I have been trying to get our storeage account closed for over two months. Signed the documents via email with no confirmation it was closed. Called, after I received a notice from a collection agency, and the woman said she would go ahead and close it. Still no confirmation and if the bill at collections was taken care of. Horrible
Whats the deal with *multiple instances* of not informing us of or sending us a bill, blaming it on us for not receiving it, then holding our next services hostages until we pay?Why even have a phone number if youre never going to answer it for us to get these situations resolved?
Update 3-2023: they bought out The Fertility Clinics embryo storage and tripled the price for storage unless I want to ship my embryos to Nevada. Storage went from $400 a year to $1200 a year, or $600 a year if I want to ship my embryos half way across the country.10-22: Randomly charged me $2000 without my consent at midnight on the other side of the country. Tried calling several times, finally someone emailed me back and said they have no record of that transaction. Got an email saying I owe them $2055 but they couldnt say what for. Said it was likely for an embryo transfer but I already paid my clinic that money. Been waiting on a response to clear it up for over a week. Finally reported the transaction as fraud as they said I didnt pay them. Phone numbers on the website are wrong. Very frustrating and would not recommend.**update to reply to owners comment:As stated in my initial review, I have tried to contact you continuously with no response except for the 1 unhelpful email. I have left phone messages and sent several emails with no response.
The customer service representatives arent very helpful and only respond to very short yes or no questions, or they ignore you, from my experience. It makes me feel uncomfortable contacting them, like Im annoying them.
Quality care, we are by only in the first few stages, but everything has ran so smooth for us thanks to ovation
