I had a terrible experience at this clinic. Despite arriving early and leaving work to make my appointment, I was told to wait over an hour past my scheduled time. To make matters worse, they saw other patients who arrived after me. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, adding to my frustration. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Came here for the COVID-19 nasal swab test and the Antibody blood test. Overall it was a simple and quick visit. My only complaint, and why I removed a star, was the woman who assisted us when we arrived at the location: A) Was wearing her mask below her nose, only covering her mouth, which is not a safe thing to do in that environment and B) Was not keeping the 6ft social distance away from people she was assisting. Now for some details on each test:COVID-19 nasal swab test:Its done in a tent outside the main facility. The doctor who conducted the test is wearing proper PPE and disposable gloves. They make you feel comfortable by explaining everything to you, such as which nostril they will go up. The test itself is definitely as uncomfortable as people say and lasts about 10 seconds.Antibody blood test:Its also done in the same tent as the COVID-19 test. This procedure is a more typical blood test you might have at your doctor appointments. The doctor drawing the blood is also in full PPE and wearing disposable gloves. Its just a quick blood draw from the arm.Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also have an abundance of hand sanitizer for you to use should you need it. At the end they give you a paper with a code you can use to view your results online, which we were told would arrive in 3 days. Make sure to bring your ID, insurance card (if you have one), and wear a mask!

Friendly service at this free walk in clinic. Be sure to arrive no later than 2:30pm weekdays as that is the cutoff for registration. I arrived just in time to be the last person tested for the day. Everyone that arrived later than 2:30pm were told to come back tomorrow. The line didn’t seem too long but it still took nearly 1 1/2 hours from the time I got online to the time I was walking away which was nearly 4pm. They start testing at 9am weekdays but they encourage people to arrive as early as 8:30am. I took both the antibody test and the virus test. My antibody results were back in less than 5 hours. It is a slightly unpleasant experience but it’s over in 10 seconds or less. Still waiting for my blood test results but they say 3-5 days. The blood test is a quick and easy draw from your arm. Overall this was an extremely positive experience and I’d recommend it to others.

Re: COVID testing. This location is 9-3pm M-F (doesn’t say that on Google maps right now).Line at 9:15am was hour and a half long, but was quick once inside the tent. Line attendants are very nice but neglected to give me a code to get my results. I could sign in online anyway later by answering a few security questions on the website. Tests took one day to be returned.

Got on line before closing. As an essential worker I couldn’t get tested. The lady managing the line was so rude and wouldn’t even let me explain. Straight up disgusting and i work in health care.

Very displeased with the run around from Health and Hospitals to obtain my nasal swab results. You try to call them and no one responds back to you. Its very disappointing during these trying times we arent helping one another.b

The location is listed online as being open and conducting testing. However, there is a permanently closed for testing sign on the door. That should be front and center on the website.

Arrived early and have been waiting on line for over 90 minutes. Poor system in place for check in and the line doesn’t matter.
