I was flagged down for the first time, about the post yesterday for my seizure perception refills.Just want a refill that’s all I’m asking. Elise/ crystal/ Evelyn, was helpful again today about my prescriptions. My new doctor need communication skills. My previous doctor was a awesome lady and resourceful doctor. Pay my respect for the help and support and resources they have given me. But the new staff needs work. I have called returned the call today, but yet no approval for my prescription yet. But able to do everything else, but my medication, I returned their 9:04 am, it’s still on my call log. I’m going to ER TODAY, just for refills. Thanks.
I’ve struggled a lot with CSV, and despite that and these negative ratings I actually enjoyed this visit. Quick and the MA Cristina was a sweet heart. MAs can really set the mood for patients especially when you’re a nervous reck like I can be and I seen Dr Ivan Munoz. Great and he knew what I had and my history before going in. I’ve noticed with a lot of drs they don’t really pay attention they’ll go in and ask u all these questions when it’s literally in the chart. He was awesome and to the point. Thank youThere wasn’t really a wait time. Not sure if that had to do with the day or the time I went in.
First of all I got to say the guy that took my vitals was polite and was able to relate to what I was going through which is alcohol withdrawal. But the doctor is another story, dr Thomas is what her name was. She came in, didn’t close the door, didn’t introduce herself, all she did was state that I was in the hospital earlier and got treatment, then said that’s all she could do, and that she wasn’t bout to lose her license for me, that she came too far. Didn’t even hear me out, I left that place feeling hopeless. Ya I wanted medication but my record doesn’t ever show that I was addicted to any medication but she judged me from the start. I will never go back there or take any of my kids there
100% NOT RECOMMENDED. During my entire pregnancy, ALL of the appointments I’ve had here at this location were absolutely TERRIBLE in many ways. From scheduling appointments, to lobby wait time, to doctor check ups. This location is so unprofessional, if you miss an appointment or try to reschedule an appointment they reschedule you 2-3 weeks later from original, they also they ask you to arrive 15-20 mins early prior to your appointment for honestly no reason because even when you do arrive on time and check in, they still make you wait forever to be called into the back for the check up. I showed up to my appointment 20 mins early and had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes just to be called in the back and still waited another 30 minutes to be seen. I was only seen for 7 mins. I was there till after closing time. I will not be continuing any future appointments for me and my children at this location.
The staff at this location is so rude! They treat people like trash. Stephanie teams up with her coworkers to belittle the patients. People go to clinics because they are sick and seeking help; they should be trained to be companionate, professional and kind like the front desk at the other Clinics Sierra Vistas. I waited to be seen all day and was never helped.
Horrible care! Dr wanted my child to get tested, receptionist asked me to wait outside by the back door I parked in the loading zone because there were no other parking space near the back door until a truck came and asked me to move, I went and told the receptionist I was going to be on the other side of the parking lot so she can find me, and said “no, stand by the back door” which I did but no one ever showed up after 20min. Under the sun with a very sick child I decided to just leave
Worst Dr and office in the CV. You ask for a referral and they close them out. Its a 20 minute hold. Then youre told you need a new apt. How can it be closed out if it was never done? Why leave a message for me to call back. Run from this uncaring Dr and staff.
My kids have been sick but the ofc staff tell me they can come in on the 7th,!? Are you kidding?? Ok well Dr may call you but hes booked? What?? I need a new pediatrician. I too many times to let this happen.
I am pregnant I have been having questions concerning my pregnancy and I am worried. I have called 4 times in two days and they keep giving me the run around saying they will call me back but they never do, every time i call back to let them know I have been waiting for a call back they get irritated and cut me off by asking me my birthday VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I am worried for the well being of me and my baby and I get no help !! Some one help me please..
They have awful staff. Stephanie helped me out, she was rude and her lack of patience was clearly visible. The Drs are decent but not worth the rudeness and lack of care from the staff.
I had an appointment for lab at 3pm i told the front desk lady and she said to write my name on the lab so i did,waited until 4:20 and never got called and then asked another girl and she said the lab was already close so infuriated waited more than an hour for nothing..
I dont see why they have us make appointments if they dont call you when your scheduled. Iv been sitting here its 10:08 my appointment was at 9:15 . They are calling everyone that just walked in . Wth is going on .
Trash service. Called to ask about covid testing, lady was no help & rude. & they always have long wait times to be seen. Do not recommend this place.
I have a 12pm appointment and Im still sitting in the waiting room at 12:47. Why would they schedule me for noon and wait till 1pm or later to call me back. Going to be looking for a new Dr office
I thought I was the only one that noticed this .....but his staff is very very rude unprofessional ......their all Mexicans they should be happy to work for this place and have a job....when I call because for something serious they cut me off and act like Im bothering them .....but Dr Munoz is great he needs to get a new staff...

Was greeted by a large woman who was sitting behind a desk. Very rude and showed no interest in helping me. Very unhappy about this place and will not recommend it to anyone with a medical need.

They take forever to pick up the phone they let it ring for god knows how long can’t stress it enough

The laboratory in this place is a piece of junk! If you come here, expect to wait MORE than 2 HOURS to be called.
This people is rude they think they doing you a favor not just in person but over the phone please don’t go to them find somebody else

It is the place where it took me the longest to go in for a consultation, 3 hours and I waited for the doctor to come to see me 😩 If they give good service but they take a long time, I dont recommend it
I arrived with my daughters with a cough and one with a fever, with a negative COVID test and a Dr. would see them. They asked me to wait outside (for safety) 😒 and that a nurse would go to the car to see them and ask some questions, BEFORE go to consultation. After an hour, he came back in because no nurse had come out. And they tell me: First they do a Covid test (they dont accept yours) and depending on whether we have a half-hour test, WE SEE if a Dr. speaks to them on the phone to consult them or if the test we have is one-on-one. three days, in that time WE SEE if Dr. calls you.Do you find any logic or common sense in this? Oh my God! Thats why I go to the Dr. Because I feel bad and I need to GET CHECKED !!! The duty of medicine is over.
Terrible service, angry secretaries and they do their job reluctantly, I had an appointment for a two-hour trip and there was no doctor and they had sent me a message confirming the appointment, terrible service... now to look for a good place...
