I had a wonderful experience with my first pregnancy and delivery. Generally was able to get appointments at the time and location I needed. Specifically, I really appreciated the care, attention, and support I received from Lucia (midwife). She always gave me the time I needed to ask questions and walk me through everything at each appointment. I personally preferred the Alpharetta location because of ease of parking, quality of building, and found it less busy than the sandy springs one.
Nurse Lisa has been extremely professional in all of my interactions with her. I have been a patient with this practice for over 15 years and have had many conversations with her. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. I am very sad to see someone leave such a terrible review of her service, because my experiences with her have been so positive.
Never met an obgyn I trust more than the ones at Roswell. Any time I come in there for a check-up, I just feel really seen and understood by the doctors and staff in general. The experience feels like theyve got your back and willing to hear you out no matter your concern.
Nurse Lisa is a head*** I called asking what my options would be for a longer duration birth control pill. She refused to even tell me options and kept telling me to keep taking the one month cycle with no breaks. I have done that and that’s how you get two periods a month real quick. She then told me I wouldn’t be switching medication anyway but the three month that I am on now has a higher estrogen and levonorgestrel instead of Norethisterone acetate. So different medication. Don’t listen to anything Lisa has to say. Shouldn’t be an advice nurse. When I called back telling her the birth control I wanted she started ignoring my calls until I called a different nurse line. The whole office never returns calls or talks to u about what u really need. U can’t ever talk to anyone without leaving a voicemail first. At the end of me and Lisa’s call I was like so I should do some research and call back , she I’m so serious said I shouldn’t do that. Wanted me to make an appt like google and my own research isn’t free. Docs nowadays all the same they want to get you in and just write prescriptions , most of the time don’t even know what there selling.
I cannot recommend this practice enough! I felt very comfortable in each and every appointment I had with the wonderful OBGYNs and midwives. I have to give a special shoutout to Doctor Angela Nix and Midwife Natalie Nix. They both took the time to answer my questions and clearly laid out all next steps and my birth plan. Natalie was an absolute DREAM midwife. She delivered my baby in September of 2023. And I literally could not have done it without her positivity and coaching me throughout the way! If I can have it my way, she will be delivering all my future babies! :) I would highly recommend her and this practice!
Going to Roswell for an advanced obgyn has got to be one of the best decisions Ive made. Coming to them for my high-risk pregnancy gave me the confidence that I will see through this journey with my baby safely. Today, I thank their team for my healthy family.
I have been going to this location for the last 7 years for my annual check up. Once I found out I was pregnant, I was so excited to go to this office! The front office staff has always been so friendly and helpful to me, and all of the nurses made me feel calm and safe when going in for all of my prenatal care. I saw a most of the doctors and midwives at this practice, as I wanted to meet most of the midwives before my deliver. Nurse Midwife Amy Hannula is amazing. She really helped me so much in my last trimester! All of the doctors are kind and helpful. My delivery at Northside Atlanta went well. Would highly recommend this practice!
If youre looking for an intelligent and caring obstetrician, go to Roswell. The team there never disappoints with their expertise and knack for really connecting with their patients. Kudos to the team at Roswell!
I absolutely love working with my obgyn at Roswell. No other doctor has been so kind and accommodating to me and my needs. Only love for the Roswell Ob/Gyn team.
I had the most unprofessional experience at this practice. I almost never write reviews but if I can prevent one other pregnant woman from experiencing what I just did, it’s worth it.I’m currently pregnant with my third child and due to an insurance change, I’m unable to go with the practice I used with my last two pregnancies that I adored. After doing a lot of research, I decided to try Roswell OBGYN.I had a great experience scheduling my appointment and the front of the office employees were so welcoming the day of my appointment. I had been counting down the days and was very excited to finally hear the heartbeat now that I was over 8 weeks.Once I was back in the room with the nurse and the doctor, they told me that all we would do in that appointment is a urine sample and pregnancy test. I was very disappointed and have never heard of a practice operating this way. Hormonal and anxious about not confirming the pregnancy, I started to cry and ask about when I could see my baby. As the doctor was explaining, I looked over at the nurse who was rolling her eyes and looking at me like I was pathetic. Borderline disgust on her face to the point where my usually pretty oblivious husband noticed.Just like I would hope that teachers that work with young children genuinely love working with kids, I would hope that a nurse that works with pregnant women daily would have empathy for an anxious mother worried about her baby. I’ve been in a lot of medical environments and never have I felt so violated and disrespected. If you’re pregnant and reading this, please choose a practice that will make you feel seen and heard. It’s not this one.
Roswell obgyn offers supportive and comprehensive prenatal care. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes but the team has been phenomenal in managing my condition. Every aspect of my care is handled meticulously, from in-office ultrasounds to detailed dietary advice. Thank you
Dealing with infertility for the past 3 years has been challenging but finding Roswell was a turning point. Our infertility doctor provided a comprehensive evaluation and a personalized treatment plan that was easy to understand. She showed immense understanding and support and didnot try to rush me through my appointments. My husband and I are truly grateful
I chose Roswell OBGYN in Alpharetta for my prenatal care and could not be happier. The care and attention I received were outstanding. My nurse midwife was a gem and offered both emotional support and expert medical advice. Here’s your well-deserved 5 stars!
My daughter and I visit this location/doctors and their phone system is the worst! They never answer so you have to leave a voicemail. Then they call you back late in the day but they close at 4pm so if you dont call by then, you have to start all over again the next day. I wish they would just pick up the phone. They close at 1:30 on Friday. Its just not an easy location to work with.
Facing a high-risk pregnancy was intimidating but my doctor provided outstanding care. She explained everything clearly from potential risks due to my pre-existing diabetes to the importance of regular monitoring. Her approach was both professional while still being empathetic, making me feel safe and well-cared for during this critical time. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a high risk pregnancy doctor
I just dont understand... I used Roswell OB when I was pregnant and had my son 5 years ago. Ive been trying to call them for days and no one will answer the phone. And their website says Schedule an appointment Online but when you click that button it tells you to call. No one answers the phone here. I was even directed to call when my password to the online portal wouldnt work. Guess what? Got another voicemail.
My experience at this obgyn clinic has been phenomenal. From STD screening to HPV vaccinations their services are comprehensive and the doctor took the time to discuss my health in-depth, making sure I understood every aspect of my care. I highly recommend them
Their obgyn specialists are truly exceptional. I approached them for infertility issues, and their understanding and thorough approach to treatment was remarkable. They provided a tailored plan, including advanced diagnostics and counseling.
Dr. Alex Eaccarino was the one that helped me with my diagnosis of PCOS. He personally called me to tell me and walk me through next steps. During that time I was moving to Nashville so I had to switch doctors but he told me to let me know if I ever moved back and he will help me get pregnant eventually! Well I’m back and he is still amazing! Very patient and cares about you as a whole-not just your disease or issue. This is super important to me because I also have Crohn’s and I have been seeing doctors since I was 7. So I’ve seen it all unfortunately. Dr. Alex actually took the time to sit and listen to my concerns and left the choices up to me, rather than forcing me to go one way or the other. Usually I wouldn’t see a male doctor for my OBGYN but I had to see him again when I moved back to Georgia. I LOVE his nurse Danielle. She is super kind and patient and ALWAYS returns my calls or leaves a message. I never have to worry about being left in the dark or anything. When I was in between insurances the front desk helped me figure out the best way to pay for my appointment at the time. I can’t wait when I do get pregnant and start that journey here.
These obgyn specialists dont just know their stuff — theyre compassionate and caring too. You cant pay me enough to go anywhere else for my check-ups.
The thought of going for a pap smear test near me was nerve-wracking until I found Roswell. My doctor made the process feel less clinical and more caring. They were very specific in explaining the process and the importance of hpv screening.
Ive been visiting this obgyn for the past 6 years and my experience has always been exceptional. When I came in concerned about a possible STD, the environment was judgment-free and the staff handled my situation with utmost sensitivity and professionalism.
I recently moved to Alpharetta and needed to find a new OBGYN near me. After a quick online search, I came across Roswell OBGYN, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctors were highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The clinic is conveniently located, making it easy for me to access quality healthcare. I would highly recommend Roswell OBGYN to anyone in the area seeking excellent womens health care.
Subject: Disappointing Experience with Roswell OBGYN AlpharettaI regret to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with Roswell OBGYN Alpharetta. In May 2013, we provided a prepayment as security for delivery services. Despite the delivery taking place on October 1st and the clinic being fully reimbursed by our insurance company, we have yet to receive the prepayment refund.Numerous inquiries and requests have been made since the delivery, and assurances of a check being issued have been repeatedly given. However, as of the end of January 2014, we are still burdened with this unresolved financial matter. This lack of timely reimbursement is causing unnecessary financial strain on our part, and the delay in fulfilling promises is both disheartening and unprofessional. I strongly advise caution when considering Roswell OBGYN Alpharetta for their services, given our regrettable experience with their handling of prepayment refunds.
Being a high-risk pregnancy due to being 37 and a history of hypertension, the extra care and detailed monitoring Roswell provided peace of mind. My prenatal doctor was incredibly attentive, explaining and offering precautionary tips at each step of the process.
I became Dr. Robbins patient after my other Dr. retired. The front office, staffs and nurses have been amazing. I love Dr. Robbins sense of humor and I have not have any less than exceptional experience at the Alpharetta office.
Dr. Mary Eaccarino was Amazing🤩 - so warm, cheerful, personable, and even hugged me at the end. And clinically, the exam was painless, I mean, not even uncomfortable. Wow! I have found my doctor for this new post baby season of life. I loved her philosophy too on how to handle this season in the healthiest way possible. Man, it’s just such a relief to find a doctor you love! The office is gorgeous too, and I appreciated all the little details- an extra changing area with a curtain in the exam rooms with complimentary hygiene products, and the nice vitals check area. All the team was so, so nice too!Thank you!!😍
When I looked up the best obgyn near me, Roswell ObGyn Alpharetta came up and lived up to the title. Discussing reproductive health can be intimidating but their empathetic doctors made it comfortable.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Patil! We met her last year when she helped us during a difficult season - we had never seen her before that appointment and she rearranged her schedule to take time with us to review some hard news. Full circle, we recently delivered a baby and she made time to come in and deliver him on her day off; she just went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for her kindness. Not only is she so personable, but she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and was quick to answer any questions we had in the process. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Patil to anyone - she is the absolute best!
I cant say enough about this practice. Every provider that I have ever seen has been fantastic. The nurses are caring and the support staff is fantastic. They have always been accommodating, take time to answer any and all of my questions (which are always a lot!), and make sure that I am aware with what is happening with my care. Highly recommend!
Ive been going to Roswell OBGYN for 2.5 years and absolutely love them! They delivered my first child, and seeing as how Ive over 35, I was there A LOT. Every doctor I saw was incredible as were the midwives and the staff. I was delivered by a midwife and I could not have asked for a better person to be with me during my labor. Traci not only checked on me often she literally stayed by my side for the 2 hours it took to deliver my son. All of the staff is super friendly. I have been to both the Alpharetta and Cumming location but the Cumming location is the office I regularly visit.
Roswell OB/GYN is absolutely AMAZING! They are the best in the business if you ask me. I had my first daughter with them and now I will be having my second with them as well. I would never go anywhere else. The doctors, nurses and staff are honestly the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet. They have made me feel like family since day one and are there to support and give you the best care you could ever ask for. Love Them!!
Amazing care through my pregnancy. I was high risk with HG and saw almost every provider during hospital stays. Midwives are wonderful. Ive recommended to many friends who have all had great experiences as well.
Wife is currently going here for prenatal care. I can never get anyone on the phone. Some staff is nice, but most are not very welcoming or amicable. Front staff is the worst. Wife had to request to switch to another doctor because the first one did not answer any questions and just did not seem to want to care. As one review here mentioned, money is very important to them. They push anything that makes more money without really asking and they expect it asap. All in all, I regret my choice in this facility and do plan on going with another OBGYN in the future.
It has taken me a minute to process the disappointment I have about this practice. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and will no longer be coming. To any woman dealing with a fibroid issue, please get a second opinion especially BLACK WOMEN. I had a surgery last year to remove a fibroid. During my post op, I was telling Dr. Mary Eaccarino that my symptoms were not at all like she described and that recovery was not easy. She brushed me off at the time and told me everything would be fine and that she got all of it out. Not even a year later, I started having the same symptoms that I had previously. I went in and had an ultrasound done and there was a fibroid in the EXACT same spot. I then met with her husband, Dr.Eaccarino, and the first thing he starts asking me is if I’m in a relationship and do I want to have kids. ( I’m not exactly sure why he asked me that. I don’t know if he wanted to schedule a different type of surgery (fibroids greatly affect black women & a lot of them end of having hysterectomies) … And even when I answered yes… it felt like he was wanting proof ) I then asked if this was the same fibroid from last year and he proceeded to say that it wasn’t and it just happened to grow in the exact same spot. He then said I would need the same surgery again. After that appointment, I scheduled an appointment with a fibroid specialist who had me do an mri. The MRI showed everything and showed exactly where the fibroid was. He then confirmed to me that it was the same fibroid from last year and the surgery they had me scheduled for wouldn’t even take it out. I would likely be going in again next year for the same surgery. The specialist that I saw gave me options and so much information.Needless to say, trust is gone. Please do your research, advocate for yourself, and always get a second opinion.
I am currently in my 3rd trimester of my third pregnancy, all of which I have received care from Roswell OB/Gyn. I absolutely love the nurse practitioners and midwives! I have had appointments at several of the offices and while all very nice , I choose to go to the Holly Springs location. It just happens to be closest to me and the office staff is amazing! Its a much smaller, slower-paced office and they are always on time.
Best obgyn! highly recommend for anyone shopping for a new one :)
Great office. The staff is friendly and we are always taken care of. We had a complication in our pregnancy and everyone made sure that we were handled with the best care. Even calling just to check in and make sure how we were feeling. They also dont pass you around to all the other doctors. I like seeing the same dr every time I go and the office is very nice, clean and quiet.
MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THEM THAN PATIENT CARE. I work in the healthcare system, and have never ever heard of money causing a practice to DISMISS a patient while halfway through a pregnancy!!!!!! Their billing and customer service in general is AWFUL! They expect every penny to be paid BEFORE the baby is even born. Which I understand every practice has their own policies, but when I asked if I could check with my insurance just to make sure everything checked out with them before paying anything and two different people told me that would be fine. So then a week later I get a certified letter saying I would be dismissed from the practice if I didn’t pay at my next visit. Again, I understand practice policies are all different so I was planning on paying at my next visit. Then I get a call, a week later mind you after calling them, saying I was dismissed from the practice and if I wanted to come back they’d have to talk to the manager to see if they would allow me to come back!!!!!! I had my first daughter with them, paid my bills no problem. This time around they tested me for things without my consent, wanted me to get checked for cancer WHILE I WAS PREGNANT, always suggesting more money making things. Extremely upset and disappointed with this practice. I just can’t believe anyone would treat any patient like this let alone a 20 week pregnant woman.
I absolutely love this office! From the time you walk in the door until you leave you get sincere and efficient help! Front desk and the nurse who takes your BP etc are wonderful and my doctor is Dr. Delahanty and she is amazing. I appreciate her attention to detail and the fact that she listens to me! She doesn’t rush me and I feel heard and supported during my appointment. I also want to mention the lady who does the blood draw for labs is awesome! I’m nervous and don’t do well and she did it before I even knew what was happening 😆. At the end the woman at check out is equally awesome because I need my receipt with codes and she always goes the extra mile to help me!! I’m so blessed to have found this office while my husband and I are in ATL for him to finish chiropractic school. I’m considering making the drive to see this office when we move back to Alabama that’s how awesome they are!!
I am being seen currently for my pregnancy. I had to give them 3 stars because I hate how they don’t pick calls and always goes to voice mail. If I have to convey a message there is no way I can do without someone transferring me & to transfer someone needs to pick the call.If you need an urgent appointment unless someone picks you are not sure, I have no idea if they even check voice mails unless it’s your nurse whom you were transferred to and she returns the calls !They need a person to just attend the calls from patients. And if at all they pick , they don’t seem to be happy to talk.Ultrasounds are worst . They are always behind by an hour or more and they don’t even bother to call and let you know. Unless we ask how many are ahead of us after waiting for an US, they wont let you kbow. Annoying long timeDoctors are good. Dr Angela Nix is my favorite. She is experienced, fast, confident in answering your questions and that makes me more comfortable. She knows what she is talking.
I was recommended Roswell OB/GYN by two of my friends who are mothers. Choosing this place was the best decision. They took me in immediately. As for appointments, I NEVER had to wait any longer than 10-15. Which amazes me because Im use to waiting for an hour or two at most doctors. The whole team is very friendly and that was what I searched and wanted for our growing family. I usually feel weird when Im treated as just-another-patient, but Roswell OB/GYN does a fantastic job at making me feel very welcomed.
I came across this place on accident while trying to find my ACTUAL OBGYN and this lady at the front desk accused me of not knowing that I was in Alpharetta. I told her I know where I am and that I’m trying to find suite 201 and she told me it was upstairs and continued being sarcastic about it. I just said thank you and as I was walking out, she said “yeah you’re in the wrong place” after we already established that. Also, there was no one in the waiting room and I could see why. If you’re looking for an OBGYN, I recommend you go to Peachtree Womens Clinic. There are various locations in the Atlanta area. They are very kind, courteous, and patient.
I switched from AWS and am I glad that I did. I absolutely love Dr. Hart. We are having our first child and Dr. Hart answers all my questions and helps put my mind at ease, which my husband appreciates. The ultra sound tech, nurses and staff are so accommodating, friendly and responsive. I cannot say enough great things about this practice! I would highly recommend!
Great group of Doctors, Mid-wives, and staff. Grateful for there help in welcoming our healthy baby. Mid-wife April and Tracy are beyond amazing and helped deliver my baby. The Nurses and front office staff at the Holly Springs location are always so kind to us and go above and beyond in making sure we have what we need and questions are answered. Love this office!!!!
Just had the unpleasant experience with Two of your employees. I’m Atlanta dunwoody location. One JACKIE the one who sits at the check out. She was rude and unpleasant. She just didn’t seem helpful or like she wanted to assist me. She was RUDE. she just took my cards and drop them on the counter. Although I pre checked in. Scanning my insurance card and ID. In the app. She requested it again from me. I asked her if It was necessary and she rudely said yes. But that’s not the end she just didn’t seem like she wanted to help to be nice or smile. Like why even come to work. The second person I have a issue with is the young lady who took my payment she was okay at first but when the young lady from the back called my name. She weighed me and was about to check my blood pressure. That lady from the front desk come storming in the office saying “ you have Medicare” I have Humana PPO she said through Medicare? I said yes. She said uh no we don’t accept them. You can’t be seen unless you doing self pay. But she also said after saying that no you can’t be seen even with self pay. Come on to the front desk. She took me back to the front desk to make sure she said she was looking at a email. She said. No we can’t assist you. She said I can refund you. I was humiliated as hell. She just made me seem so very low and unqualified. Never asking me anymore questions or anything. She said she refunded me. I said can I get a copy of that. She said it’s in your email. I checked my email I see the one charge but I don’t see the voided payment. She at that point was rude to me as well. She gave me no options. Or tried to help. Just NO.SICK OF FRONT DESK OFFICE WORKERS DOING THIS. I’m writing a review on many platforms.I called Roswell scheduling this morning to check to see if they were in network with my plan. She said YES. I was excited and I asked for an appointment she got me worked in today. Which was GREAT. I came. Only to be embarrassed and emotionally disturbed by the communication and the behaviors of your workers. That’s just uncalled for.
I have been calling since yesterday…every hour since 8 am and no one answers. I’ve left voicemails and now it’s 3:30 and they close at 4. There’s absolutely no way to speak to someone. This is unacceptable for an OBGYN office.
I had the best gynecologist in Alpharetta! Her expertise in managing my endometrial issues has been life-changing and I couldnot be more grateful. Thank you!
They are so great! The midwives are all knowledgeable, kind, and so invested in EVERY conversation weve had over the past 8 months. I heard so many horror stories from friends about OBs that just rush you in and out without a real care. That is NOT the case here. Ive had some sit down with me for 45 mins to just talk through my questions and concerns as a first time mom. Ill always remember my first pregnancy fondly because of their support and care!
I had an incredible Obgyn when I lived in South Florida and when I moved to GA I had 2 years of horrible encounters with Obgyn groups here in Georgia. I had almost given up when I found the Roswell Office. Dr. Robbins Is an incredible doctor ( my opinion the best in the office). My experience is 3 pregnancies with one being a still birth and the support from that office after my loss was beyond words. Shot out to the mid-wife April who is also a breathe of fresh air everytime I get the opportunity to meet with her. There are times they run late in the office but it’s understandable . In all, I will recommend this office 10 times over...
My daughter had to have a procedure. I was asked the day before her surgery if she had a COVID test. I replied, no, I was never told she needed one. We had 2 appointments in the office. I also spoke with several people in the surgery department. No one ever mentioned needing a COVID test. I have been an educator in the Fulton County school district for 20 years. My husband is in upper management for a prestigious corporation. We had to scramble to find a rapid test location with in hours. After my pre opt appt,( a week ago) I was told I had to sign paperwork because my daughter was a minor. I was on my way home when I received the phone call. I was told by the receptionist someone dropped the ball. I had to turn around and go back. I did not find the nurses friendly or kind.
Dr. Mary Eaccarino is INCREDIBLE. She is so kind and personable. A friend of mine referred me to her and I have only had very pleasant experiences with her.The office staff is good, their online patient portal is very helpful!
Im hoping the staff here is just having a bad day because they were fairly rude and short over the phone. Not getting much of the hospitality that was provided when Atlanta Womens Health Group was its own practice before being absorbed into Roswell OBGYN. Also pretty poor at answering phones; hard to get in touch with. Hopefully an appointment will prove to be polite and professional. Only reason Im giving three stars is because I loved AWHG before it was absorbed.
Fantastic group! Dr Hart and Dr Sugarman are great! I recently saw them during my pregnancy and delivery and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They really listen to their patients and have your best interest in mind.
Followed my OB/GYN when she joined this group. First visit was last week and I found the front office personnel and nurses to be friendly and efficient. Only thing I missed was the comfy, warm robes at the prior location. Ditch the pink hospital gowns please!
My daughter is 17 and a patient here. I called the practice and left a message for a nurse to call me about a problem. I waited 2 days for a call back before I called another doctors office. She had an infection and needed medication. They allowed her to suffer for 2 days needlessly. I am super upset to say the least!! I will be looking for another office. Just wish I could give less than 1 star.
Holly Springs location: I love this practice! Everyone is so sweet! The front office staff are so friendly. The nurses are so patient and caring. I see the midwives and nurse practitioner and they take so much time with you to explain things and to answer questions!
Well, my daughter in law and I arrived for her appointment and were told that Dr went home sick, she would need to reschedule. There was no phone call prior, to alert anyone not to come, no back up plan, no doctors available to step in to see appointments. There is clearly a disconnect here! No sorry for the inconvenience, no regard for others time. I get it, people get sick, however this is a multi dr practice and you would think there is enough foresight to implement procedure when something like this happens. I was looking for new obyn , but after this and several other negative visits , that will be a NO! Front office staff are uncaring and impersonal.
I hate that I have to leave a bad review to this place because the doctors and nurses are amazing. But this place really needs to work on answering their phones and calling back patients. It’s coming on two weeks I went there for blood work and new birth control. They still have not called me back with my results for my thyroid. I have called so many times and they either send you to voicemail or just don’t pick up. And when I finally did talk to a person she was rude and sent me to another voicemail. I have left many voicemails to the nurses and they never call back. My birth control made me sick and called again to get a new one and what do you know THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
The place is very organized and clean. The only thing I dont like is that you have to leave a voice message first to be able to communicate with the office staff. Other than that, I love doctor Megan and her assistant Lisa. Both amazing woman.
As a patient, I felt Dr. Sugarman was very impatient. Was not patient to entertain questions and answered those I had in a sarcastic and unprofessional way with comments that were not germane to the question or response. Thankfully, Ive switched to a much better OBGYN and do not recommend you see her for anything. However, Mo from the front desk was superb. Lets just say, shes the type of employee who employers would compete to employ. I would if I were a doc.
This staff is wonderful! I switched from another OB just because of the great things I have heard about this practice and they were all true. Dr. Robbins is personable and listens to your concerns and always addresses them.
Dr. Nix refuses patients who advocate for their own health and wellbeing. Dont go to this doctor if you feel the need to refuse unnecessary procedures, you must blindly agree to everything she thinks is best for you, even if your own research, religion, or gut intuition says otherwise.
Had an appt yesterday 9/12. The office called my home twice on Friday to confirm same. Arrived 20 mins early, waited, was told that my appt was 9/13 ,the next day, and that the doctor was not even in that office. This was NOT my error. They waste your time, make you wait endlessly (in a paper towel no less), take patients before you, those that arrive later than you do. Over book and under serve. They have more patients than they can handle. Front desk staff couldnt care any less.
The staff and practitioners here are friendly and welcoming. Kelly P is a great provider and always takes time to sit and answer questions or concerns. Easy to make appointments online and check in online in advance. I was impressed with their Covid 19 precautions and felt safe making an appt during a stressful time.
I went in because I have cysts and while working out side I had major pain.I was pretty sure I had ruptured a cyst or two. Doctor Lee did not do anything but put me on birth control.I gave it a week but the pain got worse. I called the nurses hotline and she asked Doctor lee what to do. I was told to go to my primary doctor because it could not be my ovaries. They never even did an ultrasound.I went to my primary Doctor and he was concerned it might be my appendix and sent me to the hospital. After 7 hours in the hospital and a CT scan I was diagnosed with a ruptured cyst.I feel like he dismissed me because I did not have insurance. I could have afforded an ultrasound but a hospital visit and a CT scan will break me! Thanks I will not be coming back!
They will put you on IUD and birth control without any consideration for the consequences. Going to them is one step closer to being put on psychiatric medicine because of their denial of the symptoms. Their wait times are absolutely horrible - especially if you are young. It took me 2 hours after my actual appointment to even get in.
Great professional office! Love all the midwives and doctors!! The support staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly too! They always call back and are there for everything I need now that I am pregnant! I have been going to this group for years and I would not trust anyone else!!
I share responsibility in my current situation because I chose not to go to another OBGYN. But, I went to this location for my first pregnancy and I was walking blind through it. I asked questions but always felt that (Sugarman) wasn’t ever really listening and just wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. Most of my pregnancy was fine, but I was rapidly gaining weight despite eating pretty healthy! I vocalized my concerns and was given the brush off. I started swelling in ankles and legs and my blood pressure was reading around 130/80 (which I consider higher than average). I was repeatedly being told that my weight gain was okay and my bloood pressure was normal. I’m 5’8 and was weighing at over 200 lbs!!!Fast forward and I fall and fracture my ankle and my swelling came to an all time high until I went into early delivery. I had the baby, was discharged two days later and had to be readmitted a day later due to PREECLAMPSIA. I stayed an additional two days in the hospital on a magnesium sulfate drip that felt like a constant hangover from hell. Now, I’ve developed a rash that looks like PUPP acts like PUPP and feels like PUPP. OBGYN (Sugarman) said no, that’s impossible because PUPP happens during pregnancy..... well I’m here to tell you that it’s not impossible because other women have had this happen besides myself and it IS possible to get PUPP post pregnancy if you’re:White, having a boy, have high blood pressure, have rapid weight gain, have had multiple pregnancies. If you want a really good doctor who will actually listen to you and ensure that both you and your baby will be healthy come delivery time, don’t go to this doctor or this facility. This place is a JOKE.
Hi, my name is Brenda. I just have to saythat I love Roswell OB/GYN. I go to almost all of their locations because theyre always helping me out and working with my schedule. But I have to say that Janet working at the front in the Alpharetta location was very rude and probably will not be going back to this particular location. So sad, that people just treat you and talk to you in a rude manner without even knowing if youre going through something rough.
Booked me in for an ultrasound but the day of my appnt , they couldnt find me in the system and I waited for over an hour without any update or them even telling me I wasnt scheduled. I even had the card with the appnt date on it when I originally booked it. My husband finally said something and not in a nice way since he has a job to go to and cant wait all day. No one there took any accountability for the mix up and said we will get u back when we can. It could take awhile. Was also told it was my responsibility to book ultrasounds ....like Im the professional and I should know. I booked the appnt according to the doctor....rude people. If it wasnt for the convenience factor, id be going back to the clinic I used in buckhead
Love Dr. Hart and Dr. M Eccarino. Really terrible experience at the Alpharetta location with basically all front staff. Impersonal from the start and pointedly offensive at the finish. Left me in tears for the rest of the day. These doctors are wonderful- but book your experiences at the Cumming/Forsyth location. The staff at the Cumming location are happy to see you and speak to you like humans.
I been calling since 10:26 this morning on and off till they closed for lunch then open back at 2. A total of 14 times to schedule a new patient(myself) appt. Very unprofessional, dont have a phone if you not gone answer and not a good look for new patients. I gladly looked for someone else to provide my pregnancy care. Smh
I would recommend using anyone BUT Roswell OBGYN. I had a miscarriage and the whole experience, begging to end, even before the miscarriage was a nightmare. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
My experience is always pleasant at Roswell OBGYN. I typically go to be Atlanta office on Peachtree Dunwoody Road. This is my first time at the Alpharetta location. The office is very nice and the staff was polite.
My appointment was at 12:00 and I had to ask the front desk if theyre running behind. I was told not to far however they have not called the 11:45. The office is not busy, so you would think they could keep the patients well informed. Poor communication!
The xray/ sonographer tech ( not sure of her title) told me I had a something that prevented me from getting pregnant, and I told my family and fiance .Then I was scheduled for procedure during that same visit only to find out during the procedure, I did NOT have what the tech told me I had and I should have neverrrrrrr been scheduled for the procedure they did.. Then they called and harassed me for the bill for that procedure. DEVISTATED from the whole experience.
Exceptional care and superior medical attention from Megan Wandurraga. I am totally at ease in this office. The entire staff is always friendly and comforting. The facilities are convenient for a short term office visit or procedure, as is the available parking.
Ive been with this practice for 10+ years. They have seen our family through a lot of heartache and great joy! The doctors and staff are amazing! They really care and take great care of you!
My wife had a horrible experience with them. There is absolutely no point of having an appointment with these guys. Everytime they will make you wait atleast 1 hour after your appointment. I would have given zero stars if possible. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!
Ive been going to Roswell OBGYN for six years now. The staff is so friendly, and virtually no turnover. Love Dr. Sugarmann and the staff.
I like everything in this OB/GYN office. Polite, careful doctors and mid-wives. It’s my first experience in US and I’m absolutely happy!
I love this office! Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I never have to wait long and the doctors are always attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind. I would recommend this practice to everyone!
They were superb! April was amazing at squeezing what I wanted done on a short notice so I didn’t have to come back another day. Everyone was super friendly. I high recommend this place and see April!!
Christian is great! She makes your appt very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend her specifically.
Truly a top choice for expectant mothers.
They dont care lab results and prescription i had high blood sugar when i was pregnant they dont follow up and no body call me abut my lab results
Fast at getting me to a room and Dr Delahanty was in there in a jiffy. She is very personable and easy to talk to. Everything was great!
Great place clean and easy to get to. Everyone was very nice!! I have seen 3 different Gynecologist and I loved them all!!
Dr Delahanty is always friendly and cheerful. I love her energy and sincere concern for my wellbeing.
Dr. Robbins was very thorough, and was able to get to the bottom of a recurring issue I’ve been having. Other staff was also very courteous and friendly.
The whole staff is amazing! i love both Dr. Eaccarino and Dr. Hart!! Dawn is truly amazing!
Very hard to get in touch with any one and they lack communication between the offices. Only one doctor in the practice is worth seeing any one else is rude and seems to lack knowledge.
This place is the BEST! Everyone is nice and very professional. I have always been able to get in and out in less than an hour!
Ive been with them for 4 years now and all the way from Fairburn I still make my appointments.
Best doctors office I’ve been to in awhile every staff member I interacted with was friendly and communicative.
Great doctors here but everytime I come for an appointment I am always seen after an hour + of waiting.
Duh they are the best! Everyone is very kind and never ever judge you no matter how ridiculous you feel!
I love Dr. Eaccarino and all the staff there. The only complaint, as with most offices, is the wait.
Ive been a patient for over 23 years and highly recommend this team!
2 kids, 3 IUDs, all the doctors and nurses here are top notch
Great staff! Great care! I highly recommend Dr Delahanty!
Love everyone at this practice! Dr Robbins especially though.
I can’t even schedule an appointment. I’ve called this place several times and can’t get anyone!
Having to wait almost 2 hours is unacceptable..... not going to do it again, Ill find somewhere else.
They treat you like family!
Dr. Kristin Delahanty is wonderful!
Great doctors and nurses!
Very long wait times.
Nobody ever answers the phone.
Love the office and staff
Very friendly service
Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!
