Sorry to say that this was our worst experience ever, the receptionist was very very rude and unprofessional, she told me that only one individual can go in and asked me to leave the office and wait outside! Asked if I could at least wait in the lobby but she insisted and I had to leave the whole building and wait outside, even though we had an appointment before with dr. Call where we had no issue entering as a family. In addition to that people were getting in couples infront of us without anyone talking to them! It felt like a personal issue and we will never ever visit again. I wish we had less than a star to add… so bad
Dr. Call is the best and I feel lucky to have found her after a 5 year long stint at another local practice with a doctor who was demeaning and cold. There have been times during both of my pregnancies when things did not go to my plan (two stubborn breech babies) but the way Dr. Call explains things puts me at ease. I really appreciate how thorough and attentive this practice is. I would highly recommend Dr. Call and Dr. Ball.
Dr Elspeth Call is a wonderful OBGYN. Her along with the whole staff truely care about female centered care. Most importantly she will take the time to listen to your concerns and walk you through the process. I came to her after bad experiences with a male doctor and cannot recommend her, or the practice high enough.
She did my IUD insertion without telling me to take any pain relievers before. She told me it would be only slightly painful. It was the most painful experience of my life. I nearly fainted on the tile floor in the bathroom. She was entirely unprepared and unprofessional during my recovery repeatedly yelling “VASOVAGAL RESPONSE” at me while I was sobbing and unable to move or stand. A friend who came with me had to REQUEST from her that they get me some ibuprofen as I was clearly in terrible pain. This experience was so traumatic I have been back to the OBGYN only once in the last 4.5 years. Please do better.
