I had a great experience here. Check-in was quick & painless and the doctor answered all my questions and went into detail about every answer he gave me. I was completely satisfied and I highly recommend visiting this Urgent Care location if you’re in need of assistance that’s not quite ER level and you cannot see your general practitioner doctor.
I absolutely love this place! Anytime my boys need to be seen and I’m not able to get them into their pediatrician this is where I take them. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend!
I walked in this lady in blue scrubs checked me in she told me that my insurance bday was a mismatch I never had anyone tell me this nor did I have a clue to what she was talking about about. She told me she would not see me without me leaving a credit card on file. I told her I have been seeing Mercy providers all year why know one else said this. She refused to see me so I went to the one in Springdale very different experience the lady took my insurance and I paid my copay. There should not be people checking people in that dont know how the insurance works!
The virtual appointment was great. doctor was outstanding and helped us greatly. However the receptionist at the Mercy location on 14th by NWCC was horrible and rude. We were a walk in. Tried checking in at the kiosk and she kept discouraging us for doing so. I finally asked if she was full and we shouldn’t check in. She wouldn’t address my question and rolled her eyes. I was fine with waiting. But she was so rude to my 10 year old daughter and I we left. If they couldn’t see us all she had to do was tell me. Instead she kept telling me the wait time which increased by the hour as I was trying to check in. This woman was terrible. And she needs to be coached on her interactions with patients
I was amazed at the excellent customer service and care for my son. The two ladies up front were kind and helpful while I was making a decision (I tend to go more natural route). Their support in communication with me were much appreciated as Im deaf and read lips.I ended up staying. Jeff and Dr. Vest were amazing with my son as they treat him for a dog bite. I appreciated the open conversation with Dr. Vest. This place is now my new go-to for urgent care. Thank YOU all!
Dr Vest and Madi made such a difference in my visit. Not only was I incredibly sick over my birthday, but was dealing with concerning personal issues that were terrifying me. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay, comfortable, and calm. They truly had the most incredible hearts dealing with my situation, and I can’t say enough good things about these two. Better that, the whole offices not one single person was anything short of amazing. If I’m ever in a bind, I will 100% stop here first. I felt so loved, seen and heard. Thank you for making my birthday the best it could be and turning a scary few visits into comfort.
Mercy has a terrific system for setting up a walk-in appointment. Works super smoothly. Staff ready for you when you arrive. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Dr. Vest was great. Established rapport quickly, asked pertinent questions and listened carefully to what I said. Definitely a 5-star visit.
You all were very nice, and very fast at getting me in and out. Even without an appointment! Very professional! I hate going to the doctor, because Ive had a lot of bad experiences with a few of them! So, saying Im likely to come back, is a big deal!
Generally, my expectations for urgent care clinics are pretty tempered based on sporadic use of them over the years in several different states. I have had one appointment at this location (and one followup phone call) and not only have both PAs (Rowe and Snow) been fabulous but the front office staff were nice as well. Such a positive experience even though Im completely sick and miserable.
Their billing company GoHealth is the absolute worse I have ever encountered. Talk about incompetence! I had ONE regular visit Feb 7 (nothing special was done) which I paid in full of $125 at the time of my visit. A week later they charged my cc again for another $125. I called GoHealth and the woman was so rude, so I went directly back to the Urgent Care I went to. It’s a long, run-around story. They gave me the number of someone. After explaining yo her their error, I was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business days - had it in writing in an email. It never happened. After communications with at least 6 more of their staff (and receiving a bill in the mail for another $125!!) I finally filed a dispute with my cc company and got my $125 the next day. GoHealth is STILL sending me bills and now claim the doc I saw did something special so now they are charging me even more. I went back to clinic just to speak directly to the doc that saw me about this - if she did something else that warranted to charge me more on that first visit, which she said NO! GoHealth has sent me notices claiming I signed up for automatic payment via email and text message. Are they nuts!!!! I owe them $0. I feel like this is harassment. Still getting bills in the mail too. How do I stop this???? Please tell me one competent person to call at GoHealth to fix this ridiculous billing error.???? I’d never recommend to anyone to go to Mercy Urgent Care because of their idiotic billing company they use.
Easier to get in and be seen than my regular physician. Staff is professional and friendly. Was seen quickly, diagnosed my problem and got prescription called in. Already on the road to recovery.
The whole staff was very friendly and highly attentive! Dr. Vest was very concerned about my daughter and told us to go to Children’s right away since her breathing wasnt normal. Took her to Children’s and she was admitted. Thanks to the whole staff for being so helpful and patient with us.
Went in for a quick sick visit. Nothing major so I just walked in. They were quick to get me in, were very friendly, explained things in layman’s terms, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend MercyGo in Fayetteville! The best medical staff around. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to any concerns you may have. Dr. Vest is the best! Hes very knowledgeable, smart, and kind.
So thankful for the kindness shown to me by all staff. Dr. Carl Vest is amazing. He takes time to listen and is very thorough. As a nurse myself, I really appreciated the care and feelings of concern that I received.
Unfortunately they billed me incorrectly. After duplicating the claim, my credit card was charged twice when we had already paid the co-pay. After speaking with their billing department over 6 times and having my insurance company call them to demand a refund, they failed to reimburse me. I spent hours on the phone with them when they said they werent allowed to refund me until the correct they claim, which was illegal because too much time had already past. I can no longer reach the billing department and am never getting service from this location again because of the fraud committed.
Took my 4 yr old in for his ears on 6/13 and was told his ears were clear and no problems. My son kept complaining about his ears so I took him to a different doctor today 6/19 and was told he has a double ear infection and one looks really bad. Mercy either completely ignored this or were just incompetent. Avoid this location if you can !!
Clean, new technology and very friendly staff. Best overall urgent care facility Ive ever visited and its not even close. Highly recommend.
I had just been prescribed a new medication to help my kidney function. My doctors office was closed for the weekend so I went to Mercy-GoHealth to get tested for a uti. After researching my new medication I had a lot of questions and he took time to answer all my questions until I was comfortable taking it. Several years ago I was in the area and needed to go to urgent care. I had the same experience then also.
I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone who needs help. The people here are the best. Theyre efficient, quick, professional, and compassionate. The most compassionate person to me was Jeb. Jeb took the time to help me out to my car when he realized that I was not able to carry my items with me. Everyone there provided service with a smile and its a great experience and great place to go!
I had to come in to the urgent care to be seen about a splinter/small wound that I had on my arm. Dr Vest saw me and was very helpful, professional, kind and practical. I highly recommend this clinic, and Dr Vest for any of your healthcare needs. Excellent care!
Service is good but heaven forbid you need to collect records or billing info after the visit. Records dept. is a third party company and billing is a separate third party company. The clinic itself can’t provide you any billing information from your visit although they … um, billed you at the clinic? If you’re are in a situation where you may need records of the visit in the future I would use a different clinic or prepare for an automated phone process or three.
Not an urgent care. Just a medical clinic that sometimes takes walk ins. We came in and were not told a wait time. No one was checked in online or in the clinic but us. Then we heard them tell a phone in person it was a 2-3 hour wait. When I inquired our wait time, was told appointments go first and it was probably a 30-45 minute wait. They turned away the next walk-in that came in and told them they could schedule for tomorrow. Need to change the name if you are not going to actually see patients who need urgent care. Should be call Mercy-TomorrowCare.
The nurses are super friendly and professional, the doctors are really nice. However dont expect to have a long conversation with the doctor, During my last visit the doctor was in my room looked at me, gave me a prescription and sanitizing his hands on his way out the door in under 90 seconds.Definitely recommend scheduling your appointment online, it means you dont have to wait forever. And you can get lucky for same day scheduling sometimes! Then its a tap on a touch screen and maybe two check boxes and a signature on a 1 page form. This is my go-to urgent care.
Worst place to go. Did not do anything for me other than charge me $161 after insurance helped cover some of the cost. Would not write me a prescription and did not do proper testing. My dentist had to call in medicine for me before these idiots would. Avoid at all cost or you’re going to be left with a hefty bill.Place is a joke / scam
I wrote up an entire review, but noticed it had not been shared on here. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Vest. I had a wonderful doctor, who sadly passed away, and Dr. Vest made me feel like I had been his patient for a very long time, he spent the time to really try to figure out what was going on and encouraged follow up. I will definitely be back when Dr. Vest is working. Dr. Vest, if you are reading this, I think I figured it out this morning, I have a grapefruit allergy I thought you would want to know! The nurse was also fantastic, I just don’t remember his name.
Doctor Vest was thorough in his questions and checkups and really listened, he found the problem very quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to, I didnt feel like I was trying to prove my pain was real to him like I have had to feel with other doctors in my life. The waiting room was very quiet too and had pleasant lighting, which was great for me because I am autistic and I cant handle multiple channels of sensory input when Im in pain. Overall great experience here.
Sick as all get up and I got shoved out the door by Dr C Vest over a year ago (coming back to update now) this “dr” made me feel like it was all in my head. That my symptoms weren’t real. He “quoted” how I said I was feeling during the office visit. I left in tears because of this “dr” and with no help or answers. Two weeks after leaving this office I found out I have cancer. I’ve been fighting since. So screw you Dr C Vest!!! How dare you make a human being feel like I did that day. Learn some bedside manner and get a heart!
I felt my pain was dismissed. I fell and hurt my hip badly last Tuesday. Same day, we went to urgent care. I could hardly walk. The doctor made me do some moves with the leg and said I had nothing broken. I requested an X-ray, but the doctor said it was not necessary. The treatment was a muscle relaxer and OTC ibuprofen. The pain continued to be so bad that we returned on Thursday and asked for an X-ray. The PA said nothing was broken, and it would just take time. I asked both the doctor on Tuesday and the PA on Thursday about the possibility of me having a hairline fracture or non-displaced fracture. They said no, categorically. By Saturday, I could not stand the pain. We decided to go to the ER, where a CT scan showed a broken bone, a non=displaced fracture. I felt my concerns and my pain were not taken as seriously as they should have been. Everyone was very nice, doctor, PA, nurses, but when a person complains of unbearable pain and can hardly walk, if the diagnostic equipment is not available at Urgent Care, then the patient should be sent to the ER. I endured 4 days of excruciating pain on OTC ibuprofen. I am disappointed that I was not taken seriously.
I’ve had a previous great exeperience here, and when I went yesterday, it was no different! I’m very pleased with everyone’s compassion and kindness. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Keelee, the PA, was so awesome! She was very caring and compassionate, left room for questions, and asked what meds I would like to take. I felt relieved after my visit knowing I got the appropriate testing and advice! Thank you Fayetteville GoHealth!
This “doctor” (Vest) 🙄, did absolutely NOTHING at the visit for a 3 year old, except ask if she’s in daycare or preschool and say it’s “probably just a virus”. No actual care or checking of anything! Thanks, genius, for your hard work and obviously imaginary medical degree. What a waste of time and resources for the general public. I will never be back to anything that is owned by Mercy or recommended them to anyone.
Very friendly and helpful staff and doctors. They took time with me and made me feel heard. The entire place is clean. Everyone was very positive and nice. I appreciated how seriously they took their job and helping people. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Dr. Vest and team were absolutely fantastic! We visited an insta-care closer to our home only to be turned away, as it was 45-minutes to close. We arrived at Mercy-GoGealth 20 minutes later and they immediately took the care of our son as top priority. The team and Dr. Vest truly went above and beyond to take care of us.Their approach, care and kindness truly made for an excellent medical experience. Thank you team, now we have a medical crew we know we can trust!
I injured my knee while helping a neighbor with his outdoor deck. Ultimately my knee required 10 stitches. Originally I went to Washington Regional Emergency Room but they were packed. Mercy Urgent Care were able to get me in quickly although they had other patients. Keelee stitched me up and what an amazing job she did. I doubt there will be much of a scar. Jeff did a fantastic job of cleaning the wound and prepping me for stitches. I was surprised how well Keelee and staff were able to manage my wound and incoming patients in a timely manner. Mercy will be my go to with any other issues in the future.
Highly recommend. Everyone is so kind, merciful, loving, helpful, patient, gentle, understanding, & generous - with a great sense of humor!
Warning: this clinic auto-processes payments under the guise of “it’s in the fine print.” This clinic auto-charged our debit card on August 8. We thought it was fraudulent. After a round of phone calls, we were told that it’s in the agreement we signed and that a bill was sent on August 3rd… so they auto-charged this payment only 5 days after the invoice (not even the standard payment window). Seems like something that should have been explicitly stated when signing. Shame on us for not fully reading it… but who ever fully reads those? We assumed it was your standard doc stating payment responsibility that we were signing. We didn’t suspect we were giving authority to charge our account at any time without specific transaction authorization. So you know, maybe pick a different clinic if you need urgent care.
TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION!!! I had the flu and paid $90 upon my visit on thanksgiving. Today, 1.22 my card was charged another $160 because they said they have the right to charge my card for any invoice. I said what invoice? And the transferred me around, cant speak to office. DO NOT GO HERE
Your staff worked hard to get me in promptly, before my 9:45 appt. The young dr was exceptional, kind, listened well and explained things patiently. All around a very positive experience
They turned me away just to be able to get home sooner. Said there were people in front of me and it’d be after close so instead of being seen to be treated what I think is bronchitis, they sent me somewhere else so they could close sooner
I had a negative experience with Merry Clinic as they refused to see my 72-year-old mother simply because her ID had expired. It was disappointing to see them prioritize outdated bureaucracy over the wellbeing of their patient. Fortunately, we were able to find another urgent care that was able to provide the necessary care and help heal her pain. I would not recommend Merry Clinic to others.
It was super fast , front desk reception was super nice and seemed happy to be there :)
Made appointment on line. Staff was extremely nice! Doctor was friendly and a very good clinician.
Care was great. Every physician or staff member I encountered was great. However, their billing is terrible. Been trying for well over a month to get my refund. Keep getting the run around. Called 5 times and they Keep saying it will be in my account 5-7 business days. Ive been told that 4 times and its been well past that time frame. They wont let me speak to a manager. No one will give a good explanation as to why I havent received it yet. Kind of at a loss. Will not go back because of their billing dept.
The entire staff was capable and friendly. They treated my elderly mother with such kindness.
The doctor and service were fine, however the billing was incorrect and sneaky. Several months after an urgent care visit and appropriate copay was paid for such, without warning we were charged and additional amount because it was what turns out to be coded for a specialist visit. It was most definitely not a specialist visit and feel that it is dishonest to code as such and charge (not even a bill) automatically for an increase over 3 months later.
Everyone out there is professional. The time you were waiting just can help fill out personal information. Short waiting time. Clean environment. And Dr. Vest is a very nice to talk with, his knowledge helped me get recover very soon
The nurse and doctor were easy to talk to and they listened. They also explained my bronchitis issue and relieved other worries, no ear infections. And their personalities were great!
Dr. Vest was incredibly kind, understanding, and informative. He really listened to us when I explained symptoms of strep that my 5 yr old had. He took the time to explain to my son what he was doing in order not to worry him. He prescribed antibiotics and then when my other 2 kids started having the same symtpoms, I called him and he prescribed them antibiotics as well. He listened to my intuition without making me drag 3 sick kids back into the doctors office. That saved me so much stress and time. One of the best doctors weve ever seen hands down.
My friend was here on Friday and they wouldnt test her for anything after asking to be tested for flu/strep/covid just gave her steroid shot and sent her on her merry way. We are now in the ER on Sunday as the steroid didnt do anything and her symptoms are worse. If you dont want to end up like my friend in the hospital I would suggest not going here.
We love Dr. Vest and staff! Always receive excellent care whether in-person or virtually. Worth the wait!
Very great experience today - we are from out of town and daughter woke up not feeling well. Checked in online and picked our time to come (my mercy app) and taken back almost immediately. Very kind nurse and doctor (Dr. Vest). As we left I told my husband that it was the best urgent care experience Ive ever had. Wish they were in our area.
Waited about thirty minutes to be taken back after checking in (no appointment), so that wasnt bad. Proceeded to wait an hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the nurse practitioner and to be referred somewhere else. I was told they couldn’t do any of the tests needed, no scans, nothing. The pain reliever I got a prescription for is just extra strength Aleve. Glad I paid money for this and that they charged me up front. I would hardly pay $20 for this. Had any tests or anything been done, I would’ve been fine. But nope, barely got anything and got charged in full.Edit: added some clarity to my waiting periods and what I was told before leaving
I was able to book an appointment online for that same day. When I walked in, the waiting room was empty, and I was seen by the doctor right away. It was much better than other urgent care wait times that I have had in the past where you have to sit in the waiting room forever. The nurse and doctor were awesome. I highly recommend!
The waiting time, cleanliness of the clinic and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to visit an Urgent Care.
Quick and friendly response. We had a cat bite on a hand and we were visited quickly. The doctor asked important questions, looked at the injury, and determined the correct medication. He produced a document with all the necessary tasks to do at home. We were out of there in a reasonable time. The cash fee was very reasonable.
The doctor took a lot of time with me. He took my concerns seriously and treated me with kindness and compassion.
The Dr was so kind and explained things. Office staff was great. I think this is my fav. Dont get sick much but Ill be back when need be.
I called multiple places in town to see if I could get a test for something I’d been exposed to. I’m always nervous going to a new clinic, especially during these times because all the rules are different & I don’t currently have insurance. They were kind from the phone call through the entire visit. I was able to reserve a time slot online and be seen within minutes of the scheduled time. Each of the three people I encountered working were friendly and helpful. Dr Vest was the best! He listened to me and talked through my symptoms - seeking to understand me instead of rushing to a conclusion. I will go back to them in a heartbeat.
The doctor that saw me that day was exceptional and had some of the best bedside manner I have ever seen in the medical field (I neglected to remember their name). As someone with 11 plus years of medical experience myself I can say that every time I have been to the Fayetteville Mercy gohealth it has been a beautiful experience. The staff are very welcoming and informative as well as pleasant to communicate with. Best urgent care in NWA in my opinion. Keep up the amazing work everyone!
Hands down, best Urgent Care experience ever. Dr. Vest and the nurse on 12/26/2021 took excellent care of me. They were so caring and compassionate! I wish I could make him our primary doc from now on. Thank you so much!
Every Nurse, PA, and Doctor who has helped our family has been wonderful! They listen and they care. We LOVE this Mercy-GoHealth clinic!
This is the best kept secret in Fayetteville. Very clean facility. My daughter and I were in and out in half an hour. We were the only ones in the waiting area until we got a room so no exposure to other sick people. The X-ray tech that checked us in and the doctor who treated were both very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care clinic.
I like the doctor, I like the staff. The reason I am writing this review is that I went in for a regular covid test like I had before and paid 200 dollars where I had previously paid nearly nothing. The reason this happened is that the insurance code was charged as a regular doctors visit instead of a covid visit. My insurance company and I fought with them for a year and now it doesn’t even matter because they charge the same for a covid test and a regular visit now. I am glad I was able to afford this charge, other people might not be as lucky. I am never going there again.
I scheduled a appt online after reading a few reviews, got in same day and was in and out within 45 min. Great staff, reasonable wait time, Dr. Vest was amazing, one of the best Doctors I’ve been too in NWA. Highly recommend.
Horrible and uncaring. This is supposed to be a walk in clinic so as to avoid the emergency room. I worked a twelve hour shift and came home to a very sick kid and brought her here. They said that I missed the walk in cut off time by 5 whole minutes even though they werent closed and the website says walk ins were welcome. They had NOBODY ELSE THERE and they turned away my visibility sick child. Lady sounded almost mocking as she said it. Never had a problem with any Mercy Health establishments before this one.
Dr. Vest was personable and very knowledgeable. I felt like he was practicing in the best interest of my son.
Just went here on Labor Day to get my young kiddos checked out. I was so impressed with the care we received. The nurse practitioner was kind and very knowledgeable. She gave us more time than most MDs I have seen and discussed her recommendations very thoroughly. The clinic was clean and the system was easy to navigate. We will be back.
My experience was great! Super easy to make a next day doctors appointment online. After I checked in they called me into a room shortly after. They took my insurance and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Will be back!
One of the women at the desk and the doctor were some of the most kind and helpful professionals Ive dealt with in the medical field. I know they had answered the questions I had probably a hundred times that day and had dealt with a lot of difficult people before me but were still very thorough and personable. I really appreciated that. I felt they did all they could to alleviate such frustrating circumstances (chaos of a lot of people getting tested at once, etc)
Excellent experience. Thorough examination and treatment.
Our family of five needed a specific Covid test for a trip to Hawaii. We saved our spot online and were in and out quickly. The entire staff and Dr. Vest were exceptional! Very friendly and provided important information for uploading the test results properly. If I ever need an urgent care facility in the future, I will most definitely come here!
Very fast service, kind doctor, clean facility. My only concern/question was why the front office needed to know my religion to check me in. Made me quite uncomfortable, I just dont see how that relates to treatment. But I give this place 5 stars, they took very good care of me and had me in and out quickly! (Edited to add: I was asked the religion question out loud by a staff member infront of 2 other people.)
Horrible Drs. My son went in need of a chest X-ray and they denied him with symptoms. He is a student and we needed a place for him to go to be tx away from home. This is not the place.
I have only ever had an amazing experience at this location until today and i would absolutely never recommend this location because of it. came in the get covid tested out of genuine concern and not only did the nurse i saw have his mask below his nose upon entering my room, he proceeded to voice his own personal opinion on how “over blown” the seriousness of covid is and essentially tell me i was dumb for coming to get tested. the doctor didn’t seem to care about the fact that i had been directly exposed and nearly rolled his eyes at me when asking if i had symptoms. when my visit was over i was merely handed my results sheet and the doctor walked out without a word. this clinic used to be a very comfortable place to go with personable and KIND nurses and doctors but today i got the worst care i have ever received anywhere.
I got seen super quick, earlier than my saved appointment! The waiting room and patient room were super clean. The staff was so kind and attentive.
This is one of the mercy gohealth urgent care I like. They are always helpful. I had to change my appointment time with in 10 minutes of me making it. The desk clerk was nice about it. The rest of the staff was friendly and nice.
Everyone was so nice. They made me feel very comfortable, listened to everything I had to tell them and were very compassionate. My Rx was called in immediately and I was able to get it within 15 min. Thank you to all for helping at a time of feeling very ill.
I love going to this walk in clinic everyone that I have seen and works there is very professional. I recommend this place to my friends and family. Its quick and easy and they are very welcoming. You can tell the people that work there really care. Thank you to the mercy go health on college in Fayetteville AR for doing a great job.
Staff was very kind and accommodating. The doctor and nurse I saw really cared and listened to my concerns. I would absolutely choose to go back to this clinic if I am in need of urgent care again.
Mercy Urgent Care has always been my go to, staff are friendly, the doctors are friendly, and they seem like they genuinely want to help you out. A lot of other urgent cares/clinics seem to have staff that arent nearly as kind.
This was the best doctor visit I have ever had. I came in incredibly nervous about an illness I thought I had. Dr. Vest went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and provided compassionate care. The visit was quick and everyone was very friendly. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr. Vest has to be Fayetteville’s best kept secret.
They were the kindest most thoughtful people. They listen. Not only do they care, but they listen to you and treat your symptoms and treat you like a human being. Not just a number. I cannot express enough the care I got from them. I would give them 100/10 if I could. Thats how good of care I received.
I would like to take this opportunity and give a great 5 Plus star review to this location and Dr. Carl Vest. One of my family members got COVID right before Christmas and we found out Dec 31. They got us in on Jan 1 and did the rapid test for my whole family. In and Out in 30 minutes. Dr. Vest spent time with us explaining a lot of unknowns about COVID. I really appreciate his time and professionalism. This is how medical places and doctors should act and care for patients. I know a lot is going on right now and you guys are doing an awesome job and you are appreciated! Thank you sir and to your staff. Stay safe.
So far I am waiting on an appointment when I walked in there a few hours ago thinking this was an urgent care. I’ve heard good reviews about the care that people receive however I have been bitten by either brown recluse spider or black widow and it needs immediate attention, and I’m a little irritated that you have to make an appointment for urgent care. That’s nothing like anything I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care place. So I’ll give them a chanceBut my leg is swelling and I have Dr. the bite to the best of my ability but I need immediate care.
Dr. Vest and his nurse, I didnt catch her name, were AMAZING. They both treated me with care and respect. Dr. Vest quickly diagnosed me, gave me all sorts of tips for the issue and prescribed me what he felt I needed. And the nurse, she gave me a steroid injection, and I didnt feel anything! She is the kind of nurse you want taking care of your loved ones, sames goes for Dr. Vest!
I would highly recommend the Mercy GoHealth (Fayetteville) Urgent Care. From making an appointment online (easy, same day, save-my-spot options) and the friendliness of the front desk, to Dr. Vest being kind, professional and thorough, this is easily the best Urgent Care facility I’ve visited and I would quickly recommend.Update: we’ve used the Urgent Care clinic on additional occasions and have had fantastic experiences with both Dr. Vest and NP Karrie Huber. We make the 90-minute drive because it’s worth it to avoid ridiculous wait times and subpar care that we receive at urgent/convenient care clinics closer to home.
If you are ready for your insurance to essentially be voided and end up paying $200 for 10 minutes with a PA, which you cannot reason with them at all as they have no idea how to file insurance claims and is discretely charged to your card without your confirmation, then yea this is the place for you.
I have been to 6 or 7 different after hours Clinics around Springdale / Fayetteville since moving here in 2006. I went to the clinic on Saturday Aug 15th.. This was my first time at a Mercy facility. I had the best care/experience. The Tech and Doctor Vest were comprehensive, detailed, informative, insightful , caring and ran all the right tests. The Doctor took the time discussing my symptoms. He nailed the diagnosis and within 12-24 hours, with meds, I was feeling the best I had felt in over a week. I will not go anywhere else except this clinic!!!Thank You
The staff were friendly and professional, and the facility was very clean. I had an appointment and did not have to wait long.
Honestly the visit was amazing and they got me in quick and booked an appointment online. The reason I am leaving a one star review is due to a magical bill that appeared in my mail and the steps that followed.I went in for a Covid screening and was in and out just like that. 4 months later I get a bill for $213 dollars. I then found out that I somehow waived my medical insurance so I did not have insurance at the time of visit. The last week I have spent a total of 9 hours on hold trying to call the number they provided on the bill. 9 hours. I called everyday for 3 days and stopped the call when I reached 3 hours of holding. I emailed them the same day and was told that I will get a response within 72 hours. 84 hours later I still have not heard anything.Today I finally get ahold of the department after another hour long hold and the associate was not very well informed and sounded like he had close to zero idea what he was talking about. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was given the same story. The supervisor even told me there was no such thing as financial assistance and the best he could offer was a payment plan. Please see the attachment that says there is financial assistance available.I meet both qualifications listed on the piece of mail they sent to me both the supervisor stated otherwise and when I asked him how is that he could not give me an answer. After asking him to explain this several times and he was not able to I finally gave up and ended the call.Be careful of surprise bills from here and if you do get them good luck getting any sort of help from their support desk. I will choose a different clinic for future visits due to the poor customer service after my visit and over the phone.
I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care!!! Highly recommend. I had a medical issue that required multiple follow ups in a short period of time. I met many members of the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to put me at ease and calm my nerves. A+ care. I won’t hesitate to return for any of my family’s future needs.
I have put off writing this review for a long time but at this point I’ve about lost my mind with my experience here. I’ve received great care at GoHealth Urgent Care, especially with Dr. Vest. However, billing is an absolute NIGHTMARE. There are incorrect bills for multiple visits that I have been dealing with for over a year now. I have sent EOBs from my insurance multiple times for each and I am still receiving incorrect bills over and over. When I call to get it sorted out, sometimes they tell me they have never received the EOBs and other times they can magically find them. My bill is STILL wrong though even if they can locate them. Most recently, they told me they never received my EOBs so a rep from my insurance sent them directly. The rep gave me reference numbers, etc. and said the urgent care told him that it would be processed and adjusted on my account in a few days. Despite this, yesterday I received a call that they have sent the bills to collections!!The amount of time that I have wasted on this is completely absurd. The billing staff that I talk to is clueless and always giving me different answers. What is so difficult to understand about my bill not matching the EOBs? I will absolutely never step foot in here again strictly because of the billing nightmares.
The nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable about Hawaii travel and COVID testing and were very fast, helpful, and friendly. On a separate visit, I received prompt service, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and the nurse and doctor were helpful and offered solutions.
If you can avoid going to this urgent care then do so! They refuse to use the correct coding information to submit to my insurance. I’m receiving bills when I shouldn’t be!! They are in network with my insurance company and they keep billing my visits incorrectly then sending me statements! Even my insurance company said they use codes they shouldn’t be using. I went in for sinus pressure and got a shot and they billed that incorrectly! I’ve started using MedExpress and I’ve had no issues with billing. Whoever is doing the coding doesn’t know what they are doing and the billing department refuses to listen to me or to my insurance company when they call them. I’ve been dealing with sinus issues forever and never had any issues with billing until I visited Mercy Urgent Care.
Easily one of the most positive health care experiences weve had with our toddler son. Practitioners were patient, kind, sensitive to his feelings and thorough in answering my questions. Extremely thankful to know an urgent care with this level of service exists in our community!
The place was great! I tried 4 other places and finally found Mercy Urgent Care that was open and would see me. Everyone was so very nice and got me back quickly. The Dr. was very thorough and didnt rush out. He explained what was wrong and gave directions on the meds to take. Thank you all for treating me so very well. God bless you. 🙏😊
A really well designed system that works for the patients needs and comfort. Dr. Vest is one of the best doctors Ive ever dealt with. He took his time with us and explained in detail what we needed to know.I would highly recommend this facility.
My girlfriend and I came in for a fairly serious female health issue. My girlfriend is fairly phobic of doctors and it took a lot of courage for her to come in. The nurse, Donna, condescendingly said, Well, you didnt need a referral to see an OB/GYN. And then coldly responded to each of my girlfriends responses as my clearly stressed, sweet partner had to struggle to explain exactly her symptoms. We will not return again. It is deeply disrespectful to my girlfriend and to the practice of medicine.
Staff was extremely professional and accommodating. We have taken both our daughters here and both times received prompt service. The facility is brand new so all the exam rooms are very nice and clean. Would highly recommend.
Completely horrible experience. My son was injured during a JV basketball game. When I walked in to this place I asked if they were able to do stitches. The woman at the desk said he would need to be evaluated first, but the Dr stood up and said she didn’t examine head injuries. She was extremely aggressive and continued to yell at us that she wouldn’t be liable for diagnosing a head injury. My son is 14. She could have showed some compassion. We went to the ER at Northwest Hospital where my son was immediately seen and treated.
What is less than 1 star. My daughter in law who is fully vaccinated went for a COVID test due to shortness of breath and they said it was a 2 to 3 hr wait laughed at her when she asked for an appointment or to wait for the test. Honestly its unbelievable how unprofessional they were. She is going to another urgent care center to find out her status. I cant believe that someone who has taken all the right steps to protect herself and others doesnt qualify for a bit of professional service when having shortness of breath.
Navigating a phone menu is the last thing I want to do while sick. It needs to be a person or a quick prompt.
Let me start by saying wow, this clinic is awesome. I went there for a UTI and received the best care. The clinic was sparkling clean, automated check-in, friendly nurse, no wait, knowledgeable doctor who actually listened to me. Wait, so what’s the catch? Um that would be the billing department. Two to three months after the appt, I finally received the bill and it was for the wrong amount. That is, they have been billing me out-of-network when they are in fact in-network with my insurance. I called my insurance provider and for once we were in agreement about a claim— the bill is being processed incorrectly, we are in-network. They said they would call the clinic and tell them to fix it. After two unsuccessful attempts (like getting disconnected messages) they finally made contact. Surprisingly, the billing admin had NO RECORD OF MY EXISTENCE. Really? Because you’re somehow still able to send me a bill. My insurance company finally asked me to contact them to get it sorted out (lame punt, I know). I emailed them three times, waiting one to two weeks in between, before they finally responded and told me to TALK TO MY INSURANCE. Are you kidding me? This has been dragging on for six months. Get it together already. Issue is still not resolved, at this rate I anticipate it will drag into the new year. Fellow googlers, you have been warned.
Dr. Vest was very helpful and answered all my concerns.
Good service and good staff, always been happy with Mercy. Every single visit to the multiple locations we have been to, we were and still are very satisfied with the care we received. Thank you!
The first couple times we used this place it was very nice and the doctor was very helpful. Last week we went and the doctor did not listen to what I already know was wrong because it is an ongoing issue but our provider was out. Now the problem is worse and when I called the person was very unhelpful and rude. They basically said if you want to come back in and pay another $50. I will not go back again.
I observed the highest quality of medical care at this facility. Professional and pleasant greetings made my check in a breeze. The doctor and her staff were excellent in providing my diagnosis and instructing me for home care.
We were visiting Arkansas from out of state when my nephew became sick. I took him to the Mercy GoHealth in Fayetteville and the care and service was absolutely outstanding. The facility is clean and easy to find. Julie greeted us and helped us to figure out our insurance and Natalie, the nurse practitioner, cared for my nephew. Thank you Julie and Natalie for taking such amazing care of my nephew!!!!
This clinic has excellent staff who are detail oriented, caring, and efficient. Its a modern and nice facility. Great service. I had the flu. They gave me the choice of Tamiflu and Xofluza. I chose Xofluza because it stops contagion within 24 hours. It worked great for me and Id recommend that and this clinic to anyone who has the flu or needs immediate non-emergency medical attention.
Great visit. Professional and personal service. Much appreciated…
The Provider was helpful and knowledgeable. The Staff members were very kind and patient. We had held a spot for later in the day in case we didnt get in earlier. They got us in and cancelled the later spot all while keeping a smile on their face.
Mercy-GoHealth is by far the best urgent care facility in the NWA area. I had barely any wait time at all and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, especially Dr. Vest. Truly compassionate people who try to help you the best they can and provide great service.
Sick of reserving my appt time hours ahead online, and still waiting an hour every time I visit! Ive only come back multiple times because the first time they were great and I was hoping that was the normal and this was just something that happens rarely. But nope! Waiting an hour when they are EMPTY inside and parking lot is empty every time anymore! Not coming back again!
This is without a doubt the best urgent care facility I have every been to. The level of care is top notch, and the resident staff is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The best thing is that there was no paperwork to fill out! Thanks for the positive experience.
Absolutely worst place ever! Couldn’t even be seen for a headache, ear ache, sore throat, and drainage. Front desk advised all symptoms were treatable by over the counter. Told them I’ve been treating it with over the counter stuff and hasn’t made a difference. Ask if they could prescribe something strong. Advised they don’t have narcotics in-house. First of a simple antibiotic could have treated my ears. And a little Sudafed could have worked. But noooo could not even see a physician it there’s even one. I can’t even take narcotics bc I don’t have the tolerance for it. If you don’t want to help people get out of this profession. Oh mind you their parking lot was completely empty.
Mercy clinic on College was a very clean facility and the staff friendly and efficient. I felt I was in good hands.
Amazing staff & provider on today. Highly recommend
The service was excellent! I signed in and they were able to put me in a room right away. They were very thorough in their diagnostic procedures and got me out quickly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!
10 out of 10. The guy who checked me in and triaged me was hilarious and I had so much fun cutting up with him. The doctor was super relatable and bedside manner was on point as well. Sad that they can’t be my primary care!!
Very kind and knowledgeable people. I dont have insurance, but the visit was affordable and they were respectful of my financial situation. The facility was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Staff was pleasant but will not bill insurance and they do not inform you at the time of the visit even though they take your insurance info. since I have insurance that covers 100% I would have gone to another facility if I was notified.
Impressive facility. New & clean. In & out so so fast. Really kind and patient with children. Very caring people. I’ve received a follow-up call each time I’ve visited. Thank you! So glad we have this Mercy option in Fayetteville!
The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They took a lot of time to explain things and answer questions.
My family has been using this location for a good while. We have continued to be impressed by the customer care of the staff and professionalism of the Doctors and PAs
I scheduled a virtual visit for today. I filled out all the forms and checked in only to wait two and a half hours for no one to show up! I finally gave up and called the clinic, no one answered and I was sent to voicemail.
The whole staff was great and kind!! Keelee Rowe,PA was very good explaining everthing , very smart lady!!
Issue of possible wrong medication. Online summary of visit mentioned of medication but I received different medication, later the medication I had received was added to list. So I dont know which ones to take. No one answers the phone, they keep their voice box full so they dont have to deal with anyone. I should be staying home to rest and not be out and about since Im currently contagious but looks like I have to go to clinic in person
If I can give a 0 star I would! The receptionist guy doesnt know what hes doing. Had to repeat myself 10 times that my husbands first name isnt my last name. He kept insisting that on our insurance it has my husbands first name as my last name. They couldnt even get the insurance through because BCBS billing department wont let them send the bill anymore.
Doctor was great but they called my meds into a pharmacy that was closed, and when I called to ask them to send it to a different pharmacy they said they would but did not. Twice. So I guess Ill wait until Monday and go to the pharmacy that was closed to get my medicine.
The staff was very kind and eager to help me. Good environment.
The Doctor and staff are very professional and friendly. Checking in was a breeze. They made sure I understood all that they were doing and answered any and all questions.
Went on sunday, took less than 10 minutes for me to see the doctor, and the doctor so nice and friendly.
All they cared about was money and not my infected finger. I told them I would have the $120 tomorrow or the next day. I will never go back. It’s almost bad as northwest clinics
The staff here is so accommodating and is very elaborate when explaining to patients. They were so helpful, welcoming, and respectful.
Absolutely amazing service! I would highly recommend them. Quick, super friendly, and very great overall care.
Very friendly, great customer care, quick to be seen. Pleased with the level of care.
Great facility. Great staff. I really appreciated the care, concern, and attention I received from my provider (Dr. Vest, I think). Highly recommend.
The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was so courteous, helpful, and professional. If needed - I would not hesitate to come back.
In and out pretty quickly for a COVID test. Staff were very friendly and helpful for letting me know what insurance would cover.
I would give more stars if I could! We walked right in and my son was taken care of before I was even finished with the paperwork. The woman at the front desk and the doctor couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful.
I appreciate the short wait time, thorough evaluation and efficient treatment for symptoms.
Great experience with my first visit to Mercy Go Health Urgent Care and with the quality of service from the entire staff and especially Dr. Vest.
Really nice environment. Dr Vest and staff are excellent. I’m and out fairly quick.

They were timely, kind and professional. They took our safety during the pandemic seriously, explained our results and we weren’t just a number...
They were super helpful! They also got me in and out pretty fast.

18 year old went for rapid covid test for known exposure and they sent us a bill for $75!
The staff here is efficient, thorough, friendly, & highly effective. A warm and welcoming environment, where you will feel at ease.
Very nice facility, no wait, no hassle and friendly staff.
Dr. Vest and staff were awesome- fast, accurate, safely conscious and efficient! Definitely recommended!
Had a great experience, staff was friendly and helpful, and got an evaluation of my worsening shoulder pain while waiting for an appointment with my doctor.
Had setup appointment on line and was seen on time and very professionally
Was greeted with friendly faces and conversation.Seen in a reasonably about of time. Liked the experience.

Dr Vest is a wonderful doctor and the location is so convenient.
Always a good experience. Great staff from start to finish.
Very glad Mercy has a walk-in clinic in Fayetteville. I hated driving to Rogers.
$200 for a rapid COVID test. Rude and inattentive front desk.
Wouldnt let both parents in with a sick kid. What kind of place would do that? Bad attitudes. Never recommend this place.
Was allowed to make an appointment today and showed and they were closed. Why let’s us make an appointment and not be open.
Staff was extremely professional and helpful. Great location it was easy to get in and out of.
Doctor was kind and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
Fast, and efficient service. Everyone was very caring and professional.
VERY GOOD
