We wanted to get some nutritional tests done on our young athlete and Provisions Health was amazing to work with. Love the fact that no doctor referral is needed!Bright clean atmosphere👌🏻

The staff here are always so accommodating and welcoming. A lot of people including myself don’t like going to medical appointments but they make it great.

To start, I was having a great experience, the desk lady is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Then things went downhill since the older guy brought me in. He asked me multiple times to take off my sweater after I told him I only had a bra on, then proceeded to ask me again to empty my pockets. Even though I clearly did, already when he asked the first time. Then, I went into the bathroom to pee after finishing the paperwork with whoever he was. He then proceeded to ask me after not even 2 in a half minutes “how it was going.” I did have to kinda force myself to go, it wasn’t like I was hurrying to go to the bathroom. Im just a little girl, trying to figure out life lol the last thing I need is any of this. I just felt very violated and I don’t plan on going back to ever take a drug test if that’s how inconsiderate and disrespectful men are.

They tell you to wear a mask, which I did. However, one team member had their mask under their nose and the other removed it completely. Personally, I could care less about the masks themselves, but I do care when they say it’s for safety and don’t adhere to the rules themselves. Additionally, the lab person immediately told me my sample would be too diluted and I’d likely need a retest (which was not the case and my sample was fine.) It May be more beneficial for the lab to make that call instead of making people worry they need to find more time to come back for no reason - they have the equipment, those eyes are not magic.Overall, just a poor overall experience; clean some things up and I’m sure they’ll improve. As of now, though, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Got there 15 minutes early for an appointment I drove an hour and a half for the VTA appointment I got scheduled for. Sat there 45 minutes and no hey were a bit behind or please bear with us, nothing. When I went to ask what was going on both all the receptionist could do is apologize and the office manager blew me off stating that it is what it is and Id have to call and reschedule if I didnt want to wait longer, and had no idea when I would actually get in. Completely ridiculous. Walked out and will never let myself go back to that very-inept managed location.

I have been to Provisions Health twice now. Once for a life insurance medical evaluation, and once for a COVID-19 antibody test. Both times I had great experiences with the staff. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I would suggest Provisions Health for all the services they offer! Keep up the good work!

Terrible service! Drug test got lost twice, they could not give me any information as to where it was they could only provide me with the date the sample was provided. This happened over the course of about three weeks and now I have to go somewhere else to provide a sample in order to start work. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Very uncomfortable. The guy stood outside the door and kept asking me how I was going and was unable to go due to that. Unfortunately, I left to go somewhere else and thats considered a fail. Now I lost the job.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Transparent prices. I would definitely recommend making the switch to the Provisions Team.

Very good experience. Friendly, welcoming professional staff. Used them for telehealth, blood draw, and primary care. I truly recommend this place to everyone and their families.

Did a tsa precheck here.Professional ,informative, and fast service.you have to look for it as it is not marked outside that it does tsa checked and services.
