This place is a joke. Customer service is the absolute worst. Ever since Esmeralda left it has gone way down hill. Will be switching providers ASAP
The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and aren’t very helpful at all. Instead of helping they just make the situation worse. I’ve been handling my mother’s appointments/medications for years but now I can’t get any information about her medical history despite being listed on her medical profile to have access to that information. They divulge information over the phone so easily but in person it’s a different situation? They need to communicate with each other to figure out the process. The guy at the front desk just asked for my name the other day and compared it to the name in her profile and was able to let me access her information but the girl today must’ve not gotten the memo on how things are done. One of them is incorrect. They need to have a meeting and figure it out because it’s causing inconveniences to those they are paid to help and they could possibly attend customer service training as well or get a new job they might be better at.
I had excellent experience as a new patient at the North Fine location. The Doctor Esmeralda listened to my needs and provided exceptional care. I am looking forward to their continued great service! :)
Super long wait times, horrible communications, appointments are made 3+ months out. It was my appointment day and Ive been waiting months for it, and they canceled on the day of and said I had to make another appointment, but they have nothing available until 4 months out!!! That is ridiculous. My previous appointment was a 2+ hours of wait time and all I needed was some booster vaccine shots, and they failed to tell me that they were out of 1 of them so they said Id have to make another appt to go to a different location. I cant believe I stayed with this place for 5 years. Time for a change.
My care here has been a blessing so I’ll make this review to also reflect that. My issue with this place has nothing to do with the doctors I see there but the front desk. They called me the morning of my appointment to cancel, which I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for this appointment for some pretty pressing issues. The soonest she could rescheduleme was another 6 weeks out. When I let her know what my issues were she pretty much told me there’s nothing she can do for me and that the other issue they wouldn’t even see me for?! Are you kidding me! You are my primary care providing office and you can’t help me?! Or even be compassionate and offer kindness? Instead the lady I spoke with was rude and very matter of fact. Luckily I love the doctor I see or else I’d definitely be searching for another office to be seen at.
Had an appointment at 1:30 and I showed up an half hour early. I waited over an hour and was late for my other appointments due to their inability to provide professional and timely services. They also required I be in person for my initial visit so that I could be seen virtually in a room in their office. They care nothing for the patient and are more concerned about their comfort and convenience!!!
Have been calling since 11am to make an appointment and have waited on hold more than 40 minutes at most before giving up. When rep finally answers she sounds irritated and is extremely rude. I had heard that these doctors are actually worth their title unlike most, but as of yet i am very dissatisfied with this clinic.It has been years since i have gone here or tried to and here i find myself again trying to make an appointment only to recall that this clinic might as very well not have any phones at all seeing as how they NEVER EVER EVER EVER ANSWER THEM. Glad to see some things dont change..Also Im changing my primary provider. I am officially done w this place!
After reading some of the reviews, it is definitely case by case experience with this location. I enjoy PA Hers services. Someone who truly is passionate in what she does and as for the staff, there has been more staffing in their office compared to 4 months ago. I had an appointment and was seen at the time I was schedule. With this kind of clinic people has to understand if you dont have an appointment and just going in as a walk in, youll have to wait for a no show or cancellation. At my previous Drs office, they would make me pay if I was a no show and they would make me reschedule if I was 15 mins late to my appointment, and if I forgot about my schedule appointment, I had to pay a fee for a No Show. Sometimes you win with certain clinics, and sometimes you lose. So...if you need care...just remember to plan accordingly and expect some plans dont go as planned. Some of these comments are funny. Cant complain when youre going in as a walk in and expect to be seen immediately. Thank you Clinica and PA Her.
Wow! Never had a problem with anyone here! Its basically getting in and out quickly. Questions answered medication sent out in a professionally manner. The girls up front are nice and friendly.The only problem that I had was when Dr. Ill couldnt accept me because I was high risk. But hes such a Gentleman👌.
Well after attending some sessions here over the process of about three months Ive realized that this place is basically run with a conservative bias. If you ask for just medication services they want to pile on a bunch of extra stuff and they make it sound as though its all compulsory and its all mandatory when other Healthcare Providers have told me that Behavioral Health Services are always offered on a voluntary basis so if I dont like a particular therapist or if I dont like a particular caseworker or Navigator, that its okay to tell the clinic that Im not interested in those services. However Clinica Sierra Vista has blown one voicemail that I made way out of proportion and they are now claiming that I missed numerous appointments with numerous different therapists in case managers when they never bothered to inform me in writing or by voice mail or by email what these dates were. And they seem to be really obsessed about moderate use of cannabis and alcohol even if a person has 15 years of clean time from far more dangerous chemicals. all they want to do is discuss the archaic failed drug war. So if you want Compassionate Care I would not recommend this clinic for you at all. By the way Ive escalated complaints to the corporate office but Im not holding out much hope that theyre going to improve their standard of care. NO EMPATHY.
I love the fine clinic . The staff is excellent welcoming and helpful all the time . I love my doctor she cares she listens and always takes action on my needs !
The absolute WORST office I’ve ever been to I made an appointment in SEPTEMBER and the soonest one was DECEMBER 31st! Then the day before my appointment they call to tell me they won’t accept my insurance when I’ve had this insurance since 2018 what a joke and the lady tells me when I made the appointment they’re told to ask for our insurance info and In her words “I guess they dropped the ball on that one” then offered to reschedule for February done with this place
Horrible worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. Front desk and receptionist are all rude and turn their nose up to everyone. Not helpful at all wish i could haves rated them a negative star. Rude sassy and downright ugly. Dr should fire them all.
Horrendous.I have permanent damage to a bone in my foot because they took 4 weeks to get my referral to an orthopedist. I called in EVERY DAY, and NO ONE ever answered. I called the main line, and they just transferred me to the same number that didnt pick up. I had to physically go in, and was told that the woman handling the referrals was out of town. When I got the referral, the break in my foot had already healed too much for the orthopedist to do anything, and it healed improperly. Expect malpractice and negligence here.
I was ok with them being busy, hard to make an appointment. In June I needed asthma medicine (to breath) and made an appointment... for late August. last year I paid $25 at their pharmacy, RIP OFF, my scrips are FREE at Walmart and list of other pharmacies.
Every time I come it’s always a bad experience because you make an appointment and you go inside an exam room and you wait for an hour just to see the damn doctor and then they expect you to pay 70$. Are they crazy. If they expect you to pay 70$ out of pocket they should at least see you at the expected appointment time!

The ladies in the front are always having personal discussions rather than attending to patients. They are quite rude. Wait time is long as well.
Horrible. They take forever to call patients i was waiting for 3 hours and closes at 5 and its 4:50 and they still havent called me. I dont recommend coming to this clinic. ...
My brother said the staff is nice but he had a very bad experience with the Doctor SUSAN WALLACE my brother had a panic attack after his last visit with this doctor he told me she kept harassing him about the whereabouts of his kids an asking him if child protective services got involved with him and his kids she also was harassing him about why hes not working all along she being aware of his mental disability kept asking about his kids an why hes not working an asking him dont you think you need to work. My brother is mentally disabled an can not work an this causes him to stress out and have really bad anxiety attacks a panic attacks which he had the last time he visited SUSAN WALLACE he will never be going back there an im looking into pressing charges an sueing.. SUSAN WALLACE needs to start focusing on helping her mentally disabled clients and stop harassing them.. It seems to me she became a doctor for all the wrong reasons.
Im diabetic i hadnt have my medication for a couples of days, they dont care about patients health conditions, im a walking patient, so i have to wait for another patient not to show up, so i could get seen by the doctor, this health system is terrible, i wish they were more like L.A. county they help u there n not make u wait, until u passed out.
This business is not friendly nor professional. Its as if, the staff does not respect the people they service, it only a business interested in billing insurance companies without any regard to the patients they serve. Unacceptable.
Not a friendly environment. Went there as a walk in and the nurse basically told me Im not welcome there and I should go to the one on elm Street even though I live down the street from this one. They also had me waiting forever so I just walked out.
Dr. Logan is the best doctor Ive ever had. Ive had good service here all around, no complaints!
