The wait is long, so try to get an early am or right after lunch appt. It is long because Dr Xerri takes the necessary time with EVERY patient. When drs in 3 states said I would never get pregnant or carry to term, this doctor refused to give up. When the most common route was hysterectomy, he saved my uterus. When other drs wanted to removed my tube, he took the time to straighten, remove adhesions. I have my son because of him. As Dr Elsky before him, Dr Xerri was one of those few remaining old school docs who CARES about his patients. He and Dr Elsky cared for 4 generations of my very large family & we all still swear by him. I drove 6 hours to keep him, at one point. God bless, and thank you ALWAYS, Dr Xerri.
If you’re young having period issues i recommend somewhere else. Completely dismissed me. Doctor seem like she didn’t even wanna be there. Went in for period pains because I saw reviews that she’s great for that kind of issues but she barely let me talk and went straight to suggesting BC and that was it she didn’t even send my prescription to pharmacy . She went in and out of the room my consultation lasted 2 min max not to mention wait time is 1hr+.
I was introduced to Dr. McLean after being very sick for many years and seeing numerous doctors, to no avail. I was not able to get any clear answers and the treatments I would receive only offered temporary relief. I have been dismissed and undiagnosed by many doctors over the years. I was losing hope in finding anyone that would properly explain what was happening to me physically, and also take what I was feeling mentally into consideration. After meeting Dr. McLean, I have learned that my current symptoms are a result of my endometriosis coming back. The knowledge that they have of this disease, and the thoroughness of how they explain it to you, is something I have never experienced. I can never truly express my appreciation of Dr. McLean for everything they have done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from endometriosis. Unfortunately, my case is severe, and I will be receiving treatment from them for a very long time. They are doing everything they can figure out this crazy disease and offer me the help that I have been looking for, for more than half of my life.In addition to Dr. McLean, I would like to express my gratitude to their staff. I have many questions to ask and many tears to shed some days. They have never turned me away. The support that they offer is amazingly comforting. I will forever be eternally grateful to the entire team.
I been with Dr Xerri for almost 20 years, I came at the beginning of the month and was surprised to see that dr Xerri have retired. The new doctor is a young female which keeps a horrible nasty dog in the office, I’m allergic to dogs, and had a very bad asthma attack . I had no idea that the doctor had a dog walking free around the office, and that patients have to like and accept it because is her dog. A dog in a doctors office ? Really? Un acceptable. This is my last time in this office. Will miss the staff the ladies at the front desk were always nice to me no complaints about those two ladies.
The wait is too long. Your appointment could be at 1 but they wont call you until 2 or 2:30 and still wait inside to be seen by the doctor.Doctor is good but it seems that they give the same appointment to 10 women. In reality, its not by appointment, its by the time you sign in.
The wait time is horrible. Might as well come an hour after your original time since they NEVER see you on time. I also dont understand how you give me an 8:45am appointment and your office isnt even open yet..TF😐
I went there a few months ago to get a check up and the majority of the staff was very rude as if you just wanted to check you in and get you out. The one of the receptionist who looked afro hispanic and this Med tech/Assistant who was this hispanic woman was really bitchy and had the nastiest attitude I had ever encountered. The Med Tech/ Assistant seemed as if she was just there because it was a job and she could be nasty to whomever she wanted. My last visit didnt seem to be a good experience and i will be looking forward to going to a new Gyno.My advice to you is that you should hire staff that are more greeting and nicer than your current ones. Smh
They maid me an appointment at a time that they where closed. Super upset that I requested to leave early off work for them to make me an appointment during there closed hours.and the worst part was that I called to confirm. Would not recommend .
The staff are super rude, the women who always is in the from window, the white skin, black short hair , have the nastiest attitude i have ever encounter, most of them look mad all the time, the only one who is nice is the doctor..... they really really need to change the assistants.
Long time waiting more then an hour and a half staff most of then look mad all the time the only one is so kind is the doc she is awsome
Never answer the phone I’m n out even sure their phone is connected very frustrating
The staff in the front desk are really rude, they leave their patients on hold for more than 30 minutes.
The staff is very nice and professional. But the wait is horrible.
Ive been happy with each one of my visits
The staff is super rude and I will look for a new gynecologist, absolutely horrible experience.
Too long waiting period
Good service!!
The problem is not the attention of the medical specialist. The problem is the administrative staff in general. Without needing to mention names or describe people, I can, from my own experience, say that more than one patient decides to change offices because of the attitude and aptitude of the people who are supposed to be there to help us.I have requested that my medical records be sent to Doctor Xerris office in Brentwood since the second week of June and so far I have not been able to receive it. The times I call they always have a different excuse. Right now they say they have a lot of patients and they have asked me for a contact number to call me back. Are they calling me? As far as I understand, they are obliged to send the records in 10 business days... And it is the entire medical record, not what they consider convenient for their desire to do things well? What a disappointment and how unfortunate that Doctor Xerri does not conveniently solve this situation. I hope someone tells him how many unfavorable opinions he has on Google.
I always have to wait a long time 😒
Very good doctor
