I cannot thank everyone at this Urgent Care enough! I have been visiting them for 17 years now and they have taken excellent care of me, and my family, every time. I feel very fortunate to have them in my neighborhood. Thank you, Dr Hassan!
Great experience as always! They were able to see my 16 month old within a half hour vs. a 3 hour wait at Children’s. Doctor and nurse were both so sweet and caring. Highly recommend!!
I have been here twice and both times they have gone above & beyond to be helpful. Never had much of a wait as they always get me right in. I was missing some forms that I needed and they were able provide them for me. The Dr. is kind and very skilled, the rest of the staff operated in the way we wish all Healthcare providers did. Professional, courteous & caring. I would drive out of my way to choose this urgentcare everytime.
Excellent as always! The front desk, the nurse & doctor always treat me and my family with respect, care, friendliness&knowledge. I went here today after work for a minor illness and out less than 20 minutes with medication sent to pharmacy. I always have & will continue to go to this Urgent Care only. Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful care you give.
Brought my grandson in this morning. Front desk was very polite. We were taken back to see the Doctor within 5 minutes. The Nurse was very welcoming and professional; Doctor is always very professional and kind. Would recommend!
I wanted to comment on the superb service we received today! Our receptionist’s name was Ashley, and I cannot compliment her enough on how courteous, attentive and considerate she was to our predicament. She was helpful, we went back to the exam room quickly, and were well taken care of. May I be so bold as to suggest than an employee such as her is an asset to any business, and I recommend a raise! She deserves it! The doctor was great and concise, the rooms were clean and sterile. I certainly will be returning whenever necessary. Just make sure Ashley is well taken care of, I am amazed! Thank you so much!
I was able to go right as they opened at 9am and was seen within 10-20 mins. The Dr. Saw me soon after getting a room. He listened to me and gave me a diagnosis and script for what I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean.
5 stars, fast time to get in, no wait time. The staff was friendly. The doctor was open and forthcoming prescribed exactly what I needed. I will come back here again.
You guys were amazing! Fastest Urgent Care visit ever in my lifetime and Im going to be 49 here in a little bit lol. Very informative and very knowledgeable..you guys killed it! Would definitely recommend!
Great practice, staff and Dr. It is clean and well kept. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Love this place always so kind ,they take great care of you I will always go there Best urgent Care around! Thank you for taking such great care of me. Sincerely Ms Lisa Lanham/Fugett
My horses hoof struck my right hand and opened a flesh wound. Quickly used pressure & bandaged it. That afternoon we went to Eastside Urgent Care & had it addressed. The doctor was excellent! Thank you so much for taking care of me.
Sliced my finger open really deep on a meat slicer the staff and the doctor were so caring and did a great job stitching me up. I went back today to get my stitches out everything looked great! Thanks to them I can return to work now. Thank you everyone at urgent care.
I went in for a Dot physical. Reception area was clean. The staff was friendly. Doctor answered all questions regarding my physical. Was in and out in a reasonable time
Dr. Pressler is wonderful! And the medical assistant was kind and helpful. I have two abscessed teeth with spreading infection. The oral surgeon wouldn’t prescribe anything until the appt next week, my regular dentist said go to the oral surgeon, and my PCP said go to the emergency room. Which great if I had an extra 5k lying around. After an exam Dr Pressler prescribed an antibiotic, a mouth rinse and also cautioned me that if this doesn’t help then I should go to the ER. Thank you! I will not hesitate to visit this practice again. Five stars all around.
Waited 2 hours to see the doctor and there were people that came in after me that went before me so I was a little upset needless to say it was an emergency situation or I would not havegone there. not happy
My 61 year old husband came to your Urgent Care with a deep cough, having been extremely sick for at least five days. First thing, he tested positive for Covid. From that point on, no one came in the room! The doctor then Face Timed him from down the hall!! No one ever took his blood pressure. No one ever even checked his lungs with a stethoscope!! The doctor actually asked him to hold the phone up to his mouth and stick out his tongue so the doctor could check his throat. Then the doctor told him to check his own glands to see if they were swollen. The medical care was an ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Employees and the doctor were excellent! Little wait along prescriptions to cure my illness! Highly recommend this care center!
I stopped after work and saw the doctor and out the door in 30 minutes. The doctor was very thorough. I wish I could remember the staff’s names. They were professional, kind and caring. Thank you!
This place is a great Urgent Care. Very friendly and didn’t have much of a wait
After being turned away from another urgent care, we found Eastside! My daughter who is 1 1/2 jammed her finger and we weren’t sure if she broke it. The staff was so nice to her and my other daughter I had with me. She even let them take her back for X-rays without me so I could be with her sister who didn’t want me to leave. Worth the drive!!
Quick and efficient! Diagnosed problem in less than an hour. Now on my way to ortho 😊
I dont leave bad reviews unless its that bad so let me tell you my story. I made an appointment online and showed up on time. I wanted a strept test since my throat was hurting and I work with small children. We sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back along with another lady who had arrived about 20 minutes after us. The nurse was not friendly. She directed us to stand along the wall and wait while she took the other lady patient in the back. We were taken into a room that just had some chairs and was unclean with dead bugs on the floor. I will attach photos. I was swabbed for strept and covid and was informed she would be back with results. I am normally a patient person but after being in that room for another half an hour, I started to get annoyed. Rapid tests only take 15 minutes and it had been over a half an hour since our arrival. I finally walked out and told the nurse we had to leave soon as my boyfriend had to work and he drove me there. I was finally put into an exam room and was given some excuse that my covid test had popped up with a 3rd line. Now I am not a doctor, but I have a Veternarian background. I have never seen any tests with an extra line. Theres the control and the test line. My test was supposedly negative and they dont know why there was a 3rd line. I was told it was probably viral and left with no medication and basically wasted two hours there. Ive never had such a poor experience with an urgent care.
I went on for a COVID test which turned out to be positive. I was given a script for pazlovid & cough syrup. Quick visit. Great care. They are the best on the Eastside of Cincinnati.
I went in for a covid test. There were 2 people there in front of me and I sat for more than an hour before I was seen. The prescriptions I was given where on computer paper and my insurance would not cover them. Dont recommend.
Loved the staff and the environment! If it was just based on them, it’d be 5 stars all around. They did get me in and get me out efficiently and with a smile. The doctor however, was incredibly old school. I understand there’s a crowd for that, but I’m not the one. I felt like he dismissed everything I told him. He basically was like, you’re negative for strep - here’s an antibiotic… didn’t even ask if I wanted to send a culture out, which I thought was strange… I wanted to send one, but I was uncomfortable to even ask him. I asked questions about if the cough drops I took could have contributed to high blood pressure - he just shrugged and gave me a lisinopril Rx…. Said he could only go off of what I presented… which I mean, I get - but bedside manner was not to be found lol. I got more information from the techs that helped me than the doctor. I also got more information from THE PHARMACIST I went to than this doctor could give me.Wanted to say - Suzie was great! She deserves a 10/10. So does the rest of the support staff. Every support staff member I encountered was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor however - if you don’t care about patients or how you present yourself, just retire. Listen I get having burn out and compassion fatigue… I promise I do…and I have a lot of patience with medical staff because I know you guys go through hell on the daily.. But seriously - the “I don’t give two hoots about you” the dr. projected was next level and highly unacceptable in my opinion. Thank you to the rest of the staff who made me feel comfortable and cared for.
This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Cindy in check in was so helpful and friendly! The nursing staff. were wonderful and took the time to make sure I was properly assessed. Even though they were super busy the staff was super attentive and the PA was so thorough and took her time, thank you so much for that! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tina and barbi !!
I made an appointment online for a pre op. Physical and everything went great! No waiting, friendly staff and an overall great experience.
We set an appointment online due to the fact of having a child with an ear infection in both ears thought we would be in and out. And we where nothing more then a 30 minute stay we loved our nurse and doctor very considerate quick and caring thank you all so much.
The doctor and nursing staff were great! The doctor has a sense of humor, and I needed it. The only thing I would recommend is removing the very strong plugin in the lobby. When a sick person comes in with a headache or nausea, thats the last thing they want to smell. It makes them feel so much worse.
Doctor diagnosed my condition and gave me medicine to remedy it. Very thorough and professional
This place is AMAZING! I cut my finger pretty bad and went to another location first and they glued it. It got infected, and the glue fell off 2 days later. I came to Eastside urgent care cause I didn’t want to go back to the same place. I was in pain and very irritated and they knew. When I first saw the doctor he said that should not of been glued :( it was way too deep of a cut. What should of been a fast healing process turned in to weeks. Thank you to Eastside Urgent care for cleaning up the mess of another urgent care 💗 thank you to your whole staff! They made me feel welcomed, and cared about from the minute I walked in the door. They will make sure they give the best care, they explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand and get you healing quickly and correctly! Thank you again Eastside Urgent Care!!!!! I highly recommend this place
Always a positive experience here! Whether it’s a Covid test, pre employment drug screen, or unexpected broken bone, the staff is always very friendly and ready to assist! This last visit, I came in spur of the moment, and was treated as quickly as possible and by a very friendly staff! Any time my family is in need of urgent care, but not ER worthy, Eastside Urgent Care is our first stop!
Incredibly nice people that put you right at ease. They made going to the doctor as pleasant as it could be 😊
I had a great experience and would recommend to others! My receptionist Ashley was very kind and helpful with any questions I had during my visit and I got back to an exam very quicky! The place is very clean and well maintained and I was very comfortable. The doctors were nice and quick to get me on my way and deliver excellent care as well. I will definitely be returning!
Dr and Nurse were good. Reception employee was RUDE and passive aggressive and not helpful.
Was efficient And nice doctor and nurse. Was a very long wait. Thanks for seeing me. .need to clean floors in back room where you see the doctor.
The only urgent care I choose to go to. Megan is an amazing tech and I have to say doc is the best doctor they have. Always a quick in and out with great answers to my problems. 10/10 recommend.
Receptionist was short and rude. It was my first time filling out paper work for my daughter. They tried having us take her to children’s because she had a cough? Had to get stern we weren’t doing that. The lobby was gross there was flys everywhere which to me means it’s unsanitary. The doctor we had was great he was quick and professional. The doctor was the only good part of this visit but me and my family won’t be returning.
I had severe back pain they were getting ready to close and they still accepted me and a couple other people.. theyre definitely class a individuals!! Super nice and friendly!!
This is our favorite urgent care. The service is excellent and fast.
I drive 35 minutes to get there. Best urgent care in the city. Doctor and staff are fantastic. Teena that works there , I have to mention her individually she is top-notch a real class act. Highly recommend!!
My 13 year old has been sick for a while now. We took her to another doctor and they said it was just allergies. After 3 days of still not feeling well and getting worse, we brought her here. Dr. Hasan is amazing. Its an urgent care, so its busy but the wait wasnt too bad. He examined her and and diagnosed her with a Sinus infection and Bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics, a steroid and cough medicine. Within 3 days, she was almost back to her normal self. Thank you Dr. Hasan!
Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Most important I felt like I had all my questions answered by the doctor he was really good!!
Profesional, eficiente medical care when you need it most.Weekends and after hours this clinic has saved me!
Associates, nurses, and Dr. were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. All in great spirits and helped us with our visit. Thank you to all. Michael & Cheryl Fader
Visit was good. Both the doctor and nurse seemed to care and know what they were talking about!
Do not go there!!!I waited an hour for a simple pre-employment drug screening. Although I was proactive and made an appointment, they cancelled it and told me to just walkin.Sick people were sitting next to healthy people, in a very small waiting room. The toilet paper was on the back of the toilet in the collection room. If you know anything about drug screening samples, you know that every person collected and then grabbed the toilet paper roll with dirty hands. It was repulsive. How is this place still open?
I had to come in really early and quick for a job drug screening and the staff and manager were incredibly helpful and speedy with getting me in and out. I was nervous I wouldnt get everything done in time so Im extremely grateful for the manager getting me in. They were all very friendly! :)
Excellent and speedy service. Courteous doctor and staff took great care of me.
I just received very serious, inaccurate test results from this clinic based on an error in reading my lab results. This caused significant emotional distress and was easily identified as an error when I explained the results to my primary care provider. I had to call this clinic back to clarify, the incorrect results were again confirmed, I had to insist that this might be an error before the staff member checked with the medical director who clarified the mistake. I received a single “sorry” for the “typo”. Truly unacceptable to be so irresponsible with a serious diagnosis causing serious emotional distress and anxiety. The overall experience here was bad. The office has paper thin walls - I was able to hear every word of the patients in the room next to me as well as the staff talking to each other about the patients. The walk-in appointment took nearly 3 hours to draw blood and do a brief exam. Echo previous reviews that staff were rude and unhelpful providing very little information about my test results and prescriptions.I will be visiting my primary care doctor to verify all information given by this clinic as I do not trust the care or information I received. Waste of time and emotional energy.Update: after incorrectly telling me I have a serious, chronic illness, they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This place is traumatic and inconvenient. I look forward to managements response.
Staff is wonderful and the visit was handled efficiently and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Hassan was great and spoke directly to my little one to treat her.
Came in with abdominal pain and the ladies at the front desk sent me away saying I’d have to go to the ER and it “wasn’t worth a visit” with urgent care because they “don’t have ultrasound machines” and they said I’d probably have to get an ultrasound. I then went to another urgent care, peed in a cup and found out I have a kidney infection. No ultrasound, funny right? Downright unprofessional. Do not go here. This place needs to be shut down based on all the people they turn away. If you don’t want to do your jobs then quit.
My mom has been facing long covid since 2021. She has an extremely hard time breathing, and being sick in any way makes it even harder for her. She was seen by a doctor virtually that referred her to come and see the urgent care so they could listen to her lungs as the virtual doctor believes she has pneumonia. When she arrived at the urgent care, she was turned away as they said because she had done a virtual visit the insurance would not pay, even though she was referred. She offered an alternative method of payment and was met with a very disrespectful attitude by the receptionist, who said “Let me call billing and see if that’s even POSSIBLE.” We left and then my mom was called by the lady at the desk with a half apology after all was said and done. How as a medical facility can you in good faith turn someone away who is clearly experiencing severe respiratory issues?? If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would. I would not come here if I was in any kind of medical situation. It’s not worth it to be treated the way she was.
I called Eastside Urgent Care trying to get a last minute rapid covid test after calling many places and being turned down.I was told to come in, no appointment necessary. My husband and I showed up. We were taken care of immediately. I was even able to wait for printed results. The receptionist was courteous and pleasant. Tina, the lady that I spoke with who also did the tests, was super helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you!
Staff here are very friendly. Nice to talk to. They make your visit experience easy. I have anxiety when I go to any doctor. My blood pressure shoots up. The MA/x-ray tech I had on 10-14-2020 was super friendly and was able to help me calm down. The doctor was EXTREMELY thorough with his exam. Very nice, friendly easy to talk to doctor. I felt like he cared about me and my issues. I would go back to see this doctor.
Went because I have an extremely bothersome rash on my face. Told the receptionist I had a history of scarlet fever, (which is related to Strep Group A) and that the symptoms were about the same as when I had it previously. The receptionist looked at me and said “I have never even heard of scarlet fever.”They sat me down and I waited, they definitely didn’t take long. They swabbed me for a flu and covid test. Took about 10-15 minutes to be taken back. The waiting room and exam room both absolutely stunk (literally) and I don’t believe they had any AC. I told the nurse my concerns again were specifically with scarlet fever. Once she left to discuss it with the provider, I heard all the staff outside of my door making fun of me for even suggesting scarlet fever and asking if it was even a real thing or not. Quite literally mocking me right outside the door. I was given a prescription for a Zpack and sent on my way without any of my concerns being heard and didn’t even end up getting a strep test. I won’t return and I don’t suggest that anybody else does.
Multiple issues.1.They said I had to pay up front before they billed my insurance2. They refused service without my ssn written which my insurance said do not provide that.3. They looked at me dumb when I asked them to check my blood pressure for a panic attack.
This was my second Telehealth visit with Dr Hassan and Eastside Urgent Care and both visits have been great. From scheduling, to using the online portal to update my info and then the visits with Dr. Hassan himself, everything has been seamless. Definitely recommend!
Eastside Urgent Care was very efficient and helpful when it came to COVID testing. The staff was beyond accommodating, kind, patient and friendly with my questions and concerns. They really put me at ease and I appreciated the way they took the time to get me in their system. The nasal swab wasn’t nearly as uncomfortable as I anticipated, the whole process was easy, and I had my results within 45 minutes. The professional and friendly staff really put some comfort in a very uncomfortable time. Thank you.
Reply to below comment-urgent care did not even try to treat my daughter, I told them that her fever has not broken, that It will only go down with Tylenol. I ended up taking her to eastgate urgent care(not children’s or children’s urgent care) who got her in right away, tested her for strep throat and It was positive! Was not a need to rush her to children’s hospital for something that is not an emergency! And absolutely nothing was communicated with me as to why we were being turned away! When i asked why, I was told “that’s just what the dr wants you to do.” Very unprofessional.Turned My 5 year old daughter away told us to go to a different office that doesn’t open for another hour. Did not give reason as to why we were being turned away. Very disappointed in service will not be returning
I took my daughter to this Urgent care for a physical recently. She is a bit shy but the staff made her feel so comfortable. The service was quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks to the warm staff that made my daughter feel less nervous.
I’ve never walked out of a doctors office because I felt uncomfortable until today. The doctor asked me if I smoke marijuana. I said yes he then goes on to tell me that it’s dangerous smoking marijuana and you never know what’s in it I told him I have a medical card and he looked at me and said that doesn’t matter it’s still horrible for you.
I needed a Covid test quickly since I was the caregiver for my immune compromised parents. I couldn’t find a home test kit or a place to be tested same day. My daughter suggested this urgent care and I’m glad I followed her suggestion. They were quick, understanding, professional and compassionate, especially the ladies at the front desk. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.
Very shady billing practices. Keeping my credit card number on file in case I dont pay a hypothetical bill I havent received yet. Thats ridiculous, absolutely not standard practice, and makes me extremely uncomfortable. There are a ton of signs about wearing masks yet the receptionist is not wearing one over her face.Water in the bathroom is barely a trickle to wash your hands after testing. The whole place makes you feel like you are going to be sicker when you leave than what you went there for in the first place.Nurse was nice, doctor was nice, got the care I needed but will never go back.
Everyone here is very nice and professional. Thr wait was only a few minutes. It is super clean and we will definitely be returning here when we need to.
My experience at Eastside urgent Care has been a great experience. I cant get over how the whole staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. I really appreciate it! most of the time when you have to go to urgent care it can be very stressful! Even though I was stressed out they were so patient and kind and helpful.
I booked an appointment online and it was extremely easy and user friendly. Anytime I had communication with anyone in the office they were polite and extremely nice and helpful. It was a longer drive than the one by my house but with how I was treated at East Side Urgent Care I will always come back. They were amazing.
I went here yesterday for the first time and was absolutely blown away by my Nurse Practitioners personality and handling of my medical issue! Awesomely professional and styling in her scrubs, from the moment she came in til she left, I had 100% of her attention and professional concern. She went above and beyond to make sure I began to recover quickly and efficiently! Next time Im sick, I know where Im going!
Hands down best place around!! Staff is incredible! All of them go above and beyond every visit. They were able to find a diagnosis many other doctors ignored. Will be forever grateful to their amazing team for being so thorough!!
I went to another urgent care and it was terrible, i felt like death forever. This urgent care is quick and actually figured out what was wrong with me. Thank you!
Staff got me in for a virtual visit same day. The physician I spoke with was very kind and courteous, she put in my orders and by the time I showed up they were ready with a covid test, flu test and strep test. The woman working the drive thru testing booth was very kind and gentle (I was worried about the qtip up the nose bit). Very pleased with how quickly they were able to get me taken care of.
I used to work in the operating room and have been around a lot of doctors. The doctor at this Urgent Care is the best doctor Ive ever been around. Not only does he have superb bedside manner and actually listens when I talk to him but he is also the smartest doctor Ive ever talked to! The staff there is great, from the girls at the front desk, to the medical assistants who help. I wish he could be my primary care doctor! Id recommend this place to anyone.
I went here 2/14/22 for a DOT physical and was very impressed by the staff and their kindness towards me. They were all quite friendly and made my visit as stress free as possible. The two different nurses I dealt with were very nice and Dr Pressler was wonderful too. I highly recommend going here for physicals or any other medical services you man need.
Very poor customer service at front desk. I walking around 11 am only 2 people in the lobby. Was told they were to busy at the moment and to come back around 3-4. So I set up a appointment online for 4:45 and they canceled it told me to go to the emergency room. Didnt even take a look at me or my symptoms. Was the best urgent care in my area. Now worst rated on my list. I will make sure they will never get a dime. I have been a cash paying customer. But after I get insurance they dont want my business.
Staff was very kind and accommodating, and service was quick and efficient. Overall I was in and out in an hour. Tina especially was wonderful, professional and very polite. This experience is easily one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had during Covid
I visited this urgent care yesterday presenting with an all over body hives and extreme exhaustion. As soon as they found out I didn’t have insurance and was going to pay out of pocket .. they immediately tried to send me to the ER. At that point my husband got involved and insisted that we stay here.Unfortunately it didn’t get better, I was charged 225 bucks before I ever saw any nursing or doctor staff. How is that accurate. When I was called back the only concern was my Covid test which wasn’t even administered until after my vitals were taken: blood pressure, oxygen levels and temperature. The doctor didn’t even touch me at all. He took my heartbeat over 3 layers of clothing including my jacket. He did not check my ears nose or throat or my glands and didn’t address my extreme exhaustion. I got a shot of steroids and more pill steroids and that was it. So I have no idea why I’m so tired or why I have low blood pressure. I did hear them outside my door talking consistently about my test and they waited for it to come back NEGATIVE, then immediately sent me home. Unsatisfactory.
Went to Eastside Urgent Care for breathing problems. Staff were very professional and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I did have a shot and felt no pain. It was over with quickly. I would recommend Eastside Urgent Care. Very good staff.
Incredible, professional, prompt and helpful service. We went in for a drive thru rapid covid test. The line was a little long but at a decent rate. The nurse was so friendly, answered lots of questions and told me exactly how to access results. Then called to make sure I received the results. When there was a slight error with the chart I called at 8:30pm and they fixed it immediately. All very hard workers, staying late to take care of the community.
We urgently had to get a Covid test after an exposure prior to Christmas and the staff could not have been nicer/more helpful. They made the entire process so easy, and were so kind and understanding. The nurse who called to give us our negative test results was so sweet telling us to go enjoy the holiday with our family.
This place is great. The doctor always helps me when I am here. He take the time to understand what I am going threw. My nurse Teena gave me a pain shot and I didnt even feel it. They were so nice to me and I am extremely hapoy with the care I recived. It did not take long at all and my prescriptions are already at the pharmacy waiting for me. Thanks Guys your doing a great job. I would highly recommend Eastside Urgent care.
Nurse Ashley is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever had experience with. Not only is she nice and caring she was very professional. If I ever have to come to urgent care again Im most definitely coming here just because of her.
We tested positive for COVID and have dealt with several different organizations (health dept, hospitals, pediatrician, etc). Not a one of those places was as organized, kind, efficient and smart as Eastside Urgent Care. I came from KY for our follow up testing, based on recommendations, and I am so glad I did. Fantastic, caring, patient, kind group, and so impressed with how organized they are. Highly recommend!
Yeah it was alright , just didnt like the wait times
Such a wonderfully orchestrated process. Virtual visit and drive up testing makes the process safe and easy--didnt even have to leave my car. I made an appointment ahead of time and didnt really have a wait at all. Will for sure use their services again!
Edit: I feel compelled to share that my previous 5 star review was given at the request of the urgent care manager in exchange for a same-day rapid COVID test. The manager waited on the phone until my review went through and then confirmed my test. While I am appreciative they were able to fit me into the schedule I am concerned that they are handing out rapid tests in exchange for reviews as a way to boost their ratings. After reviewing their most recent reviews it appears multiple people have been asked to give a 5 star rating in exchange for a test which is awful.Amazing customer service! Their manager went above and beyond to get me COVID tested in a timely manner. Extremely professional and truly cares about their patients. Would recommend.
Very nice and friendly staff . Facility is clean and bright. The Dr took his time with me and didn’t make me feel he was rushing out the door. The gentleman at front desk was extremely nice as well. I would recommend this Urgent Care.
Such a great place to go even with your kids theyre very fast & friendly. 💪there is one nurse I always recommend👏we always love coming here when she is here, her name is Teena! She is so sweet and friendly and she always figures out the right medicine.I ALWAYS feel uncomfortable at places like these. But this one is by far the BEST one Ive been too.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE for ANY of the family.GREAT STAFF. & DOCTORS.ASK FOR TEENA, SHE WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU💯
I fell at home and put a gash in my head. I walked into the office and said I had a head laceration and they turned me away. They said they do not have a protocol for head injuries and told me to go the ER. I went to a different urgent care and was fixed up in under an hour.I would have given this place 1 star but they offered to call an ambulance. I thought it was a silly request considering I was coherent and no longer bleeding but they were considerate.
Not a first choice for sure The receptionist was incredibly rude and even ignored me while I stood at the counter. The nurse that saw me was incredibly friendly but if I can avoid coming here I wont be back. The receptionist had no way of knowing what was wrong with me, this isnt a dentist office, people come in with medical issues that need to be seen typically quickly...hence the URGENT.
Showed up 30 minutes early for an appointment and did all registration/paperwork online. Still had to fill out the same paperwork as we did online and are now still waiting to get COVID tested 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. If our appointment wasnt 15 minutes after they opened, Id understand them being backed up. Front desk was less than helpful.
I have been to this urgent care a couple times to be tested for COVID-19. The professionalism and friendliness that is represented by the staff here is unmatched to any other facility that I have been to.With the volume of clients that they are currently dealing with, they still maintain the upmost quality of care that I could not be more appreciative for. I do not know how they do it.Thank you for doing what you do in the times that you are doing it.Huge affirmation to the entire staff at Eastside Urgent Care! You are keeping us all safe!
Roslyn is an absolutely wonderful NP at Eastside Urgent Care. I have had to come in several times for COVID tests on a quick turn around for travel and she has gone above and beyond to ensure I have what I need. She also always remembers me and is so kind. Highly recommend.
I am visiting from Iowa and had a bike crash yesterday. I wasn’t sure where to go or what to do. I found this place and was very grateful for their kindness. They were incredibly reassuring and empathetic. So glad I ended up there!
Excellent experience - understood my situation that was out of the ordinary with billing and insurance - caring and considerate staff as well as fast! I will definitely come back if the situation calls for an Urgent Care!
Nothing negative, everything was good. I got seen pretty fast. It seems a lot cleaner in there now then it was a few years ago. The only negative thing actually was the bathroom sink water hardly had any pressure at all it was like it was just drip dropping out and took forever ever to rinse the soap off my hands.
Wonderful experience! The staff was very kind
Paul is a gem. He was very helpful with getting my family worked in for COVID testing. He is very personable and came out meet the family upon our arrival. We found out in the morning that wed been exposed and by 3pm we had our negative results back. Not having to get out of the car was a huge plus. Quick and efficient.
I am pregnant during this anxious time and have been feeling sick, and this urgent care actually made me feel calm and cared for. They are organized, timely, nurses are SO nice, and they do it all in a safe, efficient way with video calls and drive up testing! Five stars for sure.
I know for a fact I left this review with pictures attached and I have the feeling someone is removing my review. Back in June, I contracted Covid. I provided my job with an image of my at home rapid, but was told HR required a positive test from a doctor. I went online and scheduled a covid test at this location because they had plenty appts available that day. Please keep in mind that I felt TERRIBLE and live 5 mins, if that, from Bethel…so maybe 20 mins away on a good day. I get confirmation emails and texts, and the text asks me to reply within the thread to confirm. I submit all the required information and make my way to the clinic- appt was for 6. As I arrive at the clinic, I pull up to the covid testing area which is empty. So I double back around so I can go inside, but there’s a paper on the door stating that they closed at 3 that day and won’t be reopening till the following day. The office needs to be allowed to turn off their online scheduler because I can only imagine how many people showed up after 3 to find the office completely closed for the day. I had to find another urgent care, which was the little clinic in the Anderson Kroger, 15 more mins out of the way and walk thru the supermarket covid positive. To this day I have guilt about that even though I took all the proper precautions. The only reason I even give two stars is because some things are beyond control…like having to shut down early. But someone higher up needs to do something better about their online schedule being readily available when the office is not.
Eastside urgent care has been my go to for the past 5 years now and I have nothing bad to say about any of the staff there very respectful n carying. I would defiantly refer any family and friends of mine.. Nurse Tina has been there for years now n shes one hell of a nurse she loves her job an it shows!! Thank you all for taking care of me today and getting me in n out as fast as I did. like always they never let me down!!
Needed a rapid test for my son. Got a video call with the doctor then an immediate test done outside. Couldnt get in anywhere else so Im thankful for the process and timely appointment. Staff was great! Highly recommend for those needing a quick appointment for a covid test.
Previously I have experienced great care on multiple visits for myself(years ago), unfortunately that has not been the case this time around. I brought my son to Eastside urgent care this evening to be seen for strep throat. When we arrived we sat at the reception desk with no one to be found for almost 10 mins. I called the office while at the desk twice with no answer, This should have been my hint to take my child elsewhere! I have worked many roles in healthcare over the past 15 years, I understand the difficulties, but this should never be deemed acceptable! The receptionist greeted me at the desk without even an apology. My son tested positive for strep and was prescribed penicillin. When I made it to Walgreens pharmacy at 6:45pm I realized it was 4x a day, I asked the pharmacist if we could call to get amoxicillin prescribed 2x a day (due to my son being in school). The pharmacist wasn’t able to reach the urgent care (shocker). The pharmacist took my number, said she would give me a call when she heard from them, 6 phone calls later and it’s 8pm with no answer! DO NOT RECOMMEND for children. Staff were less than pleasant. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to taking my son here! The responses to the comments left are unprofessional and tasteless.
Eastgate urgent care staff was awesome! Paul got me scheduled for an appointment on short notice. I could not have asked for better service, politeness and professionalism. Keep up the great work!
Took my 20 month old son here, they were very thorough on the phone about what to do. The original visit was for virtual but with their knowledge and experience they advised me to go ahead and bring him in to get a good look at him. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very nice and kind.
The staff and physicians do not listen to your concerns and flippantly talk down to patients. Wrong prescriptions called in to the pharmacy and when called back to ask for the correct meds, they do not apologize and talk down to you. We will not be back. Be cautious and check your medicines before you take them.
I got in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice and informative
Love it here. I prefer this place over my actual family doctor. Teena is the main reason I come. Im terrified of needles, so she will come in and hold my hand. Yes Im wimp. I informed her of a traumatic experience that involved a certain testing. She agreed to find a different way to do what testing was needed. I have never had a bad experience here.
Everyone was very efficient and courteous in helping me get a rapid Covid test. They waited to make sure my insurance provided coverage before ending the call so that I knew how to proceed with payment. One less thing I had to worry about on a stressful day. Drive-through testing was very convenient too.
I have been here multiple times over the past 2 years and I have always gotten good service. The girls in the front office are all very nice and the doctors have always been very friend and professional. I have always been happy with my visits and yes there is a wait time but its never ever long. I dont think I have ever waiting longer then an hour to be seen where sometimes Im at a regular doc office with an appt and Im waiting over an hour to be seen.
The staff was very supportive and empathetic to my needs. I had learned in the morning that my dad was suddenly on life support in Massachusetts. In order to travel to Massachusetts I needed a Covid test right away. Even though the office was having computer issues that morning the staff was extremely patient and helped me get an appointment to get Covid results enabling me to travel to Massachusetts. I am very grateful for their kindness and support helping me through this difficult time.
I was able to schedule tests quickly. The NP and staff were very accommodating as we had connections issues during the virtual visit. They were kind and patient with my two toddlers during the test.
Staff was quick to get myself and my family seen! Dr Hassan was incredibly helpful and super sweet on the telemed call! No complaints here! Will return to East Side as needed for our Urgent Care Needs!
Horrible urgent care; mostly the billing department. They screwed up on my mailing address. I was sick and had an appointment here on 11/28/2017. I never received a bill for the service. A year later, they refused treatment because I had an unpaid balance. I told them I never received a bill. They updated my mailing address and I still never received a bill. I figured they had me confused with someone else. 3 1/2 years later they decide to send it to collections. After seeing it on my credit report, I contacted the debt collector. The debt collector gave me the mailing address that they received from the urgent care. IT WAS STILL INCORRECT!!! No wonder I never received a bill. These people cant keep their patient records straight. Its scary to think how many other patient records they have screwed up on. Theres probably another patient in their system with my true address. Now, I had to waste so much time confirming this bill with my health insurance which took 2 weeks to pull the EOB from their archive. Ill be reporting this facility to the federal and state government. It should be shut down and have their licenses removed.
Wonderful experiences with the doctors I have seen here. Had to get a rapid Covid test for my son and they doctor we spoke with was so sweet, caring and thorough. Front desk personnel also very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this Eastside Urgent Care!
I was very pleased with my visit. I got an appointment right away and was seen quickly. The staff and doctors are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility for your urgent needs!
Three of us went for their drive-thru rapid COVID testing. The registration process was simple and straightforward, the woman who administered the tests was cheerful and efficient, and she worked through the huge line of cars steadily. You can wait in the parking lot for the test results if you need the paper, or you can just call back an hour later if you just need to hear if you’re positive/negative. Highly recommend.
I called to ask how late they were open and the nurse says 8pm but we stop taking patients at 730pm... My arrival time was promptly 723pm... The nurse then says but we close in 3 min... I said I just got off the phone with you 15min ago and you said you close at 8. So while 2 nurses shrugged their shoulders at me I said thank you and left.... I will never step foot in their establishment again. They can have their empty waiting room and I recommend going somewhere that will help you.The staff was was making their own judgment not to see my daughter rather then help the situation. I will drive by this facility to find another one willing to help. Dont have policys if you dont plan to follow them. Lost of buisness will eventually catch up to you.
Upon falling extremely ill, I needed a standard and a rapid Covid test for work purposes. Eastside Urgent Care made the process so simple. The video visit was very quick and the car line for the actual test went smoothly as well. Everything was very organized and each staff member Ive spoken with over the last two weeks has been knowledgeable and friendly. It was in fact so easy, I referred my mother, aunt, and three cousins to EUC for their testing needs. Thank you guys for having this process in place... and for making it SO easy!
Worst experience with health care professionals Ive ever had. Both doctor and staff were very rude and stand-offish. The last time I went there I didnt get my script, so I called them and they told me to come back. So I did. They then proceeded to walk me outside as if I had some sort of drug problem and basically belittle me. 20 minutes later I get a call stating they found my prescription and they gave it to me (shocker!). And then they proceeded to put me In their system as will not be seen for any reason. All because I told them they should not talk to customers that way. Its a joke. Poor excuse for a health care facility, would never suggest it to anyone. If you kick paying customers out because you get told you shouldnt be disrespectful, you shouldnt stay in business.- a very displeased customer with a throbbing jaw you wouldnt see me for
I’m always treated kindly here, and good wait times.
Update your hours of operation online. If you are not open accepting customers until 4:30 on Saturdays or any other day, put the time you close. I’ve never seen a company close and lock doors an hour and a half before they close.
The staff at Eastside was very organized and efficient. They worked at a regular pace, not running but walking, because how fast they go would be irrelevant if they made mistakes along the way. And they understand theres no room for mistakes, so they dont rush. In the time I was there they efficiently handled 15 or 20 tests, all curbside. Also, theyre friendly!
Edit. They are horrible now. My wife went there yesterday to get her foot looked at. They had no tech to take an xray, told her to come back today but thought she sprained her ankle. We go back today and find out she broke her foot. We scheduled an appointment at beacon and need the xray. They say the machine is broken and cant send the xray electronically to beacon. We now get to pay for another xray. I am calling the insurance to make sure they dont pay them for any xrays taken today. They are the same place back in October 2021 getting paid by the government to test for covid, then making you see the doctor for more money. Go somewhere else and pass these idiots by.They took great care of me especially Tina. She was very friendly and got me in a room quickly. I am feeling bad today and was dreading the wait but was very happy to be treated so quickly and back home to rest. The staff is genuine and very fast to help. Thanks again for the A +++ service.
Wonderful staff and doctor. I went there for a toe injury, but also had a migraine when I arrived. There was a group that was kind of noisy in their waiting room,, which was making me feel sick from the migraine. When I told her I was going to go wait in the car until they were ready for us, the receptionist kindly took us back to an exam room that wasnt in use so I could lay down in the dark. The little tv in the room kept my hubby happy, watching the French Open tennis match. Facility was very clean and organized and staff and doctor were wonderful. You could tell they really cared about their patients...
I went to Eastside urgent care for a horrible stomach virus. I couldnt keep anything down and they immediately took me into a room to rest. The front desk was helpful in getting me registered fast. The staff was very friendly and compassionate when assessing me. The doctor was very fast in seeing me and put me on medication to help me keep foods down. I recovered quickly over the next few days and the staff even called to check on me. I highly recommend this urgent care!
Scheduled a covid test and filled out all of the paperwork ahead of time online. I was then called an hour before the test asking for social security and credit card information over the phone and was told there was no other way for me to provide the information aside from over the phone, and the lady who I spoke to was not at all sympathetic to my concerns about providing this information in such an insecure way. Instead she said “you can call me back if you’re worried about me being who I say I am”, quickly said a phone number without giving me enough time to even write it down, and hung up. I felt uncomfortable and rushed in providing this information so I cancelled my appointment and scheduled elsewhere. Nowhere else I’ve ever gone for an appointment, covid test or otherwise, has asked me for this information over the phone. If you need information you should ask for it when patients are filling out paperwork with all the other information, NOT over the phone.
We were visiting family out of town and we noticed my daughter had early signs of pink eye. We took her to the closest urgent care, Eastside Urgent Care. The check in was super quick. That’s probably the only positive moment. There are no face masks offered to patients there for coughing. Our MA and doctor did not wear gloves, wash their hands, or use sanitizer. I work in health care, you should ALWAYS sanitize in and out of a room. There was dried fluids of some kind on the walls in the exam room. The sharps container was open for anyone to have access to. No glove boxes in sight. I would rather drive 50 miles to another facility than ever go back here.
I went in for a double eye infection and have never been treated so poorly and disrespectful ANYWHERE in my 40 years of life! I was belittled by the nurse that walked me back for not being able to read the eye chart (I wasn’t wearing my contacts and I’m legally blind) and the doctor called me a liar and said I was “leaving something out” and my “story doesn’t make any sense”. Who lies about an eye infection?! My eyes were red and swollen! I told him my eye doctor gave me a steroid and antibiotic last time and he said there was no way that was true! He said they cancel each other out and no doctor would do that. I told him that’s what I got before and idk why he didn’t believe me. He threw his hands up and said “Fine! If that’s what you want I’ll prescribe it! “ and walked out of the room. I will NEVER go back to this place! I left in tears! I have since went to CareFirst Urgent Care near Anderson and was treated with respect and kindness. I recommend driving a few extra miles and going there instead!
Ive been to this location numerous times and Im always very pleased with the prescribed treatments and professionalism.
I was in the Cincinnati area for a business trip when I became horribly sick. I wasnt familiar with the area and waiting in a hospital ER was just not something I wanted to do. The girl at the reception desk of our hotel told me about Eastside Urgent Care and told me it would be worth it to give them a try. I rarely write reviews however I was so impressed with the facility and the doctor. I was handled with amazing care and felt blessed to have found this place. Being ill and away from home is one of the worst feelings, the doctor was so wonderful and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great care.
I had a good experience when I was there. Unfortunately I’m updating my review. I was sent a letter saying my insurance information was wrong. Even though I submitted photos of both my insurances. I have tried emailing & calling but received no response back. I just woke up to a charge of $275 for a covid test that was for my surgery. I was put into the negatives over this. I need to speak to someone who can actually help me out with this because it’s ridiculous. I reached out to my insurance & they told me to get ahold of you all but no one responds to me.
Called in and was told that walk-in service was available. Arrived in parking lot so called to make sure I could come in. Was told not enough staff was available so to check back the next day. Next day called & tried speaking with a person named Kyla who was rude (kept talking over me) & told me I didnt need preop surgery tests as recommended by by doctor until much later. Not sure why this facility has the word Urgent in their name. Hope Kyla or her loved ones experience the rude treatment I got when she gets older. Scary to think this person is in the care business.
I went there and the visit was done. I paid $75.00 and was told I tested negative for Covid, Strep and Flu. Great, but then what about how sick I still am? They were closing for the day so no answer to my question. Next day, woke up feeling even sicker than when I went. Called. Was told dr would call me back within the hour. This was 9:15. Noon rolls around and no call. I’m getting worse. I call again; person has no clue what I’m talking about and I have to start story all over. Same thing, dr will call in prescription and they will confirm that it was done in a couple of hours. Nope; 3 1/2 hours later, I call back to have to start my story again from scratch. I asked them if they really felt that I paid for “ urgent care”? I’ll never go back. Once they received my payment and negative test results, they were done with me.
Staff was very disrespectful and rude. Was told to come in with my daughter after calling only to be turned away after waiting an hour because it showed another insurance. Wouldnt even let me pay out of pocket because it was to inconvenient for them since they were closing. What a joke. I will find a place that actually values people.
The staff is amazing and very attentive to my needs. The treat me better than my own family doctor. I have had to pop in on them several times and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I highly recomend this urgent care :-)
Today I went to urgent care in Withamsville for a pinched nerve. I had no wait. The doctor and staff were pleasant and efficient. I had 2 shots in my back and im a baby when it comes to getting shots but Tina M.took her time in giving me them. Using the smallest needle and explaining that administering the medicine into the muscle should be slow in elevating any pain. She took the time in this process and amazingly I had no discomfort! I heard these shots can be very painful but she proved that if given them right can be done with no discomfort. I am no longer afraid of them and in the future if ever I need another one I will only go here and insist on Tina to do it! Amazing experience! Took the fear of going to the doctor away!
Staff is always friendly. Love seeing the consistent faces.Had to get physical therapy over a year ago for workmans comp shoulder injury and recently got a dog bite on job it was a very smooth process for both. Very competent caregivers and not had any billing issues any visit I went for illness or injury.
Edited to 1 star….in response to my response…. I said nothing of the kind. The NP was a lovely person but she gave me NO care. I went back to look at the face time call from her (while I sat ill in the waiting room probably 20 feet away). It was exactly two minutes. I also noted that the only staff member fully masked was the young woman working the drive through testing. So don’t give me “gold standard” during a pandemic. You people are a disgrace to the medical profesion! Your forte is clearly PR.A couple of years ago, I brought my granddaughter here and they were wonderful, so I want to give credit where credit is due. But my experience yesterday was less than stellar. It was very similar to the experience of a recent reviewer who was tested for Covid and flu and claims that was that.I too went in with symptoms that warranted covid testing and I was tested for that and flu. The NP was lovely and face timed me prior to the testing while I was sitting in the waiting room. However, no health profesional actually ever saw me. No vitals, no temperature taken, no stethoscope… Today, I am sicker than I was yesterday and whatever I have is moving into my chest. I was given the option of waiting for my test results there or at home. I chose the latter. Perhaps if I had not, someone would have actually seen me? I don’t know. Perhaps this is just standard medical care in the days of covid. But here’s my real concern…The walls of the waiting room in this place are adorned with five star google reviews and the TV - which probably should have been running a loop of medical information during a global pandemic- was running a loop of google reviews. OK, whatever, I get that it’s a business. But to see a woman who is not feeling well publicly chastised and then guilt tripped because she ought to be grateful she doesn’t have covid as so many others do (a response from the “business owner”) for giving a bad google review is inexcusable. I won’t be going back.
I was recently treated at this Urgent Care. Everyone in the place was very friendly. The doctor and medical staff were excellent and very easy to talk to. They helped me out when I was in need and I honestly could not have asked for better treatment. If you are in need medical treatment you should check them out!
Ive been to East Side urgent care multiple times for injuries and when Im sick. I register and I have never had to wait too long to be seen. I like not needing an appointment and theyre able to take x-rays right there on site. I do have a copay as well as the deductible for my insurance. I think the people complaining need to understand their own insurance instead of blaming others for trying to help them. The staff is caring and the doctors are great I will continue to go here and would recommend as well.
So far, so good. There’s a little wait but patience pays off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was too, even though this pandemic. Thank you all for having patience with your patients
I went here when I sliced my left index finger almost to the bone with my rotary cutter while cutting fabric. Although I didn’t cut any tendons, I had a gaping wound that was bleeding profusely. The cut required nine stitches. Doctor and staff were pleasant and seemed competent. I had to return in 19 days to have doctor check healing progress and remove stitches. My wound healed nicely and is barely visible. I highly recommend this place!
As overwhelmed as this place is during this time in the pandemic, they are polite, courteous, helpful, and just all around nice. They provide a great experience for adults and children. Whether this be their first time being tested or their 4th time! My 10 year old son was a bit weary being tested for covid for the first time and the staff there not only made him comfortable, but actually had him laughing and being silly. Its nice to see that as woredown and busy these healthcare workers are and will continue to be, they still have a smile on their face and treat everyone as individuals who come through there facility! 5 stars for sure!
I was DISCRIMINATED for having caresource state insurance. The lady Michelle just got off the phone with me, in regards to scheduling a covid test for my minor child. She then sent me this text in all caps after I hung up the phone with her to collect my daughters insurance information all she knew is we had caresource. Then not even a minute later I get this text in all caps & she canceled the appointment. Didn’t give me a chance to call and clear up things with job & family or Caresorce. Spoke with both & go figure there other listed insurance on their ends? Needless to say we were seen at children’s urgent care the same day who didn’t have problems. Michelle downtalked me. And I hope they have their lines recorded! She was unprofessional, & the person she claimed was in charge was equally unprofessional. But it was filed with the state of Ohio. Because I was treated poorly as soon as she heard what insurance I carried. Which is in their network. Honestly I think Michelle was just bitter herself I can’t speak for the entire staff.FYI not BBB accredited.
This place is a good place when the Asian receptionist is not there. Every time this receptionist is there dont go. First experience with this women who hates her life something awful. She refused to do her job and didnt even ask me anything before being rude and sent me out the door because shes such a expert at turning people away. So if this is the receptionist you walk up to just turn around and leave because thats what shes going to tell you in the end. Urgent care problem this receptionist needs fired for incompetence.
Very professional and friendly. Would go back if need be.
I’ve been feeling bad since previous day, today the fever really set in. My wife looked up Eastside Urgent Care and right on the website homepage it says walk in Covid-19 test available, bring ID and copy of insurance. I arrive at location, try and be nice by calling into lobby and checking on the protocols. The front desk lady who assisted me said that I could not walk in for COVID test I had to pick a online spot and they were booked for the day. I reminded her of the homepage and walk ins and she responded with it doesn’t say that and I would need to book a video call with Dr first and then come in for test. I was told you HALF to do the video call first to have insurance cover a rapid test. I’m sorry, I thought we were in a pandemic and that is no excuse to milk civilians insurance companies for a video call then a COVID testing. This is why insurance is so expensive and this location is part of the problem. So I left there with my 102.2 fever and drove to Care First Urgent Care by Kroger in Eastgate. I walked into the clinic, got registered with no copayment need and got my COVID-19 rapid test done and was confirmed positive with test results in less than 10 minutes. WITHOUT a video call, no BS, and a place that cares for people and not just there wallets. In my opinion, do not waste your time with this Urgent Care, drive the 8 more minutes to Care First and actually be seen and taking care of.
Great place, very friendly staff! We love each an every staff member here. Thanks for all u guys do
My daughter was visiting from KY with my 9 1/2 month old grandson and he started running fever of 102.7 to 104.2, for a couple of days. She took him to urgent care and was told they didnt take KY insurance and turned her back on my daughter and sick grandson. So in my opinion that is refusing treatment. these people should be shut down
I am appalled by this location. Not only did the “doctor” tell me the reason I was having chest pain was because I was vaccinated. I brushed this off because I was in immense pain, and then the “doctor” wrote me a prescription for a medication she wasn’t even legally allowed to write. When I got to the pharmacy, they told me they couldn’t fill my prescription because she wasn’t licensed to write the prescription she was writing. to top it all off, they waited 5 months to charge me for my copay and also fully violated my HIPAA rights by telling someone else that I had received treatment at their location. I have filed a complaint with DHHS because this is ridiculous. Do not go here under any circumstances.
They don’t update their systems and said I couldn’t be seen because they have an old insurance on file. I haven’t had that insurance in over 4 years, and I have a new active insurance plan. Doesn’t make any sense in the least bit, hopefully I do not die from Covid now on their negligence.
While our experience was nothing out of the ordinary, our problem came with the billing. I called before we went because we have a high deductible insurance and I knew we would be paying for this visit. I was told a routine office visit would be $100. Upon arrival I confined the amount. I was told that since we have insurance we would have to pay $75 upfront and we would then be billed for the remaining $25. The bill we received was for $67. The first time I called I was told someone would call me back. No one did. after 3 weeks I called again. I was told that I had been misinformed and they refused to honor the amount I was quoted. We were simply lied to and out the extra money. Unfortunately $32 is not worth what they would do to our credit if we refused to pay.
This is a great team. Really patient and friendly group at the EUC despite all of the craziness surrounding the pandemic. Very friendly, organized, professional, and I would 100% recommend them for any event even outside of covid. The doctors are super friendly and very knowledgeable.
I went to eastside urgent care for one of worst migraines Ive ever had. What i was expecting was to be thrown into a room, a doctor to come in and tell me his diagnosis and send me on my way. But!! Not at all! First, Tina,a most wonderful nurse and human being had lots of compassion, knew exactly what i needed, made sure i was comfortable and taken care of. Then the doctor had just as much compassion, very professional and took good care of me. I will return there if i ever need medical care. THANKS TINA!!!
Love this place. Quick to take care of you. Its nice to actually get seen by a doctor who cares and listens.
I came to this urgent care because I needed antibiotics for an infection that was causing me pain. I wish I knew the name of the woman at the front desk, but I can only offer the description of a fat Asian chick. She asked me loudly what was wrong, which I think isnt right when there are people in the waiting room and medical issues should be private and handled with respect. She spoke to me like I was stupid and then loudly informed me of an outstanding balance of 80 dollars that I didnt know about, and I couldnt be seen without paying it. I know that she didnt make the policy, but what I take issue with is that she was so rude to me. People go to urgent care because they are sick, and the people employed there should be kind and compassionate. I just ended up going to the place in Anderson because they are always so nice to me and the rooms are decorated with cute wall stickers.
Didnt seem to care, receptionist was playing trap music while helping me through her phone. Id personally avoid this place. Told me my insurance was accepted paid the 70$. After I noticed a sign that said if you insurance isnt accepted youll be billed 70$. All the doctor did was give me some anti biotics for a cyst and said we dont need to drain it I showed up 30 minutes before they close and honestly believe this is the reason they didnt treat it.
Great service!! Loved the warm feeling I got as soon as I entered the establishment. The doctors and staff were amazing and took care of all my needs. Very short wait and great care, very pleased and would absolutely recommend
They got me in immediately as needed and the doctor was excellent. Gave me prescriptions to start the healing process. Kind and compassionate! I highly recommend Eastgate Urgent Care.
No matter the situation, my family can always count on Eastside Urgent Care. The staff is wonderful and always very attentive to our concerns and aches and pains of any sort. It is such a relief to know when we have a medical emergency (anything from a paper cut to a broken foot), we have a reliable urgent care right down the street. The quality of care is superior, quick and providers are diligent about the patients needs. The facility is clean, organized and very efficient. The plus, it is much quicker and affordable compared to an emergency room. I can confidently say my family will always go to Eastside Urgent Care with any medical concern before going to the emergency room! Thank you again for always being so helpful!
This place is a joke. First of all, they are running a for profit business on covid testing during the pandemic. Morality and ethics aside, they have no idea how to run a business. We filled out all of the forms online and scheduled an appointment for tests prior to travel. We get there, and apparently we needed a telehealth visit prior to being tested? No information provided on this caveat until we are already there to be tested. The gentlemen tells us, itll be a while and cant provide a time frame. We followed your procedures and the end result is nothing but frustration and having to go elsewhere.Save yourself time, go anywhere else.
I cant say enough how amazing they are. I am pregnant and was very anxious about getting a COVID test for possible exposure and some mild symptoms. They are WONDERFUL at answering all of my questions, treating me with kindness and they even squeezed in my telehealth appointment so I could conveniently get my test done for myself and my husband. So grateful for them, absolutely fabulous. Thanks for making my day!!
For someone who doesnt have a family doctor, This place has been nothing but helpful in anything iv ever needed. Im never there for more then a hour even on busy days. Which beats the wait at any emergency room any day of the week. I think some people just have VERY high standards especially when they arent feeling well. I RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO COME HERE.
Eastside Urgent care bailed me out in a tough situation. They squeezed me in when no one else would and made sure I got the help I needed without having to go to the ER. First rate organization from top to bottom that really cares. Recommend 100%
So my experience started out well this morning over the phone when I spoke with a female worker named Tas, I had urgent Covid concerns due to being a healthcare worker and having a child who is high risk, so Tas was so kind to get me in the same evening by 6:45pm. I appreciated her kindness on the phone and her being understanding of the urgency of my situation. Their facility is the only one anywhere in the tristate area that I could find who currently offers rapid testing, so I drove an hour from Indiana to get there. Here are where things went wrong... Their policy is stay in your car and login 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a telehealth visit with doctor, and then a medical assistant comes out to swab you. I pull in, there are 3 people in line in front of me to be tested. First thing I notice is the two Medical assistants that came out to swab people in their cars did not have isolation gowns on, therefore you could be exposing the next person you swab if they don’t have it. I swab people for it myself, and I always wear a gown and dispose of it in between patients to help prevent spread. Then I couldn’t log in to my telehealth visit so I call them, a guy answers he is so unbelievably rude to me. Says he has to register me, even though I registered online earlier, I thought he was finished collecting my information so I asked could he please tell me the accuracy of the tests, he snaps at me and says LET ME FINISH REGISTERING YOU AND THEN YOU CAN ASK ME A QUESTION. So he finishes and I ask again and he says with an attitude “I’m just the idiot who answers the phones, that’s a question for the doctor.” I said okay well before I pay for a service (as I was going to do self pay for $150 out of pocket), I would like to know the accuracy of the tests and I am also concerned about your medical assistants not wearing isolation gowns when swabbing people. He then yells “AGAIN THOSE WOULD BE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS FOR THE DOCTOR, I’M JUST THE IDIOT ANSWERING THE PHONES.” I’m utterly appalled and thinking to myself am I really about to pay for a service after being treated this way? Then I get another call assuming it’s finally the doctor as I’ve been outside for 40 minutes at this point, it’s a different girl in the office and she’s asking for my credit card number. I told her how the guy just treated me, and she non-chalantly said okay well he has no medical experience and just answers the phones for us like that made it excusable, then asked so did I just want her to cancel my appointment? And I said absolutely I’m not about to pay for service like this, what a waste of an hour drive one way and then have to drive another hour back when you are sick! I would not recommend anyone to ever go here!! As a medical professional I am disgusted!!
Took 50 minutes to get back to a room. A family of 3 went back and came out during that time. After they left, still took me 30 minutes to get back to a room. They were not busy. I had to ask for a flu test. MA came in after the dr to see me and then did my vitals. I won’t be back.
Incompetent doctor told me bluntly that I was having a heart attack and could fall over dead at any moment, which was proven false by ambulance and ER EKGs and blood testing. After diagnosing me with an immediate life-threatening emergency, the doctor refused to free up the paramedic to focus on my care by calling the hospital so they could prep. Instead he refused to call, complaining that he was the only doctor on-site and sometimes had ten patients at a time. As I was wheeled out through the darkened waiting room I saw I was the only visible patient in the building. Convenient timing that I happened to have a heart attack and need an ambulance right at closing time. Nursing staff friendly at least.
Came you to urgent care today. I had an a very wonderful nurse named Tina. Shes very sweet and nice! I would highly recommend coming here because their staff is very polite and very understanding of your symptoms.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Thanks for your excellent service
Front doors and the website says M-F 9-7:30. At 6 pm on a Tuesday tried to open the doors and they were locked. Called their number and they answered and the reasoning they gave me was they took their last patient. One car in the parking lot. Unfortunately, another person who pulled in before we left, tried to go in,only to receive the same disappointment.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THE FRONT OFFICE. I took my nephew there to been seen after I got off work today for nose bleeds he had been having. Along with migraine first thing out of her mouth we are done seeing people with insurance today. Its 6 they close at 7:30 the proceeds to tell me there not going to help him... and he needs to go to pcp . I said its Friday night and I will not let him wait untill monday. ... she then says then go to thw ER WE CANT HELP HIM . Never in my right mind did I ever think health care workers could be the way this Registration lady was I will never in my life would advise anyone go there . She needed to talk to a doctor first before making that judgement...
I feel Eastside Urgent care is a very good place to take my family when needed . All the doctors are great intelligent doctors and give excellent care . The nurses are very kind and sympathetic and very comforting to my grandkids Tina is especially wonderful
Staff was rude, no bedside manner what SO EVER! The doctor didnt even do an exam, she walked in the room, was literally in there room for about 2 mins, AFTER WE WAITED 45 mins in the waiting room, and walked out, the rude, nursing assistant with long dirty looking braids, barely spoke, and had a chip on her shoulder. We are new to the area, otherwise we would have went to a FP, Needless to say we will NOT be going back there, NOR would i recommend ANYone else going to this facility.
Dr Hassan and his staff are excellent healthcare providers. We have always had great friendly service and most importantly a PROPER diagnosis and treatment without needing a specialist. Great all around doc!
Was good a little slow but it was good
Staff is a joke. Went in with pain under my ribs and vomiting, which could be a sign of gallbladder issues. Doctor told me that I had a stomach virus and never once tried to examine my stomach. When I told him I was worried about my gallbladder, he told me that none of my symptoms were consistent with a gallbladder issue. He spent more time trying to talk to me about dehydration than he did actually examining me and listening to how I felt. Wouldve been better off going to the emergency room.
Absolutely terrible. Went in...4 people at the desk and no other patients in there yet took 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed. I told them just blood work... I did not have a mask on. They then demanded me to pay for a mask to be treated. Absolutely not! $3 for a paper mask?
Visited Eastside Urgent Care @872 Ohio Pike. They provided no paper copies of prescription to validate the office visit for the pharmacy. Seems rather simple to do? And yes, we went to the Eastside location, not Eastgate. In rebuttal to your long winded explanation you fail to mention that you sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy....you also fail to mention that both Walgreens attempted to contact you and your office was closed and no answering service or even machine to leave a message? So stating that no pharmacy tried to call you is a LIE. A simple paper copy of the prescription and where you were sending it (Kroger instead of Walgreens) would have prevented any issues. You can admit being wrong or continue to defend your error. Either way, it was handled poorly by your staff. Simple as that, sorry you are unable to learn from mistakes and are more concerned with a rating on Google. Pathetic really...
This is the worst place to visit. The front desk is big time liar. My sons ankle got twisted and I visited them, they made us wait for 45 minutes befor she asked for $75. My regular copay is $25. I explained the situation and made her talk to my insurance provider , she didnt buzzed and changed her version saying this is our office policy. Then I asked for Dr Hasan as my friend went to him and know him. He is very nice doctor. My friend and I worked for same company and he has exactly same insurance. He was charged $25 copay. So I told that I want to talk to Dr. She said he is not available today. I decided to leave the place and go to other urgent care. One patient was listening to our conversation and she followed me and told that the front desk is big time liar, she is not telling you truth. Doctor Hasan is inside and his car is parked outside. I decided not to waste the time or never visit her. My friend told me later that he also got all wrong $ 1800 bills. So its better to avoid the place there are 100s of good urgent care around. Specially mercy is very good.
Just got here, 10 am, only one person waiting and was told minimum wait time 30 minutes! Smh, what are they doing back there, surgery?? Ridiculous
Was pleased with the staff and the Dr. Our wait to be called back and to see the Dr wasnt very long at all. They was very nice and sincere. And listen to us. We will recommend them and go there again when needed. Thank you Iona Meeker
Cannot say enough about this team. From intake to service they are professional, caring and attentive. With everything that is going on, being in touch with a group that still had empathy left for the people they are talking to was so great. Thank you Thank you Thank you for being the helping, caring, thoughtful resource we are all looking for right now.
Always quick and very friendly. Teena is definitely an asset to your office. Give her a raise so she never leaves. I can honestly say they listened to my concerns as a parent and dont just rush you out the door.
When I need to be seen urgently this place is always my first stop. The urgent care is less expensive than an emergency room visit, offers a shorter wait time, same day, and no appointments. The place might seem small but is well equipped with lab facilities, digital x-ray, and an EKG. Procedure rooms for treating bone fractures, suturing lacerations, IV therapy, breathing treatments, stabilizing high blood pressure.Need therapeutic medical massage from a medically licensed massage therapists, just one rule if the therapist observes a behavior inappropriate or sexual in nature, you will be asked to pay for your scheduled massage and to leave the premises immediately.
Front desk lady was very rude. Staff was unprofessional. They didn’t even check my vitals. There was an error with the prescription they sent over to my pharmacy and it wasn’t what they told me they were calling in. When I tried to call to speak with someone about it, they wouldn’t even answer their phones! I tried calling 10 times and no answer. It is still unresolved! Unbelievable!
The staff at Eastside Urgent Care are upmost respectful and caring. The nurses are the best, they showed heart in helping me to heal. I am appreciative in all you do. Thank you.
Dr Hassan is a awesome dr
Its okay. I like not having an appointment. But they are pretty unprofessional. The front desk lady had her cigarettes sitting out in the open. Ive seen someone come up behind me and toss a pack of cigaretts to the front desk. But the doctors do their job. Except we were told we could call in for a refill prescription but the front desk wont ever allow us to speak to the dr. We always have to make another appointment and pay another $50.
Made an appt for 2:20 p.m.Waited almost two hours to be seen. They were busy, lots of sickos
I had been sick for 3 days with congestion, cough, fever sore throat and swollen glands. Got there when the place opened at 9 am and waited til 10:30 before I finally saw the doctor. She came in listened to my chest and my back and spent all of 2 minutes in the room with me. She never looked at my throat nor my glands. She was literally answering questions as she was walking out the door. It was like she couldn’t wait to get out of the room. I was livid. Save your money and go to a doctor that is invested in giving you a proper diagnosis. The care at this place was definitely sub par.
Go anywhere else but here.I called ten minutes ahead of time and they said the wait was 15 minutes. When I got there they said three hours. Not only did they not have masks at the front desk, the receptionist would not get any and there was a room full of people. We left and went to the little clinic instead where we tested for the flu. Stay away!
I dont usually do reviews, but the women who helped me were amazing. They were so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and patient. They really went above and beyond. I felt very taken care of in a very stressful and painful situation.
Ive attempted to go here twice now; the 1st attempt was for a rash on my arm a few months back that the Dr didnt even look at but refused to treat. They said they couldnt even though it was infected GUESS WHAT ultimately it was DIAGNOSED & TREATED OVER A VIDEO VISIT. No Dr. even touched it but it was TOO HARD for these Drs skill sets apparently. Then I attempted to go in today to get treatment for my shoulder; now keep in mind I have Muscular Dystrophy so a simple fall or slam into something is another harder on my body. So went in was told it would be an HOUR or LONGER wait time, this long with only 1 person in waiting room but okay. I have the assistant my ID & insurance card. She went back& showed it to somebody who then tried to say they didnt take my insurance saying it was tricare ( my ID was my MILITARY ID) I told her that I handed the lady that for ID purposes & she had my insurance. So after going back and further another lady stepped in & presumably went back 2 talk to the Dr, came out & said my problem was NOT SEVERE ENOUGH for them to treat.I mean its an Urgent Care their purpose is to treat incidents like this to free up the ER for the more SEVERE cases. MORE SEVERE do they expect someone to walk in with an axe in their leg or something ? I mean they literally treated my sister in law who cut her finger; all they literally had to do was liquid glue it& put a bandaid on it. I guess thats more severe than barely able to move your arm or your fingers......RIGHT??
Thank you to everybody who helped me get better after a rough case of tonsillitis. They were all so helpful and their #1 priority was making sure I felt better. Would definitely go here again! Thanks again.
Love those folks, very efficient & kind❤️
Told had to provide social security number to be seen. Printed on the social security card. QuoteNOT FOR IDENTIFICATIONProvided them insurance and credit card. If we didn’t provide SSN. Would have to pay full visit. You don’t need SSN to file insurance.Do not recommend Poorly ranAnd apparently if you rate them one star the owner berates patients. How childish
Just left, I came due to a carpal tunnel flare up which Ive done a few times in the past. They gave me a new type of medication that ive never taken in the past. After reading up on it and it saying that its not a good medication to take if there is a history of ashtma or asthma attacks which I have ashtma and a history of ashtma attacks I went back to address my concerns and to let them know that Im uncomfortable taking this med because of that and the fact that it says to avoid smoking as a side effect is fatal stomach bleeding and smoking will raise that risk (Im a smoker) receptionist asked the nurse practitioner I seen which just said Im fine with it, as I continued to try and explain my concerns about the med and that I wasnt comfortable taking it I was told that was my choice and shrugged off. I feel like this situation was handled extremely unprofessionally.Editing to add after leaving my review I received a text message survey and was told they would be calling to address my issues and concerns, my original thought was maybe this is just a huge misunderstanding and they generally want to fix things and do better. But here we are 2 weeks out from that and Ive yet to hear anything from anyone and still dealing with pain from the carpal tunnel flare up
Wonderful group of people who kindly helped my daughter get her Covid test for school. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. Will most certainly use them again in the future.
