Went for my annual wellness exam and was met at the front desk with a wonderful receptionist, which only continued with the rest of the staff. Very professional and had amazing bedside service from the start and throughout my visit. Highly recommend.

Best blood draw I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few). It usually takes a lot of poking and prodding (and she did end up having to literally cut off my circulation for about ten seconds because my veins are just that deep and tiny), but I didn’t even feel the needle.Went for some routine preventative care, and the staff was wonderful and made me feel safe. They seemed a bit harried, but still paid proper attention to me as a patient. Respectful and kind.Ellos tienen muchos recursos para hispanohablantes y los tratan con respeto también. Muchos miembros del personal hablan buen español.

Before I even came to this location I read some reviews and usually I decide for myself if an experience is bad; I work for a doctor office so I do understand how stressful the day can get. I am beyond words with my experience! The building itself (inside) is super neat and honestly very clean but the service???? The girl at the front was very rude and honestly made me feel like an embarrassment to be there. I had questions about filling out my paperwork but she couldn’t have cared less about helping me and I didn’t even bother with asking her anymore. The doctor I had was also very dismissive, she hadn’t really said much for me to tell if she was nice or not. I love that there are options such as PP and I fully support the cause but I don’t really appreciate having felt the way I did leaving here.

I received my IUD here in 2017. When I first sat down with the intake nurse, she asked me if I had taken any pain meds ahead of time. I said no, and was surprised when her eyes widened and she said, “Nothing?” Apparently the receptionist was supposed to tell me to take plenty of pain meds when I booked my appointment. The nurse said “You should be fine,” and we proceeded with the procedure. The procedure was the absolute worst pain of my life. I screamed for the doctor to stop at one point yet they said “almost done” and continued anyways. Afterwards I laid on the table sobbing. They left me to recover and the doctor came back concerned and surprised that I was crying, but not in a particularly gentle way and it upset me more. In addition to the actual pain from the IUD, I felt uninformed and violated.I support Planned Parenthood and their mission but every time I hear the name mentioned I get chills because of this awful experience. I wish I had written this review or reported this earlier but never got up the courage.

Moved to CT from MA. Didnt have health insurance yet that was valid for services in this state. The clinicians and desk staff worked out to negotiate a fair price for an exam and birth control. Was in and out - faster than my original OBGYN. Would definitely go back.

I moved from Tolland CT to New Milford CT. I figured Id go to the danbury planned parenthood because its silly to drive three hour round trip just for birth control. I called them, and I was on hold for half an hour. I went to go in so I could talk with them, and was in the waiting room for an HOUR... I looked over into the receptionist area to see if anyone was in there, because the phones were ringing off the hook. The receptionist was back there, stuffing her face with pizza. I just walked out and called up the Manchester pp. A few years have gone by since then, and I decided to try danbury again... I just called, half an hour before they close. The phone rang and rang and an automated message told me that they are closed. They dont close for another half an hour, though! This place is dingy and gross. Its located in an old converted house and the waiting room was disgusting... I didnt even want to sit down while I waited. Forget it, Ill just go across the state and waste a day. At least theyre professional, curteous, nice, and CLEAN over there.

I was literally on hold for 50 minutes prior to close... They closed before answering my call. How hard is it to pick up a phone? Especially when I am willing to wait patiently for an hour.

I recently removed the IUD because I had terrible hormonal changes, I gained exorbitant weight, and the headaches were telling me, the nurse at that place knew how to tell me dont come again, if you dont bring a document from another doctor. primary, why will I not be able to treat you, if you want another contraceptive method, why did it bother you that he will remove the IUD, I have literally already had many consultations there, but unfortunately the lack of empathy of the nurse (who applies the IUD) leaves a lot to be said, the staff Who attends as the assistants are understanding, attentive, I have nothing to say about them.(It should be clear that contraceptive methods have side effects, not bleeding, breast tenderness, nausea or headaches).
