I used to dread going to this clinic when it was owned by PrimaCare. It took forever to be seen and I always felt that staff was annoyed we were there. The new management has changed things. The staff seem genuinely happy to be at work. The wait times are way down and the doctors are friendly and thorough!
The staff was nice. However, when asked to give a urine sample, I was lead to the restroom and given instructions. In the bathroom was only the toilet and a very small shelf. I had to use a wipe and a cup to obtain the sample. There was no trash can or sink to throw away and wash my hands after. I have never seen this in a restroom much less a doctors office. This was not sanitary. I walked out hoping to see a sink right outside the door somewhere. There was a small trash can but no sink. I went to the room she guided me to go hoping there was one in the room. There was not. I found a sanitation pump outside the room. I used this. Did not leave me with a good feeling about the operations of this location. Where do people wash there hands. Very strange for a doctors office.
A friendly, efficient and caring team. 🩷🩷🩷🩷I didnt feel well because I had the flu and the doctor took great care of me and I was done in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this provider and I will be back if I have any urgent care needs!
PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONALIt took fewer than 10 minutes from the time I parked my car to seeing the doctor. Everyone was very kind, courteous, and professional, and my questions were answered.The prescription was sent to the pharmacy before I left. The doctor then followed up with a phone call to clarify and provide additional detail about a question that I had asked her.Time of visit was Monday between 11 AM and noon. Co-pay with my insurance was $50, payable before seeing the doctor.I will go there again if the need arises.
I suffered with a sore throat, runny nose and was able to book online visit at NextCare convenient to my schedule. I was very pleased with my reception and G. Vivekananthan, PAC was excellent! Not only was she an excellent communicator but thorough in her approach. I was in and out in less than an hour with my meds ordered. Very happy with the change!!
Very nice and friendly Melanie and Tiffany were very nice and welcoming! Dr. Gaithri was also very personable and gave me a thorough examination and I will definitely follow her orders! It was a very pleasant visit despite my discomfort I came here for!
It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the medical and administrative staffs are absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable and kind. I will absolutely come back if needed in the future and I will bring my children here. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!
I went to the clinic yesterday June 25, i fell down and i hurt my feet , fingers. So i went there for following up and the male doctor he didnt treat me and he did nothing, and last time too, he said I need to go to the specialist. But the nurses were very nice.
The staff here is SO helpful and considerate! I’m on my way to a different location because their X-Ray operator is not in today. But the staff here took the time to call around to the different locations first to make sure operators were in and to let the front office know that I’m on my way!
Edit: Updating my review to two stars as the steroid seems to have worked. Not thrilled about the billing and the overall care though. The facility could also stand to be cleaner.I feel like I’ve been mugged. Payed $215 out of pocket to get my rash that is spreading like wildfire. My check up took about 2 min and was told to take a steroid. Horayyy healthcare in America. This place as dirty as hell too. Avoid
Had a puncture wound in my hand that, two days after, developed an infection. Went to NextCare website and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Got there a little bit early, was checked in early, and was seen by the nurse assistant quickly for my vitals. The doctor saw me within five minutes and treated my hand, gave me a tetanus shot, gave me wound treatment items to take home and sent my antibiotic Rx to my pharmacy, all within fifteen minutes. amazingly fast and efficient service. All medical care should be this good.
The doctor barely examined me or spoke to me about symptoms. I paid $100 for approximately 3 minutes of evaluation. He even seemed annoyed when I asked additional questions. It wasn’t busy as there was only one additional patient. I won’t be returning if I need urgent care services again.
Went for a strep test. Checking in was incredibly easy and did it online. There was no one that was in line or in the waiting room when we got there. Negative part was that once we got into our room, we had to wait 45 minutes to find out the results of the test (which were negative). The staff had told us it would only take 7 minutes to get the results back. We were there for over an hour, and there were no other patients when we showed up initially. There was one other patient when we left.The other negative was the price. $108 for a strep test. Seems a bit high to me...should have only been 50.All in all the rooms were fine, staff was pretty nice. But we were given a different expectation on time and price when we showed up that werent met.
Love the digital check it process and you can make an appointment for faster service without the wait in the lobby. This location usually doesnt have a major wait time to see the doctor. They do offer covid testing.
Called yesterday to make a appointment to be told I didn’t need one, lady verified my information and everything. Only to get here and they tell me different. I have been here over three hours and STILL have not received any assistance. If I didn’t have insurance and was using a free service. I could understand but I’m not. Please don’t come here if you don’t have a full day to waste.
Dallas location on beltline. I was seen very quickly. Not tons of repetitive paperwork to fill out. Nice and simple. All of the staff Nikki, Tiffany and Kelly were fantastic.
I went because I cannot get to nail at top on corners. If I dont get help, they will keep growing into skin. She made it out just fungus but ignored what I really needed. I kept saying I cant get to the top of the nail to cut. She told her office I could never return there. Made it out like I was mean because it was upsetting she wouldnt help me.
No wait! Very helpful front desk, suggested financial solution. Nice facility, great people.Here again. As usual fantastic attitudes and excellent service. Midday on Friday- minimal wait.
Receptionist was on her phone when I walked in and didn’t get off of it even when I walked up to the desk. Doctor seemed to not care, he was pretty rude and dismissive.
Today I went into Next care Urgent Care in extreme lower back pain, the staff was very caring and professional with me. Thank you for being so caring and taking care of me. I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you
I came down with the flu over the weekend and called my doctor’s office to try and get a walk-up appointment and really just to get a prescription for what I was pretty sure I had. His office was fully booked and so I went online to the NextCare website to make an appointment. From the ease of use with their website to the truly less than 15-minutes from walking in to checking out, this NextCare clinic was fantastic!! I went on a Tuesday around 12:30pm and it was not busy at all. This seemed very unusual since I usually notice a lot of vehicles in their parking lot whenever I drive down Belt Line Road past their location. A really great experience.

Came here because i had painful sores at the corners of my mouth and a rash or something in the inside of my mouth that was bleeding, burning, hurting, and hurting especially when i ate. I also asked to see if they had any resources to help with addiction cause why not while i was there. The 2 ladys, shareka and the one at the front desk, 5 stars amazing professional care but the white bald doctor was so rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about my needs it was as if i had just woken him up or something he looked disoriented bothered and annoyed that i was asking him to help me. He had a look of disgust that i was asking help about addiction and about my mouth condition. When treating me he was very much rushing like he had somewhere better to be and almost like he was in pain himself talking to me. He assumed i was hiv positive which theirs nothing wrong with being but its wrong to assume a person is that. He geussed and i say geuss loosely that i had thrush and throughout the whole care kept saying um and well like as if he wasn’t a licensed health professional. 100% did not feel safe, assured with or trusted his care. And ive been coming to this urgent care for about 4 years now and always had stellar care. Not today
Great staff. Every time I come in they quickly check me in and help me. They are amazing. The front desk Dina was amazing and super sweet. Nicole was also a great employee she checked my child’s vitals. Kelly Waley was also great. Overall had a nice experience and I will be returning to 7910 Beltline rd
Very good service, my appointment was moved to another facility without my knowledge and the new office took me in with no problem, all within 45 minutes, way to go!
The great customer service started when I called. The receptionist was very friendly and polite.We did have to wait long to be seen and was back home with in an hour and half. I was very pleased with the service.

This was a waste of my money and my time. I had an appointment at 2:20 and arrived at 2:05 as it said I could check in then. I was the only one there, yet it still took 30+ minutes to get me in the back, so later than my actual appointment. The receptionist then calls me up to inform me of the price 30 minuets after I’ve been there. When I see the health care provider, he comes in and says his name is Kelly. Nothing about his credentials, or what he’s going to do, just Kelly. I later learned he was a nurse practitioner, glad he wasn’t some random guy. He seemed apathetic and uninterested in my care/treating me. When I made a comment about a nodule in my throat, that I was concerned about, he just stared at me. Then after I brought it up again, he asked if I wanted him to palpate it. I said yes. He was like it should be fine. Will not be coming back.
Came in with my husband feeling the worst. My kids had the flu so we were sure we had it. The people there were the sweetest. I’m scared of doctors so she was so patient with me. It did take a while but I think I was just inpatient cause I had fever and just wanted to get out already to rest.
Double and/or triple check what theyre charging you for your service. The receptionist attempted to charge me $190 for United Healthcare based on a number printed on her sheet.Until I asked her to double check, knowing that my copay is generally $40, she was ready to charge whatever price was on her little sheet instead of what is clearly stated on my card.Seemed like she was much more interested in making sure she got ranch dressing for her salad than doing what she should have been doing.Felt like a real scam job to me. Be careful if you come here. Make sure to ask questions and know your existing benefits, because they may not even check.Primacare used to be a trusted name, idk what changed when they were bought, but I dont trust NextCare more than I can throw them after this. Ill not be back here. Not even for the most minor needs.
The check in person up front was a little off putting challenging my Trip West status and seemed annoyed when I got the VA Community Care representative on the phone to talk with her. That resolved the issue but she still acted strangely towards my wife and I.The nurse and Doctor were great! Very caring and cheerful.

Needed to find somewhere close and fast, I have been sick for 4 days and I go back to work tomorrow and I needed a doctors note. I walked in and receptionist was super nice, may I add I’m 20 years old so it’s my first time doing something like this independently. Front desk told me to fill out information. When it came to my insurance I didn’t have my card with me but from my social they could look it up and she was thoughtful to pint it out for me to have a spare copy of my insurance which is gonna come in handy. Waited not long till they called me up and they did the testing routine. Doctor mike was so nice and thorough. He knew exactly what over the counter medicine I’ve been taking, and what to help with my congestion I have up in the nostril area. Everyone was so helpful and handled me with care. %100 recommend coming here they won’t just over look you, I left with my doctors note and will come back with any future health issues or concerns
Well let me begin with the two staff members which I found to be very professional and kind. However the nurse practitioner that I interacted with bed side manners were so unfriendly; that after taking his insults, hand gestures, and shrugging of the shoulders as if he was agitated that I was there.I privately ( in the room) called him out on it. He openly began to have a temper tantrum stating that he was done!! As he walked out the door laughing. As if I’m the idiot. All because I spurned the idea of him touching or listening to my body via the stethoscope after belittling me for at least 95 % of our interactions. What patient would trust this kind of behavior ? at this point my trust was out the window.It’s obvious that something is seriously going on with this nurse his entire demeanor and presentation ( unshaven, agitated) are concerning so much so I will be speaking with Texas Board of Nursing. I will keep what I believed was the issue and the evidence to those that have the authority to investigate.
Woke up not feeling well and needed to get in somewhere right away. Went online and was able to get an appointment for 8:20 AM. Arrived at the clinic and Liz got me checked in right away. I was called back promptly at 8:20 am by Nikki. Was seen by Nikki and Mike. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Very positive experience.
All of the women I encountered here were so sweet and helpful - I felt fully supported and cared for as a walk in patient. They were able to see me and help me quickly and I felt at ease throughout my visit. The system they use for checking in is also super easy and convenient which made my visit even better. I definitely recommend NextCare if you are in need of a clinic!

Found this place on google for a sports physical. The weekend appointments are so convenient. Dr Michael was a joy with my teen and got us in and out pretty quick. Will recommend and return as needed.
Great provider with short wait time and friendly staff! I made an appointment the night before, checked in online, and made sure there were few people before me in line before leaving my house. The front desk person was so kind, and the nurse, Janet, was incredibly compassionate and sweet as I coughed my lungs out. The PA, Sheila, was fantastic and got me patched up quickly! She gave me a shot that made me feel 80% better within a few hours and prescribed the antibiotics I needed to recover quickly. Definitely make an appointment and view your place in line so that you can time your arrival!

The NextCare location at beltline and coit has an awesome team today. I booked a visit today, came in and received FRIENDLY and SUPER FAST service. Mike treated me well today during my visit. Nancy, the lady doing the check-ins was wonderful just as well as the other lady named Nancy, that checked my vitals and placed me in my room was very nice and helpful. This was one of the best visits I’ve had at this facility yet!!!

The front desk lady had really bad attitude. She thinks someone forced her to work. When I asked her a question she was talking with her eyebrows. I don’t know why the management doesn’t do anything. It will be the last time going there. Would not recommend to anybody

My husband and I came for his constant cough and we were glad to find this urgent care clinic. The staff, Dina , Nikki and our NP. Kelly were really nice. Got some med prescribed and cough was gone. Im grateful for this clinic and their people:)
Very fast, professional and clean. This was the best urgent care experience ive had. I came in barely able to speak and the front desk lady was so caring helpful. I would 100% recommend anyone needing to go to go here. I was there for a total of maybe 45 minutes, 3 tests, check in and check up all done.

The people at Next Care get 5 stars. They are kind and try to make it easy to get diagnosed and on the way to being better.However, when I was not sure if I was getting better 5 days later, your systems and processes made it HARD to get someone to talk to or call back. (That is the 2 stars part of the review.) I had to drive over and start all over, paying again.The call center with long waits, being tied to a provider and not the location that serves me, dated user interfaces, and more, simply do not match your culture of caring for people (even though your people seem to do that very well once you are at the location).
Next Care provides excellent service! I’ve been using the Clinic for a few years.

This place actually helps you. Ive been to several urgent care facilities and was extremely disappointed. This is the place to go, everyone was helpful and polite. Provider was knowledgeable and gave me the scripts I needed after his exam. I wish Mike could be my primary. None of the Bs and all of the help.

First and foremost the staff is incredible from reception to checkout. I was so comfortable and felt I was a priority at all times. The Physicians Assistant Sheila Chevil is so professional, has a great bedside manner, and puts you at ease from the start. My check in nurse was the kindest, friendliest person on the planet. I highly recommend this urgent care!
I arrive to the primacare with hopes they would assist and deliver excellent service. There was a hour and 20 mins wait even though we booked online . The front desk woman was very polite in professional . The PA-C Shelia Chervil was anything close to professional she was very rough with my child while assisting and refused to explain the medication usage properly I will never return here again due to such unprofessionalism.
I loved this place. They were relatively quick, short wait. They are open on the weekends which is amazing when you randomly need a Dr! They addressed my needs right away. I will definitely be seeing them again. Oh, and they accept Medicaid!

This was the WORST experience at any urgent care that I have ever had. My two year old daughter had pink eye. I arrive at 2:20 and my appointment showed that it was scheduled for 2:40 on their app. There were only two patients in the waiting room at this time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I checked in to see when we might be seen and the receptionist said it would be 20 more minutes max. (50 minutes of waiting already seems like a lot.) I waited for 30 more minutes and my toddler was losing it. In total I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes. The receptionist continued to tell me 5-10 more minutes. I finally left without being seen and at this point there were about 15 people in the waiting room that had been waiting an hour plus. They should not be accepting walk ins if this is how they run their business. I am completed shocked they have good reviews at all!! I think they may be fake to be honest. Worst doctors office experience. DO NOT come here if you remotely care about your time and want to be treated well and especially do not come here with your kids!
Went in with a minor head laceration. They were quick and informative on what they were going to do, which was staples. Great staff, very friendly, professional. I’d definitely recommend.
Easy check in process. Got me in very quickly and seamlessly. Ruth, the nurse on staff for the evening, saw me first. She processed all of my screening stuff very quickly and got a COVID and strep test dialed up right away. Sheila, the NP, followed up to let me know the test results, check my breathing, and get me my script. I was here for less than an hour total, with no appointment. Fantastic server.
My husband fell and our pcp recommended going to urgent care. We got in within the next 20 minutes were treated very professionally and quickly. We were out in 20 minutes.
Unbelievable! New Year’s Eve, but service was outstanding. From Nikki in the front office who welcomed me and helped me complete the paperwork and get signed in, to Janet, who took all my vitals, etc., and then finally to Mike, the PA who analyzed my situation and determined the cause and solution to my problem, I could not have asked for a better staff.
Thank you to Nikki, Mike, Dina and Ree for making our visit to NextCare the best! We lucked out because there was almost no wait time. Everyone was super caring and professional!

First visit here yesterday, not bad on wait time for a Covid test but they aren’t very organized here. Apparently, someone wasn’t paying attention to my paperwork because I ended up walking out with someone else’s discharge papers smh. Someone needs to address this issue and do some type of corrective action here. I informed the clinic about the mix up, said they would email me my discharge papers, never received them. Won’t be back here, deuces.
The front desk lady was so rude. this place has by far the worst service. she says she doesnt normally work this location and this was her first time at this location so i guess she can be as rude as she wants.i made an appointment over the phone but it made an appointment at a different location. called the same number and behold the office phone rings. the lady that worked the front on oct 4,2022 6pm said that is not my problem. and was irritated like that was my fault?the manager from the other location called and was super nice and tried resolve the issue and she said she would make the appointment for me and expedite the appointment becuase now i have been at this location for over an hour and half but the front desk lady said that she cant help and that I would just have to wait in line all over again.she was extremely rude, and very irritated for no reason. someone needs to check on what is going on with this lady
NextCare has been our go to urgent care for years. The staff is friendly and patient with us every time. They go above and beyond to take care of me and my family every time we go. Great job!
I made an appointment and 12 minutes prior to the appointment, I received a text that the clinic was running behind by 30 minutes. The 30 minute wait ended up being over 90 minutes. What was the point of an appointment??? I had to check in with the receptionist multiple times because she was not updating patients and as walk in patients arrived, was providing a 45-60 minute wait time-how?? The doctor was extremely nice, but that’s it!Once I was called with my results, the nurse was very vague with the diagnosis. I called back to ask questions, and had to hold for an hour just to be told no one from the office was available (they were all with patients) and they would have someone call me back. No one called back for two days. I missed the call and the incorrect information was left on my voicemail re:diagnosis. I called back only to again sit on hold for an hour. Ridiculous!
Facility was very clean and staff was welcoming. We made an on line appt. and were taken back before appointment time which was greatly appreciated since I just got off a 12 hr shift. They checked my son and we were out in no time with prescriptions and school note. THANKS NEXT CARE!

Nextcare was amazing. Nikki at check in got us in fast. Nikki the nurse was kind, emphatic and gentle when swabbing my son. Mike the provider listened to my concerns and treated us very kindly. I recommend Nextxare on Beltline for fast service and great staff.
The receptionist at the front desk is really nice. Now the wait time is ridiculous long I checked in about 12:40pm, I was called to the back at 3:00pm, and I left at 4:18pm. I only had 3 test ran for my child, the nurse stated it would take 20 minutes for the tests. It was hot in the room(to me) even the PA stated it was warm in the room. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars because one of the medications was only available and the pharmacist called over to the doctor but she had no luck. I came back the next morning because I never received any communication on another medication being available and I was told a note was sent to the doctor and still I havent received any notification saying that a medication is ready for pickup and the day is over. Will I return to this clinic? Most definitely not!
I had a really bad sprained back. The receptionist that checked me in told me that it was going to be 2 or more hours before I could be seen. I left and went home. The receptionist sent me a text message saying that I was next to be seen. It was only about 30 minutes. The doctor was very thorough, as well as the lady that took my vitals.I will definitely go there again.
I’m from out of state and started feeling ill. They got me right in to be seen. Nikki the nurse was really nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this urgent care to be seen for your needs.
From the smiling face as I walked into the lobby to the caring and wonderful nurses and doctors, this clinic gets 5 stars all around. They were helpful and attentive throughout my entire visit and made going to the doctor enjoyable. I cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness of the staff. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, efficient and pleasant doctors office experience. Kudos to PrimaCare for making their patients their top priority.
Doctor quite competent and explains condition and treatment very well and staff very good. However, despite making appointment online, still had to wait 45 minutes to see medical assistant and more than 60 minutes to see Doctor.
We have been here several times. Kelly is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to prescribe to get me feeling better again. Shernica and Veronica are always kind and caring. 🙂

I made an appointment online after checking with my insurance company for coverage. The online system was very efficient! I got my appointment right away. The front office person was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Clinical Care Specialist -John McCrary was professional, efficient, and friendly. The Dr. was very personable, thorough, and helpful. This is a great place to use when regular physician isn’t available!
Doctor was very attentive and helpful the nurse as well! Will definitely come back to this location if I or any family members get sick again.

This place is Awesome, staff is calm, understanding and very very nice. took my whole family to get tested and they took great care of us. We had Ms. Angela and Ms. Chrissie (i believe that was her name but i don’t remember) and they were so sweet. i only took my test yesterday so i’m not sure about result wait time but i would recommend to anyone !
They sent my son medication to a different pharmacy and the provider I felt like he really didnt care didnt even explain things or asked how mu son was feeling his expression said it all. They should be more caring or at least show they care after all your a provider and you do the job because you want to help patients.
Much better experience with the customer service but, the wait time was long. I feel for the people who work there. They need help with their loyal patients who only want to go to that clinic.
Hello internet. I broke my toe on Friday night playing with my daughter. I also had an ear infection for like a week now and nothing I did was working. I went in as a walk in because I couldnt book ahead of time to wait in my house. I did not wait long. The doctors I saw were very nice and informative. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and helped me set up a medical discount plan since I am a cash patient and I am uninsured. I can go back for a check up when I have the money to and I plan to. A pleasant experience. I also had my six year old with me and they are very kid friendly there. She got to help with my x-rays. I just have to make a follow-up appointment to see how my little toe is healing. I have taken my daughter here when she has been sick before a few times. They will tell you when you need to go to the ER or will refer you to someone. They did their best not to make this trip to their office unaffordable for me. I could afford it and just hope I heal well. Give these people a try. Especially if you have insurance. Their website is very informative and they have a help line you can call before visiting.
From the initial phone call to get general information, the receptionist or intake specialist was very helpful and shared the option I had to book an appointment online to minimize the wait time once I got into the office. Once I arrived for my appointment the wait time was very minimal due to the previous booking I did online and the receptionist was extremely warm and engaging and even went through all the potential pricing for services I thought I needed for the visit to ensure I knew what insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket expenses would be for the visit. That was great because I was able to make an educated decision on what services to get and had a great idea of what the overall expense would be before ever going back to see the doctor. The physician assistant was also very engaging and took good care of me before staging me to see the doctor. My actual visit with the doctor was awesome because he gave me very honest feedback regarding my symptoms and helped me avoid having to spend unnecessary money for testing! Excellent Visit!
The staff were very friendly, and very professional when me and my boys went for our covid test. The place was clean, and they followed guidelines very well. I didnt give 5 stars because of two reasons.One: when I originally scheduled our appointment I received several text messages saying the time to be there was changed from 3:30 to 3:45 then it became 4 and the last one was changed to 5. I had to reschedule because I had an exam to be at. Not sure what that was about.Two: My rescheduled appointment was for the following day at 3:30. We arrived at 3:10...filled out the paperwork then we had to wait until 4:15 to be seen. Once the test was done we were told to wait in the room until one of the nurses could discharge us. We then had to wait another 15 minutes. Needless to say, we were there for a long time. The place was pretty empty, so Im not sure why it took so long. Other than that it was a decent place.
The clinic was open and there was NO waiting!The people at the front were very nice and the facility was clean and didn’t have that sick smell. The nurse that did my TB test and my drug screen was more than happy to explain all the markings to me and what each meant. (I was clean) never did drugs.But my time there was very nice. The one thing they need it some up dated magazines! Some were 2 years old! This clinic is not visible on a very busy street and since they are not seen therefor I think they could do better and increase more traffic !
From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. This PrimaCare is always clean and quiet. The receptionist is friendly and gets our paperwork handled right away. We’ve never had to wait terribly long in the waiting room.I always let them know upfront that my daughter has autism and a low IQ. I don’t feel like we’ve ever been treated differently than anyone else. The nurse and PA have always made us feel safe and secure. They have no problem working with us to make my daughter’s appointments successful.Whenever we can’t get in to our PCP, I’m glad to have this PrimaCare as our back up!
Great experience! Easy check-in process, staff was great. The provider didnt give up with 2 negative test results and knew there was something else going on, and after an x-ray the correct diagnosis was found. Both provider and RN were awesome.
The staff and practitioners were all very kind and helpful. I even asked by the end of my visit if they took non-urgent patients, because finding an entire team of caring and competent staff is rare. They carefully reviewed the medical info I provided and considered my personal medical health issues when prescribing treatment. However, they didn’t prescribe any sinus meds other than saline spray even though I had a cold. I’d recommend that your medical team educate patients on the use of antihistamine, decongestant and expectorant use since many problems are likely allergy related. They also didn’t test for Covid, which I thought odd since I had sore throat, cough and sinus problems. I’m sure as an urgent care, they know the illnesses going around, but if you’re overly concerned about “The Covid” you’ll have to request a swab. The waiting room time was probably typical but baffling since I had an appt. I went at 11 am w one person in front of me. I decided to grab breakfast w my family and scheduled to come back at noon. I got a text to check in at 11:45 am saying one person was in front of me. Still waited another 1.5 hours for doc even though I had an appointment. I don’t understand. Apparently they take patients in the order they arrive regardless of whether you have an appointment. Do not leave and come back or you will have to wait even longer.
I had a bit of trouble initially with filling out paperwork digitally, but once I was able to fill out the papers physically, everything else went smoothly. The staff was kind and helpful to answer my questions regarding the payments of services since I am paying out of pocket.
All people are very nice. They were already running behind when we checked in for our 10am appointment. Figured by having an appointment meant we would get in at our designated time but it was about an hour afterwards. Will use again when we need urgent care.
The staff was very kind and understanding. I experienced a nurse with a lot of knowledge, she eased my concerns about Covid 19 and vaccine questions. The NP was also very helpful. I went in for a rapid test to determine if my symptoms were allergy or Covid related. The wait was a little long and I was not able to book on line as there were no available appointments. I would definitely go back to PrimaCare…I’ve been going since I was a kid.
I cant express my thanks and gratitude for such a wonderful and compassionate staff. They took the time to listen and really investigate the reason for my visit. I would recommend PrimaCare to anyone looking for a Doc in the Box anytime!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Scheduled and appointment just to have to wait for an hour and a half and have multiple people doing walk-ins get treated before me. They seem to not care about your time at all because it takes them 30 minutes just to talk to you once they take you back to a room as well. Was there for 2 1/2 hours when I shouldn’t have been there for more than 30 minutes.
The team at the Coit & Beltline location was amazing. I took my elderly mother there for a visit in the evening on 12/2. The team was so thorough and nice. They went above and beyond to check her and make her comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful service.
Have taken my kids when they got the flu. Super easy. Was able to fill out paperwork online and submit insurance card and ID online as well. Checked in on my phone. Easy quick and painless
My son and I had gone to another urgent care facility down the street and the experience was terrible. We left before seeing the doctor and came to PrimaCare. Our experience at PrimaCare couldnt have been better! Ellen greeted us warmly when we arrived and took care of our paperwork and insurance efficiently and competently. The nurse, Tracey, called us back promptly and had a very caring demeanor. My son was seen soon after by Dr. Amy Tran who was thorough and provided him with the prescription for antibiotics that he needed. It was so refreshing to be taken care of so well from beginning to end - thank you all very much!
No wait. Very friendly staff. Price is pretty good, lower than average cost estimated by insurance company. Doctor and nurse are nice and efficient. Give prescription very quickly. Recommend it if you have a high deductible plan. Probably cheaper than going to a normal primary care provider.
The staff was great. Nicky is a great listener and she gave my shot and I didnt feel it at all. I know that it will hurt later but that is alright.
Took great care of me when I had to go several times for a rapid test during the Omicron surge, really appreciate these nurses for what they’ve had to deal with and still being kind and showing up. Would highly recommend booking a day or two early if possible, or showing up right at opening time.

We came in for a strep throat and covid test for my daughter wait was a little long since there many people getting covid testing. But the staff was great and very friendly once they called us we were taken care of pretty fast. Will definitely come back again thank you PRIMACARE!

This was probably the quickest urgent care visit I’ve ever had. I guess weekday afternoons aren’t their busy time, because I was in an out in a little over an hour. Checkin process was quick, front desk lady answered all questions. Nurse who took my history and vitals was very nice. PA seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and asked appropriate questions for the situation. Same nurse also took my EKG and that was quick as well. First urgent care I left without sitting around for awhile. I never waited in any room for more than a couple mins, gonna be my go-to urgent care from now on :)

I do not recommend this place. I brought my youngest daughter for a drug test for a job and the person who attended her for the drug test was very arrogant and had a very bad attitude. In my opinion, if you dont like your job, look for another one that makes you smile and treat people better.

First I would like to state that Prima Care provides needed services particularly as far a Covid-19 testing is concerned. My appointment was for 10:30. There was 1 car in the lot when I arrived. i checked in. A young woman was in the lobby filling out paperwork. Approximately 20-25 minutes later I went in and medical info and vitals were taken. After that, i sat in the room waiting for the nasal swab. At approximately 11:20 I was finished. Why does it take 45-50 minutes when there were no other patients.Call Prima Care and the 2 that I have used DO NOT answer the phone because the recording says everyone is busy. That is not true. There were 2 people at the reception/sing-in desks. What were they doing for the 20-25 minutes that I was waiting? Answer: Chit-Chating. I was told to call before coming in!The support personnel need to be retrained about answering a phone. In one case it would have saved me about 15 miles of driving for nothing.5 stars if efficiency is greatly improved!
I am giving it a less than great review because when I got there nobody was behind the desk & it was a very long time before anyone was. I finally went ahead & signed in on a sticker on the sign-in-sheet although there were no instructions to do that. I got out my Medicare & insurance card and photo ID and stood there at the sign-in desk waiting. Finally the one doctor on duty who was very busily passing back & forth behind the cubicle where a receptionist was not, asked me if I had signed in and I said I had. He told me to go ahead and take a seat which I did. The receptionist came later and was very nice. She entered me in the system and answered by questions.She left again and while she was gone, I could hear a person gagging and throwing up several times in the outer waiting room. His son came in several times to see if he could find someone to give him supplies to clean it up. Finally the young lady returned and gave him a barf bag. It seemed to take a lot of explaining to get her to realize he wanted to clean up the mess and she seemed not to know what to hand him other than wipes and gloves. I almost left then because I did not want to risk catching something else as the man came into our area to use the restroom but I needed to be seen so I stayed.When I got the e-mail from Solv. to confirm my visit & my place on the wait list, it showed that I was checked in at 11:47 although my arrival time that I entered when I signed in was 11:17. I was called back about 12:45 by a very nice young man who took down my history, then I saw the doctor who was extremely nice and who listened to what I had to say about my symptoms . He performed a flu test for results of which I waited about 20 minutes, and when he returned to say I did not have the Flu but a sinus infection, he had already phoned in a prescription to my pharmacy which I greatly appreciated!I was happy to have been seen and treated with competence but I did feel that the office was understaffed and probably the three people I saw working there were stretched very thin! First, noone would answer the phone. We came in for a rapid test. After waiting for 2 hours, we were informed we would have to pay for a doctors visit to get a rapid test... is the CDC aware of this fraudulent practice? So everywhere else a rapid test is free and this is how they fraudulently try to bill people.
Couldn’t get on-line appointment to work so just went directly. Professional yet friendly team. Had to wait longer than I would have liked but overall visit time was fine. If you need a clean and caring clinic, I recommend this one.
This location went above and beyond; staff was very helpful and professional. Front desk staff was friendly and Knowledgeable for insurance and co-payments The Doctor was in no rush and answered all my questions and concerns. I got a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing.
I always am satisfied with the care I get at Primacare. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring and make me well. What more can be asked? Oh yes and seldom do I have to wait any time at all.
I booked an “online appointment” (which we all know aren’t really for booking time slots to see a doctor, and are simply for providing the company insurance information in advance) at 5:00. They tell you to get there 15 minutes early but I ended up being able to get there about 20 minutes early. When I came in the receptionist at the front got my name and then directly told me to sit down and that the doctor would be right with me. 3 patients were seen in front of me and then it was my turn, or so I assumed it was after the 3rd person in front of me finally got called in (after about 30-45 minutes do waiting). About 10-15 minutes later the lady at the front told me the doctor had a planned surgery now and that I could wait about 40 more minutes to an hour if I wanted, or I could come back. Wouldn’t been nice to learn that information when I first came in, instead of aimlessly waiting for an hour (with a “booked” appointment) and then having to wait an additional hour and half just to get some antibiotics. Don’t go here.
Made appt for CoVid test as I had recently tested positively at this location. Made the appointment 3 days prior and arrived 10 minutes early, per their request.Checked in at front desk and told to wait in the car. After 45 minutes I had no check-in confirmation or communication so I tried calling the clinic. No one answered after 4 tries, so I went in. Front desk person said she would “back me and reregister me. It was a glitch in the system”.During my wait they took every single walk in and it was an hour after my appointment time when I was told to come inside. Stood at the door for over 5 minutes waiting to be taken back to a room.The only glitch in the system is the incompetent staff.at the front desk. Others checked in and left as well.I used to like this location but the inconsistency with staffing has now driven me to go elsewhere.Like back to bed for now.....
I was a walk in— the registration was straightforward. Everyone was very professional and gave me all the necessary feedback. Also the clinic is spotless and has a beautiful waiting g room which is adult and kid friendly —cannot say enough good things !!
Went to the PrimaCare on Beltline rd today the front desk lady Wendy was so wonderful and helpful and comforting! I called earlier and she was so helpful as well by giving me instructions! I wasn’t able to do what I needed so I went in and she got it done for me within 5 Minutes showing me proof as well that she sent over the documents wonderful customer service and helpful will be coming back here again.
Little slow getting in, but we just drove up without scheduling and it was Saturday evening around closing time.Front desk, nurse and doctor were excellent!Easy admission. Nurse and Doctor asked the right questions. Quick tests and they call in the meds we needed to our pharmacy.Thanks!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. It takes them at least an hour to help anyone who has an appointment, which is the complete opposite of the point of getting an appointment in the first place. They will help people doing walk-ins before the people with appointments, which again is counter to the point. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME, JUST YOUR MONEY. Also if y’all read the responses to bad reviews, it’s all the exact same response, displaying how they don’t care to make any changes at all.

I was able to book my appointment online and walk right in with only a few minutes wait. Everyone from the front office to the nurse to Dr Imani Crosby provided outstanding service! I was sent to the Plano Rd location for a chest x-ray at around 7:30. Everything went well there and by 8:20 I was headed home with my prescriptions. I had received a call regarding my chest x-ray results as well as the written results.. I mean, who does that? NextCare Urgent Care does! Thanks again!

Their online appointment system and check in is really easy and helps to make visits go more smoothly. Its a nice option when your primary care doctor isnt able to work you in quickly.
The service is good. If you have to have any lab work done, it is impossible to get the results. You cant call directly to get results because it sends you to a call center and you can be on hold for 45 mins. Ive been waiting on covid results for myself so my family can return to work and school.
Very attentive and nice staff! Started out at the Richardson location but they were out of Covid tests so was referred to the Beltline location. Staff was thorough, and listened to my concerns. I was a little disappointed to hear that results could take up to 10 days to come back. But overall I would recommend and visit this location again; even with it being about 30mins from my home.

I left work to come to get my Covid-19 testing done. This is like the fifth time I’ve taken a test…my second time at this location though. I can honestly say that The hospitality and friendly treatment have been great each time.
Friendly, timely though busy after I arrived. Evaluated the problem. Gave shot and sent home with antibiotic prescription. Had me wait 15 more min to makesure i didnt react to shot.I will definately use them again.

If you enjoy waiting for over two hours, be my guest. There was one doctor on staff seeing one patient at a time with a full waiting room. The nurse was very kind but I saw the doctor for about 5 seconds. I had an X-ray done and the doctor didnt even come in to tell me the results. The entire time she seemed to be on her computer ignoring the other people patiently waiting. I had come in for a deep laceration and was giving inadequate medications to treat the discomfort and antibiotics. Both of which I was given no side effect information about and the nurse dressed the wound without giving me any sort of follow up care. The whole experience I was treated like they wanted to get rid of me and not give me any sort of medical advice besides being simply ignored. Will never return to this location.
I always get fast and speedy service at this location. I call ahead and upon five minutes of arriving I am in a room. The dront desk receptionist is very friendly and always greats you with a smile. The doctors change frequently. I wish they could keep the same doctor but I guess they switch due to the way things are done at. primacare . I qould recommend this facility.
Normally, this location is excellent. However, the doctor I saw today was not good at all. He rushed through after making me wait almost an hour, then interrupted me when I tried to explain my situation. He then told me to take something over the counter that I knew I could not take. Honestly, when I go back, if that doctor is there, I will absolutely go somewhere else.
PrimaCare on Beltline near Coit is very personable, efficient, and patient centered. I setup my appointment on line and adjusted the time easily moving my appointment (after church). I appreciate being able to get an appointment during the evenings or on weekends. The doctor was very helpful.
This place has excellent customer service. Dr.Douong and his staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The appointment was set up for me through the call center and I was in and out in 30 min. Definitely recommend coming here again.

I made appointment, and had to wait maybe 5 minutes upon arrival. I had been before, so did not have to fill any papers. Have always found them to be thorough and efficient, and I have never felt rushed. I highly recommend this facility and personnel.

I was able to walk in right before 4pm they closed at 5pm so I expected to be the last one seen. Wish they would have told me the pharmacy it was sent to closed ay 6pm. Had to trx the perscription to the SLOWEST 24hr walgreens with the WORST customer service. I could have avoided a stressful night, wasted time, gas and money had PrimaCare informed me of the pharmacy closing of leaving within an hour of their office.

Came in at 1:30pm lady at the front said a hour wait time. It’s now after 5pm and still have not been taken to the back. The nurse who is being people to the back is very rude calling patients back. If I could give a zero stars I would. This is NOT a quick care facility.
Service was OK for an urgent care but Billing is a joke. I was making payments on my bill but my account was sent to collections without any notification from Primacare nor the collections agency contacting me to say there is a pending balance. I only found out after requesting a copy of my credit report and once I questioned Primacare billing, there is no explanation of why the last statement I received was sent to collections, nor nothing after. I will NEVER return to any of their branches nor let any friend or family member consider services with them after this terrible ordeal.UPDATE: I emailed as requested two weeks ago and still no response. Why bother replying to comments and offering follow up support but ignoring the communication?

I didnt have high hopes going in. It had been about 8 years since i had used an urgent care service and my experience then was poor. I was very happily surprised with the mature service and professionalism at this PrimaCare. The wait was not bad at all and i was seen by very professional attendants/nurses. My hearing is a little bad and sometimes accents can make important medical terms difficult to understand. EVERYONE there spoke perfect english and i heard them switch to spanish several times for other patients. They performed a few tests and an xray on site, with results while you wait. Much faster than my usual drs office. There was no fast food feeling here, just a very good local clinic. I wont hesitate to return.
When your own doctor wont see you when youre sick, primacare is there for you! Thank goodness for primacare. Was treated by my doctor via telemedicine for over 2 weeks with no improvement. Heaven forbid your doctor see you in person to find out exactly whats wrong with you! One visit to primacare where I was seen in person, had blood testing and received an accurate diagnosis!
This is my familys go-to urgent care. Im the singer in a band, and they were able to get my sore throat attended to ASAP for the biggest show of our bands career.
Walked in with a minor injury to the hand, the paperwork was painless and took less than 15 minutes with a 5 minute wait time. Nurse took me back, got some info and then proceeded to clean my wound and set up for the doctor, who then understood my issue with stitches and used Lidocaine for numbing and stitched me, never felt a thing. Wrapped me up, gave me some supplies (10 days worth) and said to see him after a week. Got my lollipop and out the door onto my day I went. Emergency resolved. Painless and quick. :)
I usually dont like to rate a provider down, who are available for quick service in need. But, my condition was bad, I was in pain and needed some quick relief. Dr. Shana Fakkel asked a very little about the abdominal pain, and prescribed me some meds, which definitely were not upto the mark that gave no relief either. My situation got worse the next day and I had to find another specialty Dr to understand the right opinion. The faces are smiling and supportive here, but I would say try to ask more questions to the patient and understand the very need of the situation. If a follow-up call can be added to the service, they will atleast know how they did! Sorry for bad review, but my money wasted, spent time in traffic while raining, so this had to come out.
This Prima Care always gives great customer service! Starting from Front office staff, Tina. And Miss Whitney, she was great with my 7 yr old. Whitney was very kind and funny with my child as she put her nerves at ease. And I’ve been seen by Dr. Duong other times myself. And believe me, he knows his medical stuff! They did diagnose my condition and prescribe medication, but the process was very slow. Office was not busy but it took over two hours. Efficiency could be improved upon but otherwise it was fine.
They were great putting in 5 stitches but told us to come back to get them out and it was too long. Stitches were buried in scab and had to rip off wound to get them out. It was extremely painful and now we start over on healing process.
I made an appointment and waited to come in during my appointment time but people who came in after me and didn’t have an appointment were seen before me. Pretty frustrating. I have insurance and they didn’t so maybe using insurance is a detriment?
The care I received was excellent. The location was clean and bright. Everyone was competent and friendly. It was blessed time with all staff .

Had to do urgent care due to my primary doctor being overbooked. Found this on Google, got the job done. Checked me out, gave me a prescription, told me to follow up with my primary.
They are very caring, always willing to help there patients and very fast service. My go to when primary doctor is not available.
This has been my clinic of choice lately. The staff is wonderful. Also, its right next to a pharmacy which makes things very convenient.

The nurses are sweet the dr didnt care even a bit and I waited for two hours for almost no help. I had to ask for covid test and WASNT even asked about my flu symptoms. Useless.
Horrible customer service. I walked in to an empty waiting room and an empty service desk. I had to call our for help and when I did I was instructed to keep waiting and someone would be with me.... I guess they were too busy assisting imaginary patients... On top of that they couldnt even help me. I needed a TB test for a new job... And was told they ran out... (mind you, I called before I came and was told otherwise).
Extremely dissatisfied with the so called service 1st off i made a appointment got there and the ladies never checked me in i ended up getting called to the back and put in a room only to set there for a 1 hour and 15 minutes and the lies i was told there was 1 person infront of me but nobody ever came i went online cancelled the appointment and that was the only reason they came in to confront me about that not to even check my baby then they told me they would have to put me back on the system and it would be another 30 minute wait this place is a huge mistake and need to be put out of business very unprofessional and unorganized we need people who care not ones who just come for a check very dissatisfied with them DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR KIDS THE REST OF THE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE PAID PEOPLE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE ARE. NOT HOW THEY EXPLAINED
I am 10 days into a COVID case, and was still feeling terrible. Worst was the headache, which wouldnt let me sleep!The providers determined that the headaches were because my sinuses were nearly shut down. They gave me a regimen steroids, and Im already feeling more human and have gotten some sleep.
Good service overall. If possible try and book early morning on weekends. In and out within 30-40 minutes. Staff very friendly.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars.So these people are GREAT , came in with a 1x4 nailed to my hand . They brought me back right away and starting figuring out how to get everyone out of this situation that we had just gotten everyone into . The doctor was very knowledgeable about the types of nails and exactly the best method of removing the wood nailed to my hand . He even drew pictures of what the nail could have looked like to know what exactly we were dealing with . So then he started at his work . Numbed up the finger that had so carelessly been attached to a 60year old nail. The doctor and the nurse ensured that I was well taken care of and that I got the treatment I needed . After the nail and wood was detached from my hand I was able to receive the shot that was reconmened due to the events of being Inpailed by a rusty nail. Couldn’t have asked for a better team all were very helpful due to the situation that I put them in . If I ever decide to nail my self to a peice of wood again I will most deffently come and see this team again . Thanks for all the help and the helpful advice .
Fixed me up today, incredibly professional yet very personal care from the Doctors and the receptionist. Because of Covid I had been putting off seeing a doctor but they were prepared with precautions in place and we very accommodating to our question. Thank you!
Everyone was professional and courteous, from the person who checked me in at the front desk, to the physician that cared for me. I appreciated the service.
