Staff is super friendly and the Dr was very thorough. But this place is very disorganized. I’m a new client with them and in the less than one month I’ve been with them I’ve showed up for labs where the orders were never sent, told I didn’t need to bring things I specifically asked if I needed, then shown up to appointments to find out I actually did need it, not given information on things to bring to appointments in general, getting a runaround on picking up prescriptions, given wrong information repeatedly. In fact I was asked for info on my closest pharmacy, never told my prescriptions were only available at their internal pharmacy (or that they even had one). My prescriptions are currently lost between the two pharmacies with each one pointing the finger at the other as to why my prescriptions are delayed. Calling the JPS pharmacy yielded no results, the woman I spoke to was clueless and couldn’t help. Had to call back to the clinic AGAIN to see if they could get involved in chasing down my prescriptions. I’ve been told labs would be ready in a certain time frame and they were not. And I’ve been told I was enrolled in their internal insurance program by one person, and then told I wasn’t in the system by two separate people on the same day. It is almost impossible to reschedule an appointment. As of right now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes still waiting to speak to a person. Friendly staff but totally misinformed. Logistics at this place is an absolute nightmare!
Some people deserve 5 stars (Dr.J) others less than 1 (Dr. T) . Overall would be higher if EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Thmp is renewed there didnt exist constant consistent issues. Then they blame it on you. Or dont know what happened. The mental stress is beyond explosive. We are trying to survive. Yet The redundant calling, going up there, filling out the same application numerous times no communication, run around, makes me just want to go ahead and quit fighting to keep my life. Plus, issues at my job bc their incompetence. Florida is a breeze. Texas needs to get it together.
Used to be a great clinic. I was always impressed by the care they gave their patients. Now - it’s beyond bad. Nobody does their paperwork or answers phones. The doctors are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and are concerned about billing. Medication takes weeks to get, and while waiting for it the staff will openly lie and blame everyone else.
Back in 2012 I shattered my back. Jps without a doubt is the best hospital Ive ever been too. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They go far and beyond. Im now back at jps with other issues and I couldnt be more happy jps is taking care of me.
I called today to make an appointment, and the lady was like you havnt been here in a long time, their current open dates are in Sept...I have insurance, but could already tell i would be getting bottom of the barrel care. I told them no thank you, ill find another dr to see... their main hospital reviews are not the best either. do yourself a favor and look some place else.
I just moved area trying see a doctorNever answer phone staff is rude, being hold 45min for two days no answer fact the staff answer phone told me need run my insurance before making appointment they care nothing about us with underlying health issues keep ignore us like lab rats I am disappointed my 3 rd time in year tryna see a doctor with Jps Im scared to see any doctor in Forth Worth now nobody seems to care.
Has the worst costumer service ever, have been calling and sitting on hold for hours at at time and no one answers the phone, Im disgusted with the quality of service healing wings have been giving lately
If you wanna be on hold for 30/45 minutes just to book an appointment to be seen this is your place not like you got a choice this is one of the only clinics that will insure me for my medical condition
They dont answer their phones. Ive been trying to call for 3 days, 3 calls a day, morning, noon, and evening before my work shift is over.
Everyone is sweet and tries to take care of you. Whenever I dont have a ride they call the taxi and have me picked up and dropped off
It takes ever to get an appointment. Some of employees in front desk treat me like a junk .
Always friendly and Teri Moore is great with help on paperwork. Front staff is always friendly and helpful.
