Dr. Farah A. Alvi, MD, MS

It’s been a blessing finding Dr. Alvi. She is by far the best OB/GYN I have ever had had the pleasure of visiting. She is very thorough with her visits, asks very detailed and important questions, and definitely listened to me as a patient. It was so comfortable meeting her for the first time, and I think that’s all we can ask for as women :-)

Dr. Alvi is simply amazing! She is smart, kind, great bedside manor and above all an extremely skilled surgeon. She has been my Dr. since 2020 and has performed two excision surgeries on me and given us our miracle baby AND my life back after fifteen years of misdiagnosis and pain. She has continued to be my go-to Dr. for all things OBGYN related. This women is truly the definition of a fantastic physician!

I highly recommend Dr. Alvi. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. After 14 years of pain and about 10 different gynos, she is the ONLY ONE who recognized endometriosis and adenomyosis in me when every other dr said “birth control and its just part of being a good woman”. If your cycle is abnormal, I highly suggest seeing what she thinks. She was the first dr who listened to me and showed compassion. My surgery with her was yesterday and all went well and I’m feeling great!

Dr Alvi has a caring nature and excellent bedside manner. She performed surgery on my daughter who suffers from stage 4 endometriosis. She saved her ovaries when another dr was prepared to just remove them. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Alvi to be your doctor: she is wise, kind, and skillful. A medical professional recommended Dr. Alvi when she suspected that I might have a large fibroid/tumor. Dr. Alvi gave me options about strategies in going forward and explained the effects of each. When I shared with her that I needed the fibroid removed within the month (otherwise, due to work, I would have to wait five months for the next available time frame, which could result in an even larger fibroid and continued anemia), Dr. Alvi made herself available for surgery. In other words, six days after Dr. Alvi confirmed that I had a uterine fibroid that needed to be surgically removed, she skillfully performed the myomectomy, and I was on the road to recovery. Because of my anemia, Dr. Alvi arranged for me to have a blood transfusion before the surgery and determined (through a blood test) that I needed one after the procedure. During the surgery, Dr. Alvi sent assuring messages with one of the surgical staff to my family in the waiting room. All in all, I am so grateful for Dr. Alvis impressive expertise and warm care.

Dr. Alvi is an excellent surgeon, up to date on the newest technology and also a very nice person with a great bedside manner! She doesnt rush and she is very easy to talk to and very respectful!

All I can say Dr Farrah Alvi is the most important Doctor in our life she great of the greatest women Doctor we know her from 5 years now she is always very very much helpful and Experience Doctor any woman looking for help she number one thank you for helping us Doctor farah alvi
