Made an appointment 1.5 hours before I needed to be there. They have a computer check-in system. Then waiting about 3-4 minutes before I was called back. The woman who did my labs was so friendly and helpful. I’m a hard stick and she had me lay down and got my vein on the first try. I’m thankful for my experience here, as I usually don’t do well with having my blood drawn.
Jennifer was fantastic! She worked me in rather than allowing me to be inconvenienced with coming back another day. She is friendly and professional. She is an excellent phlebotomist. She made my collections fast and easy. Highly recommend.
Went for standard blood work. Unique place, check in at kiosk and only one employee! Still, she was super friendly and got the job done quickly. Well done!
Jennifer at Quest was polite, prompt, professional and very pleasant! Greeted me with a smile, explained everything and it was a very good experience! Apparently Quest hired the right person for the job!
Drove and hour and a half to this facility to do a physical for life insurance. The facility was closed with no notice other than a sign on the door. I confirmed the appointment on my end a week prior as well as receiving a confirmation call from their end yesterday. No mention of closures due to weather. Completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of my time and money. Ridiculous.
Id give negative stars if I could. The miserable lady that greeted me was rude and condescending before I could even sign in for my appointment. Made a comment about learning to read even though the kiosk was actually not working properly. I ended up leaving; wouldnt let anyone touch me that treats people that way.
I called. They told me just to come in. I drove 15 minutes in the early AM to be there when they opened and the lab tech was rude, said no, we never take walking, go make an appointment, or dont come back.Im never going to a Quest location again. There are a ton of places that can do a blood draw just to check basics, they seem to think they are soecial/only one.
Extremely rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend. Expects you to know their process like you take their drug tests daily. Went for pre-employment screening and the lady was rushing me. When I was brought in the back for my screening, she asked for my ID, and cursed when I forgot my wallet in my coat back in the lobby. Overall worst drug testing experience I ever had. I would strongly encourage you to go to any other lab than this one. Without a doubt.. The wait times were also not great for how not-crowded it was.
Service was beyond great! I could only give 4 stars because of issues with their ability to receive orders. Since updating their system to Windows 10, electronic orders arent always being received (like mine). I tried emailing a copy to the phlebotomy tech, but Windows 10 blocked it as well! My provider could not fax a copy, so I spent the morning playing phone tag and getting a hard copy printed then driving to pick it up and delivering it back to the lab. Not the workers fault at all, but Im grateful I didnt have a job to get to today! MAJOR glitch Quest needs to address!
I arrived at 1:00p, staff opened the door on time, Deb, the nurse administering my blood pull, was courteous, kind, and efficient. the needle she used and her method left no bruising, not even a dot the next day! Deb was very, very professional, she was the best.
My experience yesterday (6/22/2022) was super positive. I had zero wait time and a super helpful, nice employee. I will definitely be using Quest Diagnostics in the future!!
The older woman was so rude. It was an extremely bad experience for me. She skipped me because she said I wrote down the wrong number even though I had been waiting so long and was turned away earlier due to it it being lunch time. It was 11:40am. Then she made unnecessary comments on my personal life. She needs to be fired
Absolutely rude and terrible service. Not confidential and unwilling to provide quality customer service. If I am requested to get samples performed by this location or company I will ask for other options or refuse service. I have already called their corporate office and filed official complaint.
As with most medical offices the wait was long and there was no one at the front counter to greet me or assist with signing in. The kiosk would not accept my information and no one was there to assist. After I was called back it was quick and staff was professional.
I had an appointment and I still waited an hour. The nurse was on the phone a lot and didn’t come to waiting room to even check on anybody. I just needed a drug test and it took way long than what it should’ve!!
I go every year to get blood work for insurance. I have an appointment and always a quick in and out for me. Very nice lady who takes the labs.

The old lady works here is crazy. I asked her I would like to get blood test, she told me This is not your country where you can walk in to get blood test. I was awestruck by her statement. They should change that lady.
Horrible customer service!!!!Unable to speak to someone on the phone. They moved and never updated it on the website. Went to the new location and nobody showed up!!!!
In and out quickly. Never even knew Clare stuck me with a needle. Easy to find.
Had appointment at 815 the doors are still locked nobody there a line outside dont even want to give one star
Every time I need to take a drug test I go to Quest, the nurse is awesome.
The staff is rude and it said my wait time was 0 minutes and I waited for 45 minutes to go back and they took people back that came in after me.
Very sweet staff, fast and easy check in!
They are very responsive and kind. Also answers any questions I have.
