The dentists here are very cruel they made me suicidal. I have found better more skilled dentists who actually care about their patients and job. These people have no empathy, cannot do a proper job, and belittle you. If all the other 1 star reviews isn’t enough to prevent you from coming here, then good luck and i wish your experience is better than mine.
Went there for a Covid-19 vaccine booster shot appointment. The staff there are nice and friendly. The overall office environment however, is not suited for Covid vaccination IMO. The space is rather small and crowded, too many people are forced to be seated in a tight waiting room, increasing the chance of cross-infection.
Went in for STD testing and it took about an hour for a walk-in appointment. the staff was super kind and welcoming, the nurse did a great job with the blood draw and the place had a nice atmosphere.the one drawback is that the call system they have is a little clunky, so i recommend stopping by and scheduling an appointment and whatnot in person.
Went to get our Covid booster shot and this was the most disorganized mess I have witnessed from a public service. The people here take no pride in their job and are absolutely on a power trip over scheduling. Do not go here and expect a fast helpful service at all.They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no understanding of their own appointment system and will berate people or try to shame them when you try to get in.
In our two trips only did d ray . I never seen anything like this in any dental clinic. Something is very wrong about this place , two three appointments for just c ray and the more than 3 appointments for cleaning. Why waste people’s time . I never seen any dentist in last 20 years doing cleaning in sessions , wasting people’s time . Who does 15 minutes appointments in the world for dental work . Fifteen minutes just pass by sometimes just in the waiting room and then they tell you to go home . Public health clinics, doesn’t look like doctors get paid to do the job , who is stealing people’s tax money
Super easy to get an appointment for COVID-19 primary series and boosters for adults and children online. The staff were courteous and respectful. I’ve there three times and it was a delightful experience every time. The location is also very convenient.
Took my baby here for his COVID vaccine and the staff were friendly, efficiently and helpful!Not sure why people gave this place a bad review but the whole process was very organized and quick. Definitely took the worry out of something that could be stressful for first time parents!
The experience ranged from OK to horrific. One dentist treated me so roughly that it caused a lot of unnecessary bleeding and I cried and they either did not notice or care. Another time, the cavity filling was ragged, uneven, and left a sharp edge that was uncomfortable on my tongue, it felt fragile like itll break off. Long waiting times both in the lobby to be called and to schedule the next appointment- they are often filled up for three or more months ad a time and rescheduling can be a nightmare. Almost 15 minutes waiting on the phone. I understand that this is a turbulent time for medicine b/c of Covid and that this is a public, not private, health facility but it can still do better. With that said, it does seem like its trying its best to be accomodating- several other dentists I had here are friendly and amicable, the people in the lobby front desks are understanding, and, oddly enough, the architecture/interior design is weirdly comforting.Just cross your fingers and hope you get a good practitioner, its kind of like rolling dice- will todays dentist do their job well or will I be spitting out blood for the next several hours from a routine cleaning? Who knows? Gotta take the gamble.

The clerks at the front are pretty bad with service and explanation however the dental and doctors are alright. They attention to explanation to my care need to be way improved and overall needs to run more effectively!!!

APPLE HEALTH, UNDER THE DISGUISE OF PROMOTING healthy lifestyles, PREVENTING & RESPONDING TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES BUT NOT REALLY RESEARCHING DISEASE AND INJURY PREVENTION THAT ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO VACCINATIONS they promote. I would be interested in the response you would receive from these doctors if you were to ask about the ingredients in the vaccinations they promote or the long term side effects or injury directly connected to them. Some vaccinations are required in Washington state, but you CAN BE EXEMPTED FOR religious reasons by your doctor, however, the doctors here will NOT sign off on religious exemptions for their patients because we can only assume that the financial incentive to vaccinate patients is far more important. Instead, they claims that some vaccinations are required but fully aware they can exempt those whom have religious beliefs that DO NOT ALLOW us to receive these vaccinations out of respect for our religious beliefs and receipt of foreign and unnatural substances in our bodies and its WRONG. Thats not right! Run away from organizations that push you to put things in your body that we KNOW cause side effects and long term problems to your health.
Honest to God, I dont get the bad reviews for this place at all. I think people in Seattle just like to complain, to be honest.Yesterday, I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to receive my COVID-19 booster. Despite being packed, I was seen within five minutes of my scheduled time. The nurse, Karson, was friendly and funny, and I never even felt the poke on my arm! In the waiting area, I was briefed about potential side effects.Also, I was impressed that almost all the employees were bilingual!Do the smart, right thing and go get your boosters, here or anywhere else that offers them.
Professional and helpful staff. Most of whom are bilingual. The only thing I dont like is that it takes forever to get an appointment with your preferred provider, as they are usually only there one or two days a week. However, in my experience, unless its an urgent matter, it is worth it to wait.
My wife and I went to this center for covid booster. The staff was super polite, efficient and friendly. Very well organized and explained. They further took the time to re-enter our the 2 doses which we had outside the US into CDC portal after verifying our vaccine certificates. Public service at its best! Thank you EPHC!
I utilized the teen clinic on multiple occasions throughout high school. All of the staff is extremely friendly and non-judgemental; I’m a shy person and get nervous in new situations but I always felt completely at ease when I was at the clinic. The doctors are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very welcoming environment! Wait time is sometimes lengthy but it’s hard to complain about that when you are getting free std and family planning services as a teen. Cleanliness of waiting rooms/ common areas could be improved but the actual exam rooms are very clean, just like a typical doctors office! Hope this helps, don’t be nervous!! I wish that I had used this so much more as a teen!
I visit this health center 3 times during the Covid period to get my vaccinations. Every time they are really helpful and friendly. I really feel like there is a friend in Eastgate. I don’t know how to thank them. Definitely a five star.
I went to the clinic because I no longer have insurance, and needed my hypertension meds. The staff there took excellent care of me. Also I would like to thank Sandrea Reid, for paying particular attention to my situation. She was kind, helpful, and guided me in the right direction. She was literally a lifesaver. This is a fantastic clinic, and everyone there deserves kudos for their helpfulness, and expertise. I thank you all, for what you do!
DO NOT GO IN FOR DENTAL CARE!!! Twice Ive gone in for a filling and they damaged my tooth so badly that it had to come out. These teeth could have been fixed with a reputable dentist. Ive endured serious infections and I had a filling come off to show a bunch of rot that they had missed and now my cavity is twice as deep because of the drilling. These people dont care what happens to you they will leave you with terrible unfinished work that will lead to infections or an extraction of the tooth. Im begging anyone and everyone to not go in for dental care. These people dont know what theyre doing.
Ive always liked it here. Always felt like I was treated with a certain kindness that I appreciate. I like that they arent a large, fancy-schmancy hospital but a smaller, more modest but well-kept and dignified facility, and that they seem to focus on wanting to help those that may be on the less privileged side of things. I feel like they try, and that says a lot, because I often dont get that sense in most other places, and it means a lot to me. Thats just my take on them, though, my own experience.
The worst place ever to do your dental appointments-Waited 1hour before seen-Booked a cleaning appointment then after 1h. waiting and checking they didn’t do cleaning and told me that we can’t do checking and cleaning in same appointment they just took the money for x-ray and checking for no reason.-The doctor didn’t know fake from the real teeth.🤣
Ive tried making appointments here for dentist . The lady rep. Didnt even give me a chance to tell her what was going on. And ended up cutting me off when I did talk. She rudely asked me Question ! You guys really need to start hiring people with actual customer service . Or move people were the belong and work better . Im not coming here anymore and not reccomending anyone here.
Good and clean facility. Very experienced staff. Fantastic services considering limiting funding. Answering phone takes a long time. If possible, better to schedule your next appointment when you are in the facility.

The front desk staff was fantastic, and my RN who helped me that day, Beth Kruse, was over-the-top amazing with explaining everything that I had to ask. I would rate her help 10 stars if I could, her ability to personally connect with patients is amazing.
Have gone here since I had my 3 month old love doctor shen, but when you call to make an appointment either you don’t get anyone on the phone or they make you verify all your information and everything like you’ve never been a patient there. 30 minutes for them to tell me I have to call my insurance to make an appointment is frustrating

Waiting time is horrible. At least 20-30 min wait when you are there.Doctor’s skill is good, wic staffs are helpful, but every time we wait longer.During the day, it’s very difficult to connect by phone. When you wait 8 minutes the phone will be disconnected automatically. Don’t know the reason.
My family goes here to receive WIC for our foster nephew. Theyve been great. The appointments are always very quick, they are very accommodating to children, and the nutritionist is excellent. To me, this office is an example of public services working correctly!
No respect to patient personal time. I had an appointment at 9am, waited 1.5 hour. Went to bathroom for a minute, and they told me they took another patient. So I need to wait another hour. Would not recommend this place.
Checking daughter in at dentist and was never checked in more than a hr has gone by ask to speak to a manager they ignored me and said sorry that someone will see her soon I will look for a different dentist for my 4kids and self you would think they would have double checked please know the people in your waiting room.😕😕😕

Horrible customer service. Called twice before i could get a hold of someone and the wait time is crazy long. I waited 20 - 40 mins with my son before we were called back for the dentist appointment. It took for ever to get through the appointment as well.
It makes me sad to see all the bad reviews on here! Eastgate Public Health is awesome! Theres a pharmacy on site. Theyll work with you to make things free or affordable. The staff is dedicated to their patients. Funding limits what they can do but they do what they can.
Idiots. Trying to find out about Legionairres disease in Bellevue. Put on hold by three different people and then disconnected. Called back, put on hold by two people & got disconnected. The staff - one named Liz - cannot even figure out their own phone system. I am on my third call and on hold again but have silence, so I am probably disconnecteed again. Do not have time for a forth attempt.
Unprofessional staff !! Careless people doesnt matter how important your medicine is sometimes it takes days to get your refills bcuz the doctors dont respond on pharmacys request for refills easily. Sad
Theyve been very helpful answering my questions when calling in multiple times. You might not necessarily love the rules theyre required to enforce, but my experience with the folks here has been only positive.

THEY CALL CPS IN THE DENTAL PART EVERY TIME children have anything but a perfect mouth and body they call cps its horrid my son has eczema they called cps daughter had a small cavity they called cps

Wait time for a phone is horrible. You wait at least 45 minutes or longer to talk to someone. Sometimes they disconnect your phone after a long wait for up to 45 min to an hour.
What a horrible place! The most inefficient place I have ever seen. So many small-minded people that are so concerned about their 2 square inches that they don’t care about the people they are supposed to serve!

This is despicable coming from someone we are supposed to trust. Terrible service in answering the phone, they leave you waiting for more than 1 hour. Even if you talk again, you dont answer. The receptionists are always more concerned with talking about their personal things than with answering the phone. Terrible
