This lab is so nice and clean. Getting my appointment was easy and love how they send text reminders with all the info. Yolanda greeted me as I walked in the lab (Windward Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA) and immediately put me at ease. She was super friendly, kind, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having my blood drawn by Yolanda. She did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and doing it the first try. I never leave reviews but she deserves it!

I just had my lab work this morning and Yolanda drew my blood. She was so excellent, I had to leave a review. She had to take 4 vials and so I was a little bit nervous. When she placed the needle I could just barely feel it. She was finished so quickly and it was painless. I have had lots of labs over the years and I have never had such a comfortable experience. I was in and out with no wait and back to work. It is in a great location and clean. They will send the results to my doctor before my physical. Any time I needed to call and talk to a person, I actually got a live friendly person. I called around before finding them and this is not true of the other labs. Also, by using their services and not using my doctors office lab, it was less than half the price and I even added extra tests. I will never go through the doctors office again. All around, this is a top- notch company. And I am hoping I always get Yolanda. She is the best!* Update- a copy of my lab results was already sent to my email for all the tests. Very detailed and I will review with my doctor at my appointment, but now I know what questions to ask when I go in. Thanks so much!!!

Ive visited Any Lab Test Now on Windward Pkwy several times now, and theyve always shown me great service and are knowledgeable about their offered lab tests.

Best lab experience ever! The process was super simple and very efficient. I booked online, checked in and paid, walked in, was taken back to have blood drawn, and walked out within 5 minutes. I received my results the next day and was able to send them to my provider. As a very much added bonus, the labs cost a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. Ill definitely be a returning customer and recommend this service and location to others.

I went here to get a drug screening test done. Everything was quick and professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes I was told the results would come in 7-9 business days. But I went on Friday and already got the results on Tuesday! The online appointment system worked. Would go here again if I ever need something else.

This was my first experience with a lab test walk-in type place. i wasn’t sure what to expect. yolanda was extremely pleasant and professional. i was in awe of her focus, attention to detail, knowledge, broad range of skills, efficiency and kindness. i felt so well attended to and comfortable. she oversaw my entire testing process so well! i brought in a specialized kit (from my dr) that they did not offer there, but she was a pro in going through the testing packet i gave her (loaded with various stuff) with confidence and speed. i was truly in awe of her!!!!! i highly highly recommend this location and specifically yolanda. what a blessing!

Booked an appointment for a COVID test before having to fly international, so very important. I called ahead of time to confirm everything would be ok and it was. They are supposed to open at 8:30, and my appointment was at 8:45. At 9:13AM they’re still not open. I got upset, however a few minutes I received a call from the manager letting me know that an employee got stuck and they kindly got me an appointment straight away at an other location where the staff was very professional!

I am just so upset today at Alpharetta location today. I have an appointment in February 22 at 8:45am but I decided to go to ALTN to see if they can see me today so I don’t have to leave home early tmr. I have been in ALTN many times but today I had a worst experience ever. The technician was attitude to me, she was watching something on her phone, told me that she will lock the door after my visit since she had done today ( I came there at 3pm) . Well, I understand that she had a long day. It wasn’t much a problem to me since I’m working in medical field too. But… I was shocked because she didn’t wear gloves when she was about to draw my blood . And until I asked her why, then she said she could wear those for me but she couldn’t feel my veins.??!! She opened the cap of the needle with her bare hands and after she put the gloves on, she didn’t even want to change new needle? Unacceptable.

Not the best experience. I’m already not a big fan of needles but a few days after my appointment, a huge bruise could be seen on my arm. Its been a little over a week since my appointment and the bruise still hasn’t cleared up. Might want to make sure they know how to properly draw blood next time.

My go-to place for testing. I hate needles, but have always had a really smooth and quick blood drawing here. The lady that is always there knows what she’s doing.

The needle used for blood work was not good and caused a swelling. Also the attendant was not available for 10 mins despite taking appointment.

My experience as far as the testing was good, but I was shocked when the cost for a Rapid 11 Panel drug screen had increased by almost 50%. On March 23, 2019 the cost was $35. That same test on September 15, 2020 cost me $49. Why the huge difference?How am I suppose to get in touch with accounting or the owner or anyone that can address more directly what I was charged? The owner in their response said to Let me know if you have questions but left no contact information. Please advise.

Horrible customer service. the front desk person extremely rude we had an appointment at 8:15 and she didnt even let me speak. Took 2 other people in front of me. The worse attitude I had never experienced in my whole life. I dont understand what is the point of printing a form online and filled up. If you have to do the same form in the office. I prepaid online and they didnt know how that works. Wow!!!!

Unbelievably rude. The lady at the desk had a horrible attitude from the moment I opened the door. She tells me the test I’m there for can’t be done after 4. It’s 4:10. This is no where on their website. As a matter of fact you can schedule online the exact test I was there for up until closing at 6:30. I drove 45 minutes to get this done. When I explain this and that there is no notice of this 4 o’clock deadline anywhere she rudely states it’s posted on the door when you enter. I guess I’m supposed to see this door from 30 miles away. I’d never go back. Absolutely horrible.

Do not waste your time going here! Go to Quest 1 min away instead, they actually run like a real business. The place opens at 8:30, I had an 8:45 appointment, by 8:50 they hadn’t opened, no one came to the door, the lights were off and then they tell me that they can’t find the manager so they can’t open. They “called but couldn’t reach her.” 30 min later still no one there to open the place?! Don’t bother, Quest is right down the road.

I have used Any Lab Test Now in Alpharetta a number of times and have always had a very good experience. Yolanda is an excellent phlebotomist and was very helpful, patient, and caring the last few tests that I had done. I would highly recommend using them for an effective and efficient method of obtaining key blood metrics to support and maintain your health.

I was lucky enough to get Aron Glinsky to work with me in setting up tests for many of our employees that we needed to happen the same day. He stuck through all the glitches and got the results I had to get. To compare, Id wasted two days on Corporate bureaucratic red tape with a competitor that compelled me to search elsewhere and luckily landed at AnyLab Test. Professional and effective.

The most horrible test lab ever. The said 3-5 b day its been over 6 and no results for a pre employment drug test. If you do not want to loose 3 jobs skip this horrible service lab. Insted to figure out what is wrong the manager or however i talked she offer a refund with no results. And its 92$ where everywhere is around 65. Skip this place the donr deserve a bussines license.

Called so many times to get results- long story short they said it wasn’t there problem to call because a fax number that was put down by myself was a number off -when they had the number on file attached to the prescription of the test needed to be done from my drs office-also the front desk lady was rude as hell and made us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable like we were bothering her, I felt like anything I said along with my mother that was with me was wrong-unnecessary attitude and we were the only people in there- Will not be back

I went there 20 minutes before they close for lunch I think the lady was annoyed by me when I walked in she was a little rough at the beginning you know some people talk to you like your stupid but then she adjusted the attitude since I was very polite the same lady at the counter to check me in also took my blood sample no problems with that but I got my results by email after 24 hours great prices clean place and no wait.
