Really appreciated my visit to urgent care. The gentlemen at reception were very patient and attentive and the wait wasn’t too long. I know Anna Williams took my vitals and she was absolutely wonderful! Very pleasant in a distressful situation. I wish I remembered the name of the nurse practitioner, but she was also great and very informative. I still have some symptoms, but can feel my health improving. Thank you! log 2913347.
This place is super clean and the staff is always polite. The wait times are not long at all. Its definitely worth the travel to visit themI bypass several other urgent care clinics just to come to this specific location. Not to mention the doctor is always on point, very respectful and knows her work. I highly recommend this location and wish I could rate them higher .
Very professional office. I had strained my back moving heavy boxes over two days. It was very painful. Got a cortisone shot and a scrip for an anti inflammatory in pill form starting tomorrow. Very bright PA and nurse. Beats sitting in an ER for what I had by a mile.
Very poor experience. Hours of operation list that the clinic opens at 8. This is inaccurate. It opens when the first employee wants to arrive. Unfortunately, the first employee to arrive was a nurse and not a front desk member. The nurse assisted as much as they could but ultimately I had to wait until the first front desk employee arrived... 30 minutes later in order to be successfully checked in. I came in for an immigration physical. Seeing this unorganized organization scramble to get me checked in did make me nervous to know that they would be the same team handling my immigration physical paperwork. $650 later, I was taken back. It must be noted that I did not need the TDAP that was included in the price (just had it administered in Nov 2023) but they would not refund the difference. The front desk member stated it was a cheap vaccine anyway. To top it off, the nurse let me know I had to wait for a provider to arrive in order to have the physical completed. Again, I am not sure why the hours of operation state 8am if the team will not be ready until 9:30.The management team over AFC needs to do better. Your employees are a reflection of you. They can only be as great as you allow them to be.My experience today should not be repeated.
I went to AFC Urgent Care to request a Covid Test over a weekend. From the time I arrived and was greeted by the pleasant young man at the desk, to the provider who performed the Covid Test, to the clinic manager on duty that day, each asked questions and actually listened to my answers and made me feel they cared. You have assembled a staff that is truly professional and I would not hesitate to return or to refer the AFC Urgent Care to a friend.At my questioning, the young man told me he hopes to become a doctor. I wish him luck in attaining his goal; in my opinion he will be exactly the kind of doctor I would choose.

The staff was great; however I left empty handed after spending 85 bucks on a visit for raging pink eye. I didn’t receive an eye wash any saline or anything else that would bring me relief. It was a waste of time and money. Now it’s spreading to the other eye. I have no relief because the medication that was prescribed is on back order. Thanks for not a damn thing. I’ll never seek relief from this company ever again.
I had to have a quick X-ray here after a fall, and was exceptionally pleased with the staff and doctor! They were fast and efficient, very important to me when I have pain, and took great care of me from beginning to end. Five stars all the way, and wish I could give more!

My experience with AFC was such a great experience!My daughter and I both arrived together.The reception from the staff was amazing. There was no wait time at 7:30 pm.From the front desk, to triage and then the wonderful doctor that treated us both!!!Normally we go to a different Urgent Care, but this place will certainly be where me and my daughter will go if we ever need Urgent Care again!They made our lives so much better!
I wish they had zero on this chart but one was the lowest I could give. I am retired military and have current insurance with TRICARE. I scheduled an appointment and came to bring my Wife who is a patient there. When we checked in, the young lady at the front seat stated that she could not find our insurance. I gave her my SS# and Policy Number and she still could not find it. She offered zero options, didnt ask her supervisor or manager, she just said that there is nothing she could do. Aside from a very poor attitude, the young lady had nose piercings which I feel were very unprofessional for a medical work environment. I have nothing against any type of body modification but just not at work. I then collected our IDs and went to Peachtree Immediate Care. As soon as we checked in as a walk in, they had our information and we were seen with zero problems. Its a shame because the Doctors at AFC are great and they are closer to home. However, we will not be coming back to AFC ever, and I am going to let everyone that I know to avoid care there.
This is the urgent care my family always uses. The doctor is top notch—kind, compassionate and friendly. The wait is never long and we always feel we’ve gotten great care.
I was in AFC urgent care yesterday and there was a gentleman with his wife named AJ Reyes, I believe, and he was so rude and unbecoming. His wife looked frightened. But the staff and particularly the front desk worker (I think she had a nose piercing) was so patient and accommodating even to someone as belligerent, and small minded as Mr. AJ. After seeing how mindful they were with such a rude person, I knew I was in good hands!
The staff was awesome there. They had waters in the waiting room which was great. They took me back very quickly. They listened to everything I had to say about how I was feeling. The doctor was also in very quickly and asked me all my symptoms again to get the best understanding of what was wrong. I will definitely be coming again. Thank you!
Great service! Fast, transparent, and easy to follow instructions. Best part was the price, far cheaper than other locations for immigration physical mandatory check-up/forms. We saved 200 - 600 and only waited a week for the sealed packet.
My information and appointment were lost. I waited almost 3 hours for a simple test. They then kept calling me hours after I left to tell me that they didn’t charge me an extra $175, the price of making an appointment.
This is my second time coming to AFC Chamblee for medical assistance and they have done a fantastic job in checking me out and making sure I am okay. Highly recommend to anyone seeking medical help outside of the ER. the doctors and nurses, also the receptionist staff are professional, courteous and respectful.
Front and back staff were very helpful & well informed. my only issue is it seems the office is not being cleaned properly. there was dried blood on the exam room floor. the facility overall did not appear clean. this is not a diss at the staff but management of the office should do a better job and keeping up.

Im delighted to share my positive experience at this facility for the second time. The service, from the front desk to the back clinic, is consistently superior. Dr. C stands out with her amazing and attentive approach. She listens to each concern, provides valuable advice, and does it all with a welcoming smile. Its rare to find such exceptional service, but I wish I didnt only get to see her when Im ill.

My review is regarding the service provided by the doctor. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 2:30, however, the doctor rescheduled the appointment without informing me. It took four phone calls to confirm that she was coming. When the doctor rescheduled for 4:30, I arrived at the location only to be told that she was running 30 minutes late. This service was required for my emigration paperwork and I had expected better service from a larger location. Unfortunately, I not only paid a higher amount than at other locations, but also received subpar service. Upon arriving at the location, the doctor did not apologize for being late and displayed extreme rudeness, attempting to rush me during the process. She failed to provide the full service as all the nurses had left for the day due to her tardiness. When I requested a vaccine, she denied it because the staff had already departed. Her manner was harsh when I struggled to understand a question, dismissing it as simple. There was a lack of empathy towards my immigrant status. Towards the end, she hurried me and did not allow me to ask any questions, insisting that I sign the paperwork quickly. This caused not only a terrible experience but also stress for me and my unborn child, deteriorating an already unfavorable situation.Doctor Monin Heena

I had a fantastic experience at AFC Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was thorough in their examination and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the visit; I was in and out much faster than I anticipated, which is a huge plus when youre not feeling well. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care for their professionalism and top-notch service.

This place is amazing! I came in for a DOT exam. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. Not like a fake professional where everyone just says yes to whatever. If someone didnt know the correct answer they found the right person to ask. The nurse made the process seamless and comfortable. Did I mention they had Costco water? They are fancy and professional. What more can you ask for?

I had a really short wait time here and the staff were all friendly, but the provider I saw didn’t have a lot of confidence in her diagnosis- which was fine.She sent a blood sample to a lab, but I never received a call back with the results and since they have no medical portal, you’ll need to physically appear for them to give you the results.This urgent care is suitable if you need a physical or a mandated evaluation and you want it to skew positive
AMAZING. Alhamdulillah they have amazing staff. Trust me the money is worth it. The civil surgeon is absolutely the sweetest most professional person I’ve ever met. The staff is truly caring. These people care and they can get it done quicker and more accurate and efficient than anywhere else. PLEASE choose this place. Others will try to fool you but they are not as caring, professional or accurate as this place. Alhamdulillah such a great experience
I needed an immigration physical for a green card application and came to this location. Staff are generally helpful and friendly, but I had to come in four separate times for blood work. The first time they were short on equipment and sent me to a Labcorp location, but they printed my order incorrectly so I could not get the blood work done there. I came in a second time but the nurse could not find a vein and asked me to come in another day. I came in the third time, a different nurse found a vein and drew blood. Then the clinic lost the blood, so they called me for the fourth time. They finally got the sample sent out, but did not reach out to me saying the results were ready. I finally called and requested a civil surgeon to help me finish the physical as I was, at this point, 3 weeks behind schedule. Again, the staff are generally friendly and the facility is nice. I would just NOT recommend this location for an immigration physical as it is time sensitive.

The appointment went quickly and we received medication to treat the issue. The low rating is because we called in 2 hours prior to making our appointment to verify wait times. They said they were busy and to schedule after 2:00. We made an appointment for 2:00 and arrived on time. We then had to wait an hour and 15 minutes past our appointment to see the physician. We would have gone elsewhere if we had know that the appointments were not honored. It is pointless to offer appointments if they mean nothing. We were left in a lobby with many other ill people, exposing us to potential illnesses. Very disappointed in the wait time and the fact that the front desk told us to wait until after 2:00 to come in. They should have been upfront with the back log of patients.
I want to say thank you to the entire staff of American family care, this company truly adhere to the name. I have gone there and gotten nothing but the best of service. My wait time is 5 to 10 minutes minimum. The doctors at this facility is some of the best I’ve ever encountered they’re compassionate, caring, and very kind. What I like most is that they listen to what I have to say. The patience they have, when listening to what I have to say, really, really touches the core of my spirit That’s what we all need. S. They listen to what my concerns are, and to help guide me in the positive direction within a timely manner for recovery. Dr. Cromwell was excellent with her assessment of my care and even advocated for me for my treatment. I will definitely visit American Family Care in Chamblee again.

Everyone was great until Dr. Doan came in.When I resisted the flu and covid swabs, he said youre going to take these tests no questions asked.When he came back in I told him there will be questions because Im an advocate for my own health.As he was leaving after that conversation, he said no more arguing just take the medication. I had every intention of taking the medication because the z-pack didnt work. Thats why I had come back in for something more high-powered. I was there on Monday and had the most incredible, wonderful experience with a different doctor, I cant remember her name. But this guy today was nothing short of a nightmare.

Highly recommended if you’re not feeling well. Unlike the ER, there was no wait (Literally checked in went to the bathroom and was called back), friendly staff and got my prescription fast. Accepted my insurance (Unitedhealth) if you’re feeling sick get well soon!
These gracious people helped me with my son’s issue’s 15 minutes till closing time. We were exceptionally grateful to them for giving us a care-filled experience. They also assisted me In trying to find an after hours pharmacy and we were able to get his meds that night. I was so happy to find them. No unexpected or hugely inflated charges from the ER this round! I will definitely use them again.

Wish I could give them negative stars! Came in for a simple Covid test in 2020. They illegally billed my insurance for an additional office evaluation billing code despite not evaluating me at all. My husband and I quickly had our noses swabbed by a nurse, we didnt so much as have our temperature taken! My insurance covered the Covid test, but not the fraudulent office evaluation billing code added. It has been a headache going back and forth with an Indian billing department with 0 answers. Office does not answer the phone to help deal with this. This place is FRADULENT avoid at all costs! Both my husband and friend experienced the same thing with their insurance companies and this location as well
Called on Tuesday and asked to be seen for a women’s wellness physical, because it as listed on the website as a service offered. The receptionist who took my call informed me that women’s wellness physicals are done on the 14th and 15th and assured me that I can just walk in. Here we are on the 15th I drove an hour to be told that they do not do women’s physicals here only your basic physical… again online list it as a service and I called to confirm if that type of physical was offered. So I wasted an hour drive and time from work just to not be serviced
Out of all the urgent cares I have been to, I found this one to be the most efficient and highest in quality. The staff and providers are knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting time is usually minimal, especially if you make an appointment online. Would recommend to anyone and will come back any time I need medical care!

I was at college sick. My mom and sister were tag teaming to get me home to be checked out. We were supposed to have gone to another urgent care but traffic wasn’t going to let that happen. My sister told my mom about this urgent care and to call them. My mom called and got me there. The experience from just the call was super. We got here and everything was up from. The cleanliness, the care at reception, the quickness to be called back even after the paperwork was completed was awesome and professional. To top it all off was service received from the nurse and above all the NP and doctor. If you need an urgent care in the Brookhaven area please visit AFC Urgent care in the plaza where WholeFoods next to TMobile. You will not be disappointed.

I came in today with a bicycle injury I would like to thank the staff, the intake workers and my doctor as well as her assistant. These guys are incredible. Theyre very transparent, there was no wait time and they were very empathetic which is really rare to find these days. Thank you guys again and I hope your practice does amazing for the future. I will absolutely be recommending anyone thats injured to go to you guys because of your honesty, fairness, and the ability to take care of someone regardless of how they look or their financial status
I had an allergic reaction &. Upon my arrival the front desk took my ID & insurance card. I was there for about an hour at this point after being treated. During my treatment, I over heard the head doctor discussing my name and she asked me what my name was (my name is a male name but I am a female). I then heard her laugh and say she just wanted to double check - even tho they had my ID & I had already been asked by the doctor and nurse what my name was. That was the first sign of being unprofessional because in 2023 people are discriminating against females having certain names. I also noticed how rude the doctor was (who did not treat me but seemed to run the place) was to her employees and the other nice doctor. When I went to check out and paid my co pay, I asked to receive my ID & insurance card back. The front desk lady said she would go get after a few minutes I walked back to find out the other nurse had taken my ID & insurance card and left the office. I was told she would be there in five minutes, 30 mins later I was told she was almost here but they could not get in contact with her. They then took me into the back room because they did not want me to discuss it out loud. The only thing I was offered was a refund (which I did not receive) and a free visit. I had to wait an hour to receive my personal belongings and it seemed as if it was not an urgent matter for them. I do feel bad for their employees because it seems as if they may not be treated considering the nurse who took my belongings left in the middle of her shift.
My first time visiting them, I was pleasantly surprised that I could reserve a specific time slot. When I arrived check in was very quick and the service was very personable and professional. I’d highly recommend!
I went in today to be tested for flu and Covid. I thought the staff was professional and comforting. Also the wait wasn’t too bad as I was a walk in. The only issue is when I gave them our pharmacy and my husband confirmed the location at the Publix near Phipps. However when he went to pick it up it was wasn’t there, and later learned they sent my prescription to a CVS near Ansley Mall which is not close to my house or convenient. So, it was a pain to drive all the way out there because for some strange reason it couldn’t be changed. They never provided an explanation why they didn’t send my prescription to my preferred pharmacy or let me choose and second option.
I don’t usually like to write reviews but when it comes to healthcare, especially profit based urgent care center, I think we should publicly discuss our experiences.I’ve been to this location twice now and the actual care I received in-office was fine. The front desk staff is a little disorganized but, whatever. Both times I was seen by an NP. After leaving the pharmacy and realizing one of the 3 rx’s the NP and I had discussed prescribing was missing (and quite frankly the most important one) I called to sort it out. I was told that the NP hadn’t actually prescribed the medicine to me (??). I explained the situation and asked if they could please speak with the NP about this. The nurse was not solution based, and kept repeating herself - we can’t speak with the nurse bc she isn’t here, we don’t know her phone number (??), don’t know when she’s working next and no, another nurse cannot review your chart. My only option was to come back in and pay another copay, despite me having no new symptoms / changes and this being a mistake on AFC’s end. I ended up going elsewhere for care because I was turned off by the attitude I received from the nurse.These types of urgent cares are a dime a dozen in this city, so I’d advise going elsewhere. If you do go, double check your paperwork before leaving.

Not too long of a wait, and very friendly staff. I’m always embarrassed being around people when I’m sick, but the staff made me feel at ease and explained all of the procedures patiently and professionally. I got prescribed medication right away and my preferred pharmacy.

Had to get some stitches from a yard work accident. After waiting for 2.5 hrs at the emergency room, we headed to AFC and they got us in and out in about an hour. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and patched me up perfectly. Don’t waist half your day waiting at the hospital for a non-life threatening procedure!!!!
I usually go to Peachtree immediate care and they didn’t want to take me in. Annoying because I went to two different locations (one as a walk in and the other I set up an appt online and had to drive 30 min to!) . I came across AFC urgent care called to see if they take walk-ins/insurance and it was already 7pm at this point and they said yes come right in! I came in and they took me super quick comparing to peachtree immediate care they told me I would have had to wait 3 hours to even be seen!!! So happy with AFC they knew exactly what I had gave me some medicine and I was out the door at like 7:30pm!!! So happy & in less pain!! I would never go back to peachtree. This will be my new urgent care.

Um. What? I visited this office in 2021 and just got a phone call Im being sent to collections for an unpaid bill. Ive never gotten a bill, never even gotten a phone call...Based on other reviews this is a real problem with this place. An office with totally inept billing staff is now damaging peoples credit ratings? Amazing.Avoid this place.

Horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE. I received inadequate medical care. Came in about a rash I thought was Head Foot and Mouth Disease. They told me there was no point in testing since it’s a virus but offered a steroid shot that was supposed to help my symptoms. Clearly the doctor needs more training because steroids in fact makes everything WORSE when it comes to that virus. I subsequently had to go to the ER and receive an IV to counteract the steroids. Asked what they could do. Offered a free visit but I said I’d like my visit refunded. The office manager Nor has said she’d call me back and has been dodging me since. DO NOT COME HERE
Wish Id seen the negative reviews when it came to treating allergic reactions and their responses. I was offered a free visit and declined and said I just wanted my money back. The manager ducked and dodged me ever since. DO NOT COME HERE. I even saw a nurse drove off with a customers ID and Insurance card. Are you kidding me???
This is the first time I’ve come here, and chose it because my others typicals were booked and they had plenty of openings. I was skeptical but very pleasantly surprised. It was easy to book online, they sent me a text 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know we were on time. I had filled out my paperwork online so all I had to do upon arrival was check in. Place was fairly clean, waiting room could have been a little more updated, but I only waited about 10 minutes until I was called back. From there I received excellent, prompt service and the doctor and nurse were both extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. A very seamless process which is nice in this day in age, particularly when you don’t feel well. I recommend.
I arrived around 7:30 this past Tuesday night (3/14/23), and began to check in with the man at the front desk. My right eye was red and almost swollen shut. After I payed my copay, a lady from the back comes to the front desk and begans to talk about me in front of me to the man at the front. I’m not sure if she was a nurse or MA, but she was extremely rude. She never gave her name, but she had a black wig on with red ends. I heard her mouthing to the guy at the front desk, basically asking him why I was here. I began to ask her if there was a problem, but she never responded and continued to ignore me. She leaves and then comes back to tell the man at the front desk that the doctor is not seeing anymore patients. The manager had to come from his office behind the front desk to go tell the doctor that he was going to see me. I should have asked for a refund at that moment, but my eye was really bad. I, myself, am a nurse and I would never make my own patient feel how they made me feel that night. If they have a cutoff for when they are seeing patients, that should have been posted somewhere, and they could have turned me away prior to taking my payment. The man from the front desk takes me to the back. I reluctantly go to the lady who told us that the doctor wasn’t seeing anymore patients, for my vital signs to be taken. I did not even want her to touch me, with how rude she was when I got there. She got my BP with the cuff wrapped around my elbow and when I said something about that, she said that was the correct way to do it, which is not correct. The actual doctors visits was rushed. The whole experience was bad. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. I’m never going back, and never recommending this place to anyone.
The communication needs to be improved at this place. For example, they said they will call me when results were ready, but they never call me even if the results already came out. I have to make phone calls to check it. This happened several times. They said I will be able to get the docs over the phone, but when I came here, they said extra vaccine was needed because of the very new policy. But I didnt find this new policy on government website and I think they are just not updated with the policy implemented months ago. If they can tell me in advance, I would take the vaccine earlier and possibly in other places so that I can use my insurance. In addition, they said I could take vaccine anywhere if needed when I came here for the test, but later they told me I have to take it in their place and they do not take the insurance.I also did a chest X-ray here. It was a really simple X-ray. But I had to do it four times, because the first nurse cannot do it right, and eventually a second-nurse came to do it.
I went in and told them I was in pain . They immediately sprung into action to try to help me. The staff was very friendly. The office , the room and the bathroom with very clean and tidy. They gave me everything that was needed to kill the pain. I left a happy man. I will recommend his office to anyone that needs care.....
I left before getting service as I was made extremely uncomfortable by the entire staff except one young man. I over heard one say “she doesn’t have insurance” When I clearly stated I did and that I had an electronic card on my app. This was also during the time all of them came to the front (4 people Dr included) and proceeded to stare at me while I was explaining I had insurance in a polite and low tone. I left because if I’m already feeling judged and uncomfortable why would I trust you about my physical health.

Went here last May (2022). Just now getting my bill from the visit. Due to the 16 month delay I am no longer able to use my 2022 FSA account. With so many urgent cares in the area I’d recommend going elsewhere. I’ve never experienced delayed billing like this anywhere else around the area.
From establishing an account, checking and treatment with Medical Technician and Physician our experience was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them. 10 on a 10 scale.
My husband came here for plantar fasciitis. He could hardly walk on a Saturday. He was in pain. He had used new insoles, stretches, pain meds and nothing helped. He went here with the hopes of getting a cortisone shot for relief especially since he was leaving for South Africa in a couple days for work. He gave my husband ibuprofen after the receptionist stated that cortisone shots were offered at the facility for plantar fasciitis. Disappointed and all for the money. Terrible service
Walk-in appointment, treated me promptly, diagnosed the issue, and sent me on my way. Great team!

Unbelievably bad. From the moment we walked in. It smells terrible, the staff is rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there.After waiting over an hour past our appointment time, and not seeing a doctor we told them we were leaving and they didn’t care about that either.We were able to be seen at Piedmont Urgent Care in Chamblee where they took excellent care of us.I don’t know how AFC Urgent Care is in business. 1 star is too many for the way this place operates and treats people. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
What a horrid place. The staff seem friendly, especially the male nurse, and The Office Manager.The place seems to be poorly run.The staff was talkative and friendly but when the owners came in and the mood shifted entirely. The smiles dissapeared and they while still professional werent as talkative anymore it seemed to be more about getting me out the door like I was a number.They did not seem happy.The prior statements of course falls back onto the owners. Happy workers make happy patients.
Everyone was pleasant, I made an appointment online and there were only 2 of us in the waiting room.. Unfortunately. Being there for over 3.5 hours, I thought that it took entirely a lot of time to run through the process of seeing the doctor and getting xrays done and then waiting gor the X-ray review documentation from a 3rd party in order for the doctor to see me and give remedy. I was surprised no one took my temp. But they did check blood pressure.One staff member was a little short with his attitude, but the others made up for him. The location was very convenient. The doctor was great.
They were so nice and helpful. Was in and out within an hour. Great experience!
Convenient location but not sure the point of making an appt and completing paperwork on line. I made an appt for 11:50 at 10 am. Showed up on time and waited one hour 20 min to be seen. Then seen for 1 minute and waiting again for xray.
The employees at the front desk were friendly and kind. However it took us an hour to be seen even after we had made an appointment online and had a specific time. The doctor who saw us didnt seem to be very connected. She seemed like in a rush and busy. Ultimately she didnt pass my daughter for the exam so we still had to go and get more work done.
I used to go to this one all the time but they switched doctors and now it is terrible. She is refuses to prescribe proper dosage for illnesses even when you have a medical history. It is really crazy, last time I went and I was so sick and DR. BESHAH diagnosedMe (an asthmatic & Covid positive) patient with Nasal spray. I gave it 2 chances, I am never going back here again.
The staff was friendly and they waived my blood sugar test fee (which I thought was a weird fee anyway) so that I would buy the recommended wrist brace (also don’t know why I was charged for that) but the doctor made me feel like there was zero effort in my diagnosis. They didn’t take my weight or anything and I was -literally- in and out. Take your money somewhere where they actually care about their patients because they don’t care at ALL about you here.
They quote $70 and then bill $400.Afc ..I did call.. I asked for line item invoice. I was told there was only one line.. office visit, no test except blood pressure were done. They never sent an invoice.
Went in at 8 this morning. Waited 10 minutes and no one talked to me. Then someone came out and let everyone waiting know that the receptionist wouldnt be in for 20 minutes to check anyone in and there was also no provider there so they couldnt touch any patients
The staff was great! Everyone was kind the begging to end! I would love to shout out the front desk staff and Hannah! Thank you for making my visit easy and comfortable!
The only reason Im giving 4 stars and not five, is the employees did not all introduce themselves &/or had name tags. Not having name tags on has happened in other medical places. That would be a benefit so I would know who to ask for and if I wanted to compliment them.They were very helpful, and I got a thorough print-out of my symptoms, results.

This place is run by very professional staff. I came here to do my Medical package for immigration and the process was really fast and easy. The doctors, nurses and receptionists were very nice and friendly.

The AFC Urgent Care is the best urgent care facility that I have been to in Atlanta by far. Its so clean!! And the staff is very friendly and all seem genuinely happy to be working there and happy to help you. I loved my doctor and nurse!! They were both very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and truly wanted to help me feel better and took the time to do so. They didnt just check my vitals and send me on my way with a prescription, they took the time to really find out why I wasnt feeling good. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back next time I visit an urgent care!!
The experience was brief but good. I went in for a cat bite. Spoke with the nurse who got my vitals, then with the doctor who quickly got me a prescription for antibiotics. I also received a tetanus shot. However, I think there was a miscommunication about how I was to be discharged as I just sat in the exam room for 5 to 10 minutes with no one, and only realized I could leave when I walked to the front desk.
What a great place! I called to see if I could get a Covid test, I spoke with a very friendly and helpful person about my symptoms and she set me up with an appointment that evening. Went in to a very clean waiting room and was checked in quickly and didnt have to wait long. Was able to quickly get the test done, the nurse was great and then the Dr. came in. She was fantastic, I really wish I remembered her name, but super helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and was patient and kind. They said I would have my results on Monday (I went in Thursday evening). They called Monday evening and provided my results as they said they would. I will use this facility for my urgent care needs moving forward. Great facility and great people!
The best service ever. Dr. Crowell was wonderful, very informative and explained step by step what should happen and my role towards better health. The staff was very welcoming and the office very clean.Thank you
This office didn’t go through a thorough exam. They didn’t even take my temperature when I came in. They did a covid test but didn’t run any other tests like a flu test or anything else. The doctor was in the room for all of two minutes, didn’t ask me any questions about my symptoms, looked at my throat and nose, then said she was giving me an antibiotic and walked out the door without saying anything else or asking if I had any questions. I understand that it’s an urgent care, and they are trying to move quickly, but the bedside manner was very poor.
Ive always had a very good experience here with both office staff and doctors. Today was no different. I felt like I received the time and information I needed to be confident in both the diagnosis and treatment.

When I came to the urgent care I was extremely nervous about having my blood drawn. The staff there was very welcoming, especially the medical assistant Morgan who did a fantastic job taking my labs. Morgan helped me throughout the process. Great job!!!
Was seen promptly during my visit. The edifice is clean , quiet and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely personable. One of the nurses ( Jessica) I believe her name was, was awesome ! They even gave me a referral to a dermatologist for a Completely unrelated issue than what I came in for. Wonderful experience. I will definitely come here again, if need be. Thank you
No one ever REALLY enjoys visiting an Urgent Care, but the kind staff at this location made it as painless as possible. There was a small wait (maybe 5-10 minutes) to process all insurance information, but once I was fully checked-in I was in and out. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Everything also seemed very clean and organized. So happy to have a nice Urgent Care so close to home!
Came in there a few weeks ago and the male nurse was so kind and helped talk me down from panicking during my blood draw.He walked me through it and was very reassuring.Unfortunately the rest of the visit was utter garbage.Front desk was rude, felt like thry were just getting me in and out and saw me as nothing more than a paycheck.Honestly you could get better care at piedmont.
Probably one of the best urgent cares in the area. Friendly and quick service. They were great with our child.

I had a wonderful experience at this new Urgent Care. The staff and the doctor were wonderful. They were very concerned about me. I needed fluids, I was shaking and very dehydrated they had a very difficult time finding a vein. They finally found one, and I was there for 2 hours total only because it took so long. They kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. I could not be happier with my experience with them. I and definitely a repeat customer.
I needed a Covid test done for surgery ! I had called that morning to the Urgent Care the front desk was very helpful with information about the test. I arrived 30 minutes before closing I know that a no no Lol !! because I am a nurse but the team was great and got me in and out !! Thanks ladies have a blessed New year!!
Best service, care and staff ever. The nurses are all friendly, efficient and professional. Dr Crowell made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment. Having never been there, it was a smooth process without a lot of cumbersome paper work. 5 stars!
Dr was fine but the staff naw and wear gloves she put the alcohol without gloves wow and even today to get the reading staff needs to be more welcoming of clients
The absolute best care Ive received hands down!From the front desk to the doctor, I had such an amazing experience visiting this urgent care (after being told that there would be an 1.5 hours at facility 🙄). Front desk asked if I needed anything, as I was the only person waiting when I got there (awesome). Dr. Gupta was very patient, kind and considerate of my sever stomach pains and was able to assess my situation and come up with a cost effective and appropriate diagnosis and treatment for me. The waiting area was clean and had a plethora of waters and coffee. They also had those face masks in case you needed one. She called me today to check in on me, which is refreshing. I will definitely be back to this urgent care if I need anything else.
Awesome service and care yesterday. From the front desk until I left, caring and compassionate service. I have been in nursing almost 30 years and have never received such awesome service at an urgent care facility. I was coughing so badly, I was given a cup of green tea and ginger while I waited. I have everything I need to follow up with my MD today. Thank you at AFC Urgent Care. You are definitely my go to place.
They are always sweet and pleasant been coming here since they open. I stay 45 min away but its worth it every time. Very patient and efficient u just cant find that everywhere.Update 11/21/21 I was supposed to be called about my lab work when I called them 2 weeks later I get bad customer service because I called 6xs before they picked up all I wanted was my results. Dont tell me someone called me and they got voice mail but dont leave a message. I will not come back its sad I like the office but customer service goes a long way. So my iron is low I been walking around 2 weeks couldve passed out but they called 😒
Doctors office was fast and discreet. The doctor really explained my symptoms and helped prescribe a misdiagnosis from a previous doctor. Incredible knowledge here! Staff was super friendly. Also, the assistant drew blood perfect on first try. If you don’t like getting stuck she makes it painless. Would highly recommend.
The waiting room was clean, front desk staff was prompt and kind, triage went quick and also very kind, the staff listened to my hx and got me take care of. I wont hesitate to go back... Hopefully I dont need to in the near future.
Although the cost is pretty decent, the women at the front desk casually violate HIPAA. I witnessed a gentleman enter and the front desk women were bickering and acting like teenagers. They kept asking him to be specific for his reason for coming in and what prescription he was trying to refill. I should not be able to hear those questions. Those should be asked when taken back to triage. He ended up walking out. Im embarrassed for him, that was entirely unprofessional.
Sliced my finger open and needed stitches and the staff here could not have been better! They got me right in and stitched up, and were so kind and supportive. The space is immaculately clean and sterile, with all social distancing and other COVID-19 procedures followed to a tee. I genuinely enjoyed the time I spent with the staff there and am looking forward to my follow-up visit! It is rare that an urgent care visit is so outstanding and enjoyable, especially in a pandemic, but AFC knocked it out of the park! A huge thank you!!!
I never write reviews negative or positive, but this is by far the best urgent care we have ever been to. First, our insurance changed and the woman at the front could not validate. She proceeded to look us up in 10 different providers until she finally found it, got us validated and gave me all the info for future use. Second, I was there with my four year old boy, they offered him a little juice while we waited. There is water and coffee. Its clean, professional and the NP had great bedside manner and a great personality. No attitude at all from anyone, which is always refreshing. I would say, PLEASE give the woman at the front desk a raise. She is fantastic!!!To the woman below, that got antibiotics for a cold.....If you knew it was a cold, why go in to see a NP? If you didnt want antibiotics, why accept them? Why not ask for something else? How do you know it was viral and not bacterial? Was it a precautionary measure?
Facility and staff was clean and nice they provided great service. Just the wait time was a bit too long just to have two walk-ins but I understand there was on 1 provider.
“Family” urgent care did not have a provider who would see children. Was informed of this at the front desk, after reserving a time and checking in online, including providing DOB for patient (my son) and insurance information. Wasted our time.

If I were just considering my interaction with the nurse, I would give 5 stars; however my interaction with the Doctor was disappointing. She was extremely insensitive towards my situation and provided little to no guidance. As a medical provider, it is important to be respectful and aware of the impact the information you are delivering can make as well as to provide some sort of recommendation. She did none of these things.
Excellent. I was in a jam for an eval for my daughter. Took her to urgent care near us in past and long story short ended up leaving. Last second drove up here. The place was packed (was memorial day around noon) but the staff did an incredible job keeping the place moving. Following up had to go back the next day for a few signatures on some forms. In and out in 5 mins. I thought Id be there for 30 minutes. The entire staff including Amber and Dr Crowell are great there. I hope I dont need to take myself or daughters in more than I need to in the future but if I do Ill definitely be going back there.
It is never fun to go to urgent care, but if you gotta go, this place is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and clearly patient oriented. I have been there several times and drove across town to use their services. Impressive organization!

The woman at the front desk was wonderful, as well as the male nurse. The doctor that we saw on 8/7/22 at 11:00am was not the best. Before arriving to this location we went to CHOA urgent care for a sick baby. When the doctor saw us at this location I explained to her my symptoms and she stated that neither one of us “looked” sick. If we went based off looks, illnesses would remain undiagnosed. She performed a covid/flu test on me along with a strep test. She stated that our results were negative but did not share any proof. The next day I went to another location and tested positive for Covid.
It was a late visit, probably an hour before close for chest pains, but it everything was great. From the front desk to triage and on to the doctor, my experience was easy and breezy. I was able to get an EKG and blood work within the hour. The doctor showed care and concern and a sincere interest in my health. Very grateful. Thank you to everyone!
I enjoy the staff. They were nice, and quick. However, I was told that I would receive my results in 24-48hrs It’s been 72. I am also trying to reach the office and every option sends me to voicemail. When I was in the office before the phone only rang once or twice if that, so I’m not sure why they don’t answer the phone. I either need the results to my test or my money back. I was “seen” by the doctor and all she did was put a stethoscope on my back with my coat still on.... that doesn’t seem like proper practice to me. You guys really need to get it together because people are counting on you and also overpaying for the test. That’s the nicest way I can put it. #DoBetter
Lets start off with the big one. The OWNERS are terrible people They care nothing about your health and only want your money.If there is an issue this place cannot address IE: Head Trauma, The owners want the staff to check you in, triage you, and have the doctor tell you, We cant do anything you need to go to the er so that Services are rendered thus NOT entitling you to any form of refund.The owners are greedy, they dont pay their workers proper wages, and thats why their office is constantly understaffed and ill equip to deal with the most basic of care.They take 0 part in any patient care and dont want to. They just sit at home planning trips to go out of country with money they should be paying employees.The owners would rather keep patients who have threatened staff, threatened other patients, made the work environment hostile, and dangerous for immune compromised patients than discharge patients from the practice for their aggressive behavior.They see patients as nothing more than a paycheck. They would rather waste your time and money only to fill their pocketsGo to piedmont or somewhere else and take my word you are better off not going to AFC
My experience at AFC was positive from the beginning of my visit. The staff is friendly, very caring and professional. The wait was short, the service excellent and I left there feeling so much better. Not all urgent care facilities are equal and AFC in Brookhaven is many cuts above. I will definitely be going back for any urgent care needs I have.
I went by after work at 7:30 and used the online checkin and I was taken back within 5 minutes and out the door in 20! Everyone was so kind and helpful!

Front desk staff member was very delightful, kind, prompt, and professional. She made my experience so much better! I came in 30 minutes before close and was seen promptly after arriving. The nurse was great and very kind. But my main issue is with the practitioner...you shouldnt be prescribing antibiotics for a cold... good thing I know this but others may not. Antibiotics compromise the immune system and are only needed for bacterial infections so Im not sure why I was prescribed Amoxicilllin for a viral infection? This is a poor medical practice and I hope you stop doing things like this... its dangerous to not know how to prescribe the proper medication or lack of if its not needed.
I had an emergent infection while traveling through Atlanta. This urgent care center was able to take me in immediately. I received very competent and friendly care from the nurse practitioner on staff.

I need a refund. He couldnt diagnose me and when I asked for another provider because he didnt know he said no and to make an appointment with a doctor not at an Urgent Care. Also, when describing what was going on he took notes on a paper towel. I was the only one when I got there and left and had to wait a long time. I dont feel I got the treatment I paid for.
I’ve tried to go to this urgent care three times and they always act like they can never help you. They always have an excuse as to why you should go somewhere else. For an urgent care they have no sense of urgency. They don’t care about patients needs. They turn people away all the time just because they don’t want to be bothered. My daughter is super sick and I rushed to take her there, just for them to tell me the doctor won’t see kids. What kind of family urgent care doesn’t see kids? When it clearly says in the description it’s a children’s urgent care as well. I had to wait 4 hours at an er instead with my sick kid. Who treated us way better during our long wait than this place did in the 5 mins I was there. I don’t even leave reviews about places but I had to go out of my way to tell you please don’t even bother coming here if you’re sick. THEY DON’T care about the patients. If I could give them a 0 out of I would.

Thank goodness for AFC Chamblee!! We needed a COVID test last minutely before move-in at UAB. Without it, students were unable to get back to school. AFC Urgent Care and Dr. Momin made it all happen. Went in on Saturday afternoon and had results back in 3 or 4 days. Thank you! AFC is top of the list for our family now when we need attentive care particularly in the evenings and/or weekends. No one plans on getting sick so thank you for fitting us in, and thank you to the physicians and your medical team for all that you are doing during these unprecedented times.
Had a tough time getting them on the phone when I initially called to make an appointment and when I tried calling back to inquire about the status of my test results. BUT, the in-person experience was good. Staff were nice and the process was quick. Went for a COVID test on a Thursday, got my results on Monday. Thats a pretty quick turnaround compared to some other places!
Definitely my go to urgent care the staff is always pleasant and attentive, typically there’s an amazing African American female physician and she’s always awesome. Today I didn’t get to see her! Unfortunately…..and Apparently today I was forced to see the pettiest doctor in the world. I’m there with Covid coughing , sneezing , and using the itty bitty $1 box of GENERIC tissues. As I’m leaving I ask can I keep them, considering I’ve got my body fluids all over the box… she says “the whole box”? I say yes …Remember it’s a half used $1 box of tissue remember I HAVE COVID! …. “She says you can take a couple….and get your own from CVS”. …. WOW…. And to cap it off….. she didn’t make sure my prescription was called in properly at my local pharmacy, which caused them to reject the prescription…. And they were closed before they could correct it. Which forced me to drive from buckhead ALLL THE WAY TO THE WESTSIDE OF ATL To a pharmacy that’s open later! If I ever need to see this doctor again I’ll just be sick……before I let the Tissue hoarding cheap skate care for me ijs…. I can’t do cheap and petty… I mean doctors make decent salaries…you’re counting some dollar store tissue….Smh…. Now someone else is using that Covid covered box of tissue
Very easy, friendly, professional service. Noticed one of my tonsils was infected. Made the appointment Sunday morning, walked in and received prompt friendly treatment within 30 min. I would recommend AFC over other urgent care offices in the area.

I like this place, they take same day walk-ins, which I love and they also do walk-in Covid test, which I have used a good bit. However, they never answer their phones, so if you have issues, you might have to head back in, Ive had to do it twice... Also, they have a weekend doctor who is super rude, but most of them are really great, but I guess that is pretty typical of any business.
Nurse Shazia was amazing! Super professional. I came in for a covid test so I could travel the next day. There were a lot of people in the waiting room. So I thought I was going to be there for a while. I checked in and I was called within 20 minutes. She was flying thru patients and seemed to be the only nurse available at the time. I’m not surprised because she knows exactly what she is doing. She is a very valuable asset to this location and probably deserves a pay raise. This has to be the quickest and most efficient urgent care visit I’ve ever had. This location is awesome!
I love this place. You can schedule yourself online for same day and next day appointments so you dont have to wait. They can do xrays, which not all walk in clinics do anymore. They also handle workers comp visits, including follow up visits as necessary, and they take children 3 and up. They have water, other drinks and candy in the lobby, which is a much appreciated touch, and TVs inside the patient rooms for patients that arent feeling very patient.
I have to be repeatedly get tested for Covid due to my job (annoying, yes) and coming to this clinic is a huge time saver and convenient. I have a sporadic work schedule and cant wait for an appointment days out.They always get me in quickly, which is awesome. The staff here is always helpful and answers all my questions. My last visit they informed me that there is a delay in getting Covid results back from the labs due to the labs themselves being overwhelmed by testing demand. Not thrilled, but understand its a problem all over the US. This is totally my go-to clinic from now on.

Great staff! Great Doctor! I cant say enough great things about the staff there. I dont like going to the doctors office. I normally have to wait a long time and are met with cold, emotionless staff. NOT HERE! The staff was friendly, caring and concerned. They really put me at ease. They did a great job of explaining my condition and answered my questions and concerns. Dr. Yazdi has a great personality and showed great concern for me. He didnt rush, he explained everything very well and showed a great deal of concern. Even though I was a walk-in patient, Dr. Yazdi made me feel like he was my long-term family doctor.
AFC is one of the best facilities I have visited in a long time. Dr. Mansour, Hannah and Nour were very professional and accommodating. I was in and out in a timely manner which is rare!! Thank you for the hospitality.
The worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. I arrived at 5:30pm and left at 8:15pm. The nurse practitioner, Pat, was completely unprofessional. Pat cursed frequently; as other patients would come in the door she would yell, Im not seeing any of them. The nurses failed to get a urine sample from me as I sat there the entire 3 hours. There was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels in the restroom for the urine sample. My urine needed to be sent for a culture. I never received a call back from them. Upon calling them to get the results, I was hung up on three times due to Phone issues. I have called them back 6 times and the phone is continuously ringing. Avoid at ALL costs.
Fantastic, prompt service with kind staff. The paperwork was quick and easy. I went in for some common lab tests as a walk-in. I was in and out in an hour and a half. AMAZING! Theyre also in such a convenient spot. This is my go-to medical provider from now on. :)
Covid testing in this facility was quick and easy. However the receptionist was the worst display of customer service I have encountered in a long time. She never looked at me when I came in, spoke indiferently and getting her to answer questions was like pulling teeth. I left and she never looked up nor provided me with information regarding my visit results. I called 2 days later to follow up and she seemed annoyed at me asking to see if she could look up my results. I was polite and thanked her after she confirmed no results came in yet...and she just hung up on me.**Update...(day 7) I havent got my results and no one picks up the phone.
On my second visit here, I was told it was a two hour wait and I could go home and they would call me to come back. I got called back an hour later, told them I would be there in 10 minutes. I show up and the nurse said she was looking for me for an hour. I told her I was told I could go home because the wait was two hours. She looked confused. She asked me why I was in and I told her I had be here a month ago for a sinus infection and I woke up today with a fever and congestion so I think it’s back. She kept cutting me off and trying to keep the conversation short as if she was too busy to hear me speak. Then I waited in the room for over an hour until I went out and asked the nurses when I was going to be seen. She said “I think you’re next” the doctor immediately came in, asked me where I’d been since i was so “late” I told her I wasn’t late at all, and then she goes “oh we must have forgotten about you.” checked my nose and throat and breathing, then left and came back with a prescription and said “you’re all set” I asked her if she even knew what was wrong with me and she said “well you told the nurse it was a sinus infection” and I said “that’s what I speculated, I wasn’t sure if it is or if these are the symptoms of the flu or a virus” (100.1 fever, body aches, congestion, fatigue) she replied “nope I haven’t seen any flu patients this year.” I said “well I would’ve appreciated a conversation with you even to talk about why I got another sinus infection so quickly after my last” and she said “well the nurse told me you were crying and I didn’t want to upset you” I said “I wasn’t crying....? Also I came here for medical assistance whether I’m crying or not” then she covid tested me and left the room. I tried to call the office to explain my experience and their phones just ring and hang up and they don’t have an email.
Hunter at the front desk was AWESOME from the moment I called until we left the facility. She answered the telephone in a very pleasant, eager to help attitude-this makes a big difference and it also says something about the doctors they work with; its clear they create a very Happy and great environment at work. I would Highly recommend this facility and will definitely use it again.

I needed Urgent Care due to my working hours, so I visited this location after I got off work. The girl at the check in was also the nurse and was so pleasant I actually felt welcome. After a very short wait, I went back to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Farhad Yazdi came in and checked me, gave me some very good information about my problem, sent my prescription to my pharmacy, gave me follow up information, and had the very kind nurse (cant remember her name) give me a shot ...and I was on my way. I wish all doctors offices were as nice and efficient as this one.
Arrived at 6pm on a Monday and I still havent seen a doctor. Only 3 other people in the waiting room. Receptionist is very sweet, vitals girl was kind, but these wait times are ABSURD!! Had I known it would take this long I would have driven the extra five minutes to Piedmont Wellstreet on Druid Hills. I would have been in and out of there three times by now! No magazines or anything in the waiting area either. They do have free coffee and water but with wait times at almost 2 hours and counting on a Monday, not worth it. Wont be back here. Only giving 2 stars because the staff so far has been kind.
Upon recent visit. front desk staff pleasant and expedient. Dr was no nonsense yet thorough. It was if she respected my time as well as her own.check in was breeze, although i had my documents handy. we all should know that ALL medical offices ask for the same stuff (ID, Medical Card, co-payment).i understand the covid test is sent to a special lab. So for me, 4-5 day wait for results suck.. but certainly not the fault of AFC. Watch any news stream... its the same all over the country.
Went in for a standard, employer-mandated test and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Very convenient location and comfortable waiting room. Florrie was professional, thorough and really friendly. I couldnt have imagined a better experience.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude to me, the manager acted as if he didnt care, and the bathrooms smelled of rancid feeces, as if a steaming turn had been given time to fester and ferment. It was absolutely disgusting.Will never come back to this location
I came in twice, two days apart. The first time I was seen after about 30 minutes and was very politely greeted by nurse Florence. She is amazing and did everything to comfort me, as I was in terrible pain. Doctor Rachna saw me soon after and was very attentive to my needs. I left feeling a bit better however I was still in pain so I returned after two days and was seen in about 10 minutes. Again nurse Florence was amazing and Doctor Yazdi saw me immediately. He listened and explained things well. I was in and out in no time. I was finally able to get some rest after great care from the AFC team!
They were very fast and friendly. I was in and out. The doctor answered all my questions and took care of everything I needed. Great Staff.
Shameful. We arrived before 7:30pm, well before their posted closed time 8pm. We were told they were closed and refused service to a 7 year old in obvious pain. No one was waiting in the lobby and the front desk clerk didn’t know where the next closest urgent care facilities were or when they closed. Answer: it’s 2 minutes down the street.
Great service all around. Quick transition from the paperwork to getting FaceTime with the nurses/doctor. Jessica and Karen took awesome care of me, and were great company during my ingrown toenail operation (ouch). Definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you!
Went here on vacation to get tested. They put me and my sister in the same room even though one of us could have been positive. The doctor was extremely rude and abrupt. She didn’t go into any detail about our diagnosis and was very impatient.Three more of our travel companions went the next day and were told they could not get tested. When they were finally let in, the nurse put all three of them in one room, swabbed them and did not keep note of who it belonged to.
Great experience, knew exactly what tests to do (my kid was trying to get his physical for school), we came on time, and left on time, everything done speedily, accurately and completely - and ON TIME! Dont hesitate, go here
So fast and so pleasant and the staff was amazing!!! My nurse Lanea was so friendly and attentive and really took the time to listen to my concerns as a patient, as well as form a relationship with me. Can’t say enough great things about her and this AFC location!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The only 2 pros were getting a quick appointment and the cleanliness of the office.Morally it is wrong to charge customers $150 for a covid test, especially during a pandemic. Me and my coworker arrived together on 7/31 for a covid test. They took my insurance but would not take hers so she had to pay out of pocket. The wait was about 15 minutes untill we were called back. After being swabbed by the nurse we waited in the room about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in for only 2 seconds and barely listened to our lungs. She told us the exact line word for word Clean as a whistle, youre good to go. She did not ask us if we had questions or concerns. We still tried to ask questions and the only response was youre young youll be fine. This was the first red flag. The lack of care confirmed that they are doing this for profit. On our way out we were told we would get our results in 4-5 days (8/4, 8/5). I recieved a call Sunday evening on 8/2 (2days later) with ONLY a verbal confirmation stating I tested positive. I received nothing in writing to confirm this. I asked the nurse to send me whatever it was they were reading it from. I was very distraught but I assured the nurse that these could not be my results because it had only been two days. I asked for my results to be sent over via email immediately. They were not sent. I spoke with my co-worker (who was tested literally at the same time) & she received no results. I called the office everyday asking for proof of my results, my employer stopped by as well and the only remark was we will email them to her. Still there was nothing. I finally spoke with a manager from AFC who called their lab and the manager from the lab confirmed that my test was still at the lab being processed and that those were not my results. Finally she scanned me a document on 8/6 an hour after I called the office frustrated that I still had not received my results. This scanned document apparently came back from the lab shortly after we spoke. It still stated that I was positive. Clearly they were trying to stick to their story or still had my results mixed up with someone elses. She understood my frustration and asked me to come in for a retest because apparenlty I was not the only customer who had received inaccurate results. The manager was not confident in the results and asked me to come in for a reswab. I kindly declined. This company cannot be trusted. It is now 8/8 and my coworker STILL has not received results or any communication from the office. I am very glad that I made an appointment with the Health Department on Tuesday 8/4 after receiving my false call on 8/2. The test was quick, FREE of charge and I received my results in 2 days. NOT DETECTED!! I cancelled my follow up appoinment with AFC and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They should be sued and the nurse that gave several false results to customers should be fired!! This has caused a tremendous amount of emotional distress on me and my family and I was not able to go to work. If youre looking for FREE and accurate results please go to the health department.
Already had to pay full for testing because they dont accept my insurance. Rude and discriminated staff took my blood work. Usually it was done to wait for results but had me waiting for a doc to come in just to say “good bye, you’re done you can leave” for another 2hrs
The visit itself was okay, not the best not the worst. I had tests sent to a lab, not Covid related. I was told I would hear something in 2-3 days. On day 4 I tried calling and no one would pick up the phone so I drove over there. They told me the results weren’t in yet and that they would be by the next day and to call for them. I called 5 times the next day and left a few voicemails and no one called back. Then I called 3-4 more times the day after and left a voicemail each time. No one called me back. I then went back in person and was informed no results were in. I asked them to contact the lab, and they said the lab won’t talk to them (I work in the medical field and know that’s not true). I then asked how to contact the lab myself to check in on what was happening and was shown a phone number to call. I call this number and it’s an AFC URGENT CARE, not the lab number. The lady I ended up speaking to at that number (different than this number) was very rude and wouldn’t listen to what I was asking or help me. I finally found the lab number online, called and was informed that the results had been updated electronically a while ago and that AFC had them. I then called, and no one answered again, so I had to drive back and tell them what the lab said. They then magically found the results and gave them to me.All in all, very unprofessional, not organized, and NEVER answer phones or call you back. The care is okay, but not worth the hassle to find anything out after your visit
I’ve come to this location before and they gave me incredible attention and service. In fact, I came here because another urgent care was so awful. I came today (2nd time in 3 days) to be SEEN by someone, not just get a Covid test. They tested me for Covid and tried to rush me out once I got a negative result, even though I asked to be seen by the doctor. Then they told me they would send them in, and I’ve been here for over an hour and a half just waiting. The nurse comes in and tells me the doctor is in a meeting and “do I want to wait?”. Ignoring patients so that you don’t have to treat them is unacceptable.
I made my first telemedicine appointment yesterday. There was an issue with the video connection and I was called immediately and my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time with a medical facility.

I went here about a week ago. The staff and doctor were ok. Ended up being diagnosed for something I didn’t have but I don’t think all the symptoms had manifested at that point - or no one took time to ask the right questions. The reason for the 1 star review is that the bed that I was asked to sit on was dirty. There were still blood stains on it from the last patient. They had pulled new paper over the bed but hasn’t taken the time to get the BLOOD stain off the plastic bed. I should have said something but I was so grossed out I didn’t know what to do. I’ll see if I can upload the picture.
I came in for suture removal at 11am and it is 4:20pm and I still am waiting for the doctor. She refuses to come see me after waiting all this time. I’ve communicated the length of time of my wait to the staff which they’ve communicated to the doctor and now she is punishing me.
Arrived at 8am. There is no receptionist. We were advised there is also no doctor here and won’t be in until 8:45-9am when the office opens at 8am. We were told the doctor comes from Rome and is usually late on Wednesday. The staff is unable to check anyone in and/or perform services when a doctor is not present.
I took my 8 year old in for an infection. Staff and Dr. Crowell were amazing. I highly recommend this place!
Personal overall was nice, but doctor Angela seemed to be in a huge hurry. I had to stop her from leaving the room twice to ask her for and effective drug to treat inflammation (she send me home with just amoxicillin) and to give a excuse for work. Maybe she had a bad day, but still is people who is not feeling well you are dealing with, and would be nice to have someone at least bother to listen to the reasons you are visiting their office.
This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. I went in for an abdominal issue and was treated promptly and kindly. NP Rachna Gupta and Lanea were bright, incredibly helpful and took my health seriously. I know that’s not the best way to spend a Labor Day weekend so I appreciate them and their care so much. I would absolutely recommend this facility and the intelligent women who practice there.
I was in town visiting family on a weekend when I began to feel as if I was coming down with something. I found AFC Urgent Care through a recommendation. They were very professional, super friendly and very efficient. I was in, diagnosed and out before the family had breakfast!
I went to this clinic today for pre-employment drug screening. The person at the front counter was not friendly at all. She asked what was I there for without a proper greeting at all. The look on her face said that she was either not having a good day or she didn’t want to work today. They had just opened so I’m not sure why she was in a bad mood. I said, “good morning” as she should have said to me and I handed her the paper for the drug screening. She told me that they did not have the necessary “e cup” that would be needed for the test, so not only were they not prepared to render a service that they provide, they also provided unacceptable customer service. This is really surprising to me, especially with all the good reviews that I read before I selected this facility.
Really happy with my first visit here. Front desk was nice, friendly, and efficient. Only got an x-ray and was extremely pleased with the tech. Could not have been nicer. Very happy with my visit. I hope o wont need to return, but I am coming here if I need and urgent care

Helpful, sympathetic to my condition, pleasant, very thorough examination. My only negative comment is that it took longer than I expected but then it was the day before a holiday. I would definitely go again if i needed to.

The doctors were nice and helpful, but the receptionist named Stephanie was RUDE, had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and she tried to SCAM ME on top of that! First time I went there this morning to get a physical, I was told it was $50 for the physical and nothing else, so I went down there and was ready to pay. However, she told me that it would total up to $515 for Lab-work and vaccines, which I didn’t even need. So I left without paying and tried to find another doctor’s office, but my grandmother insisted that we go back because she became suspicious about Stephanie and called AFC again. This time, she told her that the Physical only costs $50 and nothing more, different from what she told me. So we went down there again and she still had the same nasty attitude from the first time I went down there. This time, I only paid the $50 and got the physical I needed. As I said before the Doctor’s were kind and courteous to me and my grandmother, and my grandmother told her about Stephanie and how poor her customer service was. I was told by one of the doctor’s to do this review in order for higher ups to see this so I really hope this is seen by the manager, because this woman tried to overcharge me for no reason and gave me terrible customer service.
