Had to rotate doctors when I went here, had one of my appointments with Dr Bailey and he walked in immediately talking about my weight and said you had a nice figure going into this, lets not ruin it. I refused to see him again after that. He told me you should only gain 20 lbs your whole pregnancy. And I am by no means over weight and wasnt then. Its ridiculous to say every woman should gain only 20 lbs during pregnancy and make them feel so bad about it. I knew older women who had him with their deliveries and they were shocked, he must have lost his bed side manner, well he definitely did. On another note Dr Seale delivered my daughter and just seemed in a rush to get it done one way or another. I felt like an object and not a patient, during labor she would pop in you ready to throw in the towel yet? Because she just wanted me to give into a c-section already since induction and labor was taking so long and I wasnt making progress. When I was later told I had to have the csection I had a full blown panic attack, I dont know the name of the male doctor that assisted during but him and the nurses were the only comforting ones.
At first I was a little dubious because out of the 4 women that I talked with only one smiled, or was friendly at all, but Dr. Gorman made me feel comfortable immediately and put me at ease. He was very friendly, thorough, informative, and was very considerate of all of my concerns and questions. Later, on the phone, I had to verify cost of procedure with Sarah and she was very friendly, and so was the first lady that I spoke with, I wish that I had written her name down. Its sad that being friendly is now considered a bonus. My friend recommended Dr. Gorman because she says that he saved her life. So far Im very pleased with him.
I made the switch to Park Hill and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Bailey met with me at my initial infertility consult. He was very kind, personable, and actually cared hearing about my previous traumas. I am very excited to now have a plan and a new OBGYN! :) Thank you Parkhill and Dr. Bailey!
Im currently in the office waiting. Ive been here for an hour and 10 minutes. Still in the lobby. These folks delivered my kiddos. But the complete lack of respect for peoples time is unacceptable. I work too. I need to go back to the office. But I need to see a doctor. I waited months to be seen.
They will do anything to get your money and keep it. They told me I would get my deposit back when I got Medicaid and they are saying they won’t do it anymore because I wasn’t a patient for 2 months. The administrator recommends I email her because she won’t speak to me. They do NOT care once you pay. Please dont go here.
I saw Dr. Gorman here for my general OBGYN and the majority of my pregnancy. Dr. Gorman is a great doctor who I would definitely use as a general OBGYN. There are several policies around birth that will be having me look elsewhere for my next pregnancy. I had Dr. Sayler for my delivery. I only pushed for 25 min but, she was forcefully tugging around the head of my baby to speed up the process. There was no need to go that fast baby was perfectly healthy and handling contractions well. It caused extra swelling, and bruised nerves down below. It was an early morning delivery and her pager was going off so I get that she probably had another patient but that doesn’t excuse being overly forceful and not taking the time to ensure one delivery is done as well as as it can be. It could have been a bit slower and would have caused less issues in recovery. The financial advisors were not helpful of clear at the initial pregnancy consultation. The nurses were not helpful at all throughout my entire pregnancy when it came to general questions or concerns. For labor and delivery you get whatever doctor is on rotation. The Bentonville office is better than the Fayetteville office. The Fayetteville office receptionist who schedule you as you leave are often rude.
They will treat you bad and take your money. If you try to change clinics they will charge you an absurd amount for appointments. Do not go here. We switched over to willows creek and they’re 100x better. Elaine and Leslie were rude and did not try to help. I wish I looked at all these reviews before I came here.
Came in for an annual checkup and asked about one thing on what to prepare for getting pregnancy. Got billed an extra charge for that question in the same appointment. This place seems to be popular, but lack of empathy with patients. It wasnt pleasant to talk to the staff both in office and on the phone. Will not come back to this money grabber place.
DONT GO!!Breached doctor/patent confidentiality! I saw Dr. Hilton and asked about something VERY sensitive. When I was walking out I saw her with other nurses and girls behind the desk laughing at me and she was telling them all what had happened in the room!!! Please please please don’t trust these people!!
I am shocked to see several poor reviews. That has not been my experience in the least.I have found the staff to be very pleasant and professional with a genuine care for the individual.Dr. Partridge is without question the most honest and competent Gynecologist I have ever been to. I absolutely recommend not only the Clinic, but HIGHLY recommend Dr. Partridge. She is referred to as Dr. Miracle by my husband and I have to agree.Anyone considering hormone replacement therapy should seriously consider the BioID option offered. Menopause doesnt need to run your life.
I usually don’t go to a Dr. because of staff, but I have to this time. There has to be plenty of other great Doctors in the area. Haven’t seen the primary Dr. but the staff is very rude on the phone. I was talking and the girl kept talking over me. I know they are busy, but have some respect and customer service. The person did call back quickly after leaving a message. I saw Dr. Seale (Gynecologist) and she seemed to be a good Dr. Most of that side experience was pretty good, except they didn’t call with lab results like I was told they would.
Being unfamiliar with the area, the actual location was a little confusing BUT the receptionists where so sweet & informative, the MA/CNA whichever was very nice, my nurse was great, Dr. Hinton not only was very personable but that was the quickest and easiest Pap smear I’ve ever had, and to add the cherry on top, her phlebotomist was THE BEST. My only minor complaint would be that the nurse, maybe?, who was trying to schedule my follow up got a little attitude with me not being able to do certain days but whatever. Quick in and out appointment in a comfortable environment!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!It took several days and multiple calls to get a callback. Once I finally spoke to someone they did get me in the next day, but the dr did no tests, looked at me, decided what it was, gave me medicine and told me to call if it didn’t get any better. I called after I had finished the medicine because I wasn’t better. The callback told me the dr wasn’t in but would be in the next day and would be told what was going on. 6 days later I have received no call, no information. It seems to me they do not care about their patients.
I love Parkhill and all the doctors here. Going through my first pregnancy I got the chance to meet just about all of the doctors and the transition from doctor to doctor was seamless. They are very accommodating to schedule when it is convenient for me. The nurses and front office are always cheery and personable. I rarely had a wait time.
I love Parkhill Clinic! All of the doctors are wonderful and the staff is friendly as well. Even though they see lots of patients, they do a great job making you feel like you are important. Dr. Hix has excellent bedside manner and his calm demeanor and caring personality make me feel at ease. He always makes me feel comfortable and happily answers my many questions without rushing through appointments. Both of my pregnancies have been higher risk due to gestational hypertension and Dr. Hix has always been very kind and thorough in his plan for care, which is extremely important to me. His knowledge and attention to detail makes me feel confident that I’m getting the best care possible. Before my planned c-section, he took time to pray with my husband and I which meant the world to me as a fellow believer and helped calm my nerves. His wife Dr. Partridge is a wonderful doctor as well! I strongly recommend Parkhill Clinic to anyone looking for caring and professional OBGYNs!
From day one Ive felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Seale is a really great obgyn. I believe she does what she truly believes is whats best for each of her patients. She takes the time to explain things and she does it well. My nurse is also wonderful! I would recommend Parkhill clinic for your obgyn.
I have been a patient for over 25 years so it saddens me to write such a negative post, but hopefully it can help people make an informed decision about using them. First of all, the doctors are wonderful, they delivered all 4 of my children and I have always had a pleasant and informative experience with each doctor I have seen. Here are the negatives, the office/staff is solely concerned with the financial side of patient care. Example: today I forgot my insurance card and was treated like a peasant who crawled in off the street asking for charity. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, to the point that I am seriously considering finding a new gyno after 25 years! I understand payments/financials are important, I am an accountant, but to what extent do you go at the expense of patient care? I doubt very seriously the doctors are aware of the way their patients are being treated as I do not believe they would condone such behaviors......
The staff is very friendly and the offices are very clean but they are frequently running late and communication between the locations is poor. I have waited for over an hour past my appointment time on two occasions before even seeing the doctor. Getting calls back from the staff can be difficult when working around a schedule. I call them, then wait for them to call me back but if I’m busy when they call back the whole process starts over. When timing out fertility losing days to communication is very frustrating.
I didnt want to leave this review. I made an appointment here communicating clearly that I was immunocompromised. I asked about their precautions and was told the do not do contact free paper work. It was something manageable and since they stated they are taking all precautions with masks required for all staff and patients I went ahead with scheduling. Keep in mind this was 5 months into the Covid19 Pandemic. When I arrived there was a big meeting outside in a semi included space on their back patio with around 30 employees close together without masks. This is even against both State mandate and City ordinance . If this doesnt bother you, then maybe give them a try, but its not safe for me to put myself at risk. I wasnt initially going to review but this is information that is essential for those considering this clinic.
Extremely high cost (even with insurance). Serious lack of empathy from staff, especially the doctor I saw.Follow up:I was billed for something I did not authorize, I have called to speak with someone about the bill and been re-directed twice, then hung up on twice. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
First visit in Bentonville today. Staff was friendly and kind throughout entire clinic. I saw Dr. Gorman and felt comfortable and respected. I cant say anything negative at all. It was a good experience.
Do not go here. My fiance had tests done over a month ago and they still havent gotten back to us. We have tried to get ahold of the doctor and cant. Awful place. Dont waste your time. They also charged insurance for the tests incorrectly so insurance doesnt want to cover it. Absolute mess. Dont go here unless you want a terrible time.Edit: the tests were TWO MONTHS ago
Everyone is so professional, calming, understanding, and helpful. Visits are quick, but not rushed at all. You really feel at ease and cared for.Dr Terry has a golden heart and I highly recommend him and all his staff.
Dr Hinton is absolutely amazing!!!! I trusted her with my life and she saved it! I will never use anyone else!! She has been such a blessing and will recommend her to EVERYONE!
Excellent front office, nurses are wonderful and Dr. Hinton is a gem. Thank you for your support and service
Awful! Unprofessional! I was literally told, “I’m a doctor!” Well that doesn’t give you the right to make women’s lives harder!
Not sure why an emergency call takes an hour to respond to? Whoever the nurse or Dr is on call should be better prepared or the message service is simply inadequate.
Need to update all communcation on website and recording so times match.

Very unprofessional.
