My Name is Niru katel. I was hesitant to schedule an appointment because of all the negative online reviews! I am so impressed with the provider I am currently seeing. Ashsna Kuhn is the best, and her nurse (I do not know the name) she is so good as well. The provider actually listens to your concerns and advise you accordingly, and most importantly, I am so impressed with the way they communicate. If you have any concerns or questions, they will respond as soon as possible and inquire about the situation. I am healthcare worker too, and I am so impressed with the way my GYN and my nurse handle things! Im awestruck. 👏 Great job- keep it up!

I love going to this facility. My last OBGYN I felt I was not treated how I deserved to be. Always issues with billing etc. I switched to Heart of Ohio and have gotten nothing but compassion from every employee at this location. Thank you all for your support and job well done!

I use this office because my long-time gynecologist switched to this practice. The walls are PAPER THIN - everyone in the facility knows whats going on with everyone, and thats not helped by every provider screaming everything.Like, I know thing about the patient in the room next to me that I dont want to know. Doctors are giving nurse updates at full volume in the hallways with condition information, diagnoses, and treatment plans.The wait times are absurd and the office staff is rude. Twice Ive scheduled an appointment giving a reason for visit, shown up, and the receptionist questioned my reason for visit upon arrival and acted like it wasnt worthy of being seen. I was told by another provider to see my gyno for a pelvic, and I dont need to justify that to a receptionist in a waiting room full of strangers. My doctor is amazing, but Im not sure its worth waiting 90min or more past my scheduled appointment, and getting an attitude from everyone else.

Asheena Khun NP is the best! The staff has always been very polite and made me feel welcomed. I am the kind of person that dont like to go to the doctor so me liking them says a lot 😂.

I called more than 10 time nobody response. They sended to voice massage.even voice is full too. I need to do my Pap test . I was calling from Monday . Oh my god it’s like getting crazy …

Service here is terrible. I have been trying to contact this office for several days about an upcoming appointment and either no one is available or I get hung up on with unanswered questions.

Don’t go to this place for prenatal visit please
