If I could give zero stars I would. I changed my mind at the last minute and they literally held me down to give me the injection even after I said I no longer wanted to proceed. Please stay away from here. Please please please, and let’s not forget the 4 hour wait on top of that

This place and the staff are amazing. They are an absolute blessing and provide incredible support and comfort before during and after the procedure. Women NEED places like this. Especially when facing difficult scary decisions. Often times alone. This staff makes you feel FAR from alone. I am grateful for the help i was given and would suggest this place to anyone who needed. Id also like to note the pro life people out front who yell hate and false accusations are out of the control of the office and staff. So please do not let this deterre you or blame the staff.American Womens Services deserves more than 2.8 stars!

I was referred by a friend to come here and I just want to say I was very pleased with my experience here! First off, the staff were friendly/kind & very informative about all of the procedures. They made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous, and they took very good care of me and the other women who were there as well. The doctor was also very nice and everything was a quick and easy process.I definitely recommend this place to any woman!

I will never recommend anyone to go here . The front desk lady is pretty nice but the lady that take ultrasound is so rough she rushing thru the whole process. Very ghetto they make jokes about things I’m not sure if it be about the patients but they make it pretty obvious.one lady was in and out the office answering phone calls. The one lady had very very long nails it’s just unprofessional. Very small space .

Bad experience! The doctors and the staff were horrible. All they want is your money and nothing more . Staff and doctor not friendly at all ! I would not recommend this place to any women especially when getting a procedure done . It was the worse experience in my life going to the doctor .

I pull up and already it was a man outside saying choose life which was already uncomfortable. Then I had a appointment for 12 I didn’t get to see the doctor until 1:30/2:00. Also It was hot In the waiting room mind u the fans were on but it wasn’t doing anything.The nurses were nice but they don’t care if U cry. The Doctor was completely rude. Told me to lay down I hesitated And the he shoved his fingers in my vagina very rough and I started crying because of his actions and then he told the nurse he could not take me.When you get a abortion it’s a emotional thing and no matter what I will not feel good about it. If you need to cry you need to cry it should be okay I Would never go back here and would not suggest anyone to come here.

Absolutely wonderful care from the staff, Sandra took really good care of me as well as the ultrasound technician ( I cant remember her name ) They were really patient and took the time to explain everything to me even though they were very busy. I recommend this place over any other place, as it is more personalized attention.

Very professional and informative staff. Take care of you from the very beginning and lead you through this very difficult process. Place is very easy to find- just follow the Jesus sings. Great thank you for the staff for doing this difficult, necessary work especially in light of constant criticism from the public. Every day you help women in the most difficult, sad situations in their lives; and you do it with full professionalism, respect, non-judgment and love they deserve. Absolutely HORRIBLE place to seek treatment. The staff is nasty, doesnt even make eye contact. Very unprofessional. Young woman go here for help when they are scared of the scenario that they are in, its a shame the staff just adds to that. The main 888 number gives wrong information. They tell you the WOODBRIDGE location offers sedation, you need a driver, do not eat.. etc. only to get there and then told they dont offer any sedation (oral or IV). The website is inaccurate and the main number to call gives the wrong information. Eventually walked out without treatment. Dont waste your time. Go to the englewood location! Much more professional. This location needs to be shut down. Also, the doctor never showed. We arrived at the appointment ON TIME and there was no physician!

Absolutely Horrible Place and Horrifying Experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Extremely overcrowded. You will sit in multiple waiting rooms with at least 7 other girls ! Also the wait is absolutely insane ! That’s not even the worst part ! They don’t even give you proper sedation. They do not have a board certified anesthesiologist ! And some of the doctors are not even board certified to perform abortions. They just use another doctors NPI. They give you Xanax and ketamine. You sit in a room with other women who are so messed up on these drugs. They take you in one by one. The doctor doesn’t care if you are in pain they just have an assistant tell you to stop moving and to hush. They do not have any care. This place just wants your money. They are old and outdated. There are many places in NJ that offer a way better experience and have state of the art procedures and they are all accredited! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ladies ! Not worth your health,time,and money.

Before the actual “surgery” part it’s calming and helpfulBut when it actually comes down to the surgery partIt’s very painful. The doctor is rough and when you cry and say it hurts all they tell you to do is keep it down.The twilight zone didn’t work for me it didn’t even kick In

Horrible I got a procedure done here at the Woodbridge location and the nurse in the room was telling me to hush and being really rude while I was getting the procedure done . Did not make me feel comfortable at all .. it’s now 4 days after my procedure and I am still sick I’m throwing up all day can’t hold any food down and I still feel pregnant ! ..I’m back oct 6 2020 I went to the emergency room because I still been sick ! And I found out I am still pregnant ! Whole baby with heartbeat and healthy ! This place has one job and did not complete it ! They are horrible they asked me to come back to re do the procedure oh no thank you ! That doctor will never touch me again !

Made an appointment to arrive and pay $70 for ultrasound for the staff to tell me that the Dr. Cant perform my procedure and i would need to go to Woodbridge 1h 30 minutes away only to find out that the 90 year old DR. Kaji groped me, isnt licensed to perform procedure and is a convicted Rapist. These offices are not licensed to practice...check consumers report!!! DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE 12 AMERICAN WOMENS SERVICES, WOMENS SERVICES, ETC....

Very bad experience. When you say you are paying with Insurance, they give you appointment after 2 to 3 weeks. And on the day of appointment if you call them to confirm, be ready to hear that your appointment is not today but week after. The women you talk to are rude and they dont care about any patient.

Horrible, horrible place! Do not go here! They are liars, extremely rude and unprofessional, they hung up on me four times in a row while trying to talk to someone, refused to let me speak to a supervisor or manager and tried to overcharge me by a lot. The women I spoke to ok the phone was very nasty and was actually yelling at me over a problem I was having with them. Please, no one go here!

This place needs to be shut down completely on organized. Whole staff is nothing but rude and gives you dirty looks unprofessional oh and their procedures don’t even work.

This place is a dump, unorganized, over crowded, nowhere to sit, nowhere to park. They overbook so you stand heel to toe in the hallways like cattle. This place is a disgusting swill hole. Highly recommend NEVER coming here... pay the extra money and go to a legit facility.

My experience here was wonderful. Sandra was very professional yet kind and reassuring.

Worse place ever, The Dr is rude, very rough and very inconsiderate, I will never recommended this place to anybody. PLEASE DO NO GO HERE

Horrible. I just called and the lady answered the phone laughing asking me rude questions, and then hung up on me.
