERTILITY CARE (in Orlando). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. During our first consultation with Dr. Trolice (who we saw SEVERAL times throughout treatment), he was shocked that CRM even suggested IUI due to the low sperm count. So basically, we were swindled out of about $8,000 - $10,000 because the IUIs were NEVER going to work for us. We felt extremely taken advantage of. Dr. Trolice and his entire team are warm, EXTREMELY communicative, and there every step of the way. One IVF cycle later, and were pregnant. If you want success, you dont want to be taken advantage of, and you want people who actually care - dont go to CRM. Theres a reason they still have to advertise on commercials.
We cannot disagree with the previous review by Scarlett P more. This place is very professional and we would personally recommend it to anyone trying to conceive. We tried for about 6 years on and off, including going to another well known fertility clinic in town for a few years, and we had no luck. The other clinic also seemed less professional and has not been around nearly as long as CRM. These doctors are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The nurses also deserve respect, weve like every single one of them ever assigned to us. I will admit that the front desk, phone-answering personal are not as nice nor knowledgeable as the nurses and doctors, but... duh. Thats like every doctors office Ive ever been in.Just to drive home the point - my wife became pregnant on her very first cycle. Of course a review of their services shouldnt depend on something like that, since it is statistically unlikely at her age, but just wanted to share that YES, they are doing things right. Also, we found out about CRM through a client of my wifes, who also became pregnant through them.I will always recommend this place for fertility care.
Dr. Patel at CRM is amazing!! I was referred to her after TWO heartbreaking miscarriages. She is truly the best doctor Ive ever seen. I had gone to 3 previous doctors and practically begged them to test me for PCOS and they all brushed me off.The very first time I met with Dr. Patel, she very aggressively tested me to pin point exactly what the issue was. I am so thankful for her thoroughness. After a couple months of testing, we met with her again. She made a plan for me that included several different oral medications. She was also very aware of my lack of fertility coverage through insurance. She worked hard to keep treatment as cost effective as possible. She hit the nail on the head! We got pregnant from on our very first attempt. My story doesnt end there, because I had two previous losses I was extremely anxious. She monitored me very closely with blood work and ultrasound. I was recently just released from her care with something Ive never had before-a pregnancy with a strong heartbeat.I also cannot say enough about her bedside manner. Not only is she a gifted physician, but one of the sweetest people I have come in contact with. I never felt rushed with her and she always answered my hundreds of questions. She was very calming and was always to put my mind at ease.Dr. Patels nurses were also extremely helpful and sweet. I called them constantly with questions, and they always called back in a timely manner. My only wish is that I could continue my prenatal care with Dr. Patel and CRM.Coming to CRM was an absolute blessing for us!
I want to describe my experience with this clinic. It has some pros, very good scheduling (I am always informed ahead about the next steps), short wait time, quick response online and through the phone call, good nurse staff(I mean technically, I only met one nurse who did not do well with my narrow Asian veins). However, i need to talk about todays experience. I was scheduled to do the egg retrieval today. Yet after i woke up from the sedation, the on-rotation surgeon told me that I ovulated early than expected so with one ovary having nothing and another one with one follicle, he got nothing even though he tried hard. I was really shocked, not because of the premature ovulation, of which I heard multiple times and learned some basic facts before the cycle starts, but that I think a simple ultrasound before the sedation would get me informed and the procedure could have been cancelled totally, I see no reason I should do this today for one follicle. Then my RE called me after I left some messages asking about why this happened. To my surprise, she did not even check my ultrasound images yet after my procedure is done for about 8 hours and she told me because i do not belong to the category that needs to be concerned for this possibility, so no ultrasound is done ahead. I think both of them , the on-rotation doctor and the RE do not care that much for the patient(me). If i were the surgeon I would not do that procedure because the chance to get a good one is rare. i would rather let the patient wait for her next cycle. And for my RE, I think an ultrasound ( quick and cheap) before the procedure can help the patient to avoid the unnessary medical experience, both physically and emotionally.More importantly, I have never been told about the premature ovulation possibility before the OP from any doctor or nurse. I did asked one of my nurses when I was still under stimulation. But she just simply said no. I think this has to be discussed before the OP and they should leave me to decide what to do after this happens. The only thing they told me is that it is rare, but I checked the Chinese website( I am Chinese), most ivf clinics mentioned about 5% chance of premature ovulation. Considering Downs syndrome is 1 out of 7000, and for that an OB will ask couples to do the test to rule out such a chance, is 5% or 1% rare? I am totally speechless.
I absolutely can not say enough great things about the team in the winter park office. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Dr. Loy and Pamela guided me throughly and graciously throughout our trying to conceive journey. I am so blessed to say that our second IUI procedure was a success. I also want to say that the buisness team upfront including Renee was very kind, welcoming, and made me extremely comfortable everytime I came into the office. If you are looking for a competent staff to help guide you through a very delicate and sensitive journey this is the place to go. Any and all questions were answered promptly and professionally. Anyone seeking advice please make an appointment as soon as possible you will be bringing home your bundle of joy in no time. Thank you everyone at CRM!!!
Hands down worst clinic. Dr. Loy does not give his patients the time of day. They are definitely only in the business of making money, not helping create families. Please do not waste your time or money at this clinic. If you choose to do so, do your research! But beware, Dr. Loy likes to treat his patients with one size fits some treatment plan and will not sway from that. If you suggest a different plan or question his cookie cutter plan you will be dismissed from the clinic and they will keep every dime that you have paid them- Even on procedures that were never completed.
I am a new patient, referred by the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. So far things have been organized and well explained to me. I hope thar everything will go smoothly and successfully in my treatments and journey. I believe that the staff will be helpful.
Definitely impressed so far. Dr. Asante was very knowledgeable and listen to me and husbands concerns with infertility. We are very excited to move forward with him as our Doctor.
Like many others that visit CRM I have a very complicated, unfortunate history with pregnancy. I have been to several doctors, specialists in my local area that all have expressed to me that the shape of my uterus could not be repaired and I would basically have to continue trial and error with pregnancy which unfortunately for me resulted in several losses (2 being in my second trimester). My first visit with Dr. Riggall was breath taking as he reviewed all of my previous imaging scans and simply said the good news is I can fix this honestly I didnt know if I should have smiled or cried seeing as how for the past 15 years Ive been told that this could not be done. I went in for my surgery 4/9/18 everything went well and now my uterus is no longer separated into twolittle compartments😁 I now have that full pear shape that I have wished for so long💕 I dont even know if this will result in babies for me, however I am and will always be grateful for Dr. Riggall and his staff for their professionalism and expertise in what they do. For once I did not feel like another patient on a list that a copay needed to be collected from, but more like a woman with a very complicated history that the doctors FIRST PRIORITY was to make better. I would give them 10 stars if I could👶🤰UPDATE: The doctors rating still remains a 5! However their billing department is a different story and I would give them a ZERO if I could! I have a $600 credit that has been due to me since a procedure in April (this amount should have never been collected as they had knowledge of me already meeting my deductible and out of pocket) I was made to pre-pay anyway and if has been a nightmare trying to get my money back! I have requested and been told multiple times that a refund check will be sent, it has never arrived and it is now August! The explanation I just got was there are pending charges on my account, the charges for services that were already cleared through my insurance to be covered at 100%! Had they refunded my money when the were supposed to this would not be an issue! After Im done here, I wouldnt recommend CRM for billing purposes! Im sorry but we work hard for our money and cant afford to just give it away!
I have been going to CRM since the beginning of 2017. I had been previously been seem by a specialist is south Florida (Which was horrible by the way. They told us that my husbands semen analysis was negative when I was in the office then a month later at an appointment tell me the same sample is fine.) CRM and Dr. Jaffe are amazing. Ive never had any issues scheduling appointments or receiving a call back. Any time that I am in for an appointment or on the phone with a nurse I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered.
God placed Dr. Jaffe in our path. Dr. Jaffe is amazing!! She genuinely cares and had our best interest in mind every step of the way. Thanks to her and her fantastic team we’re expecting our baby to arrive this October! We are truly grateful for the opportunities they have given us and all the help. Linda, the nurse practitioner was amazing throughout this journey and Kathy was extremely helpful. Words cannot describe the gratitude we have for CRM. They helped make our dreams come true.
First of all I want to say that I don’t understand the bad reviews. I visit 3 different facilities in the Orlando area and once I spoke w dr loyd I knew this was going to be my clinic. Everyone is friendly. Yes you have to leave vm w nurses if you have questions but I always got a call back within ours. Facility is clean and they tried their best to work w you and your insurance. I also saw dr asanti (only twice)and he is super friendly and very helpful. Dr loyd is very knowledgeable, great at explaining every single step and answering all my husband questions. We got some difficulty in our journey but I’m currently pregnant with our little miracle. I’m very thankful to the doctors and the whole team.
This office is one of the worst experiences I have had with a medical practice. I work in the industry so I will admit that I have a higher expectation of what I want and expect from an office but this place blew me away with their horrendous service.Firstly, your medical records and treatment mean nothing to them but the money there receive. I was given the same blood work THREE times, and not because we needed to follow up on a particular concern but because they forgot I had done it already. They also ordered an MRI of my brain and still have not given me the results nor do they remember ordering it, also that MRI came with a diagnosis code of cellulitis of the foot), I had a different doctor review the results and tell me about it.The office never had any idea what my previous results were so every time they called and the same result kept coming back they would discuss it with me like it was some new discovery. The nursing staff were some of the nastiest people I have ever encountered and were always so pushy and mean when explaining everything. They told my husband that his SA results were terrible and that pregnancy on our would never happen, when we requested a copy of the lab report EVERY SINGLE RESULT was within the normal range. They had my husband and I convinced pregnancy would not happen without their assistance, well they were wrong. We got pregnant on our own and it was confirmed by a blood test done through my primary care physician. You would think that my awful experience with them would have ended there, but NOPE. When my OBGYN asked for all of my records to be transferred they had my chart marked as failed pregnancy with spontaneous abortion. YUP they have my chart marked as if I lost my pregnancy.I would never under any circumstances go to the practice again for any reason.
Dr Loy is not God, but God is certainly on his side. Thanks to Dr Loys expertise and his staffs assistance, we have been blessed with a soon to be baby...My wife is now pregnant after a couple of IVF cycles. Dr Loy has excellent bed manners, and hes very patient and always takes time to explain things. Our only issue with the practice is that you have to leave a message in their VM instead of speaking to a live person..It can be frustrating sometimes.. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend.
Terrible experience. Initial consultation was good with Dr. Jaffe and Bernice, RN.Downhill from there. I called to schedule a procedure (which they called a surgery and told me I needed to undergo anesthesia). I had this procedure twice before in my 2 yr journey through IVF and it did not require anesthesia. They also told me they had not recd my cardiac clearance after my cardiologist office told me they sent and recd fax confirmation. The scheduler did not even bother to go look for the fax. I emailed the nurse and she emailed me back saying they found 3 copies on the faxes and scheduling would call me back. When I did not hear from them by the next day, I called the surgery scheduler again and left a message. No call back. This procedure should be performed in a window of time. The nurse said they could start me on bc pills if we couldnt make it in that window. I left a message on Dr. Jaffes nurses line. No call back. I emailed my nurse about all of this. To this date, about 4 wks laters, I have heard zero. Now I am trying to get my ultrasound report sent to a new office. I recd the medical record release, filled out and returned. They have yet to send it after about 2 wks of trying. I was with a large clinic in Houston for 2 yrs and that place ran like clock work. I always recd a call back or email back same day or next morning. I was extremely disappointed with this office. Im in healthcare administration and would be mortified if my office ran this way.
So far so good. I really liked dr. Jaffe, she explained everything clearly and made sure to answer my question. The reviews say no one answers the phone but thats not my experience. If you send a message through the portal they always respond quickly. I forgot to fast for labs and they squeezed me in the following day.
Dr. Sharon Jaffe has helped us complete our family. She is very informative and hands on during our IVF journey. We got pregnant with her help in 2018 and recently pregnant again through IVF. Great office and knowledgeable doctors.
We have been patients for just about two years, and this has to be one of the most accommodating offices out there. Due to the sensitivity and timing of this process, theyve always had someone to reach out to, and we always got a call back. Of course we have had to wait to get seen for an appointment, or due to scheduling conflicts we had to wait a cycle before we could start a new process. But, we went in with the idea that it was expected. Word of advice, this whole process is what you make of it. If youre all in + have questions for every step along the way, youll get a different experience then someone whos just along for the ride. Weve gone though all of the steps (to a full blown IVF), have seen multiple doctors (due to weekend appointments) multiple nurses, and all of the office staff.
We’re so thankful that we got referred to CRM when we experienced difficulties conceiving. Having such a compassionate and knowledgeable medical team made the unbearable bearable. I can’t imagine going through such an epic journey without the expertise and level of care we received from both Dr.Jaffe and her incredible staff of amazing nurses!
It has been a nightmare to deal with this office. They misbilled my insurance and it has been a fight to get all the billing corrected. According to my insurance I was responsible for $250 and the office said I had to pay $950. Its been going on 5 months and I have yet to see a refund of my overpayment. Both me and my insurance rep have left several massages and no one from the billing department will return a phone call. What a nightmare!!!
Our initial experience at CRM was not bad. Our doctor listened to our concerns and took time to answer questions. However, things took a turn for the worse when I began my first fertility med cycle. I began having symptoms that I kept calling about. I always got a voicemail and so I kept worrying near my phone until someone finally reached me.I began having some more problems and I recall calling and leaving a message twice before the nurse called me back the next day, telling me I should go to the ER, because they couldnt see me. To make a long story short, I ended up having an ectopic Pregnancy and had an emergency left salpingectomy.I am not questioning the doctors competency, but I do believe that because of the size of this practice, and limited amount of staff, a lot of problems and miscommunications can happen. Please be aware of this before you decide on choosing this practice.
My partner and I are in the journey to starting a family. I was referred by my friend/client Courtney Paradise to come to Center for Reproductive Medicine. We had a lovely experience with our consultation with Dr. Jaffe. Looking forward to our journey.
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel and nurse Evelyn. I primarily used the Celebration office, but had to go to the Orlando office for IUI. Dr. Patel has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes time with you, and treats you like youre one of her friends. She is more than happy to answer all of your questions, even if you think the question is silly. She truly is one of the best Drs Ive been to and I wish I could continue with her on my OB journey. Im an RN and have seen many different Drs interact with patients, so trust me when I say she is top notch. The nurse I dealt with the most was Dr. Patels nurse Evelyn. She is a very sweet and caring person, who is just as willing to answer questions and take time with you. After 4 rounds of IUI, we graduated today with a pregnancy on try number 5 of IUI.Also, if you are LGBT, no worries with this practice. My wife and I were treated very well and were received with open arms. Thank you Dr. Patel, Evelyn, and Center for Reproductive Medicine. We are truly grateful.
I went in on a Saturday and the staff was very nice and pleasant. I have no complaints here on my experience with them thus far. While it is an overall frustrating Journey struggling with infertility, they make you feel hopeful and are there with you every step of the way.
After suffering a pregnancy loss and months of infertility, my wife and I credit CRM with the healthy birth of our first son this week! Upon reaching out, they taught us more about the fertility journey and our own bodies, giving us the tools to make informed choices about a path towards getting and staying pregnant. Dr. Patel and her team were compassionate and beyond patient with us, listening to and resolving even our most pedantic concerns. The science takes you so far, but an expert team of caring doctors and nurses who really invest in your outcomes can make all the difference in the world. Thank you SO much, Dr. Patel and CRM. - from Josh & Marysia.
I cannot recommend the doctors, nurses, and staff of CRM highly enough. My husband and I struggled to conceive naturally for a year before we were referred to this practice, and to Dr. Patel specifically. She and all the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. They were thorough in their investigations, treatments, and follow-ups. In both cases of utilizing their services (one for our 1st child, and again for our 2nd), my husband and I conceived within one month. Dr. Patel and her team are wonderful- you wont regret working with CRM!
Dr.Jaffe and staff are absolutely amazing. I always felt my concerns, wishes and needs were answered. A plan was put in place a year and half ago and while the first plan may not have worked we were given a way to step it up a notch and an alternative route. After a successful IUI we concieved our second child after 5 years on not being able to concieve. Thank you Dr. Jaffe and the entire team at CRM for helping our dream come true.
I normally do not write reviews but for this situation believed it was important to give praise and credit where due. I was going to another fertility clinic for over 5 months and getting nowhere. Everything from you look fine nothing is wrong to botched and painful exploratory exams. I had enough and wanted a second option. Dr. Loy and the CRM team were amazing from the first appointment to time of conception. At my first consultation Dr. Loy had a diagnosis and action plan set for us. My husband and I followed the plans timeline and he preformed my laparoscopy surgery and we got pregnant within Dr. Loys projected timeframe. I am so happy we went for a second option and did not settle for vague no answer responses. Trust your body and your instincts if you know something is not right. Our son is truly a blessing and now cannot picture out lives without him in it. Again Dr. Loy and the CRM team are truly the best choice we made to help start us in our family planning.
We went to Dr. Jaffe and she was just wonderful throughout the entire process. I have PCOS and she made sure that I was healthy enough for the IUI. All though it was a bummer waiting, sure enough, my very first IUI was a success. This clinic is clean and professional. All the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely come here again in the future for baby # 2.
In 2015 I was a patient of Dr. DeVane. Dr. DeVane and his team of nurses were amazing. We got pregnant after our second IUI. The staff was so caring and made the process a breeze. They helped me keep track of everything and recommended outside references for the different things I needed to have done before moving on, since we were using a known donor for our process.Fast forward to now. 2018 and I am back. This time with Dr. Jaffe! And after our first IUI we are pregnant! This place is amazing. We owe them so much. And I would recommend them to any and everyone. They make scheduling appointments so easy, they always call back same day and they know what they are doing. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and warm.Thank you CRM! Dr. DeVane & Dr. Jaffe
Worst experience ever! I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. Dr. Silva spent all his time telling me that nothing was wrong with me and that I needed to keep trying IUIs. 5 failed IUIs later I still wasnt pregnant. He is completely unprofessional. On November 4th, 2016 I had the pleasure of having him come out to the waiting room and yell at me because he said that I showed up to the office without an appointment. Since their office NEVER, and I mean never picks up the phone, everything is done through answering machines, I was fortunate to actually still have not only the call log of when I called and left my voice mail, but the voicemail of the inefficient staff member who didnt put my appointment down. He still made me wait from 1pm till 4:30pm to be seen. How about staff??? On of the nurses called me back with one of my concerns about getting a negative test but being 1 week late and her answer was oh thats so easy, stop the medication and you will get your period. Now wasnt that fast?! (Insert laugh) You should have known that. First she was insensitive to someone dealing with infertility and holding on to last hope and second I wont know anything if you as a nurse never told me. This place took my money ($12,000 to be exact), my valuable time and hope. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
Dr Roy was absolutely delightful to speak with and easily makes you comfortable during the consultation. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that i can understand. He is realistic about expectations and makes sure all questions are answered.
When we first started seeing Dr. Loy we were completley clueless about infertility and infertility treatment. His kindness and intelligence I will forever be thankful for. The staff from the front all the way to the back are kind, caring, and compassionate and I am so happy God led me to this office. The journey may be long, with many visits, but ultimately your goal may be achieved. I am so happy to say Dr. Loy, his team, and many prayers helped us become pregnant. I first say Dr. Loy in January of 2018, and I am now three months pregnant November 2018. I had endometriosis, once it was removed all it took was one round of IUI. As I said the journey may be long, and you may get discouraged along the way, but trust the process, its well worth it in the end. Ill never forget when I first heard the babys beautiful heartbeat. I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for us.
Its true, IVF is expensive. We did the 2 cycle program where everything is paid upfront (except for the medication) This program made us eligible for a refund up to 50% if we did not bring home a baby. (not pregnant, bring home a baby) But we didnt need it. Dr. Patel is an amazing person! Not only is she a wonderful doctor, her bedside manner is so compassionate. I was so lucky to have her as my doctor. Yes, there are times when things will run late. Remember, if you are there, every single person that is behind that door is going through the same (or something like) thing that you are.
After struggling for several months to get pregnant with our second baby, I decided to take matters into my own hands and book my appointment with Dr. Sejal Patel. I was told by my OB that all of my labs were normal and that I should just keep trying; she offered to give me Clomid, but I refused it. After one appointment with Dr. Patel and her recommend labs, she found that I had hypothyroidism/Hashimotos which was impacting my prolactin hormone, my egg quality (early diminished ovarian reserve) and my overall lifestyle; she also determined I had low vitamin D3. After being on medicine for 100+ days, my egg quality had gone back to normal and she recommended a round of medicated IUI (I did see Dr. Damon Tanton, an Endocrinologist that specializes in Hashimotos once Dr. Patel discovered this was the issue). I am happy to report IUI worked my first cycle and I am pregnant! If I listened to my OB I would have spent several more months trying w/failed attempts and possibly a miscarriage. Because of Dr. Patel, she was able to determine the underlying cause that was preventing me from becoming pregnant and improve my overall health. Bottom line, OBs are NOT Fertility Specialists. They are also not Endocrinologists and should not run bloodwork without running labs that will tell the whole story. While my TSH was within normal range it was on the high end and I did have TPO antibodies that were attacking my thyroid, causing it to ultimately die. Im now on meds every day for the rest of my life. I could have gone years with this undetected if I would have listened to my OB. Please listen to your body and be an advocate for yourself. Thank you Dr. Patel and team :-)
I was a new patient in this office. They asked me for a 50$ deposit over the phone before my appointment which I gave them with no issues. They called me again before my appointment and told me my appointment is at 8:15 and they need the new hire paperwork before the appointment. So I sent a 27 page fax to them the day before my appointment. I get to my appointment on time and apparently the nurse tells the front desk that they need to cancel my appointment because I was not told to come in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. To get my $50 deposit I have to call the general number now since the office cant help me. I was on the phone with their general number for 18 minutes sitting my car and got no where. the rep on the phone told me she spoke to the girl that called me and the girl said she told me to come earlier. of course to cover herself shes going to say that now. but if I did everything else they asked then why would I not come in early? I paid more than what I was even supposed to pay. my coins is only 10% which would be less than $50 but I still paid it without an issue. you would think that the point of completing the new hire packet before your appointment would mean that you dont need to come in extra early to the appointment. the fact that im already there in the office on time did everything they asked and they still have the nerve to tell me to reschedule is very frustrating. THERES NO COURTESY. the rep on the phone told me the dr wont take anyone even if they are a minute late.. which is wrong because everyone has a late policy. but its ok for the dr to make us wait in the waiting room for over an hour ?. ... For a dr with such great reviews his office staff and policies are not worth it. WASTE OF TIME. dont even bother.
So I went in for my first consultation with dr. Randall loy he was great really great doctor so far but Im having issue with the whole insurance and co-pays my insurance covers infertility a hundred percent with $5 co-pays on top of hundred percent coverage with IVF they still want to charge me their cost because I havent met my deductible.? I dont think so thats not how Insurance works on top of my husband he has a semen analysis appointment and our insurance covers at 100% with a $5 copay and they want to charge me $150 the day of the appointment and then they say they will reimburse me with whatever is covered through my insurance I call b******* this place is a joke!
Most amazing, Life changing experience.Remember this is IVF, if you need to go here then you should already have patience. Yes it is difficult and yes you need to trust the process but be consistent, do not give up and in Consultation listen to what the Doctor recommends. I did one cycle and got 2 embryos. I have a beautiful 2 year old boy and i am pregnant with my 2nd child. An absolute miracle and dream come true!I listened and followed every detail , date, time, and medication and got the most amazing results. I recommend Dr Loye to everyone who is even thinking about becoming pregnant even if you do not know if you can, you should know all your options before considering.I had endometriosis and suffered for years. I went to every Dr, every OBGYN and specialist internationally with no reason or diagnosis for my condition. I met with Dr Loye to have an ultrasound and within minutes he told me exactly what the problem was and i felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Finally, i was not crazy and knew all my options.Have an open mind and a little faith and believe that your dreams may also come true.
Doctors may be good but the horrific office staff like Cintrine (sp) make it like pulling teeth to get anything done at this place. Call five times to make sure they have the orders for my simple test...called after the allotted time to receive results to make sure they sent labs to my doc for my appt at 9am. 10:55 and Im dealing with the office staffs attitude because she didnt send the results like its my fault. Half a day of work gone because of this place once again...finding another game in town and I urge anyone reading to do the same.
Dr. Loy was amazing! This was our second IVF and he took all the details from our first IVF experience (which was a very long process) and made this 2nd time such a great experience. Weve had other friends use him as well and have echoed the same. Cant express enough how happy we were to have him as our IVF doctor! If we do this again, well definitely be using Dr. Loy! :)
I Initially made an appointment to be seen for a laproscopic procedure with Dr. Regal and they told me the wrong date over the phone. So I showed up, and then they told me that I showed up on the wrong date and my appointment was actually the next day.So, naturally I could not make that day, and spoke with someone at the front desk and she said normally they would have to charge me a $50.00 deposit for missed appt., but she agreed to waive it for next time when I was ready to reschedule. So fast-forward two months later, I called and tried to make another appointment and they rudely tell me I must pay $50.00 over the phone before I can even make an appointment because of last time, even after they told me it would be waived. And that they must collect it and I would be booked for months out towards the end of the year. How is this convenient for anyone? Very rude supervisors, and practice. Then she offered me a consolation at $15.00, since I had insurance and they would absolutely be paid through my insurance. I told her NO THANKS, I will find someone else who does not try to weasel me out of money in addition to my co-pay. They cannot charge you extra on top of your co-pay for being a new patient, that is fraud. Also, why would I want to go there when you demand money from me? I want a physician who is concerned about my health, NOT MY WALLET!!!!They arent in the business of patient care or making families, they are are there to collect. GET OUT, RUN FAR AWAY from this practice.I made an appointment with Dr. Vaught instead down at Winnie Palmer. This place will never see a dime from me. Scummy practice, bad/rudde staff, and if this is precursor to my experience, NO WAY.
I would not recommend. Weve been going to CRM for over 2 years. Very impersonable and inconsistent with the information needed. We decided to go through IUI and tried a few times even though we were told we could conceive naturally. We wanted to speed up the process so we went through with it anyways for it to not work. Ive seen someone different each time and met my actually doctor twice. This is an emotional process for couples so it would be nice if CRM was more considerate of that. I had 2 friends recommend CRM but left after feeling the same way we did.
They wasted a valuable 6 months of my life and time. I spent 6 months just trying to get them to get my medical records and schedule me an appointment. They care nothing about patient care or babies. Just money and how to make it. Dont waste you time and effort on this place its trash!
The initial scheduling was a little difficult and the scheduler was not pleasant to work with. Dr. Asante however was very professional and my dedicated care coordinator was very helpful and supportive.
I had a wonderful visit today! Everyone was friendly and happy to see me (its been awhile since Ive been in). Nurse Megan has a wonderful bedside manner and was very calming and reassuring.
We started seeing Dr. Jaffe earlier this year, and today we got to hear the babys heartbeat!!!! I was in tears because weve been trying for years and then BAM! all we needed we an IUI!!!! I cant recommend CRM enough, from the doctors, nurses and staff they were all amazing.
I’ve been going here since the summer of 2021 and so far nothing has happened expect blood work and a MRI. I haven’t even received my results yet. The best advice I’ve been given is to take a multivitamin. Just be prepared to wait a months to get anything done. Don’t have any expectations of the Doctor or the nurse and you won’t be disappointed. Soooo much time wasted!
My Doctor was Dr Asante , he is great!!!!I did three iui’s and they were all unsuccessful. I am not blaming the doctor my only discontent is that I hardly saw the doctor and conversed with him, I guess I wanted to know why the iui’s weren’t working and if he had another plan beyond iui etc .... I guess what I am trying to say is that I wish there was more communication between myself and my doctor.
The physicians are so kind and they were always running on time! Successfully conceived after one round of IUI and we just had our baby. We’re overjoyed. Thank you CRM!
Do not go here for ANYTHING! My husband went in for a semen analysis 3 months ago and we have yet to receive the results! They quickly took our 150.00 but can not for the life of them provide us with ANY results. We need these results so we can start our IVF cycle. I am very angry and encourage you all to go elsewhere. They only care about your money!
Amazing Doctor, throughout the whole procedure I was able not only to get a full picture of what was going to happen but the team was very kind and making sure I was okay, I appreciated it so much seeing as this was my first time in the office. Amazing job, thank you guys for going above and beyond and helping me through this journey! Once again such an amazing staff, thanks a million
If I could give this place a zero star I would. You are only a number to these people. They want that check and after it’s cashed they are horrible with communication. I also got cancer while going thru ivf not ivf related. They were slow at getting me my credit on my account from my canceled ivf cycle.. I needed the money for my cancer treatment and the lady just cared about their 30 day refund policy. When Iam ready to do ivf again I will go to New York and get better service. (CNY Fertility)
My wife and I seeked treatment here and we had success on our second cycle, we will now be parents to a boy in 6 months! We plan on returning in a few years for a second child.Thank you Dr. Loy and the wonderful staff of CRM!
Been a long time ago.It was a nightmare experience for them and the insurance company. Both of them are not willing to cooperate with each other. It seems both of them dont speak English and wont talk to each other about the billing.Endless bills after every visit.
UPDATE: I decided to edit my review and give them more stars as they redeemed themselves, and they did so not even because of this review. I had to call back a second time and talk to an office manager and reiterate my concern and I finally got to speak to the right person who did the right thing. They ended up squeezing me in. I feel like if I hadnt called again to complain and not accept no as an answer... that I very well wouldve been pushed off for another month, but I am happy they accommodated me and made it right.....(original review below)They’ll gladly run a million tests and rack up all bills but when you call at the beginning of your cycle to set up your IUI protocols on day 3 of your cycle, they won’t squeeze you in for a Day 2 or 3 ovary check to give you your medication BECAUSE THEYRE FULLY BOOKED and will make you wait an entire month to try next month. HOW AWFUL TO DO THAT TO patients who are all ready emotionally vulnerable coming to you in the first place. I paid this facility thousands of dollars in pre work up and tests and you can’t squeeze me in for 2 minutes to look at my ovary for the millionth time to actually finally start the protocol??? Who’s to say I call you next month and you do the same thing to me!!
Dr Jaffe and Dr Asante were wonderful during the retrieval and transfer process. The office is very accommodating and nurses were easily reached for questions. I am so grateful to CRM!
This place is a joke. If you are looking for help with having a baby, please dont waste your time like my husband and I did. They do not take it as seriously as they should and the receptionist that always answers the phone is INCREDIBLY LAZY!I called to set an appointment for hsg and she responded with I would have to wait until next month because I waited too late to make the call and they were booked. They say that on cycle day 1 you call to set up a day hsg, well my cycle day 1 was on Friday after they had already closed so I called on Monday.. but yet I called too late?My husband was trying to set an appointment with them and this receptionist had him on hold for 10 min so he hung up and called back and she forgot she ever had him on hold in the first place.Just dont waste your time or money. The process in order to have a baby is very expensive so great customer service should be the bare minimum.
Dr Asante was very professional and the process went smooth and easy. Thank you all for taking good care and following up. The procedure was like it never happened with not much pain and all like they predicted happened and help me to be prepared. Thank you!
