First time today. Was a little hesitant due to the reviews but I had such a great visit, it made the rest of my day! The girl at the check in desk was very kind and greeted me as I walked in. Dr Seale was so sweet and knowledgeable. Made me feel so comfortable. I am so glad to have found this office and doctor. I look forward in continuing my journey with them.
You can miscarry in their office but don’t you dare lay your head down on the couch while doing it. I was aggressively confronted by Paula of the front desk and told “you can’t make yourself at home”. When I told her I was actively losing a pregnancy she informed me that I had to sit up in order to maintain a professional environment. I don’t work there. I’m a patient. The office manager called and told me that it makes other people feel uncomfortable to have someone lying their head down/leaning over in a relaxed position on the couch.Medical staff is great. Admin are unprofessional and rude. Status oriented over patient centered care.
I have been a patient for 10 yrs and I will be changing offices. My dr has cancelled my appointment too many times. There needs to be a policy change on how this is done. I get one voicemail to reschedule and that’s it. Last year I called the day of my appointment to confirm and was told it was cancelled. They had called me once and I forgot to call back. Good thing I called first. Same thing this year. One call and I forgot to call back. The appointment time came and went and they haven’t called me back to reschedule. I work for a doctor and we continue to call until we get our patients rescheduled if we have to cancel their appointment. That’s good patient care, especially when it’s the Dr that is causing the inconvenience.
This is my second year in a row now at parkhill and I love them so much! I have been to two other obgyn offices around nwa and this is by far the best. I originally was supposed to see someone else mast year but there was a mix up and was told I was seeing Dr. Hilton instead which was a blessing in disguise. I absolutely love Dr. Hilton and her staff, she has been nothing but personable with me and always makes me feel comfortable. Overall such a wonderful and attentive person. So glad I found her!
I saw multiple providers at Parkhill with my recent pregnancy and delivery and I highly recommend this clinic. I feel the providers and staff are all competent and knowledgeable, and that they were providing high quality care throughout my pregnancy. Specifically Dr. Catherine Hilton, Dr. McKinney, and Dr. Salyer were excellent.
First off, Dr. Salyer and her staff are excellent. What brought the whole experience to 1 star worthy was Leslie the Ultrasound technician.9am appointment. My wife and I arrived separately. Wife arrived around 8:50. I was at the front desk at 9:05, yet this tech refused to wait for me despite my wifes objections. Extremely disappointing when compounded with the office manager basically telling us that were SOL since shes got a tight schedule. She even admitted that this tech gets a 15 min lunch on some days.Sounds like a major labor law violation to me, but I dont think patients should suffer for an overcrowded schedule. On top of that, asking for a 5 min wait seems totally reasonable to me. Im hoping they have some other ultrasound tech that isnt Leslie because I would greatly appreciate being able to see my future child.
I feel rushed every time I am there. I feel like theyre herding cattle when im there. Today the doctor did not answer all my questions...very impersonal...I was scared to have my baby through this clinic so I switched clinics today.
I have been a patient at Parkhill for 20+ years and will always be a patient as long as Dr. Seale is there. The way she cares for her patients is second to none! Honestly, I do not even feel like a “patient” when I see her, I feel like a friend! She makes me feel comfortabr and heard when it comes to my health. I am and will forever be grateful to have her as my doctor.
My review isn’t reflective of the doctors but rather the administrative staff. I will not return to Parkhill for my OB care. Staff are very unwelcoming and rude. The lab tech or nurse completely messed up my lab orders from my IVF clinic and said they never got them when I have documentation through the portal as well as physically handing orders to them, so completely gaslit me. Additionally, I was made to sit in a waiting room almost an hour for my doctor and listen to women in ultrasounds with heartbeats while I was waiting to confirm my miscarriage. Do better.
Dr. Gorman treated my friend horribly at her pregnancy appointment. He walked in and said Your weight is really creeping up on you! He was ridiculously fatphobic and said things like Do you WANT to have a 9-lb baby?! Then he asked how big her other babies had been, and commented on how her second baby was a whole pound bigger the second time, not knowing how much weight she gained with her previous pregnancies or any information at all apart from the birth weight of her children. He knows nothing about her eating habits, or her exercise habits, but felt qualified to judge her based on her weight alone. He treated her like a number on the scale rather than a person. He triggered her horribly, and was incredibly insensitive. If a woman has gained a lot during pregnancy dont you think they KNOW this?? They dont need a man who will never experience pregnancy themselves using fear mongering and shaming tactics instead of being genuinely concerned or having actual helpful suggestions rather than just treating them like theyre fat and disgusting.Judging by the other reviews, Dr. Terry and Dr. Gorman are not very well-liked, and many women have had bad experiences with them. I have no idea why you keep them employed.5 stars for Dr. Hix though, who treated me with such kindness during two of my miscarriages, I will never forget it. His empathy and compassion and warmness are what the rest of your staff need.
I used Dr. Terry for my past two pregnancy and I couldn’t recommend him and his wonderful staff more. Him and his staff made me feel comfortable and confident throughout both my pregnancy. They listened to my concerns, addressed all my questions (silly or not) and made me feel heard. So thankful for such a kind and compassionate doctor.
My partner went to the Washington Regional ER with gut pain on a Friday evening. It was after hours and the on call doctor OBGYN for Washington Regional they called for us who was part of Park Hill said to make an appointment for Monday and didnt come in to see us. No ultrasounds given in the ER and sent home with pain meds. They found a cyst on the ovary by other means but thats all we knew. Saturday night through Monday morning was excruciating pain.Show up Monday for the appointment with the Park Hill doctor who didnt come in Friday evening to see us in the ER and said to schedule for Monday and the appointment. It was then we found out our appointment was accidentally scheduled for Monday one week ago (before the first ER visit) and they had to squeeze us in that morning but saw us first. The doctor was 20 minutes late getting to the office as we were told he was running behind by staff just prior. The doctor, a man, entered the exam room and didnt introduce himself but began talking and looking only at me and not my partner who was sitting on the table asking questions about the situation. I then introduced him to my partner without commenting on anything he said prior to let him know thats where we felt he had fell short. I could see it in my partners eyes. First time at OBGYN for them. Scared. Left the office that day with only a physical examination confirming there was a cyst and was told that surgery is needed within 2 weeks and at this time we had no insurance so they told us we needed to figure that out. No ultrasound given that day but charges for a visit..That very Monday night, were rushing to the ER because of more extreme pain. The on call OBGYN who was also from Park Hill, a woman this time, that responded at Washington Regional that night, in person this time, asked if we had an ultrasound done that morning after she had noticed we had an appointment at the Park Hill office. When we said there was never an ultrasound performed since our first visit to the ER or the visit to the clinic on the following Monday, she shook her head saying that it should have been ordered already before seeing her and ordered an ultrasound immediately. The cyst was then found to be twisted with the ovary and they had to have emergency surgery that was determined to be needed days prior when we first came to the ER in the opinion then given to us. It was determined that it was twisted the whole time. Were still paying the Park Hill bill... The ER bill... And a second ER bill... And we got some financial aid from Washington Regional but it only covers the surgery room which was one of the the smaller amounts weve seen charged to us. It didnt cover the doctors from Park Hill or anything else.Small payments.. every month. For a while into our future now. After they made my babe suffer longer than they needed to. I think about it everyday.
Been seeing Dr.Gorman for a while because of a condition that has been happening with me for a while and all they keep doing is giving me different types of birth control. This is just like any other gynecologist I have had. The medical system in arkansas is crap and dont actually do anything. So I would not recommend this place at all. They just keep playing games with something that has put me in the hospital multiple times. Get medical care outside of arkansas! Unless you want to pay more out of your pocket and not get the treatment you need.
Dr. Gorman is amazing! He was so attentive and went over all my concerns, making sure to explain everything. The office is really nice, it looks like you are going into a spa, I was very surprised. The staff are also really lovely.
Dr. Lowry is fantastic. Shes amazing and so caring and helpful. The 2 stars is based on the girl who answer the phones in receptionist area. One lady I spoke to this morning was so short and rude. She made me feel like I was annoying her because I needed to confirm my appointment with them because it wasn’t listed on their patient portal. It’s not hard to be kind. Especially when you’re one of the first people a patient sees/hears from when they go into the clinic. You never know what a patient is going through.
I went in for a 36 week check up and didn’t ask enough questions when told I’d be given a cervical exam with a group b swab. It is this clinics standard practice to check you starting between 35-37 weeks. My water broke minutes after the exam and ended with a sick baby in the NICU for two weeks. Hear my story and ask questions. Having the exam may give them more information or it may cause harm. You have a right to say no or ask if the exam is necessary.
If you are pregnant I highly recommend Dr. Hinton and Dr. McKinney.Dr. Hinton is one of the best. She was the main doctor I saw throughout my last pregnancy. She has great bedside manners and I always felt heard. She never rushed any of our visits and I saw her a lot. I also asked her a bunch of questions and she answered them all. Shes very caring, knowledgeable, patient and calm. Allison her nurse assistant was also great. Very kind and great bedside manners as well. When Dr. Hinton walked in to deliver my son I got a jolt of energy because I didnt know she was available. Truly meant a lot for her to break away from her schedule to deliver my son. I highly recommend Dr. Hinton.I also saw Dr. McKinney for a few prenatal visits. Shes was awesome. She took time with me in each one of my prenatal visits and I didnt feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I also loved her bedside manners; it gave me comfort. She was on call when I went into labor and it put a large smile on my face to see her. She was calm throughout the entire process and never rushed me into making decisions. I truly appreciate her leadership and the calmness about her. Lastly, she is very caring. Even though she didnt deliver my son she came by to check on us after he was born. I highly recommend her.
I saw Dr. Terry for my first pregnancy and he was great but I went back 9 years later and saw him again and he was heartless after I told him if he could write me a letter for court because the court wanted to send me to do heavy work for community service I was pregnant and had lost my daughter a year earlier and was concerned about having another miscarriage. I was close to the same time that I lost my daughter and wanted to make sure I didn’t do heavy lifting to avoid another miscarriage. He coldly told me No that many women have miscarriages every year and he wasn’t going to give me a letter asking for lighter work even though I had bleeding that week and went to the ER. I changed doctors immediately after his treatment towards me because of the medication I was on as well. I met Dr. Salyer who is just soo wonderful and understanding and non judgmental about my past. I would recommend her to anyone. Her professionalism is just beyond the best. Do not see Dr. Terry.
Dr.McKinney was absolutely amazing. I have a really rare disease and I didn’t think they could do anything about but give me my meds for it, but she was very knowledgeable, and comforting. For the first time in 7 years I have found a Dr. who understands and is going to properly take care of me. Shoutout to all the staff, I had a wonderful experience from walking in to walking out ❤️
Wish it was possible to leave a review for 0 stars... Horrible experience with Dr. Terry. He was extremely insensitive, cold, and unprofessional. I do not recommend seeing him or going to this clinic. Find a better place that will treat you like a real human!
I was charged for an “office visit” ($100) when I went in for my annual exam and birth control refill for the pill. The doctor came in and started talking to me about getting an IUD rather than taking the pill. He exampled it and I agreed. I was still really to get my annual exam that day and prepared to come back later for the IUD. However, another one of his patients was giving birth and he had to leave… He sent someone else in to talk to me for a couple minutes and she told me that we will do the exam and IUD later at the same time. I was like “okay I guess that’s fine…” and they sent me home. A week later I got a bill in the mail for this “office visit”. I have talked to the billing department and the lady was honestly very rude and argued with me about what happened and my appointment. I asked her “if I had gotten my annual exam that day and come back later for the IUD would I have been charged for an officer visit because it wasn’t my decision to not do the exam” all she could say was “well uh well” …exactly. I just feel like I should’ve been told about this charge and given the option to stay and do the exam still. Just really really annoying because I don’t just have $100 laying around lol.
I havent had any bad experiences with any of the staff or doctors. Sometimes the wait is longer than at other facilities, but babies dont come on a schedule.
Wanted to write a review of Dr. Taylor Salyer and her team. I came to this clinic recently to start fertility treatments. Unfortunately I am moving, so I wanted to at least leave a great review of this team and clinic. Each time I went in the process was very organized and streamlined. The front office staff and nursing staff have all been very helpful and friendly. The staff takes time to explain fertility treatment processes to first timers and ensure understanding at each step. The team provided great care and suggestions for help with fertility while living with PCOS. They were always so kind and made the journey easier for my husband and I. I could not recommend this team enough!
Not a good high-risk pregnancy experience...I’ve been using Parkhill for about six years. My experiences were neutral-ish until I conceived. I’ve had one scheduled appointment that should have taken about half an hour that ended up taking over two hours (due to overbooking and a failure to acknowledge my history), but the time waste is negligible when considering all my other experiences with Parkhill. At my first pregnancy, I was scheduled for my first ultrasound a little over nine weeks in, despite having a known, recorded uterine abnormality, making me high risk. While I cannot know what would have happened with early care and monitoring, I did end up losing that pregnancy. My nurse and doctor seemed surprised when I asked them if my condition might have affected my pregnancy, as they apparently hadn’t noticed it in my chart. More than once I have brought concerns to my doctor, and they have been dismissed without explanation as to why they were non-concerns. I have been shifted around from OB to OB during my most recent pregnancy, none of whom seem to have experience with my condition. After my early ultrasound revealed that I was measuring behind, my doctor told me with zero finesse that my pregnancy was very likely going to fail, without explanation or grace, just negative prognosis. I’d forgotten to ask for a printed image of my ultrasound, so I asked for one the next day only to be told there were no pictures “because of the situation”. I have since lost my pregnancy, and I can’t express my disappointment in a clinic that didn’t see fit to save the only existing image of my [admittedly barely a] baby. More than once, they’ve just lost track of my medical history, resulting in extended treatment time and unnecessary testing. Dr. Partridge has been the only doctor who took the time to explain things and had decent grace when delivering bad news. Nurse Sherry has also been an excellent communicator throughout my last three pregnancies, more than once bringing me bad news with appropriate kindness. However, the overall lack of empathy, explanation, adequate record keeping, and consistency at this clinic is a huge disappointment, and if you have the luxury of finding any other clinic to guide you through your pregnancy, do it… especially if you’re high risk or have a slightly abnormal case.*Dr. Seale, while incredibly no-nonsense, has been the saving grace of this clinic, as she was the first doctor to refer me to a specialist for my special case, while other doctors in the clinic just talked about doing it without sending in the referral.
This place is awful. My first pregnancy was great, no issues. This pregnancy, totally different. They lack communication and I’d prefer to see just the one dr instead of the rotation they make you do. Then we wouldn’t run into the drs asking me what they are seeing me for. Our insurance ran out so they treated me less than because I’m paying out of pocket. Which is bizarre to me.I transferred OBGYNS and they’ve yet to transfer my medical records and have yet to take me out of the system to pay me my left over balance. They demand their money upfront but take their time getting you back what’s yours. I do not recommend this place.
After going here through my entire pregnant and postpartum, looking back I can say that there were more negative experiences than positive ones. The doctors were in and out so quickly- even when I gave birth the doctor was there for maybe 10 minutes. The front desk staff and nurses are hit and miss - some have been really friendly and others are cranky on the regular. For my next pregnancy, I’ll be going to a different clinic.
Dr. Hix is just THE BEST!!! He has safely and skillfully delivered our 2 children. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for his kindness, attention to detail and intentionality with us. He prayed over us before delivery both times. I recommend him to everyone!! Dr. Hix is a true angel, and we thank God for finding such an incredible provider in NWA!
They will treat you bad and take your money. If you try to change clinics they will charge you an absurd amount for appointments. Do not go here. We switched over to willows creek and they’re 100x better. Elaine and Leslie were rude and did not try to help. I wish I looked at all these reviews before I came here.
I switched to Parkhill midway through my pregnancy during 2021. I felt heard by and saw almost every doctor there (at the time). Dr. Hinton delivered my son via C-section when she was on call and now she can’t shake me. She believes when women say they are in pain and tries to help as much as possible. I love seeing her and she puts me at ease during my yearly exams now. Thanks Dr. Hinton and Parkhill :)
The WORST clinic I have ever had the horrific experience of attending. I honestly can not believe that they are still actively in practice and have not been sued. Just awful. Not only are several of their doctors rude, even some of the appointment scheduling staff have a terrible attitude and it is extremely concerning. I was shocked by the spread of misinformation by their team, their doctors are shockingly uneducated and recommend unsafe practices to their patients... I had the most uncomfortable experience with Doctor Terry, honestly so horrific that I have never returned since. He is very aggressive in his tone and raised his voice in an angry, aggressive manor (practically yelling) asking me uncomfortable questions about my medical history, while he was inside of me doing an invasive vaginal inspection of my baby. I could not believe the unprofessionalism, and was so uncomfortable I almost burst into tears as this was my first time even trusting a male practitioner as an obgyn and it was a horrific experience. He is a creep. And the other members of staff absolutely sealed my distrust in this institution. DO NOT GO HERE.
I have been using Parkhill under Dr. Gorman since I was 13. I had never had really any issues with him until I became an adult. Once I did, I wanted to start my own family and he acted as if he didn’t approve ? Not sure that I needed his approval to be pregnant but that’s not even the worst of it. When I miscarried he was harsh and borderline neglected my concerns for the health of my body after the miscarriage. As a surgeon, he does good work but as a one-on-one healthcare professional who SHOULD be dedicated to giving every patient the best quality care possible. It is possible to treat your patients without your own opinions getting in the way. If that still doesn’t deter you, I hope you like paying approximately $100-300 a visit just to be disrespected and ignored!
I had my surgery today to get my tube ligation done an ill be honest I was so scared, but everyone was amazing. DR Gorman was amazing, the entire team really made me feel loved, cared about. They kept my husband up to date on me. For my 1st surgery ever in my life these doctors, nurses all did a fantastic job.
Unfortunately this office has rude customer service when accepting calls from established patients in their 3rd trimester attempting to make a work in appointment due to lack of fetal movement and suspected cholestasis of pregnancy. Absolutely NO sense of urgency.
As a nurse, Dr. Terry has given me one of the most uncomfortable medical experiences I’ve ever received/witnessed. Three years ago at 18 years old I was pushed to get an IUD placed. Key word, PUSHED. After placing it, he said “well, that’ll get her through college”. Three years later, I came back to get it removed due to an issue with a hormonal imbalance, most likely caused by the iud. I had to start on a medication due to cystic hormonal acne, and was returning to get to the root cause of the issue. After explaining this to Dr. Terry, he dismissed my concerns stating that the IUD was good for another year, and having a baby now would ruin any of my chances of excelling my career. He said that he even put his daughter on birth control as soon as she was able to conceive. He then explained how having children during med school was the reason he got divorced, and the reason his children resented him. Keep in mind, all of this was explained while I was naked on a table. I reiterated the use of Spironolactone for excess androgens causing my acne, and he stated “my daughter had to start on that same medication”. It then clicked that she could be going through the same issue as I am. He then proceeded to slap me on the side twice to queue me to slide down on the table. I was mortified. Never again.
Just meh. They are pretty friendly but the service isnt great. The past 2 years my appointment has been cancelled shortly beforehand. Before then, I had been referred for a lump and the nurse wrote down the wrong side of my body so when I got the ultrasound, they didnt believe me when I told them which side it was on and charged me to check both sides. I finally was able to get in this year and needed to get my nexplanon removed and have an annual exam which I told them when booking. Once I was sitting in the room they refused to do both for some reason so I had to choose. I wanted to talk to the doctor about preparing for having a child but she left as soon as the nexplanon was removed without even asking if there was anything that I wanted to discuss. I guess ill be asking google...
I transferred here from a different woman’s hospital and it’s made a world of difference! The people who work here are so nice!Iv been really impressed with the doctors and staff.I was upset with how my delivery went. The doctor that was on call ( Dr seal) was very hateful and talked down to me when I had questions.I wish I would have had a better delivery experience.Once my baby was born the nurse held up my baby and told the staff to guess what my baby weighted..At this point I hadn’t even got to see my baby or hold her.Just very unprofessional!I will say Dr. Seal did do a great job on my c-section.It healed very nicely.Just wish she would have been a little more open to communication with my husband and i.I know they were under a lot of pressure because they had a lot of laddies go into labor that night.
I love my doctor and have been going here for 10 years. I was not happy with my experience at check in today or with the after hours call line. I made an appointment for 9:30 with blood work at 9 so that it would be done before my visit with my doctor. They never called me back even though they told me to arrive at 9. I finally got called back 30 minutes after the 9:30 call time. Visit with my doctor was fine but then waited forever for a lab. I’m a school teacher and appointment times are very important to me because we have sub shortages and I took a half day today so that my kids wouldn’t miss out on having a teacher. Well, the whole experience was over an hour behind and I was scrambling to get coverage for my class. I finally get a call this afternoon with lab results but they always call right around 4:30…. When they close their phone lines. So you can’t call them back. I was given instructions to call back because these results were time sensitive and after a series of calls and speaking with call center workers I got a call back from one to chew me out for pushing so much to speak to a nurse. I explained that it just doesn’t make sense to make these calls right at the time the clinic is closing, where if it’s missed you can’t call back. Corporate Americans are all leaving work between 4-5. The worst time to miss a call from a doctors. Clearly this should be looked at. Having a wider window for calls and call backs with lab results and concerns. I’m just very disappointed in getting a call back from someone chewing me out for being frustrated that there is a clear disconnect.
I love Dr. Salyer! She’s an amazing doctor and never makes you feel stupid for asking lots of questions. Highly recommend her!
I have been coming to Parkhill the last 11 years. I would not ever go anywhere else. I started going when I was 13 years old due to ovarian issues. All of the drs are so great. Dr. Terry has delivered two of my children which with my first I was only 17 and scared to death to deliver a baby even though I pretended I wasn’t. Dr. Terry is very compassionate and he details everything that is happening and has such a wonderful bedside manner. And Dr. Hix delivered my third, even though my son came so quickly it was still very comforting to know that a Dr with such a caring heart was able to deliver. So happy to be continuing to be seen with my current pregnancy. Absolutely 5 starts.
I had an excellent experience at Parkhill. Dr. Seale is wonderful, she has been my doctor forever. They suggest you rotate doctors so whoever is on call when you deliver is not new to you, but you are free to stay with one doctor if you choose. I loved the nurse in the ER, she walked me through my contractions like a champ and my nurse in delivery was exceptional. Dr. Partridge delivered my baby and she was great also. We had the option of staying an additional day or going home after 24 hours which was nice as well. And this was all in the middle of their transition to their new site.
I saw almost every doctor with my pregnancy. They work with my schedule to get me in whenever is convenient for me. I never had to wait long. Occasionally a few minutes but very respectful of my time. I didnt mind seeing the doctor on call when my daughter was born. Every doctor walked in and knew all my history like they have seen me the whole time. They took time to ask me personal questions other than just medical ones. We had a wonderful experience!
I normally never have any issues with this clinic, but the last time I went will be the absolute last time I ever go. My normal doctor here was Dr. Scott Bailey but he wasn’t available which was sad because I never had any issues with him.Instead I had to schedule with Dr. Terry and it was awful. I went in for ovarian cysts because I have had issues with them for 2 years and the pain had gotten to the point of where I couldn’t move without hurting. I was hoping to just have my birth control switched to a higher dose to calm the cysts down but instead got told that I was making it all up and that I needed to go see a therapist and get a ultrasound done even though there was already one on my record showing the cysts.
Absolute worst clinic Ive ever put my body through. Shame on me for going on this long with Dr Hinton. But what gets me more furious than the 4 surgeries Ive had In the past two years is how a medical doctor refuses to extend my medical leave after my hysterectomy because of catching covid on my 2nd week of recovery and the inflamed pain I had on my left side, which led to a second surgery 2 months later. She refused to extend my medical leave after I explained my job duties at a highly faced paced medical facility and that I was not capable of physically doing my job duties without it affecting my job. So here we are a month and 2 weeks with no pay from my short term because dr hinton refused to help me. Its been one week since my last surgery and I will co tinge to not get paid. A simple letter to my short term disability is all I needed. Not only that I have been sent home twice with no pain medication after my hysterectomy and removal of left ovary. Was told by Jessica her nurse she wasnt going to do anything because its not their fault. Your messing with peoples lively hood. You got paid in full 100% on all 4 surgeries the past 2 years but you denied your patient a letter supporting her short term. Shameful
I would not trust this clinic unless you want to lose your baby due to fear and stress. They can not get your correct info down. They were very rude after multiple calls trying to update my information. I called with concerns. I was told to go to the ER because it sounded like a ectopic pregnancy, Where I was put in a room with blood still on the floor and on the white remote and was exposed to blood born pathogens. I left against medical advise. But did not sign the paper since the nurse was chatting it up about non work related home life issues and ignored me after multiple attempts to be willing to sign to leave. I went to willow creek who told me I just need some rest and meds. I called parkhill back letting them know I wanted to cancel my upcoming appointment and to talk to lab about giving my medical ID number. But due to them not being able to get the correct info on file I will not be receiving that bill. They did not ask me when I went in if anything was correct. They used files from years and years ago. It does not matter how many times you call they will not update your info. When the lady on the phone asked me if Im sure Im canceling my upcoming appointment. I said yes. She rudly asked if I did not want their care. I mean who would?
Absolute liars. Record all interactions with billing especially the clerk whose name starts with YO. She is a liar. I cannot stress this enough: Go to another clinic. They don’t GAF about anything other than money. The medical system in this entire state is absolute garbage.
I love Dr. Terry. I saw him back in february to get a well womans exam and to talk about getting pregnant as Id never been pregnant or even had a scare but my husband and I decided it was as good a time as any to start a family. I had some concerns as we had been less than careful preventing pregnancy the 4 months prior to my visit and hadnt had so much as a scare so he offered to run some tests on my husband because of some medical issues he has the medications can cause sperm issues. We never got to the test because days later my husband got really sick but just a couple month later I found myself back in the clinic holding a positive pregnancy test and bleeding. Because I had just walked in I couldnt see dr terry but just had to see who was available and that was Dr Hix. And he was so kind and so compassionate he made me feel so at ease and when he found the heartbeat he looked so relieve and happy even though he didnt know me. He scheduled my 2 week follow up for him to do himself even though that was apparently normally a nurses job(?) And he was beaming when he showed me my bean still growing happy and healthy. As much as I loved dr hix I had really wanted to use dr terry for this pregnancy so after that Ive only seen him in passing but hes always so kind and happy. Dr terry has been great he is kind and efficient and I really love his sense of humor he doesnt make me feel awkward at all and is very open to discussing what you need from him.
Dr Lowry is an excellent PCP. However, you have to watch your billing closely if you use this clinic for pcp and women’s services. I recently saw Dr McKinney and was double charged for wellness exams and was left paying out of pocket.
I had 6 out of the 9 doctors at parkhill, I loved all of them but the last 5 weeks of my pregnancy and for my delivery I had Dr. Seale and she was by far my favorite, she was so nice and professional, super informative, she always answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed! She took her time and showed that she truly cared, she even wants pictures of my baby! All of nurses were phenomenal from the time I walked in to the time I left every nurse we had was great, even the NICU nurses. I recommend parkhill to anybody and everybody! I love their team of doctors and nurses.
Our first pregnancy last year went well through Willow Creek. They were located in Johnson at the time, and one year later are now in Fayetteville. We havent been taken care of the same way this go around. I dont feel like theres a lot of friendliness any time we enter the office. Besides courtesy, I just dont feel like were very important to those who staff this clinic. We appreciate our doctor, and its not my intention to publicly bash a place, but I want to be fair and accurate in a review in case others are researching where to go for a pregnancy or womens health. As long as they take care of my wife and child, Ill be okay, but Im sure there are better options around us. Sparing details...just a general overview.
Unfortunately, this clinic makes you feel like a number. I went to the emergency room weekly because I would throw up 20 plus times a day (ketones in my urine), and when I called them they just advised me to go to willow creek. They did not get me any new medication until the next day. Of course this is a professional practice, and they make you rotate doctors, but I have yet to see the same doctor and Im 27 weeks. They do not offer any additional information, they just ask if you have any questions. At my 24 week appointment, they informed me that I was taking the glucose test, and no one had even explained to me what that was. My first pregnancy I had a wonderful physician who gave me his cell phone number for emergencies and volunteered pertinent information all the time. Im just not overly impressed with this practice.
It’s taken me several month to come to terms with my awful birth experience with parkhill. I won’t name the doctor (despite the terrible service I received from him) because it’s really more of a reflection on the clinic than on any individual doctor. This place, while beautiful, felt as if they cared more about money than their patients. The prenatal appointments were fine, they did go above and beyond in that regards especially for any possible health concerns. My problem was with the way I was treated while giving birth. It was traumatic, not centered around the health or comfort of me or my baby. I felt like a dairy cow. The nurses are rotated every 12 hour, for my long 6 day stay, I never had the same nurse twice. They don’t smile or make you feel safe, they barely check on you unless you press the button, and during covid when we can’t have our support people, it’s more important than ever for the nurses to step up and be a birthing mothers support. I felt like a burden during my birthing experience. No two nurses did things the same way and I felt humiliated asking for anything, especially pain management. No one told me that an epidural would stall my labor, no one told me that even though I was offered alternative pain management that it could affect my baby. No one told me that even though the cervical checks hurt so badly, if I got anything for the pain it would just mean more cervical checks (hence why I got the epidural so early, which ultimately stalled my labor, and resulted in a horrible c-section). The whole thing sucked and my next baby will be had somewhere else. Even typing this I have tears in my eyes because it was so bad. Then there was the doctor, a man with the worst bed side manner. He comes into my labor room barking orders, not even a hello first. He barely looked into my eyes. He didn’t tell me he was putting his hand inside me before he did it. He didn’t talk to me before he grabbed a hook and broke my waters. He didn’t explain to me why he was doing anything. He didn’t explain to me why their was meconium in the fluid. He didn’t do anything to make me comfortable, I barely felt human in his presence. When he finally left my labor room I broke into heavy sobs.. what had I just been through? I felt violated, scared, abused. A nurse saw me in this state and instead of offering to get a human resource person, she just defended the doctor. She didn’t care. No one at that hospital cares about you. Then the surgery, it went fine. I loved the anesthesiologist. She was the only one to show any compassion or kindness during my 6 days at the hospital. Then recovery. Oh my god. It was brutal, not just the pain from the surgery, but again the nurses were horrible. I had just had my entire abdominal cavity cut open, organs moved, a baby pulled, stitches and all the painful things that come from it.. and the nurses acted again as if I were a burden or a cry baby. I cried out in pain when they barge into my recovery room and immediately start pressing into my freshly cut stomach. The pain was literally unbearable. I cried and cried.. they did nothing to help me. They would pull back my blankets (something I would have done had they asked) to look for blood. It was utterly humiliating. If you expect the nurses to stick to your medication schedule, good luck. You, while in pain, unable to sleep, trying to figure out nursing, struggling to even sit upright, have to be the one to call and ask for your scheduled pain medication. Sometimes you would get your nurse and if she wasn’t busy, you might get your medicine 30 mins after you were supposed to. Sometimes when you would call you would get a different nurse, they would tel you to wait for your nurse. So sometimes it would be 2 hours after your scheduled medication before you got any relief. It was so bad at one point my lactation consultant physically tracked down my nurse because I was in too much pain to try and feed my baby.I’m out of characters to keep typing. You get it. Don’t have a baby here.
I just moved to Fayetteville and I was looking for a place where I can establish care, this place seemed very good on there website it showed how it’s a woman’s center and it seemed like they support women. When I came in it was okay the front desk staff was fine. Once I got checked in I told the nurse why I needed to see the Dr. She then proceeded to leave the room and go get the Dr I was going to see DrLowry. While I was waiting for Dr Lowry to come in the room I heard her and her staff laughing loudly about my condition and make fun of it in the lobby where other patients where waiting, they also stated my name and kept laughing which is not just unprofessional but also a hipaa violation I heard all this while I was in the room. Once I saw the Dr she didn’t really check me she just referred me and assumed my condition she wouldn’t do any ultrasound or anything to confirm it was what she thought it was, in the end I went to check out, the check out lady had no idea about the referral or anything they didn’t give me a visit summary. This was the most humiliating experience I’ve had with a professional Dr specially when you promote yourself as a womens center and you make fun of the womens condition. I will never recommend anyone to go here for any reason.
Second pregnancy with this clinic and they’re always great. I’ve had Dr Terry both times who is amazing but have also met with Gorman, Seale, and Duke who are equally as wonderful. I’m always asked which dr I’d like on my appointment day out of the ones who are available. Nurses are always nice. Not sure how anyone have had such bad experiences. 5 stars.
I truly wanted to like this clinic and it was recommended to me by a few friends. However when I went for my 8 wk checkup I only saw incompetence and disregard for patients displayed.Repeated mistakes were made including sending my sensitive mail to a address I told them multiple times was not mine and calling me and giving me wrong lab results. When I tried to call to correct some of my issues, they were very rude and hung up on me because “nothing they could do could make me happy.”
I could not put into words how kind the staff & Dr. Bailey are. I have been a telemedicine patient and I initially called at 9:06 am to leave a message for an appointment and someone called be back at 9:16. If I lived in Fayetteville I would be honored to be a patient here.
I was sent to Dr. Hurt to take care of a problem I had previously taken care of. He was kind, patient, understanding and listened to me. He showed compassion and concern to meet my needs. He was gentle and not judgmental about my health. I was very pleased with him and his entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and considerate. Wish Id found them for the first surgery.
I had a great experience. My friend recommended me to see Dr. Gorman. I was nervous when I read the reviews, but my friend pushed me to go and I’m glad I did! I would recommend coming here to get your annual exam!! I didn’t have a long wait, arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out within an hour.
The doctors here are old school, meaning that they know best, so how well you feel during your pregnancy doesnt matter given their lengthy experiences. These doctors are condescending, rude, and patriarchal. When I had questions about my pregnancy, what to look for, etc. - you know, all the things that come with the territory of being a concerned first-time parent - they just dismissed my questions. Its not hard to explain WHY certain things are happening.I even had to ask about COVID protocol. There was ZERO mention of safety protocols, and they even said not to worry about it. (I was a patient in Summer 2020 and was going to give birth in October.)Dr. Terry said that my questions werent important, corrected me on something I FELT (because hed been practicing for forever and its not common to feel what I felt), took my hand and led me out of the room because my appointment had come to an end, and made me cry because he made me feel like such an inconvenience to him.The other doctors were just as bad. They have a veneer of nice-ness, but its really all just condescension. You will be treated like a delicate vessel, incapable of understanding the nuances of science and not understanding how pregnancies work. They are all-around Condescending, Unsympathetic, Narcissistic, Terrible, and Suffer from huge superiority complexes. It took me a referral to a perinatologist to realize what a REAL doctor is supposed to be like. He answered my questions and concerns with facts, numbers, and definitions. He wasnt afraid to explain things when I had questions.Im so glad I switched OBs.The only redeeming quality of this place - the kindness of the staff.
I give this location two stars after birthing here. From day one I was put in a rotation with the doctors and never given an option to narrow it down to just a few. When I asked to narrow it down to three, they said absolutely not. When I was scheduled for an induction, I came in at scheduled time and sat for hours before I was given anything to get going. When I was in labor, they only checked me twice for dilation early on. Hours later when I was dilated to ten and pushing, there were no nurses in the room and the doctor was late. Finally the nurse came in and said to wait and not push, that I wasnt ready but didnt even check me.Doctor finally came in and was shocked I was already in labor (after 24 hours?) and told me the baby was already coming out.My mother was very angry, and I felt neglected. They made us stay three days just for check-ups and not for any real problem. After going home, several weeks later had something come up and I called the nurse and she laughed it off informing me I had given birth and problems were bound to arise. She then told me to just wait and it would be fine, but wouldnt let me make an appointment to be seen.I waited several more weeks and at week five I went in and the doctor laughed it off upon discussion. Finally checked me and helped me out after complaining that I was in pain over and over.I never felt welcome or cared for. Will not be going back for future children, and I dont recommend for anyone else.
Park Hill was so much better than the other womens clinics I had been to in Northwest Arkansas. It was quick and thorough and very easy to have our needs met. Really glad we found Park Hill. I was a little dissatisfied with my previous experiences and two friends recommended Park Hill and Im so grateful they did. Its hard for me to imagine going somewhere else after our experience there.
I was recommended to Dr. Gorman from a friend so when I found out I was pregnant I went to him. I unfortunately had a miscarriage and then was told to lose weight and come back and we’d go from there. I have pcos and obviously know I need to lose weight. I don’t need a doctor to tell me that also. He apparently thought I wasn’t down enough after my miscarriage so he needed to add on to it. If you are any bit of overweight, I do not recommend that you see Dr. Gorman.
The staff here are friendly and take time to answer questions. The facility is fantastic, plenty of parking, very beautifully decorated, with comfortable small seating areas. Even when you are waiting, it feels more like relaxing in someones living room rather than a doctors office. Dr. Jason Hurt is great. He took time to really listen. I recommend this facility.
I had the absolute best experience of any doctors office with this group! I work in healthcare and have worked in many doctor offices. They achieve the perfect flow and the best care! I’m super impressed with Dr. Hinton, she was absolutely amazingly sweet and knowledgeable. I usually dread this type of appt, but it was quick and easy!
Disappointing. I had waited over a year to write this, as I do not want to hurt anyones feelings. I have gone to this clinic for 17 + years, and am very thankful for our two healthy boys, and am thankful for all the previous help. I have had several problems and had gotten an ablation, that didnt work, so the only thing left to do was to get a hysterectomy. I only want people to know, that when you have surgery and have already paid your part , with the clinic and hospital, that when the doctor makes a mistake, and you are in surgery for a few hours, because you now have to have a urologist to fix the accident, and have to stay an extra night in the hospital, you get to pay for all of the extra, except for the 50 dollars , that parkhill paid. I am very thankful, that the urologist was in the hospital, to repair what was messed up, and to be there for the 6 weeks to follow, and take out the stent. I know the doctor, said he was sorry, but it should not be this way, people should not have to pay the extra money, because of an accident , that you didnt want to happen.
For my first pregnancy I went to the Johnson location and Partridge was my dr. I only saw one other Dr during my pregnancy. She treated me great until after my daughter was born. Do to personal reasons, she took my pregnancy way to personally and refused to see me after giving birth. This pregnancy I am only seeing Duke at the Fayetteville location. He is the best Dr Park Hill has to offer. In the past 4 years he has helped me with weight loss, birth control, and now my second pregnancy.
Do not recommend. All they care about is money and NOT PATIENT CARE. TAMMY from billing was really rude and unprofessional. The day I got terrible news from the doctor on 05/01/19 she took me into her office and was demanding explanations on why I did a dispute on a balance I paid over the phone.. the person I talked to did not say the correct amount until after she ran my card to confirm... I had also not yet received statements for the full balance by then... She said I shouldn’t have even had a prenatal appointment... TAMMY also stated they just don’t do payment plans for “infertility” .... I also asked why they don’t do payment plans and simply said they don’t do that. I do have health insurance with a deductible.. nice patient care...
Terrible experience with this clinic. Being overwhelmed the day of my first appointment. Lack of help in the surgery scheduling office, being led on about the surgery I needed. Being passed off to a doctor who couldnt actually preform the said surgery. Waited 4 months for a date that is not going to happen. Thankfully I found a new doctor at a different clinic.
Despite having serious issues, it took over a month for my girlfriend to get an appointment and two days before they called and cancelled for made up reasons. When she asked for her medical information to be left at the front desk because she wouldnt be coming back, they magically found a new way to accommodate her for more money. They are blood sucking vultures who prey on people in their time of need. She never had any problems with the doctors but ALWAYS had problems with administrative staff being rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I would never send my worst enemy here much less a friend. They dont care about their patients or their problems, they care about getting their money and thats it. They constantly double and triple book appointments which leads to them cancelling at the last second. This is the third time in a row that a few days before her appointment they called and told her she had to reschedule. What a joke.
NOT the clinic “for Women.” They sound like they have good intentions for women in theory, but in practice, the Clinic is just good marketing to go after their demographic and pump women in-and-out like a cattle vaccination drive. Dr. Terry is just trying to be the IUD King of Arkansas and didn’t actually hear my problems or try to solve them, and the front desk person cared more about putting her lotion on than scheduling my next appt.
Dr. Gorman delivered all 3 of my children and has been my OB/Gyn the last 16 years. Hes so kind, caring, understanding, and trustworthy. I always recommend him to others and couldnt imagine myself seeing anyone else. Hes truly one of a kind!
I have seen Dr. Hix since 2014. I had to change to a Mercy NP for a while due to an insurance change. Long story short, I was gone a year and couldnt wait to go back when they were in network when my insurance changed again. He is thourough, actually caring, truly educated, to the point, and was amazing during my pregnancy. He was in clinic in Bentonville the day I was delivering and he still came to the hospital in Fayetteville after clinic was done. Maybe he had to come anywayH for something else, but he ended up there during my delivery when I was pushing along with Dr. Bailey who delivered. The fact that he still came and was in there even though the delivery was handled meant the world to us. It was also comforting because I had a couple small complications during labor. I will need a total hysterectomy after we either attempt for another and cant or after we hacve our last. And I wontuse anyone else! ❤️
The doctors are all great and they worked with me on my rotatipns as i felt more comfortable with a woman dr. Now the ladies at the front counter are a diffrent story....they would not allow me to see a dr when i was 6 weeks and spotting because i hadnt proved i had insurance i even asked if i could bring it she told me no i had to have the meeting with the financial lady first. So waiting another 6 weeks for that appointment the spottong came and went. They never even had me come in for blood work to check my levels. So by 12 weeks im spotting and cramping heavily and i throw a fit and finally they allow me to see a dr only to tell me im having a missed miscarriage. Had the lady at the front counter listened at 6 weeks i would jave been checked and given progesterone instead she ignored me and as a direct result my child died. Then as i bled very badly diring the miscarriage i called for hours needing to know how much is to much...i couldnt leave the shower for hours and was getting light headed my fiance drove me to another er and i needed blood. So by those women blocking me from care my baby died and i nearly bled to death. But like i said the docs are great. They just need better help on the office end.
These people use fear tactics to push you use birth control instead of talking to you about what’s best for your health and interests. Appointments are always rushed and I never get to talk about my concerns. I will not be using this clinic anymore and will advise everyone else to do the same.
I have waited over a year to write a review, as I would never want to say anything that would hurt anyone. I have gone to Park Hill, for 17 plus years,,and am thankful for the times, that I was treated fairly , and for the two healthy kids that we have. I have had ,,several different medical things, that lead up to an ablation, that didnt work, then a hysterectomy, that the doctor, had told me the day we was discussing it, that he didnt like doing them, long story short, I was in surgery for several hours, as there was a little accident, so we had paid our out of pocket, that the insurance doesnt cover, but then , we ended up having to pay for an extra night in the hospital, plus for the urologist , plus having a catheter for 6 weeks, and having a stent in. Park Hill did pay for the extra charge they had, which was I think 50 dollars. I just want people to be very aware, that when you have already paid for the surgery, and the doctor makes a mistake, guess what, you not only pay for the mistake ,with hurt and pain, but you also get to pay for the extra money from that accident. And yes, he was sorry for it, I only want others to know, that when you sign papers, and they mess up, accident or not, you get to pay for it.
What almost turned into a bad experience with a rescheduling issue ended up being a great experience! Loved Dr Hix!!!! He made me feel so much better ❤️ highly recommend!
So lucky to find Dr. Terry at Parkhill. My last OB/GYN didn’t care to talk to me about the different options I had for birth control. Dr. Terry was patient and sat down with me to talk me through the different options to see what was best for me. Would definitely recommend!
It is not uncommon to wait 40+ minutes in the waiting rooms, especially in the Fayetteville office. Currently writing this review after 1 hour 30 minute wait…and counting. If you’re a career mama, keep this in mind that a quick pop in during the day is not going to happen, schedule a big time slot with lots of padding. Maybe even half a day pto - even if you’re on time for your appointment. But if you arrive 15mins late for your appointment they’ll cancel on you. No such respect for time in return.I don’t mind 10 minutes wait here and there as i know things happen, but this is nothing like that. You’ll always wait, and you’ll always wait very long.
My wife has an insurance that 100% covered. She has been there and before getting checked in we verified the Doctor is in the insurance network. We got served and at the checking out point they charged us 240$ for silly reason as a deduction. I called the insurance and they said u were not supposed to pay anything at this point as the clinic has to claim us and the insurance will decide how much u have to pay. We have been to a lot of clinic around the states, but this clinic is caring about money only. I have tried to tell the bell department to claim the insurance first but the supervisor refused and said u have to pay and we will send claim with to the insurance, and un-politely asked me to leave the clinic . Do not go there if u want to be treated as human being, I got shocked this sort of clinic is here in the US. I will wait to see what they gonna send to the insurance company and start from there. Again, be careful about your money, be clear with them before getting in. They care about squeezing as much money as they can.
Not informative on cost of things.Force a drug test on all patients and charge $85 out of pocket cost without telling you before hand. I have been have been to two other clinics in the area and never had this done to me. There were other reasons that I left this clinic, but won’t go into detail. Not a good experience.
My fiancé Brittany and I love this place. Staff are sweet people and Doctors are too. So far we have seen dr. Gorman and hicks and they have been awesome made us feel very comfortable. So now were ready to have are baby girl Arabella. They didnt make us feel like a number they just have orderly fashion. And we called at 2:30 am because Brittany was having contractions and they called us right back.
Thank GOD for Dr. Bailey I would give him the highest rating possible he deserves a award hes amazing I went 2 years in severe pain in my abdominal area dr. after dr. would misdiagnosed me and I started thinking I was crazy I have cried out to God in this last 6 months dying of pain drs treated me like I just wanted pain medine I really lost faith in Dr s but GOD had a friend of mine tell me about Dr. Bailey and it was GOD sent everything was wonderful he gave me a ultrasound and found a cist no other Dr ever did that he did not treat me like I was crazy hes amazing and im blessed GOD put him in my life I trust him with my life and his staff is just as awesome all of them especially Dr. Bailey want a Dr u truly know cares about u hes your Dr. Thank u and God bless
I saw Dr. Terry and his staff. Everyone was SO nice and welcoming. My appointment went quick and smoothly. 10/10 great experience.
I have been a patient at Parkhill intermittently for years. Most recently, I established with Dr. Stephanie Lowry as my PCP. I follow Dr. Gorman for general OBGYN wellness. I trust and respect both of these MDs with my medical care. They are knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, listen and explain things well.
This is LONG REVIEW.I opted out of the rotation because I loved my doctor from day one. I love coming here. I got pregnant at 18 with my daughter. My first actual doctor visit was with Dr. Julian Terry....BEST EXPERIENCE AND DOCTOR THERE (I am a little biased too, though I do like Dr. Gorman too)!!!! He was respectful, sweet and just wonderful. He could even joke with my husbands dry humor and take my husbands worries in stride. They bonded :)When it came to her due date we arranged to be induced so he would deliver her. Best experience of my life. He kept it light and had a few laughs. And the joy on his face when she arrived....priceless. Then my sister went into labor about a month later. I bumped into him while I waited and he took her and cradled her with such care and showed her off. With our next visit after I had her he took her and showed all his nurses and eveyone who she was. He was gone nearly 7 minutes showing her off. He came back beeming ear to ear!Then....the worst happened. When I got pregnant with my son...he was high risk. He had 4 hard markers for having abnormalities. When he came in to tell us I could tell, something wasnt right. When he told us the news we cried and he teared up. We literally saw him a week before in the hall after our ultrasound. We were beeming because it was a boy. So him to deliver this to us was hard.Well Dr. Terry said we needed to go to Little Rock. Normally a wait to get there is a long time but his mentor worked at the clinic we had to go to. Got us in, in just a few days. Then followed our visits there by communicating with the doctors there. He even checked on us out of his office. During the ups and downs of this hard pregnancy he did all he could to pave the way. He even scheduled with his Little Rock mentor to do my c-section there at the UAMS hospital so he could just go down the road to ACH. Well my last visit the dim look on his face said it all. I knew he would be coming soon and weeks to early! And for me it was worse because Terry would be gone the next few days. Well sure enough my water broke at midnight. I called him and he set in motion all the wheels. I got to the ER, Terry had called to tell them to expect me. He even filled in Dr. Gorman (this is where he comes in). Terry told him after I left my appointment all about me and what was going on and my plans to be flown to Little Rock to deliver if at all possible. Well I was already at a 5. So I had to deliver there, and I was frantic as well as my husband. But Gorman was calm, collected, sweet and filled me in when he knew I needed it. He spoke softly to me during the c-section.After I delivered and my son and husband helicoptered to ACH. Terry stopped to see me before he left. And even kept up with us while we were in ACH. And once we came home with our son to live his last days, Terry came to meet him. And after he passed away, we had tests results come in to figure out what caused his abnormalities. (He had hydrocephalus and congenital nephrotic syndrome, brain disease, heart problem ect) and he was wih us during that meeting.Terry is more then our doctor he is our friend.
I moved to NWA in the third trimester of my pregnancy. Switching doctors was not easy but Parkhill made it a very smooth transition. I havent met all of the doctors yet, but Dr Seale and Gorman are both fantastic. They make you feel at ease and are very knowledgable in their fields. I will hopefully be delivering in the next few weeks and I feel very confident putting myself and my baby in their hands.
Billing department has been stealing payments ,by REFUSING to credit my account ! Ive tried talking to them , multiple times to work it out , and get nothing but rudeness , transfers and disconnection. The doctors may be good but the billing department are the worst , most unprofessional I’ve ever !
I dont recommended this clinic for any expecting mothers and expecting mothers with health issues like Hypertension during their pregnancy.Park hill has some nurses who cant take proper reading when they take your blood pressure one min it can be 160/80 the next then another nurse checks you and its 120/70 (?????). You play musical chairs with doctors, if you have a birth plan good luck the doctor thats on call delivers your child. I only ran into 1 doctor who has a big ego (Doctor BAILEY) I had a horrible experience with him my blood pressure only doubled while being treated by him and I made sure I dont ever get seen by him again but if hes the doctor on call the day of my delivery Im screwed. Theres a couple of nurses who treat you like garbage and 1 receptionists who likes to instagate problems so becareful what is said around her. Your just another NUMBER at Parkhill they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE meaning they dont care of you go else where so if you have a issue with a doctor nurse ect. reporting it to a supervisor wont do you no good patients are not valued. If your job offers a (intermediate leave) Parkhill WILL NOT FILL OUT YOUR PAPERWORK! So if you work for Butterball Tyson and even Gorges that offers this so you dont lose your job Park hill will refuse to sign the leave. Another reason why I switched clinics Im having to see 2 doctors for my high risk pregnancy. I hope ppl are awear of this clinic. Seeing a OBGYN is suppose to be stress free and a happy and postive appearance having a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY You wont get that here. I wished I knew what I know now before I wasted my time and health. I switched clinics I couldnt be more happier
Everyone, including the receptionist, were awesome! Very friendly & eager to help or bring anything that I needed or wanted. They were also very knowledgeable & shared their helpful insights with me.Dr Scott Bailey did my surgery. He made sure that I understood everything that he was going to do.Everyone, not only attended to my very need, they took the time to visit with me when they could.I highly recommend this facility!
Dr Lindsey Seal was wonderful she was very professional and knew excatly what she was doing. My only complaint was my apt was at 2:00pm and was in the lobby still at 2:45. However the Dr was wonderful and I trust her medical advice
I am a young patient that is not in the childcare rotation. I have a serious disease that causes an immense amount of pain. Dr. Hix found the cause of this pain, diagnosed me, and has been right at my side every step of the way. It is easy for me to get in for an appointment and despite the clinic being busy most of the time, I am always made to feel valued and NEVER like just a number in the waiting room. I have always been taught that patience is a virture and respect that the doctors here will spend time getting to know each of their patients. I LOVE this clinic and will never go anywhere else for my OBGYN needs.
Dr Hix is so easy to talk to and answers all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone! It seems sometimes women are kind of shoved aside after childbearing age. But that is not the case with him at all. He actually listens to you and helps. So appreciative for him being in northwest Arkansas
Dr Terry is absolutely amazing! I found him midway through my second pregnancy and am so thankfully, his team is every bit as wonderful as he. I would highly recommend seeing him for any OB/Gynelogical needs.
I would give zero stars if I could. The staff that talks on the phone are so rude & not helpful. Repulsive I would say. They truly don’t need to be in the healthcare field. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else :)
I have no complaints about the quality of care I received from the doctors or the staff. But, my issue is they do whatever to squeeze more money out of you. I went for a wellness visit (which is covered completely by my insurance). Well I go back in for an ultrasound and find out Dr. Seale charged me a co-pay for my wellness visit. I spoke with billing and asked why since it was a wellness visit. She said it was because I spoke with Dr. Seale about weightloss. REALLY?! Dr. Seale brought up the weight loss and only spent about 10-15mins on the topic. So, I couldnt figure out why she did that to me. Definitely wont go back cause it seems to be all about the money. If you can go to another please do, not only talk what one thing cause they may charge you double!
I would not trust this office with anything personal since the staff apparently does not know what is happening. If I state the reason for the visit when I make the appt. and then take time off of work to be seen an hour after my appt time just to be told they cannot accomplish anything I made the appointment for; I will not go back.If I dont trust you, or your staff, to know what is happening when I make my appt., why would I trust you with anything else?
Dr. Terry is phenomenal. I was very apprehensive and anxious but the moment he came in all my fears went away. The clinic as a whole was a great experience and everyone was so kind and helpful. Will be back!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hix for years now and he is the best OB that we could have ever asked for! He is kind, truly cares about you as a person, and is very good at what he does. He highly recommend him!
I started with Dr. Bailey to have the Mona Lisa. ( which I would recommend for anyone over 65) . I continued on with him for my yearly check up because I really liked his manner, his professionalism, his explanations, and the people in the clinic.
Some dumb woman named Stephanie, is an arrogant, self indulgent moron, that needs to be removed if she is gonna be acting all high and mighty on the phone. My wife tried to schedule an appointment, she answers, basically talking to her as if my wife knows absolutely nothing, yet she has seen the doctor before. She also claims her insurance doesnt cover, yet it does as she has been there before.Ridiculous attitude.
Doctor Gorman has shown that he cares very LITTLE of patience safety, they disregard the conditions patients have and Sam LIED to us saying that we will have an important medication send to the pharmacy yesterday, only for us to find out the next day that we have to set another appointment before we can get the meds we need. They are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, especilally one of the women on the phone named Sam.
Dr. Emily Hinton has taken great care of me over the years! I cannot recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and informative.
1. Been a pt appx a decade.2. Constantly have to call for a release of birth control rx.3. Practically have to wait and call and wait and call and beg and wait and beg for test results and to get antibiotics.4. Nurse FINALY sends out birth control rx and once picked up its something Ive NEVER taken before nor heard of.5. Take the time to LOOK at a pts CHART!6. Love Dr Hix, but I have to find somewhere else to go due to lack of professional and efficient staff.
Dr Hix has been my wife’s Dr. for almost 3 years. Couldn’t ask for a better Dr. He delivered our first daughter and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the facilities and the great treatment we received throughout her birth! I would recommend Dr. Hix and Parkhillclinic to anyone!
Can somebody PLEASE tell me why a womans clinic does not have the capacity to have STD testing in their clinic!? Why should anyone with a treatable situatuation have to worsen the problem by having to wait 10 or more days for a follow up visit for them to tell you, your std test was positive?? If you ask me this is misuse of goverment funds when medicaid is paying the bill!!
Let me just say that in my experience Parkhill Clinic For Women cares more about getting paid than they do the actual well being of Mother and unborn child. While waiting to get insurance through my employer I tried to make 1 prenatal appointment and ultrasound to make sure everything is going okay and that baby is okay. You cannot even make an individual appointment even for 1 ultrasound without them assuming care over a patient. Extremely disappointed that this establishment cant even provide 1 appointment to an expectant mother to make sure everything is okay.
I would recommend going to see Dr.Partridge. She has done an amazing job helping me. She really gets to know her patients.. She has always answered my questions and has always been in the best mood when I go see her. If your looking for a good Dr.Partridge i recommend seeing her!Thank you
Dr. Hinton is 10/10, 500 stars. Best doctor. The office runs smoothly and efficiently.
I highly recommend Dr. Seale and Dr. Hix. Both have great personalities and dont treat you like just a number. They spend time with you and take care of any needs that you may have. 5/5 for both doctors!
I absolutely love Dr Gorman . He goes above and beyond. I always leave his office feeling better about any problems or concerns that I come to him with.
Hated the rotation, i never had a personal experience with a dr. i was basically shoved into a c-section and they didnt have the patience to let me labor. im never going here again.
Thank GOD for Dr.Bailey and his team of experts Im so happy Im not in constant pain anymore Im very blessed to have found this Dr and highly recommend him to any women who suffers from anything he has the best attitude always after your best interest and will go above and beyond to help you plus he knows what hes doing and what to look for and how to find it I couldnt have found a better Dr. and I just know he will be the best for any of you looking for a Dr and a pleasant experience at the Drs office
I dont want to share details but my experience with Dr Terry at this clinic was humiliating, degrading, and borderline abusive. The nurses and front desk workers were always kind.
It a very fun place professional treated with so much respect I probably was the old est pt because Iam 76 and different was not pg dr hurt had to put my bladders back where it belonged and I feel like a new woman
Im still having back issues from where theyre specialist stabbed me ELEVEN times for an epidural. But it was my fault because I have scoliosis apparently.
I w been going to Parkhill for over twenty years now. They provide excellent care for every female need. Love this clinic, the staff and the doctors!
I have been attending Parkhill for 3 years, honestly I have no complaints about the professional attention and the good treatment that they have given me, but the telephone attention is “very bad”, it is super difficult to make appointments by phone and even worse to cancel or reschedule them, I I have had to attend the clinic in person every time I need to schedule an appointment because they do not have bilingual staff who can assist you in Spanish over the phone, this is a terrible limitation for people who speak very little English and want to be treated at Parkhill , for me it has been very difficult and frustrating.
Some docs are nice others stuck upRude staff with terrible attitudesStaff can talk to you like youre stupid and dont know anything. Waiting time is ridiculous. Dont recommend it here
This clinic is awesome. Everyone is friendly and my wait time is always very short for my appointments.
The billing department here is useless. I called about a bill and for months they kept on reassuring me that everything was fine. Now I’m dealing with the consequences of their poorly trained staff.
Dr. Terry is the best! and his assistant is very friendly, I recommend it 100% I was delighted with his work. Thanks a lot !
Horrible experience! Has no respect for the patient. Invalidates their pain.
0/5 1 is too generous.
Dr Gorman was wonderful, honest straight forward and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
Ive been seeing doctor Hix for over 14 years. The new location is great!
You are not treated like a human being at this clinic. You are nothing to them but a number. I was so disgusted with how I was treated here. I will never be back.
Amazing hospital with incredibly nice staff! Thank you park hill for taking care of us!
I recommend this clinic because I really loved and more my doctor gordmans thanks doctor for everything
Worst clinic Ive been to in Fayetteville, the waiting time is ridiculous and the desk ladies are rude– ALL of them.
I had my second son best doctors ever
Love this place! Dr Partridge is amazing and the staff is great!
Amazing staff and also caring
None finer than Dr Scott Bailey!
