I have seen Dr. Moon for the last 20 years. She is hands down one of the best doctors I have seen. She is a very good listener and takes time to address any concerns you may have. She delivered both of my children and I feel very fortunate to have had her as my OB.

Words can’t possibly express how wonderful Amy Moon is. I had a bad pathology report and she got me in quickl and evaluated me further. Not many drs would do that. Her bedside manner is amazing and she was able to navigate me through some obstacles. She spends the time to listen and finds solutions. Our community is so fortunate to have her!

I love Dr Moon, but I am very disappointed today. I live 2and 1/2 hours away and drove all the way there for an appointment. Unfortunately, I got stuck in rush hour traffic on 465. The office said they have a 15 minute policy. I arrived at 16 minutes and the doors were locked and no one would answer. I am the sole caretaker of my 96 yr old blind grandmother and I had to have someone come be with her and then drive all that way to be turned away. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Dr Moon is very knowledgeable. She brought me calm when I was anxious and listened to me regarding how I wanted my birth experience to go. She has a caring demeanor and feels like a friend.

I had a really good experience during my first visit to Dr. Moon. She is down to earth and doesnt spew doctor-speak at you. Despite my anxiety about being there, based on an experience at a different doctor, I felt heard and my fears about a procedure were calmed after talking to Dr. Moon about how they do that particular procedure in her practice. I also had my first ever mammogram with Tanya and she is PHENOMENAL! So caring and kind. She explained every little thing she was doing and made my first experience no big deal. I wont say it was painless, but her attitude and approach made something that could have been scary just a slightly uncomfortable thing you need to do every year. Very happy with my choice and excited they have GPs, who I will be seeing there, as well. One-stop shopping!

I have been a patient of Dr Moons for nearly 15 years including 3 pregnancies/births and 2 cancer scares. She is always professional, answers my questions, takes her time, genuinely cares about my health, offers innovative suggestions, stays on the forefront of education and new procedures in her profession and I could go on and on. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! I recommend her without hesitation. She is a leader in her field.

TLDR: If you are looking for an OB then keep looking. If you are looking for a gynecologist then this office/doctor arent bad. You can get in fairly easily and see a doctor upon request. As soon as I got pregnant stories began to change. I was prescribed a medication without any consult or information as to what to expect (other than take this.) I was initially told that the doctor would evaluate this medication at my next appointment. This was not true. I called attempting to see the doctor because my blood pressure continues to skyrocket, dizzy to the point of falling down, and beginning to show signs of depression I called the office requesting to see the doctor. I was told in no uncertain terms that they do not schedule pregnant patients with the doctor until well into the 2nd trimester (not even a meet and greet to ask basic questions for 10-15 minutes). Everything is handled by the nurse practitioner, no exceptions.I think it is ridiculous to not be able to even interview an OB until 14-16 weeks to make sure it is a good fit and I really find it odd that if a patient is experiencing legit medical issues and would feel most comfortable discussing this with the doctor they already have a relationship with they cannot do that. No exceptions. In addition, I was still told that despite having some serious concerns in the present that I wished to open a dialogue with I wouldnt even be able to see the nurse practitioner for another 2-4 weeks (not because of availability but because of insurance or wait was it office policy? I cant be sure because they changed their story).

I called to make a new patient appointment and the girl who answered the phone, Brittany, was so detached and rude, I hung up and decided not to even bother with this office, despite the actual Dr being recommended by a friend.
