The staff at this facility is 100% awesome 👏 I have to give major props to Tiffany that did my vitals before my exam. She was amazing. Really listened to my issues and just made me feel over all comfortable. Thank you Tiffany!
I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Alvarez. He has great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. He listened to my concerns and explained everything and provided several care options. After being a patient of the recently retired Dr. W. Revell for over 35 years, I am extremely satisfied with my new Obstetrician!
Dr Pillai is amazing! Love her! She cared for me like she would care for herself. She has went above and beyond to help my husband and I since our miscarriage. Great bedside manner and explained to both of us everything we needed to know. Would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Fox at Atrium Piedmont OB/GYN is an incredible and thoughtful physician/surgeon. She conducted a seamless c-section delivery of my second son, with minimal bleeding, and extremely speedy physical recovery time. She takes her time at every in-office visit to discuss concerns and my health. I could not recommend her more highly.
We been to Atrium health women care ob/gyn at ballantyne. A regular check up for my wife in early pregnancy stage. Doctor carried out unnecessary tests, especially during early pregnancy. One of the test which is potential risk at early stage of pregnancy. This caused us miscarriage. This shows Doctor Negligence and lack of knowledge. We are extremely unhappy with the services.
I was very impressed with Dr. Fox as She came into the room well informed of my previous medical experiences. She told me medical information that had never been aware of. She was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared.
The doctors are nice that I see for my surrogate pregnancy but the NST woman doing the tests (older woman) is hot and cold has no bedside manner whatsoever. Will be putting in a complaint about her.
I had an appt with Dr. Alvarez…Dr. Northcutt was my gynecologist before he retired and I have been mostly seeing the midwives, who I also really like. Dr. Alvarez was very personable and helped answer my questions. Thank you.
Dr. Pillai has been my doctor for several years since I moved here from NJ. She is wonderful - kind, takes her time to listen to you, and her nurses are always fantastic, too. Tiffany is hilarious and makes you feel at ease.
Piedmont OB/GYN does a wonderful job with their patients! They make you feel comfortable, politely answer your questions, and accommodate your schedule. Glad to be a patient of their facility!
Had difficulty finding availability for my next appointment but decided on one during the middle of the day. A couple of days later (2 days before the scheduled appointment) I received a voicemail stating that the appointment had to be rescheduled. When I called to inquire about the rescheduling, I was notified that the physician had to go into surgery. I understood that this could happen, however, I could not even be seen the same week as my original appointment (a day I already took off from work for) and the only available appointment the following week was early morning. Now I am having to take an additional day off work to make it to this appointment. I am fearful that this may not be the only time that this occurs throughout my pregnancy.
Dr. Fox was very late. After I spoke to her about my goals for my second birthing experience she ended with putting fear in me. Other than her everyone else was super nice. We switched to Novant providence and I now see why it’s the top facility recommended by doulas.
The office is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or being seen in an urgent manner. However, this last visit, I didn’t feel like the provider that I saw was very attentive to my concerns. This is my third pregnancy, I am in my late 30s and I had concerns about high blood pressure. When I asked if she was concerned that my numbers were elevated, simply said no and asked if I had any other concerns. Any other question that I asked was answered short and sharp and with one word. I think she might have been in a hurry, or had a lost her patience for the day, but I found her bedside manner to be unsatisfactory. This is typically not the case for this practice.
After one hour in the waiting room, nothing was said. They asked you to come 15 minutes before the appointment plies one hour of waiting, Very respectfully service I had to cancel the appointment. I Lost more than an hour and one day of work. I have to reschedule the appointment for next year because they are closed. Have the minimum respect for the patient and let them know what will be the real-time waiting. Youll say 45 min and then I wait one hour I go to ask and they said 30 more min plus the hour.
Everyone was very pleasant to interact with. They were professional as well as friendly. Making me feel comfortable.
Dr. Laura Lowder is amazing! She makes me feel comfortable, makes the process very easy, and she does a great job. I had always been nervous about finding my first OBGYN doctor, and I’m so glad I found her because everything went smoothly. She exceeds my expectations! 11/10 recommend. Plus the building is clean, the staff at the front makes it easy to check in, and overall just a great experience here.
I visited Atrium Health Womens Care Piedmont OB/GYN for my annual check-up and most of my visit went well. However, I was surprised by the long time I had to wait for my physician in the exam room. It did not appear to be that crowded so I wondered about why I had to wait so long. Also, I requested blood to be drawn and the experience with the phlebotomist was totally not what I had experienced in the past. The person was not able to find my veins and stuck the needly in once but missed the vein. She then asked me if I could drive to another location to get my blood drawn but I was headed to work so I could not do this. The phlebotomist then set up another appointment a couple days later at this office to have my blood drawn. When I came back to this office, the person that attempted to draw my blood was an RN per her nametag but also could not find my veins. She stuck me with the needle and got a small amount of blood but could not get any more probably based on not being able to find my veins well. She and I could clearly see veins in my hand but she said she did not want to try my hand because she feared that she could not get enough blood. This nurse told me that I had to go to another location beside Pineville Hospital to get my blood drawn. I went to this location and the phlebotomist could see that my arms had been stuck multiple times and asked me why the phlebotomists at the Atrium Health Womens Care Piedmont OB/GYN could not draw my blood. I told them that I was told that they could not find my veins. The person then said to me that they are concerned about what is going on at Atrium Health Womens Care Piedmont OB/GYN because they were getting a lot of patients from this clinic to have blood drawn. This was a real ordeal for me and I am not sure why it was such a problem for my blood to be drawn at the Atrium Health Womens Care Piedmont OB/GYN when I went to the other location and they immediately was able to get my blood without issue. Yes, my veins are difficult to find but the professional phlebotomist is trained to know the proper procedures to find any veins to be able to do their job. Also, I did drink over 32 ounces of water, so I did have water in my system. I really appreciate that all staff were extremely nice and apologetic to me but it was a big ordeal for me to have to go to another location other than my doctors office to have my blood drawn.
I’ve been going here for years and saw most of the providers during my pregnancies. The front desk staff has been stable with the same familiar faces for years, and runs efficiently. Dr Pillai is an amazing MD who has a great personality and takes her time with you and cares. She is a rare find in healthcare.
All staff were wonderful, on time and Dr Pillai, Taylor and Fo (covering in the lab) were exceptionally wonderful!
I have been coming here for years always had amazing experiences with the drs there. Just recently had some stuff going on came in for blood work and the dr wanted me to come in a few days later for more blood work so I showed up for the second appointment only for the nurse to come out and not even verify my hipaa and in the middle of the lobby blurt out my personal medical information while giving me very upsetting news with a huge smile on her face. I have been crying and upset all weekend I feel violated and distraught over the whole situation
Dr. Lowder is a really warm, personable, knowledgeable physician. She listens well and is very caring. Highly recommend!
Dr Pillai is the best doctor I have ever had. Brilliant, compassionate, understanding and an excellent surgeon. Her nurse Andrea is exceptional and works hard to get the patient whatever they need
Doctor Fox... She is the bomb!!! Hands down for all the great visits and knowledge to any questions I have! Thank you so much Atrium for having such great and amazing doctor!! I love her!! If I could give her a 5 diamond rate instead of stars Ill would. :)
I like how friendly everyone was. My first time coming to this doctor and was scared I was going to get passed by like other offices when i lived in Miami. But no they treated me amazing, made me feel seen. Dr. Alvarez really took his time to listen to my concerns and issues. Was really patient with me, did not feel rushed out of the office, took steps that no other doctor has taken to really find out what was wrong with me. We got in the same page about my care. I like how he communicated with me through the app afterwards when a test result came in on what to do next. It’s really user friendly and I can see what he sees so I’m not blindsided with my results. All his staff showed empathy and knowledge. That was really important to me that they were knowledgeable in their skills. My husband went with me and he treated him with the utmost respect. The nurse, MA and the phlebotomist were phenomenal as well. Felt very confident in trusting this staff. Would recommend 10/10 hope they keep it up as this is what healthcare is supposed to be. Let’s be doctors again!
I appreciate the provider’s and staff’s professionalism coupled with their sincere approach to meet my needs. I’ve been patient of theirs since 2008 and have never had a negative experience. I highly recommend this practice.
I’ve been having health issues with my implant and was told to schedule an appointment. I wanted it to be as soon as possible due to urgent concerns with my health. Obviously that’s about impossible in this health system. I had to schedule a whole month and a half later. One week away from the appointment I get a call saying my dr is not going to be available for that day. If I want another appointment with him it would be ANOTHER WHOLE MONTH, two more weeks with someone else.It is extremely hard to find a gyno that actual gives a damn about the struggles that we go through and when I finally find one they lack professionalism and commitment. An absolute joke.
Dr. Fox and her team are all wonderful! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else l!
The entire OR team at Atrium Pineville were amazing while I was there for a hysterectomy. Every nurse that cared for me, the anesthesiologist team, and Dr. Alvarez who performed my surgery were caring and attentive. They made me feel safe and supportive, they explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I have never had surgery before but I can’t imagine a better experience than what I had.
I have been at this practice for about a year, during my third pregnancy and delivery of my son. I have seen a handful of Drs (Alvarez, Northcutt, Pillai) and felt listened to and cared about with each of them. They addressed my concerns and provided great follow up care for them. Midwife Tammy also left a lasting impression as a great healthcare provider as well, never having visited a Midwife before I am a returning patient. Front desk team is also quick and professional.
Naomi P. really helped me. She explained as much as she could to me in layman terms. It just made sense & she came up with a great plan for my situation. Kind and caring provider. I recommend her
Dr. Pillai and all of the nurses/staff at Atrium were so helpful in guiding me through any questions and concerns I have. They are quick to respond and genuinely care about their patients wellbeing!
Tammy Reyes was absolutely genuine! I was made to feel very comfortable.
The staff at this practice (particularly Dr. Tamara Fox and her nurse) are so wonderful. They never make me feel like they are rushed even though I know there! Front desk receptionists were very friendly and compassionate. This is why I have been devoted to Dr. Fox for the past 10 yrs+!
Dr. Tamara Fox is my gynecologist. She has done two surgeries on me and has taken me through some scary times that are not over yet. I trust her explicitly. She answers all my questions even if I ask them each visit. She is very thorough. Plus she chat with me about other things which helps with my comfort level. I would say she is not always on time because she takes the time each person needs even if not doesn’t fit into a certain time slot. I’m a nurse and I appreciate this. I would definitely recommend her. The staff there is professional and courteous.
My experience here was absolutely amazing and so professional. The Doctors I had were very caring, quick and made sure I was good in every way. These ladies are the best at what they do! Thank you Dr.Amy / Dr Laura. Louder, it’s a pleasure to be in great care with Dr’s like you two!
Awesome experience! I made a new patient appt and Dr. Silverton is very friendly! Even with this being my first time meeting her she is extremely personable and takes her time to talk to you and get to know you. I highly recommend her!
Truly amazing experience...Had a squeeze in with a midwife I dont normally see but she was extremely thorough. Addressed all of my concerns and also did a pain free physical exam.
Dr. Fox and her Nurses are awesome.Would not go anywhere else.
I am so happy I found Dr. Northcutt after my awful experiences at Novant. He was recommended to me by a friend who had children and said she loved him as her doctor. I couldnt agree more - his bedside manner is amazing. He greeted me immediately while the Nurse was taking all my information, and then came back promptly when she was done. During our fertility struggles, he has been warm and more helpful than he had to be!I always leave this office feeling better & hopeful!Im SHOCKED at the negative reviews, so wanted to share my opinion.
I have had my fair share of ok visits with atrium but my experience here has my amazing. My dr was understanding and listened well. I was having a difficult day and my nurse was Amy. She was so comforting and made my day so much better. I hope she knows how much her selfless act of kindness, positively impacted my day. Thank you again ♥️
Not at all good experience. Atrium billed around 1400 USD for cord blood removal service, Usually which would be around 500 USD. We discussed with our Gynecologist, she wondered why they billed that huge amount for that service and asked to reach out billing department. We reached out to billing department and hospital but no action taken and nobody gave proper explanation. How can we trust someone like this and come again?
I love Dr. Lowder. She has been my OBGYN for decades and her care is always personal and thorough. She doesnt send me for tests I dont need and is considerate of my comfort.
I had a positive and rewarding experience with Dr. Lowder. She is patient and has wonderful bedside manners. I felt at ease and comfortable during the entire exam~
Dr Pillai is the best! Always quick with a smile and always takes her time with me
My mom was recently pregnant and had a miscarriage. Apparently there was a complication to where in February the baby stopped growing, we had no knowledge of this until March 20th, and my mom set her first appointment March 8th at this atrium to see if the baby was well. She went on the 8th and they took many tests (10 of the tubes filled of blood) to make sure she was pregnant, they told her that the baby felt healthy and the baby’s size was like 9 weeks, and that if there was an issue with the test they’d let her know. They set an appointment for the first ultrasound on march 24th. On March 20th my mom was seriously hurting and went to the Atrium Er in Pineville early in the morning, where they made her wait for hours and showed no sympathy and said she had a miscarriage and the baby was dead. They sent her home and told her that she didn’t need to be in the hospital any longer, they didn’t give her any medicine and said that she was strong enough, that no procedure was needed, and that the baby would just get out on it own at home, that her body could do it on its own. Something incredibly unsafe considering the chances of complications occurring, but taking ibuprofen was the only thing recommended, and if in case of hemorrhage to go to the ER. But nevertheless that happened, and what was sopposed to be the first ultrasound on March 24th became the appointment to see if the baby was out. My mom went to the appointment on Friday the 24th @8:40am, to this Atrium, and was told that everything was great, that if she wanted to try for another she could because her uterus was empty and that the baby had come out already. My mom left and 3 hours later she started to get horrible pains where she couldn’t stop crying, and the baby in fact had not come out yet, until that Friday around 9pm the baby came. My mom felt incredibly unsafe and lied to; it’s disappointing that we trusted atrium.
Dr. Pillai is an amazing doctor!! She is very down to earth and never makes you feel less than! That is one of the reasons why she has been my doctor of years now. I will travel from the other side of Charlotte to see her. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable on the update information regarding OBGYN. I am a forever patient!
Dr. Alvarez is the Best OBGYN I have ever had. He is smart, compassionate and he listens to me. He is the only OBGYN I’ve had that has actually took the time to actually try to figure out why I have really bad menstral cycles. He also knows I want to have kids one day so he always lets me know best practices to help keep everything intact for that. I would refer anyone seeking a great OBGYN to find Dr. Alvarez. His team is also always so welcoming, nice and polite setting me up before he comes in the room.
I go to the Ballantyne office and Dr Alvarez is the best OBGYN Doctor. He has exceptional bedside manner and explains everything so you understand it. He takes his time with you and you dont feel rushed. Definitely reccomend him. The staff at the front desk are awesome too.
Staffs were friendly and polite. My OBGYN doctor was great. He was very easy to talk to and made this uncomfortable visit very comfortable. I am glad I selected him as my doctor.
Dr. Pillai is amazing. She is personable and has a great bedside manner, She is thorough and knowledgeable. She has gained my trust!
The team here is really amazing. Perfect experience for my teenage daughters for Gyn appointment. Midwife Naomi was so professional and relatable. My daughter felt comfortable and understood.
Staff are very friendly and I love Dr Pillai. She is so knowledgeable and has the best personality and will spend time talking to you about any questions you ask her
Looks like because they changed their name that they deleted all the old comments. I was once a patient to them back when I was pregnant 2 years ago, and they were extremely RUDE to me and my husband. The nurse that worked at the checkout section was very disrespectful to me. I found her very cocky and arrogant and condescending. I felt like the environment the nurses gave off was very negative. I never felt comfortable going there for checkups. It got to the point where I switched providers, and to this day I am SO glad I did. The environment now it’s like night and day it is so much better environment and I feel very comfortable and safe going to see my gynecologist than I ever did before. The nurses that work at that are so much nicer. You can tell they love their job as for the this place they give off a vibe like they hate it so they want to mistreat their patients. I encourage any woman who feels uncomfortable with their provider and office environment to switch if you don’t feel safe and comfortable. It will be your best decision listen to your intuition! :-)
I still with the same problem, been bleeding for 3 months now, and have been in the hospital for 4 days, when to a doctor last 4th, and she seemed in a hurry the worse experience I had a n that location. I still bleeding in pain and with a bill for a visit. Very upset.
My visit was a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. Reception was welcoming and efficient. The nurse Michelle, was down to earth and upbeat and instantly put me at ease. Dr. Fox, took her time, asked questions, was extremely knowledgeable about current studies on a medication I am taking and could simply explain it to me. She was caring a professional.
I had a great experience. I saw a new doctor & he put me at ease and was very nice. Dr.Hugh Northcutt was the first male o gun I have ever seen, but he was very professional & helped answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Northcutt is always great! By far, the best beside manner of any doctor I’ve had. He’s always very thorough and willing to talk through anything you need. And the nurse was great as well! Just an all around great staff there and I’m grateful for them!
All staff was fantastic but my nurse Kelsey was beyond amazing.
Its always such a pleasure having Tammy Reyes CNM taking care of my health needs. Tammy cares a great deal for her patientsAnd all of the staff was awesome.
Couldn’t ask for better medical and personal attention at Atrium Obgyn in Ballentine. From the check in assistant, the LPN, the PA and bk to check out. Each one was kind, attentive and thorough in their role.
I love this practice. I was at a practice in Greensboro for the first half of my pregnancy and this office welcomed me with open arms. The front desk staff always have a smile on their faces and answer all of my questions. I really enjoy seeing different midwives and doctors so who ever was on call on my delivery date it wont be my first time meeting them. I definitely reccomend this office with wonderful staff.
Everyone showed me outstanding services. Being from out of town, I felt very welcomed in this office. Dr. Lorie Williamson was one of the best if not the best providers I’ve visited with in years! With Covid still circling, the staff showed great patience and safety practices! I will be visiting again in the future!
I received the best care from this facility. I was somewhat nervous and sad about why I was there but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Each person explained every step of what was to happen. I pay attention to tone and body language and all were good. The facility was also very clean.
Excellent. Staff were very attentive to my needs and helped to allay my anxiety. Dr. Northcutt was very professional and explained everything as he performed the procedure and, again, allayed my anxiety. Waiting time was minimal. Office staff was also very professional. All in all a very satisfying experience.
This is my second child but my first experience here at this facility! Staff is friendly and compassionate and I met Dr Northcutt for the first time at my prenatal appointment and was so very well pleased. Friendly, knowledgeable, very engaging and funny might I add! I highly recommend this place! 5 star experience each time and can’t wait to meet my baby boy in the weeks to come 💕
Dr A. Changed my life. The ladies in office here front and back are always so kind and nice. I won’t have much of a need to come back here , but I’ll be forever glad I found this office.
My first time here. I saw Dr. Pillai a week and a day ago and I will not schedule another appointment at this office again.First issue: Through the walls and closed door of my exam room, I could hear her discussing another patients personal business. I certainly felt uncomfortable discussing anything with her after that.Second issue: I was supposed to start a prescription for birth control which is time and schedule sensitive. The office did not inform me until 3 calls later that it can take the doctors office upwards of 36 hours to fax over the Rx to my pharmacy. I spoke to a kind woman who ensured me she would ask them to send it over as this was the third time I called.Third issue: It is now a week and a day later, the time and schedule for taking this birth control is here, and the doctor NEVER SENT MY RX to my pharmacy! I cant call the doctors office now because theyre closed for for day, so now my whole schedule is off track.Unprofessional doctors, unresponsive personnel in general, poor communication. Just - if youre looking for a doctor, please look elsewhere. Dont waste your time on this place.
Dr comer was very nice, as well as the Ultrasound technician. However. My first appointment was less than 15 minutes long, they didnt even assess me or ask one single question about health, diet, vitamins, exercise (etc). Also, I got the flu a couple weeks later and called to ask advice about medications and some pain I was experiencing. I was told I would receive a phone call by 9Am the next morning. they NEVER called me back. luckily Im a nurse and have enough education to make the medical decisions myself, however it is very disturbing to me that they would not call me back when I was so terribly sick. So I transferred to Baby and Company - which is the most amazing place ever that is doing prenatal care the way it should be done!!
Dont- Lowder is the WORST excuse of a doctor. Misdiagnosed, no care from staff nor apology, nonchalant attitude, doesnt review past chart, pushes medicine you cannot take, rushed you into surgery consult after 3 visits- Please dont waste your time or your energy at this office
Completely blown away by todays service. I am a new patient at this office and had an appointment for an annual wellness exam. Within 2 minutes of checking in at the front desk, I was brought back to the exam room. I met with Tanya first who was wonderful and kind as she took my information and my vitals. My appt was with Tammy Reyes and I cannot say enough about her! She was incredibly professional, had amazing bedside manner and was gentle and informative with each step. This was by no means my first visit to an OB/GYN but the first one that ever made me feel so cared for that I needed to share my experience.
I have been seeing Dr. Pillai for at least 15 years. I trust her knowledge and insight. I also feel very comfortable with the relationship we have built. She is wonderful and I am grateful for the opportunity to receive her care.
Doctor Pillai, attentive, compassionate, and just really a breath of fresh air. Treated me during my 3rd pregnancy, through my PPD, when my body rejected the IUDs, physicals, etc, etc. I mean, shes my DOC!! I wish i could have her as my OB for life! Sadly insurances, and relocations (aka life), and whatnot might not allow that. But hey, if any of yall can, GET HER!!
Dr. Alvarez is so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
Love Dr. Northcutt. I drive 40 miles to see him. Not only is he my doctor but I think he is a friend. His nurses all live him too!
Reception staff was friendly. Was seen in a timely manner. However, Ive been dealing with serious medical conditions since the birth of my last child and Dr. John Phillips told me I need to just stop having kids, I have enough issues!! Really? Im married and if I choose to have childrennot issues thats my personal business. Refused to do an ultrasound or blood work stating my last from over 6 months ago was good enough although my symptoms have all gotten worse. I would not recommend and am currently in the process of reporting him, and finding a doctor who actually cares about their patients.
I was scheduled for my anatomy ultrasound appointment today at 8am followed by a prenatal appointment with Dr. Fox. My ultrasound lasted maybe 15mins with not so good pictures (my original office is Rock Hill Piedmont OBGYN I had to reschedule at this location) ...rock hill location gives me AWESOME & CLEAR ultrasound photos. So from 8:15am I waited in the waiting area for my second appointment at 9am. I got called around 9:15am. (one he wait in between) I had my blood pressure taken and was asked a few questions and my watched timed at 9:20ish. I was told to wait SHORTLY for Dr. Fox. It was now 9:45 and still no doctor. I kindly walked out of the room and went to check out and requested to reschedule my prenatal appointment at my original office in rock hill ..the checkout lady called for Fox over the phone and she “magically” appears in the room as I am leaving. No I did not want to see her & No I was not informed about extra wait times. I will NEVER schedule at this location again......oh & another thing there are messy nurses at this location. A patient should not be able to hear any type conversation ( it was negative) about another patient. I do not recommend. Mind you, there was no common courtesy follow up call or no apology from Dr. Fox. The ultrasound lady was nice though.
I saw Dr. Fox, and she was very nasty with me. She was so dry , and nonchalant and acted as if she didnt want to be bothered with me. I had the worst experience ever with her , and I do not recommend her to anyone. She was VERY RUDE! When she measured my belly to check to see if baby was on track she never told me to lay down or anything. She didn’t tell me what she was doing or anything about my baby’s health! I had to figure out everything on my own, I cannot believe that she is even still working here! She needs a major attitude adjustment, I was not satisfied with my visit at all!
Absolutely love Dr. Fox and her staff. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor you wont find a more cheerful, compassionate team. I tell all my friends to go here.
Due to blatant carelessness and incompetence of the Nurse Practitioner I saw here the week I was scheduled to be induced, I had the worst experience possible delivering my daughter in July. While in the maternity center, I was advised that this NP (not so coincidentally) resigned the day after I delivered my daughter.I waited several months to post a review, though asked multiple times to do so, in order to let the frustration subside. I did not want to be emotional when posting about this experience. It has been almost 3 months & I have since been billed for a visit to this office-where the NP’s recklessness caused me to have a completely unnecessary c-section delivery. In addition, I was billed for by the hospital for a scheduled induction that could not be performed-because she told me to still go to my appointment. In addition, we were charged for multiple sets of tests that both my newborn daughter and I did not need. Furthermore, the tests were performed improperly MULTIPLE times. Nearly every doctor and nurse who walked into our room during our 4 day, 3 night stay in the Pineville Maternity Center advised I would not be financially responsible for the errors of the NP, or Maternity Center as the fault was evidently not mine, yet these items are still on my bill.I called the customer service line as instructed, and calmly disputed the charges and explained what occurred. About 4 weeks later, I received a standard letter that advised the charges were all justified and would not be waived. I was assured this would not happen by both doctors and nurses at Piedmont GYNOB and Atrium Maternity Center.Ultimately, I believe wholeheartedly that I had an unnecessary c-section as a result of the carelessness and malpractice I experienced by Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Aravapalli in July. Due to the poor care received and numerous billing issues they are not willing to correct as promised, I feel forced to post this review and will secure legal counsel to further address this matter.I did not give a one star review because there are a couple of doctors associated with this practice who I do really like, specifically Dr. Ted Garcia who I saw throughout my pregnancy and performed my c-section, and Dr. Comer. Had either of them been in the office for my visit on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, I truly believe I would have been treated appropriately and none of these issues would have occurred.
Dr. Pillai is a most caring professional, truly strives to optimize the best health for her patients. Personable, Extremely knowledgeable, listens to her patient and tries to efficiently and effectively treat both proactively and wholistically. I truly value her.
Atrium Health Women’s Care is excellent. I am originally from New York and was not sure I would find the same care here—boy was I wrong. Dr. Pillai is a wonderful and caring person and I could not be in better hands. If you want a terrific group of professionals, this is where you should go.
I have been a patient of Piedmont GYN/OB for 17 years. They have delivered two of my children. I have had to visit Piedmont Gyn/OB several times over the past several months due to some post menopausal GYN issues. Dr. Pillai and the staff are always so friendly and upbeat and genuinely seem to care about my Gyn issues. The check in process is fast and the check in staff is always very friendly. Wait times are reasonable. I have had to call the office several times with concerns and they are always kind and attentive on the telephone and return my calls by the end of business. They also respond promptly to messages sent through the patient portal. I highly recommend this group for obstetric and/or gynecological care.
The visit itself was wonderful and Dr. Northcott was great. However, their billing procedures are fraudulent and inequitable at best. I provided proof of insurance before attending my appointment. They had the audacity to only contact my insurance provider about PART of my visit. They did not run all claims to my insurance. I have been stuck playing phone tag with them and my insurance company for hours attempting to right their wrongs. I would not recommend Atrium Health.
I love the midwives at this location and Dr. Fox. I had some complications during the pregnancy but thanks to the care of Dr. Fox during the pregnancy and Lori W. during the delivery, my baby boy came earlier but perfect and healthy.
Love Dr. Northcutt and his whole team. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard.Confident that this team has my best health interests in mind.
I visited this location and had to request to speak with the office manager Jennifer because Dr. Notcutt declined to order bloodwork for my low vitamin D deficiency. She came in and listened as I had to explain why I wanted the levels checked. He stayed in the office for a small amount of time and didn’t ask about questions or concerns. It’s sad that the service we receive from some practitioners are the same as entry level workers. A simple asking of elaboration could have easily resolved the issue.
Dr.Pillai is a phenomenal physician that listens to her patient. She has been providing excellent care to fit the pat 20 years. I hope she continues for another 20 years.
I have always loved this office, however today was disappointing. My nurse was “Michelle G.” and my fiancé and I were lectured by her about how we are supposed to be married before we bring our baby into the world. We even tried to let her down easy because we have zero intentions of explaining our life to her but she continued to tell us it is not ok to bring a child into the world without being married. Regardless of our circumstances, it is clearly unprofessional of her to push this subject. It was extremely off putting and disappointing after many great experiences at this office with other staff.
Ive been seeing Dr. Lowder for a few years, and I highly recommend her. She is quick, efficient, and kind, and she takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you might have. The nurses and staff are great as well.
They are a fine practice as far as care goes, I had both of my children with them, but they’ve called to reschedule at least half of my appointments and booking with them is terrible. Unless you’re super flexible, I honestly can’t recommend them.
I have been seeing Dr. Alvarez at this practice going on 2 years and I would recommend him to anyone! I have been dealing with endometriosis for 8 years, and dr. Alvarez worked with me in the office countless times trying different drug therapies to cure my pain and abnormal bleeding. He listened to me and it is very obvious he truly cares. At first, I was skeptical because he is younger and was afraid he lacked knowledge, but he proved quite the opposite. Unfortunately, we ran out of medications so Dr Alvarez performed surgery. He did a phenomenal job and I am doing much much better. He has great bed side manners and will do everything he can to help with any problem you bring to him! I am forever grateful for his help and will never go to another ob-gyn! Hopefully he never leaves, otherwise I’m following! I give him 5 stars. However, I give the office as a whole 4 stars. The staff really struggles with communication. It seems like there are multiple loop holes to get through to get answers to questions that are asked outside of an office visit. Other than that, it is a good office!
Dr. Pillai is the absolute best! She has such a positive attitude and brightens up a room and make you feel comfortable and welcoming. Best doctor ever!!
Great first experience after looking for a new ob/gyn office when my doctor retired. It’s always difficult to find someone you’re comfortable with. Dr Northcutt was down to earth and eased my nerves
Dr. Alveraz was the first provider to sit down and really explain the symptoms I was having and why I was having them. His dedication to patient education sets him apart and I appreciate how easy he was to talk to.
I have not had a good experience with this practice at all. Im pregnant and have had a lot of concerns and issues with my pregnancy that has been brushed off. If I call in and ask to be seen, they treat me as if they do not want to schedule an appointment and dont want me to come in. So Ive been left very worried and stressed with my pregnancy concerns. Im not happy with this practice and unfortunately feel stuck because its the ONLY practice that delivers at the hospital nearest to me.
Dr. Nortcutt has been mine OBGYN for almost 20 years. He is through and very personable. The whole staff f Im front to back is awesome
My review is sort of down the middle... overall, I had a really good prenatal experience. I saw a few midwifes throughout my pregnancy because I wanted to rotate so that whoever delivered wasnt a stranger.Aravapalli, Moreno, and Reyes are absolutely phenomenal - I would refer any of my friends to any of the 3 of them. Fox is pretty condescending... I saw her twice and both times I felt the same way. My delivery was performed by Jennifer Crumpler, who I never thought negatively of through my prenatal care... however, I was left with a large chunk of retained placenta. Fortunately, I realized this through some pretty unpleasant symptoms and went into the office 6 days after my daughter was born. The dr I saw was able to remove it fortunately and so far, no more issues. I am taking abx which are pretty tough on my stomach and have caused their own issues. I am upset for two reasons... 1, that this even happened at all... and 2, Jennifer Crumpler marked my chart that the placenta was removed in tact, at my delivery - this is something that should not be missed. It could have caused some really serious issues. I just want this to be handled appropriately and brought to Jennifers attention... she could be a little warmer in the deliver room, also. Her demeanor was kind of cold and annoyed.
Been going here for years but am looking for a new practice. Went in for my annual, arrived on time and waited over an hour in the waiting room. After 15 minutes they would tell me it would be just a few more minutes. I had to see her so I was stuck. By the time I was told I needed lab tests and an ultrasound those staff were gone to lunch. My options were to come back in an hour or make another appointment. So I made another appointment to come back for the US. Waited 40 minutes today in the waiting room and then told them I would find a new doctor and left. I can understand getting behind schedule but this is too much.
Since I began getting prenatal care here, I have complained of very bad shortness of breathe and being extremely too tired. And very achy bone. I voiced my concerns that it just didnt feel normal. I was told it was just my age which I am 37yrs old I was also told it was due to where the baby is sitting. No one took my concerns seriously. They took my blood back in January and my iron level was low. I was never told. My heart rate was all over the place. I have been in and out of the emergency room and all I was ever given was the guessing game. Finally I began to see Tammy Reyes who is a midwife currently at Piedmont. She had my blood drawn to check my vitamin D levels, which dud appear to be low. She prescribed vitamin D for me. My current physician who does not follow my pregnancy is able to view my chart as they all share same system. And she is the one who informed me that my iron has shown low since Jan. When Piedmont took my blood. I am just finding out at 9mos that my concerns were valid, it was not just my age or as simply as just the pregnancy. I was low on both iron and vitamin D. I am there to receive care not guesses. Low vitamin D as well as iron are both causes for my concerns and not to mention dangerous, leading to heart failure and more.
Ive been a patient here for 30+ years and was saddened to hear Dr Northcutt retired, so had to see a new Dr. and Dr. Tamara Fox was great!
They have you pay for the delivery and the appointments in advance. So I dished out nearly $4000 in April of this year for my birth in July. They said that’s how much they figured it would cost, and if it cost less they would refund me and if it cost more they would send me another additional bill.Well problem with this is it never showed up on my deductible because there wasn’t a claim linked with it, (cuz you can’t bill insurance without a claim) so they basically hung onto my money until the birth.Well come two months AFTER the birth a bill and claim is finally created for $4000 some odd dollars. Only problem is by this point I’ve paid another $4200 bill from the hospital that I’ve hit my deductible. So my insurance covered 80% or the OB bill so I only owe them $201. This means that now the OB needs to refund me the remaining $3800 dollars, right? Well instead they send me a bill of $201 to pay. It’s like seriously? Why make me pay IN ANDVANCE if you’re gonna bill me for the same thing anyway? This also happened to my friend who went to this office for her OB care.So I called them right away and told them I paid that back in April, and after putting me on hold forever they come back to confirm i am correct. They tell me that their databases have changed which is why this was happening (this happened to my friend a year prior though...). They said they would refund me my $3800 as a PREPAID VISA CARD?!? ... and it would come in the mail in a few weeks.Oh we aren’t done. Fast forward 2 more months, I get yet another bill for the $201. I call again, and have to explain everything again. Put on hold again, and then they tell me the exact same thing they said before, that the payment posted in another database and therefore it’s not registering. Well they said it will take about 30 days to register that and then they would mail the card. Guys, I had this baby in juiy. It’s November. I paid this all in April. This is unacceptable that I have to keep nagging them to get my near 4 grand. If I don’t keep calling it seems like they will just keep it. How many other people’s money are they just hanging onto?! People who just blindly paid and have no idea they’ve overpaid?!Very unprofessional, and scary since they aren’t dealing with just pocket change. Some of the doctors and midwives are great, but I never felt like I was super impressed with the care. I’m pretty low maintenance as this was my third baby, but even then I felt like I only got about 1 minute with any of the doctors. If you do choose to go here and want to avoid waiting hours, schedule your appointments for 7am. You’ll be in and out in no time. But really with all the billing mess I would warn you to be extra careful and keep track of every receipt and payment you make, or find another office.
My first visit to Dr. Pillai’s OB/GYN clinic was Phenominal! From the point of entry, meeting the first nurse (M) who escorted me to the office, to my first meeting with Dr. Pillai. She comfortably discussed with me every burning subject I had on my mind without me bringing it up. It was as though she knew, for my age, exactly those things to discuss with me! They made me feel like a Queen! I love them!
This facility and staff are top notch. From the welcoming front desk staff, to the nurses, midwives, and doctors, Piedmont obgyn offers a calm, supportive, and friendly environment for women. Their expertise, professionalism, and warmth have helped to make my first pregnancy an enjoyable one.
The doctor I worked with (Dr. Lowder) was good. She took time talking to me, answering my questions, and making sure I schedule followups. However, there are two things that are not satisfactory: 1. Nurse Jessica is so not caring/gentle. She could have taken extra 7 seconds to give me a vaccine shot. Instead, she gave me a shot in 3 seconds, and my arm was paralyzed for a whole 15mins!! And it still hurt 3 days later. The first visit was with nurse Doreen and she was much much better. It doesnt hurt when she gave me the shot. The 2nd visit with Jessica was HORRIBLE. it reminded me of the horrible shot experience I had with one nurse in the previous provider. Had she taken the extra 7 seconds, it would have made my experience much better. I dont really know why she had to rush. she came back 10mins later to check on me. Why couldnt she just took time to provide the injection... 2. the waiting time was always long... Even its a nurse visit, i waited for 20mins until I saw the nurse... For the doctor visit, i waited for 30mins. I finally saw the doctor, but I know some people eventually left since they had waited so long...
Dr. Lowder is great. She takes time with me and cares about me and my health. I highly reccommend her!
I am very particular about my healthcare providers. Dr. Alvarez and the team did not disappoint me at all. I appreciate kindness and staff that will actually listen. My sister is a doctor and I work in the industry, this is a quality team.
This is my first visit with Dr.Priya mam. She was really friendly and advised well for our pregnant planning. Hopefully she will help me to get us pregnant with proper guidance .
This is the best location in my eyes and from my experience. I have been coming to this location for some years and I love it. From the time you walk in the door, to the exam room is just so at ease. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and everyone is very cordial.
Billing department is terrible. They take thousands of dollars from you up front (for prenatal) and there is 0 reasonable accounting of what they charge your account. They dont send you all the bills associated with your account and they only provide an account balance summary if you call and request it 10 times (they are required to provide this by law). You then are provided with the most confusing financial statement known to man. We had to wade through many lines of unformatted text only to find they made many errors when deducting from our deposit. Once we discovered the true account balance it took many hours more for them to recognize the errors and send us a refund. You talk to a different person each time you call so each person has to be briefed all over again and read through the notes of your account. My wife and I spent nearly 20 hours on the phone and another 5 hours deciphering the mess of an account statement they sent us.This place also has some serious issues with their nurse hotline. Response for us was way too slow when my wife was in labor and the response on the weekends is horrendous in general. Whoever is an administrator here needs to be fired. The midwife and nursing staff can only do so much and they are clearly understaffed at critical hours. Babies do not operate on an 8 hour M-F schedule! My wife had an issue that required antibiotics and we waited for 3 hours on a Saturday to even talk to someone who then told us to go to an urgent care (even though we had been talking with them all week about the issue). There is way too much bureaucracy at this place and way too much process getting in the way of pregnant/postpartum women getting care in an appropriate time frame.Again the nursing/midwife staff is great but the management/billing issues take away any/all benefit to their greatness.
Had my 1st baby under the care of Dr. Pillai almost 3yrs ago, shes absolutely awesome and made me feel wonderful throughout my whole pregnancy. Any questions I had were answered in a professional and timely manner, despite the fact that I ended up having my baby early due to pre-eclampsia I have nothing but good stuff to say about Dr. Pillai and her nurse, planning to c her again for my second pregnancy.
The only issues I had with this place is my first visit here the girl couldn’t find a heart beat and instead of here reporting it to the doctor she failed to do so ! After meeting with Dr.Northcutt (if spelled correctly) I had to email him about my concern and they took no action to figure out what was going on ! Being a new mother and a daughter of a RN thank God my mom ended up buying a Doppler just to make sure everything was ok .all my other visits after this were good in and out but I must say last week I had an ultrasound done with a different technician and the damn lady burned my stomach !!! Smh I have two bumps that you can see are well burnt from her not performing the ultrasound correctly I even stated that it was burning and she ignored it !! My third complaint is the bad advice the nurse practitioners gives it was stated I was gonna have to do a C section which sent me into a frenzy ! But overall by he grace of God Dr.Alaverz saved the day I highly recommend him very knowledgeable
Dr Pillai is the best!! She’s so nice and listens to everything you tell her and any questions you have. She doesn’t rush you at all. It’s a pleasure having a doctor like Dr. Pillai!!
Made an appointment after having debilitating pain. Was examined in under 2 minutes and told everything feels fine and I could schedule an ultrasound if I wanted at an additional cost. Paid my steep copay and got no answers. I told them the problem when I scheduled the appointment. I should have gotten the ultrasound off the bat. Im worried and in pain and I do not feel reassured.
Worst experience here in ballantyne area. they dont care if you fall or if there is a problem during pregnancy. they make you wait 3 -4 hours in waiting before consulting doctor, i.e 3-4 hours after the scheduled appointment. and then spend 5 - 10 minutes on real consultation hurrying me and showing no patience. any issues discussed like pico condition or yeast infection or pelvic region swelling while having gestational diabetes, all of them ignored. more over, they are asking me to say what remedies i am following and continue to do that (as if i were the doctor). it seems they only care about it when you go through emergency. i dont want to even give 1 star. My 9th month weekly appointments were not scheduled by default (they dont have space) even though they made me pay global fee upfront, like its my problem. it seems since they got their money, they dont care. seriously cmc north took me for extra ultrasound etc with my first pregnancy free of cost. This is worst location to go to for pregnancy, very commercial and people with no time. worst management.
I am a FTM and have had such a horrible experience here! The staff is very rude. They never call back like they say they will. Ive had an issue with nurses/doctors telling me different things about test and whats normal/abnormal about pregnancy! They have tried to prescribe me something that was recalled and caused birth defects in babies (Zofran)! The doctor seemed upset because I didnt want to take it! My mother ended up having to go to the hospital for a blood transfusion because of something they prescribed her which only made matters worse and did the opposite of what is was supposed to do! I dont care where its located or how it looks, its a terrible place and they have no clue what they are doing!!!
I love this place. Dr. Northcutt is the best. He is always there when I need something. I hope he never retires. I would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and caring.
I switched to Piedmont for our 2nd pregnancy. We live in Pineville and it seemed great to delivery at the local hospital. They have continuously shown a lack of care for me, any questions I have and simple lab work. I was called and told my gestational diabetes test came back normal, come back for a visit and am told no, I failed. Great. I called to speak to the practice manager and assured she will call back. Nope. On top of that every time they do my bloodwork to check my thyroid Im never called with results or that Im iron deficient. They just call in scripts. I one time waited 2 weeks and finally got a phone call. Most recently I had an iud put in, called with questions never got a call back. 4 days go by and I call again and am told the nurse left a message. Nope. Left another voicemail with practice manager. Still no call back. Done. Switching practices. These people think they can afford to not care, and Im not going to be in the care of an office like that.
I was at Piedmont GYN/OB at Ballantyne yesterday. I saw Dr. Northcutt yesterday for my female exam. I am on a walker so I need to let you know that for all of the weight scales that are in the office to weigh patients. The weigh scales dont have safety hands put up on the walk on both sides of the scale. I went through this at Dr Rissmillers office. Somebody finally listened to me & they came & put in a walker that went around the weigh scale. Now her weigh scale is very safe for me to use. Now it is Dr. Northcutts office turn. I would like to see every weigh scale in Dr. Northcutts office have a walker put around it so that pregnant ladies, disabled ladies like me can get up on those scales for our weight to be checked. Now about the front 2 doors to this office. I wold like to see this office have a re-design on their front 2 doors. Right the front 2 entry doors dont have a handicap push button/easy automatic open doorway. I am on a walker so I have to struggle to get the doors open to get into the office for my appointment. Would you please fix the doors where they will accommodate disabled ladies like me. Thanks, Tina
I went in for the worst ultrasound I ever not seen. This is my 4th child but the 1st time I couldnt even tell what I was looking at. Scheduled to see my assigned midwife for first time, she was running late. The nurse called me last night stating I really needed to be scheduled for a glucose test. Tried to schedule my glucose test I am already 7mos, reception ask what test Im talking about. Then she told me I have to see all the midwives not just one, well that defeats the point of the midwife. I have always seen the same midwife with my other three children. How or why dont they know what and who Im supposed to be scheduled with or for. I am so dissatisfied with this office care and knowledge. I am from CT and I have no idea what to do here. 3/14/2017 this is a new review, what is stated above is a couple months ago. I would like to share my newest experience. I am now 9mos pregnant, I have been complaining since I started seeing them about shortness of breathe and being extremely too tired. Without looking in to anything else. I was just told that it was my age Im 37yrs old I was also told it was just the pregnancy or where it sitts. I have had only one ultrasound. They drew my blood in January and my iron was concerning low. I was never told. My heart was all over the place. Finally thanks to my newest physician yesterday who does not follow my pregnancy but can view my chart sharing same system. I found out that I am anemic due to the pregnancy. Just a couple of weeks ago I began to see Tammy Reyes as my midwife at Piedmont. She had my blood taken to check my vitamin D levels, which indeed was low as well. So as I was voicing my concerns, it was more than just as simple as my age and simply the pregnancy. These are things that could have been addressed months ago. As they should know better as medical staff. I am caring a baby for Gods sake and both low iron as well as vitamin D not only is dangerous but are the real reasons for all my concerns but instead of checking in to my concerns. I was giving the guessing game. That is not proper care at all. I would not refer any one to this place.
This is the worst experience ever. I had my baby at Pineville and had to go through the labor process by myself and with the support that the nurse could gave me. This practice has only one midwife in the hospital. She was taking care of another patient; therefore, I saw her just once when I was 2 centimeters dilated. From then on, I never saw her again. I had to stop pushing and wait till the call the on-call doctor. Also, when you go to your check ups you dont see the same doctor or midwife. You have to see a sifferent person everytime.I dont want anybody else to go through this.
I have been to all three piedmont gyn/OB offices. This one was by far the best. It was clean and they got you back so fast! I saw Dr. Northcutt and he was amazing. He has great bedside manner and really listened and made me feel like he cared about my concerns.
Amazing and Professional in every way. Always caring and make you feel comfortable about your appointment. Dr. Northcutt is so thorough and has my best interest in mind. Thank you!
Dr Pillai is the very best. She’s thorough, compassionate, and engaged. Offers practical suggestions anyone can follow.
The Mask mandate is over and I have issues with having to ware one .I also filled out my paperwork online and soon as I checked in I had to go through it again so why did I have a fill it out at home and then again there. Nothing has changed really waste of my time for nothing. If Dr. Northcutt wasnt here I would not come back..
Worst experience ever...first they told me two different prices..when I called to ask how much my appointment would be because I was paying out of pocket the lady said $302 so thats what I paid when I got there but then the lady at the desk said I was gonna owe like $3,000. So that was the first problem. Then I went in and I had already gotten a confirmed pregnancy from my primary doctor so I was expecting to get an ultrasound to see how far I was NO that did not happen...I was waiting forever to be seen by the doctor and then when I actually got seen I didnt find anything out about my baby or how many weeks I was....he gave me an estimate not anything exact. Which was the second problem...everyone that works there that I seen that day was nice nasty (faking the funk) like if your gonna deal with pregnant women at least be nice and more comforting...the doctor I seen told me that I most likely wont have the same doctor throughout my pregnancy and that none of them can be on call..ANOTHER RED FLAG. My appointment was at 2:30 I got in early around 2:05 and I was there for TWO hours and found out nothing about my baby...I was so shocked and in disbelief by the appointment I went home and cried...I went up there today and asked to be transferred to another obgyn and I want my money back...the lady at the desk remember me fully..but then acted like she lost her memory when I asked for my money back..either way I got the transfer papers and I will be going to Carmel obgyn. And she said she would contact the billing people I WILL be calling back tomorrow to make sure she did that..they owe me $202 back cause that appointment was only suppose to be $100. Smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OBGYN TO ANYONE I think they should either get better employees or shut down cause there service is ridiculous. And if I dont get my money back I will be taking them to court.
Wow! Dr. Fox wouldnt write me a note today to allow me to take it easy physically at work for the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy despite the pain, pressure, other physical complications Ive been having. Every single visit Ive had here thus far has been 50 to 120 minutes behind my scheduled appointment time.
Priya pillai is very gentle and very informative during my check up.She did case study of my medical history beforehand to clear all my doubts!!!!
Great office staff- everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr Fox was great. I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to all my problems
Dr Alvarez was very kind and professional. He was on time and made the appointment fast which is what I wanted. I would recommend him.
I really like going to this clinic and the service provided. The entire team and doctor are very kind and gentle.
The only good thing with this place is the doctors do a good job. The office staff make this place one to avoid. They mess up appointments and change them without notice and act like they are somehow better than everyone else. Not professional and I do not recommend them.
I would recommend Dr Northcut as Ive been going to him for years. He is thorough and knows his stuff. The nurses are helpful & went out of their way to solve a financial problem I had with the medicine prescribed.
Dr.Fox and her staff are amazing‼️ They always go above and beyond to satisfy and make the patient comfortable.
Everyone there was very nice and welcoming! The midwife and CMA were so sweet and explained everything along the way.
Medical Service is great. But the billing department is very tough to reach and the representatives at the hospital have no clue about billing. Added to all these, the phone automated system is faulty and never lets you talk to a live customer service agent about your bill.
Dr. Floyd and her staff were clinically excellent AND had great bedside manner.Overall a great experience.
Been here twice, both times have sat in the waiting room for over 30mins. I usually go to the steelecroft location which i literally walk in and sit for about 1-2mins and get called in. Someone who came after me has been called in. Will not be coming back to this office! If I cant been seen at steelecroft I’d rather wait than come here.
Dr. Fox and all of the staff at this location are absolutely amazing! They made my first appointment so seemless and made me feel so comfortable! I can’t wait to continue to go here!
I have been going here for years. They have been a part of the birthing of 2 of my kids also. I love this practice especially Dr. Pillai.
We have had very bad experience with their care. There is no sense of urgency and they dont care of returning the phone call even if they say they would return the call in 4 hrs. In addition, they dont provide the details on the diagnostic result. There seems to be a lot of focus about the insurance and payment, meaning the money part but no care about the health.
Dr.Lowder is great. She actually LISTENS to what you have to say, she answers any questions I had, and she even asked if I had any more questions!
Dr Alvarez and Michelle were super professional and warm people, very understanding.Thank you!
It was not a satisfactory visit for a wellness visit that ends in 5 minutes with doctor.I would not rate the visit with any star but to post I must give one. So here it it.Sorry
I am very pleased with the level of care and service I receive every time I am here. Top-notch doctors and friendly staff.
Dr. Lowder is absolutely lovely! She listens carefully and eases my anxiety while providing the best care.
Nurse Jenna and Nurse Tammy and their staff are the best! I highly recommend them and this office for any OB/GYN needs that you may have now or in the future.
I cannot believe how unprofessional this office has been with regards to returning phone calls and patients time. I have at times sat and waited for over an hour to see the doctor and my phone calls are never rerurned. I will be looking elsewhere as my patients is gone!
Nothing but above and beyond from all providers! Midwife Tammy is absolutely incredible! Highly recommend! 3 pregnancies all amazing experiences!
Great Experience !Unfortunately I was unexpectedly late for my appt. But they couldn’t have been kinder and were able to still fit me in.
Love Dr. Lowder! She has the best demeanor and is always so calm.
If you do not have any other place go then only go to this place. They are totally misorganized every time we go went there waited more than 1 hour and no point to search doctor because they are always not available. Although they are not doing anything just laughing inside but they will not come and see you
My visit with Tammy Reyes is always great! She is very professional and thorough in her exams!
The nurses were all so great! And the doctor seemed pretty compassionate, as well.
The doctor was perfect! She was personable and didnt make me feel rushed or unheard.
Doctors run 30-40 min late....My appointment was at 2.25. I was there at 2.03 and doctor visited me at 2.55...never faced such a long waiting anywhere else.Doctors answers to my questions were not satisfying.Worst experience ever...Wouldnt give any star to this facility....
Always great customer service! Dr. Tammy Reyes, CNM & Dr. Lowder, MD are the absolute best!
Dr. Northcutt is amazing! He made the most uncomfortable process very relaxing and fun!
Friendly staff and nice care facility.
Worst experienceDont go specially if you are pregnant they will keep waiting you forever inside the examination room.Obgyn office is expected to be more proactive and faster
Dr Fox was incredible. So nice and understanding and room her time.
Just had the worst experience at this place... Seems like they have built up an earning mechanism to call up patient in every 2 weeks and put all possible charges repeatedly.... Avoid this if you are looking for a safe pregnancy...
I love my GYN Doctor and the team that work with her.
Dr. Northcutt is great in every way. Professional, understanding, kind, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lowder is great. She has been my doc for many years.
Always a visit with Dr. Northcutt. Nurses and staff are always pleasant and never a long wait.
Dr. Fox and her staff are amazing! Would highly recommend her. She is very proactive in her care!
Dr Alvarez is amazing and his bedside manner is great
Dr Pillai is caring and professional
This office is horrible, the staff is inconsistent and does not believe in properly following up. My experience was so bad that I have decided to keep my previous OBGYN in another state.
Great visit...Have to see doc every 6 months and they always make it easy...... this time was much quicker than usual. THANKS!
The staff is incredible! Dr Northcutt especially is 1 in a Million!
Dr. Pillai is the best !
All employees were smiling and very helpful. Did not wait long at all.
Love yall doing great work there u welcome your smile
I have been going to this office for years and have never once been seen on time despite arriving early for appointments every time. Having to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time every time is extremely unprofessional.
Best ever! Staff and doc! Love it here!
All staff was very nice and pleasant. My procedure started on time!
Kind people and quality care.
Great practice. Love the providers. Friendly staff!
I had a wonderful experience and Tiffany was the absolute best!
Very helpful with medication order that needed pre authorization.
Very polite and welcoming. Answered all my questions and concerns that I had.
They are never on the same page always getting told different things everytime!! So ready for December to come so I can be done with this office.
Exceptional! Everyone here will go out of their way to help you with what you need!
Horrible wait times... I always (multiple visits) wait at least 1-2 hrs before being seen! Unacceptable. Finding a new practice!
I waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen for my appointment AND they overcharged me.
Dr. Pillai is amazing!!!!
Dr. Lowder and her team are angels.
I would definitely recommend that you see Lori Williamson!
I love this place everyone is soo friendly and make sure you are taken care of I recommend this place to anyone
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST !!!! I will never schedule another appointment with them again !
No waiting - very prompt and friendly staff!
Great staff wonderful attentive care!
All staff friendly and considerate
Great practice! Very friendly and everybody knows what they are doing!
Always pleasant and on time.
Everyone was nice, friendly and professional.
Love love the staff and especially Dr Lowder!!
Very efficient and welcoming
