I took my girlfriend to Complete Med Care on 1-15-11. We had no appointment. Dr. Pugach and staff were excellent. The price on their website is exactly what was charged. She had an upper respiratory infection. He is able to complete the xray on the spot and takes the time to review the image. I would recommend Dr Pugach and Complete Med Care to anyone in need of medical services.Update November 2023This office name and location is no more. Unfortunately so is the great care once received. Ive been to the new office and location. The location is much better but the quality of care did not go. Ive had to find a new doctor because I dont trust the care of this doctor. I miss the old office for sure now.
Make sure you get what you came for, the Dr. Apprently forgets things discussed in the visit. I asked for a service (testing) 3 times before being seen and then when I get to the appointment I didnt even get what I came for in the first place, the Dr apparently forgot to request the testing, and the receptionist didnt put it in the notes, even after speaking on the phone 3 times prior. I went only to be told I need to lose weight and I had low vitamin D. To make things worse I have asthma and requested an inhaler or insulin for my nebulizer. The Dr. Gave me the choice of which one I wanted I chose the saline insulin for my nebulizer. Much to my dismay I didnt get that and I got high blood pressure medicine that I specially told the Dr. Made me feel Ill. As I didnt like it. My prescription I picked up was for that same medication and I didnt get any saline insulin as discussed. I received allergy pills. I paid money for nothing because I didnt even get the services or medicine I needed. This is by far the worst Dr. Experience i have had and i wouldnt reccomend anyone go to this site. I dont write reviews usually but I wouldnt want anyone else to waste money here.Ive spoken with the receptionist about the testing I requested she said they would conduct the test in 2 weeks when the follow up visit is. I will not waste anymore time or money at this place.
My experience with Dr. Pugach and his office has been nothing but professional and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and I have enjoyed conversations with him. His questions indicate the inquisitive nature of diagnostics, and I appreciate his personal phone calls on several occasions explaining the results and/or the direction of his medical suggestions. In reading several of the reviews submitted, about waiting for long periods for their appointment time, etc., if thats the case, make an appointment. Theres not an office in this country where you wont wait some reasonable period of time to be seen. If it ever becomes a VIOLATION of your time, by all means, Id be the first one to pick up and walk out with you. Your time is as valuable as theirs! Making an appointment may not be a habit that most folks are in, especially to an emergency care facility, but unless yours is an emergency situation with blood, or a bone sticking out, this is a very convenient and efficient thing to do, either by phone or online. The staff has always been helpful and informative. If you are looking for a nice medical facility to land, I would highly recommend this office to you for your evaluation. If you give them the opportunity, I suspect that you will walk away with the same positive experience that I have had!
An incredible experience here myself. The office staff and nurse have helped me multiple times and has been more timely, professional and courteous than any hospital or doctors office I have been to.The doctor Issac (and I would mispronounce or misspell his last name) really has acted with a level of care that I can respect. And very reasonable prices. Thanks for everything!-Eric
Staff is always supper nice. Dr. Pugach is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. After the first visit I made him my primary care physician. He has helped through a lot in the 5+ years I have been seeing him.
Is there a zero because thats what I would give this doctor, after being new to the area I needed to get my medicine refilled I go here, This doctor said i was dehydrated with no urine sample or blood work, thinking my anxiety was heart related i let him perform an ekg to prove him wrong which it did, still no refil and by the time my apt was over he seemed to be struggling with his words (babbling) on and on about what i couldnt understand. The MA there needs to learn how to perform an EKG and not rip the sticky leads off of you like you just caused her pain, felt as if i got a body wax by the time she was done. All around horrible experience, Thanks for taking $140 of my money for nothing.
I had to travel overseas in a rush and somehow I couldnt board my flight due to some quirky reason. So my Covid test was invalidated and I had to find a test place which offered a quick result.Enter Med C and their reliable workers ,Ashley and E.These guys were so professional and in a matter of mi uses I had my test result emailed and a hard copy given to me! These guys are from another planet! Kudos to them.I am so grateful. God bless you and cause you to excel continually.
Used Complete MedCare as my primary medical provider for years. Dr. Pugach is one of the most knowledgeable and straight forward doctors I know. I get all of my questions answered and I get the most effective and efficient therapy right away. Highly Recommend!
Dr Putsch is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. You can ask as many questions as you want and he makes sure he answers all of them to your satisfaction. He is not rushing anybody and make you feel very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this office.
Its not often you can say this about a primary care doctor but its very likely that Dr. Pugach saved my life. After going to several primary doctors for years who either didnt seem to know much or didnt seem to care, I was referred to Dr. Pugach by a friend and decided to try him out for my annual physical. Of the bat, it was clear that he was much more knowledgeable and thorough than any prior primary physician Id had. However, I was really surprised when he recommended that I have several moles removed, especially when every single primary care doctor I had seen told me the moles were fine. Because of Dr. Pugachs recommendation, I went to a dermotologist who biopsied 3 moles. As it turned out, one of these happened to be a cancerous melanoma which, the dermotologist explained, if left unchecked would have likely spread and caused metastatic cancer. The dermatologis also explained that given the aggesiveness of melanoma once it enters the bloodstream, it would have been very difficult to resolve once it got to that point. Luckily, thanks to Dr. Pugachs thorougness and regard for his patients, I caught the melanoma early before it became dangerous.Bottom line, I would very highly recommend Dr. Pugach.
Awful office, long wait with no patients and the doctor is a complete imbecile. Not only is he extremely rude, but is desperate to run unnecessary, and unrelated, tests simply to rip people off. I was unaware that a doctorate was a prize in a cereal box, thankfully I know plenty of people who actually possess a legitimate medical education.Avoid at all costs.
Horrible experience. I sat around and waited for an hour and didn’t even see the doctor. Yet youCall and ask and confirm the appointment. Maybe the time you spent calling me you should’ve called my insurance and verified that. Talk about frustrating at this point I don’t even know of Dallas has good doctors or atleast decent gatekeepers everyone seems to be overweight and unhappy.
Staff was nice. What we were charged for was coming in and being sent to the er. 160 for nothing skip this place. Heres a thought if you are going to send someone to the ER then you shouldnt charge 160. Send them as a referral and leave it at that.
Do not go here! The receptionist and so called supervisor are miss leading. All they could say is sorry and now I have to pay a total of 250$!!! If I knew this ahead of time I would have went somewhere else. They lie and miss lead.
Originally went in for a yearly physical, but whenever I mentioned a sore throat, he put off the physical. Said he would do it next time.
Very clean, very quick. The only thing I can suggest is clearer marking of the clinics.
I agree wit Daniel Crooke a had to buy a medicine that I didnt need according to cvs doctor
This place was not not free its 99$ for the paperwork and 100$ extra for lab test
Crappy attitude over the 📞 phone ...Very Snobby!!!!!
