As I read a lot of these reviews ppl saying that the program is expensive or it didn’t work I believe I was the 3rd person to sign up at the Richmond location when they first open. I been on the program now for roughly 10 years I get an injection every week it has greatly improved the quality of my life. honestly i want to up my dosage a little more. I uncertain of this $100 cost for the initial consultation that ppl crying about I believe it was free when I started.

Delightful staff - Caitlyn was particularly impressive. explainations were detailed and very helpful.overall - really enjoyed the visit.

Mens wellness centers absolutely rocked my treatment and I will recommend for any gentleman to go there to feel their best!

TRT has been a game changer for me. I’m 43 and started therapy about 2 years ago. I’m so glad I did this. Life in general has been so much better after starting TRT. Depression is all but gone, I feel alive and awake. I’m crushing it at work…do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

The email I got from them was very friendly. However after reading the reviews I have decided to stay away. The hidden cost and they do not take insurance is an issue for me. Others may feel differently but I like for people to be up front in cost, etc. Looks like the $99.00 is just to get you in the system. Called them and was told the average cost of the program is $3,000 a year.

This is my second time with Mens Wellness I left when I moved to the West Coast and after coming back to the East Coast I had to return. Great clinic, great staff, and they really care about their patients. I’d highly recommend anyone to visit Mens Wellness to ensure they’re getting the quality care they need.My wife forced me to see an endocrinologist for my low T, and the results were the same this clinic found however, the treatment approach was vastly different because they were bound by the insurance company. I was prescribed testosterone gel from my endocrinologist and was filling it at my local pharmacy and I’ll tell you what that was a hardest prescription. I’ve had to fill even harder than narcotics. After telling my endocrinologist that I wanted to be seen at a Mens Wellness clinic to be treated out of pocket, he said that’s exactly what you need but the insurance company won’t allow me to treat you correctly.If you can afford it, you should because it will change your life, and honestly you should be able to find a way to afford it because it’s that important. My treatment at Mens Wellness has helped my depression, My energy levels and my overall well-being. It has given me the energy I need to be the father I want to be and has me the opportunity to stay in the game longer.

This company is the best to work with if you need replacement therapy for testosterone. Recommend for anyone

The entire staff are the ultimate professionals. My initial visit went extremely well and was comforting. Lab results were quick and easy. The staff really cares about each individual’s needs.

Ive been getting T- shots from Mens Wellness for the last 6 years and it really has been life changing! The doctors, nurses and even the front desk staff genuinely care about your health and well-being. First class all the way around. Honestly, they treat you like family! As for the Testosterone shots, they changed my mental health as well as my physical and the doctors work extremely hard to get the correct dosage to maximize your T. Awesome experience!

Not the place if your an athlete then this isnt the place. Dr didnt care to hear why I wanted to be on TRT she was only interested in her nails. The price is on par with most other companies. But the blood work was sub par,only total testosterone was test,not free test,or anything else.Pretty much you pay $100 to fund out your total T levels.

So pumped to start my TRT yesterday. Wish i started years earlier. But i guess 41 is better late then never. Very welcoming establishment. Dr. Caitlin and Jordan were beyond professional.

I appreciated the exam. Then you lost me when the financial contract came out and there was no wiggle room for a lesser price for what I needed. My financial obligation should atleast be considered if I required a lesser cost to try out the products that I needed. So yeah I had to walk away completely.

I walked into the clinic and found it to be very organized and tailored towards men. The nurse was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my vitals check. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained why I was experiencing such low energy and having performance issues. Definitely a good place to go if your feeling tired or have problems with sexual functions.

Could not have more positive things to say about this facility. From the moment my appointment was made, to walking in the door and being greeted by the staff, to my extremely pleasant consultation with the doctor, everything about my visit was as comfortable as can be! As all men are aware, this can be a very sensitive subject for many. The staff here made me forget all my worries and concerns, diverting my attention to all the amazing things their treatment could provide me with. Couldnt be happier with the services and care I was provided with. Guys, do yourself a favor and check this place out!!!

Been a client of Mens Wellness for a year. I have seen improvement thanks to their expertise and advice. They are very professional and make me feel comfortable talking about personal and discreet issues.

Total scam. I’ve been on the program for months and have seen only one change. My chest isn’t sensitive to touch anymore. Very expensive and no change in energy or muscle growth.

The staff sits and waits like Puranas or used car salesmen. You health and welfare isn’t their main concern. When you do business they will Batch up your treatment. In my case they failed to mail me my medication. I was doing their home care program. I feel that this office doesn’t honor your Privacy either. Complaining doesn’t matter. And don’t reply to this responses and say you should have call and speak to someone because I did. And the reason I didn’t renew for a third year is due to your Incompetency. After two years of being a Patient I was treated with Disrespect and Incompetency. My advise is to go to a more cheaper and more Professional establishment. Not a Money grab place like this. They suck.

Ive been going to the Mens Wellness Centers for 2 years and feel great! I just turned 62 and feel like Im in my 40s again. Ive lost over 40 pounds, my energy has increased, stress levels are lower and my wife says Im fun again. My primary care physician suggested I try it when the gels werent effective. She felt it could help with my cholesterol and other health issues. I have type II diabetes and my A1-C has dropped significantly. My PCP eliminated one of my diabetes meds and lowered the dosage of another. I have an appointment with her next month and if the numbers are good she may take me off meds completely. Feeling better has made me more active. I like the staff because theyre very friendly and genuinely care that Ive made progress. Ive recommended this treatment to several friends and they are also seeing improvement.The worst thing for me is having to get new clothes! If you have the symptoms of low-T I strongly suggest giving this a try!

I would definitely recommend testing and health consultation from the Mens Wellness Center in Glen Allen. They are professional and caring individuals who make you feel comfortable there. The testing is easy and the results are informative and dare I say, eye-opening. The treatments are simple and they absolutely produced the results I wanted. Thanks

I have been in the program for 2 years. I came here because my energy levels felt low. I am 52 and work a physically demanding job, 12 hr shifts, I needed to up my energy and get the foggynes out of my mind. I also needed help in the bedroom. The program here has helped in all areas, Thank You Mens Wellness center.

Getting an appointment was easy enough and the person I spoke to on the phone, Tom, was pleasant enough. The three reminder texts was a bit much but nothing major.My main problem is that everything was fine and professional until I had to talk to the finance guy about a payment plan. That should be a red flag there that the doctor wont discuss price but refers you to a finance guy. Sort of reminds me of the old call salesmen trick where the salesperson has to talk to their manager so they dont have to get any blame or take any responsibility.My biggest complaint was that Scott, the finance guy, started talking about payment plans and how I could pay monthly etc. The plans ranged from $1,500 to $3,000! Now I get they are a business and have the right to make money but honestly when I said I couldnt afford the options Scott was giving me his entire personality changed. Gone was the smile and welcoming attitude.....he just said, Ok, how will you be paying the $99 fee for today? Then he took my card an ran it, he had a look at his face like I was a waste of his time. So unless you are willing to drop thousands during your first visit dont waste your time.

Terrible experience I pay 350 dollars for a month for a drug I do not even use. There are harmful side effects, while the claim they can mitigate risk. It does not I still got chest pains from taking test and I have allergic reactions to one of the medications they prescribed. They dont care they just want whats in your wallet. Know what they prescribed me for my allergic reaction? Anti-acne medication. Dont let their scrubs full you. These people are not medical professionals they are con artists. If you need test, go see a real doctor and pay 40$ a month instead of 350. Learn from my mistake please. Even though Im mad I got ripped off for a couple thousand the silver lining is that I can prevent this from happening to you. The fact that youre reading this means you have doubts about this place and I hope this is enough to deter you. I know test seems like the answer to your problems but its a lie I still had ED while on it no difference in muscle gain and no increase in energy. There are better options out there for you

Felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Very professional staff. The doctor was great, didnt feel rushed, and went over my entire medical history. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a medical staff dedicated to treating their patients.

Don’t even waste your time, this is a scam. You had to pay $100 just to even talk to somebody and an exam you should just go to the doctor.

The staff are great to work with. Pleasant and friendly. They work around my busy schedule. The doctors present all the facts and listen to my needs.

The Mens Wellness Center had the solution Ive been looking for. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the aging proceess for men. Their treatments are affordable and extremely effective. I had a physical, labs, lab results, a thorough discussion with the Dr. AND my treatment began on the first visit! AMAZING!

Staff is friendly and office is very clean and nice. To me they are wanting to push you towards there trt plan solely. Cause it’s in house money for them instead of prescribing medicine that you can get from a pharmacy. Waste of 99 and time.

Doing the T-replacement has really helped in so many ways. When I first came in it was super low for an active duty Marine. So glad I made the choice to do this!

This will be long, I apologize but STEER CLEAR! This place is a fraud, go see a real doctor. Getting an appointment is easy enough, however this is a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. You will be asked to cough up a minimum of around $3000 before you can start injections for TRT. THEY DONT ACCEPT INSURANCE.When I asked what my prescription was I was told 1 M. L. Every two weeks, and Id have to come in every two weeks to get the injection. I said One Millileter? One Ml of what? No response....when I declined the offer the hospitality went out the window, paid my $99 and left without another word said. Rude as all hell.How they can get away with charging $3K for 24 ml of medicine is insane.See a real doctor, pay the copay.Hate to say I was duped.Blood draw, full physical, results of blood draw, then worlds worst sales pitch.

They just want your money, refuse treatment if you dont allow the access to your bank account i.e account numbers. I went in with perfect treatment symptoms and they refused treatment as i wouldnt allow them access to withdraw money from my account every month. Plus when i researched a little more, seeing a primary care physician, the treatment costs exponentially less

Definitely was a ripoff really felt no difference personally scam written all over it $2400 wasted places like this should be shut down
