The staff at the infusion center that I have met are supportive and friendly. Aside from the staff I have concerns for patients that enter the building at the infusion center. I took my father in for an appointment and on this day it was raining, and the entrance to the building had no protection from the rain only near the “drop off/pickup” area. Considering how some patients come in with bandaged wounds that should be kept dry it is a concern. There should be coverage from the rain up to the entrance of the building. Even at the “drop off/ pick up” area there was a large amount of water and I have seen a patient trying his best to keep dry and enter the vehicle but seeing how high the water stood he for sure got his wounds soaked in rain water. I also got my shoes soaked getting off my vehicle trying to help my father get into my truck so that he wouldn’t get his wound soaked.Anyone visiting be aware there is poor drainage in the area and not enough coverage from the rain.I hope my review can bring attention to the poorly planned out construction to this building.

My sister and I brought our mom in last week for a follow up from her infection at the hospital. We were so worried and honestly confused about the whole thing at first but the girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us.The first lady we spoke to seemed annoyed with us. I believe her name was Jesse or something and she might have even been a manager. She wasnt very kind to us but the other younger girl with red hair took the time to explain how the insurance was going to work and we were so thankful. Thank you so much to the doctors for taking care of our mom.

Unfortunately I have not been able to see a doctor here. I have been trying for over a month to get in and my doctors office has sent three referrals. The Dallas office will tell me that they see the referral but Fort Worth has it and to call them. Fort Worth has told me numerous things including that they have no record of me (even after telling me earlier in the day they saw me), and that the referral is incomplete. Most of the people I have spoken to have been rude and dismissive. I will say that Mimi has been very kind and helpful. I have at this time found another doctor who called me the same day they received the referral.

The Drs are always good after the long delay in getting in to see them. Front desk staff is argumentative and incompetent. It’s not that tough to coincide insurance and co pays, etc. there is no need to appear for a repetitive appointment 15 minutes early. The bill, insurance & copay always remains the same. What am I not understanding?

It’s a shame that I have to write this because the Dr and the nurse was wonderful, but the administrative staff, manager, and CEO are bizarrely incompetent.Long story short the admin staff didn’t understand the diff between my coinsurance and a copay. It took 50 min of them not letting me see the nurse for a very necessary shot, and I called their billing and my insurance to get it resolved, both backed up my story and not there’s.When I escalated to Jill, she was rude and dismissive and got facts about the billing incorrect. When I escalated to Leah, she apologized on their behalf but it was very half hearted and she went in on that i disrespected the staff. The staff made a mistake that I had to rectify and they refused to apologized. This attitude comes from the top.Avoid.Apparently being spoken to in a stern manner about a mistake they’ve made by a customer is a bridge too far for them. I did not use foul language and my stern demeanor started after their mistakes. No accountability from the staff. Rotten management that doesn’t take real responsibility.

I really don’t understand why the staff here consistently misses the mark. Something as simple as getting a prescription is like pulling teeth.

My Dr retired and I’ve been passed on to a to a PA. She’s very nice, but wouldn’t even biopsy the wounds on my face. I had to go to a dermatologist which did and I had a scary flesh and soft tissue bacterial infection, I know I got it from the facility.I’ve gotten lectured about not being Covid vaccinated, and I’ve had to cancel appointments because of God awful side effects from a new infusion treatment. I got lectured again. Too bad the nurse didn’t realize I have celiac’s and IBS. To this very day, I am still fighting the skin lesions and scaring. Need to find new Dr. 😒

Worst experience in Fort Worth office. The gal that checks you out always has had an attitude every time we have gone in and seems bothered when you ask questions. She is not friendly. Communication from their office/dr/nurse is terrible, almost nonexistent after messages left with the nurse. They really make us feel like they do not care. We have been battling a run around w getting a diagnosis of a disease on the spine and they are not empathetic at all.I really wish there were other ID facilities we could go to.*Update, 7/24/20. Since writing this review, the office manager has diligently worked with settling our issues. The doctor has also apologized for his part and he is trying his best to help us get the diagnosis we’ve been working toward since March. The nurse has also communicated better as she works with the Dr.

Your front desk is HIGHLY incompetent. Took an hour to be called back. I would have been called back on time had I been told to hand back the paperwork. Otherwise they thought I was still filling it out. When asked what the delay was (mind you, paperwork wasn’t mentioned) I was told Dr. Ram was running late and NOT in the office. When I was called back, I asked the nurse the status of Dr and apparently he was NOT running late and was in office. I was blatantly lied to by your front desk.I need to see Dr. Ram. Otherwise I wouldn’t come to this place.

My mother suffered with a UTI that would not go away for over a year. Dr. Hupert cured her in a couple of weeks. The staff is professional yet friendly. His nurse April is very responsive. And the nurses at the attached infusion center, particularly Lauren and Michelle, are wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable.

Trying to give this place a second shot because Dr. Hubert was awesome when I was in the hospital. But 1 hour behind schedule is unsatisfactory. Looks like I may be going back to Uptown Physicians Group in Dallas. Yet again, Fort Worth is failing to provide timely and convenient care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barbaro since 2008 and have only the highest regard, respect and affinity for both the doctor and his staff. He has expertly managed my conditions, infusions and infections often under somewhat trying circumstance due to my distance from Ft Worth. He is always a pleasure to be around, shows genuine interest and for me it has been important to know he is a Believer. I could continue, but suffice it too say I truly give Dr Barbaro the highest marks as a doctor and fellow human. Im going to miss him when he retires.

People here are disgusting to give a wonderful clinic that help people and save lives a 1 star rating because of a mural. I get it, but posting one star reviews because of a drawing being covered by a fence is not the way to solve the problem, your part of the problem now of why so many patients cannot get the help they need because of these stupid ridiculous reviews that have nothing to do with the actual practice going on in the clinic which if I may add is outstanding and the best I’ve ever had.
