The staff were very nice and knowledgeable--from check-in, to the nurses and the doctor. I was seen right on time with my appointment, got an X-ray, had it read, and fitted with a boot within an hour. I was on vacation and it was great to be treated for an unanticipated fall in a very clean and friendly and professional clinic.

Terrible service! Definitely would not recommend. They told me they “didnt know what could be wrong because it’s to early to tell “and not offering blood work or x ray for a big lump on my throat pretty ridiculous. How do they have a doctor degree they need to work on expanding options for patients.then charging an insane amount for a 5 minute visit for her to say “I don’t know” but wait time was 45 minutes. Do better!

Great experience. Felt like I had a UTI brewing. It was Friday and too late to get an appointment with my PCP. Went to Mercy Urgent Care and was seen quickly. The doctor was very nice and the test confirmed my suspicion. Sent me on my way to a much more pleasant weekend.

Whole visit took about 30 minutes. At first arrival I was forced to put a card on file for billing and told they would not charge more then $250 at a time. Ive never had to put a card on file before let alone be told funds would just automatically be taken out after being emailed a bill.After getting to a room, I saw a nurse practioner, they ran 2 tests. One for covid and one for flu. The whole reason I went in was for shortness of breath and a lot of pain in my chest. Pain that I have never had and would cause me to drop to my knees. I was told my tests were negative and its probably just a cold going around. Gave me some cough medicine and sent me on my way.Absolutely no answers or actual concern for my chest pain. I ended up having to go to the hospital for proper treatment due to this places lack of concern.

Nothing urgent about this place. Second time I’ve gone in for a Covid test and the wait is 3+ hours but there’s minimal patients waiting to be seen. Better just going and getting an at home test.

The ability to reserve a spot and wait in the car is greatly appreciated, I believe that reduces exposure among ill individuals. The staff have all been great. I did have to wait nearly half an hour between the initial exam with the nurse and then the actual test with the doctor, so they lost a star for that.

Had a really great experience at this urgent care today. I woke up in the night with horrible pain in my ear after being sick with cold like symptoms for a week. I was able to schedule an appointment at 9:30 am (same day), I arrived at 9:15 and was in and out and on my way to a pharmacy by 10. They were friendly, caring, professional, and efficient! I am so thankful for people who work in these medical facilities on nights/weekends, life savers they are!

My advice for future patients is to reserve a time slot on Mercy’s website. I also recommend completing your registration online. This will reduce your wait time at the urgent care facility. You also have multiple metro locations that can help you. The staff at this location were helpful and friendly. They provided clear instructions about the process.

Went to clinic as a walk in for sinus infection. With our insurance plan I only have a co pay unless there are additional tests done. I didnt even see a doctor, just the nurse practitioner for maybe 10 minutes. No tests, just a prescription for Antibiotics for acute sinus infection. I paid my co pay, and then about 4 weeks later I get another bill for $80.55. I tried calling them and they just tell me to call billing, which goes to Central America. My insurance company says it was billed as an Urgent Facility, not an office, so with coding it looks like an ER visit. In this case I have to pay a deductible plus a percentage. Ive Never had this trouble with a walk in clinic before.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE you will be billed over $200 and no one will help you.

My husband fell off a ladder and hit his head on the side of our brick house while falling. When we arrived at the clinic, a nurse practitioner took the time to evaluate whether we should go to the ER and decided that it was likely not that serious, so we stayed there for an examination. We appreciated her taking the time to do that - highly unusual nowadays.The Mercy nurse practitioner who examened him was very professional and caring. I normally feel rushed through at doc visits, but not at this clinic. The NP was very thorough and genuinely concerned for my husband. Glad we have a local clinic that we can count on!

I didnt have to wait too long, the APRN and assistant were nice and compassionate. They had an x-ray machine (which Med Express didnt). I was glad I didnt have to go to the ER for what was a painful but not critical injury. Note that the staff here (and probably at most urgent cares) dont really have anything to give you for pain. So if they have to do any wound cleaning (like digging gravel out of your arm), youll feel it. It wasnt too bad though. They really did try to go easy on me.

First let me say the staff was knowledgeable and kind. The PA however was a different story. She seemed overwhelmed and confused! She stopped my son’s flu & Covid tests before they were done and said, “yep, I THINK they’ll be negative”. Looked at us and walked out, came back and said “he doesn’t have an upper respiratory infection, I don’t know what it is”. 😳 Cool, could you at least tell me it’s allergies or a virus, something. He obviously wasn’t feeling well. Do I continue with allergy meds or not? She said, uhh idk let’s see what happens. I kid you not. Remember she flat told me “he does not have an URI”. I get home and look at his papers and his diagnosis is UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION 🤦‍♀️ He has no fever yet she wrote a note for school that he could return to school when his fever had passed. So he missed three days of school and still feels bad. Oddly, I usually get inundated with Mercy requesting a follow up on how the visit went. I received one text asking no questions. They just wanted a star. You got 1 and that is simply bc zero isn’t an option. This is my child people! Come on! And I don’t care if it is only allergies. I made an appointment, I sat in the waiting room with sick little kids, my kid is sick and he’s missed two days of school, you’re the professionals… please at least give me an accurate, knowledgeable and correct diagnosis.

I wasn’t going to make a review, but this is the third time I’ve taken my four year old child here and she’s been treated horribly by the nurses.She has an invisible disability—Autism. And due to this, she has massive sensory issues when it comes to getting her ears checked, or throat swabs, etc.I took her in yesterday to get tested for strep AND Covid since she was having trouble breathing. The nurse came in, I informed her about the sensory issues. She seemed to understand, and was very nice to my child UNTIL she showed signs of her issues—during the throat swab. It was very difficult to get my child to open her mouth for it, and I do understand that it’s difficult. But after she got the swab, I asked if we could do the Covid test too, just in case. The nurse stood there, speechless and wide-eyed, looking at my child as if she was a monster. And she tried to talk me out of getting the test, even though my child exhibited symptoms. It was incredibly obvious that it was just because she didn’t want to be the one to do the test on her. I finally gave in and just ended up getting an at home Covid test to make sure my baby is okay—which is absolutely unacceptable.I will say that the receptionist was very nice to my daughter and gave her a whole set of stickers. That was so sweet of her. And the doctor who came in after the nurse was very gentle and kind with her words, exhibited patience with my daughter. Patience like this is a rarity going to any doctor’s office with my daughter, so I thank them for that.I know every Autism parent knows this feeling of someone looking at their baby this way, and I dread it every time. What’s worse, is that though most people think that Autistic kids aren’t aware of these things, my daughter is hyper aware of them. So she told me on the way home that her feelings were hurt. I would steer clear of this place if you also have a special needs baby. It is wild to think, with Autism becoming more and more common, that medical professionals aren’t trained or prepared to care for them. It’s appalling. Special needs kids deserve the same amount of love, patience, and care. Do better, Mercy.

Check-in was great, the nurse was nice, but the provider was abrupt and rude. She treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about and I feel she didnt really listen to me. I know my body and my medical history better than she does, especially on a first encounter. The time I had to wait for the nurse and provider were reasonable, but I began to wonder if Id been forgotten when it came to the lab tech. Its a good thing Im not squeamish around blood, because she had me holding the tubes! 48 hours later, Im still waiting for lab results and I still feel lousy with no answers except its psychosomatic. Not my first tick rodeo and I dont go for treatment unless I feel it is needed.

I feel as medical professionals no matter how insignificant they feel the patient’s problem is they should not treat them with disrespect. If there were zero stars, thats what this location deserves. I drug myself out of bed after having a fever all night to be seen at this location at 9:45. When I arrived, they had the sign out bragging that they were open 365 days a year, 9 to 5. I tried one door and it was locked and I could see that there were nurses inside so I went to the other door and tried. At this point, a blond in scrubs with her hair in a pony tail turned around and proceeded to yell, Do not open the door! and then stared me down. There was no explanation and no sign on the door - only this kind and compassionate human being screaming at patients through the glass. When I tried to go to another mercy, I learned that they didnt have a provider. Taking 20 seconds of initiative and hanging a sign on the door explaining the situation wouldve been perfectly understandable. Instead, this care-giver, decided she would just scream at patients instead. Not a good look Mercy. I hope shes treated a little better the next time she feels like death.

When our son became worse and not better, we took him to this urgent care. While we did have to wait with an appointment, it was well worth it. We were seen by Dr. Lueders is hands down the best doctor weve met in Northwestern Arkansas. She heard all my concerns and was extremely thorough with my son. We left with a clear understanding of what was wrong and a solid treatment in place. If she was a pediatrician, Id request her permanently.

Horrible, made an online virtual appointment, mercy dr out of Fayetteville brushed me off and sent me to a in person appointment and charged me $125 to get an appointment set up. Drove to urgent care nurse didn’t talk to me or dr only receptionist and almost charged me another $125 then I was sent to mercy ER. All of this for some antibiotics and a $3,000 bill…..sigh…..

I was seen in a very timely manner. The staff and nurse practioner were all very warm and friendly. When I called the next day for further treatment options, I was prescribed a topical medication to help. I was given instructions on what to do if I needed further assistance. All around a terrible experience.My partners tongue had swollen and was beginning to hurt and cause breathing problems when sleeping. He went in to see what it could be. His BP was reaching hypertension in which the doctor dismissed as “nerves” from being in their facility. Said that he just couldn’t tell what the cause of the swelling could be so he was going to “cure it all with a steroid pack”Front staff and nurses had attitudes and were very rude.

It’s almost been a year (in July 2023), and they refuse to give me my money back on an overpayment because they were terrible to send a proper claim to my insurance. On top of that, my account is still showing I owe them money when my insurance already reprocessed the claim correctly in February 2023. Terrible customer service. After 30 min I decided to pay so I did not waste anymore of my day. I recommend going to your primary Doctor when ever possible. The staff are worn out and not friendly. Mercy hospital still requires patients to wear masks when most of the country no longer does. While I was waiting to be called back, I witnessed no less than three staff members walking around without them, including the Nurse Practitioner I saw for my issue. The NPI did see was condescending and I did not feel she really listened to me or cared. The person checking people in was very nice, but I think I’ll choose another clinic if I need one.

I initially came in around 7:30p (they close at 8) and the receptionist completely cut me off and said that I couldn’t be seen tonight because they close at 8 and she gave me an appointment for the morning. It was kind of rude and I just felt like a burden. I came in the next morning for my 11am appointment. Got there at 10:45a, didn’t get seen until 12p. The doctor and nurse was very nice and helpful. The receptionist could be nicer.

Even though we were walk-ins without a long-standing relationship with our doctor, Dr. Ramsey called the day after our visit to personally make sure we had received the medicine from the pharmacy (since the pharmacy couldn’t fill the original prescription, and the doctor had to change it). We really appreciate this follow-up care! However, as long as Mercy doesn’t offer elective tubal ligations, we will always spend our money elsewhere whenever possible. Hopefully we will find someone like Dr. Ramsey at a facility that provides a full spectrum of reproductive healthcare.

I like mercy and like the location this one is at. However I didn’t appreciate the assistant physician Leuders comment when making an honest question about how many motrin I should take. She gave me 4 I have never taken that many and and took two and asked if all of it was to be taken and got with a comment of, “do you want only half your fever gone?” I felt embarrassed and dumb for asking. Mind you I’m in there with a 103 degree fever I don’t need comments like that when I feel sick. I also noticed while waiting in line that the provider up front gave some people later times to come back and others an earlier time even though they were in line first? Just hoping everyone is getting treated equal.

Paid $75 co-pay at time of service. Then received a bill for $75. I called and they said the amount was received, but not credited to the correct account and that they would clear it up. Got another bill a month later. This has been going on for months. They keep saying they will clear it up. They have now sent it to collections, I will never use GoHealth again.

These virtual appointments are the worst. They dont have their act together in this department. Second time ive tried it at this location and both times have been bad. First time my visit got pushed aside until I got sassy then they helped me and they were rude. Today was a virtual visit for my son. No one has returned my calles. It wont let you finish filling out your information online. I tried four ways. Initially online then the robot online and through email and text. Still no response. Reguardless I still recieved message saying the appointment was set. Frustrating

First time I went in nothing was said about paying for my Covid test. There was zero paperwork for my appointment because I did everything online where it verified my insurance saying my copay was zero and my test would be at no cost. I needed to come back TWO days later for another test this time I was met with one of the rudest most entitled front desk lady probably mad already becaus I was interrupting her lunch which was sitting there while she “checked me in” this time I was met this paperwork and this time her saying the test will be $75. I said I was just here two days ago and I did none of this and all she could reply with was “WELL SOMEONE MESSED UP” Okay, that’s a MERCY problem not a me problem. I will be making sure I am not charged. I have both screenshots for both appointments which the second I walked out of and was not even seen both screenshots verifying that it is no cost. The level of rudeness and disrespect to a patient goes beyond this and I will be calling corporate and not the fake number that the very rude front lady gave me but thanks for the fake number. Being able to check in my online and select a time is a positive process that is very helpful.The technician who saw me did not examine the area of my face that was swollen and causing my pain and concern. She sat in a chair across the exam room a d said —;it looks like a ski n infection to me, I will call n a prescription for an antibiotic. That was it. Doctor no-show. Logged in early and waited with my son for 1hr 32min, but when I checked the status it said checked-in and checked-out (what?!). No assistance afterward. No acknowledgement. No one has even addressed the issue. Six attempts to reschedule with no response. Six hours wasted trying to contact anyone (so far). Having to take my son to a walk-in clinic anyway. Awful experience.Their payment processing software works, though. They took my money up front - that part was easy.

Timely for our walk-in. HOWEVER, front desk lady, Jessica I believe, needs more customer service training & empathy. My son fell at school. Fractured wrist? We check-in, immediately get text to register. As Im doing it, I get another saying dont forget. Its been TWO mins, Im doing it! Online registry is straight forward. Whos sick? Who are you? Insurance? Financially responsible? Says insurance is valid. Agree & sign, done! Says were ready! Few mins later, nurse calls us back.J interrupts:No, she hasnt finished her stuff yetMe:Yes I have, about 5mins ago actually. Got confirmation all was correct & doneJ: Well, whats on my end is what mattersUm, OK. She fiddles a bit & calls me over.J:Why does it say patient requested duplicate something?Me: I have no idea cause theres nothing like that in the registry. It asked for ins info, it said valid & his dads info came up. Thats it.J:You mustve done it cause Ive never seen it & done this a long time!Me:Maybe a system issue since there was no option for w/e you see on your end, which means its literally impossible that I requested it.More arguingJ:OK Ill just delete itAll that arguing & blaming of me in front of all these other patients waiting & she couldve done that to begin with?J:Ill need a debitMe:No, the registry asked who was financially responsible, I chose father & the system had his info because it autopopulated it for meJ:Its impossible because every time you come in, its like the first time ever being seen.(I use to do technical support for these exact type things. According to Mercy nurse friends, if you ever have issues with Mercy Go, they arent Mercy owned & the associates are contracted so not Mercy staff & the company they partnered with gives the run-around. So no accountability ever. Great!! Love Mercy, but this partnership is ruining their reputation.
