Absolutely terrible. Ive gone to see her twice and continuously bills me so I repeatitively pay my bill numerous times. When I had made my first appointment, I told her which birth control I was on (microgestin) and she had assured me she had no recollection of a bc with that name. That is the most popular, so I am quite confused? She then continued to prescribe me a different kind that did not work with my body but she had no intent, initiative, or a care in the world to help me find one that does work. I have never had such a terrible experience with any doctor before. She is all about her money, nothing else. Her license should be revoked. Absolutely terrible. Lastly, she is the most awkward, unpleasant person to even have as your doctor. The way she talks/communicates makes you feel as if she is talking down to you and her facial expressions you can tell are very judgemental. If you are looking for a obgyn that you can feel comfortable with, DO NOT go to her.
Chicago is the home to quite a few large scale fertility clinics, but I personally believe the one on one and level of customized care I received at Alpha Fertility from Dr. Schulz (RE), Angela (Care Coordinator) and Dr. Greiss (Embryologist) was the key to our miracle baby.My husband and I had decided to seek treatment through IVF with PGS due to a history of recurrent loss. Dr. Schulz spent a good few hours with us prior to us making the decision. She was always extremely compassionate when it came to my prior losses and even helped my husband and I through the grief we were both experiencing after our most recent loss. My husband left that appointment with a lot more compassion and I left with a lot more understanding. I had second guessed her (I am a researcher at heart) and she had never taken offense but rather heard me out and took my research into account. She was realistic but also optimistic and spent countless of hours explaining everything to us and answering any questions we had.Dr. Greiss was available for any questions regarding the embryology aspect of my care. I am pretty certain you will not be able to ask the embryologist questions on a regular basis at the larger clinics. He is a talented man! In the end I wound up with 9 normal PGS embryos. He will not take credit but I am pretty sure he has an eye for good embryos. He was honest with me when we had a bad cycle and he did not freeze embryos he felt were not going to survive the thaw. He is very conservative in his approach.Angela was the BEST! She was available through text and kept in contact with me throughout my pregnancy. I never felt alone during treatments with her by my side for this I am forever grateful. She is truly a gem and Alpha Fertility is lucky to have her.I wasnt a number and wasnt treated based on my diagnosis or lab results alone. Dr. Schulz analyzed my situation and made tweaks as she saw necessary. As you can see I had a terrific experience with Alpha Fertility and would recommend Dr. Schulz and staff with the highest regard.I cant wait to see them next year for baby number two!
Terrible experience for such a delicate topic. They have so many customers that they don’t care and that’s the attitude they conduct themselves in. SO MANY GOOD OPTIONS IN CHICAGO... DONT COME HERE!
. Void this place , save your time and money!!!
Very bad, sometimes they say that you blame them because my treatment didnt work but thats not the case😔
Its the worst experience
