This location needs a makeover. Made an appointment, so I didnt have to wait. When I got there my wait time was about 15 to 20min. The front desk staff could be friendlier. The assistant was very nice and caring. Got billed almost a year later, because of their mistake. Btw, they dont have a real Doctor.
Scheduling & check-in were a breeze. Scheduling was very easy & accommodating times were available. Completing the online paperwork pre-appointment was also convenient.Check-in & the wait time was no problem. The lady at the front desk was so very nice, smiling, kind & helpful! I was pleasantly surprised at her professionalism & pleasant disposition! I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. The PA, Scott, was also amazing! He knew exactly what my ailment was as soon as he saw it, & was able to identify my skin issue I was struggling with right away! He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, educational, & he took his time with me. He did not rush me out, & patiently answered all my questions to provide me with absolutely excellent care!I am happy I went to NextCare Urgent Care, & would not hesitate to go again. I appreciate the skillful health & interpersonal care I was given! Thank you for the help! I would definitely recommend the provider, the facility & its staff to anyone.
Wasnt to Pleased!!!The office most definitely needs a face lift. Very outdated. Didnt smell clean but old.. Even the rooms.Wasnt to clean. The Dr, didnt really explain much of my situation at hand. The medication didnt work. I felt worse. Ended up going to see my Primary care physician.
I came in because their other location had abroken X-ray machine. That doctor was able to address my main issue however the pain was very intense overnight. Therefore I came here to have the issue checked out and the x ray done. I voiced a few concerns about the pain and I was concerned about it being infected or there being an issue. There was a miscommunication between the two clinics because the doctor at the previous clinic was not in at the other clinic so I guess this doctor didn’t want to take over. The tech took x-rays, wrapped my finger but the doctor didn’t even examine it. He just told me everything was fine and seemed bothered with my questions. Just go somewhere else don’t waste your time here. I should have gone elsewhere but I came here out of convenience. One thing I noticed is that the facilities look a bit dirty and the way they do their work.
I came in because I knew I had a sprain ankle I waited over an hour to he seen they charge me 70 dollars just so they can tell me I have a sprain ankle . I was not given anything for the pain not even a cup of water they had. The assistant doctor did not prescribed anything for pain I went specifically there for pain medication because Im hurting. I asked if he can give me a boot so it can help me walk and told me that my insurance wouldt not pay for it. I am very very very disappointed with the service I was given. At the end of the day Im still here with pain waste of 3 hours and 70 dollars less in my wallet.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDIATRIC CARE!!! We took our 4 year old because we suspected she had a UTI and we didnt want to wait another 36 hours to take her to her pediatrician (since its the weekend). Besides the fact that it took an hour and a half to actually see the PA (it was 8am on Sunday and there was only 1 other patient in the office during our time there), he proceeded to prescribe her an adult dosage of antibiotics!!! Shes 4 - seriously?!?! I know mistakes happen, but if youre not used to seeing young children, you shouldnt advertise that you see everyone!!! AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDIATRIC CARE!! $300 DOWN ONLY TO GIVE MY KID WAY TOO MUCH MEDICINE!!
Went there on 7/20/24 for an eye issue. My right eye didnt hurt, itch, or feel gritty at all but was pink and a bit swollen at the right side half of my right eye. PA came in took one look at my eye and dignoised it as pink eye and proceeded to write a bacterial eye drop prescription that i took for 4 days progressiving getting worse untill i had to consult with an actual doctor who advised me that it was actually because of allergies. The front desk attendent was very nice and professional about the situation but i would not recommend going here.
I was very happy with the care I received there. I was in excruciating pain. PA Scott Bearden took a lot of time with me. He asked many questions about my problem and came to a diagnosis that I have never heard of. He explained everything fully in terms I could understand. He was very professional and very practical when it came to deciding whether I needed x-rays. He was very clear about what I needed to do and what to expect. I will definitely return to Next Care the next time I need to go to an urgent care facility. They also take Medicare. Some don’t. The rest of the staff was also very nice and professional.
We had the option of checking in early but it asked for my insurance card and I wasnt ready to photograph it so I opted to just sign in at the window when I got there. Well, they have a QR code posted that you need to use to register and it is online exactly what I would have to do at home including, photo the insurance card! My one frustration with them is that I have to put the insurance information in each time it does not save it. Otherwise we were taking back quickly seen quickly and discharged quickly. They provided a note for school as well.
Wasted my time completely, I communicated properly that i needed a DOT physical so I can start my CDL class. After 45 minutes of waiting they told they cannot service me because I do not have my CDL. If i could do zero stars I 100% would.
Don’t bother making appointments because they don’t abide by them. They see walk-ins before appointments made. They don’t understand the premise of filling out paperwork and dedicating a time to an appointment even through you take the time to prepare everything on your end to make their job easier.Woman at the front desk provides short and indirect responses.
Ive been here before had poison ivy then and now he took one look at me and knew it to be true was extremely quick and efficient and even when the scan app didnt work the teller walked me through it and made the process very smooth . Would definitely recommend for quick and easy relief of minor things
My experience was excellent. I went there because I had a sudden loss of hearing in my right ear. The doctor and nurse were very professional and resolved my issue right. Couldnt be happier.
Wonderful staff! Polite and respectful not a long wait any time I have been there. The dr is professional and very kind.
Fast, efficient, pleasant staff.P.A. Bearden was knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby could use some help.... Chairs, tables maybe a water cooler and a new coat of paint.
EVERYBODY from the front desk woman, to Uman the MA, to Scott Bearden the PA, were PHENOMENAL. Friendly, listened, great communication with me. Amazing customer service.
My appointment was 6:00 PM but I reached the place at 5:50 PM. But until 7:00 PM we had to wait.I went there to get treatment for my sons earache and he was crying because of the pain. But after the doctors examine they didnt give any medicine. finally, I requested a medical note for the school and the received medical note did not mention the illness.Normally I go to Baylor Scott for White Urgent Care and have never had such a bad experience there before. But this time due to urgent need I went to NextCare Urgent Care. Im not satisfied with their service.
Front desk staff was nice. I was the only person in the waiting room and the doctor only checked up for 5 min. I was there waiting in the patient room for almost an hour. The faculty could use an update
Easy to schedule. No waiting on my visit. Reasonable co pay on my insurance. Issue resolved.
Wouldn’t let me use their scale! So I bought a new scale from Amazon, and when I got it and tested it, it was off by about 3 lbs compared to my old scale. So I thought…who has a scale I could borrow? One of those urgent care places! So I drove over to NextCare Urgent Care at Marsh and Forest and politely asked if I could use their scale real quick, I live in the neighborhood and am just trying to calibrate my new scale (I even had it with me). The receptionist, who was unfriendly at the outset, said probably not but she would ask her manager. Apparently the manager said no, and she came back to tell me (very coldly) that no, I could not use their scale. It was a very unfortunate and negative experience. It would have cost them nothing to offer a nice gesture to a member of the neighborhood which supports them.Good news is I went over to the Advance ER on Inwood, and they were very friendly and happy to let me use their scale. Next time I need an urgent care place, I know where I’m going.
They lied about how much it would cost. Very disappointed. Rude and unprofessional staff. Will never go back.
Came here to be TREATED as I was sick, I threw up on the floor after countless times asking for a barf bag & barely finding where the bathroom was. They proceeded to mean mug and say”she’s old enough to know when she’s about to throw up “ and was upset having to clean it up even after I offered to do it myself. Vivekananthan Gaithri SHOULD NOT work here if she cannot handle what comes with being a doctor.
We have trusted NextCare Urgent care with our family’s urgent health needs when we are unable to get in with our PCP’s. The staff is professional and personable. The care providers are knowledgeable and really discuss with you what is going on with your health and offer treatment options. So thankful for them!
I scheduled my appointment online on their app and filled out all of the forms as well as uploaded my insurance card. I was checked in upon arrival and was seen in reasonable time. Dr. S. Bearded was very friendly and professional and addressed all of my concerns. They called my prescription in to the pharmacy of my choice. I will use this service again and I do recommend this service.
Staff were uninterested in helping, said they couldnt process BCBS at the end of the day. No one else was there but apparently they were busy enough.
My girlfriend went to this NextCare location and they did a good job of getting her seen quickly. That is where the positives end unfortunately. The facility is in need of some updates although it didn’t technically affect the quality of care. They also mis-charged her for the type of insurance she has and she had to spend AN HOUR AND A HALF on the phone with their billing department to get it sorted out. To their credit, the billing issue was supposedly solved.
The doctor was incompetent. He literally saw that I was bipolar and then dismissed all my concerns as a hallucination without even examining me. What kind of doctor doesnt even examine a patient before coming to a conclusion? It was insane and unprofessional and down right insulting.
Please do not go to this facility. I had an appointment, and all walk ins were seen either before me or at the same time as me. I came in with reoccurring extreme producing productive cough, fatigue, overcoming fever and a pain in my left ribs from the extremely harsh and yellow/green productive cough. The doctor did not scope or look in my nasal airway. The doctor did not look in my throat via scope or otherwise. The doctor did not scope or look in my ears. The doctor did not feel my lymph nodes on my throat. The doctor could not cite my medicinal history from the time that I stated that I fell ill, as I’d provided to the practitioner/technician before he saw me. The doctor did not see me timely although per their waitlist, although I was the only person within that two hour timeframe with a pre-determined appointment. The doctor did tell me to lift up my top to review the area that I indicated had been sore from my coughing. The underneath of my left breast, which I had to raise my bra, so that he could check the cartilage on my upper ribs.Do not go here. I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave after being asked to stay for more than an hour after my appointment. Do not go here.
They were professional and listened to me about my health issue, and promptly gave me the prescription I needed.
I highly recommend this urgent care location. I went on a Saturday morning. I was able to get in immediately and get meds for my sinus infection. All of the staff was professional and courteous. The provider I saw Dr Bearden was very thorough and the intake nurse Oomman was polite and professional. I love the fact they are open on weekends and with little to no wait time.
Thank you for helping me on a Sunday when no other doctor office is open. Staff was really nice and friendly the doctor listen to my Health issues and provided a great treatment to help.
I was feeling very sick when I went in. Everyone wore mask, the floors and bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and seemingly concerned. The doctor was fabulous! I’m fortunate to have this place so close to home!
Professional and clean, I have used this place for years! So convenient! Even without an appointment, though I wouldnt recomnd that got a. prescription! Had xrays which were read by an orthopedic guy .. got a perscript! Seems I was there a while. But no appointment! I give them an A+
I love these kind of places dont have to wait long like the ER that takes forever. Was in and out no long wait I made a appt online didnt have to waste time doing paperwork. I wish they had more places like this thats 24 hrs and Im glad they take all types of insurance.
BILLING SCAM. This place should be criminal, but thanks to our healthcare system they can do this to people: I went in with a bad cough I thought might be strep or covid. The nurse gave me a test and then I waited for 44 mins. The nurse practitioner came in, did no exam, told me the tests were negative and wrote me a prescription for cough medicine. All fine, until I get the bill. They purposely made me wait (the place was empty) so they could bill me for an extensive 45 minute exam. The billing code is used for visits that require a full, complex bodily exam, or coordination with other doctors. None of that happened but because I waited for 44 minutes and got 1 minute with the nurse practitioner it meets the 45 min criteria and they can CHARGE HUNDREDS ($362.34), and that’s the adjusted rate after insurance. THIS IS THEIR STANDARD PRACTICE, don’t let it happen to you.
I couldnt get an appointment but as a walk-in I was the only patient. So after a brief check i was triaged and placed in a treatment. Dr. Nguyen arrived shortly afterward and we discussed my rash issue and profound, persistent itching. He discussed treatment options and prescribed a medrol pack to control the itching, Nystatin Triamcinolone anti fungal cream and an additional amount of Hydroxyzine HCl to help control itching. Our medications were soon ready at pharmacy and picked up as soon as possible. I started the Medrol pack on a regimen suggested by Dr. Nguyen. The Nystatin prep was ineffective since although part of the problem may appear to be a fungal infection it is not. Traditional application of liquid Benadryl gel was best to control itching. Dr. also had blood drawn to check on infection, which did show high levels of neutrophils and leukocytes. Now pending disclosure of complete lab report. I was expecting a new prescription of Betamethasone Diproprionate cream because the original amount (0.05% in 25g tube) was not enough to cover all of the affected areas. Happily, I dont seem to need it, thanks to the action of the Medrol. It was an excellent visit with a very competent physician who looked at every angle of my complaint. I definitely recommend Dr. Le Nguyen! He is excellent, listens well and explains everything he does along the way!
This place is a joke. I went because I had a sinus infection. I’ve had them before. I know the symptoms. I was coughing up a ton of dark yellow/green mucus, bad cough, etc. I tested negative for strep, they didn’t test for COVID, and told me to go to CVS and get DayQuill. I asked for an antibiotic prescription and was denied. Then I got a bill for a ‘doctor’ to tell me to go to my nearest CVS. The facility was gross, and I will never go back.
Arrived for an 11am appointment at 10:50, during my break from work, went straight to the front desk and was told no action was needed on my part. That I would be checked in and could take a seat as I had filled out my paperwork online. I waited to be seen and kept an eye on the waitlist but did not see my name being added, even though walk-ins names were and they were subsequently being called back. I went to ask the front desk what was going on after I received a confirmation text that I had been checked in at 11:28 and my name had finally been added to the waitlist. After asking how much longer I would be waiting the front desk assistant Trinity was short and seemed to have no concern essentially stating yeah even though your appointment was at 11 I just got you checked in at 11:30, but they should see you soon though so don’t worry about it. When I explained to her that I cannot wait for “soon” as i am on a break, she proceeded to lie to me and say that I had not arrived at 11 and that the reason things were taking so long was my fault. I will have to seek out other care another time/day due to this unprofessionalism.
Visited primacare this morning. Check in was a breeze. I was greeted by an extremely helpful friendly receptionist.Next , vitals again friendly professional assistant. The doctor examined me within minutes, sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy, all within 30 minutes!Clean environment, masks required. I received efficient, prompt care. Extremely satisfied!
The nurses here are very unprofessional. They are rude and disrespectful. They told me that Primacare no longer provides referrals.
Only giving one star because of the doctor , which is a big part of the experience. Front staff and nurse were nice people but the doctor was very rude and showed no emotion or sympathy. I told him what I needed and he couldn’t even check . “ we don’t do that at this location” even though I’ve been checked out before . I feel if u put the issue before hand why wouldn’t they exam that? Then proceeds to say how “ it’s urgent care we can’t do 16 things” . Very rude we come to doctors for help and he basically was overall just uninterested in helping or answering question… very stale . Won’t be back to the location . I believe his name was kawou Tuwa PAC, Athanase.
I read some reviews before I came, and everyone said use this place. So I did, and I totally agree with them. They were wonderful, I was in and out in under an hour. Great customer service, very friendly, and treated my issue. Wonderful place!!!
I have visited with Dr. Scott (Scott is his first name) and he takes his work seriously, be is thorough and focused and I have sensed he wanted- in his heart- to make me well. He has been informative and effectively conveyed various scenarios to me to help me understand how the human body works. He is an asset and a credit to your medical institution. John David.
Receptionist was very friendly. I was very disappointed with the doctor that saw me. I had a really bad cough , sore throat and not able to speak. The doctor looked at my throat, ears, and listened to my lungs. He said it was not an infection ,my lungs were clear. He said I did not need antibiotics since there was no infection and I was not contagious. 4 days later , now my husband and parents are all sick with same symptoms. I was prescribed steroid for laryngitis .
I had an excellent experience at clinic. The nurses and the doctor were very professional and courteous. I’ll definitely come back
Dr. was great. Nurses were attentive and polite. There was a slight delay to my appointment, but I did see 3 walk in come in during my 40 min wait. And I was under no expectation that I would not have a little bit of a wait. Exam room needed a little bit of a cleaning, but nothing out of the ordinary.
In this clinic it is useless to make an appointment online anyway they will make you wait a long time since the receptionist starts talking very comfortably while those of us who make an appointment wait, when the patients arrive if you are not white she leaves you at the end even if you have already made an appointment Very unfortunate that they waste your time. Good luck if you want to visit this clinic because you will wait at least 2 hours as it happened to me this morning. I HOPE THE MANAGER OFFICE READ THSI REVIEW AND TAKE CARE WITH THAT.
I was treated with respect everyone was nice They cured my issues
For several days, I’ve been dealing with congestion, cough, headaches, and occasional pain in my stomach. Dr. Scott Bearden quickly figured out I had a sinus infection. He gave me two prescriptions, one for the cough and an antibiotic for the congestion. These plus a steroid shot, Sudafed, and Afrin spray had me feeling better in a matter of hours than I’ve felt all week. Dr. Bearden patiently answered my many questions, and his staff did a thoroughly professional job. If you are not feeling well and cannot see your regular physician, I highly recommend Next Care Urgent Care on Marsh Lane.
Friendly front desk staff, friendly nurse, friendly doctor. Very short wait on a Saturday afternoon, and most of the paperwork was done online (Easy! Convenient!). I felt heard and my concerns were given appropriate gravitas and I wasnt poopood like other doctors did to me previously. Would absolutely go back and would absolutely recommend. CareNow, eat your heart out. NextCare is where its at!
Great customer service. I got in got treated and out the door in a timely manner. No issues.
Great experience ! I went there twice for myself and it was already a nice place where you feel taken in charge in a calm atmosphere. Clean, professional, helpful, available for your questions, i even had the chance to meet a doctor who speaks perfectly french and reassured me a lot each time i came. Today it was for my daughter who had a bad cut in her head in school and i was happy about the outcome and how we went through that peacefully without traumatizing my kid. Thank you again so much for your care!!!
Quick and easy. Be sure to fill out your information online before you get there. It will save some time.
A very friendly and fast Clinic for nonemergency. A very nice Staff and very clean.Front the front desk to the Dr. Outstanding care to my Mom. My grandbaby got sick at school unable to get in at her regular doctor I went online and made her an appointment. Did all my paperwork and everything online set up her appointment. As soon as we walk through the door the nurse came and called us took her back and did all her vitals did the necessary test that needed to be done. And we waited on the doctor. It was a very smooth and nice appointment. I love this place for they are very timely. And I have been there myself and I have never encountered a problem of any staff member.
Great customer service from the time I walked in and upon discharge. The tech was very informative and took the initiative to start testing so by the time the provider came to see me he had my results in hand. The provider listened to my concerns since I had never experienced anything like it before. I didn’t feel rushed at all and even verified which pharmacy I needed my prescription to get sent to.
Amy, at the front desk is delightful! Shes very polite and efficient. I kept pushing my appointments back because of a hectic day and she was very understanding and accommodating. When I finally arrived they were quick at getting us in with the nurse (also very nice) and then in with the doctor. Absolutely no waiting time!Dr. Curubo is the best! The Dallas community is blessed to have him. He takes the time to patiently listen to the patient explain symptoms, take diagnostics tests, explain the results, prescribe medications, deal with the insurance company, etc.... all with a huge smile on his face and an empathetic demeanor! We love this group! Theres no reason to go anywhere else!
First time user. Online appt schedule was very easy. Receptionist was very cordial. Online pre-application was a snap. Doctor was very polite with clear instructions and X-ray process identified problem. Recommend- yes!
It took awhile to get in to see the doctor but overall he took care of my problem
I had the unfortunate day in choosing this urgent care for my severe stomach pain. I have never received worse care than i did here.I arrived at about 11am and requested to be seen due to severe stomach pain. The receptionist was not welcoming nor sympathetic to my pain, she simply pointed to a qr code for me to do paperwork. I was the first person in line but was not seen for over 30 minutes. I had to ask multiple times when i would be seen because the pain was unbareable and getting worse. I am not an emotional person, especially in public, but i was in tears in the waiting room, but nobody seemed to care. The receptionist had troubles with my insurance and wanted to resolve that before i could be seen. Any updates, I had to request for myself. When a nurse finally took me back, i was shocked by her rudeness. She seemed very frustrated at my answers and was very harsh in asking questions. She was annoyed that i couldnt understand her questions due to the mind numbing pain. There was no urgency at this location. I did see the Dr. Within 20 minutes of the nurse leaving. He was very short with me as well. He would ask questions but not allow me to answer them before interrupting me with something else. There was a huge rush in the exam process. He did not communicate with me well and then got frustrated when i didnt know what he wanted from me. I received no words of thought about what might be going in. I gave a urine sample and was told to wait in the room. After 30 minutes i ended up leaving because there had been no updates and I felt that no one cared about my health or comfort. No pain relief was offered, I was left to sob on my own in the room from pain. I left and went to an ER nearby where i was seen within 10 minutes and found out i had kidney stones, one of which was almost too big to pass. My experience there was much better and i was given pain relief almost immediately. My overall experience here was terrible. Everyone i talked to was very rude and there was no care to be found. The place itself seemed very old and dirty and in need of a remodeling. I wish I would have skipped this place and gone straight to the ER. I could have saved myself 2 hours of suffering.
The lady at the frontdesk was very careless and impertinent. When we asked a question, she would answer in a harsh manner, without looking at our face, as like she was making fun of us.
I use this PrimaCare location for myself and my mother, when we can’t get to our own PCP office. The office staff is always professional and courteous. The physicians are really nice and care about the patient. The wait times are reasonable, especially if you book on-line.
I came for flu symptoms - but didn’t have the money at the time for the copay. The staff was SO awesome, they allowed me to be billed the next week after I had been paid. They didn’t turn me away and really worked with me, not because they had to, but because the woman at the front desk had a HUGE heart.I strongly recommend this PrimaCare location to anyone. The staff and customer service are excellent.Thank you PrimaCare on Marsh Ln!!!
I had a video visit today and was very happy with it. The doctor was awesome! I felt listened to and cared for. I was asked great questions to determine how I could be helped. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care.
This location is near my home and very convenient so I use it everytime i need a COVID test or have sinus issues, and Ive used this location for many years. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue Ive had there is with one of the PAs. He seems less than thrilled to be there and seems to want as little time or contact with his patients. I keep returning for care there because of the convenience of location and the chance that the other doctor that I like so much will treat me, plus the front desk and nurses are very nice.
Always quick, very thorough, and compassion that goes above and beyond. I trust the amazing staff and knowledgeable doctors with my and my familys lives. Highly recommended for Lifes little colds, bumps and bruises.Quick, thorough and always professional. I know my family and I will receive exceptional service and medical assistance when we come to this PrimaCare location from the receptionist, the doctors, and nurses. Everyone always seems to go above and beyond any expectation for everyone who passes through their doors. I am so thankful for all they do.
They saw my 3 sick kids the same day, same visit, no hassle, no appointment necessary! Also allowed me to have all 3 kids in the same room. They made it so easy for me! Thank you guys!!!! We saw Dr. Curubo; hes got an excellent bedside manner and was beyond patient with us! Hes very down to earth! The young lady at the front desk was great at guiding me with the paperwork (only 2 forms per patient, wow) and then dealing with our insurance.
This was my first time visiting not only this medical center but any medical center in Texas . I’m moved out here from Cali and was really nervous about going somewhere new . However , Primacare completely calmed my nerves and made everything easy . I love how I can do everything online before I even walk in . I made an appointment online , filled out my paperwork, and was able to check in on my phone . I was even able to view an active waiting to list to see when I would be called next. Lastly, the nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. I love the fact that they explained everything to me . I didn’t have to ask any questions .
Terrible receptionist her name is Sue as soon as i walked in she had the worst attitude asked me what i was coming in for and told me “im not sure what they can do about that but i can pass you back” as if my abdominal pain and headache where not “good enough” for me to be seen here little does she know i drove 30 minutes to be seen here because my regular doctor is closed due to the holidays, also she was verry friendly with all the white people as i heard her change of adittude with them and just because im hispanic she changes her tone of voice when speaking with me, also if your in pain and want to be seen fast and not sit in the waiting room forever PLEASE avoid coming here . Worst urgent care iv been to never coming here again .
Overall very happy with this place. Took my son to have one of his ear tubes checked because something didn’t seem right since I couldn’t take him to his specialist because I’m currently in the process of getting his insurance in order, and they were able to tell me what my son had right away! So happy I decided to come here because I was debating whether to take my son to the ER but I’m glad I made the choice to go here ! Also the receptionist was super helpful in informing me of their discount program!
I went in for bad chest pains and was told “It is probably anxiety”. It turned out to be a massive infection that was spreading. When I made a follow up appointment the actual doctor called me with a condescending attitude and was being all kinds of disrespectful. While the staff is very nice here, this doctor is a joke.
The lady at the front desk was pleasant. I messed up and made my appointment for the wrong day. She got me checked in with no hassle. She truly enjoys people and her job. The actual visit was quick too! Thanks we will be using prima care again!
I was skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews but I was desperate. It’s true about the wait times. I waited two hours to be seen and a man that had an appt waited an hour. Besides that, the receptionist was nice, the young lady that took my vitals was very kind and the PA was nice. He diagnosed me and gave me my rx. Im finally feeling so much better.
Booking an appointment was extremely quick.Links to complete the registration was so easy.Everything thing about the friendly & efficient staff rates thumbs up and 5 stars.I was in and out in minutes. Definitely will keep them in mind for medical emergencies.Thank you PrimaCare.
Seems like everyone at this place hates their job. No one was attentive to the fact that I sat in the lobby crying in pain for 2 hours. No one asked if I needed water at the LEAST. I was running a fever and was FREEZING in the office so once I finally got called back I asked if they had any blankets to help with my bad chills and they said they don’t keep blankets.. the nurse took my temp and wasn’t even going to tell me I had a fever I’m like “ok… so what’s my temp” and she finally told me. The doctor was not attentive at all, he Didn’t seem to care I was in any pain, as well as vomiting in the room he cared less and wasn’t going to prescribe me any thing for pain or Nausea until I asked. Tested positive for Covid and He told me “im young, and I’ll get over it” ???? So overall bad experience and this team needs re-evaluation.
My experience at the primacare was pleasant. However I was very specific in symptoms I experienced because I needed them documented for work. Only to get the summary of my visit and find that the nurse typed the complete opposite of how I stated I was feeling. He basically typed his own notes to I assume benefit the clinic. I called about the matter and was told by the doctor they just do testing, it doesn’t matter what the nurse stated I’m able to return to work. Also that any symptoms I wanted notes should be done by my primary doctor. I asked if he was ok with the nurse lying about the details I gave and the Dr stated he can not say the nurse is lying and that he simply checked boxes. So I’m baffled as to how so many wrong boxes could have been checked when I was deliberate in the information and feedback I gave him. I feel as though these places have a quota to fill and this particular clinic shows they will lie to pass you along. Very very very disappointed in the staff and doctor who was very defensive about a matter I only asked to be corrected. He indirectly told me I was lying which is appalling and a slap in the face. Horrible experience.
This office rocks. The front desk is very nice and helpful. Even as a walk in I only wait about 10 minutes. I always get Dr. Curubo. He is amazing. He will explain anything you need, and takes time to make sure you understand your medicine. Extremely professional with an excellent exam room mannor. I would recommend this office to anyone, even my mother.
Dr. Duong, the PA, and receptionist were all friendly, accomodating, and competent. I booked a 9am the night before with ease. They appear to take all insurance plans. A short wait early mornings.
I was very embarrassed leaving this doctors office. First thing was after the front desk lady already messaged me about what kind of check up I was going in for, she asked me again very loudly in the waiting area & repeated it multiple times in front of the other people that were there. Then I couldn’t even get my check up done without paying out of pocket. I’ve been to another primacare in Lewisville & had no issue with front desk or my insurance. I understand she was doing her job but she saw my message prior to my check-in & could’ve talked a little softer about any specific questions instead of letting everyone aware of my situation. would not recommend.
Amy at front desk was nice and very helpful. I arrived 10 minutes early like they had asked and once I checked-in, I didnt have to wait for my appointment very long. Both the PA and Doctor were personable, straightforward (which I appreciate), they listened to my concerns and helped me to get out of pain. Thank you!
They are all very welcoming. Best urgent care I’ve gone to. They are all helpful and will explain every detail to you
Made appt. Waited 3 hours and drove across town. When I arrived in parking lot, I received a call stating they did not have an x-ray tech on staff. I had called corporate and they confirmed I could get xray. Called corporate back and they tried to send me to 5 locations, all of whom were not doing xrays.
I have never been more impressed with an urgent care center!Prior to visiting this Primacare, I have always had bad experiences at urgent care centers. I’ve always felt like they were trying to do tests I didn’t really need, with nurse practitioners prescribing antibiotics that weren’t necessary. And the wait times were always insane.Primacare was completely the opposite. They take appointments and we were asked promptly in around our appointment time. The nurse was extremely professional and took care to listen to our concerns. Same thing with the doctor. Very professional and not at all rushed. He explained everything thoroughly and was kind and considerate. This primacare will now be my go-to!
I love Dr. C., and the staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly! I can’t say enough about the care Dr. C. has provided me , and my daughter, over the last couple of years. Not only is he a brilliant, he’s also very funny. I would recommend him, and I do very frequently, to anyone.
I have been to Primacare many times in the past! This time the major difference was the check in process. It was very smooth and informative! The instructions were very clear. One knew exactly when to be at Primacare from home and how long the wait was going to be once one got there. Otherwise I received the same great quality care that I had received in the past from ALL the employees! I will definitely use them again in the future if a situation arises! Thanks for another great experience!
At this time it very hard to get a appointment !! They do take walk - ins that might take a LONG TIME especially on the weekends !! I myself and family would wait all day if necessary. You wont find a nicer better RECEPTIONIST or NURSE and Greatest DOCTOR you could imagine in all areas. Id say this is the best of the BEST of the BEST. Im not basing my opinion on a one or two time visit or even a year but many !!
The staff is very friendly and the PA is very nice, knowledgeable , and thorough. I highly recommend coming here for urgent care and would certainly return if needed.
The clinic staff is the best! Always so nice, friendly & always helpful.
Very bad service. Came in with swimmers ear/ear infection. Doctor just looked at the ear and prescribed ear drops. His visit with lasted ca. 20 seconds. He saw that the ear was clogged up with wax and other stuff. He did not bother to clean the ear out a bit. The drops could not reach where they needed to go. So I spent one day with these drops that made the situation worse. Do not go there!! Thankfully today I received excellent treatment at UTSW.
Had a good experience when I went for my co-vid test. Positive people behind the desk, checking insurance and helping me fill out my paperwork; a smiley technician who explained the procedure as it took place, and a good looking doctor to deliver the results: negative. All in all, a good experience.
We always have a good experience at this location. We get in quick, Doctors are straight to the point and, the staff is always friendly! If you cant get in to see your Doctor right away or just cant wait--go here! Wonderful doctors!
Enjoyed the nurses and the doctor on call when we went in to treat my 19 month olds burns. The wait seemed a little long to me since there was only one other patient there at the time, but then I did have an injured baby with me. We didnt wait longer than 15 minutes, so still pretty quick. My older kids (6 and 4) enjoyed the kids area, and the staff were totally accommodating when I left my older kids in the waiting area to take my injured daughter into the exam room. I was expecting that the nurse or the doctor would actually bandage up my daughters hand, but in the end I received the materials to do it myself and a prescription. I suppose this is just as well, because the doctor may have had to bill insurance for a lot more if she had bandaged up the wound.
I have been using Next Care for several years since moving into the area. They have met my medical needs which mostly consists of urgent emergency care for sinus-allergy complication. In 2015 I developed a case of Shingles and have had a very long recovery. I am thankful for the care and treatment at the Marsh Lane center. It was a significant part of my recovery process. If you live in Northwest Dallas, I would recommend this urgent care center for attending to your medical needs.
Arrived on time for 0945 appointment made on phone prior to arrival... signed in, looked up at patient board, it says 10-15 minutes. After signing in, we received a text saying we missed our appointment and the board now reads one hour, to 1.5 hours. When we approached the counter regarding this, we where told to have a seat and they would call us when they where ready. Currently, as I am typing this, we have been waiting 30 minutes. What a joke it is to call in ahead of time. No one in the waiting room that was here when we arrived has been called back yet. So far, service here is very poor, rude front desk clerk... will write a second review once we leave. Hope they get better. So far, they are consistent with the previous negative reviews... so, it is clear that writing a review is worthless here
Dr. Curubo is great! Hes patient and gets the job done quickly. From the flu to ingrown toe nails, he will take care of you. Yes, you might have to wait a little but the online appointment booking helps minimize the wait. The office staff is nice too.
I made an appt online. Got there 10 mins a head of time as recommended. The front office staff was friendly and kind! Paperwork was easy. Nurse and doctor and medical staff were all quick and efficient, and I felt listened to. I was in and out in 30 mins with my medical needs met.
This place is a joke! I made a reservation online for COVID test, since web check-in is necessary and uploaded all my information including insurance card. I get to my appointment time and when I arrive they tell me that there are no tests available. They did not have the decency to call to advise that they had ran out or could not even reschedule there. The person in the front desk was oblivious to anything and unhelpful. It was a waste to say the least definitely would recommend you to go elsewhere!
The Dr. Was very nice as always, the nurse was rude and hurt my son badly doing a covid test. He has had many covid tests and he said this time it was extremely extremely painful. They need to be more gentle especially with kids and teens.
This is an unbelievable place to see a doctor quickly. Did I have say quickly, oh yea before we even sat down the doctor was on his way into the room. The nurse, the doctor and front office staff did an amazing job providing service like no other. I went to Carenow recently and I will never go back because when you can get service like Primacare has, why go anywhere else.
Absolutely the best doctor on call. Dr. Mario is professional and excellent. All staff are helpful and focused on getting their responsibilities done quickly. My husband and I always use this PrimaCare center when we are in Dallas.Dr . Lola Davis Ed.D
Although the care here is good care, the waits are usually very long, and theres only one provider there at a time. If they could bring in another provider it would help a lot. Getting an appt is wise, but they fill up quickly for the same day and the next day. If you opt to do a walk in appt, be prepared to wait a very long time.
We had just moved to Dallas from Maryland. I did not yet have a new primary care physician. I decided to go to Prima Care. What a great decision. I made my appointment on line. I met Marisol at the front desk. She was polite, helpful and friendly. Within 20 minutes of arrival I was weighed and had my blood pressure taken by Janie. Within 5 minutes I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mario Curubo. He accurately diagnosed my illness with a friendly and professional manner. I will higlhy recommend this Primacare facility to everyone.11 months later I went to my primary care physician because my specialist had me on a course of antibiotic. All of the doctors at my primary care office were too busy to answer any of my questions. The physician’s assistant said that I would have to wait until September to see my doctor. I needed to see a doctor and have my blood tests performed. I decided to once again go to Prima Care. Just like last year they were efficient and professional. They took care of everything I received a follow up call from Dr. Nanastate and Dr. Carhbo from Prima Care. It’s too bad I can’t use them as my primary care physicians. I rate them as 10 plus.
This clinic is close to my house and thats why I use it. The staff has always been courteous and the doctors quite capable. The place needs to be freshened up. There are places that need repainting and attention. However if I need a quick diagnosis, this is where I go.
I came to PrimaCare due to my now EX testing positive for Gonorrhea. Of course, i wanted and needed to get tested for everything! So I found PrimaCare online (google) and was one of the very first choices and had great reviews. I went in on Sunday around noon and waited, not even 10 mins. They receptionist greeted me with a smile, was very professional and super sweet. Unfortunately, I didnt catch her name, but I wish I had so that I can give her proper recognition for making me feel very comfortable in a not-so-comfortable situation. She did have blond hair :) They accepted my insurance and I only had to pay my emergency room copay of $55 (Compared to other STD testing sites, this was such a big savings by at least $80). This place gets many KUDOS for being opened on SUNDAY, since I work in professional, high demand industry. No other place was opened, unless I wanted to pay $135-$250, which I did NOT.The nurse and Dr. Kusi-Mensah were super quick, professional, welcoming and treated me with much respect and care. They had me in and out in 30 mins. I received a call back for results on Tuesday, which was so fast! I came and picked up Wednesday and was greeted by a different receptionist, Amy. Super super sweet and had the biggest smile. Showed my ID to pick up my results, which were all NEGATIVE and they did tell me over the phone that they were Negative, so I did no stressing on my way to get them . I just wanted my own copy to mail to my EX, along with a few other things he left ☺️.OVERALL: Great place! Friendly Staff! Professional! Convenient! I would give 10 stars if possible. Keep up the great work and I will return back to this location for any/all medical needs, other than emergencies, of course.
First time ever going to Prima Care on forest lane & marsh ave. Took my son for a strep test. The doctor was absolutely amazing. He made the visit pleasant. He was very funny made everyone laugh!! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future
Every one friendly and helpful. The waiting time to see the dr. was quite long. At least 40 - 45 minutes in the dr.s’ waiting room. I had taken advantage of calling ahead to get an appointment so as to try to avoid the wait time. But, I was given medication and should be well on my way to feeling better.
The PE, Scott was great and entire staff were really nice. I live in the neighborhood and have been there a dozen times, always a good experience.
We were the only ones there on Memorial Day 2018. Got right in and out and they took CHIP which really helped because my kid was scared after getting hurt and i didnt want to spend an hour trying to find a place that took her insurance. It was quick and easy. And the doctor was great with her. She split her chin open and instead of doing stitches he used surgical glue to close the wound which was much easier on my daughter. Id definitely recommend this place. Hopefully its never busier.
I needed to have a wellness screening done for my work. After some research online, the primacare website was very helpful in providing information about services provided-which included wellness screening and lab testing. Upon walking into the facility I was greeted very rudely by the front desk clerk and was informed that I was mistaken and sorry sir we dont do that here. I asked why the website and help line said they do, she would have none of it. Will never try this place again.
NEVER EVER! They misdiagnosed me and gave me RX that made me so sick. When I called they said I had to continue taking it even though the first diagnosis was wrong. Then billing was incorporative and would not even adjust my bill for the misery I suffered in their hands! NextCare Dallas Texas on Forest Lane. Dont ever step foot in there or try to deal with billing. I wish I never did.
The doctor and staff did awesome taking care of my illness very quickly even I had no appointment made . The time that I spent a the clinic was relative minimal and the lab results came back quickly,I felt relieved when I have the diagnosis and start the treatment ASAP. I am highly recommend this clinic.
Booked appointment, checked in online, still waited an hour to be called, but I was using the restroom when they did. I guess I lost my place in line and was punished for using the restroom, as they started calling everyone else who was just a walk in front of me after that. Front desk assured me would not happen, only for them to continue doing so. I’ll go half an hour out of the way to avoid this location in the future.
Great service. Great doctor. For an urgent care it was really good. I recommend them. Called and set an appointment 20 min prior to my visit and didnt wait alot also between room. When they take you to one n u wait alot usually. I recommend them if you have an emergency or need to go for a doctor
Great experience at PrimaCare! They got me in and out within an hour of walking in. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend!
Quiet, clean facility. Attending doctor could have a better bedside manner. I didnt get to ask very many questions before he hurried out of the examining room but isnt that all doctors? Id still recommend.
I made appointment on the website in advance but still had to wait more than an hour. I went there for other reason and there were a few people waiting in the same room for covid test. I just didn’t feel safe and felt frustrated that I needed to wait for such a long time with the risk of being infected by covid. I asked if I could wait outside and get phone notifications or call when it’s my turn but they don’t do notifications. And said if they don’t see me when they call my name they will assume that I left. I ended up just going back home and decided not to stay and wait any longer.
Online check-in was easy. I downloaded partner app and everything went well. When I got to the window in the front office. They verified my information and waited about 20 mins to be called. Was in and out within an hour from the beginning process.
Not a very good place. He was unable to tell me what was wrong and was very dismissive about my situation, or willing to work with me. After I talked to the doctor he walked out the door didn’t even direct me to the exit or even look at me when I was leaving. I felt like I just wasted money for nothing. And also for feeling sick there no need to be rude or dismissive. Find another urgent care center that will listen.
Dr. Carubo is knowledgeable and quick. I did not have a long wait in the morning when they first opened. Thanks! The waiting room was tidy, but could be cleaner feeling like Lysol it down, Lysol wipe the chairs, vacuum rug since it is where sick people hang out.
I came in on 5/24 it was my first time at PrimaCare the nurse who was the receptionist at front desk was very rude!! (I dont know her name). The nurse tried to refuse me health service because I didnt have a mask. I had forgotten my mask at home so i asked her for an extra one, this woman told me they did not have mask I can go home get my mask or I should go to the store and buy one. SERIOUSLY!! I was in pain needing treatment due to an insect bite and those are the kind of answers i got ??! I Understand due to COVID-19 I have to put on a mask, unfortunately i did not have one with me. What kind of health Clinic doesnt have extra mask, so does that mean the health care providers reuse the same mask ? The doctor who attended me did not have a mask on, and he did not introduce himself to me, he didnt even ask for my name, he didnt even great me not even Hi/ Hello. He just asked what brought me to clinic, and I told him my issue. I left the clinic not even knowing the doctors name, and i just couldnt wait to be out of there. I found out the doctors name on my prescription pill bottle, and he is called Dr. ATHANASE TUWA i felt that the service was rushed with poor bedside manners. The doctor was not even sympathetic or showed any signs of empathy towards my condition. By the way copay is a bit higher, and for the poor service i got, If my issue wasnt urgent I would have left and gone to another clinic. Unfortunately it was Memorial day, so the Clinic i usually go was closed that day thats why I ended up at PrimaCare. I wasted my money, time and Insurance. I WOULD NOT RETURN AGAIN NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO COME TO THIS CLINIC!!
I take my 2 boys and 76yr old mom there. Doctors and staff has been great until recently someone new name Marisol joined the team.During my last visit waiting in the lobby I heard her completely ignore 3 phone call inquiries. She was rude even asked one of the callers to call back at a later time as she was with a client.( I was the only person there). Throughout the whole time she was chatting with her co worker complaining how shes having to work extra hours due to company not having enough resources. Unhappy employees brings whole business down. I wouldnt want my family members or anyone call and be ignored at a clinic.
Came in Saturday Morning thinking I had the flu, the admin suggested I only had to pay a $35 copay. Later I get a bill for an additional $100 bill. After check in, I waited in the patient room for about 45 minutes only to be received by a curt but competent doctor. He tested me for the Flu ($10 test or so) and confirmed that was what I had. A huge relief, but overall a long wait and $135 bill and an impatient doc.
Not thorough and not interested in patient’s worsening condition. Saw the doctor on duty yesterday mid day 12/12 with a very sore throat. Called back today with new symptoms- consistent with a painful nasty sinus infection. BTW he did not look up my nose or check my neck to see if lymph glands were swollen while I was there. Just ran a step test. It took the clinic staff 10 hours to call me back today with a message saying his diagnosis is that I just have a cold and There’s no need for antibiotics - but I can make a new appointment to be re-evaluated. I don’t think so. I will be going elsewhere where the dr is more thorough and actually responds to new information. I’ve had previous appointments here but with other docs and they were more thorough.
I showed up an hour before open to insure I had a spot as a walk-in. Covid testing went smooth and staff were nice and helpful. During covid spikes show up early, there was already a line of walk-ins waiting an hour before open.
I only go in for my job but it takes entirely too long to do a random drug screen we sit for at least 2 hours w people that are possibly very sick they honestly need an express lane for people doing randoms other than that very friendly drug screen lady y yall got a 3 cause it takes too long for w we go in for. O yeah needs more chairs people gotta stand while waiting
I had the worst experience ever. I took my 2 year old to be seen and had the worst doctor ever. He was very unprofessional and so rude. The front receptionist was great even the medical assistant. Once we were going to our room we saw the dr and he just looked at us like why are we even there making him work. Once he came into the room he did not even say hello not even hi to my daughter. He only asked whats the issue. When I was explaining it to him he walked out to get something and just left me talking. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a doctor. Dr. Athanase Kawao Tuwa is the worst doctor I have ever seen no compassion no professionalism at all!
PrimaCare has become harder to deal with. To speak to someone at the office you have to go through their answering service. I had to speak with the Dr. about a refill that had run out. I did not anticipate running out since i had received a text from the pharmacy that it would be refilled. However, when i got their to pick it up they told me the Dr wanted to see me before the refill. so i call Primacare and it takes an act of congress to get back to the Dr, at the clinic. The Dr. finally calls me back after the answering service leaves them a message only to miss their call and guess what, i had to call the answering service again. What a Pain. Not only are they harder to do business with they have also gone up in price. I will NOT be using them any more as they are no longer Convenient. Probably changes due to the Obama care crap.
This the second time I come here and both time my experience has been great Starting with Dr. Mike I wish new his last name. He made me feel so comfortable and lets not forget Dr. Corubo he is a great Dr. really attentive and has great bedside manner I will definitely be coming here in the future.
Love how they always fast an help me a lot with my kids ❣️
Came in for services last evening for work comp injury, X-ray confirmed fracture of the big toe. Tried on post-op shoes, 1 too small and the other 6 inches too big. Told doc I might have an old post op at home from previous injury, was unable to locate shoe. Can’t find one at drug stores. Missed work today due to injury and no proper supportive shoe. Spoke on phone with medical supply store, they have boot and shoe but will require prescription. Explained situation to front desk admin at PrimaCare said she would speak to doc. She comes back stating he WILL NOT write script, and that I would need to purchase any shoe own my own. You have no problem taking my $$$, right? You have ZERO ethics. It’s not like you’re writing a narcotic script for the pain....it’s a boot for a fractured toe filed under workers comp for Gods sake.I can promise you, you will NEVER see me nor my family on your premises again.
Efficient and compassionate care. My grandmother has gone there for her medical needs for the past 2 years and always been well taken care of! The wait is reasonable and so is the cost.
The wait wasn’t as bad as i expected. Everyone was thorough. Loved getting in/out and on our way!
The waiting time was short and the staff was pleasant.
Be forewarned that this location does not offer drive-thru Covid testing as it says online(see photo) even with appointment. You must go in for a full Urgent Care office visit. Make sure this is what you are looking for before booking. I do hope they update their website. I followed all of the instructions via text and the app and wasn’t told until arrival after having to go inside to check-in. If you are needing only a Covid test, CVS across the street does offer drive-thru Covid testing.
We have come here a few times and typically it is good. Today the front desk staff didnt know the answer to basic insurance questions. I called my pcp to get info. She tried to charge us up front for visit not taking into account our HRA. This may be policy for urgent care. I asked several times if urgent care has higher contracted rate than pcp and she would not answer. Instead I got repeated information about how insurance deductibles work. Lobby has one sad little toy for kids but a tv which is nice on the days like today when the wait is quite long. The doctors are good and friendly. Our pcp is far away so this is the best option at the moment.
I can honestly say I recommend this place. Booked an appt. here last minute. All of my paperwork was done online from my phone. The employees were all pleasant. I have zero complaints. I recommend coming here to get your rapid covid test done. Everything went smoothly.
Went to this place on a Sunday morning.I was greeted at the front desk. Was seen in a few minutes.Doctor was fast ans didnt rush me.Was friendly. Was out the door in about 1/2.Wish I would have know about this ace in the hole a long time ago.Larry.
The online check in was a plus. The nurses were pleasant and seemed to care, but the physician working that day was terrible. She was EXTREMELY rude and didnt seem to care one bit about the issue(s) I was having. Dr Neha Ghael obviously didnt pay attention to anything on the chart. Later that night, I had to go to the emergency room. She misdiagnosed me, but then again, that all goes back to paying attention to the symptoms that I know were listed. I was diagnosed with acute low left back pain and sciatica. I told her that. I ended up having a swollen kidney that was severely infected causing the bad headache I was having along with the low back pain. Waste of time and money seeing this lady. Im not sure how the other physicians are there, but RUN if she is the one working.
The Nurse taking vitals was rude and tried to talk us into just getting our cough medicine prescription filled and not going through with our visit. Dr. Kawou Tuwa was just as rude rushing us out of the office. I told him my granddaughter was wheezing and he just checked her breathing said everything was fine. I also told him two of us had strep he didn’t check her ears, nose or throat.
PrimaCare is always a great experience when I come. The wait is always at a timely manner and I have no complaints. Staff are very nice and polite and Drs are very nice and professional. Thank you so much PrimaCare for being Great! Highly recommend
I had scheduled an appointment at 12:40 for 2 yr old baby and reached there at time. I have waited for more than a hour and felt it will take longer than usual as it’s not Emergency care, a regular visit. I felt bad and not going to visit again.
I booked an appointment for a rapid Covid test but when I arrived they were out of rapid test and could only do PCR test. Okay, that’s understandable. However, I waited 1.5 hours to get the test even with an appointment.
I wished I would of known of this clinic sooner!! My toddlers pediatrician could not get him in today due to being overbooked. I took him to Childrens hospital waited for over 2 hours! Tired of the wait I got online and found this clinic , the guy that answered my called scheduled me an appt right away and we were seen the same day, within 30mins or so we were in and out, my baby was diagnosed and his prescription were called to his pharmacy. I definetly give this clinic a 10!!
Made appt on-line, front desk had my Paperwork/file ready when I arrived, waited maybe 10 minutes max in main waiting room. Love this office, always clean, no long waits great admin and great doctors.
Was more eager to get my money than to help. Had to pay 45 mins before I was even seen. Waited an hour to be brought to a room even though I was in pain and the others werent. Got to a room and 30 mins later the dr said he doesnt have the tools to help me get a speck out of my eye. Kept my money. And now...all of the eye doctors are closed. Waste of 2 hours and now Ill have to suffer through the night.
Even though we arrived 45 minutes before closing, we were treated with warmth and compassion during our July 2013 visit to the PrimaCare Medical Center on Marsh Lane. Amy and the rest of the front office staff went beyond normal professional customer service procedures in order to make sure that the patient, who used portable oxygen as well as a wheelchair, felt comfortable and safe.We spent a minimal amount of time in the waiting area and were impressedwith the sensitivity and kindness of Dr. Mario Curubo, who listened carefully to our concerns and formulated the perfect plan to restore the patients health.Thank you, PrimaCare Staff and Dr Curubo @ Marsh Lane!
Wish I can give a negative review and report this damn urgent care to someone who can take action on the most infamous doctor Neha ghael at this place. Its a disgrace to call this person a doctor to start it. My husband and I visited this damn place after 6 pm today 7/26. This doctor evil laughed at my husband as he could not remember the medical term that was told to him couple of years back.To diagnose dr dragon stabbed her fingers around my husbands neck and laughed meanly at us again , when my husband said she was causing pain. Further dr evil added that pain isnt normal.Without listening to the patient completely she prescribed medicines we arent comfortable to use.So what did we both get after going to this urgent care ?A bill , waste of time , and pain. My husband is tossing around in the bed with acute pain in the area the doctor has finger stabbed himDear managerDont bother to reply saying you will resolve the issue. I have seen two complaints against the same doctor in the past 6 months. She is still here with the same uncared attitude. The only urgency in your facility is to take the payment, make us wait forever , diagnose for 2 mins, make us wait for another 20 mins and let us go. I will be calling the management to see what they say tomorrow.Anyone going to this place ask who the residing doctor is that day, and if they say Neha Ghael run without looking back for your own safety.
Came in asking to be seen. Was willing to pay cashe for service was advised it would be $300 just for an office visit and that did not include any additional services rendered. Then I was offered some program that I could by so my visit could be less. Paid for this program about $150 and now I have to cancel it before the renewal otherwise it is $35 every month to keep the program. Not very pleased with this service.
The medical service is great. Only the accounting part is confusing, i have visitted them two times in both paid all the bills but still have debt left, cant understand how😇😇😇😇😇😇Its impossible to reach you by phone.Ive got some questions about my payments
I had a very smooth time. Starting from the front desk to the nurse and Dr was nice and professional. Thank you for making it easier.
Went to Prima care on Friday for fever, cough, chills and the loud, peppy nurse practitioner looked in my ears and nose and listened to my chest and then prescribed me amoxicillin for an upper respiratory and ear infection. Here I sit now, on Christmas morning (Tuesday) at the ER with a positive flu A test. Why didn’t they do a flu test on Friday? Waste of money and time, and unnecessary antibiotics. So very disappointed.
Nurses and Dr. are polite and professional. Was to get a shot, told the nurse I have extreme fear of needles, and he did his best to make is as pain-free and fear-free experience.
Well I have been sick for two weeks. When my wife starts to have the same symptoms I decided to go to an urgent care facility to get medications to eliminate my illness. This doctor continued to say I have the flu when she also said the flu doesnt last for more than a week. All because I told her I dont do flu shots. My wife on the other hand does and has the same illness. So she prescribed me meds that are for flu symptoms. You figure someone would listen to what your telling them when your paying them to help you. Instead this doctor didnt listen and just made whatever non diagnosis because I didnt get one and prescribed me medications for a cough. If I needed a prescription for mucinex I would have came to see you two weeks ago when I was taking those pills that I bought over the counter. Waste of $112. If I continue to have symptoms after I take your prescription, I will be coming back for a refund so I can go to someone who really listens and helps people. This place is literally right next to my house but I would much rather drive somewhere else next time I need a doctor. Prescribed me nasal spray that could be bought over the counter when my nose was clear as could be. As a matter of fact I breath clearer through my nose at the moment.
My visit was good. I had to wait about 20 minutes but it was ok. The doctor that treated me was very helpful and changed my antibiotic for my sinus infection and gave me a cortisone shot to help with the congestion.Thank you.
Front desk friendly and efficient, nurse was friendly, efficient and didnt snicker when taking weight (lol). Doctor was friendly and thorough with exam, detailed in diagnosis and treatment. Would recommend.
I was able to get my son in and out for a sport physical, but I do understand that most Healthcare facilities are overwhelmed due to the recent surge of the virus again. Thank you to every health care personnel! I appreciate you all.
Second time I tested for Covid. 2nd in 2 years. Young lady at the desk was very kind and caring to the room full of people. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Mario and his staff are first rate! Compassionate and friendly, most of all they listen. I have never had better care in all of my 50 years!
I went in for an emergency and it went very smoothly the receptionist was very nice and the paperwork with insurance etc went fast and we saw the doctor in a matter of 20 minutes. I like it and te doctor is very good and knows what he is talking about very good experience.Thank you
I have had to come here more often than I like, as my PCP never seems to be available. These people are efficient and kind and I always get taken care of in minutes. From now on, I will come here first!
Nextcare holdings, the company that offers a primacare/nextcare plan is the worst organization Ive ever had the disservice of doing business with. They continued to charge me for a YEAR after I cancelled my membership and claim to have no record of the cancellation .. even after calling and asking 5hem to cancel a 2nd time, I am still continuing to be charged. The managers explanation? It takes 2 weeks to cancel your subscription. That in itself is just a way to trick you out of more of your money. As it appears now, after speaking with this company 5 TIMES. They are going to keep the money they stole from me, and after the last 3 calls still CANNOT CONFIRM MY SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED!How can customer support be so unorganized?STAY AWAY. This company prays on people who cant afford insurance. Unfortunately, I was one of those people.Hopefully this review helps someone from going through the still unresolved nightmare I am currently in.
Very effective visit. Thanks. We do not hesitate to go for treatment. All 3 of my family have used your service and are very pleased
Dr. Curubo did an excellent job stitching my thumb considering the skin that was lost due to a knife and cutting board accident! He and his staff were very attentive and answered all of most questions with the utmost professionalism.
Professional staff and excellent care.
The high level of care that i received at Prima Care was a pleasant surprise since this was the first time i had used this type of facility for my healthcare needs. I will keep them in mind for the future and recommend them to family and friends.
Says on the primacare website they have curbside covid testing. They called and told me they were low on tests and they will only do walk in testing and its up to the provider. The entire reason I picked this location is because of the curbside feature which it clearly states on primacares website. They just dont want to do it - Carinne working there couldnt give me a reason why. Avoid this place
Prices for a sports physical at PrimeaCare are on point compared to other urgent care clinics in the area like CareNow was double the price, not good!I was in & out, Doctors were professional so overall would highly recommend & very pleased with the experience!
The experience was terrible. The workers act like it’s they’re personal playground. If you are not of a certain descent, then you will be treated improperly. I can honestly say I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, and disrespectful. And act as if it’s ok to treat people bad. It never is!
Great place! They get you in and out fast. The doctor is thorough and has excellent bedside manner and the staff is very helpful. This place is the go to for my family.
Angels and heroes work at PrimaCare. I got instant relief from ear ache pain, after they cleaned out my ear. My quality of life is so much better now. They are heroes!
Walked in and was out within an hour. Staff was friendly and I love that they let you see where you are in line via text notifications. Very clean office with toys and books for kids.
Felt dismissed. My spouse had the exact same thing and my spouse was given a shot. I specifically asked to be given a shot. He said it wouldn’t help but it’s the exact same thing spouse had and a shot helped dramatically to speed the recovery process. I’m not a medical expert but I know it would have helped. Wish I would’ve just stayed in bed and rested.
Receptionist was patient providing me information regarding plan since I currently dont have insurance.Doctor was brief but informative and respectful.
Dr. Kawou Tuwa no bed manners, husband just saw him, he didnt even closed the door when speaking with my husband about his health, Hipaa violation of my husband privacy. Everything else was great.
Prima Care is the best when you don’t have the time to get into your regular doc and need to be checked out right away . the thing you want to do is the online check in so you don’t have to wait very helpful especially when you have kids.
Dr. Cuubo was great. He took the time to read up on my history and make sure not only was he giving me his full attention to my illness today, but ask if my previous injury from over a year ago had healed. This kind of care is rare. I wasnt just a copay cattle being hearded through a shoot.Thank you so much Dr. Curubo.
I was not helped! I still am sick!Bad place!! Wrong temp and weight is on chart One lady wanted to put a big needle in my arm! They are not good and even the front person took my debit card! There was no need. I have insurance that covered it!
Fast and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time, diagnosed. They called in prescriptions and I was on my way.
This facility is so close to my home. They’re relatively quick, efficient and knowledgeable. It’s nice to be able to get seen so quickly.
Saw Dr Gujju who is outstanding Dr!! Everyone at the Marsh clinic gets an a plus. I have been there several times and always very pleased with everyone there. Saw Dr after just few min.
The doctor I saw was fantastic at this location. She knew what my problem was and was able to help me right away. I really felt like I was in good hands.
Very nice staff and they were relatively quick getting me in and out quickly.
Athanase kawou tuwa, PA was extremely rude to me during my visit. He even had the nerve to laugh at my conditions, i offered to give my reference from my primary and dentist, he said they didnt matter. I would never go to another primacare ever again.
Front desk staff was very nice, the doctor saw me in a timely manner and was able to identify my issue right away, I highly recommend them!
Dr was on point! First time me seeing him there but was excellent thank you! Dr Miller I think his name is
The staff were very kind and professional!
The doctor was really great. Great bedside manner. I scheduled appointment about thirty minutes prior to going so there was no wait!
Did an online appointment and when I called to confirmed, the lady told me they did not have any test. The lady in the phone was rude when asked when I can go. She did not specify and I was been nice. She did not answer my questions and sound rude. Not coming here anymore. Please change personnel otherwise you’ll lose business.
Had been going to this location for at least ten plus years..Was always Extremely happy with the One doctor that had always treated me which was Dr Mario Curubo excellent doctor..Visited this location about a month ago only to find out that this location added another doctor who was the complete opposite of Dr.Curobo he was completely Unprofessional...I do not remember his name but he completely acted like he was doing me a Favor the whole time I was there, ended making fun of my condition that I was there to get help with, No longer a patient because of the New added doctor
Dr. Carubo is awesome. Very friendly, caring and thorough. Hes my doctor from now on. The front office people are friendly, too.
I love coming here because when I’m unable to go to my regular pcp because it closed or I won’t make it in time. I know Prima Care will take care of me, from a hurt knee to a nasty ear infection. Thank you
I have been coming here..when my primary doctor..is not available..especially on weekends..this place is awesome..never had any issues..theyre loyal and have great customer service..and its convenient..Thank You All..when I needed You...
Quick in and out- quick diagnosis- quick prescription- very grateful.
Mr. Tuwa PA-C was thorough with my exam and care and the front desk and nursing staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend.
Clean. Professional. Knowledgeable. Understanding. The staff was courteous. Doctor was able to help and direct me to further help for my injury.
Thought they did an excellent job. Called ahead and got appointment. Wasnt exactly on my ime but close. Diagnosis was straight on. Thanks for your their assistance.
The doctor and the nurse practioner were excellent! Fast and so nice. Cant believe I got in and out so quickly on Memorial Day!
I called in walked in and saw the doctor right away it was great and worked perfect for my crazy life. The doctor was awesome and the staff was great. I will use Primeacare again
Doctor Mario Curubo is the best doctor there would recommend him in a heart beat. He treated my 10 month son very well.
I was able to make an appointment online and they were able to see me rather quickly. Check in was a breeze. Staff were very friendly.
