Absolutely love this doctor’s office. Every time I come, I feel welcomed. I never feel like a bother if I call about a pregnancy related symptom and I always feel heard by anyone I encounter. 10/10 recommend.
I absolutely love my doctor. Dr Murphy. She is extremely attentive to all of my needs, never rushes me always takes her time. And she’s always so pleasant. From My day today GYN matters to given birth to my last baby she has been amazing 🤩
Dr.Cline is the BEST doctor I’ve had in a long time! She listens to your concerns, is very intelligent, very informative! My baby was diagnosed IUGR and she walked me through every step and made sure I knew what to expect and was right on the money each time! I was also admitted to the hospital during my 6 weeks postpartum stage due to some medical issues and she made it a point to come see me during my stay. She is the best doctor anyone can ever ask for!
This is a great doctors office! Dr. Bolton is fantastic; she always listens to my concerns and has genuinely helped me feel better, and always makes me feel at ease. The staff who works there is really nice and its really easy to schedule appointments.
New building is beautiful and easy to get in and out of. Dr. Fletcher is great. I wasnt a fan of having a woman as my gynecologist, but am totally at ease with Dr. Fletcher and glad to have her as my doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring.
Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Murthy is knowledgeable and diagnosed something just by my description that a previous doctor in another office seemed clueless about. It was refreshing to see she understood me and my situation. I was able to get my regular annual checkup and my mammogram in the same building. The office is in a convenient location as well.
The entire practice is wonderful but Dr. Cline has been my main doctor since I was 17 years old! She is patient, kind, thoughtful, thorough in her care plans, extremely intelligent, and very personable. I could not recommend her enough!
Dr Cline is incredibly knowledgeable and was patient to listen to all of the details of my medical history and symptoms. I feel like she is genuinely interested in getting to the root of my health concerns and willing to think outside of the box for solutions. I’m very grateful that I have the opportunity to be treated by her.
Absolutely overjoyed! Seeing our babys heartbeat for the first time made everything feel real. The care and enthusiasm from the staff made this moment even more special.
I am a newer patient, but each time I have visited Athens OBGYN all of the staff has been incredibly friendly. Most important, I feel like my doctor cares about me and wants to hear what is going on in my life. Also, the mammogram technician is very kind and gentle. These are all traits important to me as a part of my medical care and experience.
I leave this review not to tarnish the practice but to warn first time moms about their choice in Doctor. To be clear, my experiences with Dr. Cline and the front desk was amazing. I was fine with using any doctor initially and was promised I would see most of the doctors at some point in my pregnancy. I really saw 3, and 1 of them for the majority of my treatment even though I tried to schedule with others. That was Dr. Murthy. First of all, my autoimmune disease was something she acted like was a nonissue completely - she didn’t even want to look at my rheumatologist records or see my bloodwork. I have mixed connective tissue disease and have always been told it would be a high risk pregnancy. Not to mention the medication I am on requires close watch of the baby’s heart - which wasn’t done until I was able to see someone else for one appointment well into my pregnancy and asked her. Thankfully nothing was wrong. But she seemingly didnt care. Murthy’s less than pleasant bedside manner was something I could look past until my delivery where she happened to be on call during. I was told to push before I was even 10cm and my baby wasn’t even stationed in the birth canal correctly. Of course, after 2 hours where I was forced to stay on my back (I was told, there is no other way to deliver) my vaginal birth failed (conveniently at dinner time) and even though my baby wasn’t in distress, I was told it was necessary to do a c-section. My daughter came out silent and was taken to the NICU, but during her 10 minutes of life I’m alone and terrified, couldn’t see or hear her, and as she stitches me up she and the hospitalist cut up about their kids’ soccer games. Meanwhile, my daughter isn’t breathing. You can’t make this up. Never heard from her again during my 4 day hospital stay and when I asked to see another doctor for my follow ups, they said I HAD to schedule with her since she did my surgery. My follow up appointments with her were just about as crass and unfeeling as you might imagine. When I told her we wanted to wait a while for another baby because it was traumatizing she scoffed and asked “Really?! Why?.” I have since moved away, but my biggest regret in my pregnancy and birth is not a insisting on a new doctor. It was seriously a traumatizing first birth experience. For what it’s worth, my C-section scar healed beautifully. Ha. I waited nearly 6 months after birth to write this and I still feel the same.
From my first trimester to now, nearing my delivery date dr. Sells has been supportive and has provided detailed advice and care. The regular check-ups and personalized attention have made my pregnancy smooth and joyful.
After years of dealing with PCOS, Athens ObGyn has provided not only relief but also a comprehensive management plan that respects my lifestyle and preferences. Dr. Bolton is incredibly insightful and patient, explaining every step and option available to me.
You won’t regret seeing Dr. Elstad. She is knowledgeable and professional, while also personable and kind. It’s like talking to a friend. I feel i’m in good hands with her when it comes to routine checkups, issues, and eventually the birth of my baby. The entire staff at Athens OBGYN are helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a new doctor, this is the place!!
The lady in the middle (Dr. Murphie) on their website in the photo was my doctor. Notice how I said was! At first she was good my appts were quick easy good bedside manner. Then after mentioning getting my almost expired IUD replaced I was questioned by her “why so early” She questioned me again on Oct 13, 2022 day of replacement and stated “its just really early to get it replaced.” It was not that early in my opinion (a year earlier) rather be safe than sorry and the healing process for me takes months. I got my first IUD Kyleena on October 7, 2018. I come in and my mom is with me because getting an IUD removed then replaced all in one sitting is not fun and I needed support. I also have had a history with being sa’d so this triggers it. We are sitting in the room and she is explaining everything and says “well after this you should be good to go without using other contraceptives” i looked at her sideways and said “well condoms” she replied “well yea thats fine.” Idk the tone was condescending and the fact I kept getting questioned was frustrating I felt unheard. Skip forward we get the process im sitting there feet in stirrups and my hands clenching whatever tf I was clenching I cant remember. She is removing the IUD and I ask her to stop so I can catch my breath she doesn’t stop and continues to replace the IUD. I asked her to stop because of how painful ts was she was not gentle at all. I already knew this wasn’t going to be painless but I wish I was provided some form of medication to help and I did ask and she just said 400mg of ibuprofen like girl that doesnt even help with normal cramps. Anyways we get done im catching my breath because I was yelping due to the pain and she removes her gloves says to contact her if I have any questions and just leaves. Not an are you okay? Or how are you feeling? She just informs me the basic aftercare and what I should look out for as well but her tone was just so dead. The nurse though was A1 she was making sure I was okay I was crying because her not stopping when I asked while in pain triggered some memories. I understand doctors have a reputation for that kind of bedside but recently I have changed gynos and he informed me the way that situation was handled was not professional. Im not the only patient who has a had a negative encounter with Dr. Murphie. I suggest if you have an IUD, endometriosis, PCOS, etc. she is not a good candidate for you. There are other reviews of women who have had related conditions and ended up getting hurt instead. This place is for fast appt. not including longevity or good bedside manners from the docs. You would think a gyno would be more considerate with female patients considering statistically speaking are the most to be SA’d. I went for a check up and have stopped going Dr. Murphie lost my trust. The nurses were great though.
Dr elstad has been my gyn for 6 years and I refuse to go anywhere else . She’s a ray of sunshine . She’s so beautiful inside and out and I suffer from anexiety and she literally calms me . And she straight forward she gets tit he root of the problem and no one has handled me as she has
Dr. Fletcher and her medical assistant Candy (I hope that is spelled right!) are two of the kindest souls. They were so helpful to me and made sure my needs were met and my concerns heard. The office staff is also very efficient and kind always. Thank you ladies!!
Their approach was not just about treatment but also about prevention. Thanks to their detailed care I’ve seen a significant improvement in my symptoms and overall health. Well deserved 5 stars!
Dr. Cline was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them all. She has been a great doctor to have for the past twenty years!
One of the kindest doctors who cares immensely for her patients. Takes time to get to know you on a personal level and doesn’t confine care just to speciality. Visits are never rushed even though she’s very busy and office is well organized.
I cannot say enough good things about this office! Everyone who works here is amazing. All the nurses, doctors, front desk, etc.Dr. Elstad delivered my baby this past week and she was so amazing and supportive. It was a beautiful experience. I really am so thankful for everyone who works here. The care I received during my pregnancy was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Highly recommend for anyone who is expecting!
Awful, humiliating experience with this practice. Unless you are pregnant or dying to get pregnant in the near future, you will be dismissed and have birth control pills pushed on you as a fix all solution despite their negative side effects. I was hoping for a more thorough consultation, but was met with condescending platitudes, such as everyone is sensitive to medication and everyone has period pain. Really? Everyone has period pain so severe that they throw up and nearly pass out? Everyone uses 5-10 maxi pads during the first day of bleeding because they bleed so much? Interesting. Ill be taking my issues somewhere else. Complete waste of time.
I would not recommend Dr. Herrin at this practice at all. I came in for my first appointment with my husband after an abnormal ultrasound and severe period pain. He did not seem to take any of my concerns seriously. After advising him I was trying to conceive, he proceeded to accuse my husband of trying to force me to have a kid at a later age (I am 37, he 43). He also told me, after not knowing anything about my history, that it really wouldnt happen and that when I was ready to give up that dream he could offer me a permanent solution via hysterectomy. He then sprung an endometrial biopsy on me, which I was not made aware of before coming. His only solution was either birth control or a hysterectomy with no future plan of care. Please avoid this doctor at all costs. I left in tears.
I cant express enough how comfortable I felt talking with Dr. Fletcher. Yearly exams are uncomfortable enough in and of themselves, but Dr. Fletcher was very caring and professional. I would highly recommend her to all women!
My husband and I scheduled a visit at athens after several frustrating years trying to conceive. The fertility team was empathetic and thorough and guided us through various tests and treatments. We finally saw a positive test last month!
Sometimes, going to the GYN isn’t the most comfortable appointment; however, Athens OBGYN will put you right at ease and have you looking forward to the next visit! Thanks for being the best from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave!
This place is pathetic. My daughter called multiple times trying to get an appointment with never a call back. I tried calling for her as well, but never a call back! All 5 of my kids were delivered by these Doctors. Im trying to figure out what has happened over the years. I do NOT recommend!!
Called to schedule my appointment and they couldn’t get me in for over a month. I filled out all my paper work, downloaded the office app, checked in online, and kept up with my emails from the office before my appointment day and arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. when I arrived all they said was “what’s your name?” And “you’re going to have to reschedule because you didn’t do your new patient paperwork.” they then claimed to not have my paperwork (which I submitted) and offered me an appointment a month later. I have real concerns about what’s going on with my body and they were incredibly indifferent and apathetic. I literally left the office and cried because now I have to schedule somewhere else (because I will not be coming back to this office) and I still have no answers and am left with growing concerns. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Dr. Herrin is the worst doctor I have experienced in my life. His nurse was rude and had a nasty tone of voice with me. I was told by him that I would bled out and get cancer for wanting my iud removed. I should not have anymore children because of my health and age. Among other things that were so bad I’m appalled to mention!
I used this office for the last 10 months for my prenatal care and I’m overall extremely satisfied with everything. This was my second pregnancy and I absolutely hated my OB and the office with my first one. I drove over an hour monthly, biweekly, and then weekly to come here. It was such a great experience, Dr. Bolton is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better care for me or my baby the last almost year. All of the practitioners I saw in between seeing Dr. Bolton were amazing too! And the two ultrasound techs I saw and even reception ended up knowing me by name and was super invested in the pregnancy and the baby by the end of it all! Everyone here is wonderful and they all care and it shows! I would recommend this place to anyone.
I adore this OBGYN, I had my 1st baby with them & now currently my 2nd. Both babygirls 🙂 Since 2021 I have really liked this place! Everyone is so welcoming & nice, eases my anxiety tons. 10/10 recommend ♥️
I like Dr. Murthy and generally like the nurses and staff, but communicating with them is a headache, especially since they changed locations. In the past its taken forever to get through to a human being to schedule an appointment. Ive also previously be told someone would call me with test results and heard nothing (the lab report from my insurance is how I got the info). Furthermore, they dont send reminders for annual exams which drives me nuts. I thought that was a standard thing? Even if it isnt, the new patient portal website is a joke and doesnt provide any useful information (like when my last annual exam was so that I can attempt to keep up with it myself) or even basic contact info.
My appointments have been fast and efficient at this practice. Dr. Bolton is great; she is thorough and problem solves very quickly.
The staff is always so personable and they are amazingly always on time. I feel I always have time to be heard and taken care of and am in and out in a timely manner. Always a positive experience!
Just saw our babys face for the first time at athens obgyn! The tech was super cool and really made the whole ultrasound experience relaxing for both of us. Seeing our little guy’s heartbeat was just unreal
My wife had our first child with the help of athens. The prenatal care she received was outstanding and reassured us that both she and the baby were doing well. Thank you Dr. Elstad
Dr. Cline is thorough and thinks outside of her specialty to find answers and help her patients. She is very personable and concerned about her patients.
I called earlier today for the first time ever to schedule a new patient appointment. I am still young so this is quite new to me so I was definitely nervous about making the initial call. Once someone answered I explained that I was interested in a new patient appointment and the lady responded with questions i wasn’t quite familiar with. I asked for an explanation and she just automatically got rude and definitely made me feel stupid for asking. I was so in shock with her tone and how she responded that i felt so bad I just hung up. This really sucked because I was really looking forward to getting in with one of their doctors since they all see amazing! I will just have to continue my search to find another office.
Everyone who works there ensures I am comfortable and my needs are met. My Dr. there is Dr. Bolton, she’s amazing!
Dr.Cline is the best physician!! She is very thorough and listens. Love Dr. Cline and her staff.
Had a great experience except their time management could be a little better. Sat in waiting area for an hour after our appointment time.
I have been a patient of Athens OBGYN for over 30 years. Ive always been very happy with the doctors and the service.
The staff are nice enough, but getting a hold of anyone by phone is next to impossible. Automated phone line does not work properly, and if you ever get to where you can leave a voicemail do not expect a call back.
Edited 12/10: Within two days of me sharing this review, Yvonne from Athens OB/GYN attempted to contact me through Facebook using personal information I believe was only accessible to a medical provider. When I asked her why she was attempting to establish contact outside of a professional office setting and how she had found me, she immediately deleted all correspondence.__________________This review is difficult to write, especially after so many months of interacting with Athens OB/GYN staff and being pretty sure I can anticipate the type of response Im going to receive. Still, I believe my experience is important, and want to warn current/future clients in hopes that what happened to me never happens to anyone else.Ive been a patient of Dr. Boltons for over five years. I cant say enough wonderful things about her or her dedication to caring for me as both a person and a patient. Unfortunately, that wonderful care has been completely overshadowed by the unkindness, hostility, and downright cruelty of the Athens OB/GYN office management and billing department.Following my initial prenatal appointment in September 2023, it was completely unclear to me what services and ultrasounds were included in my suite of care. I later found out that I had been booked for multiple services and ultrasounds that would require me to pay out of pocket, with absolutely zero communication or transparency as to why I needed these services, or how they were to be billed. I understand that every patients insurance is different. This had nothing to do with insurance, and everything to do with being scheduled for multiple accessory ultrasounds over the course of 9 months, when all I needed in terms of prenatal care were routine exams, a 20 week ultrasound, and necessary genetic bloodwork.During one of my 8 calls to the office and billing department to sort this out, I spoke with a woman named Diane who, in response to my question about why I was scheduled for so many additional ultrasounds, firmly replied, Well, maam, most mothers WANT to see their baby. When I, in tears, spoke to Susan and Yvonne, the office managers, asking them to level with me as a human being, Yvonne took a long pause and responded: I really dont know what to tell you. Diane is new, you need to understand that. And were not medical professionals. When I asked to speak to my medical provider, she flatly refused, and pointed me towards my next scheduled appointment, which was slated to be yet another ultrasound. As I went to say goodbye, she abruptly hung up the phone. It took three more phone calls to even get the extra ultrasound cancelled, and wasnt until I was at my appointment with my provider that I was able to get any clarity about why I was set up for so many additional clinic services.Athens OB/GYN has failed me—both from a logistics perspective, and from the very basic standpoint of treating a client with patience, dignity, and respect. The comments made to me about my lack of desire to see my baby hurt deeply, and the way my conversations were rushed and repeatedly brushed off/handed off made me dread my first trimester of pregnancy. Thats precious time that, as a first time mom, Ill never get back. Finally, I was quoted (by mail) for a composite ~$37 prenatal care and delivery fee after billing had processed my insurance and deductible. It wasnt until I took it upon myself to call and confirm that I discovered billing had botched the estimate, and that it would in fact be closer to $800. The updated quote was never sent.I dont recommenced this clinic to any pregnancy person looking to be met with efficiency, kindness, and clarity in their medical care.
Dr. Fletcher is wonderful! She is always so genuinely caring and addresses all of my concerns!
I have been coming to Athens Obstetrics and Gynecology for years now. The staff is always very friendly and are quick to address my concerns.
I had my first visit today after my old doctor retired. I was hesitant after reading all of the Google reviews and I have had a few bad experiences elsewhere. I was honestly dreading this appointment. Everyone was so welcoming, and Dr. Bolton was so incredibly sweet. She listened to my concerns and made me feel welcome. Yearly physicals are always dreaded but even more so when you don’t have a provider that you trust. It was a weight off my shoulders!
Hands down the best! I have not had anything but good experiences with each doctor in this practice.
What a fantastic Dr and staff! Start to finish felt “heard” and comfortable! Highly recommend!
I took my 17 year-old daughter in as a new patient. Our experience was positive from start to finish. Katie Sells was very attentive and put my daughter at ease.
Transferred here at 32 weeks from another local office in which we did not care for whatsoever. This office blew us away with their kindness and care from beginning to end. We had a formal meeting with Dr. Fletcher who we cannot say enough good things about. If you are considering this office or transferring, we highly recommend them!
Dr Kline is thorough, quick in response and very knowledgeable. In addition, she is very respectful and warm
This place is just so disappointing! Most of the doctors and nurses/techs are wonderful- but they overbook themselves so much it’s ridiculous. Expect to be there for at least an hour minimum, half of that time is just spent in the waiting room. You will never get a real person on the phone and even if you go through your Dr’s extension to leave a message, give them 3-5 business days to get back with you. The front desk is always crowded with staff but unless you’re just checking in, you’ll probably stand there for 5-10mins to get what you need done. This practice has all the ingredients for being a great one, and I’ve gone here for 5yrs now and I’m on my second pregnancy, but I’m considering the hassle of switching mid-pregnancy worth it now because I’m just so tired of waiting at this practice!
When I first moved to Athens, Athens OBGYN was highly recommended. I have found the care of my doctor, Dr. Fletcher, to be exemplary! During my appointments I have always felt well cared for and listened to, while leaving with confidence in her medical decision making. Through pregnancy and postpartum care, I have had the best experience. While pregnant with my son, I saw several of the other doctors and found consistent quality care across everyone! I highly recommend any of the practitioners here!
I had a very good experience with Dr.Herrin. He is very professional and straight to the point. His assistant Macy is also very cooperative and replies back to my voicemail every time. The only issue is the appointment system as the reception team never attends your call on the direct line.
I cant say enough about how wonderful Dr. Fletcher and the staff are at Athens OB/GYN. Ive been a patient for years and highly recommend their services. They are friendly, efficient, and compassionate - everything youd want in a trusted doctors office.
I absolutely love Dr cline. All the Drs are amazing. And so Is the staff.
Ive been going here for a couple of years now & I dont have not one negative thing to say about this place regarding gynecology. Katie is my OB & shes the sweetest ever. She listens, cares & returns calls in a timely manner. Ive met Dr. Fletcher once & I like her as well! Overall great experience for me 🤝🏾
I have went through three different pregnancies with them. We’ve had a excellent experience each time. Dr. Fletcher is amazing! I’ve never felt rushed or pushed to the side. Like I did with the first ob I went too. I have had issues with the office staff myself, but after bringing it to the right people attention everything was handled and I was pretty pleased. It goes a long way when someone takes the time to listen to you no matter how small the issue maybe.
This is the worst run group I have ever used. They did not book my appointment so when I showed up I didn’t have an appointment. Once I did see a doctor, he ran test I specifically asked him not to run and charged me an extra $300 for testing that I did not authorize. Also, make sure you pay at the time of service if you pay cash price. They do not tell you that if you don’t pay then you are subject to whatever the lab charges afterwards and it takes billing a week to return a call. Needless to say, I won’t be retuning as a patient and this was my first year seeing them.
Dr. Murthy has been my OBGYN for over twenty years. There is no one better.
I will never set foot in this office again. Early December I found out I was pregnant unexpectedly. I went in thinking I had PCOS because I was bleeding nonstop for a month. When I found out I was pregnant, Dr Herrin became my primary (in the past Katie Sells was who I saw regularly). My first appointment with him, a week later, I felt absolutely terrible, and I was so nervous about the condition my baby was in because of my bleeding. Long story short, during my appointment, I fainted off of the table they had me sitting on. If my boyfriend wasn’t there to catch me, I would’ve fallen face first onto the floor because Dr Herrin did not move a muscle to help me. I was out cold for about a minute and he showed NO interest or care about my state when I came to. My boyfriend was absolutely disgusted with his behavior, as was I. When I requested a different primary doctor, they allowed me to switch to Dr Cline. About 5 weeks go by with me STILL bleeding. No one showed concern, no one thought to take tests, no one cared. In mid-January I went in for my 12 week checkup and was told my baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. I was absolutely devastated and broken. I still am.I scheduled a d&c the following Monday because I guess they couldn’t get me in sooner. I really did not want to pass the baby myself because I didn’t want to physically see it or have to flush it. Of course over the weekend I started having severe pain in my lower abdomen. I called the on-call doctor two nights in a row, both times they told me a miscarriage like mine is not a medical emergency and I should stay home and take Tylenol. Again, I felt like no one cared at all. I passed the baby at home. Ultimately, I’m happy I didn’t have the d&c, but at the time I was in so much physical and emotional pain I was just furious with the doctors of this practice for not showing more care towards a young girl who was scared and clearly had something wrong going on during the early weeks of her pregnancy. I called the office so many times concerning the bleeding and nothing was tested or anything. All I had was several ultrasounds that I’m still paying for. I’ve paid thousands and didn’t even get to hold my baby. I know that isn’t their fault, but getting hospital bills after a miscarriage is gut wrenching.Anyway… one star because they do not care at all about your well-being but they will be quick to charge you!
Disclaimer: all of the providers Ive seen here are wonderful - except for Dr Herrin. I was seeing Dr Herrin for my prenatal care since November 2022. I didnt know what to expect since it was my first pregnancy, so I thought his multiple comments about my weight was genuine concern for my care. I saw four other providers in the office, none of them had concerns of my weight. I saw Dr Herrin several times in office. At 31 weeks our baby no longer had a heartbeat. He saw us in the hospital when we delivered. He saw me just over a week after we got home from the hospital. At my 6 week postpartum visit, he asks me Are you breastfeeding or bottle feeding?. My response was ...neither? because I couldnt tell if he was actually serious, but he was. He had the audacity to act like HE was the one that was confused because he responded with so youre not feeding your baby?. I had to remind him of my stillbirth to which his response was oh youre right Im sorry and then continued like it was a casual conversation. If I hadnt already been undressed for the pelvic exam I would have immediately walked out. He told me himself that he only has very few patients a year that lose their babies late term for no specific reason like I did. Youre in the business of prenatal care, and you FORGET that your patients baby died? And I know it for a fact that this was not a matter of not checking my chart or remembering me because as I was waiting in the room, I could hear him asking the nurse if I was doing my post partum glucose test because he still had an unreasonable concern for diabetes. My first pregnancy ended with trauma and its such a shame that I couldnt have even had a doctor who genuinely cared.
Dr.Murphy is awesome doctor with a knowledge and experience. I know her for years.Thank you dr.Murhy.
If you are waiting for someone to answer the phone or call you back, you will be waiting until you die. I’ve been going here for seven years out of pure necessity, and I’ve never, ever had someone return my voicemail or answer the line when I call. Earlier this week, I called to schedule an exam. After calling five times over 24 hours and leaving a voicemail, I drove down there and walked in. There were at least 8 people behind the desk, and only one seemed to be working—others were eating yogurt, texting, typing, leaning against the wall, etc. The woman who booked my appointment shrugged when I explained why I’d come down. The next time I come in, I’m going to call them from the lobby, purely out of curiosity for what the heck happens on their end.
I cannot say enough good things to say about this office. Dr. Fletcher and the staff there treat you like family instead of just another patient. They make you feel so comfortable and truly care. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for or needing to find a new doctor. I recently delivered a healthy baby girl, and with their expertise, my high risk pregnancy could not have gone any smoother. I will forever be grateful for them.
There are a lot of negative reviews for Athens OBGYN (which worried me at first), but I have had nothing but a pleasant experience every visit. I have now been here 3 times and not a single time have I felt rushed, uncomfortable or like the staff was rude. The ladies at the check in desk have always been professional and kind. The nurses are equally as sweet and pleasant. Dr. Elstad is amazing and has continually provided beneficial information to me. I never feel like she is just trying to get me out the door. She listens to my concerns and addresses all of them.I will most definitely continue to come here because I feel welcomed.
The staff was very friendly and professional! Dr. Bolton is very personable and professional.
Dr, Bolton is incredible. She is so kind.
So thankful for Athens OBGYN!! This was my first baby and I was so anxious about trying to find the right doctor for me and baby. They were the first office I went to and after that first visit I didnt want to leave! All the nurses are attentive and so sweet. Everyone is always so friendly when I go in for my appointments. I really appreciated Dr. Cline (she was my main doctor) and at my half way point in pregnancy I was kinda sad to have to meet the other doctors and not see her as much. (They are all on call on different days, so of course you dont know which doctor is going to give birth to your baby. Its important to meet them all.) I was so afraid I wasnt going to like the rest of the doctors, but I felt so comfortable around all the them!! Each one was quick to answer any questions I had. Definitely coming back in the future for my other pregnancies.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice! They took such wonderful care of my son and I during my pregnancy! Dr. Fletcher is amazing! She always goes above and beyond for her patients! I would highly recommend going to this practice!
My experience with Dr. Elstad was incredible. She was very friendly and explained everything that would be happening beforehand as well as during. The nurses and staff that I encountered on my way in were all kind as well. I know a lot of the bad reviews are about the front desk staff being rude on the phone and the person who made my appointment was very direct over the phone but I didn’t encounter anything that I would consider to be rudeness.I’m also not sure about their current regulations on children tagging along for appointments but there were children in the waiting room with their parents when I went today.
Excellent Care for women! I highly recommend this practice for a high level of care!
We are very thankful for the doctors at Athens OB GYN. Dr. Herrin really took care of my son, daughter in law, and granddaughter. Praise, Jesus. We are forever grateful.
I was pregnant with my first child. Around 24 weeks I had an appointment with Dr. Cline. Basically the entire appointment she tried to fear monger me into getting the Covid vaccine even though I was VERY clear that I wanted to wait. She went on to tell me about babies that have died, stillborn births, and mothers dying in labor “due to covid”. It was awful. I had my girl and got my vaccine in the hospital. I’m now fully boosted as well.
I had a great experience with all of the doctors here. All of my questions and concerns during my pregnancy were always addressed. The office staff always responded quickly to my needs. I felt comfortable with all of the doctors--Dr. Murthy and Dr. Fletcher were with me during the birth and they made the experience wonderful. I really recommend all of these doctors!
We chose this practice because of the fact that there were 3 female Physicians, now there are 4. Dr. Fletcher is absolutely amazing and although she is my primary, unfortunately she didnt delivery either of my babies. (She was on maternity leave herself when my second was due.)Dr. Murthy delivered our son and did a fantastic job. I had no tearing or anything and she was very calm, patience, and gave me loads of positive encouragement during delivery.Dr. Cline delivered our daughter and I am always very happy with her. She is probably our second favorite (behind Fletcher) Doctor in the office. I will continue to use Athens OBGYN for all of my yearly appointments as well as if we are to have another child.I also love the fact that you delivery at St. Marys hospital. The rooms are spacious and with both deliveries, I absolutely adored my labor nurses. The only negative I would have to say, is that I dont care for Dr. Herron, at all. He was rude the one time I saw him and have avoided any other appointments with him afterwards. However, the newest doctor, Dr. Bolton is amazing and I would recommend her as well as the other 3 female Physicians.
I went in as a new patient and was very pleased. The staff was professional and very kind. It was laid back and I didn’t feel stressed at all. Dr. Murthy was awesome! I’ve gone to a different OBGYN in the past and I will definitely be going here moving forward. The only complaint I have is the wait time but again, I was a new patient so I know it takes time to put all myInformation in.
Horrible front desk/office people. Call & no one answers. I left my first visit in Nov & was told my insurance covered my bill completely & did not have a bill. 3 months later they bill me 800$ for “prepayment” of delivery when I had already switched doctors, then also will not retroactively pay with Medicaid. So if you go here before you have Medicaid & expect them to file it retroactively (like they are supposed to do) they will not. & then if you try to contact them they do not answer.I advice you to go somewhere where they actually care about patients & have some sort of customer service/bed side manners.
Everyone of the doctors in this office were absolutely amazing. We the family of Heather and Spencer were so pleased with the care that she got during and after the first childbirth of my daughter and son in law. They were very thorough and followed her closely and always explained to her exactly what was going on. Heather was very pleased and happy with her and the babies care. Great bedside manner and follow up. They are already in the mind set that in a few years this is where she will come for any future OB problems or deliveries. Thank you all so much.
A very mediocre place. Staff is friendly, but there is horrible communication. They NEVER answer the phone, and they expect you to answer whenever they call. This causes phone tag for people who work “unconventional” hours, since we often sleep during the hours they like to call. They don’t go by your preferred contact method which makes it odd they even ask at for it at all. Also, they sometimes don’t even know why you’re there for a follow up appointment that they recommended. Finally, they sent me a bill after saying my insurance already handled it. So, friendly staff, but horrible organization.
Love this place and doctor that I attended but it’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone, even reception. It’s always sends you to voice mail and no one ever calls back. I called 3 times and left a message just to simply get my prescription renewed and nothing. It’s been a week and absolutely no response and of course no one is picking up the phone.
If you live in Athens and couple of minutes from clinic then you might consider going here but for everyone who loves a decent amount of time away don’t even bother. I love an hour away and I can’t just pull up and asked for my prescription renewed and let me tell you they NEVER, NEVER pick up the phone it’s always leads to voice mail and no one, absolutely NO ONE will call you back.
The office was very nice and clean. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. I was pretty nervous because this was my first annual but Dr. Herrin and his nurses made me feel very comfortable and he made sure all of my questions were answered.
They overbook and underperform every single year I come. It’s so disrespectful. My 2 pregnancies were the same way, I can’t say I’ve ever been seen in a timely manner, yet I keep coming back. This will be the last. Currently an hour and 13 minutes here and and hour past my appointment time sitting in the waiting room.
Staff has abhorrent communication and just wants your money. When I first called to make an appointment everything seemed okay, I met with Dr. Murthy and I had specifically said I needed surgery for my endometriosis. I had been diagnosed in 2017 and it had been getting increasingly worse to where I was having mobility issues. She said, We could but first I want to try you on this medicine, which at that point would be... number 7? 8? different kind of birth control/hormonal suppressant. I asked, If this doesnt work. You CAN do a surgery here? Right? I DO NOT want to have to transfer and go through this whole process again, she assured me that they could. 4 months later I have lost total normal mobility. I cant twist my body, I cant put weight on my left leg. I cant raise my arms to grab something. Nothing. I called FOUR DAYS IN A ROW until she finally got on the phone with me, I told her I needed to have surgery, that it wasnt working. And Dr. Murthy SCOLDED me of Well I see you cancelled your 3 month follow up? We could have discussed this there,. I said, in tears, I wasnt having issues then. You wanted me to come in to pay for an appointment, for you to go Okay call me if anything gets worse! which is exactly what I did?? At this point Ive lost my patience and say, We need to schedule my surgery consultation. I cannot live like this anymore,What does she say? Oh we cant do that here. You need robotic surgery. Ill have to recommend you to somewhere in Atlanta. You should be recommended in 2 weeks, if not call back again, Are you f*@&ing kidding me?Guess what?! THEY NEVER CALLED. I broke down and texted my original doctor who diagnosed me, desperate for help. He had me in for an appointment the next day, scheduled for surgery that week. Guess what Dr. Murthy? Not only was my left ovary COMPLETELY FUSED to my abdominal wall, and had to be removed. I had endometriosis COVERING behind my uterus that had to be ablated out. AND my STOMACH WAS FUSING TO MY INTESTINES. Thanks for wasting 4 more months of my life!
I have been a patient at Athens Ob-Gyn for over 30 years. I have always received the best of care at every appointment. Also being able to get your mammogram at the same appointment of your annual physical is a bit plus.
Love love love the staff here. Ive only seen Dr Fletcher and her staff but everyone is super nice. Even my husband likes my doctor. Shes so personal but on a business level. Makes me feel wonderful and not weird. 😁
Recently i went in because i was having AWFUL period pain on my first day of cycle. Literally feels like im dying. im not over exaggerating. I had Dr.Elstad and she told me “everyone has painful periods” and recommended me birth control basically saying thats all she can do to help me. Ive had an ultra sound done and other stuff and she told me in her own words that everything was fine. SHE WAS WRONG. I went to a new Ogbyn today and turns out i have an endocervical polyp that requires SURGERY because it is embedded and not a normal one. She over looked me and didnt listen to my concerns. thank goodness i went somewhere else and found out why this pain was happening. I do not recommend this place. very unorganized and the doctors dont care about you!
They changed my appointment time on me without notifying me of the change. When I arrived for my appointment I was told I missed it. They also tried to tell me they could tell if appointment times were changed and when I pulled up my original appointment time and confirmation call saying otherwise she brushed it off and told me well thats not what the schedule says. They did work me in but the lady at the front desk was rude about it. Listening to them gossip and complain about coworkers and other patients while I was there had me ready to walk out. The overall lack of professionalism by the office staff was ridiculous. The silver lining to all of this was how amazing the nurse practitioner was who I had my appointment with. As a trauma survivor, going to the OBGYN is awful. The nurse practitioner was amazing, patient, trauma informed, and made me feel really comfortable during my exam.
At about 6 weeks pregnant I called to set up my first appointment which they said would be around week 8. After providing my insurance information and confirming the appointment I got constant email and text reminders about my appointment and was even able to register on line before my appointment. I had to take off work to make my appointment and I showed up and the first thing they did was tell me my six year old son was not allowed to come with me. After debating if I should let my six year old sit in the car with the window cracked and the car locked like an animal- I went to the desk to sign in and she told me that they don’t take my insurance! After I already set up and told her my insurance two weeks earlier and told me they took it!!! Horrible women with horrible attitudes that obviously wait until last minute to do there jobs... seems like they’ll tell you anything to make the appointment but I guess they really weren’t listening. Now scrambling to find a new doctor.
I had one of the worst experiences with Dr. Cline it has been some years , but I will never forget . I was pregnant for my first time ,so excited cause I had struggled with fertility issues for years . I went to this practice twice and on the second visit after I had been bleeding my entire pregnancy they only did an ultra sound , never once did bloodwork .Then after the ultrasound they asked me if I would like to see a Dr since the bleed was under the baby that everything should be fine . I said I really wanted to because it was my first pregnancy and I had some questions , as soon as the brought me to the room Dr . Cline walked in and introduced herself, and asked my husband if he was just there with another women the day before ! We were both just in shock a dr just said that, and he answered her no ma’ma . First of all thank goodness I’m not worried about my husbandsFidelity. But second of all that is breaking all hippa laws !!! I never took this any further at the moment Because I was just so happy to hear my baby had a heartbeat and was ok . Well about a week later I miscarry turns out I am RH - as a blood type , something I may have known had they ever done bloodwork. I would never usually make any kind of a bad review, or one this long for that matter . But I just want other women who may be in the same position to just be aware.
Sabrina is not friendly and I felt rushed the entire visit. Normally I have a great experience with Katie. I don’t want to risk having to deal with Sabrina again so I’m finding and entire new obgyn. She didn’t listen to my concerns at all. Do not go here!!
I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and have met the majority of the staff. Everyone has been great. It has been a very pleasant experience. No long waits, everyone is kind and professional. I will continue seeing them in the future.
This practice is completely unable to accommodate or be flexible for mothers who have children doing digital learning at home right now. I specifically explained that my husband works outside of the home, I have no one else to watch my kids, and the office manager basically told me they could only give me 1 doctor out of the 6 or 7 that they have. Absolutely ridiculous...use caution trying to schedule appointments here!
My wife and I really like this practice. My wifes aunt, cousin, and aunt all have gone to this practice for multiple years to deliver children and each have never had any problems. Dr. Cline is a wonderful doctor and was with us every step of the way. There was one doctor, I do not know his name because I did not get to be at this appointment, but my wife stated he was very rude to her and demanded that she not see him again. She stated that he berated her for not taking medicine at the same time when she had only just started the medicine.Upon delivery of our child, we were hoping for Dr. Cline however, my wife had some complications with a breach baby and high liver enzyme levels, but we did wind up with getting a C-section and Dr. Murthy delivered and she was very friendly with answering all questions and concerns and did a wonderful job with handling our situation.Another added bonus, that my wife loved, was a lady at St. Marys who was assisting the anesthesiologist, I believe her name was Brittany )not sure) but my wife loved her to pieces and delivering with Athens OBGNY automatically puts you delivering at St. Marys. All in all, a good experience. We will be going back for another baby when that time comes and will be seeing Dr. Cline once again. Thank you all at Athens OBGYN.
My experience was truly awesome. I commend the staff on how efficiently they worked. The office was packed but they move very quickly. However, I think they should have someone designated to help with being checked in. They hand out tablets for this and there were some older ladies who were comfortable using or they didn’t know to use the new technology.
I have been coming here for over 10 years. Dr. Herrin and his staff are excellent at handling a very large number of patients. They respond to phone calls consistently and the front staff is extremely pleasant. Morgan, especially, greeted me with a smile and a very kind, helpful demeanor.Dr. A. Herrin is great at making a dreaded yearly appointment as comfortable as it could be. As much as a girl could love coming to the OB/GYN doctor, the people in this place make it the most comfortable it could possibly be! Thank you, Dr. Herrin and staff!
I had the worst experience here. It started with the front desk staff handing me a tablet and stack of papers without instructions. Then I waited for over an hour and twenty minutes. Everyone who arrived before and after me had been seen, and it took another patient (who had arrived after us) to have pity on us on her way out— she took the time to ask the office manager why we had been left there so long. Eventually we were seen and from what the office manager and doctor said it sounded like they literally forgot about us— I’m pretty sure the front office staff didn’t even put us in the queue. I recently moved here and this was my first healthcare experience in Athens. I hope this is not the norm because it was dreadful. I will not put my health or pregnancy in their hands.
I was very pleased with the attitude and personality of all providers that I encountered. I saw Dr Fletcher and she was very patient and caring and listened to me. I am in my late 50s and have had many Gynos over the years, and I am impressed ad pleased to have found her and this practice.
We love AOBGYN! I am in my 3rd pregnancy at this time and have gotten to the point where I feel like the staff is practically family. Dr. Cline and keke are amazing. During our 2nd pregnancy sadly we experienced a miscarriage. Dr. Cline called multiple times herself to check on me and let me know of any lab reports that came in. Ashaki takes blood and always gets me on the first stick which is very rare for me and I can barely feel it. Dr Jarret was the only negative about the staff but thank goodness he retired! I really like Dr. Fletcher, Dr. Herrin, and Dr. Murthy but we love our Dr. Cline. Dr. Murthy delivered our 1st and did awesome. she knew I had a low pain tolerance and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
Had the worst experience here. The lady I scheduled my appointment with was aware I was self pay. She misinformed me and days after my appointment I got a phone call to pay an astounding amount of money for something that I was not informed about. Lady told me to not make an appointment if I couldnt pay a bill. Extremely rude and wouldnt help when the office lady did not inform me of any other billing when I had already paid in full in the office.
I went here for my annual. Dr. Fletcher was wonderful BUT the people who work in the office are absolutely USELESS! They had to do some blood tests. Dr. Fletcher called back with my prognosis and left a message on my voicemail. I have been calling everyday for a week and have yet to actually get a call back so that I can set up an appointment. They NEVER answer the phones are are horrible with following up. I am so very disappointed with their office. I am having my records transferred and will never go there again.
I’ve had an excellent experience with this practice. Dr. Fletcher and the rest of the staff are all super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Michelle, the sonographer, is super amazing and down to earth. I’m so thankful to have found a place that I feel comfortable in!
The staff is so friendly! Dr. Cline always takes her time to answer my questions and she gives the best care. Love it here! I definitely recommend this practice!
I used Athens OBGYN while pregnant with my son, as well as for my annuals before I got pregnant. We had a hard time getting pregnant, after 6 months of trying, Dr Herrin told us to keep trying, we were in our mid twenties and healthy. I got pregnant after a year and miscarried. On my return visit to Dr. Herrin, he told me that At least now we know you can get pregnant. I asked if we needed to test to find out why we were having a hard time and he said no. Another year, and 2 more miscarrages later we got pregnant with our son. At 8 weeks I awoke to a sharp pain and heavy bleeding so we went to ER at midnight, found out I had not miscarried and was told to go back to OB for an ultrasound. Saw Dr. Jarrett, who laughed when we told him we went to ER and said we wasted our time going there (not the best time to laugh at me)and when I asked why I was bleeding he said I dont know what to tell you, either its alive or its not. Once he left the room the nurse that was in there said that she had bleeding with her first and said that if anytime I just wanted to come in and get an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay to call her and come in (loved her). I bled, some days light, some days heavy, for 3 months straight going in once a week sometimes on my own just to hear the heartbeat. Dr. Murpty found out I was coming in and getting extra ultrasounds and went back and charged us for every visit. So we got a bill outside of our regular maternity coverage. When we asked the Ultrasound Tech if she could see what was causing the bleeding, she asked if a doctor had not talked to us and when I told her we werent getting any answers, she called Dr. Jarrett who said I dont know what you want me to tell you. So needless to say he is not my favorite person. Dr. Persons ended up delivering our son, who was great for delivery, but we did not see him in any of my previous visits, or Dr. Herrin who was supposed to be my primary. My son is now 5, and looking back I wish I had stood up for myself a little more, or at least changed offices, but that was naivety on my part. I have not set foot in that place since my son was born, even my follow up after labor was done by another office. I have lost my respect for their practice and will not go back.
TERRIBLE. I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they claimed to have me scheduled three weeks from the original date I was told. Completely empty waiting room, nobody seemed to really care, and they didnt fault themselves for the scheduling conflict. Office manager is nice but not helpful, I will never never never return and recommend other people do the same.
This is a fantastic Doctors office for women, OBGYN. They are kind, caring, and they are good at what they do. They have some of the best OBGYN doctors in the nation that have worked there, and still do work there. My doctor was one of them. He retired not long after he delivered my baby, due to a long and full career. He was super smart and had an awesome bedside manner. They all do, all of the doctors. I had met almost all of them at that time almost 5 years ago. Surely they have some newer doctors that I dont know by now but their standards are high and surely anyone that they allow to work in that office is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. Dont think twice; this is the place for you if your looking for a good OBGYN.
I had an awesome experience with this group for the most part... When I went in for my 40 week check I saw Dr Cline. She scheduled me to be induced with Dr Jarrett (who was AMAZING, LOVED him). When we started the inducing we found out my daughter was breach so I had to have a C-section. When my daughter was born she had a perfectly round head showing she never dropped head down. When Dr Cline came in to check on me one day while I was in the hospital (i had to stay a total 4 days), she came in joking that she didnt do an ultrasound like she was suppose to at my 40 week checkup. I didnt find this funny and still dont. Thank god my daughter was healthy and there were no complications during my c-section, however had she done an ultrasound like she was suppose to do I would have had a c-section the same day. I will be going back when I get pregnant again but only to see Dr Jarrett. Since we know I will have to have a c-section again I can gurantee Dr Jarrett will be the only doctor I see and my delivery doctor as well. All of the other doctors were amazing as well. Very helpful, and made me feel important at each visit. I do not recomend Dr Cline. She was very unprofessional at my 40 week appoitment. I felt she rushed me through my appt and didnt have my best interest.
I love this practice! I’ve never had excessive waits and the physicians are amazing. Dr. Fletcher is beyond incredible and really takes time with all of her patients. Can’t tecommend this practice enough!
Became an OB patient in the middle of the second trimester of my first pregnancy. Only saw the three male physicians in the practice, despite being told that whoever was on call for delivery would be my delivering physician. Dr. Jarrett and Dr. Person were agreeable, knowledgeable and generally friendly; Dr. Herrin, however, was self-important, seemed to know very little about me; had very uninformed and/or generalized answers to any question; and during my last visit, was condescending, arrogant, and overall rude. The staff is generally friendly, but I often felt like a number instead of a person because of their high patient count (and I never saw the same nurse at any visit). Its hard to get a callback or get anyone on the phone. When asked if they would provide patient copy of records, I was told that they charge by the page - unheard of for a physicians office to charge for the first copy, especially one as large as this practice. I might recommend the two doctors mentioned favorably above for gynecology, but cant recommend the practice on the whole.
My wife and I are very happy with this professional practice. They are very busy because they are the best around, I feel they have a system that works well. This practice is top notch. Every pregnant woman should come here.
I have tried calling for three days to get my prescription birth control refill that should have already been done my last visit. No one at the office has answered my calls or messages in three days. My pharmacist has tried contacting them as well with no response. I am Very displeased as this is the second time this has happened to me.
I love Dr. Elstad.❤ I gave birth cs and shes my Doc. My experience being a patient is incredible I feel very secured on her hands...
They are always so sweet and polite when I am there in person. However, on the phone multiple of the staff arent very helpful. Lately they barely answer the phone and wont return phone messages. They seem to be disorganized and extra slow for a doctora office. I would not recommend them.
THIS IS WHAT YOU SIGN:I understand that the terms of this financial policy may be amended at any time without prior notification to meANDit is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know what tests have been ordered and to contact our officeANDhereby authorize my healthcare provider to release ...my health information (for)... advertisements related to treatments and therapies specific to my health status.
This place is horrible . Forget any customer service the ladies working here are very rude . Never going back after the experience I had with one of Dr assistant . After I waited and hour to been seen and was getting aggravated I decided to ask for an update , the lady then got this nasty attitude and said the Dr isn’t here yet and we might have to work you in patients , no I’m sorry for your wait or anything . I also heard her talking to another co worker about me which was very unprofessional. Read your these reviews before going here .
Awful. The doctors are wonderful but the office staff is incompetent. They messed up my scheduling on multiple appointments and I left many messages, only to be told I needed to find another doctor. Never spoke to a doctor about this and was given the run around. I will NEVER be back and will be sure to tell all my friends the same.
I was charged for a gonorrhea test that I did NOT ask for... apparently they do it as part of their annual exam but I was never given a chance to refuse it or told that my insurance wouldnt cover it. They also filed it twice so now I am being charged twice as much. I dont want to go there ever again
Won’t even attempt to take you in for even an ultrasound because they’re “booked up in [place month here]”. I called at almost 8 weeks pregnant and they wouldn’t even attempt to make an ultrasound appointment for the excuse “We’re booked up IN June”. Ok but I need one NOW not in June. Waste of a phone call for me.
I love Dr. Bolton on and her staff, never have to wait long. She and her staff work swiftly, and they understand my situations. Thank you staff and Dr. Bolton
Apparently if you have to reschedule after so many times youre put on a list and they dont inform you. Ill be happy to do business elsewhere.
The staff is very rude. They were highly recommended by friends and family. However, they don’t listen to the patient’s concerns/needs.
As caring and accommodating as the doctors are, the staff is the exact opposite- especially the receptionists. You would never know this was a professional clinic just by speaking to a staff member over the phone.
All of the doctors here are wonderful... with the exception of Dr Herrin. I have had 2 terrible experiences with him. Do not recommend him if you get a choice on which doctor to see.
The ultrasound tech did and awesome job working with us the get the best pictures possible during our 3D visit
I have never been treated this poorly by a doctors office. They wouldnt let my husband back with me and im in the middle of getting on the right insurance I was reassured on the phone they would see me anyways but was turned away when we got there. We drove an hour away for nothing. Never again do not go there the front desk staff were very rude and not welcoming at all
Great office to attend.
I had both my daughter and my son with them I loved my experience Dr murthy and Dr Fletcher. Are forever my blessings
They never answer the phone. They purposefully ignore your call. I’ll take this down when they answer my phone call. The Piedmont midwifery always answers every call - go to them.
STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. DR CLINE TOOK TIME TO TALK WITH ME ABOUT MY HISTORY AND NEEDS. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR SOMEONE POST MENOPAUSAL, DEALING WITH AGING. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.
They don’t answer the phone for making appointments and have no way to schedule online.
Everyone was very professional. Dr. McPherson was very thorough and has very good bedside manners. I would recommend her to anyone.
I love this place! They make you feel welcome, been going to Dr.Klein for years
Cristina Elstad was amazing. Answered any question thoroughly and was very professional! Would definitely recommend!
HORRIBLE. HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES. THREATNED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME AND BLOCK MY NUMBER. THIS PLACE IS DISGUATING AND WHOEVER “Linda” IS NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED AND FIRED IMMEDIATELY.
I would recommend.
Eeryone at this doctor office is nice.i like my doctor Katie.i will be returning here.meredith bolton is a good doctor too.
Ive been calling the office for 2 weeks and leaving voicemails with no returned call. Impossible to actually speak with someone.
Been trying to call and set an appointment for days now and still havent received a call back to set an appointment date.
It was great
Love them I love all the doctors💙
Religious beware. Literally drive to Atlanta & go somewhere else.
What kinda insurance do they take?
Thank you all
Dr. Fletcher is awesome! Always so compassionate and kind. Highly recommend her. Everyone in the office is amazing!
Highly recommend this practice. The providers here are truly wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Cline, Dr Fletcher and NP, Katie Sells. I’ve been going here for 3+ years.. they were with me when I was having trouble getting pregnant and recently just helped me deliver my first baby. I’ve always been happy with my care from the ultrasound techs, medical assistants, to the incredible triage nurse Candi! Thank you guys for everything you do!!
Very nice People. The Staff and Dr. Elstad was very helpful
