iClinic Atlanta Immigration Physicals

I made an appointment request on the website 3 weeks prior to the appointment date. I tried calling a few times and it went to voicemail. However, the appointment request confirmation said that someone would reach out and get necessary information. Three weeks go by and it’s the day before the appointment and still no one has contacted me. I tried calling a few more times and it still goes straight to voicemail. Finally, it’s the day of the appointment, someone emails me to ask me a few questions for patient information. I asked if it’s still possible to confirm that appointment for that day. I get no response and instead just an automated email that the appointment has been canceled. Even now, 2 days later, I haven’t gotten any response back. I would have just booked somewhere else earlier and saved myself a lot of time in the first place if I had known the lack of care and timeliness of this establishment.

What a seamless, easy, lovely experience with lovely people. Ms Isla made everything so simple and easy to follow, and Dr Ibrahim’s laugh and kindness are one of a kind. Thank you both for making this process painless :)

Isa was really helpful, she guided me through the whole process for my USCIS medical examination. She was always available on the phone to answer any doubts. Dr. Opaleye was a very professional and kind person. It was a fairly easy and fast process. I would recommend to anyone.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Opaleye and I was very impressed with my experience. The office staff(Isla) was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Overall, I had a great experience.

I was confused about my appointment and when I called a young woman Monica answered the phone but let me tell you she was so sweet early in the morning she did not get upset with me because I was asking alot of questions its amazing how polite she was and so helpful to explain to me what was happening I thanked her and I wish more customer service representatives will be the same way.

I went there for my medical exam two times. Isla and Dr. were so nice and friendly. I highly recommend going to them.

Hands down the best medical team I’ve ever encountered! I went to them for a rash I thought I had but it turned out to be just a couple ingrown hairs. They could have taken advantage of me and sent me for unnecessary costly test and medications. Instead they gave it to me straight! Not only that, they suggested over the counter cheaper ointments instead of pharmaceutical grade expensive products. In today’s world where everyone is trying to up-sale you on everything (especially in the medical field) it’s so refreshing when you come across honest people. 100 ⭐️

ISLA is one of the Best NPs that I know, i used to assist her as a Medical Assistant at Walgreens Clinic. She is also a very knowledgable, caring and concerning person. I asked a question online about the problem I have and the site promised to answer within 24 hours. 3 days have passed, no response other than advertising is coming to my email.

I called for help and the person they have answering the phone was rude and hung up I guess she doesn’t like her job she should quit because I’m sure she is running off patients which means she’s costing the company money! I wouldn’t go here to save my life literally !

Have not had my first appointment, but scheduled for Saturday, May 8th, 202, at 3pm. Waiting on instructions for virtual appointment.
